A lot happening over the last 24 hours.
We're going to be recapping it all.
Not only did Steve Bannon get released from prison, but Joe Biden came out and said the quiet part out loud once again, showing us the true colors of the Democrat Party.
And one of the biggest stories in the country right now, or at least it will be once today's news cycle kicks into effect, is the story coming out of our own state here in Colorado Man,
I got an email yesterday morning, right after I got off the air here, around 10 in the morning, from the head of the Colorado GOP, Dave Williams, and it's shocking.
It's shocking.
Colorado election systems have had the passwords leaked, which may have led to the systems being compromised.
We're going to talk about this story.
It is a huge story that is going to have national implications, but of course it's going to have major implications here locally in the state of Colorado as it seems to have affected 63 of the state's 64 counties leaking very sensitive passwords for voting systems.
And, man, all I can say is that this story, to me, and the way it's being covered, shows you exactly where we're at here in 2024.
A week before the election, it comes out that for a long period of time, the state of Colorado, the Secretary of State's office, Janet Griswold, posted that Passwords that would access the BIOS computing systems for voting system components in 63 of our 64 counties.
And to me, the way the media is covering it tells you everything you need to know.
I hear, I keep hearing phrases like inadvertent or accidental or some other version of that story that this was not intentional.
Folks, let me tell you something.
You know, we know who Jenna Griswold is.
She's a radical left-wing activist hack trader who has shown time and again her allegiances to her communist ideology ahead of the people of Colorado, the citizens of Colorado, that is, the voting citizens of Colorado.
When confronted with the glaring hypocrisy of the fact that Tina Peters is currently serving nine years in prison for doing essentially the same thing Jenna Griswold's office has just done and that no internal investigation is taking place outside of Jenna Griswold's office internally looking at themselves.
Of course, in coordination with SISA, our federal overlords, who we know is another corrupt agency that helped facilitate the 2020 election fraud.
It really does just remind you of how broken and corrupt this whole system is.
You know, a lot of people are saying this was inadvertent, this was an accident, unintentional, and I have not seen one piece of evidence to implicate that, to even remotely prove that this was not intentional.
And if we are going based off of the precedent set by the state itself previously with the Tina Peters case, I think we should all be calling for Jenna Griswold's immediate arrest and her office to be raided by the authorities,
have all of her equipment seized as a part of an investigation to figure out What happened?
We need to seize the emails, correspondences, between her and her employees, because there may be evidence of a conspiracy to intentionally do this.
But the idea that she's just going to investigate herself and it's all good, That shouldn't sit well with any citizen in this state of Colorado, but moreoverly, anybody in this country.
So I hope you'll join me in calling for the immediate investigation and subsequent arrest of Jenna Griswold and her and any accomplice who worked with her to orchestrate this leak, this leak.
I mean, the presumption is that it's inadvertent.
Based on what evidence, I ask.
Because I've been reading all the reports, and I've been studying this since I found out yesterday morning when I got an email from the head of the Colorado GOP, Dave Williams, with all of this information.
And I can't for the life of me find any place...
Where they present a modicum of evidence that would indicate that this was not intentional.
And again, if we're just going off previous precedents, part of the case against Tina Peters was predicated on the leaking of these BIOS passwords.
And she's currently serving nine years in prison.
Or she's been sentenced to nine years in prison.
So, could somebody, anybody, answer me this question.
Where is the outside investigation into Jenna Griswold?
Are we going to get arrests?
Will Jenna Griswold face nine years in prison?
Arguably what she and her office has done is arguably worse.
So should she get a more lengthy prison sentence if found guilty?
Should she serve 18 years or 27 years in prison for this?
I'm asking questions, but you see what I'm saying here.
The point is, everything that they do...
Is rooted in this hypocrisy that never seems to end.
And as they undermine our elections, I mean, think about what could happen there.
I have an interview, right, with Kyle Clark and Jenna Griswold, which I don't like Kyle Clark at all, to be quite honest.
I think he's a liberal.
I think he's a left-wing lunatic.
He's a part of the fake news industrial complex.
But even he had to confront Jenna Griswold on these glaring hypocrisies and the way that this investigation is being conducted in such a seemingly corrupt manner.
Because even he and the fake news can't ignore it.
Because if he ignores it, it completely undermines what remote modicum of legitimacy he even has left.

