We're going to be joined by a special guest coming up here a little bit later in this hour.
And of course, today, November 22nd, 2024, it couldn't be a more appropriate guest.
Guest, that is, who will be joining us.
We're going to be talking about the JFK assassination.
And it's an interesting topic, but of course, November 22, 1963, as you all know, is the day that JFK was assassinated.
So we are going to take a second and we're going to look at this more closely, interestingly enough.
And It is fascinating to me, but before we go any further, I want to take a second.
You guys know it.
We have our special guest co-host who joins us on Thursdays and Fridays.
Our friend, military intelligence insider, U.S. Air Force veteran, and Benghazi whistleblower, Nick Ngo.

How are you doing?
Yeah.
Hey, good morning, Craig.
We are going to have a really good show today.
We've got a special guest on.
This guy, his name is Jim Scott, and he is a former Marine and state policeman.
And now he's a helicopter pilot just doing that for his main bread and butter.
but this guy is old school researching and being directly involved with uncovering information about the JFK assassination.
He doesn't have just a couple of nuggets.
He has the entire lay of the land, and a lot of the stuff, the mysteries about Marilyn Monroe, Oswald, all of that sort of stuff, he had the inside track on all of it because the mafia was involved.
And, you know, he considered it a cold case for the JFK assassination.
And whenever he heard about someone that was in jail who was a shooter at Dealey Plaza, he went to go try and contact that person.
And they ended up...
You know, talking to each other and then becoming good friends and then he just, he gave them everything.
He laid out everything and, you know, it's going to be just jaw-dropping and it's so far away from what the media says that really happened that it's all going to be basically new information for a lot of the listeners.
Yeah, and it just so happens that we're having this guest on today, the anniversary, this is the 61st anniversary of JFK's assassination, if I'm counting correctly.
So, there is a lot to unpack, a lot to uncover, and we're going to do our best to get into that here a little later in the show.
But...
Because we are here now, we have other news that we want to cover real quick to get through what's been happening around the world.
Of course, there was video that came out yesterday, which we talked about briefly, but we didn't really dive into about what happened in Ukraine.
It looks like Russia was...
Made good on their promises, I should say, and launched a, not intercontinental, it was like a mid-range, an intermediate ballistic missile system with hypersonic videos that came flying in and the video is insane.
It looks like UFOs dropping out of space and just Demolishing an entire, I guess it was a munitions factory.
So, you know, Nick, as we're seeing them unleash these, and not to mention the fact that Putin came out and made it very clear that, you know, they were going to be using nuclear weapons next, that this was just a warning shot, essentially.
It really does look like You know, there are two camps of people I've seen out there.
I've seen one camp of people who say, you know, nuclear war is never going to happen.
Putin knows Trump's coming in.
He's going to wait.
He's going to hold off.
Then there's the other camps that say, you know, it's pretty much imminent and they're going to pull the trigger before Trump gets there and, you know, Putin's going to do what Putin has to do because he's under threat at home from internal forces that if he doesn't act in...
In accordance with what must happen to respond to the aggression from the West, he himself will be assassinated and removed from power because that's sort of how the Russian political system works, right?
If you're too weak, you get removed and replaced.
Which, I mean, I'm not going to say what my thought was there, but...
But these are the two camps.
So Nick, which camp would you say you fall in as far as, you know, what's going to happen in the lead up to Trump taking office in Russia and Ukraine?
So NATO has actively done things to weaken the United States often.
And even when President Trump was gone, they did some things using IIA technology against American citizens, our own people.
So NATO, I don't care what they say.
I don't think we should even affiliate with them anymore.
We should make a whole new group, just not called NATO, and then start over because they're trash.
So Germany, as I heard from someone that's living there now, their media is banging the wardrobe saying, we've got to send 800,000 troops over to Ukraine.
And like we talked about yesterday, Craig, this is trash.
It's all lies because the United States has hypertonic weapons that go faster than Mach 10. You wouldn't even see it on radar.
So if there was a real war...
over before anybody even knew it started.
Okay, so what they're doing with putting these missile systems there is, you know, what that would do is deter any flights over nearby the missile systems and things like that.
But at the same time, these missile systems, even if the most sophisticated, cannot shoot down the hypersonic missiles.
Okay, so this is trash.
What they're saying is trash.
It's complete PSYOP. There's nothing.
This is PSYOPs 101. Putting those SAM systems there means nothing.
They've got submarines with Poseidon nuclear weapons sitting on our coastline right now.
They could wipe out the entire eastern seaboard With a click of a button, okay?
So what they're saying and what they're hyping up is trash.
It's absolutely just posturing.
And what they're doing is trying to get money over to NATO. And the same people that are controlling NATO are the same people that are losing control of Israel.
And it's like a few very, very rich families that go way back, you know, black nobility type of thing.
And those families have been losing control in Israel.
They're about to because Bibi is going to be removed.
So they're angry about that.
So they've got to start a war to keep Israel from having the change happen because Israel is actually a really super strategic place for the United States.
Let's say all the bad stuff that people say about Israel, the anti-Semitic, whatever, is all true.
Even if that was true, we still need Israel to be on our side.
So that's why, whatever people want to believe, Israel is the key here when it comes to this conflict, because they're losing Israel right now.
And that's why they're trying to start the war.
Yeah.
I think that's an interesting perspective.
I will give my take on it in just a second, but we're taking a break, so everybody stay tuned.

Okay, Nick, you know, I'm very excited that...
Well, not excited, but I'm excited for our guest.
Reminder, anybody just joining us, we have a guest coming up later in this hour who's going to be talking to us about some really somewhat new information on the JFK assassination today, November 22nd, being the anniversary of that.

