	A point of personal indulgence.
	I've just filed lawsuits against Rumble and Mitchut for violating their own terms of service.
	Punitive penalties could run actually 30 million each.
	It's a very significant lawsuit.
	Let me read just a portion.

	Rumble and bitchut were sued today for violating their own terms of service.
	Many have found themselves the targets of abuse in the past, but the case that prompted these lawsuits may be the most egregious in the history of the internet.
	The plaintiff alleges he's been subjected to egregious forms of harassment, cyber stalking, defamation, and even elder abuse over 700 times by videos created by one Victor Hugo Vaca II, which they have published since January 2025.
	The suits were filed by James Fetzer, PhD, on behalf of himself and his colleagues who have been attacked for speaking up on his behalf.
	And every Rumble or Bitchut user who has flagged a video, only to have the moderator reply that it conforms a bit shooter Rumble's terms of service, which declared that those platforms will not allow personal information promoting harm or injury to any group or individual, including libel, slander, doxing, defamation, or violations of policy rights.
	Fetzer says it's all a sham and that they are legally liable for violating their own user contract.
	We submitted dozens upon dozens of combines and specific videos, which were loaded with defamation and violation of privacy rights, Fetzer explained, yet they came back promptly with claims to have been reviewed and found to be consistent with our terms of service.
	Those reviews appear to have been done by AI bots, not human beings.
	So he sent them both cease and desist demands, identifying the terms of service that were being violated, not just once, but hundreds of times.
	No response, just crickets.
	They appear to believe they are immune from liability for their platform users' content.
	The suits were filed separately against Bitch and Rumble at the federal court of the Western District of Wisconsin.
	While Section 230 of the Communication Decency Act provides broad immunity from litigation stemming from user content, social media platforms lose that immunity when they materially contribute to the creation or development of the unlawful content.
	Fetzer became the target of a relentless defamation campaign across both social media platforms after terminating a contributor from his show on Revolution Radio, The Raw Deal, back in January.
	And that, of course, was Vaca himself.
	So it's a big deal.
	I represent every user who's ever been abused, defamed, attacked, belittled by a video, and found those platforms unwilling to do anything about it.
	The potential damages could be as much as 30 million bucks.

