And another day, another completely flagrant abuse of power in the election interference scam being run in our country by the criminal Democrat Uniparty Deep State.
Yes, of course, we're going to be talking today about some more flagrant abuse of power.
Just the communist takeover of America.
Nothing to see here.
No big deal.
Although I do feel like they're setting some really great precedents for when we eventually do take back power as long as that power isn't, that seat of power isn't held by another one of their stooge uniparty apparatchiks like so many in the Republican Party are.
But Steve Bannon has been sentenced and will have to report to jail July 1st to serve his four-month prison sentence.
But no big deal.
They're just taking off-air one of the most prolific news reporting Trump-supporting conservatives in the four-month lead-up to the November election.
Just that's totally normal.
Nothing to see here, folks.
I mean, you have to laugh at it.
It is that absurd and it is that flagrant, the abuse of power.
I don't know how much longer they think they're going to get away with this.
And I really don't think they fully grasp or realize what they're doing as setting precedents for themselves in the future.
I mean, If this is the kind of thing we're seeing for, you know, basically non-crimes like contempt of Congress and, you know, misfiling your accounting paperwork, you know, and taking loans and paying them back on time with interest with no victim, if we're talking about these kind of penalties for those kind of crimes,
I wonder what kind of penalties these people will be getting when we bring them in court and put them in front of a jury and show how they trafficked children for sex, or how they rigged elections to steal power, or how they sold us out to our enemies abroad.
for personal gain.
I mean, I wonder, I mean, those sentences.
I mean, if we're just gonna go by what the playbook that they're playing by now, that might be life sentences or worse, death penalty.
And I'm just saying that as a casual observer.
Of course, the story is Steve Bannon, his attorney,
gave a speech earlier yesterday after the DC court hearing which found that Steve Bannon would be ordered to surrender to prison by July 1st to serve a four-month sentence which means that he will be getting released from prison on November 1st and that'll be what days before the election so
I mean, you guys gotta tell me what you think, because I'm obviously of the opinion that this is all a hoax, it's a sham, it's a complete violation of the law.
But hey, you know, these contempt of Congress charges are just the most laughable things ever.
You know, the refusal to share privileged information with Congress is what Steve Bannon is being found guilty of being in contempt for.
It's a completely absurd and laughable joke.
And the way that our justice system is being weaponized in so many different ways, but specifically with timing, right, on everything.

There actually is no verdict until the judge files it with the state.
And that has not happened yet because we haven't even had a sentencing hearing yet.
So technically at this moment, Trump is not a convicted felon, even though these talking heads in the media who have the IQ of a chimpanzee, and maybe that's being generous, who can read off teleprompters very well, They got their degree in communication which is another way of saying that they are able to breathe and read at the same time aloud from a teleprompter.
They were given every out to tell the truth, and they've refused to do that, the fake news, that is.
And Trump is not guilty yet, he's not a convicted felon, as if though that matters, right?
Because if you just turn on CNN or MSNBC or any other news outlet, even Fox, They'll just breathlessly repeat the words convicted felon, convicted felon, convicted felon, knowing that there were people who, independents and some Republicans, who said that they would not vote for a quote-unquote convicted felon.
So they're using that as a way to essentially go after those independent voters and those Republican voters who said that they they clutched their pearls and said, I would never vote for a convicted felon.
And you know, I feel bad for those people because they're just so they turn on the CBS nightly news and they think that they're getting some semblance of truth.
And it's just sad because they're being lied to.
They're the ones who are going to get harmed irreparably at the end of the day by all of this.
A system that's going to enslave them and their children.
You know?
A country that sees them as disposable cattle to be culled at the whims of maniacal scientists who are hell-bent on eugenically Controlling the population with eugenics.
I don't know if eugenically is a word, but eugenics, eugenicists who have complete disregard for life because they see themselves as superior and everyone else is inferior.
They've rejected God and instead play God, pretend to be God because that's what they think will give them the most satisfaction in this life and sadly they're wrong as well but Thus is the game.
This is where we are, right?
So I'll say this.
When we come back, I want to play a little bit of that Yale professor, Yale law professor who explains what the Trump legal team can do to avoid the irreparable harm that is surely to come from this outcome in New York.
If they try to throw him in prison and make him a actual convicted felon, uh, because that is not happening yet.
And there is something that can be done with, We'll talk about that and a little bit more about Steve Bannon's arrest, or impending imprisonment, on the other side of the break.