I don't know if anyone would believe us when we say we didn't plan that, but it's a serendipitous thing, as it always is.
We're talking about, though, before the commercial break, what's happening in Russia.
And as I said before, there are two camps of people.
There are those who believe that...
Nothing's going to happen because Russia knows Trump's coming in and they're going to wait because they want peace just as much as Trump wants it and they're going to do their best to, you know, have restraint but they're not going to back down.
Their other side says Putin has to retaliate.
Your take on it, Nick, was basically that it's all posturing and it's all kind of a psyop to get people to keep money flowing into that area, that conflict, so it can be probably laundered, as it were.
And I think you're right, to a degree, because we do have the mutual destruction doctrine, you know, Matt, mutually assured destruction, with regard to we have subs all over with...
What are those?
The Trident missiles that can be fired from under the ice sheet in the North Pole.
And they have submarines everywhere off the coast of all of our major cities that could cause tidal wave tsunamis that would take out entire populations.
If there ever were a conflict that escalated to that point, I mean, we're talking about some massive devastation, and both sides know that, and it doesn't seem...
But, you know, somebody made a point I thought was interesting.
You know our good friend Zach Voorhees, the Google whistleblower.
You know him, Nick.
We both know him.
We've known him for a long time.
But...
He pointed out online something I thought, man, that actually kind of makes sense.
So what his argument is is that there is definitely going to be a nuclear World War III scenario that plays out very soon.
And his argument for it was essentially this.
With the advent of AI technology that will end up replacing, you know, the need for workers in so many different areas and so many different things that are ran by humans will very soon be run by AI systems.
There is no more a need for people.
It goes back to the Yuval Noah Harare, the Klaus Schwab's right-hand man at the World Economic Forum, the useless eater theory, that there's going to be too many useless eaters that exist who are basically drawing off of the system without contributing anything back.
And that because AI will become so ubiquitous and so...
It would be so a part of our lives in a way that makes working less necessary that the globalists, right, these people that we talk about often who, you know, like you said, these families, black nobility, whatever it is,
the Merovingian dynasties, they are going to start this war because, to them, It is a necessity to clear out people.
Otherwise, too many people will become too powerful and that's a threat to them.
What are your thoughts on that, Nick?
Well, that is something that everybody should be concerned about.
I went into Taco Bell to order something the other day and AI answered.
They got my order correct the first time and I didn't have to repeat myself.
I don't know what to say about it.
I think that Those people, that's exactly why they tried to kill everybody with the mRNA injections.
And luckily enough people said no and that kind of collapsed because otherwise it would have gotten tighter and tighter and tighter on us.
And now that they understand they can't kill us all with the shots, And keep giving us bad stuff to hurt our bodies and then eventually culling the herd.
Now, of course, that is part of their strategy is to kill as many people as possible so that way when people do wake up and you do, like, for example, AI can be used to sift through data and find out that, you know, criminals are running our government just from using AI because it can process the information so fast.
And you can trace stuff back to people, and then they'll be held accountable.
And these people do not want to be held accountable.
It's over for them.
So they're either going to be held to account, which would mean with accountability comes justice, and justice might make them lose their life for the crimes they did.
And so this is a last-ditch effort to try and get some money pumped into Ukraine and keep this going.
So just like we talked about before, in wartime, criminals are no longer enemies.
They are friends, especially if they can have influence outside the United States and or they have minions that can do X, Y, Z, sabotage, whatever.
Then they're going to be like, hey, we're friends now.
And that's one of the reasons they want to start a war.
Yeah, I think you're hitting the nail on the head there.
I mean, that was what I thought when I heard To a degree, when I heard Zach Voorhees say that, you know, this is where we're heading and this is why it's so important that, you know, a guy like Trump's in there.
I know Trump's not perfect.
I know people, you know, are losing their minds every time he does one thing that they don't like and telling us that, you know, all hope is lost and, you know, we might as well just pack it up and quit.
Because Trump did something that they don't like.
As a person who was sort of a critic of Trump while I supported him, I think it's a fair thing to have a problem with things Trump does and then to call him out on it because that's what you want in leadership.
But if Trump is able to reverse at least the tide in even the smallest way against what we're seeing this movement toward, which is this global war that they want to bring, I think that's the best we can get at this moment, and hopefully we work toward getting more in the future.
When I see the stuff happening in Trump world right now, it's very interesting, and we'll talk about that in a second, but Just to kind of put a bow on the whole intermediate ballistic missiles that are being launched by Russia.
I think what the next stages will look like...
I mean, this is what they've said, and Alex Jones made this prediction yesterday, and I think this is probably where this will end up going if...
Probably before the election, because there's going to need to have some sort of shock event to change kind of the paradigm and shift the Overton window further if they want to be able to get this global war going.
I think Russia's basically, they've tipped their hand and said, look, for instance, when they did this missile drop they just did yesterday, they told the United States it was coming.
And I don't mean they said, they told them, like, exactly where they were going to strike.
They said, we are going to send missiles here, make sure there's nobody there, otherwise they will be destroyed.
And so that, in a way, makes me hopeful in the sense that, you know, that communication's open, so it's not like we've closed all communication, we're just blindly firing missiles at each other.
But then, of course, Ukraine's retaliated already, launching more missiles into Russia and hitting other strategic targets, and I'm not sure that they're communicating where they're sending missiles.
Putin came out and said, look, in the most, disturbingly enough, in the most monotone, deadpan way, he said, look, we are going to...
He didn't say nuclear, but he said, we're going to tell you to evacuate a city or an area and we will bomb it.
And most people are speculating that that is him essentially saying that they are going to use a tactical nuclear weapon.
Now, the yield on these tactical nuclear weapons, I think, is even more than what they used at Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
So we're talking about really powerful weapons in some cases.
And they have made it all but too clear that that is and will be the response.
So I won't be surprised if in the next days or weeks we see a A situation where Russia goes out and says, look, we are going to bomb this city.
You have 24 hours to evacuate this city.
If you do not evacuate this city, the people who are there will die.
And they will make it so abundantly clear that they are going to do it, that it's going to be in a way sort of...
A further set of posturing.
It's not even going to be nuclear war.
We're retaliating in response to missiles fired on our territory.
This is a part of our doctrine now.
This is going to happen.
And when the U.S. and NATO and Ukraine itself can't stop it from happening, even knowing that it's coming, like they weren't able to stop these intermediate ballistic missile I think it will just continue to spiral.
And if we're lucky, if we're blessed, if we're fortunate enough, it won't spiral so far out of control that it can't be reeled back in.
But they're going to keep pressing because, like you said, these people don't want to face accountability.
So their only option is to press forward.
And that's...
That's where I get, you know, like, the part of me that wants to believe that Russia's gonna wait for Trump, that's sort of my optimistic intuition instinct, but there's a part of me that thinks, these people are crazy.
I mean, they go to islands and do horrible things to children, and they do even worse things than that, that most people don't know about.
I may never know about.
And it is Friday, so my voice is going.
But Nick, the pessimistic side of me, the sort of, you know, pragmatic side of me thinks there is a high probability of the spirals.
What do you think?
Yeah, I'd expect the CIA to have a hand in it, too, if it does.
They launched the attacks there with the mercenaries on Russian soil.
They're the instigators in all this, the people you're talking about with the accountability.
And I want everybody to know something too about our circumstances.
Russia pulled out of the New START Treaty February of 2023.
So one of the key features of that was making sure that they shared information about their nuclear arsenals and they reduced it and so on.
But the re-entry for the ICBMs was limited according to that treaty, but to just one missile.
So when a missile goes into space and then orbits and re-enters, it would only be allowed to have one projectile.
Coming back to the Earth.
And when that treaty was, you know, they got rid of it, now those warheads that go into space can shoot 30, you know, I don't know how many they could probably fit in there, maybe like five different.
So when it does a reentry, it can split into five different ones and then land in different locations.
Well, that's exactly what this intermediate ballistic missile launch did.
It was one missile with multiple warheads that...
We took out this entire factory complex in a matter of seconds with multiple re-entries.
Yes, exactly, Craig.
So what that says is saying we have the capability and the technology now with nukes, and so are you going to keep playing this game?
Because we only protect certain cities.

