You know, your family, you know, It's just a blessing to have you guys here.

I mean, so much to cover, to be quite frank.
It's almost a little bit overwhelming.
We have the Biden administration linked to the Trump ballot ban in Colorado.
While it's no surprise that they are linked to this, it is actually interesting because we have to get facts, right?
And like I said, To be clear, what this is, is they're trying to invoke a response.
This is trying to get people to respond with, you know, emotion instead of logic, and they really do want you to respond to this.
That's what I get the vibe of.
That they want to elicit a response here so that they can use that as a further pretext to continue to ban Trump and to portray our movement as unhinged and unstable and radical.
When in reality, I mean, these are all, just gotta go read Rules for a Radical, Saul Alinsky and his work to see clearly, you know, what they're doing.
And it's rather, it is infuriating, I'm not gonna lie, like it is very infuriating, very frustrating, very, you know, tiresome to have to deal with this on a consistent basis, but I would put it this way, that the more we Understand their tactics, the better we become at countering them.
And that's why I've said, you know, I've been, I've been talking online with the chairman of the GOP here in Colorado, Dave Williams.
Hopefully we'll get him on the show tomorrow at some point.
Maybe he's, he's been kind of slow in his responses, even though we're having a conversation, it's just not, you know, moving forward.
Regardless, we know what the response of the GOP is here, who I will say, to give credit to Dave Williams, I mean, he's not doing a bad job.
He's saying, look, we may have to just go to a caucus and get out of the primary.
But again, you know, they're working with Ronna McDaniel and all these people, and it's like, you know, I understand that there's only one show in town, so to speak, so it's hard to break away from that because they depend on that for money and funds and staff and everything, right?
The email list, the support, all that stuff.
But when you have the chair of the GOP, Ronna McDaniel, Ronna Romney McDaniel, actively working to sabotage this movement, That is the MAGA movement, which is the primary and most popular movement within the quote-unquote conservative movement.
You've got to ask yourself, at what point do we break away from this?
At what point do we separate ourselves from an organization that is actively seeking to undermine our ability to elect our
Officials who will govern the way that we want and not govern according to the whims of corporations, PACs with huge corporate donors, special interest lobbies that want, you know, never-ending war and all of these things that, you know, or the infiltration by the intelligence community and what they bring to the table.
It's like, at what point do we Separate ourselves from that, and I know that may be just handing the Democrats a win on a silver platter, but I do believe that to a degree, people have to see things get bad before they wake up and realize what's happening.
I'm not saying I want to watch our country suffer and fail and go into this cataclysmic state of disarray, but I will say that you gotta wake people up from their slumber at some point, somehow, you know?
It was exactly what we had a caller, what was it, like a week or two ago, who called in when we were having the debate between, you know, Ron DeSantis and Donald Trump and saying, you know, I said basically my contention is if they get Trump off the ballot or they do something like that and they try to sneak in a guy like Ron DeSantis, I will not vote for him.
And I think I was having this conversation with JD and JD was saying, well, you know, at least with Ron DeSantis, you're going to get X, Y, and Z.
And I said, look, even though you're going to get X, Y, and Z with, you know, these limited conservative, you know, movements and values that are going to be put in, what you're ultimately doing is you're resigning yourself back to that uniparty, you know, false paradigm of choice, which is exactly what we have been fighting to break through and to go against for the last six years or plus, seven years.
So you can't just say, hey, you know, we'll just go with DeSantis because things will get better, right?
Well, no, they won't.
No, they won't.
They may get better in some, you know, modicum of a way, but small way, but you're going to ultimately have the same forces that brought us 9-11 and the never-ending wars and the 2008 financial crisis and, you know, the Patriot Act and The Epstein Island and the Clinton Foundation, and you're going to have those same forces back in power and control, right?
Like they are now, through the hostile coup they got off with Biden.
You're going to have the same, you know, corrupt John Brennans and James Clappers and Jim Comey, and you're going to have Rod Rosenstein and you're going to have the Bushes and the Clintons and the Skull and Bones members and the John Kerrys and the globalists like Al Gore.
You go ahead and vote for DeSantis, but remember, that's what your vote is going to get you, right?
And of course they're desperate because people don't want that.
We're rejecting both sides of the coin, both sides of the false paradigm they present, the red team versus blue team illusion.
We're rejecting that by saying, hey, we want an outsider who rightfully so has an axe to grind, And hopefully we'll take retribution against, not his enemies, but enemies of our republic, to be very clear.
Those who have made themselves clearly enemies of our constitutional republic, who want to undermine its democratic institutions through, you know, covert means, guerrillas by night instead of armies by day, as JFK would put it.
