Truth vs. NEW$, Inc Part 2 (18 Aug 2025) with Don Grahn, Brian Davidson and Joachim Hagopian

Time Text
Andyo, welcome back to Fruit versus News Incorporated, all that crazy news out there.
Well, and they do stand for the fruit that we are different than everybody else in the media, I think, nearly everybody.
And this is August the 18th.
And Brian Davidson and Joachim McGopian shared a fantastic heavy first hour on that news.
And we got more personal news coming up here.
First, go ahead, Brian.
Yeah, I wanted to bring up what McGregor was talking about there and see if I can summarize it.
For not everybody in the audience is totally familiar with the term Balkanization, but the term came around in the 20th century after the Ottoman Empire was broken up into a number of independent nation states.
We saw Balkanization to a certain extent with the dissolving of the Soviet Union into the Russian republics.
America could very well be Balkanized.
African countries have been Balkanized.
And basically, what it means is to divide and conquer.
And to give you a good example, back in 2015, Smotrich, the big-time Israeli hardliner on the left that has joined Netanyahu lately, tried to balkanize Gaza in a certain sense where he was funding the PLO and then they were funding Hamas on the other side.
And then they had them at each other's throats.
And so what do you have?
You have, oh, well, divided, we fall.
The PLO is no longer as strong because of the rise of Hamas.
So divided, they become weaker, more split, and then they fall.
Well, the United States, right now, we have 50 states underneath the federal government plus Puerto Rico and others.
Balkanization would start to see some of the states breaking loose, thus breaking apart the centralized power structure of the empire.
That seems to me to be a technique that is used widely by countries that can afford to help break up an empire.
They'll go in and find a particular cultural subsection of a particular group, try to fund the local clan leader, whoever it has to be, set them up with military stuff and arms, and then tell him you got to go try to perform a coup, thus weakening the entire structure of whatever empire was currently in place.
There's two ways for an empire to go down.
They can rot from within, like the Roman Empire, or they can be torn apart from the outside by external influences coming in and tearing them apart.
Well, what have we been allowing with APAC here in America?
We've been allowing APAC to come in from the outside as a foreign influence organization and in a sense, tear us apart.
It's continuing to happen around the world.
Balkanization is not necessarily a bad thing when the empire is weak, but you just got to remember that you're going to make sacrifices to gain your independence.
And then where are you going to stand in terms of a military, an infrastructure and such if you do find yourself splitting up?
So the question comes down long term to we're seeing a new Cold War develop just in the last few days.
You're seeing it happen right between your eye, right in front of your eyes.
You're seeing the United States and Russia have a new style of Cold War where nobody wants to see Russia go down.
Nobody wants to see the United States go down, except for our enemies.
Obviously, we've made a lot with the CIA over time.
But the question comes down to: can the two figure out a way to come up with a peaceful solution?
And while at the same time, making the sacrifices with whatever quote-unquote partners that we have.
So, take a look at Zelensky right now and see that what Trump did yesterday, what he did up in Alaska, was that he promised the only thing that he did, he promised Putin that there'd be no more chance for Ukraine to join NATO, which is why Ukraine has seen this coming.
That's why they're trying to join the European Union.
And fundamentally, I think that's to protect Zelensky.
Because the other thing that Trump's been talking about is how important it's going to be to get real elections back into place in war-torn Ukraine right now, so that the locals and the military order can figure out what they want for leadership.
Again, balkanization, divide, and conquer in terms in one sense.
In another sense, it gives a particular subunit of a society the opportunity to break loose and really develop the culture that makes them unique.
Very good.
I want to mention also Balkanization.
The Balkan mountains are in Eastern Europe, actually, in what used to be Yugoslavia.
And of course, the United States, they really, in the 90s under Clinton, they balkanized Yugoslavia into 13 little dinky nations that are all weak and totally divided.
So, yeah, I mean, that's where it really did come from.
But yeah, that's the agenda where Russia and China, Iran, balkanized them all.
Yes, 100%.
Exactly.
By the way, it's also just simply known as divide and rule.
Divide and rule.
It happened in the Mongolian Empire.
It happened with British India.
It happened all over Africa.
It happened in French Algeria, the Ottoman Empire, like we mentioned in Europe.
And it's fundamentally this colonialism cloaked in a divide and rule cover.
Well, guess what?
We have another very nice piece by Joaquin.
Today's AI data center boom to deliver tomorrow's genocidal cab boom are just parts of the phenomenally rapid proliferation of AI data center construction across the United States and world has recently skyrocketed,
driving increased demand for both more electrical power and equally unquenchable thirst for more water sources than available.
