	It is getting heated.
	We are officially 4 days, 17 hours, and 55 minutes from the 2024 election.
	And just to give you an update, the betting markets are about the same.
	Polymarket is showing Trump with a 67% to 33% lead.
	But don't let the polls and the betting markets fool you.
	It's going to be a close election because there are a lot of shenanigans happening all over the place.
	We're having some major reports of, let's just say, voting irregularities and voting machines malfunctioning and everything in between in most of the swing states at this point from Pennsylvania to Wisconsin to Arizona to every other swing state in between.
	We're going to talk about that a little bit here on today's show.
	We're going to get into some of the nitty-gritty as far as those details go, and including Colorado right here where we are.
	Our Secretary of State, Jenna Griswold, embroiled in a major scandal, which she's playing off as if it's no big deal.
	Her office just so happened to post publicly the BIOS system security passwords publicly since August for the voting machines in 63 of the 64 counties here.
	But that's no big deal because, you know...
	You know, I don't know why, but Tina Peters is serving nine years in prison for doing just that in one county during a valid and clear audit of the election.
	Now, when our Secretary of State posts the passwords to nearly...
	To 63 of the 64 counties, 600 passwords for the voting machines that then could have allowed people to not only gain access to the machines to alter the way the machines count and tally votes, but then to also to wipe the system of any evidence of the machines being accessed.
	That's no big deal.
	So with that, we'll welcome on our good friend and special guest co-host who's going to be joining us pretty much every day except Monday as we run up to the election here and past the election.
	Our good friend and Benghazi whistleblower, U.S. Air Force veteran with a military intelligence background, our good friend you know by now, Nick Ngo.
	Nick, are you there?
	Yes, I'm here, and I'm ready to talk about this voter fraud we've been seeing in Colorado.
	Yeah, I mean, we tried to go pretty extensively into it in yesterday's show, but one of the newest revelations we've had with regard to this case, I mean, in case you've been living under a rock and you haven't heard about this story yet, basically what happened,
	and I'll try to explain this as best I can, Is that more than 600 BIOS passwords for voting system components in 63 of the state's 64 counties were publicly shared in a file on Secretary of State Jennifer Griswold's website.
	So there was an affidavit that was released by the Colorado GOP attesting to this fact and the Secretary of State herself has come out publicly and acknowledged that this is in fact true.
	The passwords were not encrypted or otherwise protected as they were posted online and available for public consumption since August.
	These passwords would give people access, if you are a knowledgeable user, to fundamentally manipulate the systems and data and to remove trace evidence of doing so.
	So, essentially, she gave the public the keys to the kingdom with regard to voter fraud and rigging the machines, and now she's come out and said that it's not that big a deal, and they're fixing it, and we should just trust her on that.
	And that's essentially what the story is, but a little bit of an update, it seems, is that it's coming out and being reported now that Not only were the passwords up and publicly available since August for anybody to go and basically access and use,
	but that those passwords were not only that, they were also active and being used by systems in those counties across the state here, but also that the Secretary of State, Jenna Griswold, Knew for the last week that those were up and publicly available and only within the last 48 hours decided to take action to pull those down.
	Meaning, it's being reported that she had knowledge that the passwords were up on the website and did not remove them for a week after knowing that.
	So basically you could establish that she knew the passwords were up and allowed them to stay up for a week longer than they should have.
	Which, of course, brought us into five days before the election.
	So, you know, no big deal.
	Maybe some of her minions didn't have, you know, enough time to fix every voting machine.
	I mean, fix, right?
	Quote-unquote, rig every voting machine.
	So they had to leave it up.
	Nick, I mean, this story, I talked about it yesterday.
	There's so many implications to this story.
	The first implication, which is the most obvious, is that this completely taints any election result that's given by our state election board here, because the machines could all have been accessed and manipulated, and then the tracks could have been covered so that it didn't look like anybody ever accessed them.
	But B, we have a Secretary of State who's committed, in my opinion, a number of crimes.
	The primary crime that she seems to be in violation of is a...
	Let me just pull this up here real quick.
	She seems to be in violation of...
	A specific regulation here in Colorado, which is Election Regulation 8 CCR 1505-1 Rule 20.5.2 C11, which requires limited access to a select few at the Colorado Department of State.
	Neither county clerks nor commissioners have access to these files.
	But it's okay because anybody who would want to have access can have access now.
	So she violated that, among other things.
	I think it's an intentional effort to interfere in the election and rig it.
	She's done everything she humanly can to Undermine the legitimacy of the election here in Colorado, and I wonder why that is.
	The only thing I can think of is that she, I mean, they need to keep this supermajority, right?
	Yeah, that's right, Craig.
	And what she did, let's just break down the order of operations here.
	She found out, quote-unquote, 10 days ago.
	The only reason that she would leave that up there for 10 days is in hopes that if anybody's Been straggling and not doing the cheating that they were supposed to.
	Look, the news is up now.
	Go ahead and do that now before anything happens.
	So they look at it this way, too.
	So this is what happened with Tina Peters.
	All right, so Dominion was using Democracy Suite.
	Hold on, Nick.

	So I do want to talk about Tina Peters, and I think this is very important, Nick, what you're going to bring to the table here when we come back.