Yeah, so these missiles, when they re-enter into our atmosphere, Oh, excuse me.

But, you know, everything that we're saying at this point, to me, looks like we're heading in a direction that is...
Not going to end up going too well.

I guess they don't want me talking about this.
Alright, so when the missiles re-enter, it was limited to one before.
One projectile, one warhead coming back for re-entry.
And now, as we talked about, imagine it splitting into five.
It could have five targets or all in the same general spot to completely eliminate a target to make sure.
Now we're dealing with a complete annihilation.
It's not just mutually assured destruction where we could save a few cities and maybe we could come out as mole people and then eventually we'll be free someday.
None of that.
It would be complete devastation.
The entire seaboard would be completely wiped out from tsunamis.
The internal part of the United States would be completely littered.
With nuclear weapons.
So that missile system they're sending over there, in a way, is kind of saying, we have something to counter that, which isn't true at all.
It's like shooting a needle at a needle at, you know, however much speed it's at.
It's impossible.
If it was actually able to counter it, it would have...
Probably been used when they launched this intermediate ballistic missile barrage because this would have been their opportunity to show the world and Russia that, hey, we can stop it.
But obviously, I think both sides know that outside of the UAP UFO stuff that I think is very capable, I'm not sure that either side is willing to Acknowledge that they have the capability to stop that kind of thing from happening.
You know what I mean?
That's a good point, too, Craig.
They could have withheld use of it because they knew that those specific missiles from intelligence didn't have nukes on them.
You know, that sort of thing.
Yeah, I mean, I think the nuclear thing, too, with our satellites and the sensitivity of the classified stuff that they don't tell us about, the highly compartmentalized stuff, you could most assuredly assume that that kind of tech...
like they have radar or they have satellite cameras that can see nuclear material You know from space so if you can just point a camera from a satellite at one of these missiles as they're in the air you can immediately probably tell if it's got Nuclear material in it, right?
Am I crazy or does that seem...
I can't either confirm nor deny that that's true, but I'm sure that it is.
Look, I don't have any, you know, I don't have any inside info on that.
I just know that that's like common sense, right?
That if...
If you have, that's highly sensitive of technology.
And that's the other thing.
That's why a lot of these nuclear programs, they put them under mountains because they need that much material between them and the open-air sky satellites to make sure that...
And even then, I think there's stuff that can penetrate deeply, very deeply into the ground and see things under the ground from space.
Yeah, that satellite was actually launched a couple of years ago, almost two years ago, where they can see, I think, 20,000-some feet under the ground, maybe a little more than that.
Yeah, and they have stuff that would 100% surely pick up nuclear material and know exactly where each speck of nuclear material is.
They could probably identify where the nuclear material came from, you know, with these sort of technologies.
They actually can.
Yeah.
So, I mean, well, I mean in the sense, like, from a satellite in space, they can be like, that's Iridium-235 that came from, you know, Swan, Savannah Creek in Georgia or something.
I'm just pulling random things out of my head.
I don't know any of those terms or if they're even accurate.
But that would be my assumption.
For what they have capability-wise.
So, they would know within less than a minute, probably, if there was a nuclear bomb in there, a real one.
And then, like I said, then you have space lasers and UAPs and all kinds of stuff that could probably get deployed very quickly and neutralize whatever that threat is.
And Maybe not.
Maybe I'm giving them too much credit.
I don't know.
Man, there are layers to this, Craig.
Yeah, well, we don't want to get anyone in trouble, so we're not going to push on it.
But, you know, it's funny that this is something that I see happening in...
Who knows?
Maybe we're all being distracted from something else that's even more impending.
But either way, there are some other stories I want to cover.
I think that kind of wraps up that story as best we can.
Matt Gaetz withdrew his nomination for attorney general.
That was a big story.
A lot of people are very upset about this because a lot of people like myself really were very hopeful that Matt Gaetz would assume that position of Attorney General because he is obviously and was obviously the best candidate for that position with his stance against the deep state.
Reports were coming out.
I heard Steve Bannon talk about it.
He made a lot of concessions already with his original Senate confirmation hearings about who he would and wouldn't prosecute and go after.
It was reported that he conceded that he wouldn't prosecute Fauci, he wouldn't investigate MSNBC, that he wouldn't have Gone after other, you know, high-profile individuals that, like the Cheneys and all that, Liz Cheney and her actions in the January 6 committees.
So...
I think he had to make too many concessions.
That's probably why he ended up withdrawing, because it would have been useless anyway.
Even if he went in there and he didn't do any of these things, then what's the point?
So now Pam Bondi is the new Attorney General selection, and she's been very strong on the child sex traffickers, the gangs.
I think we're good to go.
I think you and I would be...
Is it like Second Amendment extremist, if you will?
I want nuclear bombs.
I don't want them.
I'm not trying to solicit them.
But we should be able to have whatever we want, like service-to-air missiles.

