We're going to be talking about this escalation of war in Ukraine, how it's continuing.
We're all being distracted, but we're not really looking at what's still happening, which is a U.S.-NATO proxy war with Russia, which is getting hotter by the day, and it could pop off at any second.
We need to be ready for nuclear war.

We're going to talk about that a little bit probably today, but if we do, I'll just let you know what it is.
A lot to cover there.
There is a great video we're going to be looking at, a cut-up together by Greg Reese over at Infowars.
It tells us exactly where we're at and what this is all about.
Why the rest of the world thinks that we are a joke.
And it's because our country has become one, but it's not our fault.
It's the fault of the evil that has infiltrated and taken control from within.
And we're going to look at what that looks like.
Plus, we're going to get into some other news updates on this Paul Pelosi saga that never ends.
It looks like he's still in ICU after having brain surgery and he may not make it.
That would be a really twist there.
Big twist.

First off, much of Ukrainian capital has been without water and power after a new wave of Russian airstrikes.
Much of the Ukrainian capital of Kiev is without electricity or water after the latest round of major Russian airstrikes.
On Monday, the Russian military announced successful strikes on multiple of the country's vital infrastructure.
Good question, SB-21.
I should have mentioned this.
We'll get into the story in a second.

All right, just clarifying.
Just getting that out there, all right?
Into this story that the Russian Armed Forces continue to launch strikes with high-precision, long-range air and sea-based weapons against Ukrainian military and energy facilities, the Defense Ministry said.
Their goals of the strikes were successful.
All assigned were connected to the nation's energy supply.
These ramped-up attacks have created a growing sense of panic, with temperatures plunging and winter approaching.
So imagine that.
We're approaching winter and they're knocking out power and water in major areas of Ukraine.
Why?
Well, because this war continues to escalate and they keep trying to distract us with domestic issues that don't necessarily matter as much as being on the brink of all-out nuclear war.
Are we on the brink of nuclear war?
I think it's very possible.
I'm not sure what likelihood it is.
If you want to give it a percentage, I mean, it's 50-50, really.
But it could be more like 60-40 at this point because we've had the dirty bomb false flags that are being alleged.
They may be coming down the pipeline.
We have the UK being exposed.
I mean, we're going to get into this story as being responsible for the Nord Stream pipeline attack, which you're not going to believe how they got caught doing that.
We're going to talk about that story.
But Russia knows that they are under full-scale attack by the West, NATO, US allies.
Everybody is attacking them.
The sanctions haven't worked.
The economic, you know, threats haven't worked.
The military response has been weak at best on our part.
We've just been spending weapons and money, and maybe some special forces have been embedding with certain Ukrainian factions, trying to train them on how to attack Russians.
But imagine where this goes.
You know, you don't walk this horse back in the barn.
This thing is going to continue to escalate.
And I'm going to show you a clip from a video that's going to tell you why.
Probably it will.
But remember, Biden's pledging an extra $270 million to Ukraine.
That's totaling $18.5 billion just since January of 2021 being sent to Ukraine.
So remember, guys, when you ask yourself, why do we have inflation in the United States?
Why is our economy in the gutter?
Now, it's not all because of this, but in large part, yes, there is a major factor contributing to inflation and rising costs across the board and scarcity.
All of it's all connected to what?
This conflict in Ukraine.
Why are they waging this war in Ukraine?
Well, because Russia pretty much got the green light when they saw that we were weak after our country.
How weak do they think we are?
How pathetic do you think Russia and other countries think we are?
That we allow a deep state that's embedded within our government to steal an election in 2020, right?
To install a corrupt predator, sexual predator, deviant, corrupt, treasonous traitor like Joe Biden in as the president.
And that the people of America are so weak, they just didn't do anything.
They just went, eh, what are we going to do?
Now, I'm not saying that we should have done more.
I think, you know, we did as much as we possibly could.
But at this point, they must be looking at us as being weak.
And that is...
Not good if you're looking at the geopolitical spectrum and why they are attacking Ukraine right now.
Plus, how can we have...

We took bribes from their oil and gas companies.