	Now, Nick, you were going to get into some information on Tina Peters because a lot of people have been making this comparison to what Tina Peters was convicted of doing and what Janet Griswold, our Secretary of State here in Colorado, actually did.
	And they're pointing out some interesting things, but you were going to break it down a little bit for us, so why don't you take it away?
	Sure.
	This is back from the 2020 election.
	This was information current at that time.
	So the software name and things might have changed in the sense.
	So Dominion uses Democracy Suite 5.5A. It wasn't used in 2016.
	So what they do is they can do updates to the software.
	Remotely, because all the machines have access to the Internet built in, they can make changes to the firmware that could also result in cheating, and the machines have wireless network keys.
	The tabulators are outside of central count system and hardwired or Wi-Fi.
	Updates can occur with or without any Internet connection.
	Wi-Fi connection using internet access built into the machines.
	It uses its own personal wireless network.
	All right, so what does this mean?
	So with the cheating that they were doing, these passwords have been up for a long time.
	They've probably been doing a lot of cheating and what I would expect right now is that you're going to see all these Dominion people coming out to the machines and saying we need to do a firmware update or we need to do XYZ update.
	What they're going to be doing, Craig, is they're going to be removing what's called the error logs.
	Okay, so what does that mean?
	So let's say, for example, someone had a ballot that had issues because the paper wasn't read right.
	Then they get to adjudicate and choose who they actually voted for.
	That's just one instance and one way that they cheat.
	So the error logs are supposed to be preserved for 22 months by federal law.
	All right, so any percent over the...
	The federal error rate is considered an invalid election, too.
	So what happened with Tina Peters?
	Tina Peters got an image of the voting machine, and in the error log, the rate of error was tremendous, okay?
	It was very obvious there was fraud going on.
	And Dominion actually came and just shortly after she had an image of that.
	I mean, we're talking within weeks.
	And then they cleared the entire machine, which is against the law.
	It's a federal crime.
	And they did it and they're going to do it again.
	They have to because these error logs are going to show the changes that they made and they have to wipe them soon.
	So what I expect is today...
	And the next few days, over the weekend especially, these people are going to say, we need access to the machines, the Dominion people, to make sure that they're working right and we change the passwords, whatever their excuse is.
	When they have access to those machines, they could do it remotely too.
	They could put things in there to give ratios, a higher ratio.
	For example, if you had a 1.2 ratio applied, To every vote, then every fifth vote would add an extra vote.
	These are things that they can do.
	So what they do here from this point, we just talked about what she's probably been doing the whole time, is cheating because the early votes are coming in.
	And then when they come into the firmware update or whatever kind of update, they can erase the error log.
	That's what they should be doing.
	The Republicans should be Getting a court order to preserve the machines and not change them.
	They cannot be changed because besides the passwords, obviously.
	But if they did that, then they could show that they were cheating because they're going to have to erase the error log.
	They can't do it the day of the election.
	They can't.
	So what they have to do now is do a firmware update for some cheating to get rid of the cheating they already did.
	And then on the day of the election, if there's not a cyber attack or some sort of large-scale attack, it's probably going to happen, and there is an election, then they have to get to those machines to erase the cheating.
	They're going to try to do it remotely or otherwise.
	But look, it doesn't matter because when you go through and make the changes, there are logs of all the changes that you're doing.
	So whenever they erase, like they did to Tina Peters' machine, everything, that was a federal crime, and they're trying to get rid of evidence, and they're going to do it again, and it's coming up.
	Yeah, so Nick, I want to point something out.
	You said that it's been reported now that Jenna Griswold had knowledge 10 days ago of the BIOS passwords being publicly accessible online, right?
	Yeah.
	Yes, yes.
	Do you know what's so funny about that?
	10 days ago was October 21st, which was the first day of early voting here in Colorado.
	So...
	Oh, what a coincidence, Craig.
	What a coincidence.
	Yeah, so it's just...
	What are the odds of that?
	I don't know.
	What are the odds of that, that 10 days ago, on the first day of early voting beginning in Colorado...
	The Secretary of State, Jenna Griswold, was allegedly informed of the compromised voting systems and the way they were compromised, which was the system passwords being posted to a spreadsheet on her website online, publicly available, and that she conveniently waited until What, seven or eight days into early voting to then disclose this information.
	It almost would appear that she wanted people to be able to have access to these passwords publicly while early voting was ongoing so that they could access in real time in 63 of the 64 counties here in the state the elections.
	I mean, this whole thing, Nick, I cannot tell you how corrupt this state is.
	It's California Junior, basically.
	It is a one-party state, but it will be even more of a one-party state.
	And as they rig these elections, I mean, where are constitutional sheriffs?
	Sheriff Stephen Reams, if you or any of your deputies are listening to this right now, you need to do something about it.
	The Colorado Bureau of Investigation Anybody, any law enforcement officer in this state, you need to start investigating these people.
	We need to put together comprehensive investigations.
	We need to have indictments and grand juries.
	We need to have some sort of action taken against these state officials because this is fraud at a level.
	And for...
	Jenna to come out and tell us, oh, she's investigating herself, so don't worry about it.
	Oh, she's working with CISA, so don't worry about it.
	As if the federal government's Cyber Infrastructure Security Agency is going to do anything other than help her rig the election even more.
	It's true.