That's essentially what we are trying to stand up against, right?
I really do want to make it extremely clear that if you do, you know, pick to go back into that sleep state, then you may never, in our lifetime, we may never see another movement like this again.
We may never have the opportunity to have a movement like this happen again because Trump may be a once-in-a-generation type deal.
He probably is.
And I'm not saying Trump's perfect either.
He has a lot of views that I disagree with.
But do I think he can be swayed on those views which I disagree with him on?
Yes.
Do I think his overall motivation and goals align most closely with what I believe is best for this nation?
Yes.
Do I feel like he was robbed in 2020 and also deserves to have his position as president reinstated?
Yes.
I mean, a lot of these things combine together to give us, you know, a lot of good reasons to want to support Trump.
And, you know, look at the field.
What are you gonna... Nikki Haley?
Really?
Nikki Haley.
Okay.
Gavin Newsom?
That guy's a sociopath.
And I mean that because I used to live in California.
I lived there for three years.
That guy is crazy.
He is... He is that character from American Psycho.
Like, that's the level of, you know, sociopathy he is.
I don't know how to say that word.
But...

You know, got a lot going for him as far as his policy and his engagement and his, you know, ability to listen to the people and make decisions and how his views are even evolving.
It's actually interesting to watch a candidate who doesn't, you know, have a focus group with publicists and PR people and political strategists grooming them carefully at the will and whim of, you know, billionaire donors to say carefully crafted you know, little canned statements and opinions that are, you know, focus grouped and tested so that they make sure they hit the audience a certain way.
It is refreshing to hear Vivek go and, you know, kind of evolve on his stances on certain things.
But, you know, at the end of the day, I have slight reservations with Vivek, namely his inexperience, namely his...
I know that youth is a strategic advantage to a degree, especially with trying to appeal to the next generation of voters.
That's a huge deal.
But with youth comes inexperience and a lack of wisdom.
Like we saw with Trump, even though he wasn't that young, not nearly as young as Vivek, when Trump got into office, his lack of experience I think is what led to so many, he had so many successes, I think they far outweighed his failures, but he had a lot of failures too, in the people he chose to surround himself with, in the voices he chose to listen to, in the voices he chose to ignore, and in certain policy adoptions that I would have
Done very much differently.
So, with Trump, the wisdom is what you're really signing up for more than anything.
His experience and wisdom now, as a seasoned politician, and the fact that the entire deep state is out to destroy him, should tell you that he's probably the guy who's going to be the best choice.
And Vivek, you know, maybe, maybe vice president, but I would say, you know, Vivek would make a great senator.
I could even see if he became a representative, if he wanted to go there, he could possibly be a guy I could see being a strong leader of the House of Representatives.
That would be interesting.
Could you imagine him as the leader of the House of Representatives, the majority leader?
That would be interesting, right?
That would be something I'm kind of interested to see.
So, that's kind of my sell for Trump.

So we have stories I want to get into here today.
Of course, the Biden administration is linked to the Trump ballot ban here in Colorado.
If you guys are living under a rock or haven't been paying attention for the last 24 to 48 hours, the State Supreme Court here in Colorado issued a ruling effectively banning Trump from the primary ballot in the 2024 election.
Now of course, some context, they claim that Trump is responsible for an insurrection that That is a violation of the 14th Amendment, specifically Section 3, which was created post-Civil War to make sure Civil War Confederate soldiers couldn't run for office.
Now they've weaponized that and used it against Trump, which is interesting.
And a part of their ruling also, for further context, is that they've stayed their own ruling so that it will not go into effect until January 4, 2024.
That is specifically to give time to higher courts to make decisions.
What they're referencing, I guess, would be the Supreme Court or a higher federal appellate court.
Which is, I'm sure, in the works as we speak.
But if there is no ruling or if it is ruled against Trump by on or before that date, January 4, 2024, our corrupt criminal regime running the show down in Denver, Jenna Griswold and her cohort, Jared Polis, will essentially put a ballot out without Trump's name on it that will also
Preclude you and I from writing his name in and it being counted.
Dave Williams, the chair of the GOP, has come out and said that they may have to withdraw from the primary altogether and that they may have to go to a caucus, meaning they will be selecting the candidate without the popular vote.
And I'll say this.
It is no surprise that the Democrats are linked to this.
So apparently.
The Ivy League Democrats on Colorado's Supreme Court who voted to kick Donald Trump off the 2024 primary ballot, even though their underlying case has a direct link to the Biden administration, nobody seems to be noticing that.
The Colorado case against Trump was brought by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, headed by President and CEO Noah Bookbinder, who happens to sit on the Biden administration's Department of Homeland Security Advisory Council.