To gauge just how off the chart this mounting demand for more powerful data centers being built across America, last year alone in 2024, 5,000 newly leased data centers were added as of March 2025.
The U.S. possessed 5,426 out of the more than 11,800 estimated total number of data centers across the world, with nearly half, 46% of the planet's data center located within America.
This out-of-control data center expansion, man, Marilla?
Joaquin, is that the right word?
Marilla?
Expansion, Manila.
I'm not sure.
That's not the right man, but I haven't Constantly grows exponentially every single year, but instant answers of the AI revolution carry a foreboding outcome when unheeded and glossed over in the zest for instant answers and overnight wealth expansion in the end is likely to spell a bust for all of humanity, not just greedy tech hounds.
Currently, all other nations lag far behind the U.S. with second place China, including Hong Kong, possessing 571 data centers, Germany 529, UK 523, Silicon Valley data centers in Silicon Valley cities alone consume 60% of the entire local emergency energy usage.
Bottom line, data centers place a severe strain on local grid capacity everywhere they're built and concentrated each year through 2030.
U.S. data centers rising demand is driving up tetrawatt power consumption by a wobbling 12%.
But at what cost?
Financially, economically, technologically, sociologically, environmentally, and physically, and psychologically on our health.
This presentation examines this evolving dynamic development and its profound long-term ramifications.
Meanwhile, declassified FBI files expose 19 hidden Clinton Foundation bank accounts.
Where did the money go?
Sonar 21 reporting.
Just the news has published a declassified internal FBI doc that outlines a timeless timeline of investigations concerning the Clinton Foundation.
This timeline reveals a conspiracy of obstruction at justice involving several appointees from President Obama's administration, including Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, FBI Director James Comey, and Attorney General Lauritta Lynch.
The investigation focused on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's alleged pay-to-play scheme involving the Clinton Foundation.
Notably, the document indicates the FBI's Los Angeles office was also investigating a separate campaign finance fraud case, which uncovered 19 previously undisclosed account associated with the Clinton Foundation, which is designated solely as a presidential archive, but undertook numerous initiatives in foreign countries with bank accounts.
These undisclosed and overseas accounts operated in secret slash funds meant for bribery and facilitating illicit activities.
Well, given the Trump admin is now in a position to investigate, guess what?
Hell freezes over.
Hillary said Trump has been great and would nominate him for a Nobel Peace Prize, which, of course, he dearly wants.
By the way, I think that woman in the top photograph is another Hillary double.
Her face is far too smooth.
She looks 30 years younger.
She looks 50, 60 pounds lighter.
Here we have Hillary praising Trump.
I actually was encouraged by the events of the last several months.
First of all, the NATO commitment by individual member states to increase their defense spending is very welcome.
It's something that prior administrations have certainly sought, and I think it's great that we are seeing these commitments that now have to be followed through on.
The willingness of European countries to support Ukraine, and by doing so, buy American weapons in order to provide them to the Ukrainians.
I think all of that is a very good signal that there is beginning to be a better understanding, both by the president and the people around him, as well as by the leaders of our European allies, that there can be common ground amongst us.
And the kind of dismissiveness that we saw in the first Trump administration has been replaced by a much more obvious working relationship to the good of European security, transatlantic security, and hopefully Ukrainian security.
So I'm actually encouraged.
She's actually encouraged and goes on to say she'd even be willing to nominate the guy.
Gee, what a coincidence.
Meanwhile, Kevin Barrett, I think, gets it right.
Distractions from the Epstein genocide.
Look at that painting of Bill Clinton now with a different face imposed.
Rumble link, bitch you false flag weekly.
If eyeball rolling could affect the Earth's rotation, Donald Trump textbook guilty demeanor around the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, or rather the ensuing ocular twirling and swirling, might have threatened to exacerbate our planet's orbital wobble.
After Elon Musk tweeted Trump's in the Epstein files, June 7th, Trump reacted by asserting that the whole Epstein issue was a hoax invented by Democrats, that the Epstein visits were made up by Barack Obama and James Comey.
In fact, Epstein's arrest and prosecution happened under Bush II and Trump I in late July.
The Wall Street Journal reported Attorney General Pamponte told Trump his name is in the Epstein files.
An FBI team was tasked to laboriously go through over 300 gigabytes of records and physical evidence and black out Trump's name, as well as those of other luminaries.
Trump then ordered his followers to black out Epstein's name from their memories, insisting that anyone who continues to take any interest in the Mossad blackmailer is no longer a Trump supporter.
As all that was going on, Epstein's lawyer Roy Black died at an interesting moment, like many people related to the Epstein case.