What can the military do to either preclude or prevent or delay Anything, including martial law.

Yeah, I mean, that's pretty much their only play.
That's why they're doing the PSYOP is to, you know, like I said, it's dumb and fake, knowing anybody that's really in the military or in intelligence knows it's a joke.
So, you know, it's really for optics for the people to win hearts and minds.
So what they're doing is a PSYOP. There's going to be a means to an end.
What is their end?
And that's a good question.
And that's good he brought that up because who knows that that's probably their best play that they have to try and avoid prosecution and accountability.
Well, I think specifically he was asking what the military can do to prevent a scenario where martial law would be implemented.
I think, in my humble opinion and understanding of it, if the military were to be put in a position to enforce a scenario where martial law was put into effect, There are a lot of things they could do to encumber or to hinder that, but I'm not sure that any of them would be necessarily legal or lawful avenues.
It would have to be some scenario with rogue generals, I'd imagine, right Nick?
Yeah, they wouldn't be able to, at this point during a transition, do that unless there was already a contingency plan for that, which they might have.
Even then, there are only certain conditions where they can do that, and it'd be rogue people.
It'd be limited to California only or something like that.
Yeah, that would be an interesting scenario.
I'd have to look into that further.
Maybe we'll touch on that a little bit more in a different show.

JFK is one of them that I know the most about.

Today, during what I'm going to talk about during the show, it's a wonderful coincidence that this is the 61st anniversary of the JFK assassination.
Because one year ago, I was giving a PowerPoint presentation in Dallas at a hotel.
We rented a big conference room to standing room only and explained to anybody that came, including members of the press, who killed John F. Kennedy and how they did it.
And I'm going to disclose that today.
I'm also going to disclose Who killed Robert Kennedy?
Who was involved with Martin Luther King's assassination?
Who shot Ronald Reagan?
Who killed Marilyn Monroe?
Who killed Mary Jo Kopechny?
And it all comes back to the CIA. And I'm going to explain it in detail.
And I'm going to explain how I know it.

I'm your host Craig James with Nick Ngo and our guest Jim Scott who is going to break down some interesting things for us here on the 61st anniversary of JFK's assassination.
We're going to get into...
A lot of different, very important topics here.
But Jim, you know, you kind of teased it before the break.
You're going to take us down a rabbit hole that many people haven't gone down yet.
So let's start at the beginning, wherever you're comfortable beginning.
You have about four minutes.
We're going to give you the floor.
All right?
So take it away.
Okay.
So in 1996, Late 97, early 98, right around December, January.
Believe it or not, I rented a video at a Blockbuster, and it was called Confession of an Assassin.
And it was the story, it was the confession of James Files from the Statesville prison in Illinois that he had assassinated President Kennedy, that he was the shooter from the Grassy Knoll.
I was astonished by this video.
I thought, and I watched it several times.
I thought the guy was telling the truth.
I was a state trooper in Virginia at the time and a reserve major in the Marines.
And I contacted a first sergeant who I trusted at the state police and told him about, you know, hey, this is a deal.
And if you watch, it's on Rumble, you can look it up, James Files Confession.
But I looked into it and I said, okay, He talked about a famous mobster named Johnny Roselli who was the liaison with the CIA to kill Castro.
They had paid him $100,000 to kill Castro.
And the mob wanted to get back their hotels and beach property and all that stuff that they lost when Castro took over Cuba.
But if there was a meeting in Virginia with Johnny Roselli and the CIA, that was part of the crime and the conspiracy of the JFK assassination.
And I wanted to reopen the case.
So it's my understanding, part of this is hearsay, that this first sergeant I contacted contacted a lieutenant at headquarters.
He contacted the FBI, and the FBI told him to forget about it.
It was a closed federal case, Lee Harvey Oswald, three shots from behind, blah, blah, blah.
Well, a week or so later, I understand, I was told that this would have been in December of 98.
So let's, instead of 97, 98, it would have been in 98, okay?
On December, I think the 9th of 98, the FBI supposedly, this is what I was told, they showed up at headquarters at the state police and claimed that this lieutenant that had called him about the JFK assassination that said he knew who the Degrassi Knoll shooter was, was downloading kiddie porn to his state police computer.
And they suspended him.
He was found in the woods, I understand, behind his house, dead.
And quickly they said, well, it was suicide.
He killed himself.
Case closed.
And I don't think the FBI knew about that first sergeant or me or the others that were involved in trying to reopen the JFK case, so it all just kind of dropped.
And I felt bad, terrible about that.
What may have happened.
I don't know that that part is true, but I understand that's what happened, and I knew that lieutenant.
Wow.
You know, and he's buried in my camels.
So, anyway, that's how it all got started.
That's an insane beginning to it, but we're going to get into it further, and when we come back, we're going to start Hour 2. We're going to let Jim keep going, but just that as the beginning is kind of showing you...
How much they may want to try to keep this information out of public view.
But we're going to do our best to give you a chance to make your case.