	Meanwhile, we have this summit meeting taking place today in Alaska between Vladimir and President Trump.
	However, CNN has learned that the NATO commander-in-chief is going to brief Trump before the meeting.
	Bad, bad, bad, no doubt.
	He's going to sell Trump a lot of happy horseshit.
	I don't like it.
	The Commander-in-Chief of NATO Forces Europe, Alexis Grinkovich, is in Alaska on the eve of the Russian-American summit in Anchorage.
	This was reported on August 15th by CNN, sinus senior military official at the North Atlantic Alliance.
	Grinkovich is in Alaska today, the article says.
	It specified he arrived in the state to give military advice to President Donald Trump and Pentagon Chief Pete Hegseth as the American leader is trying to end the conflict peacefully.
	Bear in mind, Europe wants the war to continue.
	Europe wants to destroy Russia.
	Europe wants to divide Russia and exploit its national resources.
	To hell with that.
	Meanwhile, things are heating up.
	State of the nation has just reported.
	Massive military cargo ship belonging to NATO member state sunk by Russian submarine.
	Billions of dollars in armaments lost.
	According to Russian military sources, confirmed by the Russian Ministry of Defense, a submarine of the Russian Black Sea Fleet torpedoed a merchant ship from a NATO country loaded with a large cargo of weapons, tanks, anti-aircraft missiles, more heading for Odessa.
	The Russian submarine was a Class 636.3 Yashenka Jovich improved Kilo submarine, which in NATO bears the peculiar name Black Hole, due to its silent sailing attack capabilities during missions.
	The ship was sailing along the coast between Bulgaria and Romania toward the mouth of the Danube more than 10 days ago, the night of July 26, along the grain trade route between Ukraine and the Bosphorus in an attempt to conceal its course.
	It blew the flag of a NATO member state, although it was registered as a civilian.
	It was actually carrying weapons sent from Australia and NATO countries to Ukraine, including 60 M1A1 Abram tanks, Australia's entire older tank stockpile, 300 javelin anti-tank missiles, 150 Stinger anti-aircraft missiles, 150 Block 1 anti-tank missiles for javelins, 200 tons of small arms.
	Think about it.
	That was a totally legitimate target.
	Because even if it were a civilian ship, it was carrying military cargo for states engaged in war.
	Meanwhile, Meyerden Soviet decision-making a report pins immense losses of troops to Zelensky's firing of General Saluni, a very good guy.
	The Western mainstream continues a trend of turning on Ukraine now that it's clear it cannot win the war against Russia.
	Regal that during the opening couple years of war, the mainstream treated any criticism of Zelensky or of the Ukrainian army as totally off limits.
	But now, a French Wall Street Journal report published Tuesday calls that Ukraine's military for having increasingly adopted a rigid Soviet-style command structure that stifles battlefield initiative.
	Soldiers interviewed described large-scale meat grinder tactics, blindly being sent on suicidal frontal assaults while being denied permission to withdraw from dangerous positions.
	And this has to do with Zelensky firing his best general bad.
	Meanwhile, the American Conservative has published an article of why Zelensky ought to fear him.
	Now, bear in mind, Zelensky's term of offer expired earlier this year.
	He's not actually the legitimate president of Ukraine.
	The situation is very peculiar.
	This guy would be a terrific alternative.
	Meanwhile, German-backed factories in Ukraine have been all you need to the ground.
	They're no longer functioning.
	Why?
	because Russia has taken them out.
	Satellite images and open source intel apparently confirm the facilities are now smoking ruins.
	Now, this is not just a tactical strike.
	This is a strategic decapitation.
	The SAPSAN was Ukraine's big hope, a tactical ballistic missile with a 480-kilogram warhead screaming across the sky at over 6,000 kilometers per hour and capable of hitting targets up to 700 kilometers away.
	That range would put much of Western Russia, including Moscow, firmly in the crosshairs.
	Germany had bankrolled the program as part of its 5 billion Euros arms package announced in May this year.
	That deal was not just about missiles, it was about turning Ukraine into a weapons factory, producing tools that could hit deep inside Russia.
	It also featured air defense systems, ammunition, and even command and operational upgrades.
	And now it's been reduced to Robo.
	That's going to happen with any other efforts to defeat Russia here by producing new weapon systems.
	Their intel is excellent.
	Meanwhile, Trump, we're told, is going to offer minerals to Putin for peace.
	Frankly, this ain't going to work.
	Truthseeker reports.
	Donald Trump is preparing to offer Vladimir Putin access to rare earth minerals to incentivize him to end the war in Ukraine.
	The U.S. president will arrive at a much anticipated meeting with his Russian counterpart today, armed with a number of money-making opportunities for Putin.
	They will include opening up Alaska's natural resources to Moscow and lifting some of the American sanctions on Russia's aviation industry.
	Proposals include giving Putin access to the rare earth minerals in Ukrainian territories currently occupied by Russia.
	Look at the absurdity.
	Russia already occupies the territory.
	They're not going anywhere.
	They don't need Trump's permission to exploit the mineral resources there.
	I'm sorry to say this makes the president of the United States look rather foolish.
	Meanwhile, there's been a report to Congress about hypersonic weapons that basically is explaining the U.S. doesn't have them and can't cope with them and cannot defeat them.
	So if we go into a war with Russia or China, both of which have them, you can expect the outcome to be called lamitas.
	Meanwhile, Netanyahu brags about defying the U.S. with impunity, with or without U.S. approval.
	It doesn't matter.

	Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, in an interview in Hebrew with I-24 News Tuesday, bragged about how he's defied America with immunity and dragged us into war after war.

	And if you speak Hebrew.
	Here we have discussion.
	Commanders and security and forces didn't want to go into Rafa, but I said we were going in.
	In the face of an American embargo by the U.S. Was it Netanyahu told the Israeli news outlet?
	They said we shouldn't do the Pager operation, or at least we should tell the Biden admin beforehand.
	And I said, no, we're going in and doing it.
	Yeah, the same thing happened with the elimination of Hezbollah leader, Hassan Nasserallah.
	They said that we had to tell the Americans, and that meant it wouldn't happen.
	It could be leaked.
	I said no, he added.
	On launching a war with Iran, Netanyahu said it had to be done, regardless of what the U.S. wanted to stop Iran from getting nukes.
	But remember, Iran has not been pursuing nukes.
	Iran doesn't want nukes.
	Iran accepted and participated in the joint comprehensive plan of action until Donald Trump took Iran out.
	And I have no doubt that's because Net Yahoo wanted to be able to argue Iran was pursuing nukes.
	And as long as UN inspectors were there verifying they were not, it was obvious he was lying.
	So he wanted to remove that obstacle to his big lie.
	He also claims, of course, Israel defeated Iran in the 12-day war.
	Not a chance.
	And frankly, the next time Iran has to attack Israel, it's going to be all over.
	Israel will be annihilated.
	Iran has only used 5% of its missile supply and not its best standby.
	Meanwhile, the IDF chief says he's approved plans for the conquest of Gaza.