	We need constitutional sheriffs or the Colorado Bureau of Investigation or somebody to get involved in this.
	That's right.
	They got to preserve those machines because right now, Craig, because like you said, they waited, she waited because she wanted to get all the early voting to be able to manipulate that early voting count.
	And that's why they're going to go in, oh, the password's needed.
	So we need someone to access this to make sure it's changed, Craig.
	We've got to make sure we change those passwords.
	That's what they're doing right now.
	That's a responsible thing.
	Dude, she is literally, as we speak, sending minions out from her office to every county across the state to go examine the voting machines, quote-unquote, to examine and investigate the voting machines.
	So...
	If sheriffs need to be there to stop those people and say, no, you're not touching these machines, then they need to get a copy of them, which is what Tina did.
	It's called an image of the machine.
	Yes.
	And it's either going to show the error log where they are cheating at the logs.
	It's going to show that.
	And if there are no logs and it's absent of any logs, that's even more suspicious.
	Why are there no logs, Craig?
	So either way, they are...
	If they preserve the evidence right now, they either preserve the evidence of them cheating before the early voting, or they preserve the evidence of them had already been erased, all this data.
	And if they do that right now, they can catch them all.
	They have to do it right now.
	I don't know.
	At this point, Nick, I don't understand how we can live in a state where our law enforcement is so utterly incapable of doing anything in the face of flagrant and blatant cheating.
	I mean, they could not be doing it more obviously and clearly.
	Because even if the passwords being publicly available Was not necessarily a ploy to get people to access the systems, right?
	Because there are certain, you know, firewalls that exist as far as, like, people's access is controlled and everything's monitored, right?
	So you can't just walk into a polling place and go walk up to a polling machine and start accessing it, although some people who are working there could have.
	But now it's created the precedent for her to send out her teams across the state 10 days into early voting to go examine the machines.
	And tamper with the evidence.
	And tamper with the machines.
	Yep.
	So, like...
	It's kind of evil and genius on her part.
	I mean, if it wasn't so evil, it would be impressive.
	To be quite honest, because this is like cheating on a level that is so maniacally masterminded that I have to call on our audience right now.
	If you are a citizen in Colorado or hell, if you're not a citizen, I don't care.
	We should all be reaching out to our law enforcement agencies and inquiring as to whether or not they will be investigating this flagrant corruption in our elections.
	This is not something that we should wait until after the fact to look at.
	We shouldn't.
	We should be looking at it right now because...
	Crime in progress.
	Yeah, this is a crime in progress.
	I mean, this is like...
	They are literally committing...
	Stop the bank robbers.
	Don't chase them after.
	Stop them now.
	Stop the bank robbers.
	So I'm calling our audience to reach out to our local law enforcement, whether it's the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, your local sheriff, your local law enforcement office, police station, whatever, and inquire as to whether or not they are actively investigating this ongoing crime, because that's what it seems to be.
	Yes.
	You know what else they should do?
	They should go out publicly.
	All of the sheriffs should go publicly on TV and say, you know, just to make sure everybody understands, and then actually communicate with the election officials.
	Preserve all your records.
	You're going to need them.
	If you erase the records, that is a felony offense.
	You need to keep all the logs for 22 months.
	And what they're going to do is there's a certain percentage that is federal required for the error rate to be considered a valid election, Craig.
	And what they're going to do is erase the error logs because if they had a high percentage of errors the way they were cheating, which is what they are really, then it's an invalid election and they know it.
	And that's why they've got to go do this right now.
	And if you can get at least somebody, if whatever is legal or, you know, Tina shouldn't have gone to jail for what she did because she caught them cheating and she went to jail.
	She's the one that went to jail.
	It doesn't make sense.
	And then the people that erased the logs didn't go to jail.
	That's a federal offense.
	Why didn't they go to jail?
	They're supposed to be preserved for 22 months.
	So whoever the sheriffs are, talk to the sheriffs.
	Say, listen.
	You need to contact them directly and tell them to preserve their records because if there's any error logs missing, they needed to log what the error logs are now, how many errors there are, and so on.
	They need to keep that copied for after the fact because they're about to cheat.
	You need to keep the error logs.
	You need an image of the machines and then tell them you're doing an ongoing investigation, get a copy of that stuff, And then it doesn't matter.
	After they got a copy of everything, then guess what happens?
	Then they got to cheat still after the fact.
	And when they do that, they'll catch them then, too.
	But they'll catch them now, too, because the error logs are going to be too high.
	And if you are...
	I mean, we're here in Weld County, right?
	And our sheriff is Sheriff Stephen Reams.
	Sheriff Reams, or any of you deputies listening, please...
	Open up an investigation.
	Please start looking into this.
	This is a serious crime.
	This is going to affect our entire state.
	This is going to affect the entire ballot down from president through the dog catcher and every proposition and amendment.
	This is important.
	This needs to be looked at and it can't be looked at after the fact.
	This needs to be looked at now.
	As Nick said, we need to be issuing statements to preserve all records.
	We need to be looking at what is happening with these machines.
	I mean, and then it's even worse.
	It's even worse, Nick.
	It's even worse because Colorado is not just the only place where this is happening.
	We have literally the Secretary of State of Michigan coming out and doing the exact same thing our Secretary of State is doing, and I'm going to explain how that is when we come back.
	They're running the same scam in Michigan that they're running here, folks, by the way.