Okay, so let me get through some of this here.
This is the story.
Colorado election passwords leaked and system may be compromised.
According to an affidavit sent to the Republican Party of Colorado, Colorado Secretary of State Jenna Griswold shared a file on her website that contained over 600 BIOS passwords for voting system components in 63 of the state's 64 counties.
On Thursday, October 24, 2024, those BIOS passwords were discreetly removed by an unnamed official.
A letter from the Colorado GOP has been sent to the Colorado Secretary of State's office and can be reviewed below.
The passwords were not encrypted or otherwise protected.
This means they were available for public consumption.
The file appears to have been posted at least since August, and the amended version of the file was reposted last Thursday.
BIOS passwords are highly confidential, allowing broad access for knowledgeable users to fundamentally manipulate systems and data and to remove any trace of doing so.
Due to the sensitivity surrounding BIOS passwords, Colorado Election Regulation 8 CCR 1505-1 Rule 20.5.2 C.11 Requires limited access to a select few of Colorado Department of State.
Neither county clerks nor commissioners have access to these files.
While the above does not constitute evidence of a breach by itself, it does demonstrate a major lapse in basic systems security and password management.
Dave Williams, the chairman of the Republican Party of Colorado, came out and said, We hear all the time in Colorado from Secretary Griswold and Governor Polis that we represent the gold standard for election integrity, a model for the nation.
One can only hope that by the Secretary of State posting our most sensitive passwords online to the world dispels that myth.
A bad actor would still need access either physically or remotely to the systems, and it is also unclear whether the passwords were in use at any point while publicly available.
So Dave Williams goes on and says, It's shocking, really.
At best, even if the passwords were outdated, it represents significant incompetence and negligence, and it raises huge questions about password management and other basic security protocols at the highest levels within Griswold's offices.
said Williams.
This type of security breach could have far-reaching implications, putting the entire Colorado election results for the vast majority of races, including the tabulation for the presidential race in Colorado, in jeopardy unless all the machines can meet the standards of a trusted build before next Tuesday.
Vote tabulation in Colorado using the voter systems is already underway with results intended to be accessible until the close of polls next week.
Okay, so we already know a few things after this article, which was put out by...
Let's see.
This is a part of a press release that I found that was sent over to me by Dave Williams.
But, listen.
What do we know now?
Well, we know one thing.
That these passwords were not old and out of use.
They were being used, which is why when you'll hear Secretary Griswold on with Kyle Clark in the interview, I'll play in a minute here, she specifically says that her office is going across the state and changing the passwords on these systems.
Now, her argument as to why this doesn't constitute a breach of election security is because you'd have to have access to the physical systems, basically, and that there's nobody who's had improper access to the systems.
But that's working under the presumption that nobody working for the state...
Would act nefariously in accessing a system which they had access to with the password itself that would allow them to not only go in and alter the system and how it tabulates votes, but then further to delete any trace of them going into that system and doing it in the first place.
So One of the things I picked up on in this interview, I'll play in a second here, from Kyle Clark and Secretary Griswold, which is all we have so far, this is the only kind of public interaction we've seen, as of now at least, as of the recording of this, is that the system itself...
It's not in question.
The integrity of the system itself is not in question because there's chain of custody and, you know, no big deal, nothing to see here, essentially is her argument.
To which I call BS, A, and B, at what point do we as citizens have a right to, To stand up against corruption.
I mean, this is so corrupt.
Think about this.
Her office, Secretary of State Griswold's office, has been caught leaking election passwords to the public.
But this is the same office who...
Went out of their way to make an example of the Mesa County, Colorado clerk, Tina Peters, for giving credentials to a forensic expert to make a forensic copy of election records in support of an audit.
For which Tina is now serving a nine-year sentence in prison for sharing one password.
One password.
The question is then, how many years should Secretary of State Jenna Griswold get in prison for sharing 600 passwords, compromising the integrity and security of voting machines in 63 of our 64 counties here in Colorado?
How many years in prison should she get?
That's my honest question.
We have textures.
Somebody from the 518 says, wasn't Jenna Griswold the same gal that made national news for kicking Trump off the ballot?
No bias to see here.
Yeah.
No.
Absolutely she was one of the people who was working in that effort to remove Trump from the ballot here in Colorado.
But that's not all she's done here in Colorado.
She's also the same Secretary of State.
Who back in 2022 sent out 30,000 mailers to illegal immigrants, criminals who are here illegally in the state of Colorado, encouraging them to register to vote.
Among other things.
So, Tina Peters is going to rot in prison for nine years for giving out one password in a valid And justified audit of elections in Mesa County, Colorado.
But Jenna Griswold's office can release 600 passwords that affect 63 out of the 64 counties in Colorado in their voting systems.
And she gets to investigate herself?
Huh.
It's funny how that works.
Someone from the 303 texted in and says, do we have at least one constitutional sheriff?
Yes, I'm calling out Steve Reims and one judge that will honor their oath and issue a search warrant.
Yeah, Steve.
Sheriff Reims.
Let's get the ball rolling.
Let's put together an investigation because surely our county is affected.
Surely we're not the one that was excluded out here in Weld County.
And let's do the work that we have to do here.
Okay.
Because I'm pretty much convinced at this point that our sheriff needs to do something.
So I'm calling on the sheriff of Weld County, Stephen Reams, To open investigation into General Griswold in her office.
Because at this point, this constitutes not just an accidental, inadvertent leak.
This is an intentional plot to interfere in our elections and to undermine our election security.
This is criminal.
This is criminal.
So I don't know what judge we have to go to, I don't know what we need to do to get a warrant, but we need to start opening investigations and going after our corrupt Secretary of State, who, the week, and remember, this has been posted since August, folks.
This isn't like it just happened one night and then they went oops and took it down.
This has been posted seemingly since August.
So we've had almost two months or maybe over two months.
of this information being publicly available online to anyone who's interested.
Anyone who is interested in effecting the elections here in the state of Colorado could have accessed highly critical and sensitive passwords that would have allowed them to gain access into systems which would have allowed them to alter, manipulate, and change the way the tabulation works and moreoverly Delete any trace of them doing it in the first place.
There needs to be accountability, Sheriff Reims, and any other sheriff in this state who can hear this message right now.
Any other police, law enforcement officer who wants to actually do their job and stand up against these people.
You know, the people who tell us this is the safest and most secure election state in the country.
When For all intents and purposes, it seems as though we may be the least at this point.
And at this point as well, I think it's worth mentioning that there are so many people out there in this state who have fought to defend Tina Peters and her actions in Shining a light on the corruption of 2020.
I need those same people, we need those same people to activate now in pursuing a criminal investigation against Jenna Griswold and her corrupt office.
Because no matter how many times she laughs it off and says it's no big deal, and it's not as bad as Tina Peters, because in her case it was 600 passwords, and in Tina's case it was 1, and somehow when she does it, it's not that bad, but when Tina does it, it's a decade in prison.
She needs to be investigated and brought up on criminal charges.
If the investigation proves out what we already seem to know, and then she needs to be brought on trial and if found guilty sentenced to an extremely appropriate sentence given what we've already seen in the sentencing of Tina Peters.
And it should be every county that's affected by this, by the way, that should be opening investigations into the Secretary of State.
It should be all 63 counties In the state of Colorado, every one of the sheriffs in each one of those counties needs to open an investigation into Secretary of State Jenna Griswold and start going to the Capitol and going through their emails, going through their internal documents, going through every piece of information that we can.
And exposing the corruption.
Exposing this seemingly intentional effort to interfere in our elections and undermine their security.
Because remember, we have a state that's run by communists, by the way.
The majority whip In the House of Representatives here in the state of Colorado, is an open and avowed member of the Democrat Socialists of America, which is just a front for the Communist Party.
So, you think that the government that they've put together there with Jared Polis and Griswold and the rest are not communists as well?
If we know anything from the Rules for Radicals and Saul Alinsky and what he's written and what they follow and what they believe, the Communist Manifestos, they believe by any means necessary, which means they are more than willing to cheat and lie and steal.
So why should we believe that they aren't doing it right now with this action?
The fox is guarding the hen house, folks.
We all need to be aware.