And then we turn around and we're like, Russia, you're the bad guy.
I'm not a Russia fan, but let's just be honest here.
They are doing, they're seeing us as weak and they're moving against our weakness.
And it's all because our country, it's not Trump's fault, it's these criminals, these treasonous traitors who have embedded themselves inside of our country who represent global factions and other lobbying interests.
They don't represent the American people, they represent the corporate, corporatocracy, the kleptocracy, the oligarchy class that has infiltrated and taken control of most facets of government inside over years of a battle of attrition, if you will.
But I thought that it was summed up very, very well in this video I saw from Greg Reese called World War Trans.
Let's go ahead and watch their take on what and how we got to where we are today.

In a surprising break from projection and gaslighting, U.S. Congressman Jamie Raskin recently explained the truth behind the current U.S. policy with Russia.
Russia is an orthodox Christian country with traditional social values.
And for that reason, it must be destroyed, no matter what the cost to us.
So this is not a conventional war.
This is a jihad.
Jamie Raskin said that out loud, but many in Washington agree with him.
In both parties, they would like to see World War trans immediately.
On the surface, that's what this is.
World War trans.
That is what the United States has become.
To the rest of the world, America has become the land of abortions, castrations, death and lies.
Meanwhile, our diesel fuel is set to run out before the winter and our leadership could care less.
What are we doing to increase the supply of diesel, given that the Energy Information Administration said as of October 14th, the U.S. only had about a 25-day supply.
You have Northeast and New York already rationing home heating oil.
What are we doing to prepare for the winter and to ramp up the supply of diesel?
I'll take the question on the diesel, because I just don't have the data on that in front of me.
So let me take that, and we'll get back to you on that.
But at large, the president has been working very, very hard to make sure that not only are we ready for fluctuations that could come in the course, the prices are going down, and we think that's important.
But that we are also doing what we can to help our European friends and partners who are also going to be facing a long cold winter.
We have doubled our commitment.
The commitment he made in March for natural gas exports to Europe, we've doubled that commitment.
The president has cut off our fuel and given away our emergency reserves.
Without diesel fuel, the entire nation comes to a halt.
And at this point, nothing is being done to stop it.
The problem is, at this point, there may not be an answer, because there may not be a way to avoid a disaster.
Diesel fuel is not just low in this country, it's low in every Western nation that has aligned itself with Ukraine.
All these nations preparing for World War trans are running out of diesel fuel.
While millions may be scratching their heads over World War trans, too afraid to speak against it, Russian President Vladimir Putin recently explained what it's all about and how Russia has already been there.
He said, after the 1917 revolution, the Bolsheviks also said that they would change existing ways and customs, and not just political and economic ones.
But the very notion of human morality and the foundations of a healthy society.
The destruction of age-old values, religion, and relations between people, up to and including the total rejection of family.
All this was proclaimed progress, widely supported around the world back then, and was quite fashionable, same as today.

I repeat, this is nothing new, and they made such a mess, it still makes one shudder at times.

And seeing as how Americans have become nothing but submissive spectators, it seems as if the United States will be going there as well, starting this winter.

That being said, speaking of how things continue to escalate, British intelligence obviously is not very good at covering their own back ends, if you will.
The mediocrity of British intelligence vividly displayed in a string of alleged terrorist attacks against Russia You can read through this report from Larry Johnson to give you an idea of things that have been going on for quite some time that seem to be obvious when you look at the state of affairs in Britain.
But let me just tell you a little story about how Russia found out that the UK was responsible for destroying the Nord Stream 2 pipeline.
Now this is per reports from people like Kim.com and others, so take it with a grain of salt if you will, but it's being widely reported that British intelligence was not able to secure the fact that they were responsible.
How do they know?
How do the Russians know?
How do the Russians find out that the UK, as they allege, was behind the destruction of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline?
Well, I'll give you a little scenario.
This is what happens.
Apparently, most leadership in the United States, in Britain and the UK and other places, Britain or the UK, whatever you want to call it, They don't prefer to use the crappy GCHQ or intelligence service provided secure cell phones that they are provided by the government to communicate on via encrypted technology.
And they prefer to use their iPhones, but they think those are protected.
But they're really not.
As we know, not only do the United States and the Five Eyes intelligence services have access to the data centers that house the information that's transferred between cell phone data carriers and cell phone services in general, like iPhones.
Also, it seems as though the Russians and the Chinese and other countries have backdoors into those servers.
Now, what happened?
Well, according to Kim.com, who's been investigating this and reporting on news that's, you know, basically, the fake news is never going to tell you, they have a text message that is sent from the former, which this could be part of the reason why she's not the Prime Minister anymore,
let's just be honest, between the former Prime Minister of UK, Liz Truss, and the current Secretary of State, I believe, Anthony Blinken, Where one minute after the pipeline was destroyed...
By an accident, as the West would have us want to believe, or want us to believe, that they have an exchange of a text message between Liz Truss and Antony Blinken where one minute after it's blown up, they have a two-word text from Liz Truss to Antony Blinken that says, you guessed it, it's done.
Quote, unquote, it's done.
So I think that's a reasonable cause for the Russians to say, well, there is something strange about the fact that the UK is telling us, or their prime minister was texting the Secretary of State of the United States of America, Antony Blinken, one minute after the pipeline was destroyed and saying, it's done.
As if it was a favor being called in by the United States that the British were more than happy to execute for them.
And Russia is claiming that that is reason to believe that they have...
We're responsible for it.
Now, on top of all of that, guys, we have this story coming out of London, potentially lethal new superstrain of COVID created in a London lab.
Renowned molecular biologist describes development as insanity and We're good to go.
Warn that the new mutant strain, which was injected into hamsters in London, is insanity both in terms of the redundancy in waste and that it has zero foreseeable practical applications.
Well...
I'm sorry, Dr.