Others, like the woman who said Trump brutally raped her at the age of 13 in the presence of Epstein, and presumably the parents of other children Trump allegedly raped, have had their lives threatened and chosen to disappear from public view, but are most likely still alive and kicking.
As for Epstein, Mossad Handler against Lane Maxwell, daughter of Israel's biggest super spy, she has moved to a country club minimum security facility, presumably in preparation for her early release, in return for covering Trump's rear end.
Yes, yes, yes.
I expect they're going to move her again, and then she'll mysteriously disappear and we'll never hear of her again.
Walking your thoughts.
Yeah, it's very tempting to think that she's going to follow in her ex-partner's footsteps and suddenly disappear and end up in Israel.
Yeah, very, very probable, perhaps.
And then we'll call it maybe another suicide.
So, yeah, a lot of misdirection going on.
So Trump gets off the hot seat with his affiliation with Jeffrey Epstein.
We're seeing it over and over with especially the news events that are going on to overshadow the whole Epstein situation.
Regarding the article I wrote earlier in the week on the booming data center construction, thousands of them in the United States alone.
Yeah, it's pretty, it's basically greed and the movement toward technocracy in a totalitarian one world government where they track your every move online, including financial transactions, including social credit scores.
This is where it's all headed.
So that's why they're building these data centers everywhere to basically use AI basically to get rid of the human population because we're going to be all out of jobs.
AI is going to do all of our work.
And then, you know, obviously the situation with the AI construction that's going to be a bust, they're going to end up losing a lot of money because they do not have the sufficient electric grid to be able to supply all of these very thirsty electricity eating data centers.
And then on top of that, the other crux of this matter is we do not have the water resources for cooling down systems on these AI buildings.
They build cities of these AI buildings that use so much electricity and they get heated up and they have to have the water to cool it down.
Well, they're building them out in the desert, you know, east of Remo.
They're building them in places like Northern Virginia.
That's where the big boom started actually quite a few years ago.
And they pit neighbor against neighbor.
There's neighbors that are selling out because of the money they can make from the big tech corporations moving in to try and build more.
It's created a mess, not to mention the physical environmental pollution on our health.
Yeah, so I get into all that in that article.
The next point, you know, it's kind of very weird timing where they're going after Hillary Clinton and the pay-to-play operation.
And all of a sudden she's touting Trump doing such a great job, you know, like, leave me alone, please, Donald.
You know, so yeah, that's it.
So, yeah, and then, you know, Kevin's got a good piece on the whole misdirection thing with, you know, Trump trying to run away from his Epstein tasks.
You know, so yeah, lots to talk about.
Right.
Well, I think it's so interesting to see these two articles side by side because here we have what I consider to either be a Hillary Clinton stand-in or an artificial intelligence version of Hillary Clinton, right down to the perfect sound, tone, and pace of her voice.
I'd be real curious to put that video to the test and see if it's artificially intelligence driven.
Now, on another note, if you really pay attention to the Hagopian article, you can almost feel the Skynet developing.
Now, the difference was obviously in the movie The Terminator, Skynet was a defense AI system that was created to automate the military command and control.
And in this case, we've got private companies doing technology using artificial intelligence that's driving to AI training and instant digital services, not just for the military, perhaps, but also for corporate.
The threat, obviously, with AI in the movie The Terminator is that it becomes self-aware, begins to view humanity as a threat, and launches a nuclear war, which becomes Judgment Day.
What Hagopian just said was that the artificial intelligence is going to realize that it's going to run out of power.
So maybe it should just put us in little Duracell package boxes and harvest us for our bioenergy.
So it's kind of funny how that goes, but the theme is still consistent.
It's we have an over-reliance on technology, and we're going to, at some point in time, lose control over artificial intelligence once it basically surpasses our human oversight.
It could create an environmental destruction problem like it did in The Matrix.
It also could create health crises.
But the real question is, who's going to control it?
Is it going to be driven by corporate elites, political leaders, or military generals?
Because it's certainly not going to be driven by anonymous.
And it's certainly not going to be driven by good, well-balanced people with solid minds.
The dominance that artificial intelligence could be to any centralized government could include all the central bank digital currencies and digital ID surveillance and basically might allow the power players within our structures to take control of the infrastructure and destroy the giants.
I'm unlike Jim.
I believe artificial intelligence does represent a massive threat.
But most importantly, I'm going to say it represents a massive threat because young people will not have to exercise their mind and thus will become completely stupid, thinking that they can pump out whatever the artificial intelligence engines tells them to pump out for their homework, and then they're done.
So there's no more critical thinking that's going to be taking place among the masses.
And I think that's the biggest threat is that you cannot develop a secondary response from the masses if you've got an artificial intelligence educated population.
Well, you know, I love that.