I wanted to talk about Trump and Bannon and this whole sham.
It couldn't be more obvious what they're doing.
But again, I have to wonder if they're just setting these precedents for themselves unknowingly, right?
That if the established norm in the country will be we can prosecute politicians for their crimes, even beyond the statute of limitations, And we have ample evidence of, you know, things they've done criminally, then we can go after them, right?
I mean, maybe that's the sword that Bannon and Trump are falling on.
Because it's the only way to ensure that if, in fact, sometime in the future, there are assuredly processes of prosecution of these people, these criminals within the Uniparty, That they can't say, oh look, they're going after their political rivals because, I mean, nobody seems to be worrying too much about that on the left right now, right?
But it's funny how they have double standards, right?
Because you can do this to Trump and Bannon and Peter Navarro and Roger Stone and the list goes on and on and on.
John Eastman, everybody else.
You can do it to them.
But, oh, do not touch the sacred cow that is Biden and Obama and Clinton.
They are untouchables.
And not in the way that they use in the Indian caste system.
No, I'm talking about untouchables as in the way that they would use that in reference to the gods that these pagans worship, right?
And that's what these people They're just setting a precedent for a future where these criminals like Obama and Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton and Joe Biden and all the rest can be prosecuted for all the crimes that we know they've committed.
I mean, not every crime that they've committed surely is a part of a, you know, counterintelligence operation ran by intelligence.
Man, they're just plain old criminals in a lot of regards.
You know, people always say, oh, Whitewater, you know, Whitewater.
Remember last time they tried to convict a Clinton of something and the entire federal building in Oklahoma City just disappeared overnight?
Little bit of a boom boom.
So, They had evidence of a lot of other crimes, I believe, in certain buildings adjacent to the World Trade Center, which were not hit by planes.
That just magically collapsed in free fall, as if a demolition had been planned for a very long time on 9-11.
So, perhaps we can go back and prosecute George Bush for his involvement in 9-11.
Perhaps we can go back and pro- I mean, I don't know, they'd probably deeply guard that secret, right?
Too many wars were started with that one.
But, I don't know, perhaps we can get them on other crimes like the fact that Joe, or, uh, Joe Bama.
Joe Biden and Barack Obama, as they were leaving office in 2015, set up the frame job of Donald Trump and orchestrated the Russia collusion hoax with their minions like James Comey, Jim Clapper, John Brennan, and the rest.
I don't know.
I don't know.
It would be only fitting that we use the precedents that they established to go after them.
I think, though.
That would be very interesting.
So, let's play a clip here.
We got our good friend Stephen Bannon.
Who is obviously being persecuted as well.
He's on that same list.
But here he is after his sentencing took place yesterday.
And listen to this.
I've got great lawyers, and we're going to go all the way to the Supreme Court if we have to, but I want to say something specifically about the Justice Department.
Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, the entire Justice Department, they're not going to shut up Trump, they're not going to shut up Navarro, they're not going to shut up Bannon, and they're certainly not going to shut up MAGA.
If you look right here, you reporters, in the two and a half or three years we've been here, look at the rise of MAGA, look at the rise of Donald Trump.
If the election was held today, According to Harry Enten over at CNN, President Trump would win in a landslide.
All of this, besides the major illegal issues that have to be addressed, all of this is about one thing.
This is about shutting down the MAGA movement, shutting down grassroots conservatives, shutting down President Trump.
Not only are we winning, we are going to prevail, and every number and every poll shows that.
There's nothing that can shut me up and nothing that will shut me up.
There's not a prison...
There's not a prison.
There's not a prison built.
There's not a prison built or a jail built that will ever shut me up.
All victory to MAGA.
We're gonna win this.
We're gonna win at the Supreme Court.
And more importantly, we're gonna win on November 5th in an amazing landslide with the Senate, the House, and also Donald J. Trump back as President of the United States.

Well, I mean, you gotta admire a man whose conviction goes So deep that he is, even in the face of serving jail, prison sentence, he is still confident in his beliefs.
And that's what we have to be, right?
We take courage.
That's what Jesus told us to do in this fallen world.
Stand up against evil, rebuke it in all of its forms.
I mean, I believe that that's essentially what We are going to be doing coming up here in the next weeks, days, days, weeks and months ahead of the election and beyond.
You know, it's not just about Donald Trump or an election to be quite clear from my perspective, because those are just people.
They're inconsequential.
We're all just a vapor here today and gone tomorrow in the scheme of eternity.
Our lives are not very meaningful.
But they are meaningful to God, of course, and you know what I mean in that regard.
But I look at it, though, as continuing the eternal struggle of good versus evil and fighting on the side that is standing for what is good and what is right.
And you know, it's interesting how the devil has convinced these satanically driven leftists that they are fighting for what is quote-unquote good, but to them the things that are good are truly what is told to us are evil in scripture, in a lot of ways.
So I believe that we're on the right side of this battle, and that's definitely something that I'm thankful for.
But I can tell you right now, it's going to get worse from here.
I'm not going to sugarcoat it.
You know, this is kind of, this is the mild part of it all, right?
Because remember, If you look back and you saw what they did with the censorship, for instance, right?
Censorship started with Alex Jones, basically, but it was always around, but it really became flagrant and obvious with Alex Jones, and then it went to all of us, right?
We were all persecuted.
We were all touched by it in one way or another, and still are to this day.
These political prosecutions and persecutions, they are starting with Trump and Bannon and Stone and even Alex Jones again.
Coincidentally, I'm sure.
But they will eventually reach us all.
So I hope you're prepared.
I hope you're mentally and physically prepared for what's ahead.
It will be a battle.
And there's going to be an assault on our minds.
They're going to play to every fear we have.
They're going to try to manipulate us with tactics and strategies that we have yet to even comprehend.
Namely because they have a lot of highly advanced weapons that they can use from their arsenal.
Specifically AI will play a huge role.
If it hasn't been already playing a huge role in how they manipulate society as a whole.
I think that's something that we saw a lot of during COVID.
Because even though at the beginning of COVID, AI wasn't much of a common thing for us to even know or talk about.
After the last couple years, you've seen AI explode into this, you know, giant monstrosity of complex algorithms that can do things that most humans couldn't have imagined or fathomed even a few years ago, right?
They had that behind closed doors, obviously, and we're using it to manipulate us during the pandemic, and they've been using it to manipulate us for years.
So, they have highly, much highly, much more highly advanced systems behind closed doors that they're using against us.
And that's just AI, and AI is, like, running everything now.
So that's why they can basically obfuscate responsibility by saying, you know, we're not censoring you.
It's the algorithm.
It's the machine learning.
Right?
Well, they taught the machine to favor communism and to discriminate against Christians and conservatives.
And so the machines are doing it.
So technically there are no humans who are doing it, quote unquote.
It's the machines.
But suffice to say that it's going to be pretty scary heading into the election.
I feel like one thing that we're not prepared for that could be a bit of a blindside right now are deep fakes, right?
Deep fakes, because think of it this way.
Think of it as like the reverse Hunter Biden laptop.
Okay?
Here's what I predict, and I hope I'm wrong.
Maybe One or two months before the election, there'll be some very, very damning and incriminating video or audio recording of Donald Trump that is released on the internet on all the social media platforms like Twitter, slash X, um, you know, Facebook,
slash meta, whatever, and all these other platforms, Instagram, etc., TikTok.
And it will be some very damning piece of video evidence or audio recording of Trump doing or saying something heinous.
And you'll have every media news outlet in the country, and this is how you'll know it's fake, because every news outlet in the country will be reporting on it breathlessly, telling us that it's true telling us that it's true and real and it's – they want it –
Actually, you know, they won't say it's true near what they'll say is something to the effect of There have been no reports to counter the validity of this alleged video or audio recording They'll say something like that they'll thread that in in amongst the Propaganda news and
Then, just like with the Hunter Biden laptop, and just like with every other lie they've told us, after the damage, after the irreparable harm from that piece of content is effectively brought, they will tell us, oh, well, new reports have found that the video or audio recording itself was actually a doctored deepfake.
But how could we have known?
How could we have ever known?
That's my prediction.
And I hope I'm wrong.
God help us.
I truly mean that.
Please help us, Lord.
I hope I'm wrong.
But I seldom am, unfortunately, with regard to a lot of these predictions.
They end up coming true in one form or another.