Zero practical applications.
If you're a psychotically deranged globalist hell-bent on the destruction of humanity at large and depopulating the Earth and enacting your, you know, culling of the population agenda, well, then there is a foreseeable practical application here, right?
But if you're not, then I guess you could reasonably say there is no practical application.
But with that being said, that's just where we are in this escalation of things.
And I think it's telling how the left, they want you to forget.
They want you to forget the hell they put you through when this whole virus broke out.
How their insecurity, their fear, how their inability to process facts and information led to you suffering, led to you losing your business, led to us being locked down, led to us being forced to wear masks, led to us being manipulated and coerced into taking experimental vaccines led to us being manipulated and coerced into taking experimental vaccines with detrimental How all of that happened, they just want us to forgive and forget.
Now, as a Christian, I'm all about forgiveness.
That is one of my tenet life principles that I believe in.
And in this case, we should have forgiveness.
But there is a difference between forgiving people who are genuinely sorry, who genuinely seek forgiveness, and forgiving those who are doing it to avoid being held accountable for the things they've and forgiving those who are doing it to avoid being held accountable for the things they've done and will more than willingly do those same
I know Jesus told us about turning the other cheek, and that is something we have to practice as Christians.
But to the point of suicide, to the point of allowing them to take everything, I'm not sure.
And I will tell you this, this is the article that just came out from The Atlantic, which is kind of an interesting concept here.
Let's declare a pandemic amnesty.
We need to forgive one another for what we did and said when we were in the dark about COVID. So now this is a new talking point I've seen everywhere.
The talking point is this.
I didn't know.
Ben Shapiro just came out.
I promoted vaccines because I didn't know.
I didn't understand.
Tim Robbins, the actor, came out and said, at least he said he was sorry.
He said, I'm sorry.
I didn't realize what I was doing was so detrimental.
But it's these same people who, as soon as the next thing happens, will not question it.
For the most part, maybe some have changed.
Hopefully most have changed, but that's wishful thinking in my opinion.
The majority, in my opinion, will do the same thing.
They will use the trauma-based mind control tactics on these people.
It will work because they have given up their ability to critically think.
They've given up their ability to think outside of the narrative that is presented to them on the official narrative box that projects it out every single day.
And they will be the same ones who march lockstep down the street throwing you in prison for not following the orthodoxy of the regime that has control now.
They will say, just like they did in 2020, they will say, damn be the Constitution, your rights don't matter.
Your personal autonomy doesn't matter.
The sovereignty of you over yourself is irrelevant toward the collective good.
And these are the same Marxists, these are the same socialists that will drive us into oblivion if we allow them.
And they beg our forgiveness now to only turn in the future and do the same again.
How about this?
How about instead of pandemic amnesty, how about we have trials?
How about we find people guilty of the crimes they committed against humanity?
How about we set examples so that this doesn't happen again to our society?
How about we have hearings against Dr.
Fauci that aren't just kangaroo courts held in front of Congress?
How about we have true trials that have consequences for what these people have done?
That's my opinion.
Just one man's opinion.
However, I think it's a valid one.
Because these are the same people that do things like this.
Never forget what they did and what they said.