I mean, it's, I've been reworking my course on Conspiracy 101, which weekends on September 3rd.
And the very first class is on the nature of thought.
And I have articles recommended that make exactly that point, that there's going to be reliance on the machine to do thinking and people are going to lose their capacity as exactly as you put it, Brian.
I could not agree more.
Now, my point is that the vision of a future society run by AI is destined to failure.
It's not that it doesn't represent a threat, and it especially represents a threat when the rich and powerful think it's going to be a success for them and they can get rid of all humanity and just depend on the robotic assistance.
That's what I'm saying is going to be a failure.
So I think they would consider that a success because they want to call the population down to 500 million according to the Georgia Guidestones.
And that's what we think they are.
I agree, Brian.
But what I'm saying is when they think they're going to have their utopia, their automated utopia is going to fail.
And it could even be in part because of the reason, like Joaquin is talking about the resources required to make it all succeed.
Though, if you don't have other humans on planet Earth, there'll be more available water, presumably, to cool the systems that they need.
But basically, we're in agreement on these threats.
So I just want to clarify that particular point.
Meanwhile, red alert issued is fibrous clots found in young children of COVID vax mothers.
It turns out the COVID threat really does, coming from the mRNA, mind you, not from COVID per se.
That was all a fantasy.
But from the actual mRNA shot, it's not only affecting the children of COVID vacc mothers, but through shedding, it's affecting others.
Where my only hope is that my family, which took the vax, got a placebo, lest I incur the consequences.
Meanwhile, a new study defines a mechanism of post-vaccine turbo cancer from turbo cancer to sudden cardiac mortality to excess non-COVID natural cause mortality, the never-ending adverse events of the vaccinated and the global depopulation program.
Moreover, we have Dr. Paul Merrick on ivermectin cancer.
We know the cases of patients who had solid tumors and together with other drugs, the cancer disappeared.
Ivernectin turns out to be a bona fide wonder drug.
It's astonishing.
Indeed, our next article is talking about: did you know that ivermectin treats all of these diseases?
All of these?
I mean, it's a staggering list.
And if I can bring it in just a tad more, I'll read some of those on the list.
But I mean, there are as many as what?
Looks like 70, 80, 90 different diseases here that ivermectin affects positively: abscess tooth, acid reflex reflux, acne, acute inflammatory demethylizing, Berette syndrome, Golf Barrette syndrome, acute chest pain, ADD, ADHD, ADHD with anger and rage,
adrenal fatigue, AFB, age spots, aggressive behavior, allergies, alopasia, ALS, also called Luke Gehrig's disease, Alzheimer's, anemia, edifazygen, anxiety, arrhythmias, heart rhythm, abnormalities, arthritis, archasis, asthma, athlete's foot, autism, see disorder above autoimmune disease, AVM,
bacterial vaginitis, bee stings, Bell's palsy, hammering testimony, black lung disease, bleeding gums, blemishes, blood blisters, blood clots.
It's astonishing.
I do think that ivermectin is going to prove to have been the greatest medical discovery, perhaps even in world history.
Your thoughts.
Yeah, the wonder drug.
You know, I mean, the crux of it is big pharma doesn't make the money.
And that's why it's been basically almost outlawed in so many places and kept from public access.
But yeah, this is great news that the word is getting out.
And big pharma, you know, they need to go down too.
You know, they've been the enemy, along with the Department of Defense.
They have been, and the media and Trump's warp speed.
They're all guilty of putting out poison and killing millions of people.
And it's still going on.
Blood clocks and children, that's unheard of until the clot shot.
So, you know, I mean, eventually it's all coming out.
And more eventually, unfortunately, justice will be served with the Nuremberg trial 2.0.
We need to go after the culprits who have not been held to account yet.
And then the turbo cancer out of control.
Yeah, I mean, there are so many different medical issues coming.
And the shedding, there's another huge one.
You know, you can't even be immune from it if you're living with somebody who has a clot shot.
So, yeah, it's one of the worst problems that humanity is facing in this century.
And thanks to miracle drugs like ivermectin and some of the others that they're coming up with, hopefully it can be treated where people can still live a long life.
Hopefully, that's coming as well.
I'm sure it will eventually.
But yeah, the truth needs to come out.
And I've said that 2025 is the year of the reckoning where the truth in big doses is coming out.
So the normies are probably being stunned by all this truth coming all at once.
But yeah, this is a big movement in the right direction.
Truth will prevail.
We will prevail.
Ruth will yep, but right here.
Brian, well, I'm not normally one to talk too much about the pharmaceutical industry, except the make the obvious point that this is a critical component of the cult of the medics structure that pays for the billionaire oligarchy.