Let me read some of this press release that we got from the Colorado GOP and Dave Williams.
It says here, this is a letter they wrote to, this is not the press release, this is actually the letter that they sent to General, Jenna Griswold, General, Jenna Griswold, the Secretary of State here in Colorado.
It says, regarding your public disclosure of the BIOS passwords for Colorado election systems, It has come to our attention this week that last Thursday, October 24, your team quietly removed a publicly accessible spreadsheet file from the Colorado Secretary of State's website that contained BIOS passwords for election systems in 63 of the 64 counties in Colorado.
The passwords were not encrypted or otherwise protected.
They were open to the public for anyone with knowledge or wherewithal to look located simply on hidden sheets within the spreadsheet, a file that appears to have been posted publicly for months.
As you are well aware, a BIOS password could allow a knowledgeable user not only to gain access and control over any system Accessed physically or remotely, including the ability to manipulate those systems and results, but it would allow that user to remove any trace that he or she was ever there overriding even fundamental system logs necessary during a subsequent audit to show whether illicit access or activity had ever occurred.
It goes without saying how significant this is.
We realize that a bad actor or actress would still need access to the systems, but this, coupled with the recent discoveries about network access announced by Heidi Granol, Former Republican candidate for governor just weeks ago should give every party, every candidate and every voter serious concerns.
We can only imagine that since the discovery last week, you and your staff have been working tirelessly to remedy these vulnerabilities to ensure us and the public that the election in a little over a week is indeed secure.
We demand you provide the following in writing.
Confirmation that all passwords disclosed have been since changed or were otherwise not current at any point while made public.
Confirmation that all new passwords, their storage and management, meets best practices for password strength and encryption, unlike those publicly disclosed.
Confirmation that all systems are running the current software as necessary for proper certification as the hidden pages also provide software certification concerns.
If the passwords were current at any point while public, confirmation that, to the best of your knowledge, the electric systems have not been accessed physically or remotely by any unauthorized person or persons, including any individuals otherwise authorized to access the systems,
but not the system BIOS. Understanding that with BIOS access it may be difficult or impossible to identify if a system has been indeed compromised, provide confirmation or a detailed plan as to how all exposed systems still or will meet the certification requirements of a trusted build before any votes are counted by those systems in the election.
And finally, provide a list of any and all type other steps your team has taken to address these vulnerabilities, including when any steps are still pending or that are to be completed.
While some may attempt to characterize this letter as a fringe partisan issue, we are confident that you understand the critical nature of having released these skeleton key passwords to the world.
As such, we fully expect that you will gladly and forthrightly provide us with all that we are asking using the same standard and diligence you are applying in Mesa County and understanding that best practices would be for you to Already have those steps completed or in process.
If, however, you fail to provide the necessary assurances that our elections are secure, we are prepared to encourage county officials throughout the state to fulfill their duty to decertify any election machines with a password on the released list and to compel you through CRS 11-113 to secure the elections as required by law.
Given that the election is now a matter of days, Conley provided a response within 24 hours.