So, you can't make this up.
The guy who's running, the President and CEO of the organization that is intentionally sabotaging elections, committing election interference using the court system in this country, taking away our constitutionally guaranteed right to select our representation democratically, he just so happens to be a part of Biden administration's
It's insane, but it gets better.
It gets better, yeah, it definitely does.
Bookbinder is a former trial attorney for the Department of Justice's Public Integrity Section.
You want to talk about deep state folks?
This is it.
These are the deep state criminals trying to steal our rights.
Right in front of our eyes, flagrantly in public because they don't have any shame and they don't have any fear of retribution.
They don't have any fear of accountability or culpability for their crimes.
You know, they feel as though they are protected by forces within our government who have seized control through what I have characterized as a hostile coup Backed by intelligence services, ran by deep state globalists on both sides of the aisle, and this is why the people running the show think they can get away with essentially political murder, political assassination.
They are politically assassinating Trump, and they're looking you dead in the eye and saying, what are you going to do about it?

We're going to push to legally and lawfully fight against this with every fiber of our being.
And don't think the timing is not coincidental, or don't think the timing is just coincidental that all this is happening right before Christmas when people are going to go home and stop paying attention and be with family and get, you know, basically it's going to be a week or two of nobody paying attention, nobody looking at the news.
Don't for one second think that's just a coincidence, because I guarantee you it's not.
It is carefully crafted, highly orchestrated.
This is criminal.
This is not just election interference.
This is literally the fall of Rome.
This is the fall of the United States.

Our friend from Eastern New Mexico said, interesting to me, the Democrats say we need to protect our democracy.
Translation, they have to protect their mob rule.
And of course, that's what it is.
It couldn't be more clear to anybody who's paying attention what's happening here.
The real problem is that they have gamed the system in a way and rigged the game, so to speak, so well that at some point it becomes impossible to play and win at a game that's rigged for you to lose.
It's like going to one of those rigged carnival games, right?
It's like No matter how hard you throw that baseball, those milk jugs are filled with lead and they're not going to fall.
You need a bazooka.
Or Randy Johnson.
You know what I mean?
So, that's a shout out to Randy Johnson, the professional baseball player.
He had a cannon on his arm.
You know, that's what we're up against.
And yes, this is protecting the mob rule.
That's the difference.
See, this is one of the things that drives me crazy, but it drives a lot of people crazy.
They keep referencing it's democracy.
We have to protect our democracy.
Democracy is at stake here.
This is going to be the end of our democracy.
And you know why they say that?
Because, like our texture points out so appropriately, democracy is mob rule.
Now, in a constitutional republic, you have proportional representation.
Which basically undercuts the ability of mob rule, because in a mob rule system, it always ends in dictatorship and tyranny.
Inevitably.
Right?
So we have this proportional representation through a constitutional republic that is specifically intended to keep that from happening, yet we've come to a point now where they've infiltrated our education system so heavily and deeply And they've propagandized the history and rewritten it so well that they've convinced most of the unassuming masses that it's a democracy and we have to save it.
Well, no, it actually isn't.
And further, as our texter points out so appropriately, they're desperate to protect not just their mob rule, but the concept of it.
The very notion That the majority in a mob rule system should make this tyranny.
And then eventually what you get is like a parliamentary system like they have up in Canada, to our friends up in Canada.
I know we have listeners, trust me, I see you guys in the text, in the comment chat.
You guys, I see you all the time.
Hey, I'm here in Wales.
Hey, I'm here in Ontario.
Hey, I'm up here in Canada.
Hey, I'm here in Australia.
And you get this parliamentary system, where then it becomes the majority of the minority, like in Canada right now, where these coalition governments come together, like what Trudeau's got, and that's when the real tyranny kicks in.
With what you're seeing, they're banning guns, they're forcing vaccination, they're taking your grandma to the hospital with a, you know, bum knee, and they're like, have you thought about committing suicide?
Like, wait, what?
Hey, you know, I know that you can't afford to live because we've jacked up prices so bad and inflated everything and taxed you to death and, and, uh, have you thought about just killing yourself?
Has that ever crossed your mind?
And they give it this, this, this cute and cozy and fun and warm acronym.
What is it?
It's, uh, something assisted in dying or something.
It is insanity.
It is.
A plethora of dystopic novels combined into one that we are living in right now.
I love those kind of Venn diagrams where it's got like 1984 and Animal Farm and A Brave New World and all these other dystopic fictional novels and it's like they're Venn diagrammed together and it's like you are here in the middle.
Yeah, that's where we are, folks.
So I hope that to everybody out there listening, you take heart in knowing that The forces of good will prevail over the forces of evil.