That I believe that there's a lot of dark craft underneath the hood in terms of experiments and forbidden things.
I think that there's lots of blood experiments and other things that ought to be forbidden when it comes to the blood.
I'm sort of with the Jehovah's Witnesses, and that particular part is sacred.
Don't put needles in your arms.
Although I recognize that modern medicine has its certain pushes and pulls in terms of people respect their doctors, no matter what their doctors have been told.
I remember being at a conference of medical missionaries up in Thailand for two weeks and talking to all these doctors.
And, you know, there was disagreements even among them as to, I think at the time we were talking about one of the shots that you give young girls to prevent STDs.
And of course, one doctor said, absolutely not.
That shouldn't be introduced to the human body.
And the other doctor was like, no, no, no, they've done their trials.
I've read the scientific literature.
It's good.
That's the drug that I guess you give to girls to prevent genuine works.
Gargacil.
Your garden.
Yes, that's what it was.
And so anyway, I was kind of shocked at the lack of the lack of clear directives because the doctors are basically saying, you know, these pharmaceutical reps are the ones that are driving this thing and they don't really know what it does.
They don't know how it works.
And nobody's really telling us how it works.
And it's really just people sending rich people and doctors to conferences and giving them backdoor bonuses.
Well, that's how the pharmaceutical industry has worked for a long time.
By the way, I want to point this out.
We believe, because if we watch the television, that there's a bunch of blockbuster drugs that come out all the time.
Let me be assured, this is a fact.
There is maybe two to three blockbuster drugs that are released in any given year.
Everything you see on television is a combination of old brand drug A and old generic drug B glued together with a different release pattern, given a new name.
It's the same stuff over and over and over again because it's so expensive to go through FDA trials all the time.
So they just take something that's approved and something else that's approved and then put a slower release substance on it or a faster release substance on it and call it something new.
Now, ivermectin, easy to produce in a lab, easy to distribute and very cheap and very easy to pick up on the international market as well.
So maybe there's a reason they'd rather put a $3,000 shot of all sorts of junk inside you than you go buy $10 worth of ivermectin that'll last you for the next three months.
That's all I have to say about those stores.
Oh, no, that's all great.
I appreciate it all.
I do think ivermectin is going to make its way a tremendous impact in the history of medicine.
Meanwhile, Bitchun and Rumball are being sued for violating their own terms of service.
I'm happy to say state of the nation picked it up and reported the story and repeated it on the Millennium Report.
And guess what?
The editor told me that since they publish, they haven't been allowed to publish anything more.
They're being blocked.
They're being censored for having published this story, which is very deserving of widespread public attention.
I was really gratified when they picked it up.
And it gives you links where you can actually download everything.
You can download all the documents, the complaints, and the supporting statements that are available in the courthouse.
You can download them online.
Here you have again this now from the Millennium Report, which has kind of a more artistic style, but we get the same thing.
Bitchett and Rumble sued for violating their own terms of service.
Punitive penalties could run 30 million each.
It's really quite substantial what's going on here.
And the cause is so just and the public interest is so great that I'm hoping that it will be allowed to proceed to trial where there's an issue here.
The court has notified me an issue of question of jurisprudence, a jurisdiction, whether they can handle it in the federal court because they claim an arbitration clause.
But in my judgment, because they violated their own terms of service, because they participated in the offenses being committed by Victor Hugo Vaca Jr., defamation, cyber stalking, harassment, gone bananas, elder abuse, and more, because they violated their own standard.
They no longer have that immunity.
And the argument I believe is absolutely valid.
And having violated their own contract, it is itself no longer valid.
And that therefore the arbitration clause should not be allowed to stand.
I begin with Bitchute and Rumble, which were created as alternative.
I'm doing a show with a guy named John Coleman, who because he's supporting me, Victor has gone after him too.
So here's a part of our most recent show on Friday.
I kick things over to Dr. Fetzer and get caught up with how he's doing.
Just one announcement concerning Aucastases, and that is that our semester begins right after Labor Day on the 2nd of September.
And this autumn semester, Dr. Fetzer will be doing a class on conspiracies and critical thinking.
And I'll leave it to Dr. Fetzer to explain that class in the course of our discussion, maybe now or at the end of the recording.
But to put it in a nutshell, check out that course and all of our collaborators' courses, whether that's Fandana Rataria with her mathematics or Lorenzo Malowain and his Freedom Forge, Dr. Fetzer here and some others as well, Angela Malik.
So we have a lot of talent on deck.
And with that announcement being seen too, Dr. Fetzer, welcome.
Hope you're doing well and take it away, sir.
Thank you very much, John.
Yes, this will be a college-level course, 15 weeks plus a one-week break where I may have a special featured edition.
