	Today is a major day for all of us Coloradans here.
	Yeah, we all probably heard, if you haven't heard yet, let me be the first to inform you about Trump being removed from the ballot.
	Well, actually it's a little more complicated than that, but we're going to get into it Officially the first state in the great, in this great country, to remove President Trump from the ballot.
	The Colorado Supreme Court ruling yesterday came down saying that Trump will not be allowed to be, to have his name on our primary ballots here in Colorado.
	And this has started a firestorm in the media and I have been Scrambling to get as much information as I could for you guys here today on this story because it matters.
	It's important.
	The information that we have for you today is very valuable.
	I'm going to get into the details of the ruling.
	I'm going to get into the response from the media, the response from other analysts and people who have been paying attention.
	I worked hard last night to try to get the chairman Of the Colorado GOP on today's show, but to no avail.
	They did not respond to my request in time before the show.
	So maybe we'll get them on.
	I don't know yet.
	But regardless.
	We're going to get into some big, big information here today.
	Colorado Supreme Court disqualifying Trump from the 2024 ballot.
	And now the decision will likely rest in the hands of the Supreme Court of the United States.
	That is what we're going to see here coming up.
	But what is it going to take, Colorado?
	Are we going to take this laying down?
	I'm not.
	I'm not.
	I'm already actively looking at ways we can protest this decision.
	You know, what's amazing to me is if this were the opposite, you know, Antifa and Black Lives Matter would already have their jackboot thugs standing outside of these Supreme Court justices' homes, threatening the lives of their families and them, and trying to extort and intimidate them into making decisions favorable to their political cause.
	But we're not, and that's a good thing, because we actually abide by the law.
	And it is very telling, though, that, again, this just broke yesterday, so we don't even know the response yet.
	I'm going to be looking at what's going on here as the story continues to develop, but as a person here in Colorado, I can speak for myself and many others, I'm sure, in saying that They will not get away with this.
	We will make sure of it.
	I don't know how yet.
	I don't know what it's going to look like, but we will not allow them to get away with this.
	The Colorado GOP head, Dave Williams, giving an interview last night, said that it's a possibility that the GOP out here in Colorado may just break away from the primary in its entirety and form a caucus said that it's a possibility that the GOP out here in Colorado may just break away But this ruling is not surprising.
	I mean, we knew this was coming.
	We knew it was going to come in some form or fashion.
	The left is celebrating.
	I mean, I mean, it is truly dystopic and Orwellian to listen to the left-wing media cheer for the destruction of democracy while praising this decision as the securing of democracy. it is truly dystopic and Orwellian to listen to the You cannot make up this doublespeak type of policy.
	Propaganda that they continue to spew is shocking.
	But again, as they become more brazen, the American people wake up.
	And hopefully, if you're out there, you're waking up.
	Unfortunately, this decision is going to certainly end up radicalizing people further.
	And that is going to lead to probably some some pretty Predictable outcomes with, you know, people going and taking things into their own hands and trying to go rogue, and then that's going to get weaponized.
	And I see the writing on the wall, I hope you do as well, for what this really means.
	But apparently our Supreme Court out here in Colorado, which is Run by a bunch of left-wing activists, judicial activists who legislate from the bench, instead of interpreting, you know, rulings based on the Constitution and law, they are just, you know, Trump's guilty of an insurrection!
	He can't be on the ballot even though he's never been even indicted for an insurrection, more or less prosecuted and found guilty.
	But that doesn't matter when you have a bunch of left-wing lunatics running your country.
	And it's starting here in Colorado.
	You know, I love this state.
	I'll be very clear.
	Colorado is an amazing state.
	And when you look at it on a map, like an electoral heat map, you see where all the left-wing lunatics are.
	They're all centered around the universities.
	You know, Boulder, Fort Collins, Denver, Vail, Aspen, where all the rich folk live.
	But everything else is deep, dark red.
	Conservatives as it gets.
	These are hard-working Americans who love God, who want to protect their family and want to make this country great.
	It's really a shame to see what's happening here.
	And this isn't just in Colorado, it's across the country right now.
	Many other states facing the same problem.
	You know, you get these liberal universities indoctrinating these children, waving their rainbow flags around, teaching them about moral relativism and the virtues of Marxist communism, and next thing you know, you have decisions like this rolling out of your Supreme Court that are wildly anti-democratic,
	That are destabilizing in their nature and are intentionally doing that because this is a part of the communism that we are facing, this cultural Marxism that is overtaking this nation as we speak.
	So, let's get into some details here.
	The Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday disqualified Trump from the 2024 ballot.
	All seven Colorado Supreme Court justices were appointed by Democrats.
	Three of the justices dissented to Tuesday's ruling.
	Yet there are four who agreed with it.
	it therefore it passed through here we go um The legal challenge to block Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot in Colorado, citing the 14th Amendment, is headed to the state Supreme Court.
	That's what happened.
	The legal theories are based on Section 3 of the Constitution's 14th Amendment, which states public officials who have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the U.S.
	may be disqualified from public office.
	Now, again, this part of the Constitution was created to prevent Confederate people who were a part of the Confederacy from running the U.S.
	government after the Civil War.
	Right?
	So they're taking some obscure law that was based in antiquity and they're applying it to today and using it as a way to prevent our constitutional republic from functioning democratically.
	That's all this is.