Let's go a little bit deeper into this James Files and the JFK assassination, if you would, sir.
Okay, so first thing I'd like to just dedicate this hour to the glory of God and that God some kind of way would bless our nation with the truth and that we can take back control of our nation through elected officials and not having the deep state and the Amen.
All glory be to God.
James Files is married to a woman named Pamela Ray Files who was a writer who contacted him in prison.
They ended up getting married after he got out of prison.
What was he in prison for?
In about 89 or 90, Hillary Clinton paid, my understanding, $50,000 to two police officers to kill James Files.
This is a long story.
Hillary Clinton knew James Files since high school.
They lived near each other in the Chicago area.
James grew up in a mafia neighborhood and got hooked up with the mob later.
But he was in a gunfight with these police officers that were, one was wounded, and he got 50 years.
And he spent 25 years in prison, was released in 2016. When he got out, he married Pamela Raphael, and she has written some books about this stuff.
One is called Primary Target JFK, How the CIA Used the Chicago Mob to Kill the President, and autographed copies by James Files with his thumbprint in the book is available.
And if people, your audience, will get a piece of paper out, I'll read the website where they can order that later.
So Pam has written this book, and the information I'm telling you is from eyewitness accounts, not stuff I read out of books.
But from eyewitness testimony over the last two and a half years from James Files, he's still alive.
He'll be 83 in January.
I just talked to him this morning.
I talk to him nearly every day.
And he's the man that killed John F. Kennedy.
He's explained all this stuff to me.
We became really good friends.
When I found out he was released from prison and the book was written, I ordered the book and put a note in the comments section that I tried to reopen the JFK case, and that if they could get that message to James Files, I'd like for him to call me.
And lo and behold, the next day, I didn't realize that the website went directly to Pam and Jim.
And the next day he calls me.
And we've developed a friendship.
So the things I'm telling you are stuff that are right out of his mouth.
That he worked for the CIA for 28 years.
He had several, 33 aliases and passports, but most of the time, his paycheck anyway came from the United Fruit Company, which is, they're the ones that backed the Bay of Pigs operation.
It was a CIA proprietary.
Today it's called Chiquita Banana, and that's where the Banana Wars comes from.
But, like, the boats that were used in the Bay of Pigs operation, guess who they belonged to?
United Fruit.
Who ran United Fruit?
Alan Dulles, head of the CIA. Okay, so the bottom line is James Files was paid under the name Colonel John Felter.
He worked for United Fruit Company.
There were two big mercenary armies.
One was called the Wild Geese, and it was commanded by Colonel Mike Hoare, a British officer.
And the other one was called the Mirage, and James Files was part of that.
He was actually born under the name James Earl Sutton in January 1942 in Oakman, Alabama.
And his mom moved to Chicago.
He went to a special school on Montauk Island called Camp Hero.
It was kind of a boys from Brazil, if you've ever seen that movie story, where they had these boys and they were trying to raise these super soldiers.
The day he turned 17, he was enlisted in the US Army.
He went to the 82nd Airborne, he was in the Triple Nickel, and then he went to Laos under Operation White Star.
After that, he participated in the Bay of Pigs operation, and then he was recruited by George H.W. Bush, the former president and former CIA director, into Operation 40. If you look that up in Wikipedia, there's only one photograph of the Operation 40 group That's known to exist.
And it's got Felix Rodriguez in it.
It's got Porter Goss.
It's got the pilot Barry Seal.
It's got Tosh Plomley.
And James Files is the third guy in the picture on the right side.
I've sent a picture of that to Nick.
That picture was taken in the La Luna Hotel January of 63. They were already planning to kill Kennedy.
They were going to kill him in Chicago, and then it got switched to Miami.
They thought about New Orleans.
They ended up in Dallas.
The big question, and you can stop anytime you want, the big question most people want to know is not so much who or how, but why.
And that's what I ask them.
But the CIA had a kangaroo court in absentia of John F. Kennedy and Robert Kennedy for allowing the Russians to put nuclear weapons in Cuba.
And this was called Operation Zipper.
And they basically had this kangaroo court and said that Robert and John were both guilty of high treason and that the only way to affect their removal, because in the Operation Zipper letter, which I've sent to Nick, I've got a 28-page document that the CIA hasn't released yet,
but actually was released in the appendix of a book entitled Regicide back in about 2000. After Robert Trumbull Crowley died, he was the director of clandestine operations when the Kennedy assassination occurred, and he was involved in planning and executing Kennedy.
But the operations zipper letter basically says that the Russians put nukes in Cuba and he should be taken out.
And the way they did it was they shot him publicly in Dallas.
Uh, in Dealey Plaza.
It was planned way ahead of time.
Um, the, uh, there's a picture called the James Ike alt jeans photograph that's on, you can get it on the internet.
It's right after Kennedy had been hit by the first shot.
Um, about seven books have been written by a gentleman named Robert Clayton Buick, and he was in prison with Johnny Roselli, the mafia figure that was the liaison with the CIA for this operation.
Um, Robert Clayton Buick.

To kind of summarize what you were just saying before the break, it is your contention that basically JFK was found guilty by our own military in a secret court Of treason, and he was marked for assassination as his punishment for that crime.
And they did it publicly in Dealey Square there in Texas.
And you can correct me if I'm getting into this wrong, but it actually kind of makes sense if you think about it from the perspective of...
It's all but come out that we know our own government was involved in his assassination, and we have ample amount of evidence to show that that was the case.
But even beyond that, that might even explain why so many presidents since then have fallen in line to what this military industrial complex demands of them because they understand that there is that possibility that they could themselves find themselves or they could that might even explain why so many presidents since then have fallen in line to what this military
And maybe this even could connect to what we saw in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13th with the attempted assassination of Donald Trump, although I'm not sure if the military would miss if they were trying to do it.
But, Jim, if that was a reasonable summary, let me know.
And if not, correct me where I got wrong.
But is that the story up to this point?
Yeah, I think that's reasonable, except it probably was mostly the intelligence community, not so much the military.
Okay, yeah, yeah, that's, forgive me.
I know that the JCS, two members of the JCS that were directly involved were General Bissell and General Cabell, who were both working at the CIA when they decided to do this.
There was a representative on the At the meetings for Operation Zipper at CIA headquarters, a Lieutenant Colonel named Cass, CASS, Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel.
And the JCS was involved, but it primarily was driven by Allen Dulles and James Jesus Angleton at the CIA. It was like a counterintelligence thing.
They were saying, hey, it's kind of like what they came up with on Trump.
It's Russia collusion, you know?
And back then it was, you know, he's colluding with the Russians.
You know, he's having secret meetings with Russian representatives.
Excuse me, I'll just say this.
To clarify for the audience who's just joining us, the treason that is alleged is for allowing Russia to put nuclear weapons in Cuba.
But go ahead, Nick.
Who was in charge of the Russia investigation is Robert Mueller.
Okay, who's Robert Mueller's wife, Ann?
Her grandfather was Charles Cable.
That's her grandfather, number two at the CIA under Alan Dulles until JFK fired.
I didn't know that.
Yeah, I just saw this, man.
I've been looking for the connection.
I couldn't figure out why Mueller was the fixer.
Mueller's the fixer.
Why is he keeping the fixer?
So his brother was the mayor of Dallas where they hit JFK. It's all connected.
And Mueller covered up Waco, Oklahoma City, and 9-11.
Wow.
There you go.
So there's your deep state for you.
So Jim, let's take off from here.
We've kind of reestablished what we know up to this point from the story you're telling.
Now, let's keep going.