Wednesday evenings from the comfort of your own home by Zoom.
There's a tuition of $150, which is about what you'd pay if you took a family afforded dinner today.
So I don't believe that's excessive.
Consider it $10 per class, which will be two hours.
And then I plan to leave the opening for another half hour for free-flowing discussion and debate among the participants.
I'll say more about the class when I conclude my presentation today.
But I begin with BitChute and Rumble, which were created as alternatives to YouTube as a video platform that would not be invested in censorship.
So I claim to be promoting and champions of freedom of speech.
But we all know freedom of speech has certain limits.
Defamation, for example, you can say it, but you can be held liable for it.
Harassment, cyber stalking, elder abuse.
It turns out that BitChute and Rumble are both aiding and abetting an individual who's been attacking me over and over and over again.
You'll be astonished by what I'm about to explain, where I've done my best to correct the record, but they have been unavailing, unresponsive, continuing to allow and to support these abuses, not only of me, but of my colleagues.
Thus, I have now filed lawsuits against Rumble on the one hand and BitChute on the other, which I'm going to review here for you.
And because the document is relatively short, it is posted on my blog at jameshvetzer.org.
I'm going to go through it in detail.
What you see now is the top of the United States District Court.
This is federal court for the Western District of Wisconsin where the suits have been filed.
And this is the top of the cover page for the first of the complaints of the suits.
Here I've now given a press release, Madison, Wisconsin, August 14, 2025.
Rumble and BitChute were sued today for violating their own terms of service.
Many have found themselves at targets of abuse in the past, but the case that prompted these lawsuits may be the most egregious in the history of the internet.
The plaintiff alleges that he has been subjected to egregious forms of harassment, cyber stalking, defamation, and even elder abuse over 700 times by videos created by one Hugo Vaca, Victor Hugo Vaca II, which they have published since January of 2025.
The suits were filed by James Fetzer, PhD, on behalf of himself and his colleagues who have been attacked for speaking up on his behalf.
And every Rumble or BitChute user who has flagged a video only to have the moderator reply that it conforms to BitChute or Rumble's terms of service, which declare that those platforms will not allow personal information promoting harm or injury to any group or individual, including libel, slander, doxing, defamation, or violation of privacy rights.
Fetzer says it's all a sham and that they are legally liable for violating their own contract.
We submitted dozens upon dozens of complaints to specific videos, which were loaded with defamation and violation of property rights, Fetzer explained.
Yet they came back promptly with claims to have reviewed and found to be consistent with our terms of service.
Those reviews appear to have been done by AI bots, not human beings.
So we sent them both cease and desist demands, identifying the terms of service that were being violated, not just once, but hundreds of times.
No response, just crickets.
They appear to believe they are immune from liability for their platform users' content.
The suits were filed separately against Mitch and Rumble at the federal court in the Western District of Wisconsin.
While Section 230 of the Communication Decency Act provides broad immunity from litigation stemming from user content, social media platforms lose that immunity when they materially contribute to the creation or development of the unlawful content.
Fetzer became the target of a relentless defamation campaign across both social media platforms after terminating Vaca, a contributor from his shows on Revolution Radio, The Raw Deal, back in January.
After he was terminated, Vaca launched a seven-month defamation campaign that is still ongoing, in which he sought to discredit, defame, and deplatform Fetzer over his reporting on Sandy Hook.
Vaca posted hundreds of videos defaming Fetzer to the point of overwhelming search engines with his defamatory content, which Fetzer describes as political pornography.
As part of an effort to isolate his target, Vaca defamed colleagues who supported, defended, or hosted Vetzer on their shows through a relentless campaign that includes obscene thumbnails and grossly false allegations of crimes, sexual misconduct, and more.
The contributor, Victor Hugo Vaca Jr., who builds himself as a maverick artist, initially retaliated by attacking Fetzer, claiming Fetzer had thrown his Sandy Hook lawsuit, which was absurd since Fetzer had even carried it to the U.S. Supreme Court and had four appeals currently pending before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District 4.
When Kevin Barrett, who had been present at the trial for damages, told him Vaca was wrong, it made no difference.
He proceeded in reckless disregard of facts.
Vaca has also targeted Alex Jones and Wolfgang Halbeck.
The AJ reference may be a distraction.
Victor has characterized Fetzer as, quote, a net in the way of what we are trying to do for Jones.
He keeps Fetzer in the foreground and includes his name even when he's not part of the video content.
A mild example of his work displays his preoccupation with penis art.
Already in 2008, the New Times of Miami reporting that Vaca was, quote, hanging four-foot penis paintings across a VIP section of art bases as one of Miami's strangest.