	I'm your host, Craig James, joined by our special guest co-host, Nick Noe.
	And Nick...
	They're running the same scam in Michigan that they're running here currently, but I am calling on all sheriffs in all counties, whether it's here in Weld County, Boulder County, Grand County, Summit County, Jefferson County, Arapahoe County, it doesn't matter.
	They all need to be activated immediately.
	And they need to be investigating this.
	But what I was saying before the break, which is unfortunately seemingly very true, is that we are at a point now where the scam that we've just identified being run against us here in Colorado is not relegated to only us here in Colorado.
	I want to play this clip, Nick, of the Secretary of State In Michigan, explaining what's happening with the Dominion voting machines there.
	Let's go ahead and listen.
	Issues with the programming of the VAS, specifically from Dominion.
	Why was that only caught in the past few days, and why can't it be fixed?
	I saw the release.
	Yeah, this is a nationwide issue with Dominion voter access terminals in the counties that use them.
	The voter access terminals, of course, not all the machines, just the ones that are accessible.
	I have an issue with the straight party voting and a programming issue that's again affected the machines nationwide and I think all of us that use Dominion machines were unhappy to learn about this during the testing period and as early voting began.
	So we're working with Dominion to Seek accountability on that front and also are working with our clerks to ensure voters are aware of this programming issue that will require them to ensure they are voting every section on the ballot.
	Do you think it's a bigger issue in Michigan because we do allow voters to cross over in ways that a lot of other states don't?
	It's not struck me as I've talked to my other colleagues in other states.
	They're just as upset about it as we are.
	Or surprised.
	Yeah, so Dominion voting machines are having problems where the system, when you do a straight ticket vote, meaning you choose to vote all Republican, is actually malfunctioning and not counting it correctly.
	And they've identified this, and of course, now they're going to come in and say, we need to download some patches to fix it, Dominion voting will tell us.
	Yep, to change the code.
	Yeah, this is, dude, they're stealing the elections electronically in plain sight, Nick, like, without any pushback whatsoever.
	I mean, what the hell is going on here?
	Well, Craig, let me tell you, this is how software development works.
	So usually you have some people that write code, then you have some testers, then you have them test again, and then they start it all over and they try and fix the patches.
	It's a cycle until you get it right, until the users have no issues.
	Their only job, Craig, is to count votes and the machines and the software isn't working properly.
	Only one thing can be true, is that they were Look, in IT, nothing happens by accident.
	It was on purpose because you have to, with intent and spending serious cash, it costs a lot of money to do this.
	To make any changes to the code, it costs a lot of money, like a hundred grand per little change, you know, if you're doing, if you have your own proprietary software.
	So for the fact that they had errors built in and now they're just wanting to patch it or whatever, that is a scheme and a plan.
	Because their only job is software development for voting.
	Okay?
	That's it.
	So anything else happening in between there like that, that doesn't just simply count the votes and then send them to the next location.
	For example, it goes to ImageCast X, ImageCast Precinct, and then ImageCast Central, and then sent to Federal Tabulation.
	It used to be prior to 2020 that there was only one machine and it was harder to cheat at the end because there was one machine that received all of the tabulations and it was in all the data.
	Now each state has their own, so what they could do, also the sheriffs could be go to the third in line before it's sent to federal tabulation, ImageCast Central, and you can go there, get those images of those machines, and you're going to see cheating too.
	But they can cheat anywhere along those three, ImageCast X, ImageCast Precinct, and ImageCast Central.
	So they can switch the votes using a ratio.
	This is something, an algorithm that is more difficult to catch, but it's clearly baked in if you look for it.
	And they can also do it so where there's an error log.
	The error logs are the easy ones where they can say, oh, we don't know who they voted for.
	You choose.
	You adjudicate.
	And make sure all the signatures match.
	They're supposed to have matching signatures for all of the images, and that was one of the issues in all of the court cases before, is that they did not have the matching signatures, and nobody was held to account.
	That's That's why we ended up in the situation we did with the resident because you had the judicial system out.
	They're completely incapacitated.
	Then the judicial system was incapacitated when they voted to certify the election.
	That was a violation of a law.
	They had to wait 10 days by law.
	So that wasn't even a valid certification.
	And so then judicial's out.
	And then you had the executive branch take office early, by the way, and that incapacitated the whole country at that point.
	Yeah.
	Yeah, I think this is where we're at.
	And of course, I mean, not to mention the fact they had four years to figure all this out, and they just conveniently thought, you know, let's figure it out a week before the election after early voting starts.
	That just, you know, because you heard in that statement from the Secretary of State there in Michigan, she said, we knew about this in our testing.
	Well, hell, if you knew about it in the testing, why didn't you fix it then?
	Why'd you wait till early voting started?
	Look, I am at a point now, Nick, where I know the polls are all saying one thing about Trump and the lead and everything else, but everything they're doing is so obvious and clear as far as cheating goes that, I mean, if I was betting, man, I'd be betting that Kamala's going to win.
	And she's not going to win fairly or legally or without corruption.
	It's going to be rigged and she's going to win because these machines are all compromised.
	And if we lived in a real system, just the fact alone that the voting machines have been compromised, each one of those states' elections should be under...
	Not just scrutiny, but they should be under protest.
	They should probably be thrown out at this point, including Colorado.
	How can you have an election count when the entire system is rigged?
	It's unfathomable.
	Well, Craig, in an unfortunate turn of events, if that does happen, isn't the governor democratic there?