	I'm your host, Craig James, and we are living in Lawlessness out here in Colorado as the Supreme Court has made a ruling to try to remove Trump from being on the state's 2024 primary election ballots.
	Now, some interesting information about this ruling is, as we said previously before the break, the ruling was decided based on the Fourteenth Amendment and Section Three of it from the U.S.
	Constitution, which talks about anyone who's engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the U.S.
	is disqualified or may be disqualified from holding public office.
	Again, a law from antiquity made after the Civil War to prevent Confederate soldiers from running the U.S.
	government.
	And interesting facts about the ruling.
	The ruling itself has been stayed by the state Supreme Court.
	Until January 4th, 2024.
	To allow time for the Supreme Court to make a decision.
	Or other appellate courts to make decisions regarding this case, so essentially what's happened is.
	After we had the Colorado District Judge Sarah Wallace's case heard.
	That was.
	Made as a part of her ruling.
	So the district judge here in Colorado, Sarah Wallace, she had the case heard that was trying to remove Trump from the ballot.
	When she made her ruling that basically said that, you know, she was not going to sanction Trump being removed from the ballot.
	Inside of her ruling, she made a decisive statement.
	of fact that she said, which was that Trump was guilty of engaging in an insurrection.
	Now, those same groups who were responsible for helping push that case forward, took it to the state Supreme Court here in Colorado, who then ruled that the case warranted Trump being removed who then ruled that the case warranted Trump being removed because he had engaged in this insurrection.
	Now, I think that that was based on a lot what was found in the case by Judge Sarah Wallace.
	So you have a bunch of left-wing activists claiming to protect democracy as they literally ban candidates from the ballot in, you know, some sort of communist Dictatorship that they just make the rules in.
	You can't choose your elected leaders.
	It's insane.
	You know, I am trying my best here to get the information out.
	So they've stayed their own ruling till January 4, 2024, which is the point at which our Secretary of State, I think it's Janet Griswold, has the capability of approving the final primary ballots To go out for voting in the primary.
	So this doesn't mean that Trump's not on the ballot.
	Because if an appellate court above the state Supreme Court here, a federal appeal court, or now it's probably going to be going to the SCOTUS, the Supreme Court of the United States, when they make their ruling, Presumably, they're going to obviously throw this case out because it's insane.
	There's no legal merit to it.
	It's just a bunch of judicial activists legislating from the bench and trying to create a totalitarian dictatorship.
	Politically, this is beyond election interference.
	This is going into the realm of a full-on coup.
	A second coup, mind you.
	The first one was in 2020, if anyone was paying attention.
	Here are the four Colorado justices who voted to exclude Trump from the ballot.
	The four judges.
	I have their names here.
	I have all this in front of me.
	It's Justice Monica Marquez.
	Melissa Hart, William Hood, and Richard Gabriel.
	I believe that's who they are.
	They were all, I mean, everybody on the Supreme Court was appointed by Democrats, by the way, for whatever that's worth.
	And we have just wild lawlessness out here.
	You know, they used the color of law to get away with election interference and running a full-scale coup and nothing is seemingly going to happen.
	They're just going to get away with it.
	Trump issued a response.
	We'll get into that in a minute.
	I'll point everyone's attention to this.
	If you guys don't believe that this is a part of the never-ending operation to sabotage Trump and to destroy America from within, I'll remind you, this was back in 2017.
	Here's Chuck Schumer and Rachel Maddow.
	But he's taking these shots, this antagonism, this taunting to the intelligence community.
	You take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.
	So, even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he's being really dumb to do this.
	What do you think the intelligence community would do if they were motivated to?
	I don't know, but from what I am told, they are very upset with how he has treated them and talked about them.
	Yeah.
	That's what we're facing here, folks.
	That's what we're facing.
	So, some interesting developments.
	As I said before, the chairman of the GOP here in Colorado, Dave Williams, came out yesterday and said essentially a couple things.
	First off, he said that they're going to fight against this, obviously.
	He also floated the idea that they would remove themselves from the primary process altogether and become a caucus and then have Trump nominated that way, which would essentially Be a way of circumventing this ruling made by these corrupt criminal justices here in Colorado, these just complete and utter despotic tyrant-esque wannabe tyrants, I should say.
	They have come out and said that they're gonna maybe possibly do that, but I mean, that's not the answer.
	The answer is having an actual rule of law And not having corrupt individuals running the show.
	Some other information, Vivek Ramaswamy came out and said that he is going to withdraw from the Colorado GOP primary ballot until Trump is also allowed to be on the ballot.
	Calling also on Ron DeSantis, Chris Christie, and Nikki Haley to do the same immediately.
	But of course they won't, because they benefit from this greatly.
	Let's see, we have other reports here.
	JD Vance came and gave a statement on what Vivek's doing.
	But here, I'll play Vivek real quick.
	This is him and his response to what's happening out here in Colorado.
	Here's my question.
	What are we going to do about it?
	I'm already looking at ways to protest, ways to go about it, but we need to start suing the state.
	If anybody's out there as a lawyer, please feel free to text or call.