All right, so Files is recruited into the CIA by George H.W. Bush, Operation 40.
They plot to kill Kennedy.
They decide on Dallas.
Earl Cabell, the brother of General Cabell, is the mayor of Dallas.
Dallas police were involved in the assassination.
The Secret Service knew that he was going to be killed.
Some of them did.
The driver was going to be a special agent shipment.
And he was briefed that they were going to kill Kennedy.
And apparently he's like, okay.
And he goes, no, I'm not.
And he tried to back out of it.
So they put him on a special assignment at Camp David.
You can look this up.
Secret Service special agent shipment.
And he miraculously died of a heart attack on a couch in Camp David about a month before the Kennedy assassination.
So the Secret Service knew about it.
James Files' controller was David Attlee Phillips.
He's a famous deputy director at the CIA. David Attlee Phillips issued James Files a Remington XP-100 Bolt-action pistol chambered in.221 fireball.
That's the weapon, not a rifle.
It was carried in a briefcase, and James was dressed casually.
He walked up inside the picket fence there at Dealey Plaza, posted himself about eight feet from where the corner of the fence runs together there, right at the street.
I was there last year.
I sent Nick photographs of it.
And the shot back then, the fence used to be on the street side of the trees.
Now the new fence has been moved behind the trees, so it's 12 feet further.
But back when James Files killed Kennedy, the shot from the fence to the car was 29.3 yards.
It was 88 feet.
That's an easy shot to make with a Remington XB100 shot.
That's got a bullet moving upwards of 2,700 feet per second.
Now, not only that, but this is one of the biggest secrets in the proof of this whole story.
There was a hand-loaded bullet, a handmade bullet.
There were six of them in the case that was done by a former Marine named George Kalora that was the armorer for the Mafia.
And he made these special rounds that he used in the assassination.
And there's a book called The Inheritance.
That Barbara Honiger turned me on.
Barbara Honiger was on Reagan's staff, and she wrote the famous book, October Surprise.
She's a friend of mine, and she was in Dallas with me last year and is kind of a cohort with all this stuff.
And this book, The Inheritance, is about the Cartier wristwatch that Kennedy was wearing that day.
People argue whether he was hit in the throat or not, but there was a hole in his throat.
Where it came from, whatever.
I believe it was a shot from the front.
Robert Clayton Buick claims that the shot from the front came from, and this is testimony that he heard from Johnny Roselli in prison, word for word, out of his mouth, that the shooter from the front was...
Marshall Cofano.
He's another mafia guy.
He ended up running Las Vegas years later.
But anyway, so Kennedy had been hit in the throat.
He raised his hands up, and he's got his hands up to his throat.
You can see it in the Zabruder film.
And this is before he was shot by Nicoletti, who was in the Daltex building behind him.
And you can see in the Eichault Jeans photograph, there's a second story window in the Daltex building, not the school book depository.
The second story of the Daltex building that was owned by the Hunt brothers.
That office had been prepared by Eugene Braden two weeks in advance.
They had set that office up as a sniper's nest.
And you can see the open window.
It's open about 12 to 14 inches right underneath the fire escape.
And there's a spotter sitting on the fire escape.
I think that man is Leo Merceri that was part of the Mafia team.
The two men in the room were Charles Nicoletti and Johnny Roselli.
And Braden had the door locked and was guarding the door on the outside.
There were shots that came from the school book depository.
But those were fired by Mack Wallace.
Now, this is the big secret about JFK assassination.
Let me get back to the Cartier wristwatch before I forget about it.
He had his hands up to his throat, and when the shot came from the grassy knoll and the mercury bullet hit his head, that mercury splattered everywhere.
And it got on his wristwatch.
Years later, they didn't know what it was.
And when this story came out, after James Files confessed to using a mercury bullet in the assassination, The person that owned that wristwatch had that material tested on the wristwatch, and it was mercury.
What would a mercury bullet do?
Is it just so that it explodes?
Yeah, people say it explodes.
It doesn't explode like a detonation like dynamite.
It's just because you can't compress a fluid, and it's a heavy fluid.
It has a very hydraulic dynamic thing, but it doesn't go anywhere after that.
It's just like a handful of water after that.
You know, it's a splash.
So anybody behind there or anything like that wouldn't be...
And they were trying their best not to harm Jackie.
And some people speculated that Jackie knew it might, you know, maybe it was going to happen.
I don't know.
But the bottom line, they were trying to kill two people.
Can I ask one more question, Jim?
Go ahead.
How many shooters are we at now?
Okay, some people say, you know, there was a bunch.
Okay, now...
Some people say eight, all that kind of stuff.
The only ones I know about from eyewitness testimony from James Files, James was behind the fence about eight feet from the corner.
General Lansdale had visited him there, but he wasn't a shooter.
He's the guy, if you look him up, Ed Lansdale, he was the grounds commander for the CIA that day in Dealey Plaza.
He's the guy that involved overthrowing the The Philippines, I guess, and he got us in the Vietnam War and all that junk.
Anyway, you got James Files behind the fence.
You got Charles Nicoletti in the second story of the Daltex building.
You got either Mack Wallace or both Mack Wallace and Roscoe White in the school book depository.
They're trying to kill the guy sitting in the seat in front of Kennedy, which was supposed to be Ralph Yarborough, the liberal Kennedy Democrat that Johnson hated, and they wanted to get rid of him.
But Kennedy elected at the airport, the passenger that was going to be in front of him was going to be John Conley and his wife Nellie.
Well, they didn't have a way to contact the shooters that were already in position to say abort, because they didn't want Conley to get killed.
They did make an attempt to abort the operation, and Roselli was going to be one of the shooters, and he backed out because he was the direct liaison with the CIA, and they had put Jimmy Files down at the fence as a backup shooter.
He wasn't really supposed to shoot unless Kennedy had not been hit in the head.
He wasn't supposed to allow Kennedy pass him, and just when he came out from behind the Stimmons Highway sign, There was a marker there that was a guy with a black umbrella.
And there actually was a painted stripe on the driver's side.
And getting back to the driver, and I'll get back to the shooters in a second, was a guy named William Greer.
You know, after they killed Shipman in Camp David, they put William Greer in there.
Well, William Greer was not a Secret Service agent.
He was a Secret Service chauffeur that worked for the uniform division at the White House.
And once in a while, if the schedule worked out where they needed an extra guy, they would let, under Eisenhower and Truman, William Greer drove the president around Washington to meetings.
So he had driven the president before, and he had driven Kennedy before.
So they pulled him in, and he knew about it.
Shortly after the Kennedy assassination, William Greer retired, and a big amount of money came up from nowhere that was in his bank accounts.
So, go figure.
But back to the shooters.
So you got Roselli, backed out as a shooter.
Nicoletti was a shooter the whole time.
He was going to be the primary guy that was going to take the shot from behind from the second story of the Dow Techs building.
It's a direct, low-angle shot.
That you could shoot over what they called the Queen Mary.
It was the big Cadillac that was following.
It had four Secret Service agents standing around the edges of the car.
And it was very close, because you've got to remember, they're trying to abort the killing because they didn't want...
You know, they knew that Johnson...
Mack Wallace was a former Marine and also was Roscoe White.
Mack was the hitman for LBJ and had killed as many as 22 people.
Johnson was, over the Billy Baker-Bobby Estes affair, was fixing to go to prison over stealing money from a government agricultural program in Texas in the millions.
And also, he was going to be indicted for political murders that Mack Wallace had pulled off.