And, you know, like I was saying before the break, I do believe that there will be some sort of deepfake That'll be similar, it'll be like the opposite of the Hunter Biden laptop, right?
Because with the Hunter Biden laptop, it came out, we knew it was true, and every media organization in the country practically told us it was fake and it was Russian disinformation, and the intelligence community came out and said it had all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation.
But in the same exact way, what they'll do before the 2024 election, I'm predicting.
It's released some damning audio or video of Trump that will be a deep fake.
Um, that will have some very incriminating things on it, and all the media organizations in the country will say it's real.
They will say, or at least they'll say there has been no evidence to show that it is not in fact real.
Uh, the allegations stand that this video is true until proven untrue, right?
And then you'll have probably the intelligence community come out and say it has all the hallmarks of being a legitimate piece of video information or audio information.
Right?
And then later it'll come out and they'll say the exact opposite as usual.
So just prepare yourself for that.
But it's the frustrating thing is it's like, how do you prepare the masses for that?
Right?
How do you prepare all of these just unassuming masses who don't even follow any of this stuff for that level of deception.
That's what's difficult.
And that's why I think it's so quiet right now.
It's the calm before the storm, if you will.
Because they have all this stuff planned.
They're just going to be rolling it out very close to the election so that there isn't time for people to react and to, you know, pause and critically think, and understand what's happening.
It will just be one thing after another after another.
That's that's my prediction.
And I've said this before, it'll start very close to the election, we'll be hit by one thing, it'll be like another George Floyd type scenario, right?
Or something in that level of, you know, violent protests.
Then we'll have some kind of, maybe a terror attack, and it will be blamed on white supremacists, right?
And then we'll have a deep fake.
All of this will happen probably within the three months before the election.
And it will be 100% intended to shock the conscience of the American people in the same way that our conscience was shocked during COVID or 9-11, where you can basically whip the entire population into a frenzy and get them to
live in that trauma-based mind control fight-or-flight response mechanism state of existence where you disregard your critical thinking capacity and replace it with a naturally ingrained response mechanism of fight-or-flight which is a self-preservation tactic
Which, I mean, and I know that this is, I hope I'm not getting repetitive, but this is, it's so important for people to understand.
It's so important.
It's gonna come in that exact form.
And it will be, it may be subtle at first, and then it will be overt.
And it will be unavoidably overt at some point right before the election.
You will be shocked, maybe not if you listen to this show or if you listen to other people who give you a good heads up on it, but you will be shocked at how rapid and how close in succession these things will happen, right?
They will be one after another, after another, after another, and you won't even feel like you have time to breathe, more or less think.
And I know it sounds crazy now, but I understand how these sick people operate because I've been following them, studying their every move for almost a decade.
And in that time, I've seen a pattern.
And I've seen a pattern that's It's an adapting pattern, right?
It is an evolving pattern.
It is not like you can just say, oh, they did this this way, so they're going to do it the exact same way the next time.
No, what they do is they do something and then they learn from it and then they adapt their strategy and then they just do it again in a slightly different way.
And I mean, you can go back from The JFK assassination to, you know, in the Gulf of Tonkin all the way up into, you know, 9-11 into everything else that we've seen COVID.
They have a tactic and a strategy and it's also it's a escalating timeline and it's it's getting faster and pace.
So Another thing you have to understand is that, like, why did COVID just go away?
Right?
A lot of people don't ask this question often, I find.
I don't hear this question asked so much anymore these days.
But if COVID was such a dangerous thing, how did it just stop being dangerous?
It's because there's a precept in psychological warfare where, you know, you can exhaust People's capacity to be under that sort of trauma-based mind control if you do it too far of a degree, right?
And again, this isn't like the trauma-based mind control where a kidnapper is trying to mentally break down their victim and overtly make them into like a slave, mentally and physically.
This is the kind of subtle thing that they have to do in a subtle way, because if they do it too overtly, the backlash will, like a whip effect, it will come back, or a boomerang effect, it'll come back and hit them.
Right?
So...
They have to do it incrementally and then when they do it in increments, they push you just far enough to where you're about.
They bend you but they don't break you.
If that makes sense.
And then once you're about to break, they ease up.
They let you, you know, recover for a minute.
It's like when they torture people in, you know, the waterboarding scenarios.
Like, you're not trying to actually kill the person.
You're trying to make the person believe that they're going to die, if that makes sense.
Because if they believe that they're going to die, then they're more likely to give you information.
Now, of course, they've proven that that strategy is not as effective because most people will just say anything and everything to avoid being killed at a certain point.
But that's how this whole thing operates, right?
They're going to push us.
And they did it with COVID to steal the election.
They had the BLM riots, COVID, it all came in a big, you know, push.
And they pushed us almost to our breaking point until people were starting to wake up and That's when they pulled back, right?
They pulled back and they eased up and they got rid of the masks, but they've pushed us further in the direction they need us to go, into that subservient mindset, right?
That surf mindset.
And they're going to do that again, inevitably, And obviously the opportunity comes with the election because they need it to steal power once again in this country.
So that will be what happens, unfortunately for us.
And it will only be those who have a strength of character and a strong will and a propensity to overcome adversity if you will who will really be able to see it for what it is and overcome it in real time the rest of the population unfortunately will just comply like good little sheeple