	I think we as citizens of Colorado should be suing the state right now.
	I think we need to get some lawyers together and start filing lawsuits.
	We need to start crowdfunding and putting together a fund to pay for lawyers to file lawsuits against the state of Colorado for this wildly flagrant violation of our rights and the removal of our ability to democratically elect representatives.
	I mean, this could not be more of a clear-cut case.
	Now again, given what we see in our Supreme Court out here, I mean, we would have to probably take it through many different levels of court all the way up maybe to the Supreme Court or a federal appeals court, but I think that's our solution right now.
	We need to start using the same tactics the left used with lawfare and go after the courts and try to get these cases.
	But they need to be filed right now.
	We need to start filing the cases immediately.
	And I know that people in the GOP, you know, Dave Williams has said that they're going to be actively looking at all these things.
	And I think Dave's doing a good job from what I understand.
	He's trying his best, but I don't think you can work within a corrupt system, to a degree.
	You've got to fight it however you can, legally and lawfully.
	I know Ronald McDaniel's not going to be giving us any money to fight these battles.
	Ronald McDaniel wants Trump off the ballot just as much as anyone else, any other left-wing activist.
	So, we need to start filing lawsuits.
	I'm a Coloradan, you're a Coloradan, and if you're listening to this live here on 1360 AM here in the Front Range, we live in this state, we have rights, they cannot be taken away by these unaccountable, unelected, kleptocratic criminals in the Supreme Court, which I'll call them that because if you violate my constitutional rights, you are committing a crime against me!
	If you're taking away my right to democratically elect a representative and you're trying to rig the election, you're a criminal.
	You are actively participating in criminal activities.
	You're aiding and abetting the crime of removing my right to have democratic representation inside this constitutional republic.
	I don't care what they rule, what they say, because it's obviously, if it's interpreted using the Constitution and the rule of law by the Supreme Court, it's obviously going to get overturned.
	It's obviously going to get thrown out.
	But, of course, the fake news has their headlines, just like they got with Judge Sarah Wallace in her ruling, saying that she was going to, you know, Trump was going to be allowed on the ballot, she's not going to allow that to happen, but Trump did participate in an insurrection.
	She put that, she slipped that in there.
	Just like our Supreme Court here in Colorado has now stayed their own ruling because they knew it was going to get appealed until January 4th, 2024 when the final primary ballots are going to be approved by our Secretary of State out here.
	The point is, I think we need to start suing.
	Suing the state and put as many lawsuits together as we humanly can.
	And I want accountability.
	I swear, I want accountability for these criminals who are violating my constitutional right and yours.
	This is not only undemocratic, This is anti-constitutional.
	This is in direct conflict with the founding principles of this nation.
	And if we don't take action, legally and lawfully, even though the other side's criminals, that's the crazy part.
	We're playing a rigged game, folks.
	Everybody knows it.
	It's no secret.
	It's not this, this, you know, novel thing.
	They are playing by one set of rules that they make up as they go along.
	We are playing by the law and the Constitution.
	Those rules.
	They are just lawlessly, with reckless abandon, working tirelessly day and night to try to kneecap their political opposition and fix elections like some third world Autocratic dictators.
	But we can, and must, fight against this with every fiber of our being, legally and lawfully.
	You gotta add that disclaimer.
	Because after January 6th, they're gonna come out and say, oh, you're calling for an insurrection now!
	You're calling, you're gonna, you know, it's like, this is the level of insanity we're facing.
	And criminality.
	In hypocrisy.
	Here's Vivek.
	They have just tried to bar President Trump from the Colorado ballot using an unconstitutional maneuver that is a bastardization of the 14th Amendment to our U.S.
	Constitution.
	This was a provision, Section 3, that was designed to bar Confederate members, people who switched to the Confederacy, from actually being able to serve.
	That's very different than what's at issue here, to say the least.
	This is a hollowed-out husk of what the country was built on.
	The basic principle that we the people select our leadership, not the unelected elite class in the back of palace halls.
	That's old world Europe, not the United States.
	That's why I'm making a pledge today that I will withdraw.
	I pledge to withdraw from the Colorado GOP primary ballot unless and until Trump's name is restored.
	And I demand that Ron DeSantis and Chris Christie and Nikki Haley do the same thing.
	Or else these Republicans are simply complicit in this unconstitutional attack on the way we conduct our constitutional republic.
	I refuse to be complicit in that.
	I think what they're doing is wrong.
	And I think it's up to Republicans to step up and stand up with a spine for our country's future.
	That's really what's at stake.
	Whether we the people actually have a say in deciding who leads this country.
	He's right.
	Vivek's right.
	And at least he's doing something that's... It's backed by integrity.