	Well, I think they get to choose the electors they send over to...
	Oh, right.
	Perfect.
	Yeah, so they'll muddy the water, and then they get to choose their electors and then steal it that way.
	Oh, sorry, our elections are too messed up.
	We have to choose ourselves now.
	That's just the deal.

	Yeah, well...

	Somebody from the 303 texted in and said, if they are unable to certify the election in January due to their own shenanigans, does Harris and Biden remain in power?
	Technically, I think they would have to do...
	Somebody has to win.

	So I think that even if they don't certify, there is a process by which a candidate is selected regardless.
	I think it actually, if they can't certify, it goes to a vote in Congress, if I'm not mistaken.
	And then the House of Representatives will decide with a vote.
	But, which actually I guess would be good for us since it's a majority Republican, right?
	But we'll see.
	I don't know.
	And then that would call into question all the legitimacy.
	They would say, this isn't legitimate, da-da-da-da-da, and then they'd really go on the constitutional crisis rampage.

	I want to play this.
	I played this a while ago.
	We're getting texts from people right now.
	So, somebody said thank you.
	Somebody said free Tina Peters.
	Somebody from the 818 said this.
	They said...
	The judicial system is predisposed to incapacitation.
	And then they say you run a risk of getting targeted when you interact with your local officials.
	I suggest going in a group.
	Look, at this point, Nick, you know just as well as I do.
	We're already being targeted, right?
	This isn't like something that's new for us.
	And not just you and I, I'm saying the collective we, we are being targeted.
	Yeah, you may get some pushback, you may draw some, you know, unwanted attention, but who cares?
	At this point, it's either do something or let your country be stolen from you, right?
	Yeah, absolutely.
	This is the final statement, Craig.
	This is it for us.
	If we allow another cheat, then we're going to have communism and then political violence.
	They are going to use political violence.
	They've already made it very clear upon trying to assassinate President Trump.
	Summer of love that went unpunished and all of those things that were going on.
	That was just a preview.
	They wanted us to get normalized with that, get it ready, because no matter what happens with this election, they are going to send out their foot soldiers and there's going to be political violence by the left.
	And they've been planning it for a long time.
	Yeah, somebody else texted in from the 970 pointing out that there was a race this weekend that was broadcast on, I think it was like ABC or NBC, one of the networks, and they happened to flash a scroll at the bottom that indicated Harris winning the state of Pennsylvania at a margin of 52% to 47% with 100% of the votes counted.
	So if that is the end margin, just know that it was all predetermined and that the system couldn't be more rigged.
	And I know that, you know, here's the thing.
	I don't want this information to be used as an excuse for people to throw up their hands and say, well, why should I bother getting involved?
	The system's rigged anyway.
	This information is actually, in my opinion, meant to...
	Get you to be pissed off enough to want to be more involved at this point because they are flagrantly stealing it and if there is no intervention now, it won't matter what happens after the fact.
	That's something that I think we learned as a lesson from 2020.
	We waited until after the election to start making our...
	You know, investigations clear and known and active.
	That was a big mistake.
	You have to start now.
	I mean, in all reality, it all should have been started months ago.
	And it was in a lot of cases.
	So congratulations and kudos to those who are already actively working on these things.
	But for everyone else who isn't, I mean, this is why it's vitally important that we get active now in all of this.
	Right, Nick?
	Absolutely Craig, because right now it's a transitional government.
	Whether the good guys win or the bad guys win, there's going to be a lot of changes and if you don't get involved Don't say, oh, well, someone else will do it.
	If you are capable or you think that you could be capable even, that's good enough, man.
	You need to try.
	You need to get out there, get involved.
	You need to make sure you're on the school board elections, paying attention to those and all the other minor things going on around you.
	But, you know, if you feel compelled after this and you work hard and you see the system for what it is and then you're inspired to run for Congress after this election, you need to do it.
	If you have the ability, get out there and do it because no one else is going to come save us.
	It's got to be you.
	Yeah, that's something we've talked about here on the show before.
	I mean...
	We are, for all intents and purposes, the last bastion of freedom.
	What little freedom we have is more than most have in this world.
	And if we don't fight for it and protect it, then it will vanish.
	And I mean this all legally and lawfully, of course, in case anybody's wondering what I mean when I say fight legally and lawfully.
	We have to use that as a As a requisite to say what we're doing here.
	Somebody from the 818 texted in and said, are they entering your home and stealing everything, records included?
	And then they go on and say, how about staging vehicle collisions?
	No, I don't know about all that, and I do know that these are all tactics that may be deployed against people they see as threats, but I understand if you feel like for you personally this is a problem, I can't help you.
	I can only say, you know, do what you do, make your own decisions.
	But there are enough people where if we get together and say something and do something the right way, legally and lawfully, we can affect change.
	Right, Nick?
	That's right.
	I can't ignore it.
	You know, make sure you go on record.
	With all of your complaints, make sure you file them properly and make your voices heard.
	And you can even talk to the inspector general too.
	You could write to them as well.
	The inspector general is supposed to be nonpartisan and really just kind of look over to make sure that there's There's actually some integrity to the police force and what they're doing as well.
	I would write to them directly if you see any fraud going on.
	As a matter of fact, if you can film it as it's happening and send it to them directly, you can bypass any of the filter that might go through politics.
	You could just go directly to them.
	Yeah, legally and lawfully, check your state and local laws before you do any filming or anything else.
	Make sure you're following the law.
	But this is important, folks.
	You have to get active, and it has to be now.

	Perhaps one of the most flagrant things I've seen is this voting machines in California where Trump doesn't even appear on the first screen as option for president.
	You literally have to go to the second screen to get him as a choice for president.
	But that's totally normal and okay in a free and fair democracy, right?

	When we come back after this second hour break, I want to play some interesting clips That talk directly to Dominion Voting and how it was founded and what it actually does.

	All right, yeah, we were just saying some funny things happening with these elections here across the board.
	I'm not sure what the outcome is going to be, but what would your prediction be for the next few days?
	Are we going to see anything major?
	Are they just going to steal it?
	I mean, it's like I kept thinking they were going to have to have some kind of false flag or have some kind of war breakout or have some kind of distraction event to draw our attention.
	But it just seems like they're just cheating and doing it and nobody's doing anything.
	That's just what it seems like.
	Yeah, that's my observations right now, Craig.
	You got cheating in Michigan.
	You got it in Georgia.
	Obviously, California, if you don't even have to ask for an ID, anybody can just say, hey, yeah, Harris, this is my name.
	Yeah, okay, that's me.
	My name is Kamala Harris.
	I am here to vote for Kamala Harris.
	Yes, it'd be so funny if someone pretended to be her and voted.
	But, man, it's so bad.
	Anybody that changes their laws, you know, so that your vote doesn't count, the only people who do that are people who are cheating.
	So California is lost.
	As far as I can tell, it's a captured state at this point.
	That was completely against our constitutional process and our republic to make it do it that way.
	And so, yeah, they're going to go to court for it, whatever.
	And get this.
	So the 2020 election, you're supposed to have the Secretary of State sign off and then the governor signs off and then they send their electors to count the vote.
	California did not even have the signature from the Secretary of State.
	He refused to sign it because it was fraudulent.
	And it only had the signature of Gavin Newsom.
	Isn't that interesting?
	So it wasn't technically a certified election in 2020 for California.
	Going all the way back, let's see if they do it again.
	I don't know.
	I felt like with COVID, everybody just started breaking the law and nobody did anything about it.
	I mean, it was, what was it?
	It was like half, it was not half, but it was a number of states just ignored their constitution, constitutional requirements for how they count votes, how they process votes, how they count late votes and all this other stuff.
	And all of those were challenged in a number of different ways, including in courts where the courts wouldn't hear it.
	And a lot of this had to do with judges who were basically throwing out cases before even looking at the evidence, which was absolutely insane.
	But if you understand how everything works, it's not as crazy as it seems.
	It's just how everything works.
	I don't know what to say other than when we come back, I have even more information that's quite disturbing.