I'm your host Craig James and we had an interesting interview drop yesterday.
It's Dr. Phil and Donald Trump.
A lot of people tuned into this interview and a lot of interesting takeaways you could glean from it.
I'll play some clips here.
Because I really do want to get some of this stuff out there.
I think some of these clips are very telling and just informative and the good insight into Trump and what he's thinking and what's coming ahead.
So let's just play a few of these.
Let's listen.
Dr. Phil and Donald Trump.
Here we go.
Everybody calls it inflation, but affordability.
When we talk about gasoline, under your administration, average $2.57 a gallon.
Under Biden, $3.61, 40% more.
Under your administration, homes, average $320,000.
Under the Biden administration, 31% more, $420,000.
Under your administration, interest rates, 3.8 average.
$320,000.
Under the Biden administration, 31% more, $420,000.
Under your administration, interest rates, 3.8 average.
Under the Biden administration, 39% more at 5.3%.
Okay, now let's look at the border.
Under you, average 1.7 million border crossings.
Their official number is 6.4.
That's from Homeland Security.
It's actually about 13 million.
Because I know, I've been to the border, I've talked to the border guards down there, Brandon Judd, I've talked to Uh, Jason Jones, I've talked to the people that actually know the numbers.
They say it's between 10 and 13 million.
So, my point is, when you look at the actual numbers plus the things you just talked about, lower taxes, higher tax revenue, you look at that and you would say, My God, he should be running unopposed!
These numbers, I appreciate it, and these numbers are really, I don't know how many... Very conservative.
As an example, I had gasoline down to $1.87, not $2.57.
It's now almost at $4, it's going to be at $5 very shortly.
It's going way up.
I took very conservative numbers so people couldn't argue with me.
Well, interest rates, I was at 2.6%, they have 3.8, and now they're at 9%, 10% and you can't get money.
We did a great job.
We did a great job.
Yeah, I mean, the economy is going to be a big one.
Especially for me.
And for probably some of you out there listening.
Personally, you know, I'm conservative for a lot of reasons, and I'm a Trump supporter for a lot of reasons, and there are things, of course, that you can disagree with Trump on.
I disagree with him on certain things, like, for example, I don't agree with him on the, even the limited view of abortion, right, where it's like, in the first few weeks it's acceptable, etc.
I think it should be outlawed because it is murder from the point of conception.
And I understand that there are a lot of people who feel the same way as I do and then say, oh, well, I would never vote for Trump because of that.
But then I would say, well, I mean, what's the alternative?
You vote for Biden or you vote for nobody and Biden wins and then you get nine month abortions and post term abortions, right?
Like here in Colorado where you can just slaughter, you know, Fully grown babies in the womb, and if the doctor actually births the baby and then decides they don't want it, they can just murder it right there!
You know, they can draw a little satanic pentagram on the floor and light some candles and chant some incantations while they, you know, murder babies and sacrifice them to Moloch or Baal or Baphomet or whichever demonic idol that they worship.
You know what I mean?
So...
The alternative is not acceptable.
And, and I believe, and I've said this before, you know, Trump is just one person.
And the thing that I appreciate about Trump is that I believe he will listen to his voter base and that he will adapt his views and that we can get him to adapt his views, especially in his second term when he knows, presumably, that he doesn't have any prospect of returning to political office because, um,
You know, presumably, he would understand at that point that he's much more free in what he can do, right?
Right now he's in campaign mode.
So he has to say a lot of things and do a lot of things to, you know, ensure that he has this, you know, political Advantage right with independence, etc.
But, you know, I think a lot of that will change, especially when he gets in office, he will become even more conservative than he is.
And we can we can hope and we can try to influence him in that direction.
But you're not going to influence in that direction remotely the left wing people who, you know, literally are Wanting to sacrifice children the devil.
So, and I miss cheap gas and affordable housing and low interest rates and a secure border.
I mean, those are things that matter for this country.
So, and matter for people's day-to-day lives.
We had somebody text in, our good friend, I believe, Kevin from Tennessee, says there were a lot of people that have Stockholm Syndrome, the ones that listen to mainstream media and believe everything they're told and wear the mask and still believe the clot shot was good for them, even though it is killing them.
I see the mask thing in every state level.
I travel.
He's a trucker, so he sees a lot of people.
Of course, I know how they vote as well.
Yeah, if you see somebody wearing a mask today, there is a 99.9% probability that they voted for Biden.
So just know that, right?
Great point, appreciate the text.
We also had somebody text in saying, I'm desperately curious to know why we the people are putting up with this onslaught of tyranny.
It is my opinion that the cabal began with the forced Federal Reserve banking robbing bankers robbing our wealth coupled with tyrannical forced income tax thievery my what is my perspective um and when the gold standard was corrupted and taken away from we the people yeah my opinion is the effort to enslave us to subjugate us has always been ongoing it's It didn't start anywhere.
I mean, things started progressively getting worse at one time or another.
Maybe the Federal Reserve is one point in time you can look at.
Dave, there's always been this, you know, never-ending battle between those who are, you know, of free will and free mind, and those who want to subjugate and enslave.
So, this is a battle as old as time.
If you read the Bible, you know, in the Old Testament, New Testament, I mean, this is all stuff that is not new.
We're just living through that.
And that's why we have to go to Scripture for our encouragement, and that's why we have to remember that No matter what happens, God is going to take care of us if we put our faith in Him.