So, look.
I'm going to play an interview in a bit here that's going to basically, it seems to implicate that Jenna Griswold says that these passwords were active.
These were not old passwords.
These were active passwords.
Which means that, as is alluded to in that letter, not only could they have accessed it, but they could have covered their tracks, and they could have compromised these machines in a way that would make them incapable of being used on election day.
Think about that, folks.
Think about what the implications of this are.
For the love of all that's good, We need authorities in this state, sheriffs and otherwise, to start opening investigations, put together enough evidence to have a grand jury, start filing indictments, arrest these people.
They are a threat to our elections.
They're not just a threat.
It seems...
Launched an open attack against our elections.
At what point do we as Coloradans have to look around and say, things are not alright.
This is not okay.
This is not acceptable.
Sheriff Reams, if you or any of your deputies are listening, This matter needs to be looked into.
And any other sheriffs out there or law enforcement who are listening, this matter needs to be investigated immediately.
And anybody who's listening, I want you to contact your local law enforcement officials.
And I want you to inquire as to the status of their investigations into this matter.
Because it's not enough that Dave Williams writes a strongly worded letter to our Secretary of State.
It's not enough that Secretary of State Griswold is promising that she'll just investigate herself.
It's not enough that she claims to be working with SISA in some unknown capacity.
We need investigations and we need them now.
We need open investigations and we need them now.
We have five days before the election, folks.
Five days!
And they've had access to these passwords, it seems, according to these allegations in the affidavit and what's seemingly been admitted to by Jenna Griswold herself.
They've had access to this information and these systems since August.
Okay?
Do you know what kind of damage they could have done over the last two months?
Do you know how they could have rigged the systems and then deleted any trace of them ever being there?
Do you think that five days is enough time for us to go through every single component of our election system and verify that it's Trustworthy and accurate?
who knows how many bad actors have had access to it over the last two and a half months.
This is not...
This is a serious thing.
This is going to be huge.
I don't know what the outcome of this is going to be.
And I'm just one person.
Take what I'm saying with a grain of salt, right?
But...
I am encouraging everyone in this audience to reach out to the local law enforcement in your county and inquire as to the status of investigations into Secretary Griswold's dereliction of duty, which may be construed as an open and intentional act of election interference.
For which she herself and her office helped facilitate a prosecution of Tina Peters, which led to her spending nine years in prison.
And now she herself is going to investigate herself for doing the same exact thing?
That sounds really not corrupt at all, right?

So Kyle Clark, who I do not like, I'll preface this by saying he's a fake news, propagandist, liberal, but...
Even he understands that if he doesn't cover this story a certain way, it would completely undermine his legitimacy.
Even he understands how severe this is and how bad it would make the fake news look if they were to turn a blind eye to it.
So even he had to press Jenna Griswold.
This is her interview.