	Even though this all is connected to foreign nations, all these foreign nations intervening in our election in this way is conveniently being allowed to happen, and I think it's because then our deep state can then use these exploitations as a way to backdoor these systems.

	Shortly after the attacks of 11 September 2001, I entered Afghanistan and commanded CIA paramilitary forces, helping seize the cities of Taliban and the capital of Afghanistan, Kabul.

	I held the position as Chief of Hezbollah Operation in CIA's Counterterrorism Center for several years and concluded my service in CIA as a Chief of Station in Latin America combating narco-terrorists.
	Approximately six years ago, a business associate and I began working together as whistleblowers for the Department of Justice, FBI, DEA, and Homeland Security Investigations.
	Our target was the largest and most well-funded transnational criminal organization on the planet called the Cartel del Sol, Cartel of the Sun.
	Cartel del Sol is the Venezuelan government and is led by Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, Gustavo Cabello, Minister of Defense Vladimir Lopez Padrino, President of the National Assembly Jorge Rodriguez, and former Director General of Military Counterintelligence Hugo Carbajal, who was detained in Spain several years ago and extradited to New York.
	He is currently awaiting trial for narco traffic.
	Venezuelan President Maduro has a U.S. indictment and bounty of U.S. $15 million for his capture.
	De Estado Cabello has a U.S. indictment and a $10 million bounty on his head.
	At least six other Venezuelan cabinet members and senior officials are indicted.
	In the last 20 years, the Cartel del Sol has stolen one trillion U.S. dollars from Venezuelan's national oil company, PDVSA, And embezzled 500 billion U.S. dollars from its national treasury.
	It not only has, but continues to produce and smuggle 25 to 40 metric tons of cocaine every month out of its country into the world.
	The Cartel del Sol is a $2 trillion transnational criminal organization and the most well-resourced criminal syndicate in history.
	Through bribery and investment of its funds, it controls a dozen countries and world leaders.
	It has massive investments in the U.S. and European financial markets and institutions.
	As we conducted investigations against the Cartel del Sol and presented them, one after another, to the U.S. Department of Justice, we noticed and pursued leads from the cartel's money laundering operations to the world of non-governmental organizations and election companies.
	After witnessing election irregularities associated with the 2020 U.S. presidential election, we decided to direct time and resources to Cartel del Sol links to U.S. and global election fraud.
	After an exhaustive three-and-a-half-year investigation, It is indisputable.
	Smartmatic Election Systems was created at the direction of now-deceased Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez, and its source code, the basis of its operating system, developed jointly by Venezuela's Consejo Nacional Electoral and Smartmatic, was designed to allow election results to be altered without the knowledge of voters and the public.
	Additionally, the Venezuelan CNE holds ownership of Smartmatic's source code.
	Each time the Venezuelan CNE and Smartmatic update the source code, a copy of it is stored at the vault at the Venezuelan central bank.
	In 2005, the European Union electoral observation mission to Venezuela published a report stating the Venezuelan regime owns Smartmatic source code.
	The Venezuelan government signed that report as factual.
	Smartmatic's first election in Venezuela was the 2003 recall election of Hugo Chavez.
	The senior director at the time, Jorge Rodriguez, at the direction of the Cuban Directorate General of Intelligence, DGI, hired three Venezuelan-American computer engineers that were graduates of Simón Bolivar University, a Venezuelan university linked to the U.S. University, MIT. They had already registered a software company in Delaware and opened an office for it in Boca Raton.
	The engineers, Antonio Mojica, Roger Peñate, and Alfredo Anzola, established Smartmatic at the direction of the Venezuelan regime, built the source code, and flew off to Italy to buy lottery machines from Olivetti to serve as election hardware.
	They succeeded in altering up votes to ensure Hugo Chavez's victory in the recall election.
	Secure in power, President Chavez decided to weaponize this capability beyond Venezuela's border.
	Smartmatic would enter into the U.S. election market in Cook County, Illinois, and the state of New Jersey for Democratic Party primary races in 2006.