The point being that that's where we're at, folks, and that's where we're headed.
As we head into a darker oblivion, and I'm not black-pilled.
I have hope.
My hope is in God and Christ, and I don't lose hope over that.
I'm just telling you, as we head off the cliff, which we are societally, culturally speaking, you know, it's good to understand why we're going in that direction, because then maybe hopefully we can change it But here's a disturbing story I thought worth mentioning.
U.S. Marshals have taken Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips into custody for, you guessed it, not revealing their source in the Connick scandal.
Apparently, late last week, it was reported that Greg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht were threatened with jail time if they didn't comply with the court.
Today, they were placed in jail.
And on Friday, it was reported that 2,000 Mules creator were being threatened by the court.
Now, You want to talk about the two-tiered justice system, the uneven application of law in this country?
It was not more than, what, a week ago where Trump made the joke, which people say it was probably a joke, that the person who leaked the Supreme Court decision about overturning Roe v.
Wade should have the reporter who reported it The reporter should be put in jail and then forced essentially to turn over who his source was.
And the media came out and the backlash was, this is insane, this is evil, you can't do that, that's un-American, okay.
Well then hold your standard up in the same way here.
You have two reporters, presumably, that's what their job would be in this situation, whistleblowers at minimum.
We're coming out, Greg Phillips, Catherine Engelbrecht, and telling us in no uncertain terms that this Connect Inc., the CEO, and half the company all work for the Chinese Communist government.
They're sharing personal information on poll workers and sharing very critical infrastructure access with the Chinese Communist government.
And now, the only thing the court is worried about is who was the whistleblower that gave them the information.
Hmm.
Perhaps we should be more worried about the infiltration of our U.S. election systems by the Communist Chinese.
Here is some report that was put out by Aubrey Heckery, breaking as ordered by Federal Judge Kenneth Hoyt.
U.S. Marshals have just taken into custody through the votes of Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips for contempt of court due to their refusal to release the name of the confidential informant, Judge Hoyt.
Writers like Engelbrecht and Phillips be held in custody for a day or more until they bring forth the information they are withholding.
Judge says he never got a straight answer on who was in the Dallas hotel room January 2021, and he doesn't know how many people were there.
Judge says the way Phillips and Engelbrecht talked suggests True the Vote did have access to the hacked computer data, though they deny it.
Again, guilty until proven innocent.
Guilty until proven innocent.
But you know who's not guilty until proven innocent in this justice system?
You guessed it, the husband of Nancy Pelosi.
Twitter CEO Elon Musk came out and suggested that Paul Pelosi may have been in a drunken dispute with a male escort.
So apparently on Twitter, Elon Musk responded to a post by Hillary Clinton basically saying...
There is a tiny possibility there might be more of this story than meets the eye, and he gave a link to this.
The Santa Monica Observer, who put out this story saying, the awful truth, Paul Pelosi was drunk again and in a dispute with a male prostitute early Friday morning.
Hmm.
Interesting.
So that's what that is, as far as him pointing it out.
But...
Let's watch Ben Collins over on MSNBC have almost on the verge of crying because they can't control the narrative anymore and they cannot use Twitter to bend and shape the minds of the masses with their trauma-based mind control tactics.
And remember, Ben Collins is a big leftist journo.
He is a liar.

I've written about him and documented his work several times over.
He has written many falsities on a number of different things, including QAnon.
And he's just a fake news spin smear artist.
And let's listen to him shape the narrative for the, let's just say, the uninformed masses watch him almost cry because of how hurt he is that he can't lie to you and manipulate you via Twitter.
...pizzagate, cabal-style stuff.
The idea that the world is secretly run by this new world order and it is trying to censor you.
It's trying to prevent the world from seeing what's really going on.
And that Nancy Pelosi and people like that, those people in the QAnon spaces right now, those people are at the top of that sphere.
They are at the top of that pecking order when it comes to how people believe in conspiracy theories.
And I do want to stress this.
Right now, trending on Twitter is the lie about this guy.
It's the lie that...
It's trending.
It's trending on Twitter, as we speak.
Because Elon Musk pushed it on Saturday.
Or yesterday, sorry.
I just want to make it clear how they got to this place.
Mm-hmm.
So, first of all, lies on the internet move faster than the truth.
And that's in part why there are all these safeguards that Elon Musk is trying to take down on Twitter right now.
The lies that were pushed were from bad pieces of information they found.
For example, they said that Paul Pelosi was in his underwear.
Of course he was, 2.30 in the morning at the time he was attacked.
That led them to believe this was a lover's quarrel between two different people that knew each other.
The reason they believed they knew each other is because the police put out a statement saying that they didn't really know who opened the door, so that led them to believe there was a third person in the house.
So from there, there was this world building on the pro-Trump internet.
What could be the opposite of reality here?
And the opposite of reality they came up with was these two people were having a lover's quarrel in a house, and the police sort of intruded on us.
Okay, I'm going to stop you right there, Ben.
Stop you right there.
Hold on.