I think that one thing that cannot be overstated is the level of manipulation, deception, and cover-up that the propagandists and the media have been able to get away with with Trump, with regard to the narrative on Trump, for especially minority communities, right?
It's one of their very highly guarded Tactics and strategies, right?
To make sure that, as LBJ put it, that they keep the minorities, specifically black people, on the Democrat plantation, right?
Paraphrasing, but essentially that's what the intent was behind what he said.
So this is a very common, you know, thing.
And look at particularly what A lot of the African American black community, you know, has been, I mean, they've been hurt by the policies of Democrats for years.
And, you know, this this Crowley and Luciferian do what thou wilt mentality has led to, you know, a glorification of, you know, all of these bad things that are societally tear families apart, which has led to high crime rates, I believe, and all these other very disastrous effects in particularly the minority community, but but really across the country as a whole.
You look at hip hop, for example, which is a primarily black, you know, cultural thing, right?
But there are white people and all other people in it.
But I'm just talking about primarily.
And you look at what is glorified in some of these highly famous people.
I mean, it's all sexual promiscuity, degenerate lifestyles.
uh irresponsibility in in the way that they manage their wealth um criminal behavior is glorified for the most part and and i'm not saying that uh there aren't other forms of music where this is prevalent which it is like pop music
they do the same thing and other music but for particularly speaking the black community they've had nothing but just and then and the worst part is that the democrat party wants to make them believe that you know being a ward of the state is a good thing Like, well, we need to make government more powerful because I need my welfare checks.
And it's like, or we could teach you how to be a, you know, upstanding member of society who can take care of yourself and have individual autonomy and freedom.
That might be a good thing for all people, not just black people.
But here's a black woman who was in the audience during Dr. Phil's playing of the Trump interview.
And this is what she had to say.
And this is an interesting insight.
Look at this.
So, watching your interview today, I think it actually gave me an interpretation that I never had of him before.
And us not seeing him more, it actually kind of hurts people on judging him.
I guess if that's what the media wants to do, then they're doing a very good job at it.
Yeah, you bet.
Yeah, so Vinci makes a good point that, you know, They're just not allowing these people to hear Trump anymore because remember in 2016 they gave Trump whatever it was, a hundred plus million dollars in free media exposure by letting him come on air and have conversations and talk and be interviewed.
But now they limit what you see of Trump, especially in the fake news propaganda stuff, to small out-of-context clips which they can use then to gaslight the public into believing lies in a narrative that is untrue.
And even when you show them the long form stuff, even your average people, like this nice young black woman, sees it and says, wow, they're really lying to us by not showing us Trump in full context.
It's like, well, yeah, no kidding.

with our country in the last few years.
And it's not just vaccine injuries or, you know, hospital malpractice, but they really cover the gamut, including, you know, things that are going on with children, election fraud, a lot of different things this group is investigating and litigating.
And this weekend is a great opportunity for them to pursue and build strategies for that.

Uh, well, it's, like I said, it's, uh, you know, Warner Mendenhall, and, uh, he's the lawyer that's involved, one of the lawyers, along with another lawyer named Barnes, who is involved in the Pfizer, uh, clinical fraud, clinical trial fraud case, uh, that is going on against Pfizer as a, what they call a QTAM lawsuit.
So, uh, for anyone that doesn't know, a Q- Let's put a pin in that, because I, sorry, I didn't even notice, but we're, we're going into a break.

But we have him here, and he's telling us about the Freedom Council Conference, where this is kind of the premier event.
This is the leadoff event for it, right?
And this is all happening, by the way, tonight at 6 p.m. in Denver.
So for all of you here locally, if you want to go check it out, we'll keep giving you the info on how to get the tickets.
But we have John Davidson on the phone with us, and he was kind of telling us about the event, and then we got kind of interrupted by the commercial service, So, John, please, just start over with that, and you've got plenty of time now to kind of give the full explanation.
So, yeah, the Freedom Council exists because a lot of different lawyers and doctors have been fighting independently against You know, hospital malpractice from poor COVID protocols or, you know, some people are vaccine injured.
I mean, in the Telegraph this week now, they're now openly headlining the idea that vaccines maybe have led to, these COVID vaccines have led to an increased mortality rate, which is incredible.
I mean, just the idea of it is unbelievable.
So, You had a lot of doctors and lawyers and victims of these protocols and things like that who were independent and they were lost in the dark and they couldn't find out how to fight this monster because really it was the government that was propelling a lot of this, but on behalf of private entities like Pfizer and Gilead and whatnot.
So they created Freedom Council, Warner Mendenhall and several other really great lawyers, and Freedom Council is now how they coordinate and collaborate and strategize, and the strategy is so important because… A lot of times, like, how you file a case has an outcome, even though you may have the right case.
If you file it wrong, if you put it in the wrong jurisdiction, if you don't have all your ducks in a row, you can fail.
And this is new territory for pretty much every lawyer, so they're helping each other.
They're learning the tricks of how to get things through the courts.
For example, a case recently went through in New York, where
But I think the Superior Court or the Supreme Court in New York ruled that, now I'm paraphrasing, so if I get a little wrong, don't judge me too harshly, but they ruled that the PrEP Act, which guaranteed protections of liability for these hospitals, the PrEP Act did not protect hospitals from failure to treat with drugs like Ivermectin.
So hospitals were putting patients in danger and letting this happen because they thought they had no liability.
But what PrEP Act says is, hey, a judge ordered a hospital to give a patient ivermectin.
They were ordered to give ivermectin and the hospital still refused and the patient died.
So, in these kind of situations, the hospital has no protection of liability from failure to treat.
Failure to treat is also a really important component of, I think, malpractice to begin with.
Oh, wait, you mean... Like failure to diagnose.
You mean Ivermectin, the horse dewormer that CNN told us was evil?
That Chris Bowen now says he takes regularly, even though he was the one who told everybody they shouldn't take it?
Yeah.
What a guy he is.
Yeah, that's exactly the one.
The horse goo that was slandered.
You know, the Nobel Prize winning horse goo, by the way, that apparently does have quite a benefit.
So, you know, that's one type of lawsuit.
Another, and this past weekend I spent time in Houston with Warner, again, for a hospital protocol event.
A hospital homicide is what it was called.
And it's put on by, in part, by a group called Stormer Feds and COVID Humanity Betrayal Memory Project, which is a very long name that I forget.
But these people are incredible, Craig.
What they've done is they gave me 300 hours, if not more, Of 336 interviews, hour-long interviews, with victims, widows, survivors of hospital abuse, and I'm going to tell you that some of the recordings that these patients have, or these people have of some of their parents that were killed, is harrowing.
It's people begging for food and water.
It's a 13-year-old boy in Georgia who had cerebral palsy who was starved to death.
Begging for food until he died.
Inside of hospitals, where you would think that this would not have happened, but it happened.
So this is what they're fighting.
And it is almost, I would say, a holy war, because what happened was evil in these hospitals.
And in some places, it still happens.
So we have to take a stand and say no more.
And that's what Freedom Council Is really all about and I'm honored to be a part of it, and I'm happy so happy to be here in Colorado.
So I hope if you come down, you'll get to meet me and a lot of other really cool people.