	And I demand that Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley and Chris Christie do the same thing, or else they're complicit in what this security state is trying to do to shut down Trump.
	I stand by that and I expect them to do the right thing.

	We need lawsuits.

	You know, make sure you go and find him, he has a website, he has a contact page, write him, tell him you are a Colorado citizen, you are pissed off, you are mad that this unelected cabal of criminals up in, down in Denver are trying to take away our constitutional rights, and Griswold, and all these others, Polis, You know, this state, it's a wonderful state.
	I love Colorado.
	I hope that Colorado is my home till the day I die.
	I don't want to leave Colorado.
	I wasn't born here, but I hope to live a long life and die here.
	And that means I'm willing to make the fight, and I'm willing to put myself on the line.
	I hope you're willing to do the same thing, legally and lawfully.
	Even though we're playing a rigged game, even though we're up against corruption, criminality, deception, malicious tactics, even though we're facing all of that, we have to take the fight to them, legally and lawfully, file lawsuits.
	We need Dave Williams and the GOP to step up for We The People, not serve Ronna McDaniel and the cabal of uniparty globalists who want to destroy this country, who've infiltrated and taken over both parties, Democrat and Republican, who tell you everything you want to hear to your face and then go behind closed doors and make deals with the devil to sell you down the river.
	We have to take a stand here and now.
	It'll start here in Colorado, but it won't end here in Colorado.
	They will continue this across every state in this great country.
	And at some point we have to stand up.
	We have to say no more.
	So I'm going to keep pushing and doing what I can to expose this every day.

	To make sure that these criminals are exposed, and that light is shined on their deeds, and that they are stopped from continuing to destroy this country day by day.
	So, you know, a lot of people call Vivek Ramaswamy the Republican Obama.
	Okay, you know, yeah, he's charismatic, like Obama.
	Yeah, I don't agree with You know, principally I agree with him on many, many, many things.
	But I mean, there's a lot of stuff that I'm kind of on the fence on with him.
	And I'll just say that outright.
	I mean, I like him.
	I think he's great.
	I think he'd make a great senator or a great representative.
	But President, I'm not sure.
	Even Vice President, it's meh.
	I'd rather have somebody like Tucker Carlson.
	But he's 100% right in the principled argument here that he's making against participating in a rigged election.
	Which is all this is.
	I mean, I cannot make that more clear.

	Vance on Ramaswamy's decisions today.
	For sure.
	And to that end, I want to pull up this tweet.
	So this is Vivek Ramaswamy.
	We don't have it, but I'll read it for you.
	He basically says he's removing his name from the Colorado ballot in solidarity, not just with Trump, but with, to your point, Republicans picking their own nominee.
	And he's calling on the rest of the contenders in the party to remove their names from the Colorado ballot.
	Your thoughts on that?
	Good for Vivek.
	Good for somebody for actually standing up, a competitor of Donald Trump in the primary, for standing up and saying, this is completely unacceptable.
	The one thing I've been heartened by, Kayleigh, is the response to this is not just Trump allies, but across the political spectrum, even a number of Democrats are saying, this is just crazy.
	Do the American people get to decide who their president is or not?
	Because these judges are saying, the answer is no, we decide for you, and we've got to stand up and push back against this stuff.

	To be clear, a part of the ruling, as I said before, is staying their own ruling against Trump being on the ballot until January 4th, which is the day before the Secretary of State, that's their deadline to certify the content of the presidential that's their deadline to certify the content of the presidential primary ballot.
	And they're doing that because they understand the Supreme Court's going to be looking at this and maybe a higher federal appeals court will be looking at it as well.
	Well...
	So that's what we're facing right now.
	Colorado GOP which I'll give I'll give Dave Williams a chairman credit.
	I wish I could have got him on the show today.
	I reached out last night, but I'm sure he's very busy.
	So, you know, I understand obviously, you know, many many interview requests.
	I'm sure he was receiving for today's probably doing a lot of different media right now, but what he came out and said.
	Is that the GOP is not going to go the GOP in Colorado is not going to go along with it.
	And I wish that he would more strongly call out the leadership of the GOP and the leadership of this uniparty that we're going up against.
	But he's done a fairly good job, so I'm going to give credit where it's due.
	The Colorado GOP came out yesterday in a tweet saying that they will withdraw from the primary as a party and convert to a pure caucus system if this is allowed to stand.
	So good for them.
	Good on them.