Is it me or did I not play clear documentable evidence of the 911 call, the dispatcher, and the police officers communicating to one another that the phone call that came in from Paul Pelosi who went to the bathroom during this attack because the attacker let him go to the bathroom alone for some reason, that he called from the bathroom and said, my friend is here.
And they said that this was a friend.
Literally in the phone call.
Did I not play that?
Or did I make that up?
Or was that real?
Oh, but they don't tell you that part in this part.

So this is how they lie by omission.

If we don't cut this out right now, not just the normalization of violence, but the idea that reality can't even exist anymore because it cannot catch up to the lies on the internet.
I'm not a scholar on authoritarian history, but I've read Hannah Arendt.
I've read all these people.
This is how it gets really bad.
This is the start of something that gets really, really bad.
If you are getting the guardrails off the truth, where it literally cannot catch up to the lies on the internet because of how the pipes work, how the system works, because of the incentives of the richest people in the world, then that's how you lose your democracy.
So-- Okay, guardrails off the truth is how we lose our democracy.
First of all, it's a constitutional republic.
Just make sure we clarify that.
Second of all, guardrails on truth?
If it's the truth, why does it need guardrails, Ben?
Why do you say that we have to have guardrails around the truth, as you so claim?
Oh, I think I understand why.
It's because you're a gatekeeper.
And MSNBC liars and hacks and the fake news propaganda are gatekeepers.
And any truth...
Truth that they claim to be real is truth, but any truth that anyone else claims to be real needs to be handled with guardrails because we can't allow full truth.
Don't you understand how dangerous the full truth is?
That's what they're saying, and they're not even veiling it.
That's the thing that gets me.

Justice Department files federal criminal charges against David DePepe, and they're allowing the government to control and hide evidence and selectively leak.
So that's what's going to happen now.
So this is what's happening, essentially.
They're going to file federal charges against this David DePepe guy, and I think we're good to go.
Ladies and gentlemen, these are the guardrails on truth, as per our friend and resident liar at MSNBC and NBC, Ben Collins.
That's what we're getting.
That's essentially what we're getting, so go figure, right?
Breaking exclusive evidence shows David DePape could never fit through the hole broken in the rear of the window.

And they're saying here that the door's closed and the hole's only 12 inches, that there's no way he could have got through it.
Yeah, that kind of goes toward what I was saying before anyway, which was that it looks like, if you look at that full picture, that the glass is all over the outside of the door.
As you can see here, that the glass is all over the outside of the door, which means that likely...
And I'm not an expert on this, but I'm just saying likely that the glass was broken outward from the inside, which led me to tell you guys that whole story on Saturday about my theory, which is that Paul Pelosi was at home.
He invited this hooker over to his home or this whatever friend over for some gay escort type gay thing.
And they got into a lover's dispute.
Paul Pelosi called the police to get this guy removed.
He got a hammer, and then to make it look like this guy was an intruder, he used the hammer to break out the back window so that it appeared as though the house had been broken into.
Then, in a fit of rage, seeing that that's why the guy said, where's Nancy?
Because he was essentially saying, I'm going to tell your wife that you're gay, whatever, and that you're having these gay affairs.
And he may have been a right-wing, not right-wing, but he may have been a conspiracy person, whatever, but that they got into an argument, police show up, police immediately don't grab this guy who's essentially, if a guy's broken in your house and he's And you're the Speaker of the House's husband, and they're about to probably have some kind of fight.
Don't you think the first thing the police would do when they arrive is handcuff the guy, go arrest him?
Instead, the police arrive, hang out for a few minutes, and allow Paul Pelosi to hold a hammer and basically threaten the guy, I guess.
And then the guy takes the hammer from Paul and starts beating him overhead, and only then do police act?
Well, that sounds like a lover's dispute, not to mention the fact that they charged with elderly abuse, which is the abuse of an elder with somebody who is trusted.
Implication of trust is there.
Anyway, yeah, that's how they're going to try to hide the evidence, and the evidence is overwhelming that it isn't what they say it was.
But, again, in the selective, leaking world of the left-wing media, they're only going to release things like this.
CNN exclusive suspect in Paul Pelosi attack had a bag of zip ties, sources said.