This isn't some lost battle.
You know, you can lose battles, but we will win the war, to put it more specifically.
And like I was saying, you know, we're going over this, you know, you got the connections with Bookbinders and his organization who's running the lawsuit to get Trump off the ballot here in Colorado, deeply connected to the Biden administration, deep state as it gets.
So you go, who's running it?
And then, you know, it's like, of course it's all deep state.
I mean, these people are desperate.
They have nothing else to go with.
You know, they can only sell the Orange Man bad thing so far.
They have to at some point, as they've been doing, take extrajudicial criminal actions, treasonous betrayal of the American people, and they have to do it, you know, sooner than later.
Which is why they're like, okay, well, Trump's polling at like 70% plus, and he's, you know, Biden is essentially a vegetable.
He's a cooked potato.
He doesn't know what's going on.
So we gotta do something drastic.
So let's just pull him off the ballot so they can't even legally vote for him.
You know?
I think we should protest all of these people and sue them into oblivion.
That's what I think we should do.
And if we're not forming strategies right now for that, that's exactly what we need to start doing right now.
We need to get on that ASAP.
As soon as possible.
Sue them into nothing.
Because that's what they're doing.
They're depending on this lawfare strategy, and you can legally put together the argument that they are violating our constitutional rights.
They're removing our ability to elect our, you know, to democratically select our representatives in this constitutional republic.
That is undeniable.
Undeniable.
And their cases are completely in the realm of cuckoo.
Cuckoo world.
These people are cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.
They've lost it.
They think they can get away with anything.
So we have to basically fight back legally and lawfully.
And we have to start identifying people, like Nick's gonna come on tomorrow, our U.S.
Air Force veteran, military intelligence insider, he's gonna break down a lot of information, identify who these people are, just like we're identifying these people like Noah Bookbinder, who's behind helping facilitate this lawsuit to get Trump off the ballot!
He's as deep state as it gets!
He's on the DHS Advisory Council, He was a trial attorney at the DOJ.
We know who these people are.

Well, obviously, I think the first should be the Secretary of State.
We should file lawsuits against her, against Janet Griswold.
We should file lawsuits against probably Jared Polis, probably against the Colorado State Department, I guess would be the organization, whoever is in charge of elections.
I mean, we should just start firing lawsuits across the board.
Like, you know, actionable, legitimate lawsuits.
I'm not saying do what the Democrats do and just, you know, shotgun blast, metaphorically speaking, lawsuits everywhere and see what sticks.
You know, throw a bunch of spaghetti on the wall.
I'm saying target individual organizations.
I'm not a lawyer.
You know, I was pre-law when I got my degree in political science, but I never went to law school because I just didn't want to go into debt.
And I'm thankful for that because, uh, you know, lawyer, if you, if you're a lawyer, God bless you.
It's, it's, it's got, it's a passion.
You got to really love it to do it.
I have friends who are lawyers and you know, for as rewarding as it can be, it can be also very difficult.
Um, but.
I think this is what God made me to do, to share information, spread the gospel.
I think that's where I fit best.
I'm thankful for that.
I don't regret anything.
I give God the glory and just thank Him every day.
But that's who I think we should target, obviously, and there's probably other organizations we could target with these lawsuits.
But it's definitely got to be a function of going after the state and making it clear that they are engaged in violating our constitutional rights, which are protected and that they are not allowed to do.
So that's my opinion.

But, I think, let's start there.
What are your overall thoughts on what's happening down in the Supreme Court here in Colorado with this Trump removal, just in general, Judy?
I think it's disgusting, that's what I think about it, to use an 1860s Civil War era law that was written specifically for the Civil War, for those people who had left the Union and seceded and whatnot.
It was written for Confederates so that they could not hold office.
All right?
That's what it was written for.
So they're just pulling one out of their butt is what they're doing, and it's going to get overturned.
There's absolutely no doubt about that.
Especially with who we have on the United States Supreme Court.
I mean, it's disgusting what's going on here in Colorado.
Colorado, I call it.
California.
And, you know, they're trying to do it.
And I think like 14 different states right now, including Oklahoma and Texas and some other red states, swing states.
Yeah.
Let me bring that up because, uh, they're doing it right now at one of the states right now that I was going to talk about here and highlight, because this is one where I really think they have a very high level of probability of pulling this off because I used to live in California, the California Lieutenant Governor.
Eleni Kounalakis, I don't know how to spell, say her name, has urged the Secretary of State Dr. Shirley N. Weber to consider legal avenues for excluding former President Donald Trump from California's 2024 presidential primary based on the example set here in Colorado.