	When you read the opinion that was issued, there's a lot of interesting things within it.
	One of the things that they're citing as part of their decision, the Colorado Supreme Court, mind you, they're saying that Trump incited an insurrection based on his comments, get this, in 2016 about how annoying protesters used to get beat up.
	Literally within the documents that they released, it says, for example, the district court found that at a February 2016 rally, President Trump told his supporters that in the old days, a protester would be carried out on a stretcher and that he would like to punch him in the face.
	So now they're pulling up quotes out of context from 2016 to say you and I don't have a right to democratically elect our Representatives in government.
	How about that?
	We'll take this, take this quote and put this in the court record.
	The American people will not stand for tyrants dictating what right we have and taking away our God-given right that was enshrined in the Constitution.
	Take that and put that in the record.
	Because you know what they're trying to do, folks?
	They're trying to elicit a response in kind.
	And what we have to do is respond legally and lawfully, take them to court, protest if we have to, do everything.
	But we have to take action.

	So as if it wasn't bad enough that they're going to remove Trump from the ballot here in Colorado, they're also stipulating as a part of their ruling, in conclusion, that Trump's name will not be allowed to be written in.
	So that's not even an option.
	They're saying that the Secretary of State in Colorado cannot count any write-in votes cast for him as well.
	So, not only will he be removed from the ballot and you won't be able to vote for him that way, you can't even write his name in!
	That's Democratic though, right?
	That's totally Democratic!
	You can't put his name in the ballot!
	You can't vote for who you want!
	Based on him violating laws from antiquity that don't even apply to him legally because he wasn't Criminally convicted of what they are claiming he's guilty of.
	But it's like these Alex Jones and Donald Trump and, you know, Roger Stone and Rui Giuliani, all these cases that are being seen now, where you have judges that just roll in the courtroom and say, no, we don't need a jury, I'll just be judge, jury, and executioner here.
	I have supreme authority in this instance, so Shut up and this is what's going to happen.
	You're guilty, you can't defend yourself, and we're just deciding how guilty you are.
	Does that sound about right?

	So you can't vote for Trump and you can't even write his name in because it can't be counted legally according to the ruling here in Colorado.
	So that's interesting.

	There's a lot here, but a few takeaways, right?

	Explaining what the decision by the Supreme Court here in Colorado is going to do across this nation, sending a chilling effect, which is going to be utilized by partisans on both sides, as he outlines very clearly, that they're going to use this as a way to try to undermine democratic institutions within our constitutional republic, and they're already doing it as we speak.
	And the analogy he makes is very true.
	It's a powder keg and they're just tossing matches at it with reckless abandon.
	Because these people are criminals and they're lawless.
	And they've decided that they are... I mean, these are judicial activists.

	Wannabe dictators who are trying to take away your right, undermine your constitutional freedoms and liberty.

	And they want to, you know, get away with bribery and corruption and extortion and intimidation and all these things.

	I mean, if you go through the list of things that the left represents in this constitutional republic, I mean, it's essentially just a litany of criminal activities that they want to be able to engage in openly.

	His response is very interesting.
	He says, quote, I'm quoting him right now, his latest Statement on the whole issue says, for all those on Team America, what happened in Colorado is not simply more election interference.
	We are all, or we are well past, stealing or rigging elections.
	The left have proved they are masters at that.
	This is the communist left taking their coup to another level.
	They will stop at nothing until Trump, his family, and America, as a constitutional republic, are destroyed.
	What they are implementing, that started in earnest in November 2016, is their version of Build Back Better.

	Destroying America turns us into a globalist one-world society and creates a new form of transhumanist society that is dark, has two systems of government, one for the elites and one for the slaves, is godless, dark, and without soul.

	David Giglio over on Twitter wrote, people are saying, or people saying you shouldn't worry about the Colorado ruling because it's going to get overturned by the Supreme Court are missing the plot.
	The fact that a Supreme Court in any state was willing to make such an egregious ruling is horrifying.
	The courts are turning away from the law in favor of activism.
	Biden, with the help of the Senate GOP, has confirmed a record amount of radical leftist judges in just three years.
	To many of them, the Constitution and the law don't matter.
	Yeah.
	They are warriors for the cause just as much as their radical counterparts in elected offices in the bureaucracy.
	The corruption of the courts and perversion of the law against political opposition is the final step towards tyranny.
	The clock is getting dangerously close to midnight, and so many on the right are either too ignorant, scared, or complicit to stop it.

	I think that's a pretty good way of summarizing it, I would say.

	It makes his polling numbers go up and you can't put that much faith in polls, but boy, I'll tell you what.
	It's the same sentiment I see in the world around me, right?
	You know, the people who go, just look at, it's just like in 2016.
	Like, compare any Trump rally or speech to any other one of the GOP candidates, and it's just, it's like watching 2020 all over again.
	You know, you got Trump filling up stadiums, and you got Ron DeSantis in a room with about 25 guys.
	You know, who probably only watch Fox News and believe the gatekeeping liars there.
	You know?
	The Uniparty stooges who get paid tens of millions of dollars to read a teleprompter written by Paul Ryan.
	So, it's like, that literally is what we're facing.

	What it's about, really, is stopping Donald Trump from standing up for the American people.
	And three things that, I think, form what I call the iron triangle of MAGA, Make America Great Again.
	It's really the thing I was the spearhead of, the fair trade, rather than simply sending our jobs off, sure, in the name of so-called free trade.
	It's the securing our borders, both for our economic and national security reasons, and it's an end to all these endless wars.