	Smartmatic tried to conceal its Venezuelan connection by hiring a former U.S. naval officer, Jack Blaine, to set up a holding company, SVS Holding, to place its ownership of Sequoia in stock.
	In December 2006, Smartmatic entered into an agreement with CFIUS to sell Sequoia in six months.
	Antonio Mujica, one of the three original founders, then found a little-known election company in Toronto, Canada, Dominion Election Systems, that had only managed one small local election in Toronto.
	He arranged for Dominion to purchase Sequoia.
	Dominion, owned by John Polis, with that purchase of Sequoia, would inherit the licensing agreement for Smartmatic's source code, the source code owned by the Venezuelan regime, i.e., the Cartel del Sol.
	To be clear, Smartmatic and Dominion would ultimately sign an agreement that provided Dominion with the U.S. market and Smartmatic the international global market.
	The only two exceptions are that Smartmatic does elections in Los Angeles County and Puerto Rico.
	Puerto Rico was an issue they ultimately settled in court.
	In Caracas, in a building owned by the CNE, the Consejo National Electoral, more than 100 software engineers, half in the CNE and half in Smartmatic, worked side by side.
	Their effort for more than a decade was to perfect the techniques of altering elections and defeating audit.
	In 2018, Smartmatic publicly, and with the approval of the Venezuelan regime, broke with the regime, the Cartel del Sol, because the Venezuelan Sienese theft of an election was so egregious.
	The techniques of the source code and machine operate and conceal a theft of an election when the spread of the candidates is up to the three to five percentage points.
	As sophisticated as the machine is, it can be defeated with significant turnout against it.
	The recent 2024 election in Venezuela was also so blatantly stolen, and the machine could not conceal that massive spread either.
	In its place, a company called Xclay took Smartmatic's place as the election provider in Venezuela.
	Allowing Smartmatic to exit Venezuela in this fictitious manner allowed the regime to retain its power and influence over the global electoral market.
	Smartmatic built a production facility for electronic voting equipment hardware just outside Beijing, China, and then shipped the hardware to a warehouse in Taiwan.
	In violation of U.S. law, the hardware was marked as manufactured in Taiwan and shipped to both Smartmatic and Dominion for use in U.S. elections.
	Dominion voting systems manages elections in almost all the swing states in the U.S. Which determines who wins the presidency.
	We have evidence and witnesses that can prove the source code operating the election machines of both Smartmatic and Dominion and other election companies are owned by the Venezuelan NARPA regime.
	We have evidence and witnesses proving the machines are manufactured in the People's Republic of China.
	Every citizen needs to be asking, where's the DOJ, FBI, CISA, and where's the CIA? Is anyone in the national security apparatus defending our democracy or enforcing the law?
	I think we're good to go.
	In the Belgrade office, Venezuelan, Chinese, and Serbian software engineers maintain system administrator status over swing state elections and alter elections as directed by the Cartel del Sol, the Cuban DGI, and the Chinese CCP. The facility and its personnel are protected by Serbia's counterintelligence service.
	Swing state voter information is saved on Huawei servers in Dominion's Belgrade office.
	These servers are linked to Huawei servers in Hong Kong, China.
	For years, the U.S. national security apparatus has identified Huawei and its technology as a threat to U.S. national security.
	The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, CISA, a component of the United States Department of Homeland Security, is responsible for cybersecurity and infrastructure across all levels of government.
	CISA has 3,100 employees and a $2.9 billion budget.
	In 2020, when faced with calls to address election irregularities, CISA did a conference call with Smartmatic and Dominion in order to better able to address the public's concerns and assure everyone that there had been no irregularities.
	Yes, it's shocking.
	CISA decided to consult the criminals in order to respond to the American public's outcry.
	In August 2024, three current and former executives of Smartmatic were indicted in Florida in connection with bribery during the 2016 election in the Philippines.
	Among those arrested executives is Roger Piñate, one of the three founders and current president of Smartmatic.
	Roger Piñate paid $8.5 million in bail.
	What the public will soon learn is that the bribery paid in the case was not to obtain a contract.
	The bribery was paid to alter election results.
	We have the CNE source code, the source code employed by Smartmatic, Dominion, and others.
	We will surrender it to appropriate authorities.
	Source code, like DNA, can easily be matched with other systems to prove that they are from the same family.
	In this particular case, it is a family of altering elections.
	Two years ago, we briefed a senior FBI agent in Washington, D.C., That agent, after seeing our three-hour presentation with corporate ownership documents, engineering specifications,
	and witness statements, told us to flee Washington, D.C., that the FBI would actively work to destroy our efforts and seek ways to prosecute us in order to stop our investigative efforts.
	That was a stunning moment, hearing those words from a 20-year veteran of the FBI. Seven months ago, with our attorney, we briefed a U.S. attorney and two assistant U.S. attorneys, federal prosecutors from the Department of Justice.
	The U.S. attorney told us he would forward the information to the Office of Public Integrity at the Department of Justice.
	That U.S. attorney followed up with us months later to see if the Office of Public Integrity had contacted us.
	They never did.
	Smartmatic, Dominion, and their media allies will immediately point to the fact that Fox News settled with Dominion, paying US $787.5 million, and that Newsmax just settled with Smartmatic this past week in a defamation case as evidence of Smartmatic and Dominion innocence.
	In Fox News against Dominion, we briefed Fox News trial attorneys.
	Our lawyers were present when we did that.
	Fox News corporate officers refused to be briefed directly for that case.
	They wanted plausible deniability.
	Fox News corporate knew we had significant evidence and, more importantly, witnesses.
	When all the facts are known, Fox News executives and board will have to explain why they went down on their knees for enemies of the U.S. We briefed Newsmax's corporate attorney as well.
	Though their settlement with Smartmatic is not public, any settlement with either company and their masters, the Cartel del Sol, the Cuban DGI, and CCP makes it more difficult for those of us trying to defend the country and our democracy.

