	He went through in meticulous detail all kinds of very specific claim-to-be evidence that this guy did it about his personal life, his communications, alleged evidence found on the weapon that he'd even get this.
	Etched, etched messages in four shell casings.
	I can't believe how ridiculous this is.
	Complete, utter nonsense.
	And he said it all with a straight face.
	And let me emphasize: while he claimed they're going to give this guy, you know, a fair trial in accordance with the Constitution, everything he was saying, if you believed it, was absolutely damning.
	In other words, he was poisoning the jury pool.
	Any minimally qualified defense attorney has grounds already right now to seek a change in venue.
	I mean, it was way too specific.
	Down to claiming he had DNA on this on the shell casing, DNA on the rifle, his imprint on the roof where he'd laid down.
	He says, walking with a hobble, he reiterated the absurdity of the barrel of the weapon in his trousers.
	I'm just repulsed and appalled at this kind of nonsense.
	My wife was sitting there.
	We were both in disbelief what we were hearing.
	She had already earlier today pointed out to me she had two photographs of what's supposed to be the shooter, and they're different guys, two different guys.

	FBI Director Kash Patel's girlfriend Alexis Wilkins is suing ex-agent Kyle Stefan for defamation recalling her former Mossad agent, I'm sure, once a Mossad, always a Mossad, and suggesting her relationship with Patel is a honeypot.
	Sarah Finn pushed back on the lawsuit allegation, knowing that similar claims about Wilkins have previously surfaced on social media from other sources.
	Wilkins is seeking at least 5 million damages.
	Yes, no doubt, click money on the basis of defamation or a claim that I'm speculating is in fact true.
	Meanwhile, we get main takeaway from Kirk killing: maybe it's a social media manipulation.
	Chari Kirk brand of fomentation was enabled by heavily subsidized social media.
	Kirk was known and admired by fans for his in-person appearances before the young audiences he cultivated.

	Democrats and their media cronies frequently talk about right-wing extremists and racists who pose a danger to public safety.
	Since Charlie Kirk was assassinated, several people have asked me, a devotee of George Washington and James Madison, if I think we should expect violence from conservatives reflexively without even thinking about it.
	I replied, I don't anticipate any organized violence, never mind rioting, burning, and looting of the BLM and Tifa variety who set the nation on fire after the career criminal and drug addict George Floyd was at worst unintentionally killed or his demise hastened by a solitary police officer.
	More likely, Floyd died of a fentanyl-induced cardiopulmonary arrest while he was being restrained.

	It started pretty much out by something called the Freedom of Information Act and requiring Pfizer, respectively, the FDA, the Federal Drug Association, or Food and Drug Administration of the United States to release these Pfizer papers.
	And Pfizer, respectively, FDA, then not wanting to do that, petitioned a court.
	And they wanted the judge to allow the FDA to keep the papers under wraps for 75 years.
	Interestingly enough, though, there have been talk in Germany this April, the so-called Freedom of Information Act, so any citizen can ask the government for information.
	And there was a discussion about abolishing that right for the citizens altogether.
	Now, that's a big tell.
	So they no longer want the citizens to even know what the government should be publishing.
	But that is just a side note.
	So anyhow, the FDA wanted the Pfizer papers to be locked up for 75 years, which the judge didn't go with.
	Then they offered, the FDA offered, well, then, you know, we would be prepared to publish 500 pages per month, which in essence would have taken 75 years to get all of the paper out because it was in total roughly 450,000 pages.
	Well, the judge didn't want to have any of that.
	And he ordered the FDA, they would have to release 55,000 pages per month.
	And that was over a period of, I think, like one year or one and a half years.
	And then it was all there.
	And then our very honorable guest tonight, Dr. Naomi Wolf, your concern was that it would just be lost in history, as you said earlier, because there is no way that laymen can sift through 450,000 pages of highly technical information.
	So what Naomi managed to do was to gather how many?
	2,000, 3,000, 3,500 volunteers globally sifting through that information and putting all of the information together for everyone to see and everyone to read.
	Like I said, it is the smoking gun.
	We have the information.
	And I just remember today, and I actually looked it up, it was on July 25th of 2022.

	But if you followed up on it, they had a memorial at its firehouse and they didn't even spell his name correctly, Jim.

	And there are plenty who have looked at the crowd reaction in Butler.
	Everyone didn't run away screaming.
	They all stayed in place.
	And there were many who were looking at their cell phones, apparently, for instructions.
	I think the whole crowd was crisis actors in Butler.
	It kind of broke my heart because I had so much faith in Donald Trump.
	But, you know, he had an interaction with Vince McMahon at a worldwide wrestling thing where they had a phony fight.
	It was completely staged.
	He's good at this.
	He's an actor himself.
	I guarantee you.
	Did you pick up where Miles Mathis was explaining that even Alex Jones was in reporting this, admitting that some of those who were there thought it looked like a staged event?
	I mean, that's because it was.
	It was.
	And I'm telling you, look, I got a guy who's got over 25 years in law enforcement, Danny Sears.
	He and I have dealt with many phony events in the past.
	Take the Kobe Bryant helicopter crash.
	That was completely staged.
	They took some helicopter trash.
	They actually dumped it right on a road because it was more convenient.
	It wasn't even Kobe's helicopter.
	I mean, you know, it's bad.
	They get away with so much of this.
	So it's flooring.
	It's disconcerting.
	And I say, go to my blog, go to my Twitter, look for this thing about, you know, the raw deal.
	What's the day?