	You know, we can talk about The FBI agent who pushed the hoax that started the Trump-Russia investigation has been sentenced to four years for supplying info to Russian oligarchs.

	Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York announced that Charles McGonigal, the former FBI special agent, has been handed down a 50-month prison sentence Manhattan Federal Court Judge Jennifer Reardon said McGonigal harmed national security by flouting American sanctions when he dealt with Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.
	McGonigal was also ordered to forfeit $17,500 and was slapped with an additional $40,000 fine.

	And again, for those who were paying attention, mcgonigal is notorious for being involved in the fbi's hoax investigation that alleged without evidence that former president donald trump and his 2016 campaign colluded with russian government to interfere in the election so you can't make this stuff up right the The FBI agent
	One of them, who was critical in pushing the Russian hoax against Trump, is in jail right now serving a four-year sentence for working, colluding with the Russians!
	And they're telling us, don't pay attention to that!
	That never happened.
	Meta is announcing now that they're going to be launching a quote-unquote Enhanced fact-checking program ahead of the 2024 presidential election?
	That's okay, though.
	That's totally normal.
	Their new Threads app, which is basically supposed to be a Twitter competitor where all the leftists have gathered to engage in their echo chamber, are now putting efforts out to crack down on false content ahead of the 2024 election.
	Does that sound familiar?
	But don't pay attention to that.
	Don't pay attention to that at all.
	A former New York Times editor, James Bennett, has come out and penned a scathing essay where he says, quote, The Times has metastasized from liberal bias to illiberal bias.
	He came out and said, quote, The Times' problem has metastasized from liberal bias to liberal bias, from an inclination to favor one side of the national debate to an impulse to shut down debate altogether.
	All the empathy and humility in the world will not mean much against the pressure of intolerance and tribalism without an invaluable quality that nobody is encouraging called courage.
	So remember folks, don't pay attention to that.
	Victor Davis Hanson's come out and wrote an amazing article talking about how we are well beyond hypocrisy here in America.
	His article says, the abject narcissism of the insular left is startling.
	They apparently believe the American public is amnesic, Enough to forget what leftists once did, now that they are doing the utter opposite.
	And they assume we are to discount their hypocrisy and self-absorption simply because they self-identify as erudite and moral and assume their opponents are irredeemable and deplorable.
	He talks about the impeachment hoax, the hypocrisy of it all, The subpoenas, the whistleblowers, confirming everything that we know.
	But don't pay attention to any of that, folks, okay?

	I mean, this is all... It is literally happening right before our eyes.
	Don't pay attention to the fact that Joe Biden's daughter, whom we think, according to her own writing in her diary, Which we have her on tape admitting to it being hers.
	Wrote that she was sexually molested and abused by her father at a young age, Joe Biden.
	But yeah, that daughter who took inappropriate showers with Joe Biden when she was young that sexualized her according to her own writing.
	She owes thousands in back taxes.
	That story's just come out.

	The Washington Post has called for the abolition of the First Amendment to stop quote-unquote anti-Semitism.