	Basically, my perception of this is that...
	This has been allowed to happen because it has essentially acted as a backdoor for U.S. intelligence deep state actors to rig our elections.
	They've turned a blind eye to it.
	They've ignored it.
	They've actually fought to protect Dominion and the other Smartmatic voting machines to keep them in our system so they could be exploited.
	But what are your thoughts about what you just heard?
	That was the most clear and succinct explanation of their scheme from its inception ever described.
	And I think that was probably one of the most important videos that we've ever played with all of this.
	And it doesn't surprise me at all that Fox executives knew and then they chose to give money to a company they know that is willingly And intentionally trying to overthrow the United States government.
	They are accessories to treason and misprison of treason they are guilty of at the least.
	And the fact that they just threw money, $700 million, at this company...
	Knowing that they are fraudulent and trying to usurp the United States government, they are accountable.
	Those Fox News execs should be getting knocks on the door, and their places need to be raided right now, just based upon that alone, what that guy just said.
	Yeah, I mean, and ultimately, at the end of the day, they tell us how, you know, fair and free our elections are.
	And one thing I wanted to point out also, the reason I played that clip, I've played it before.
	This is the second time I've played it here on the show.
	It's that important that I felt it was worth playing again.
	But he talks about CISA, the Cyber Infrastructure Security Agency's interaction with You know, these systems and how they played a role in working directly with Dominion and Smartmatic.
	And it's so interesting and funny to me that that same organization who has been essentially running cover for Smartmatic and Dominion is now basically a part of the effort to essentially What
	a convenient coincidence, right Nick?
	Yes, I'm sure that Saissa had all their people picked exclusively by Mayorkas because he wanted to make sure that he included people that were diverse and from different countries running our elections.
	I'm sure of it.

	With Homeland Security, with Mayorkas being in charge, this guy literally was on the board of an Israeli company that was giving money to migrants to illegally come to the United States.
	This guy is rotten to the core, and he's definitely involved in all this.

	Well, I want to say to the listeners that if you've got the interest and the expendable cash to do it, I would absolutely get my own rig and everything set up so I could make my own bullets and make sure that I manufacture my own stuff because at any given time, things can change and you should be able to adapt and that would be one thing you definitely need to have.
	Correct.
	And with that in mind, if there's something that you'd like to load, the best advice I give my customers if it's available now and you think you might need it in the future, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months from now, now is always better than later for two reasons.
	One, inflation is always going to come into play.
	You might be paying a higher price for the same item a year from now, and a year from now that item might not be available.
	Manufacturers have not done a stellar job of supporting the shooting industry since the COVID pandemic started.
	Yeah, I mean, to that point, one of the cool parts of your website also is that you guys have a pretty big catalog of vintage ammo that you sell, correct?
	Correct.
	That's been kind of a fun project.
	It was an accident to begin with.
	Just seem to acquire them whenever they pop up.

	The Sheriff's Department should have thousands of phone calls demanding an investigation into this.
	If people aren't mad about this, that means we've lost our pride in our nation.
	We've lost our pride in being American citizens.
	I agree.
	I agree.
	I mean, it's shocking that we haven't already seen movement toward any investigations.
	But, of course, you have to understand, you know, how corrupt the system is, especially here in Colorado.
	It's a sight to be seen.
	It's almost impressive, again, if it wasn't so evil.
	Yeah.
	Well, our government's corrupt.
	We've known that.
	And now state governments, Colorado, California, Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, they're rolling into this, like, Colorado thing.
	You know, letting illegals, allegedly, there's videos of illegals going in front of the American citizens, going in to vote.
	They go to the front of the line, they go in, an interpreter helps them pick Kamala Harris, which, this year in Tennessee, I got the early vote, they give you a A blank piece of paper, and you put it in your machine, you make your choices, and it prints it out on that paper.
	You physically get to see who you picked.
	Then it's scanned into another machine with the results going to the Capitol for the count, or wherever it goes for the final count.
	That's the way Tennessee's doing it this year.
	I mean, that seems better than whatever we're doing out here, I've got to be honest.
	Yeah.

	You remember when Obama was president and the government was buying up ammo, you couldn't find certain kinds of ammo.

	The first thing she's going to do if she gets installed into office is go after the guns, because that's what communists do every single time.
	She's said it on the record, saying it again and again and again, that she's going after the guns.
	She will come after the guns, and that will include the ammunition.
	It's always an end around where they'll go after ammunition or some other thing to get rid of guns because they know they can't go after guns.

	I mean, at least park outside of one of the places just to let people know that you're interested in the voting.

	Alright, so finally Psalm 144.
	I'm going to read it.
	It's where we're ending.
	It says, We're good to
	mouths speak lies, whose right hands are deceptive.
	God, I will sing a new song to you.
	I will play on a ten-stringed harp for you.
	The one who gives victory to kings, who frees his servant David from his deadly sword, set me free and rescue me from the grasp of foreigners who mouths speak lies, whose right hands are deceptive.
	Then our sons will be like plants nurtured in their youth.
	Our daughters like corner pillars that are carved in the palace style.
	Our storehouses will be full, supplying all kinds of produce.
	Our flocks will increase by thousands and tens of thousands in our open fields.
	Our cattle will be well fed.
	There will be no breach in the walls, no going into captivity, and no cry of lament in our public squares.
	Happy are the people with such blessings.
	Happy are the people whose God is Yahweh.
	And that is referred to as a king's prayer.
	But we can look at this today more overly as a prayer for our nation.
	That if we can overthrow this evil with the help of God, these evil forces that are acting in a way trying to subvert that which we've fought for, our fathers and our forefathers have fought for, Then we're only going to be able to win this battle with God.
	And I think this prayer speaks directly to that.
	You have to call on the name of the Lord, bring Him in, and let Him do great things.
	And if you haven't accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior in your life, I encourage you now to open your heart, say a prayer, and call on His name, and make sure that you do that.
	While repenting of your sin and looking to Him first.
	But that's where we're going to leave it.