It sounds like you have a lot to get ready for tonight.
Well, yeah, I mean, that's, you know, I think that's the gist of it.
Um, you know, this situation that's happening, I feel like The soul of Colorado is kind of at stake here.
The state has definitely gone through some unusual changes in terms of just the judiciary and everything else, and I just hope that people in Colorado know that the rest of the world is looking here.
And I love Colorado.
My family's lived here before, so coming to the Colorado Springs and staying on the base and things like that, it's a beautiful state.
There are so many good people here.
A lot of great friends I have here.
Don't be afraid to show up and just participate.
Well, you know, and speaking of Colorado, a friend of the show, Rico, his father was just in hospital here.
And speaking of, like, what's happening with the medical system, I mean, he was pointing out that, you know, one of the things, and I don't know if they'll address this or if it's even the proper venue, but is the diet that they provide at these hospitals is just very, very counterintuitive to what you would give somebody if you really wanted them to get healthy.
And it's just those things that I think coupled with the remdesivir protocols and the corruption of the insurance, you know, racket that runs the whole thing with the pharmaceutical companies hand in everyone's pocket.
It's all of those things combined that I think really necessitate our action, right?
And because nobody's going to do this for us, we have to do it for ourselves.
And that's why I'm thankful that you reached out to me and let me know you were coming to Colorado and we got you on the show because I wanted my audience out there who are here in Colorado who are going to be able to, you know, once the Freedom Council goes to the next venue, the next state to keep doing this important work, You know, we're still going to be here to finish up what started here.
And that's why you should even, like I said, even if you've seen the movie, go.

You know, it's a dark fight, unfortunately, to be in.

Like you said, the real scandal in the hospitals was that families were cut off from access to their loved ones inside the hospitals.
And the nutrition was bad enough, if you got it.
There were patients who weren't given fluids for some reason.
Well, I'll tell you one of the reasons.
They were unvaccinated.
And there was such a propaganda campaign in this country that propelled hatred towards unvaccinated.
It was literally like World War II when they said Jews were infectious carriers of disease.
That was a way to help ostracize a whole segment of the community.
And in our country, we did that.
And in fact, we're still doing that.
Tedros, the head of the World Health Organization, says we have to be more aggressive.
This week says we have to be more aggressive about anti-vaxxers.
Even in the face of more and more evidence of the damage caused by these rushed vaccines, they're still trying to propel this.
And also, just to bring it up, and I'm sure you guys are already aware and probably doing stuff to help, but there was a case just recently I covered, the woman in, I think it was the Mayo Clinic, I think it was in Minnesota or somewhere like that, where she's been denied a lung transplant for not being vaccinated.

Okay, now We have a few other things I want to get to.
I mean, obviously I wanted to talk a little bit today about Bannon and Trump.
And Trump, I was playing some of these clips from his interview with Dr. Phil, which I'm not, I'm kind of agnostic, I guess, toward Dr. Phil.
I don't really watch his stuff that much.
And I sometimes, occasionally, he has clips that come out on the internet that I'm like, okay, well, that's interesting to a degree.
A lot of his stuff deals with, you know, Kind of.
It's like Jerry Springer meets Oprah, I think, is the best way I could describe his show.
Of course, he came from Oprah, but he's come out actually now and been pretty vocal about his support for Donald Trump for a number of reasons that he outlines very clearly.
But he's had this opportunity to interview Trump and there are some clips that I want to play from it that I think are interesting.
Uh, one clip in particular here talks, it's kind of a funny clip because, um, you know, Dr. Phil tries to get Trump to open up about his, you know, the, the darkest points in the last four, six or eight years, right?
For him.
And Trump's answer is a typical Trump answer.
You know, he's got to put on a very, very strong, um, I mean, I'm sure behind closed doors Trump has moments like we all do where, you know, there's just a lot of tough things, especially for him because he's going through an incredible persecution.
But it's an interesting exchange, giving an insight into Trump and how he sees things, and particularly in how he views Dr. Phil's show, which is rather funny.
I thought it was kind of funny, but you guys let me know what you think.
Let's play, let's see, Trump and Dr. Phil talking about the darkest time in Trump's last few years.
What do you say to yourselves when the crowds aren't cheering, when you're home alone, you're driving, you know, you're riding in the car, you're by yourself?
What is the hardest, darkest moment that you can think of in this journey you've been on in the last several years?
You have to be very strong.
You're fighting off very evil forces, and they're very smart forces.
There are people that control Biden, totally true.
I think I know who they are largely.
But there are people that control him.
They're very smart, very energetic.
Possibly they're real believers, you know, what their Sikh ideology is.
But you have to be smart and you have to have confidence.
I mean, you have to have a certain confidence.
The other thing is, I realized over the years, and I've been through a lot, great and bad.
You know, I won the presidency.
Everybody said, how are you going to do it?
How good is that?
It was the most incredible evening, one of the most incredible evenings in the history of the country.
Look at the celebration.
I mean, it was incredible.
But you also go through bad.
I understand fully that the bad also disappears.
In other words, you'll go through bad moments, and it disappears.
It's sort of funny, because I've watched your show a lot over the years.
See, I'm not ashamed to say it, because some people say, oh, you watch Dr. Phil.
Well, you know, your show is a very smart show.
And I've watched you ask a question similar to that to some couple or some... And they break down.
Oh, they start crying on the show.
I said, that's never happening to me.
If that happens to me, that's the end of my political career.
I think people... Actually, maybe people would like me better.
But I'll tell you what.
You need strength.
You have to have strength.
And people don't want to see that.
I've watched so many people.
You break down people.
They don't even know they're being broken down.
But it's different.
I like that.
He's like, well, I've seen people.
I've seen people with you, Dr. Bill.
You break them down.
They're crying.
That's not me.
You're not going to get me.
Sorry.
It's not going to happen to me.
Um, yeah, that's, that's, uh, that's a funny clip.
I thought it was very interesting.
So, uh, let's see.
We've got a couple other clips here.
Um, here's an interesting one where they talk about Fort Liberty and Trump says something about that.
What are you going to do about that?
Well, first of all, you mentioned, I think, Fort Liberty.
Used to be Fort Bragg.
We won World Wars from Fort Bragg.
Yes.
And they changed the name.
And I don't even want to say that they spent $37 million in doing it, because that's not the most important thing, but that's a lot of money.
It's pretty disgusting.
Spent 37 million dollars to change a name, right?
And then finally here's Dr. Phil telling Trump that people are telling him they weren't fans before and didn't ever donate to him but now they will be voting for Trump.