	The Washington Post published an article this past week calling for the First Amendment to the United States to be abolished so Jewish Ivy League college students feel safer in society and protected against quote-unquote anti-Semitism.
	The op-ed written by University of Pennsylvania law professor Claire Finkelstein and published in the Post attempts to make the case for the abolition of free speech in America.
	Also, Jews do not have to deal with anti-Semitism quote-unquote on campus.
	Don't pay attention to that.
	They just want to get rid of your First Amendment.
	Taking away all your rights.
	West Virginia Secretary of State says 2020 election was stolen by the CIA.
	No, but Trump was- Trump's insurrection!
	You know, wouldn't an insurrection suggest that there was, like, a success in overthrowing the government?
	Not, like, the complete and total disenfranchising of this constitutional republic?
	I don't know.
	The real insurrectionists are the ones who stole the election in 2020, but Secretary of State Mack Warner from West Virginia made a bold statement saying that the 2020 election was stolen by the CIA.
	He said it was stolen by the CIA.
	Bye.
	He cited testimony and a suspicion that there was collusion to sell a lie to the American people for the purposes of throwing the presidential election.
	He not only called out the CIA, but said the FBI covers it all up.
	And this is kind of a big deal because he's trying to run for governor now, and you can't have people telling the truth, right?
	Don't pay attention.
	It's all Trump's fault.
	We've got to get him off the ballot.
	House Democrats launch offensive to force Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to recuse himself from the Trump immunity case.
	So as we see this case head into the Supreme Court, they're trying to politicize the Supreme Court now to spell the narrative that it is invalid.
	That it is tainted, that it is corrupt, and that it is untrustworthy.
	I mean, we have to see this for what it is.
	House Democrats are now pressuring Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to recuse himself after Special Counsel Jack Smith asked the Supreme Court to weigh in on Trump's immunity, and now they're asking for another decision on Trump, so they're going to keep pushing this narrative that Clarence Thomas has to recuse himself.
	Trust me, that's coming up.
	You'll be seeing that narrative pushed.
	The US intelligence confirms that the communist Castro regime attempted to interfere in the Florida 2022 elections along with Russia, China, and Iran.
	Take it with a grain of salt.
	Of course, they're going to sell us the narrative that other countries are interfering in our elections.
	While they are rigging them, right?
	Oh, the Russians and the Cubans and the Chinese, they're the ones... Yeah, of course.
	We already know that.
	That should be clear.
	But I think probably a bigger issue is that our own intelligence services are working clandestinely and in some cases overtly To literally undermine the elections.
	And now they're just, they're completely gone from covert means to overt means, where they're just using judges, activist judges, to make rulings that undermine our democracy, our constitutional republic, and its democratic institutions, I should say.
	There's other, I mean, there's other stories we can get into here.
	I mean, I'm literally just peeling them off one by one, I found an interesting story that I thought I'd share by Richard Samuelson.
	The title of the story is, Our First Insurrection, the Boston Tea Party.
	And I thought this was a good little history lesson for all of us out there to be reminded of.
	On the evening of December 16, 1773, 250 years ago, Almost exactly.
	New England colonists disguised as Native Americans calmly boarded three ships in Boston Harbor and dumped 90,000 pounds of tea overboard.
	By 1773, the Americans had been pushing back against Parliament's efforts to tax the colonies for roughly a decade.
	In 1764, Parliament passed the Sugar Act.
	And in 1765, the Stamp Act.
	These laws sparked intense resistance.
	The Stamp Act, requiring that all papers, legal documents, newspapers, and other publications, in addition to playing cards and dice, bear the King's stamp as proof of having paid the tax, sparked intense resistance.
	Often in the form of mobs which gathered to ensure that no colonist was foolhardy enough to be the official stamp agent.
	Man, the good old days.
	According to the old nugget of wisdom, the key to a good tax is to pluck the maximum number of feathers from the goose with a minimum amount of squawking.
	From that perspective, taxing writers, publishers, and lawyers was particularly ill-conceived.
	But how to protest and act That far away British subjects with no representatives in Parliament regarded as illegal, the colonists believed they had the right to tax themselves and their legislatures, which were significantly the only elected legislators which were significantly the only elected legislators in America at the time.
	In an age before elected legislators were generally understood to be the heart of the government, mobbing was sometimes recognized across the board as a legitimate, albeit extreme, way of vetoing what the common people regarded as an unconstitutional law or of blocking way of vetoing what the common people regarded as an unconstitutional law or of blocking an Hence, colonists would distinguish between legal and illegal mobs.
	Hmm.
	It almost makes a case for why When you're running an illegal, criminal coup in America that perhaps what happened on January 6th was harkening back to a time in this country when people had to make their voices heard.
	In a system where they were neglected.
	Now I'm not saying I condone what happened on January 6th.
	It was a protest, in my opinion, against a corrupt government that stole an election.
	It was a valid response to an illegal action by our government that was infiltrated.
	Yes.
	And the entrapment?

	So these are the people who are shaping the cultural Marxist worldview.
	That is, and this is why, see this is why they call these people useful idiots.
	You need people who are functionally Illiterate and may have sub 80 IQs or lower.
	You know, I don't know what the functional, what's the minimum IQ you need to breathe, but that's about where we're talking about here with these people.

	So what he's referring to, obviously, this is Tim Burchette, who is a Republican representative from Tennessee, claiming that his colleagues are compromised.
	And he's referring, obviously, to the Maxwell-Epstein list that's going to be coming out here.
	And this is what's happening.
	You go, how do we get here?
	Well, when you're, you know, like Madison Cawthorn told us, when, you know, our congressmen and women are participating in sex orgies and, you know, snorting cocaine
	And being honey-potted on Epstein Island with young, underage girls, and having their entire lives being extorted through blackmail, and they're just useful puppets for this regime, then how could you expect things to go well?
	It's just an unreasonable expectation for a system that is broken and corrupt.

	Big shout-out to Owen Schroyer and the work he's been doing, especially since getting out of jail here.
	He was released, I think about a week ago, Owen Schroer was released from federal prison where he was put there for speech crime, for exercising his First Amendment right to freedom of the press.
	As a journalist who was covering what happened on January 6, he was swept into the dragnet put out by the FBI, which then led to his subsequent indictment and conviction for crimes of what the government said was participating in what happened that day.
	So he served an extended period of time in federal prison in solitary confinement.
	Which he was then released from.
	And that's what we're facing here, folks.
	I mean, that cannot be overstated, though, that what's also happening right now is this invasion on our border, and he went down there and confronted the Texas National Guard and the Border Patrol and their officials.
	It's a 10-minute clip.
	I'm not going to play the whole thing, but I'm going to play the beginning of it, because even if you can't see it, What he says is so true, and this is him for context, he's standing on the border watching the U.S.
	Border Patrol and the Texas National Guard and their coordinators from the NGOs put illegal invaders on a bus to drive them into America while the press is being blocked and kept from being able to see it.