	Charlie Kirk extravagants.
	That's two hours.
	We spent two hours going through this thing, and we were very thorough and meticulous.
	And I guarantee this was a staged event.
	Charlie didn't die.
	He's still alive and well.
	And the question becomes, what was the motivation?
	Well, it looks as though it was supposed to be set up to blame leftists and gays and trannies.
	I mean, it's kind of weird.
	You may have noticed how some of the stories I was reporting, the FBI was claiming that Trump was taken out by a tranny terrorist cell.
	I mean, it's just ridiculous.
	Some of the claims are making.
	Yeah, trans terrorist cell.
	I mean, some of this is just ludicrous.
	And I'm afraid the big guns at the top are not aware of how much the world population has caught on to these false flags, these scripted events.
	I've been all over them, you know, since I got first deep into JFK, bringing together the best expert to sort out what really happened.
	Then I got deep into 9-11.
	When Wellstone died just 60 miles north of my office on the Duluth campus, the University of Minnesota, I got deeply involved, flew a guy with a PhD in electromagnetism up from Australia.
	We're tramping around in the snow in 35 below zero weather, picking up pieces of the charred wreckage.
	When Sandy Hook occurred, I was initially not following Sandy Hook very closely.
	My editor-in-chief at the time, I was with Veterans Today, asked me to write a piece.
	This is the only time he ever asked me to write a piece about Sandy Hook, suggesting it could have been a Mossad hit, that there were a couple of men who were dressed like nuns, that their vehicle had been traced back to an apartment in Greenwich Village that was supposed to be loaded with Nazi paraphernalia.
	He asked me to write it.
	It's the only time I ever did something like that.
	I wrote it as a tentative hypothesis that could it be the case.
	Now, not long thereafter, the evidence began to come to my attention that it had, in fact, had been a FEMA drill presented as mass murder.
	I brought together 13 experts, including six PhDs.
	We even discovered the FEMA manual for the exercise, and I published a book, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, where we established the school had been closed by 2008.
	It actually turns out to have been closed in 2006, that there were no students or teachers there.
	Actually, it wasn't even an elementary.
	It was a special needs school.
	And that it had been a FEMA drill to promote gun control by claiming it to be mass murder.
	One of my contributors, Paul Preston from California, a school administrator who'd actually supervised active shooter drills, was so suspicious about what was being broadcast from Newtown that he reached out to his contacts in the Obama Department of Education, all of whom confirmed to him it had been a drill.
	No students had been harmed and it was done to promote gun control.
	Well, when I wound up being sued over the book, which Amazon had banned less than a month after it had gone on sale, even it had sold nearly 500 copies, I released it for free as a PDF.
	And it's been downloaded millions of times.
	So to get control of the PDF, they brought a contrived lawsuit against me.
	The judge wouldn't admit any of my evidence, even though I had massive.
	And they found there was no disputed facts when I was disputing every fact, even excluded the reports of two forensic document experts that the death certificate over whose authenticity I was being sued for having declared it was fake in the book was in fact fake.
	And it wasn't even disputed.
	They didn't have any expert on the other side to claim it was real.
	But the judge ruled against me.
	Well, there were participants in the drill who hadn't signed non-disclosure agreements because they'd been cast by their mother.
	And this was the young woman who'd been cast as Emily Park, our little blonde-haired blue-eyed girl, and the older woman who was cast as Victoria Soto, a teacher who heroically gave their lives, reached out to me through a mutual friend of theirs to express their support for me in the lawsuit.
	They sent me lots of good stuff, including the Connecticut FEMA schedule showing the drill in Newtown scheduled for that date as Exercise L366.
	I mean, I had all this stuff.
	I had it for the court.
	And he just ignored it.
	I carried the case all the way to the Supreme Court.
	I'm now appealing it.
	It may be reversed because I was pointing out all the reasons why the judge ought to be recused.
	It turns out that on the 3rd of March, was it May, 3rd of May, he retired five and a half years early, even though his term wasn't up until 1 August 2030.
	Frank Remington by name, I can only infer it was because he saw what was coming.
	He was either going to be removed from the bench, recused from the case, or removed from the bench, and he didn't want to endure, so they let him off.
	They let him retire early.
	Go ahead.
	Go ahead, Jim.
	Well, you know, I can't say that you're wrong, Jim.
	I always thought I was pretty much informed.
	My brother John from Michigan, who listened to you regularly, said, Jim, you have to listen to Jim's program day before last and yesterday, as far as this little Charlie Kurt thing.
	And I haven't listened to it as of yet.
	And I mean, we've talked before about 9-11, and I think we have some mutual friends that have testified about that, you know.
	Yeah.
	But I just, I'm just thinking, oh my God, it must be, I feel really naive, Jim.
	I really do.
	Jim, I felt that way when I started digging in, you know, and found all this nonsense going on.
	The government is playing us for suckers and saps.
	So I've been devoting, you know, I had a 35-year career as a professor of philosophy.
	And then I've had this lengthy career since, beginning in 1992, of doing conspiracy research and publishing books.
	Not only I have four on JFK, two on 9-11, the one on Wellstone, but also lots of videos, books on Sandy Hook, Boston bombing, Orlando, and Dallas, Charlesville, Parkland, even the moon landing.
	And I bring together the best people and have done a great deal of work on Las Vegas, on the Buffalo Top shooting, on Nashville.
	I got one guy who's a PI out of Houston who turns out to be brilliant, absolutely brilliant at this.
	And it's just shocking how many of these phony events are being contrived to promote political events.
	And I just say, get, here's what you want, Jim.