Another interesting report coming from Chad Pergram over on Twitter is that colleague Bill Mulligan reports per iSource that suspect in an attack on Paul Pelosi David DePape is in the U.S. illegally as a long-time visa overstay.
Hmm.
Interesting.
And another interesting thing, Paul Pelosi's home is surrounded by CCTV cameras and security detail.
But, you know, he broke in, right?
That's the theory.
He broke in, even though there was security in closed-caption TVs everywhere.
As Paul Pelosi is now being reported to be in ICU, surrounded by family.
And this is the interesting part, though.
DePape is still in the hospital with unknown injuries.
So what injuries have DePape suffered?
Or is he being held under a psych evaluation because they don't want him talking to the press?
Think about it.
I think that's what's happening here.
I'm just going to give you a wild speculation, take it with a grain of salt, but imagine you're DePape and you're Pelosi, and Pelosi doesn't want DePape talking to the media because he may just say the truth about what was happening there.
So what do they do?
They hold him under a psych evaluation because of mental health reasons.
They can do that.
I think you have 72 hours they can hold a suspect or more, depending on the situation, at least for psychiatric evaluations.
And they're withholding him and disallowing him from talking to the press about the truth of what's happening.
I think that's probably what's happening here.

It's Jesus doing these healings.
And there is a lot that we're going to take away from this.
So I'm just going to read through chapter 5, verse 21, all the way to the end.