So, essentially what they've done now is they've created this archetype for a novel legal theory they're going to keep pushing in front of all these courts, and especially in these liberal states.
But what's interesting, JD, is they may have opened Pandora's box here with what they've done, and I'll explain why when we come back, because when you apply the same logic for what they're doing to Trump against Biden, It actually creates quite an interesting case.
I have a clip from Victor Davis Hanson explaining that, that I think the audience will surely enjoy, and we'll look at that when we come back from the break.
Yeah, JD, I think that we have to play the game that they're playing.
We can't let them play checkers while we play chess, right?
Right, right.
They're doing like the Germans did at the end of World War II.
They're just going all in, all or nothing.
It's their Hail Mary, so to speak.
They will do anything, but they're going to get beat.
Yeah, they're desperate, and that's essentially what we're seeing right now.

J.D., you know, I told everybody before the break we're going to play this Victor Davis Hanson clip.
He's being interviewed by Tucker Carlson in response to what's happening here in Colorado.
But before we play the clip, J.D., I mean, How does it make you feel as a Colorado citizen to see this type of lawlessness happening down in Denver and this violation of our personal constitutional rights?
How does this make you feel?
Because I think they're trying to elicit a visceral emotional response that they want us to act irrationally and they want us to lash out and I think we have to be careful and coordinated and very strategic in how we do it.
That's why I've suggested we got to go on a spree of lawsuits and sue these people into oblivion and go protest down in Denver and do all of these things because we've got to make our voice heard.
But how do you feel?
Because I think we could sue for emotional damage at this point, right?
I mean, this is ridiculous.
Well, we've got to do everything.
We've got to do everything we can.
And last week I interviewed Douglas Bruce, as you know, the author of the Tabor Amendment here in Colorado.
The guy is a constitutionalist extraordinaire.
And just the thing he's just he's never seen anything like this.
I've been I've been here since 74.
It's a different place.
I mean, I don't even recognize as far as I'm concerned when I drive down I-25 I'm in LA, you know, I mean this place not only Has changed, not only has the political landscape changed, but the landscape has changed as well.
And yeah, we got to do all those things.
What does it make you want to do?
It makes you want to leave.
But that's not winning, that's losing.
And that's letting them take it over like what's happened in California.
We cannot let that happen.
We cannot let them win.
And a million times I've mentioned the documentary Rocky Mountain Heist with Michelle Malkin did that back in I think 2014 I want to say.
I recommend it highly.
Google it.
You can watch it for free Rocky Mountain Heist and you can see exactly how we got to this point.
But we need to use their game plan And we need to do it exactly right back to them.
Yeah, if they think they can get away with it, we should obviously be adopting it.
They're not going to get away with it.
No, I know.
I said they think they can.
I know.
I'm saying.
I think we should obviously start, you know, going after them.
Lawsuits are very effective tools.
I think we need to get more active in that arena and protest.
You know, the left are great at protesting.
We need to do that as well and make our voices heard and not be afraid to go down and show You know, show them why we need to be listened to.
And I'll leave that there, but a couple of interesting things.
We're going to play this Vic James Hanson clip here in a second, but we had a texter from, I guess, down in Denver text in, or in Firestone, I should say.
They said, the irony is that they are using an amendment to prevent Southern Democrats from being able to hold office, to prevent a modern day Republican from holding office.
I don't think the irony is lost on them, JD.
I really do think that they just don't care.
They have complete and utter disregard for hypocrisy, irony.
It just doesn't faze them.
They have no shame.
These people are ruthless, and they're following the rules for radicals, Alinsky's strategy to a T, and that's what this Marxist revolution is going to bring.
But, JD, let's play this Victor Davis Hanson clip this is Tucker Carlson interviewing Victor Davis Hanson about what's happening here in Colorado is it legal in the United States to punish someone for a crime he's never been convicted of committing yeah I think that's the key issue that no one is naughty no one has ever charged Donald Trump with a formal crime of insurrection nor has he been convicted of it
So if a particular judge, despite fiat, says he's guilty of insurrection, it's contrary to the Constitution.
It's contrary to the 14th Amendment.
It says people shall not be denied in an earlier section of the right of due process.
So I don't think a person can just arbitrarily pick some candidate and say, you know what, I think you're an insurrectionist.
And so we're on new ground.
But more importantly, all the issues that you raised about January 6 really cast into doubt whether it was more of a buffoonish riot at times than a conspiracy.
You don't have an insurrectionist when the supposed head of the insurrectionist Tells a group of unarmed people to assemble peacefully.
That's not an insurrection.
And more importantly, we have a lot of other evidence.