What your office said was that the public disclosure of the BIOS passwords alone constituted a serious breach of voting system security.
So now that your office has leaked passwords, does that also constitute a serious breach of voting system security protocols?
Well, to push back on you, Kyle, that sentence is in the press release, but there is a much bigger press release.
And part of that investigation in Mesa County was two sets of passwords, unauthorized access, stolen passwords, and it was in a different time.
Since 2021 and what happened in Mesa County, our security has improved, including the 24-7-hour cameras, including the badge and access.
The law has been significantly strengthened since then.
We have multiple layers in place to ensure situations like Mesa County don't occur, and that is not what is occurring here.
Again, the word choice, that it was the passwords alone that constituted the serious breach, was again the words used by your office.
What have you done to determine whether those passwords had been used by an authorized person in the months that your office had them online?
Well, we started an investigation immediately after discovering that some of the passwords were online.
Again, we have no reason to believe that there are any security breaches or compromises in the state of Colorado.
We've been working with federal partners.
We have people in the field right now going and changing passwords, looking at access logs, looking at chain of custody books.
By the way, they were already looking at chain of custody for weeks.
We do take this seriously, but the action is out of an abundance of caution.
We have a great deal of confidence in our elections, and out of an abundance of caution, continue our investigation and are working in the field today, but before this even broke.
So, after the Mesa County passwords leaked in 2021, you said that your team couldn't confirm that the BIOS passwords hadn't been used at some point to alter the setting of the machines.
That's why, among other reasons, you ordered that the county stop using them.
Why no similar order here prior to your investigation of whether these machines were illegally entered?
So, what is your question?
I'm sorry, Kyle.
The question is, in 2021 you ordered Mesa County to stop using the machines for which passwords were leaked because you said your team could not confirm whether the machines had been illegally accessed.
Given that your team has not yet completed the assessment of whether any machines in Colorado have been illegally accessed, why are they still being used?
So there's two different situations.
In Mesa County, we knew that both passwords to access the voting equipment were used.
We knew that someone did get on to the voting equipment.
And again, our security posture is much different than it was in 2021 when all this was occurring.
We have no reason to believe that a Mesa County situation is happening.
We have no evidence for that.
If we do find evidence at any point that a situation like Mesa County is happening or happened, we'll take quick action, but that's just not where we're at.
All right, so we're going to hit a break, so I just want to break down what she just said there.
So what she's essentially said is, It's different when her office is responsible for it.
And particularly in response to what Kyle was pointing out about how they actually told Mesa County to stop using the election systems because they had been accessed by a third party through this password that was given, right?
Because they had knowledge that the third party accessed it.
But here she's saying that they're not going to tell anyone to stop using the voting machines because they don't have reason to believe anyone accessed it.
Even though...
How much more reason do you need, Jenna?
You publicly posted the passwords to the systems online for two plus months.
That's not reason to have suspicion that somebody accessed the systems.
Or is it because you've intentionally allowed these passwords to exist publicly because you were hoping people would access these systems?
Because you're a part of this broader conspiracy which needs to be proven by an investigation but could be inferred as you inferred there was a conspiracy underway when Tina Peters was involved.
Right?
Folks, I cannot tell you how criminally corrupt this Secretary of State is and how all of her answers are just utter BS. She needs to be investigated.
Sheriff Reams, contact your local law enforcement, inquire about investigations.

And so it's going to be the federal government, which is run by a bunch of corrupt individuals, and Secretary Grissel's office, which is run by a bunch of corrupt individuals, handling the entire investigation.
And you're telling me that you as a Coloradoan are okay with that, that we should be okay with that, that we should just shut up and mind our own business and not look into it?
When people like Tina Peters have been persecuted and prosecuted by the state, for doing a fraction of what Jenna Grissel's done and is currently serving nine years in prison for it?

She should be under investigation.
If the investigation yields a result, there should be a grand jury.
If the grand jury finds that there's enough evidence, she should be indicted and brought on trial.
And if the trial proves out, she should be found guilty and she should be sentenced to a prison sentence that is commiserate with what Tina Peters received for doing the exact same thing. she should be found guilty and she should be sentenced All right.

And they need to just stand up and do the right thing.

They just need to do it.
It needs to be brought to their attention and then they need to take action.

And somebody from the 505 says, what about early voting?
Not sure about Colorado, but in New Mexico the voting machines are used in early voting.
I don't know.
As far as I know, in Colorado, the early voting are the ballot box, the drop boxes for the mail-in ballots.
But I don't know if there's necessarily early voting.
If there is, I don't even know.
So there's stuff I gotta figure out too, but this is critical and key.
This is very much an issue that needs to be addressed by law enforcement.