We have Nick Ngo and our guest, Jim Scott, break it down, this incredible story about the JFK assassination, which, you know, Jim, if what you're saying is true, it would very, very much explain why so many presidents, including Trump, very much explain why so many presidents, including Trump, have been so hesitant to release the full JFK file, because I'd imagine if any of this or even part of it is in these JFK files that exist within our

I mean, the intelligence agencies deciding through what you characterized as a kangaroo court that JFK committed treason for allowing Russia to put nuclear weapons in Cuba – And then, you know, staging a public execution in Dealey Square in Dallas, and you're giving us a lot of details about the people who were involved, allegedly, or supposedly, according to your account,
and James Files' account more particularly.
It just, it kind of does.
This sounds more plausible, I hate to say it, this just sounds more plausible than the idea that Leave Harvey Oswald, a rogue element, went into the book depository and just got some lucky pot shots off at JFK, you know, for no reason other than he was a communist, I guess.
But your explanation seems to have, it fills a lot more of the gaps.
So please keep going and tell us more about wherever you want to go from here, because I know we've talked about so much and so many names and so many different details.
All right, so Lee Harvey Oswald, the only thing he really, Lee Harvey Oswald and James Files had worked together on CIA operations before this.
They were running guns from Knoxville, Tennessee.
There was a company called Commando Arms that made a cheap knockoff of the Thompson submachine gun.
And they were running those guns down to a CIA training facility near Lake Pontchartrain in New Orleans, which that was Lee Harvey Oswald's connection, and also where David Ferry came into play, the CIA pilot.
And they were smuggling those guns to Papadoc in Haiti.
And they were running a lot of these covert military operations out of Haiti.
There's also a lot of evidence that there was child trafficking going on back then out of Haiti, and probably still is.
But back to the shooters, you got Nicoletti in the Daltex building, and James Files is the backup.
Probably Marshall Cofano, although James is adamant saying that never happened.
And I think I believe there's reason that he's protecting Marshall and his family, and I know he'd be probably even mad at me for saying that, but Roselli, and maybe Roselli was a lion, but Roselli told Robert Clayton Buick in prison, because they were trying to find out what really happened, too.
You know, David Atlee Phillips and some of those people, they didn't talk a lot about So there's a lot of people in the CIA that, one, don't believe for one minute they were even remotely involved in the JFK assassination, and two, don't have a clue what happened.
Because some of these things, they were kept so secret by the people involved.
Can you speak a little bit toward the involvement that has been alleged of George Bush Sr.?
Yeah, he was the recruiter for the CIA for Operation 40. And in 1961, after the Bay of Pigs, he recruited all the guys into Operation 40 and was involved in running that operation.
Bush also supposedly was directly involved.
He had two ships that were smuggling heroin in the United States from the oil platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.
He was involved in the CIA drug smuggling operations.
My understanding is that Jeb Bush and George W. were also involved.
You've got to remember, when he was president, I think George W. was the governor of Texas, and Jeb was the governor of Florida, and Bill Clinton was the governor of Arkansas.
And they were all in cahoots.
They're friends.
And they probably smuggled more cocaine in this country than any cartel.
Yeah, because if you think about the routes, they're coming through Texas, Florida, and then it was all being dispersed from Arkansas.
Yeah.
A lot of them were flown directly into Mena, Arkansas.
That movie, American Made, with Tom Cruise, it tells a lot of the secret.
Because Jim Flew is a co-pilot with Barry Seale.
James Files.
Wow.
He hauled loads of guns to Central America and loads of cocaine back into Mena, Arkansas.
Actually, Hillary Clinton picked him up for lunch one day.
They went to lunch together.
So, you know, this is...
I mean, the corruption in the American government, it runs deep.
And the CIA is an element of that.
But anyway, David Attlee Phillips was a controller for both Lee Harvey Oswald and James Files.
Lee met James in Dallas about five days before the assassination, and they made the rounds of Dealey Plaza, and Lee was showing him where everything was.
They went out to a junkyard and test-fired the weapons that he had.
James was driving Charles Nicoletti's personal vehicle, was a 63 Chevy Impala, was Palomar Red, a burgundy color.
With white bucket seats, four speed, 327, four barrel, I mean high performance.
That was the getaway car.
After the shots were fired and Kennedy had been assassinated, they walked to the car.
When James got to that 63 Impala, he got in and took them about three or four blocks away where there was another car waiting for Nicoletti and Roselli.
And then James returned to the hotel he was staying at in Mesquite.
While he was at the hotel, there was a knock at the door, and the knock at the door was Gary Marlowe, a guy that was a CIA asset on the team that he had known for a long time, and his call sign was The Raven.
James Files' call sign was Sandman.
The Raven showed up at the door, and he said, hey, I had a problem.
And he said, what is it?
And Sam Giancana, the mafia boss, had sent the Raven to kill Lee Harvey Oswald right after the assassination.
And he bumped into J.D. Tibbett over near Oswald's boarding house a few blocks away.
And Gary Marlowe is the man who killed J.D. Tibbett, not Lee Harvey Oswald.
Lee Harvey Oswald never fired a shot the day of the assassination.
He was probably in the employee lounge right where they saw him eating his lunch.
It was lunchtime.
He wasn't on the sixth floor.
That whole museum up there is supported by the CIA. It's just to preserve the whole story about Lee.
Anytime you hear one of these stories that start off about a JFK assassination, they said, today we're going to investigate the possibility that Lee Harvey Oswald had a co-conspirator of shooting with him.
Well, that's bullshit to start with because Lee Harvey Oswald never fired a shot.
He wasn't one of the shooters.
But he was involved with James Files.
They did case the targets with him, and they looked at the area, tried to figure out the best place.
So Lee Harvey Oswald was aware of the plan to kill Kennedy, and he eventually just became the patsy.
He didn't know he was going to be the patsy.
Yeah, he was the patsy.
That's right.
Yeah, they used him as the patsy.
He didn't know he was going to be the patsy.
In fact, he didn't even know, after he'd been charged of killing the president, the next morning, there's an interview where...
They said something about, did you kill the president?
He goes, no, they haven't accused me of that yet.
And they go, yes, they have.
You know, you've been indicted for it.
They hadn't even told him he had been indicted for killing the president because they were going to murder him the next morning.
You know, Jack Ruby was going to shoot him.
Okay, so here, let's...
All those things together.
Let's pause.