We have people in the Capitol Police that had warned that there was not enough security, and for some mysterious reason, the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, would not beef up security.
We have Matthew Rosenberg, who was a Pulitzer Prize journalist, Who was there and said that he saw FBI informants everywhere.
And when asked about that, the director of the FBI would not answer.
We never got the accurate information about how many people were killed, under what circumstances they died.
We have people in the Congress claiming there were five and six people who were killed that day when they actually committed suicide much later.
So there was an effort of the January 6th Committee to suppress free debate and cross-examination.
The idea that he's guilty of an insurrection is preposterous, but it does beg this question.
We've had people all through our history who have questioned elections.
In 2004, Barbara Boxer, a U.S.
Senator, along with over 30 House representatives, did not certify the Ohio electoral vote.
They tried to stop George Bush's re-election.
In 2016, you remember Tucker, we had all of these celebrities that were organized by the DNC that cut commercial after commercial, begging the electors to renounce their constitutional duty and not reflect the popular vote in their own states, but to throw their elector votes over to Hillary Clinton even though she didn't win their states.
So it's kind of preposterous.
And you know, when he's talking about insurrection, it's a very fluid definition.
Kamala Harris, remember Tucker, in 2020, right after some of the worst violence in Washington, D.C., and during the 120 days, that was an insurrection by their own definition because they torched a federal courthouse, a police precinct.
The historic St.
John's Episcopal Church.
They tried to swarm the White House grounds and sent the President of the United States into a bunker.
And during that very incendiary time, Kamala Harris, who was soon to be nominated Vice President, and who is the current Vice President, and who would be President if an alien Joe Biden is not able to fulfill his duty, said, these demonstrations, or whatever we want to call them, are not going to stop.
And then a key word, she said, they should not stop.
And they're going to go on and on and on all the way to the election.
We had the Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer in 2020 lead a kind of a mob outside the Supreme Court, the very doors of the Supreme Court.
He called out two justices by name.
Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, you have sowed the wind.
You are going to reap the whirlwind.
And then the key words, you don't know what's going to hit you.
Well there you go, that was Victor Davis Hanson and Tucker Carlson and him explaining how, you know, they want to keep throwing this out that Trump's guilty of this insurrection, which I think Victor Davis Hanson's categorization of it as a buffoonish riot was fairly accurate for some individuals there that day, but I think overall it was entrapment and it was agent provocateurs working with the federal government who were actively inciting that riot, who were working to entrap
Uh, individuals and to, uh, orchestrate this narrative, which they've been selling us, JD, as you know, for the last three years, that, you know, the MAGA movement is this violent, you know, insurrectionist movement, when in reality, if you're looking at violence and insurrection, like Victor Davis Hanson pointed out, you have burning down federal courthouses, burning down churches, trying to swarm the White House, uh, burning down entire cities, right?
I mean, with the Antifa and BLM.
And the resistance movement against Trump.
Yes.
So, and like he said very astutely, you had celebrities cutting commercials saying, you know, just violate your, to the electors saying, just violate your constitutional duties to, you know, represent the people who you are elected to represent.
That's right.
That's right.
It was commercial after commercial after commercial.
All the A-lister and has-beens like Rob Reiner out of Hollyweird doing those commercials and that's exactly what they were doing.
They literally were trying to overturn the election.
It was on TV over and over and over.
But everything... I love Victor Davis Hanson.
I follow him.
I follow his writings.
And the guy knows.
And what he just said there to Tucker is exactly right.
And everything that these Democrats do, it's all propaganda.
Propaganda is the word.
That's the word, that's their game plan, and it's one of the most dangerous things.
You can't have propaganda, you cannot propagandize a country, really, without communism.
And that's exactly what they're doing.
Just like China, just like Russia, just like Venezuela, just like all of them.
Yeah, and fascism, which is the relationship between the state and private corporations to work to an end, right?
Here's Ron DeSantis, though.
Ron... I don't know why this nickname hasn't caught on, but I like calling him Ron Deep Status because, you know, obviously his ties to the deep state.
But here he is coming out and commenting on... I have a quick clip.
I want to get your comment on this too, JD.
Here's Ron DeSantis and what he says about if he will follow Vivek Ramaswamy's example and withdraw himself from the ballot like Vivek's promised to do.
And real quick, fellow GOP 2024 presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy saying he will remove himself from the Colorado ballot unless Trump's eligibility is restored.
Would you do the same?
No, I think that's just playing into the left.
I think the case will get overturned by the Supreme Court, but I've qualified for all the ballots, I'm competing in all the states, and I'm going to accumulate the delegates necessary.
That's the whole name of the game in this situation.
But I do anticipate that that decision was political and will get reversed.