So today we're finishing Mark chapter 5.
Let's go ahead and read right here.
It says...
When Jesus had crossed over again by boat to the other side.
Now, I just want to give the context here.
Jesus has now left the Gentile area where he drove out the demons.
That's where we left it yesterday.
And he's come back to the other side, which is a more Jewish predominant area.
And he's arriving back.
And this is what happens when he arrives back.
If you want to watch yesterday's episode, you'll understand where we left off yesterday.
Or you can read the beginning of Mark.
But let's go ahead and wrap it up here.
The final part of chapter five, when Jesus had crossed over again by boat to the other side, a large crowd gathered around him while he was by the seat.
One of the synagogue leaders named Jairus came and when he saw Jesus, he fell at his feet and kept begging him.
My little daughter is at death's door.
Come and lay your hands on her so she can get well and live.
So Jesus went with him and a large crowd was following and pressing against him.
A woman suffering from bleeding for twelve years had endured much under many doctors.
She had spent everything she had and was not helped at all.
On the contrary, she became worse.
Having heard about Jesus, she came behind him in the crowd and touched his robe, for she said, If I can just touch his robes, I'll be made well.
Instantly, her flow of blood ceased, and she sensed in her body that she was cured of her affliction.
At once, Jesus realized in himself that power had gone out from him.
He turned around in the crowd and said, Who touched my robes?
His disciples said to him, You see the crowd pressing against you, and you say, Who touched me?
So he was looking around to see who had done this.
Then the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came with fear and trembling, fell down before him and told him the whole truth.
Daughter, he said to her, your faith has made you well.
Go in peace and be free from your affliction.
While he was still speaking, people came from the synagogue leader's house and said, your daughter is dead.
Why bother the teacher anymore?
But when Jesus overheard what was said, he told the synagogue leaders, Do not be afraid, only believe.
He did not let anyone accompany him except Peter, James, and John, James' brother.
They came to the leader's house, and he saw a commotion, people weeping and wailing loudly.
He went in and said to them, Why are you making a commotion and weeping?
This child is not dead, but asleep.
They started laughing at him, but he put them all outside.
He took the child's father, mother, and those who were with faith, and entered the place where the child was.
Then he took the child by the hand and said to her, Talitha Kaum, which is translated, Little girl, I say to you, get up.
Immediately the girl got up and began to walk.
She was 12 years old.
At this, they were utterly astounded.
Then he gave them strict orders that no one should know about this, and said that she should be given something to eat.
So there are a few things to kind of unpack here, right?
The first is Jesus healing the woman who was bleeding.
Now, what is this trying to teach us?
What can we learn from this portion of Mark and the latter part of Mark here where it talks about these healings from Jesus?
Well, faith is one thing I take away more than anything else above all else in this portion of the book.
Why?
Because The woman believed in Jesus to the point where she didn't even, she believed so much that she knew if she could just touch a part of his robe that she could be healed from an affliction that she had suffered with for many years, over 12 years.
And what's amazing is that in an instant she was healed.
And Jesus felt himself heal her.
And when he asked who had done this, who had been healed, who had taken this power, as it says, from him, at first he didn't say anything.
And his disciples told him, look at all these people that are pushed up against you.
But what does that tell you about the people who are pushed up against Jesus?
They didn't have that full faith.
They didn't have it.
Not at least the faith of the woman who believed so hard in Jesus that he was able to heal her without him really knowing, without him even trying to.
And that's what he can do for us in our lives.
A lot of times we think, why isn't Jesus doing it for me?
And I'm not saying that we're not believing hard enough.
Maybe we are.
Maybe we are putting everything we have into it, and it's just not a part of his plan for us to be healed at that moment.
But you have to have that faith that goes beyond anything imaginable.
It goes beyond what's even believable.
Because in this instance, this woman thought if she could just grab a part of his robe, that just the possibility that that could heal her, she believed in it.
To the point where it was done.
And Jesus told her that she was cured by him.
And he told her that her faith had made her well.
So if you're out there and you're suffering, remember your faith can make you well.
Now, where does the story begin?
It begins with Jesus arriving and being swarmed by a crowd and a priest, a leader of the synagogue, came to him and Jair and asked, or what's his name?
Excuse me.
Yeah, his name was Jairus.
Jairus, excuse me.
He came to him and said, My daughter is sick and about to die.
Please come heal her.
And Jesus says, Yes, he will go.
He'll heal.
I think both of these stories teach us about what it means to have faith.
And I know that sometimes we can go through things in our life that are scary, whether it's a health issue or it's an addiction problem or it's a problem with a family relationship or a personal relationship or something happening at school or at your work or whatever it is.
And you think the problem is so far gone that it can't be fixed.
This story teaches us that with Jesus all things are possible.
That we can do everything through Christ who is with us.
We can do anything, I should say.
And in that way...
These stories are meant to We're good to
go.
But then what's interesting is the final wording there where Jesus tells them that she should be given something to eat.
Now, we're going to read later, and I believe Luke or John, I'm not sure, I think it's Luke, where Jesus is resurrected, and one of the first things he does when he's resurrected and comes back to the disciples and meets with them and has these encounters that happened for quite some time, the first thing he does when he's raised from the dead is go to a fish fry.
He has some fish with his friends, and he eats.
So there's a lot that we can unpack out of this, and I'm doing my best just to give you kind of a few important points to take away from it.
And you can study this chapter more on your own and go more in depth.
There's so many things that can be pulled out of this.
But remember, the one thing that I take away from it all is that it's faith in God that can do things that we don't think are possible.
And if we have, as he said before, the smallest seed of true faith in our hearts that's the Word sown into us, we can move mountains.
We can take a mountain and throw it in the ocean.
We learned that in Matthew, and I'm telling you that that's the faith we have to have to overcome whatever problem we're facing in this world.
So, with that being said, we're going to say a prayer, and then we're going to wrap it up, and then we'll get it wrapped up.
Lord and Heavenly Father, we're so grateful for this day.
Lord, we're thankful for the teachings of your gospel and these stories of faith.
Lord, we go through things in our own lives sometimes that are scary.
Fear is just a part of living and being sinful as we are.
We pray we can overcome it, Lord, by fully trusting in you and having faith that is so far beyond doubt that it can lead to us finding the healing that comes through your salvation and your mercy and your grace, Lord, which we know you've poured out abundantly on us.
We just pray, Lord, we humble ourselves enough to receive it in its fullness, and that we don't let the fear or the doubt build up inside of us so that we cannot receive that amazing, powerful gift that you give freely.
Lord, we pray for forgiveness.
We pray that you'll forgive our sins and that you'll strengthen us to become better for you.
And Lord, we thank you for everything you've done, and you pray that you'll help us help others as well.
We pray and thanks most of all, though, for our eternal salvation through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, amen.