I don't want to beat a dead horse here, to put it mildly.
In covering this story, but I do think this is a wildly important story, and it does, I think, from what the initial reports seem to implicate, I think it is a smoking gun implicating some very high-level corruption here in the state of Colorado.
And the most nefarious part about all of this really, I think, would have to be how You know, you're hearing a lot of people in the GOP. I've heard some people in the GOP call for her resignation saying, oh, Jenna Griswold needs to resign.
Okay.
Yeah, I mean, that probably would be okay if the president hadn't already been set with Tina Peters with criminal investigations and decade-long prison sentences for doing this.
Because, in my humble opinion, Janet Griswold, who's in charge of that office, should be held accountable along with any of her accomplices working there.
For doing this, and she should be brought on trial just like Tina Peters.
I mean, we're about equality of law, right?
They all want diversity and equality and inclusivity, right?
Well, what's more equal than Jenna Griswold and her accomplices facing the same sort of criminal investigation that Tina Peters faced?
I couldn't think of a more equal outcome than that.
And if she's found innocent by, you know, by the evidence and it proves it out, then that's fine.
She should still resign.
Because no matter how you cut it, even if she's not intentionally doing it as a form of election interference, and it was some sort of negligence, She should still have to face consequences for that as far as her resignation is concerned.
But I think, and many people in this state think, and outside of this state think, that this was intentional.
And it's worse because what was done was done in a way that it would allow the perpetrators, which I would call co-conspirators, With Jenna Griswold in her office.
it allows the co-conspirators to commit the crime and then delete any evidence of their crime.
So, I mean, this is like next level election interference.
This is like...
You know, one thing you can say about Colorado is that we are the most advanced in elections, but we're the most advanced, it seems, in election rigging at this point.
The most advanced schemes and scams are being run right here in Colorado, and perhaps that is no coincidence.
Let's go listen to some more of this Kyle Clark interview with Jenna Griswold.
In 2021, you directed the Colorado Department of State to investigate the password leak in Mesa County.
Who will investigate the password leak from your office?
Well, we're disclosing what happened.
And again, Kyle, this is not the same situation as Mesa County.
Mesa County was part of a larger investigation where we had good knowledge to know that two passwords were released, that there was unauthorized access, and that there was a larger conspiracy.
We had reason to know that.
That is not the situation, and I think it's really important to, you know, be clear with what we're doing, but at the same time, not compare apples to oranges.
Again, if we are in a situation where we have good information to know that something, that there is a security threat, we will notify and I will take action, but that's just not where we're at.

So who's in charge of the investigation?
Well, we're just disclosing it.
We're not really investigating it.
We're just disclosing it.
And it's totally different from Tina Peters and what she did because, I mean, we have intentionally put our head in the sand and ignored any evidence that would implicate people in this election interference scheme.
So, you know, it's totally different.
So I just want to make sure I've got a clear answer to that question.
It sounds like what you're saying is the only people investigating the actions of your office are your office, unless I'm mistaken.
Is there an outside agency that is investigating what happened in your office?
Well, what happened in my office is very straightforward.
We, unfortunately, had a civil servant upload a spreadsheet with some passwords to voting equipment.
That is not the passwords needed to access the voting equipment.
You need two sets of passwords.
That is the full extent of it.
We disclosed that immediately to federal agencies, CISA, that has oversight of the nation's elections, and we've been working with them.
So this is another obfuscation and lie.
She says, it's not the passwords you need to access.
Well, actually, it is, in fact, the passwords you need to access, the voting equipment, as a matter of fact.
And her saying that you need two sets of passwords is talking about two separate things.
There's an obvious conflation there that she's trying to do to mislead people in this interview into believing that she's not...
In effect, guilty of what she's doing here, which is allowing these elections to be interfered with, at least facilitating it.
But then the gall and audacity for her to sit there and say, well, you know, we're just disclosing this, you know, we're not investigating it, and we're working with SISA. So we're going to bring in the corrupt federal government, you know, the guys that helped facilitate the steal in 2020.
We're going to bring them in to, you know, look at what happened here.
And it was some civil servant who just, you know, happened to accidentally leak this to, you know, the entire world for the last two months.
It's like everything she says is a complete and utter lie.
And they're gonna say, oh, well, this is, you know, you're undermining the integrity of elections by talking about it.
It's like, I feel like I'm in an episode of The Twilight Zone.
They're like, well, you're the one.
It's really your fault for talking about this.
You're the one who's undermining the election in security.
It's not, who cares that we leaked all the passwords?
It's your fault for talking about it.

This is a big federal crime.

There's a real problem here with this and she needs to get, like you said, she needs to do prison time and Tina Peters needs to be released for revealing the truth of what happened there.
So absolutely she should hang by her own rope in my opinion.