So, J.D., I mean, there you go.
Talk about betrayal.

I mean, that's what we're up against here with these people like DeSantis coming out and saying, hey, I'm not going to take my name off the ballot because it serves an end that he benefits from.
So that's what we're facing here.
We're betrayed by our supposed conservative leadership at every turn here.
And one more thing that was pointed out, Representative Ted Lieu, who's a complete screwball nutjob, he's been coming out here, J.D., and agreeing with this concept that if the SCOTUS does indeed rule that the president has an absolute immunity and and agreeing with this concept that if the SCOTUS does indeed rule that the president has an absolute immunity and can engage in insurrection, then President Biden has carte blanche to do whatever he wants, including So now insurrections are okay again, J.D.
Am I understanding that correctly?
Are we back on board with insurrections now that it's Joe Biden who's going to do it?
It's only okay if they do it.

And then Ted Lieu comes out and says in another statement that the Colorado trial or the Colorado trial court held a trial and made rock-solid findings of fact that Trump engaged in an insurrection.
It's not their place.
But wait, am I missing something?
Is there some magical, mystical, imaginary trial that took place that I'm not... I know what Judge Sarah Wallace did in the case that was brought by this deep state Biden administration crony from the DHS Advisory Council, Noah Bookbinder, and his organization Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington.
I never saw a case where Trump was put on trial and found guilty of an insurrection.
Am I missing something here?
No.
No, you're not.
I mean, he did have a special counsel, what was it, Jack Smith or whatever, investigate Investigated to death and turned over every stone, every rock to try to find any possible way to even charge Donald Trump with insurrection.
And he could not find anything.
And he also knew if they did charge him and they did, if any of this stuff did go into That process that everything else would be revealed from Nancy Pelosi to the Capitol Hill police letting people in, come on in, come on in to refusing the help that Donald Trump offered to all of it would come out.
Exactly, that's why they won't charge him.
So they shifted it to a stupid little court in Denver, Colorado.
Well, and that's why they won't charge him in D.C.
for insurrection, because they know that that information would come out.
It would be a part of the reasonable fact finding in the trial.
So they have to bring him up on some other bogus charges related to You know, procedural crimes and his documents and his organization and this RICO case in Atlanta, which is ridiculous.

Of course, instead of Ron DeSantis coming out and explaining how contextually it's a lie what they're saying about Trump's comments on illegal immigrants spoiling the blood of Americans, of our country, which is true entirely, contextually with how Trump was saying it, you know, there he is going out and, of course, trying to promote and not
He's not even trying to give proper context to the comments Trump makes because he is obviously an opportunistic, deep state, hand-picked, corporately owned, you know politician politician yeah
and uh it's interesting to me jd that that that's what's happened here and and i want to play one more clip here and then we'll talk about it because this is jd vance with a reporter uh from the associated press essentially providing the context that ron desantis doesn't provide and basically explaining why what trump said was true So let's go ahead and listen to this.
So what do you have to say to the former president's comments over the weekend about immigrants and saying that they're poisoning blood in America?
Well, look, I've been asked this question a number of times, and here's my view on these comments.
First of all, he didn't say immigrants were poisoning the blood of this country.
He said illegal immigrants were poisoning the blood of the country, which is objectively and obviously true to anybody who looks at the statistics about fentanyl overdoses.
And I think just one observation about the press as an organization, you guys seem far more upset about the guy who criticizes the problem than you did about Joe Biden, who's causing this problem.
Can we just go back to his comments, though, and sort of using language that we heard, you know, during World War II.
I'm sure you're a student of history.
You're well aware what that kind of language represents in historical context.
What organization do you represent?
I work at the Associated Press.
The idea that I am well aware, you just framed your question implicitly assuming that Donald Trump is talking about Adolf Hitler.
It's absurd.
It is absurd.
Why do you think that Donald Trump's language is targeted at the blood of the immigrants and not at the blood of the American citizens who are being poisoned by the fentanyl problem?
You think he was referring to fentanyl?
I think this is ridiculous.
If you watch the speech in context and you look at what's going on, it is obvious that he was talking about the very clear fact that the blood of Americans is being poisoned by a drug epidemic.
To take that comment And then to immediately assume that he's talking about immigrants as Adolf Hitler talked about Jews is preposterous.
You guys need to wake up and actually do some journalism.
Did he use a different language then?
Because that is language that Hitler used.
Here's the problem with that question and that framing.
You are allegedly a journalist.
You're supposed to speak truth to power.
And yet, you're trying to circumscribe and narrow the limits of debate on immigration in this country.
What you're doing is not speaking truth to power.