Today, Victor markets a line of men's underwear for men who love men, using Fetzer's name to promote the product, which features the image of a petis, implying that Fetzer must be gay.
Fetzer is stray with a son from his first marriage and a daughter by his second.
Vaca's smears are unrelenting and very often cruel and sadistic.
Vaca has now expanded his list of targets to include virtually everyone who has featured Fetzer or spoken out on his behalf, including Mike Adams, X22 Report, Stew Peters, SGT Report, Russ Winner, Joaquina Gopian, Brian Davidson, Susan Bradford, Dave Gehery, FTJ Network, John Coleman, Real Deal Media, Sophia Smallstorm, Giuseppe Vavangoula, Carl Herman, and more.
Indeed, he appears to be attacking half the alt-truth community.
Vaca has been called the angel of death for his ability to smear and libel using claims to artistry and reporting as his cover.
His attacks have run as many as five or six in a single day, suggesting that he is being paid by the peace.
As part of an effort to isolate Fetzer, his target, Vaca defamed colleagues who supported, defended, or hosted him on their shows through a relentless smear campaign that included obscene thumbnails and false allegations of crimes, sexual misconduct, and war.
Vaca has acknowledged being in communication with the BitChute CEO, Ray Vahery, thereby revealing in the process a network of operatives working within and through the platforms to weaponize free speech on behalf of political interests.
Vetzer seeks $10 million from each platform for profound personal, professional, and reputational damage and emotional distress, and treble penalty damage for willful neglect and material support that enabled it further the damages and injury.
Fetzer maintains that monetary damages are secondary and intended as punishment for inflicting other than financial damages, and that removing the videos and preventing the ongoing offenses is a primary concern.
Many individuals have been targeted through Vaca's defamatory campaign, a few of whom are named in court documents, though the number of injured parties is now quite substantial.
Both platforms subscribe to a free speech absolutist ethics to its harmful or hateful speech is largely unregulated and appears to be encouraged and supported and weaponized for political purposes.

Summary, Fetzer, a former Marine Corps officer and McKnight professor emeritus from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, flagged the content, served the platform with cease and desist notices, and filed affidavits with a court, sign examples of the abuse and specific violation of both the user agreements and the law.
The platforms have refused to moderate the content or respond to the complaints, prompting Fetzer to file suit this month to force BitChute and Rumble to comply with their own user agreements with regard to unlawful and hateful speech.
Link, BitChute, and Rumble sued for violating own terms of service.
Punitive penalties could run actually 30 million, not just 10.

John, let me say that I've spoken with an attorney about the idea of the complaint, even ran a version of it by him, a bona fide attorney where I'm, of course, representing myself, Rose.
And he told me he didn't think the suit was worth two cents because they had immunity.
He encouraged me not to file it, but he said it passed the smell test, meaning the content was very substantial and it would not be regarded as frivolous.
Joaquin, your thoughts.
Well, I think the lawsuit is just basically saying, Rumble, bitch shoot, follow your own terms of service, or you become a little bit of a liability here.
You know, the bottom line is Vaca has made up lies about all of us.
He's defamed us.
When you attack a person's reputation based on lies and you have no evidence to support it, then, you know, you become liable for defamation of character.
And that's really the crux of the matter here.
So all I have to say to you, Mr. Vaca, what goes around comes around and is coming to knock on your door.
Yeah, he's been particularly outrageous because Joaquin does research on pedophilia.
He's accused Joaquin of being a pedophile.
He constantly now uses the phrase, allege pedophile.
He's the guy who made the allegation.
It's absurd because Russ Winter mentioned that he had herpes and the herpes virus, which is commonplace, it's the same as the cold sore virus, is actually in virtually every human being.
He's accused him of giving herpes to his granddaughter because Russ has said everybody has herpes.
It's outrageous.
He's attacked Brian because Brian took exception to his simplistic claim, it's a Jews, it's a Jews, it's a Jews, as being unsophisticated, lacking in nuance.
And I'm now convinced actually that Vaca himself is a Jew.
He's a Jewish provocateur and he's trying to go out after to destroy the alternative truth community.
And just to give, in addition to my Supreme Court case, he learned that my mother had committed suicide when I was 11.
And now he's asserting that I murdered my mother.
I don't know how much lower you can sink Victor Hugo Vaca, aka scumbag extraordinaire.
Brian, your thoughts.
Yeah, I am a professional private investigator.
The whole reason I started having problems with Vaca's content when he took over for Bennett in Truth versus News was that I felt that he was going to ruin my ability to continue to sit on the stand and give evidence because he was so far one-sided.
And here I was doing a show with him.
So he was a risk to my professional right, my professional reputation in a certain sense.