	IDF Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General E. Al-Zamur, said Wednesday, the Israeli military has approved plans for the conquest of Gaza as Israel is playing a significant escalation of its genocidal war.
	This morning, we approved plans for the conquest of Gaza, and now we are in Lebanon.
	At the same time, we're operating in Syria, Yemen, Judea, and Samaria, the West Bank, and monitoring events in Iran.
	We are in a multi-front war, Zemur said, during a visit to an Israeli occupation outpost in southern Lebanon, according to the Times of Israel.
	Zamur has been at odds with Israeli BM Benjamin Netyahu over the plan to escalate in Gaza, as the IDS has been warning it'll take heavy casualties and that the remaining Israeli captives in Gaza could be killed during the offensive.
	Netyahu replied, do it or resign.
	Bad, bad, bad.
	Meanwhile, the West is in panic as Israel's plan for full control of Gaza heralds a new NAPCA, which of course means slaughter of Palestinians.
	Net Yahoo's mass ethnic cleansing strategy pulls a rod out from under the West's cherished pretext for supporting Israeli criminality, a fabled two-state solution.
	If you thought Western capitals were finally losing patience with Israel's engineering of a famine in Gaza, nearly two years into the genocide, you may be disappointed.
	As ever, events have moved on, even if the extreme hunger and malnourishment of 2 million people have not abated.
	Western leaders are now expressing outrage, as the media calls it, at Prime Minister Net Yahoo's plan to take full control of Gaza and occupy it at some point in the future.
	Israel is apparently ready to hand the enclave over to outside forces unconnected to the Palestinian people.
	No, no, no, no.
	They just want to kill or remove every Palestinian from Palestine and then exploit it all for their benefit.

	Meanwhile, France, Germany, and UK say they're ready to re-impose snapback sanctions on Iran.
	Is it just ludicrous, given that Iran is the most responsible, peace-loving nation in the Middle East by far, and even I dare say in the world, having not launched a war of aggression against any other state since 1775?

	Next year, we're going to celebrate what, our 250th.
	Well, since longer than we've existed as a republic, Iran has not launched an act of aggression against another state.
	So what's going on here?
	France, Germany, and UK have told the UN they're ready to impose snapback sanctions on Iran over the lack of diplomatic progress regarding Iran's nuclear program in the wake of the 12-day U.S.-Israel war against the Islamic Republic.
	We have made it clear that if Iran is not willing to reach a diplomatic solution before the end of August 2025 or does not seize the opportunity of an extension, E3, meaning those three European nations, are prepared to trigger the snapback mechanism.
	The three European nations said in a letter to UN Secretary General Antonio Guta Rez, how bad is that?
	Meanwhile, Colonel McGregor asks, is war with Iran coming?
	He's with Judge Napolitano.
	Between President Trump and President Putin.
	Well, as you know, over the weekend, we heard the largest strike to this point in the war launched by Russia against Ukrainian targets all over Ukraine.
	It was devastating.
	And now what we've seen over the last couple of days are major breakthroughs.
	And these breakthroughs are occurring largely because there's not much in front of the Russians anymore.
	So they're smashing their way through defensive lines that are largely unoccupied, not completely, but in many cases unoccupied.
	And the interesting thing is to watch the Russians, because they are nothing if not very, very deliberate and methodical.
	They move on an axis that is large enough to accommodate thousands of troops, that has good transportation, medical support, evacuation support, logistical supplies.
	But most important, on either side of the axis where they're moving, they have what I would call ISR dominance, that is intelligence surveillance reconnaissance from basically the smallest drone up to satellites.
	So they're controlling the area as they move forward.
	They don't have to be concerned about their flanks or the possibility that somebody may attack through them because all of these ISR systems are linked to artillery systems, rockets, missiles, and so forth.
	What I'm trying to say is that you have this picture on the one side of Ukrainian forces that are literally bled white, that are falling apart, not for lack of courage or any of that sort of thing.
	That's nonsense.
	It's simply impossible for them to mount an effective resistance against the on-rushing Russians.
	And then on the Russian side, you have this 21st century force, extraordinarily well-equipped, technologically savvy, essentially knocking drones out of the air with either electronic warfare or other means and moving not at high speed, but fast enough that the opposing force has no chance of recovering.
	And right now, they keep talking about the so-called Azov formations.
	I guess there's something like four, five, six, seven, eight brigades left.
	I don't know what their strength is.
	It's probably not much.
	But these are the sort of die-hard Nazis.
	They seem to be nowhere in the path of the Russians.
	I think they've beat a path elsewhere.
	So I'm not sure there's really much in front of the advancing Russian forces.
	So from a purely military standpoint, I would say this is the end of the war.
	Is it fair to say that Russia is close to achieving its military objectives in the war, if those objectives are the acquisition of the four oblasts?
	Oh, well, that's being achieved.
	But remember, the key thing for them has always been not so much capturing territory, but annihilating the Ukrainian forces on the ground.
	That's the problem.
	So they're very force-oriented in what they do.
	Now, we may see finally a buildup of forces in various places of 100,000 or more that are large enough and well-supplied enough that they can move deeper.
	I think you're going to see that in the direction of Zaborisha.
	The bridges over the Dnieper are intact.
	Zaborisha has real strategic value.
	If they decide to cross the river, they can go north or south from there, attacking north to Kiev or south to Odessa.
	I think those are the decisions that they're going to make now in the next couple of weeks.
	And we're going to see more and more movement.
	But the point is, the Ukrainian force is almost annihilated.
	There are still some people left.
	And they're not going to stop.
	As long as there's anyone from these Azov units around, I would expect the Russians to plow forward.
	But securing the Russian areas, the Russian-speaking areas, yes.
	But then the next question is, what are you going to do to secure the outcome of the war?
	They're going to be victorious militarily.
	That's not enough.
	In other words, how do you come to an arrangement with somebody who is competent in the West that brings you the measure of security that you want?
	All of this has been about protecting Russia.
	This was never about conquering territory and marching west into Poland or Lithuania.
	Let's Latvia, Estonia.
	That's all nonsense.
	And I think that's on the back of people's minds right now in Moscow.
	Well, that brings us to my next series of questions, which brings us to Friday.
	I mean, how would you advise, in light of what you've just told us, how I wish you were there, but you're not.
	How would you advise President Trump?
	What cards does he have to play when he meets with Vladimir Putin on Friday?
	Well, I think first we need to keep in mind, Judge, and we've talked about this before, there is no strategy per se.
	Whereas when the decision was made back in the 90s, we're going to expand NATO and keep pushing it.
	And ultimately, we will encircle Russia and Russia will be compelled to join on our terms.