This is unrecoverable voter manipulation, meaning we can't, they destroy the evidence, okay?
So, because of the violations of the law that you cited, we have a legal claim because this election is spoiled right now and all the data is not reliable because it was insecure.
I'm just learning from you now what Steve Starrs is suggesting we proceed.
We do need to contact our law enforcement agencies, the sheriffs, but we have to do a little bit more work.
Because we don't want to just sort of do a gunshot method of this.
So, I don't have the specific information of the action to take except to, I urge that everybody go to their county.
If you go to ColoGOP.org, that is the state GOP website and you can find your county chair A phone number, and I think every county chair needs to be called and said, And give them the information especially that you've given on those laws.
Would you repeat those numbers of the violation of law so people can write it down?
So what they're saying right now is that this is a violation of Colorado Election Regulation 8 CCR 1505-1 and the rule cited is 20.5.2 C11 Thank you.
So that is one of the laws that's directly being, they've said is being violated here.
And what we have to understand as well is that there is a signed affidavit, which I've posted on my social media page, is pinned at the top of my profile right now.
The affidavit itself, it is essentially coming forward and saying that this exists and that this is true and this is real, which has now been verified by Secretary Griswold's own In her own interviews,
she's admitted that this is true and that this happened, along with the letter that was put together by the Colorado GOP and sent to her, to Secretary Riswold, in regard to what has happened here and what this constitutes, and basically a direct call for her to start explaining herself, essentially.

To look into much more severe consequences than just resignation.
This needs to be criminal investigation.
This needs to have the same exact effort and fervor put into it as they did with Tina Peters.
Because this is what Tina Peters did, but times basically 600.
So this is 600 times worse than what Tina Peters was accused of doing, and they're investigating themselves and telling us that there is no investigation, essentially.
So I think we need to get involved.
Okay, yes, but we need to especially get every county involved in the state of Colorado.
It was 63 of the 64 counties who were a part of this, so there's a 99% or so probability that whatever county you're living in, as you listen to this broadcast in Colorado, your county was directly affected by this leak.
Yes, and I just want to mention that Tina Peters...
It's the website you can get to get the evidence regarding what she did and the evidence that she found, and she found it lawfully.
They would not allow her to provide a defense, okay?
Because it was all controlled by the, essentially, governor's and AG office.
Well, that's the thing.
That's the crazy thing about this, Anne, is that in Tina Peter's case, as you point out, what she did was lawfully say, I'm going to show you how this election was tainted and fraudulent.
What Jenna Griswold's office has just done is illegally provide information that allows the public and any bad actor to access election systems illegally.
That is so much worse than anything they even accuse Tina Peters of doing, at least at the scale at which it's been done by Secretary Griswold's office, that I just cannot, for the life of me, understand how we have come to this point.
But, you know, it is what it is.

Well, we have to know that the comparison of Tina Peters' trial is not accurate because Tina Peters...

Because if we're going to say, if you're going to work on the presumption that Tina Peters is guilty, which she's not in my opinion, but let's work under that presumption because a court found it.
She was sentenced to almost a decade in prison.

But this involves 14 ballot measures that can be manipulated to be put into law that everybody should vote no on, because every one of those ballot measures was written through the network of the,

But the ballot measures to pass and control Colorado that are nefarious is nobody's business.

Somebody texted in and said, we cannot certify what is legal remedy in a situation where an election can't be certified.
Well, I'd have to go brush up on, you know, the election laws here in Colorado.
I'm not 100% familiar with them as I've only been here a little while.
And I can tell you, though, that I'm not sure what the legal remedy is in this situation.
But regardless, there has to be some sort of remedy because this is absolutely insane.
How the actions of our Secretary of State have essentially delegitimized our elections, it seems, and what the deleterious and disastrous effects us will have, I mean, are going to be unimaginable.