And the story you're telling is quite incredible with just how it all is coming together.
And we kind of left off with...
Lee Harvey Oswald is the kind of unassuming patsy who is aware of the operation to kill JFK, who works with the CIA, but he had no idea he was going to be the fall guy.
And then Jack Ruby obviously enters and kills him after his arrest.
And you told us about a lot of the guys who are really the shooters seem to have gotten away, including James Files, who ends up in prison and then comes out and tells you this incredible story.
So this is kind of our final segment, our final longer segment.
I hope we can definitely bring you back on the show at some point, Jim.
Because I know you probably have a lot more information, but what can you tell us to kind of bring it all together and give us sort of more clarity on it all?
Okay, the best thing probably to do is just to skim across the big picture.
I've got details on this stuff that goes so deep.
We could do this for a week, okay?
But the bottom line is...
The CIA used the Chicago Mafia, members of the Chicago Mafia, to be the shooters.
There was another team from France that were apparently Sicilian assassins that were baited in there.
And some people, I think even Rob Reiner named some of those as the shooters.
They were baited to come in there because there was a deal with the CIA to stop the attempts against Charles de Gaulle.
Those assassins I understand when they were flown from Dallas, they were aborted, and that's where they think that they were involved as multiple shooters, too.
They were flown back to either Maryland or Virginia.
They were killed, chopped up, and put in crab traps.
The CIA got rid of them because that was a deal with Charles de Gaulle.
They had been trying to kill him over the French connection, over the heroin, fighting over the drugs.
But anyway, backing out a little bit, I want to give the big picture.
The problem here is a rogue CIA. It's not the same CIA today that it was when Alan Dulles ran it, but you wonder sometimes when you see what's happened to Trump.
So I'm going to give you the big picture.
Marilyn Monroe was having an affair with Robert and John.
She was talking on the phone about the Alien extraterrestrial stuff about Roswell and stuff like that.
Secrets that John had told her in bed.
She was talking on the phone.
James Angleton of the CIA had her phone tapped.
She was talking on the phone to an art dealer in New York about it, and they decided they had to kill her.
Also, supposedly she was pregnant, and they didn't know if it was by Robert or John.
So a three-man team James Files drove them to the airport.
It was Charles Nicoletti, Leo Merceri, and another man that's still alive who lives in Scottsdale that I'm not going to disclose his identity.
They went to, I understand, I guess it was her Brentwood home in California.
She had been given some kind of a drug and was knocked out by, I understand, Robert F. Kennedy was there with her.
And because they killed John and Robert, they had to control Ted.
That's where Chappaquiddick comes in.
But they gave her some kind of barbiturate enema and killed Marilyn Monroe.
All right, now let's leap forward to James Files' operations with the CIA. He was with Felix Rodriguez when they tracked down Che Guevara in Bolivia.
After they took the photograph that I sent Nick, it's a very famous photograph of Felix Rodriguez, Che Guevara, and James Files standing behind you.
You can see the left side of James' face.
After they took that picture, George Bush gave the issue in order to kill Che.
They killed him and they drug him in the kitchen and chopped his hands off.
They sent one of his hands to Fidel Castro, the other one went to the CIA. To this day, that hand, Che Guevara's hand, is in a jar of formaldehyde on Felix Rodriguez's mantle, either in his home or at the museum.
I can't remember where it is now.
But anyway, he's got Che Guevara's pipe in his Rolex watch.
Martin Luther King.
He wasn't killed by James Earl Ray.
He was killed by a CIA team, led, I understand, by A man that's still alive.
Robert F. Kennedy was killed by Eugene Thane Caesar, not Sirhan Sirhan Sirhan Sirhan Sirhan, fired six shots in a direction away from Robert F. Kennedy.
Robert F. Kennedy was killed by two shots under his right arm and one shot behind his right ear, and they were virtually contact wounds, by a similar pistol, like an RG-8 shot.
22. And Eugene Thane Caesar was a CIA operative.
He's a guy dressed like a security guard that was leading RFK out of the building.
Who else are we going to jump to?

I've heard this claim made before that Sirhan Sirhan didn't actually shoot him or missed and that it was somebody behind him.
Well, they grabbed him and pulled his arm back and the shots he fired didn't even go in the direction of RFK. Yeah.

He knows exactly what happened.

Do you think RFK Jr., they're terrified that he's with Trump now?

They put a plastic bag over her and killed her and threw her in the backseat of that black Osmobile and drove it off the bridge.
Ted Kennedy was not in the car when it went off the bridge.
One of the CIA guys drive it.
Two of the CIA guys that were there was E. Howard Hunt and Frank Sturgis.
Wow.
And Hunt owned the building across from Dealey Plaza, right?
The Hunt brothers owned that.
Yep, that's right.
That's right.
The Dow Tech's building was owned by the Hunt brothers.
That's right.
And also, Eugene Braden was his stepson.