	And he's saying, you're being discourteous.
	It's like, you're invading our country!
	You're facilitating, you're aiding and abetting the invasion of our country by illegal immigrants.
	And yeah, I'm pissed.
	Every American should be pissed.
	This is insanity.
	Not only do we have lawless cabal running our government, they're facilitating the full-scale invasion of our country.

	For the way we respond to this.

	My grocery bill has doubled over the last year.
	It probably feels like it goes up 10% every time I go.
	I have to keep working more and more just to pay bills that I was able to afford four years ago, no problem.
	So, but BlackRock's getting richer.
	Don't worry about that.
	You know, the big tech CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, he's building a doomsday bunker out in Hawaii because he's going to be fleeing to there once they fully destroy this place.
	Go walk around San Francisco, look at what this breeds.
	But when Xi Jinping shows up, they'll come sweep the streets up, probably turn all the homeless people into soylent green, like Charlton Heston in his film pointed out.
	And I'm being facetious obviously, but still.
	The point is that, as our country's being invaded, they're running this operation with complete and utter flagrant, overt, They don't care that you see it.
	They don't care that you're watching it.
	They don't care.
	They tell you to their face.
	They're like, what are you going to do about it?
	Again, it's like they're punching us metaphorically in the face and saying, what are you going to do about it?
	There is hope though.
	As dark and as hopeless as it seems, there is hope.
	And I'm going to talk about that when we come back.

	We're continuing in the book of Psalm, Psalm 19.
	A psalm about witnessing, a witness of creation and scripture, another Davidic psalm, and I want to share this with you to give you hope going out today, because look, yeah, this is all evil, and yeah, it's upsetting, it's frustrating, it pisses me off.
	I'm sure it pisses you off equally.
	But never fool yourself into believing that it's hopeless, that there won't be judgment, that there will not be an ultimate justice, that even if we don't see it in our lifetimes, it will come.
	One way or another.
	I take solace in knowing that.
	I have faith that it will occur.
	I give my life to God.
	I hope you do the same.
	I hope you trust Him.
	And we need to put this all on Christ and say, God, please give us the courage and wisdom and discernment and strength to stand up for what is right in this world.
	Because look, everything seems hopeless without God.
	It is hopeless without God and without Jesus.
	So let's take hope and take courage, as Jesus would say, And here are some words of encouragement to take with you today.
	We're going to read Psalm 19.
	The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky proclaims the work of His hands.
	Day after day they pour out speech, night after night they communicate knowledge.
	There is no speech, there are no words.
	Their voice is not heard, their message has gone out to all the earth in their words to the ends of the world.
	In the heavens, he has pitched a tent for the sun.
	It is like a groom coming from the bridal chamber.
	It rejoices like an athlete running a course.
	It rises from one end of the heavens and circles to the other end.
	Nothing is hidden from its heat.
	The instruction of the Lord is perfect, renewing one's life.
	The testimony of the Lord is trustworthy, making the inexperienced wise.
	The precepts of the Lord are right, making the heart glad.
	The command of the Lord is radiant, making the eyes light up.
	The fear of the Lord is pure, enduring forever.
	The ordinances of the Lord are reliable and altogether righteous.
	They are more desirable than gold, than an abundance of pure gold, and sweeter than honey.
	which comes from the honeycomb.
	In addition, your servant is warned by them.
	There is great reward in keeping them.
	Who perceives his unintentional sins?
	Cleanse me from my hidden faults, Lord.
	Moreover, keep your servant from willful sins.
	Do not let them rule over me.
	Then I will be innocent and cleansed from blatant rebellion.
	May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable to you, Lord, my rock and my redeemer.
	And that's my prayer for us all, myself and everyone out there listening.
	The way that it's written, who perceives as unintentional sins?
	Right?
	Lord, forgive us when we sin.
	I pray that, earnestly, cleanse us from our hidden faults, the things that we can't understand about ourselves.
	But God sees what's in our hearts, folks.
	He knows where we come from, whether we come from a place of purity, or we come from a place of deception.
	So, look inwardly right now, into your own heart, and say that prayer.
	Out loud to Jesus to say, keep us away from our unintentional sins, Lord, and keep us away from the willful sins that we make.
	Don't let them become our ruler.
	Help us find innocence.
	And cleanse us from our blatant rebellion.
	And I'm not just talking about me.
	I'm talking about all of us together.
	Lord, in this fallen world, I pray for everyone out there listening that we find this and take this as hope and encouragement going into today.
	I want you guys to go out today.
	If you haven't accepted Christ, now is your opportunity.
	Say a prayer.
	Repent.
	Open your heart.
	Let Jesus in.
	Accept Him as your Lord and Savior and watch Him do great things.
	If you have accepted Him, take these words with you today.
	And use them to go out and do great things, trusting in faith that God will provide a way forward.