	So Putin's very high class, secure limousine is on the tarmac there in Alaska, next to Trump's limousine.
	Berg's protocol would be they separately go to their limousines and then go to the site where the meeting is going to happen.
	Guess what happens?
	President Trump invites President Putin into his limousine.
	President Vladimir Putin jumps into President Trump's limousine, the beast, they call it, right?
	And together, grinning from ear to ear, they drive to the site, which is where they're at now.

	Again, I'm skeptical of Trump, but here's the thing.
	This is a miraculous kind of moment.
	I have never seen two leaders do that.
	Trump hasn't done it with that, but that's not protocol to have the other president ride in your limousine.

	The Putin haters were out there saying, oh my God, you know, but Putin jumps into offered by the president, President Trump.
	And so, okay, I am hopeful they're talking now.
	So here's the thing.
	You know, why am I also, okay, oh, just a blind Putin authority?
	Look, here's the reality of what's going on in the world.
	World War III, if you hadn't noticed, on multiple fronts, okay?
	And why on earth?
	My question is this.
	Why on earth do we want to make an enemy of Russia?
	And secondly, not just make an enemy.
	We've been sending the funds and actually some of the personnel are actually sending missiles into Russian territory.
	This is something most Americans, unfortunately, are so oblivious.
	They don't even know, would we have accepted this under President Reagan?
	Would we have infected it under President Carter?
	But no, Americans would at least be aware.
	You cannot send missiles onto Russian territory, which we've been doing since last year, and pretend that this is not a provocation.

	Even if somehow you plant it, look, I think the reality is Trump could rightly feel that he and President Putin have bonded over the outrageous Russia-Russia hoax.

	He feels like, well, President Putin is also a victim, which he was.
	The country of Russia is a victim of these dastardly Democrat psychopaths, some Republicans, who ginned up this hoax about Russia, Russia, Russia.

	One time, Donald Trump went into a restaurant and he ordered a salad with Russian dressing on it.

	And I think that Trump could rightly feel bonding with Putin.

	If there is a connection between Trump and Putin, I believe there's even a pass.

	I believe there could even be a pass about bringing some kind of sanity to Palestine, okay?
	Because President Putin could be the one person that could actually get the message across to Trump that we cannot accept an outright genocide of people.
	No, the Russian government is very strongly supporting an end to the genocide and supporting an end to this massacre.
	Okay, I don't know how this country, our American country, how dare we get away with pretending President Trump and his thugs and the Jewish crypto-Jews that surround him.
	Somehow we can get away with genocide.
	But I think even there, again, at the risk of sounding too optimistic.