You have rallied people.
I had people in my focus group the other night that said I have not voted for Trump before.
I have not been a Trump fan before.
But I have donated to Trump because he has inspired me.
I have donated to him, and I am voting for him now.
And I have not before, but he has inspired me.
Actually, it's been a beautiful thing to watch.

Well, it sounds like what we're seeing here is a very interesting dynamic that's being, you know, that's playing out before our eyes, you know?
I think the more time passes, the more people realize how all this stuff is a fraud.
I mean, the more they realize they've been lied to about one thing, then they...
Basically figure out they've been lied to about a lot of things, and that inevitably will always lead to people seeking more truth as opposed to trying to shut down that truth.
And I had a couple other clips here that I thought were interesting.
The first one I wanted to play was a clip here of a Yale law professor breaking down what the Trump legal team should do.
And I'll start that clip now.
But it won't fit.
I'll finish it on the other side of the break.
But we'll start the clip now.
This is what is happening with Trump's case right now and what will happen in the future.

Could Trump actually be put in jail?
You bet he could.
Each count of this 34-count indictment has a maximum penalty attached to it of four years.
Well, that's four times 34.
That's a maximum sentence, prison sentence, of 136 years.
Judge Mershon could sentence President Trump to jail for 136 years.
Will he do that?
Of course not.
He won't.
But could he sentence him to some incarceration?
Yes, he could.
Will he?
Nobody knows.
A lot of people are saying, nah, he won't.
He'll just impose probation or a fine.
But truth is, sentencing is left very much open to the judge's discretion.
It'll all be up to Judge Mershawn, and nobody knows what he'll do at this time.
Now, when is sentencing scheduled for?
Well, Judge Murchon has set it for July 11th.
Will something happen between then and now?
Yes.
Trump's team will ask for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
They'll ask for Judge Mershon to throw out the jury's verdict and find Trump innocent despite the verdict.
And Judge Mershon will turn that down.
Then there will be arguments about what the sentence should be.
Briefing on both sides, possibly even a hearing.
Then on July 11th, sentencing will be announced.
And at that point, that triggers the Trump team's right to appeal.
To what court would they appeal?
Well, they would appeal to New York's appellate-level court.
And they would make arguments of the kind that I've summarized to you.
And other arguments as well.
And they will say, throw out this conviction.
And after the appellate court rules, then the case could go up to New York's highest court, which is actually called the Court of Appeals, but it's New York's highest court.
And after that, the case could go up to the Supreme Court.
And ultimately, it might well go to the Supreme Court, where finally, we will have a definitive, conclusive ruling on whether the conviction was constitutional or not.
Of course, that would take years.
And that's a problem here.
Why is it a problem?
It's a problem because the election will have taken place.
And if this conviction is unlawful and unconstitutional, it could have an effect on that election.
There are surveys, many polls, in which a substantial number of American voters say they will not vote for Trump if he is convicted of a felony.
Many independents say that.
Many Republicans even say that.
If that's true, an unlawful conviction in this case could interfere with and in fact decide the outcome of the next election of the next President of the United States.
When we come back, I'll play the rest of that clip, because he gives us an idea of what the Trump legal team can do to stop that.
This is election interference, and he talks about the irreparable harm that it will, in fact, cause if Trump's legal team doesn't do something, and this is going to be an insight into what we most likely will see Trump's legal team do in the coming days and weeks.

Welcome back to Justice Forum Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, and today, you know, we're kind of playing this clip.
I want to give you an idea of, like, what's happening with Trump's trial right now.
First off, Trump's not a convicted felon yet, and this Yale law professor, Jeb Rubenfield, he teaches advanced constitutional law at the University of Yale, and he's giving us an insight into what's going to happen here coming up with Trump's guilty verdict and what can happen.
And I think his point is very prescient and true in that he talks about the irreparable harm that will be caused by this jury's conviction, especially if at some point in the future it is overturned, right?
That if the judge enters a guilty verdict into the state system and Trump becomes then a convicted felon, This could affect the election, and if it's overturned, the irreparable harm caused by this fraudulent trial will be unfixable, right?
There will be no way to change it.
But he was just explaining a lot of that, and we'll get into his explanation not only of that further, plus he's going to talk about what the Trump legal team can do to stop it.