Now, I have no idea how badly my professional reputation has been slandered here.
They've come up with crying Brian as sort of their moniker, their cartoonish moniker for me.
I cannot remember a single time on the air that I've ever been even emotional, much less crying about a particular issue.
So it's just cartoonish the way he's gone about it.
You know, my instincts told me something was wrong when I first called this guy out.
My instinct said, keep your mouth shut, stay away.
And that's exactly what I did.
And I've continued to do that for quite a while.
I haven't gone in there and mixed it up with the commenters, the sock puppets, or whatever who the people he's got that are sort of, you know, taking his side in comment sections.
I normally don't get all mixed up in that anyway, because number one, not because I don't like the listeners.
It's because I don't know who you are and I don't know what your purpose is.
And I can control what I say in public, but sometimes a message in a comment section can be misconstrued.
And I would rather there be nothing than something that somebody would take out of context and use against me.
So I think that his attacks have been, my instinct is that it's been funded.
It's not something that would happen naturally that a guy would go this crazy nutso because I simply said, I'm sorry, I'm going to back off and not do any more shows with you.
I do disagree with you.
Our battle is not against the flesh and blood.
It's against the powers and the principalities and the rulers of the dark world and the heavenly realm.
And I'm not going to be the guy that gets that takes the fall for the idiot listener who kills a Jew because of what you said and because I was on your channel.
So I said, I'll have no more of it.
I'm done.
I'm out.
And I refused after that point to engage with him.
But he continued and not only continued, he magnified everything to the point that it's my understanding there's over 700 cartoonish hit pieces that are out on us.
I'm pretty disgusted by it.
But then again, the hearts of men are desperately wicked and deceitful above all things.
Vaka calls himself a Christian.
Folks, please, please.
This is not how Christians act.
It's interesting that he has a sock puppet who calls herself by Jane Tracy, something like that.
And she has described, just to give a background, my Sandy Hook friends who have now thrown me under the bus because I supported Bran, Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis when they're all in for Israel, told me before we parted that Sandy Hook Promise,
which is raking in as much as a million bucks a month over the Sandy Hook scam, had hired Vaca to attack me and that he was getting big bucks.
Now, Jane Tracy, who appears to be a sock pop, but possibly even Victor himself, has talked about how different parties have been betraying Victor in the cause of freedom of speech by not being supportive of him.
She was damning two members of the Sandy Hook Promise whose ads are commonly on television for not denying that Sandy Hook Promise had hired him.
That's pretty damn fascinating.
Not only that, but of course his style.
He's a consummate liar.
He'll take fragments, words, or phrases, pervert their meaning, take them out of context.
And just to give an example, in his latest, where he had an interview with a fellow calls himself Scorpio, for whom I had a certain degree of regard in the past, but not after this ridiculous interview.
He said in response to the very first comment that Fetzer is trying to shut down Rumble and bit shoot.
I mean, period.
After the guy says, can't you let this Jim Fetzer thing go?
And he replies with another gross exaggeration, which is what he does.
He creates straw men, artificially exaggerated versions of positions, which make them easier to attack.
And you say, oh, my God, he's trying to shut down Rumble and bit you.
Nothing of the kind.
I'm simply holding them responsible for violating their own terms of service, which is an entirely different matter altogether.
So I think if we get over the hurdle, if we get this into the court and it's in the hands of the judge now for the Western District of Wisconsin, I think they're going to want to move to settle, but it ain't going to be for peanuts, I guarantee you, because this has been massive.
The destruction.
In fact, I've been more concerned about the harm inflicted by him on Joaquin and Ross and Susan and you and others than I have for me.
I wouldn't perhaps be doing it if I were only the target, but they have made it such a large and complicated group of very strong persons of integrity who've spoken up on my behalf.
I will not let this go.
Don, take it out.
Well, all this and our show is Truth versus News.
It started some 20 years ago when Jim and I got together and I sort of caused the whole thing to happen, but I'm not mentioned in there.
So I guess that's good.
But essentially.
Because you were not being attacked, Don.
I don't have much to say.
You guys are the experts.
I'm just a facilitator here.
And one of the facilitators I've been, I guess, because I have a big suit and everything else here.
We're getting into big time here.
We want to share this video with other people.
And so this is again truthful.
As this moves forward, Don, truth versus news will find its role, its place in history in this law.
Yeah, I hope it's going to be going up.
So, yeah.
So thanks again for watching Truth versus News Incorporated on August 18th, 2025.
Share this widely posted as you can.
And I think it's, you're not going to get this anywhere else, folks.
And this is important for mainline stuff.
So I thank you for watching and caring and doing what you're going to do.