You're trying to police the guy who's criticizing the problem so that Americans don't pay attention to the guy who caused the problem.
It's an absurd question.
It's an absurd framing.
Yep.
I mean, I couldn't have said it better myself.
So, I play that clip, JD, because it's like, when they tell you, right, they're going to use this, right?
When you go to Christmas and your lefty family member comes there and they're going to say, Donald Trump said they're poisoning the blood like Adolf Hitler said.
I love how J.D.
said, you are allegedly a journalist.
I love that, man.
You know, I had him on when he was running a few years back.
The guy's for real, man.
I mean, he's a good one.
Absolutely, and I'll tell you what, you know what's fascinating to me is that, you know, like I said, I'm trying to arm people, because you know what's going to happen, JD, it's Christmas, it's the holidays, just like Thanksgiving, you know, your liberal aunt is going to come into town, or your, you know, whoever, you know, that's going to happen, and you're going to have to listen to their
Uh, you know, rhetoric that they've been programmed to regurgitate on command like, like, uh, Pavlovian dogs.
Um, and you're going to have to have counters to this kind of stuff because, again, if you take everything out of context and you misquote him and you say, hey, oh, he's talking, he's like Hitler.
It's like, no, he's not.
When you misquote him out of context, You're obviously going to have these tropes and these lies that they're going to try to sell you.
So that's something I saw, JD, I thought was worth noting.
And finally, I want to talk about Nikki Haley.
She's lost her mind, but that's neither here nor there.
She has gone out and said that, you know, there's this grand conspiracy about Putin's birthday was the same day as the October 7th attack in Israel, and that means that Hamas is with Putin, and it's like, do you want to talk about, like, bat stuff, crazy lunacy?
That's Nikki Haley.
I think the pressure's getting to Nikki.

No, but J.D., I'm saying that if you want to convince me, like, because Nikki Haley's promoting this theory, if you want to convince me that what they're saying about it, because they're calling it Israel's 9-11, and a lot of people are saying it was an inside job to the extent that they knew it was coming, they allowed it to happen because it opened up a new war that they wanted to take out Gaza and to expand the power and control there in Israel, if you want to convince me
That it was all allowed to happen, and that it was also a part of a grander plot to frame the Russians for it, and that's completely now backfired, obviously, then what Nikki Haley just said is, like, exactly what you should say.
It's amazing when they tell you what they're doing, JD, as they're doing it, and just... Well, I mean, the deep state, it's always about Russia, isn't it?
Everything's Russia.
If you stub your toe in the middle of the night, you stub your toe in the middle of the night, it's Vladimir Putin.
We better nuke Russia.

The American people vote for Donald Trump.

So we're going to do our God's Grace is Greater segment again.
Today, we're recording this basically the week before Christmas, but this will be playing again on Christmas.
So we're going to do Matthew 1, verse 18 through 25.
It says, "...the birth of Jesus Christ came about this way.
After his mother Mary had been engaged to Joseph, it was discovered before they came together that she was pregnant by the Holy Spirit.
So her husband Joseph, being a righteous man and not wanting to disgrace her publicly, decided to divorce her secretly.
But after he had considered these things, an angel of the Lord suddenly appeared to him in a dream, saying, Joseph, son of David, Don't be afraid to take Mary as your wife because what has been conceived in her is by the Holy Spirit.
She will give birth to a son and you are to name him Jesus because he will save his people from their sins.
Now all this took place to fulfill what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet What a day!
The virgin will become pregnant and give birth to a son, and they will name him Emmanuel, which is translated, God is with us.
When Joseph got up from sleeping, he did as the Lord's angel commanded him.
He married her, but did not know her intimately until she gave birth to a son, and he named him Jesus.
What a day.
Glory, hallelujah.
When I read that, J.D., I'm so thankful.
I'm so thankful to God that He sent His Son to die for our sins.
I want to make sure that you all out there take this with you today and on Christmas and share this with your family and friends, but know this in your heart that a Messiah was born into this world And he came here to save us from our sins, and he is still there waiting, JD, for all of you out there.
If you're on the fence, if you feel like you're wandering away from God, or you've never fully committed your life to Jesus Christ, let me make this plea to you now.
When you turn around and go back to Jesus Christ, He is always coming after you, and He is waiting with open arms.
All you have to do, open your heart, say a prayer, repent of your sin, accept Him as your Savior, and JD, watch what this does.
I want people out there to watch what He'll do in your life, because He'll do things that you never thought were possible.
I know He's done it in my life, and that's my testimony, JD, is that I've seen God do things that I didn't think were possible, not only for myself, but for others.
And I'm so grateful today that Jesus came into this world, and I want that to be what we celebrate.