But let's give you an update on the betting markets here since we're here today.
Today is...
The day before Halloween, right?
Wednesday, October 30th, 2024.
And, of course, here we have Donald Trump on the polymarket betting market, leading 67% to Kamala's 33%.
And, you know, take it with a grain of salt, but...
The polymarket betting markets are saying that he's got a high probability of winning, according to people who are betting on it at least.
And right now we are 5 days, 16 hours, 24 minutes, and 20 seconds from the 2024 election.
And of course that means that we have a lot to do and a little bit of time.
But don't let these polls, and I like what Steve Bannon was saying yesterday when he came out of jail.
He made a great point.
Don't let the polls convince you that it's not vitally important for not only you to get engaged, but for you to encourage others to get engaged in this election process.
And if you're still one of those people who's thinking, man, I'm not going to vote, I don't want to be a part of this, I would encourage you to reconsider your position and understand that There is no such thing as a perfect candidate.
And if you wait for a perfect candidate, then you will allow this country to fall quicker, faster, and more disastrously than it has to.
You have to vote on policy, not personality.
And you have to pick the person who most closely aligns with the things that you want to see done here in this country.
And I would argue that a non-vote is a vote for Kamala.
Because if you're listening to this broadcast, you probably believe in a lot of things that are aligned with Christian conservatism.
And although I recognize fully that Trump doesn't perfectly align with all of the things I believe in as a Christian and a conservative, That is not going to keep me from going to the poll and voting for the person who most closely represents what I believe with the understanding that there is no such thing as a perfect candidate.
So I would encourage you to vote and I would encourage you if you've already voted to encourage your friends and family to vote and explain to them why they should vote for Trump You have more than enough information from this show and many other sources, I'm sure, to give an educated explanation as to what the case is for Donald Trump vs.
Kamala.
And you don't have to do it in a harsh way.
You can do it in a very subtle, in a very concise way.
You know, one thing I found out a long time ago is that you get a lot more flies with honey than you do with vinegar, as the saying goes.
And how that applies here is, you know, a lot of times because things are so corrupt, it's very easy to get angry and upset and frustrated and flustered and let that anger and frustration kind of be We're transposed upon those who we are trying to convince of our beliefs, right?
Those we are trying to win over.
It can be frustrating, but you've got to be patient, and you have to be clear and concise and persistent and say, this is what I believe, this is why I believe it, and this is why it's right.
And that's my advice and encouragement to all of you out there.
If you have friends that haven't voted yet, get them to vote.
If you have family members who are on the fence or not wanting to participate, encourage them to participate.
If you yourself are not wanting to participate, please.
Please, please, please get involved.
Because even though this election here in Colorado may be completely tainted, or it is, it seems completely tainted at this point, It shouldn't be a reason or an excuse not to get out there and vote.
Because no matter what systems they've put in place, no matter what obstacles they've set before us, anything is possible when you have faith in God and you work toward doing the right thing.
That, I mean...
You have to have at least that much faith in the system.
Which, I mean, a lot of people say, I have no faith in the system.
Well, I understand and I appreciate that and I agree.
There's not many reasons to have faith in the system at all.
But we've got to get active, we've got to get involved, and we've got to make it clear now, clearer than ever, that this is an election that we will win.
So get out there, get motivated, motivate others.
Let's get this vote in because, look, I don't care if you don't like Trump personally and his personality and everything else.
I think that even regardless of all that, Kamala would be A death blow for this country.
It'd be the implementation of a one-party state.
It'd be the legalization of millions and millions of criminals who have illegally invaded our country.
It would be the legitimization of the communist regime's authority and power.
It may, in fact, be the end of free and fair elections if they haven't ended already in this country.
And it most certainly would lead to the persecution, prosecution, and destruction of those who stand in opposition to the communists that are running the show.
So, for all of Trump's faults, personality-wise, and even policy-wise, it couldn't be more clear, which...
Is the more obvious and clear choice.
So just take that with a grain of salt.

So big news coming out of the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court has just ruled that Virginia is allowed to purge illegals from their voting rolls.
Well, wow, what do you know, right?
So what happened here was, Supreme Court has allowed Virginia to remove 1,600 alleged non-citizens from voter rolls.
This is according to three...
To the majority there, there were three justices who dissented, and this is something that I don't know how you dissent on getting people who are illegal off the voting rolls, but somehow they did that.
We also have more stories of voter suppression, Quakertown, polling in Bucks County out there in Pennsylvania.
The voting line nearly three hours early despite the 4.30 closing listed time on the website.
Pennsylvania voters are ticked off to say the least after they witness non-English speaking citizens being escorted past long lines after being bussed into polling places to cast their vote.
Oh, well, that just seems totally normal.
I have to wait in a six-hour line to vote, but the perhaps illegals who are bussed in can just cut the line and go vote because we want to make sure that they don't feel disenfranchised, right?
We don't want to disenfranchise the illegals.
That would be horrible.
That would be evil, misogynistic, fascist.
Just the opposite of what, you know, we want.
Other stories, of course, Joe Biden called us all garbage.
If you guys weren't paying attention or you hadn't seen this story, this is a doozy.

This is Joe Biden telling us exactly how he feels about us.

Or Puerto Rico, where I'm in my home state of Delaware.
They're good, decent, honorable people.
The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters.
His demonization is unconscionable, and it's un-American.

This is not inciting violence at all.

So they said, don't worry, he left and he said he'll go get another name and come back.
I mean, you're right, though.

Like, if you have to hit six polling stations in one day, you can't be waiting in lines, right?

I have to really look up the history of it.