Even if the conviction were reversed on appeal years later, that effect could not be undone.
In legal terms, that's called irreparable harm.
Irreparable harm, once again, is that a convicted felon could affect the election, could decide the election.
And if so, then District Attorney Bragg and Judge Murchon will have unlawfully interfered with the election and decided the outcome of the next election through unconstitutional means.
And no years-long appeal could have any effect on that.
Well, is that where we are?
So are we stuck with that possibility?
Well, believe it or not, there is one other avenue that the Trump lawyers could pursue.
They could sue in federal court and ask for an emergency temporary restraining order.
Restraining order of what?
Well, let me tell you something that you might not know.
You've probably been reading in the press, if you've been reading about this case, that Trump is already a convicted felon.
The jury has convicted him.
He's a convicted felon.
Well, guess what?
That's not true.
You're not a convicted felon because of a jury verdict.
You're not convicted unless the judge enters a judgment of guilt against you.
The judge still has the power, as I told you before, to throw out that verdict and enter a judgment of acquittal.
You are not convicted until the judge enters that judgment of guilt.
Now, in New York, it's very likely that Judge Mershawn will enter that judgment of guilt against Trump.
On the same day that he issued sentencing, that'd be July 11th.
So what would this federal case be about?
In this federal action, Trump would sue Judge Attorney Bragg and other state actors and ask the judge, the federal judge, And let me tell you why I think that might be a very important thing to happen.
Mershon from entering that judgment of guilt until the federal courts have had an opportunity to review and rule on the serious constitutional arguments that exist here.
And And it's an even worse look when the crime is so unclear that the state is hiding the ball about what the actual charges are right up through the trial and indeed into the trial.
And let me tell you why I think that might be a very important thing to happen.
Because going after criminally a former president of the United States and somebody who is running for president now, that's a very bad look for this country.
It's an especially bad look when the folks bringing the case and the judge deciding it are members of the opposing political party.
And even now, we don't know exactly what the jury found Trump guilty of.
If you're going to go after a former president and somebody who's running for president now, The poll leading candidate.
If you're a member of the other party and you're going to do that, you better have the goods.
You better not be pursuing some novel legal theory where you have to hide the ball.
It's not even clear what the charges are.
That could be a very dangerous precedent for this country.
A very bad and dangerous precedent.
And that's why it's so important for a federal court to review the constitutionality of this prosecution and decide, was it constitutional?
Was it not?
To achieve that, the only way to achieve that before the election takes place is for the Trump team to file an action in federal court and ask the federal court to temporarily hold off the entry of the judgment of guilt until the federal courts and maybe the Supreme Court itself can, on an emergency basis, adjudicate the likelihood of success of these constitutional arguments.
If that doesn't happen, then that irreparable harm danger that I mentioned before, well, That's where we are.
But if it does happen, the nation could get a ruling from the federal courts, even the Supreme Court of the United States, before the election takes place.
And maybe that's what the nation needs, and maybe that's what the law requires here.
So, if I were Trump's lawyer, that's probably what I would do.
I would run into federal court, file this action under Section 1983, and ask for a temporary emergency restraining order.
Will Trump's lawyers do that?
I have no idea.
But that's what I would do.
Well, you'll see that that might be what's coming down the pipeline here.
And I think that that is exactly...
What is going to be happening here in the next days or weeks ahead of this ruling that's supposed to be coming down in the case.
Now, as he put forward in this video, it's interesting to note that Trump is not technically a convicted felon yet until the judge enters the guilty verdict into the system, into the state records, and he could still choose to overturn the ruling of the jury.
But of course we know that that won't happen, obviously.
And we also know that there's a high probability that not only will that not happen, but that the judge will find him guilty and convict him as a felon.
So you see what their strategy is.
That's the point I really was getting at with this video, is that this is election interference and it's happening in real time.
They're locking up the political figures who could The prominent political figures in a future Trump administration and who could help sway the outcome of the election as we go forward.
They're trying to convict Trump as a felon in a case which most likely will be overturned and then that will in fact make it so that they will effectively have interfered in the election and then they can just get away with it, right?
With no problem, no worry.
And it'll be just like the Hunter Biden thing, which is exactly what I was saying earlier.
It'll be exactly like the Hunter Biden case, where they'll come out after the fact and say, oh, well, you know, Trump wasn't guilty and he's not a felon, but oh, thank God we saved the election.
We saved democracy once again by rigging the system so that the outcome was already fixed.
It's a dark day for this Constitutional Republic, and I think we need to be very careful with where we tread from here, but I'll say this.
There is hope, and I want to share that with you in just a minute.

But we want to leave you guys, as always, with some hope and encouragement, and today we're going to go to the Scripture.
Today, of course, we're in the book of Psalms.
We landed on Psalm 99, and yes, folks, we started on Psalm 1 and we're already on 99, which means we're getting there.
We're getting there.
It's going to be a really great psalm that I hope you guys enjoy, and I hope you guys have a great weekend, and make sure that you just go out and honor the Lord, and live righteously with God in your heart, and give Him all the glory.
But this is a psalm about the King is holy.
It says here, Psalm 99, The Lord reigns.
Let the peoples tremble.
He is enthroned above Cherubim.
Let the earth quake.
Yahweh is great in Zion.
He is exalted above all the peoples.
Let them praise your great and awe-inspiring name.
He is holy.
The mighty King loves justice.
You have established fairness.
You have administered justice and righteousness in Jacob.
Exalt the Lord our God.
Bow in worship at his footstool.
He is holy.
Moses and Aaron were among his priests.
Samuel also was among those calling on his name.
They called to Yahweh, and he answered them.
He spoke to them in a pillar of cloud.
They kept his decrees and the statutes he gave them.
Lord our God, you answered them.
You were a forgiving God to them, an avenger of their sinful actions.
Exalt the Lord our God.
Bow in worship at his holy mountain, for the Lord our God is holy.
Now, it's a short psalm.
And it is an interesting one that points us to reverence toward God, I believe.
Right.
Reverence toward God is one of the most important ways that we honor God, I believe.
And that is the fear of God.
As it says in these first verses, it says that The Lord reigns and the people tremble.
Now why would we tremble?
We tremble in reverential fear toward God, knowing that He is sovereign, knowing that He is above us, knowing that He is perfect in all His ways and that we are humble sinners who need Him and are grateful for the eternal salvation that He gave us.
He brought His one and only Son down to the earth so that he may live and die for our sins and then be resurrected to create an eternal promise of salvation that once we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior and embrace that truth, that belief in the truth of our life and his life, that we have life eternal.
So I encourage you all today, if you're out there listening, if you haven't accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, do me a quick favor, open your heart, say a prayer, repent of your sins, and accept the Lord as your Savior today and he'll do great and accept the Lord as your Savior today and he'll do great things for you.
I've seen it happen time and again, not just in my own life, but in the lives of those who I love and care about, and those who I meet throughout my journey here on this earth.
I know it happens.
I know God has... I don't... I'm not saying that he's going to airdrop a Lamborghini in a mansion to you.
There's no prosperity preaching here.
But God will do things in your life that you may think are impossible.
So that's where I'm going to leave it.
