For those who may have missed the latest, here's a summary of recent events.
Trump reasserts American dominance by attacking Iran.
I think this was a terrible mistake, but there are those who applaud it.
Americans at a crossroads.
The stakes have rarely been higher.
On Saturday, over 125 U.S. aircraft, including our formidable B-2 stealth bombers, took decisive action, striking three key Iranian nuclear sites in Fordau, Nantats, and Israelan.
The message was clear.
Under President Trump leadership, America will never tolerate a nuclear-armed Iran.
Needless to say, this is ignoring that Iran wasn't seeking nuclear weapons, did not have a nuclear weapons program, that our own director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, had reported the consensus of the ISIC community, including CIA, that Iran was not pursuing nukes.
Nevertheless, there's a widely held belief, based upon Israeli propaganda promoted endlessly by Bibi Netyahu, that Iran was up to mischief, which it did not even remotely have in mind.
The article continues, now predictably, America's adversaries are rallying against us.
Dmitry Medive, former Russian president, current deputy chair of Russian Security Council, made a chilling declaration on social media.
The enrichment of nuclear material, and now we can say it outright, the future production of nuclear weapons will continue.
He went even further, saying a number of countries are ready to directly supply Iran with their own nuclear warheads, which I believe to be the case.

The covert mission to strike Iran's nuclear facilities from his former vice president, Mike Pence, who said this: quote, President Trump made the right call to deploy American forces to strike nuclear sites in Iran, and he should be commended for his decisive leadership.
Iran could never be allowed to obtain a nuclear weapon.
Thanks to the resolve of our commander-in-chief and the courage and professionalism of our armed forces, America, Israel, and the free world are safer as a result.

U.S. deployed six bunker-buster bombs against Fordo using B-2 bombers, while submarine-launched cruise missiles targeted Nintendo and the Isfahan facilities amid escalating regional tensions.
U.S. President Don Rubinan's American forces conducted very successful strikes on the Iranian nuclear sites.
Not to be.

In its first official response to U.S. airstrikes targeting nuclear facilities inside the country, Iranian authorities stated early Sunday, attacks caused no radiation leaks or risks to surrounding population and confirm the structural integrity of the targeted site remains intact.
This came shortly after President Trump announced in Bozan Truth Social that the United States had carried out what he described as a very successful attack on the three Iranian nuclear facilities at Ford out Nantans in Isfahan.
But they might be called a success.
They did very little damage.

On Sunday morning, Russia's former president-current deputy chairman of the country's Security Council, Dmitry Mendaved, issued his reaction to the major U.S. government strike on Iran's nuclear facilities, giving what's essentially the view of where things stand from the point of view of the Kremlin.
Mendaved, in a 10-point list of reactions, characterized the attacks as ultimately ineffective.
That would blow back on America and Israel in a way opposite that intended, especially as Tehran will now only push harder for nukes, and allied countries might now simply be willing to supply them to the Iranians, which I believe to be true.
Interestingly, Mendaved has also echoed Moscow's stance on nuclear warheads in the Middle East and has written over the weekend on his BKORTAC page, does Iran have nuclear weapons?
We don't know, but we know that Israel has a secret nuclear program.
Well, let them both renounce that programs under the supervision of the U.S. Security Council and the International Atomic Energy Agency.
Here are his 10 points.

Eight, Donald Trump, once held as president of peace, has now pushed the U.S. into another war.
Nine, the vast majority of countries around the world oppose the actions of Israel and of the United States.
Ten, at this time, Trump and forget about the Nobel Peace Prize, not even with how rigged it has become.
I think he's got the situation exactly right.
Meanwhile, U.S. officials acknowledge they do not know where Rand's near-Weapons-grade uranium is stored.
Vice President Vance says the White House will act soon to address it.
A day after, President Trump declared Rand's nuclear program had been completely and totally obliterated by American bunker-busting bombs and a barrage of missiles.
The actual state of the program seemed far more murky, with senior officials admitting they did not know the whereabouts of Iran's stockpile of near-bomb-grade uranium.
We're going to work in the coming weeks to ensure that we do something with that fuel.
And that one of the things that we're going to have a conversation with Uranians about, said Vice President Vance on Sunday on ABC's this week, referring to a batch of uranium sufficient to make nine or ten nukes.
Nonetheless, he contended the country's potential to build a weapon had been set back substantially because it no longer had the equipment to turn that fuel into operational weapons.
Not so clear.
Meanwhile, Iran fires missiles at the U.S. and Qatar.
The Iranian military announced Monday had launched an attack on the U.S. al-Unday base in Qatar in response to the U.S. bombing of Iran's nuclear facilities.
This attack did not appear to amount to much.
The attack was first reported by Axios reporter, Barack Ravian, who cited Israeli sources saying Iran had fired at least 10 missiles at a U.S. base.
Initial report said that another missile targeted a U.S. base in Iraq.
My U.S. official later said the attack targeted only a base in Qatar.
This base is the headquarters of the Air Force and the largest strategic asset of U.S. terrorist army in the West Asia region, said Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of the base in Qatar.
The IRGC said Iran would not leave any attack on its territorial integrity, sovereignty, and national security unanswered under any circumstances.
But as I say, it does not appear to have amounted to much.
Meanwhile, indeed, Trump thanks Iran for early notice on the retaliatory attack on the base in Qatar.
President Trump Monday thanked Iran for giving the U.S. notice of the plan to launch a retaliatory attack on the U.S. al-Udair base in Qatar, saying it prevented casualties.
Iran's military launched the attack on the U.S. base in response to the U.S. bombing of three of its nuclear facilities.
Trump called the Iranian retaliation weak, suggesting he's not planning to respond.

You know, when I say, okay, you now have 12 hours, you don't go out in the first hour and just drop everything you have on them.
So I'm not happy with them, Israel.
I'm not happy with Iran either.
We basically have two countries who have been fighting so long and so hard that they don't know what the half they're doing.

Trump suggests he wants regime change in Iran.
I guarantee it ain't going to happen.
But of course, we should have known.
He had it up his sleeve all along.
President Trump suggested in a Truth Social post Sunday, he seeks regime change in Iran, contradicting earlier statements from U.S. officials who denied that was the goal of the U.S. military campaign against the country.
It's not politically correct to use the term regime change, but if the current Iranian regime is unable to make Iran great again, why wouldn't there be a regime change?
My God, M-I-G-A, the president wrote.
Let me just add, if he's not making America great again, then why wouldn't there be a regime change right here in the USA?
That's a double-edged sword.
In the morning, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegset insists that the U.S. bombing of Iran's nuclear facilities and support for Israel's attacks on the country have not been about regime change.
But Trump's post suggests regime change is the goal and that the administration call for diplomacy with Iran continues to be a smokescreen.
Last week, President Trump threatened Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamani, suggesting the U.S. was aware of his location.
We know exactly where this so-called Supreme Leader is hiding.
He's an easy target, but is safe there.
We're not going to take him at kill, at least not for now, mind you.
Three presidents, Carter, Reagan, and Ford signed executive orders against the assassination of foreign leaders, which is why when the U.S. took out Saddam Hussein, his two sons, and 50 or 60 members of his general staff, just three weeks into the Iraq war,
by a B-1 bomber strike, where I knew about it right off the bat because the pilot's mother reached out to me to report the facts of the matter, though it was on a delayed basis.
It turns out that the mission accomplished event that was going to be celebrated aboard the USS Lincoln off the coast of San Diego turned out to be a fiasco because W couldn't actually announce the mission they'd accomplished by killing Saddam without acknowledging that he'd violated these executive orders of three past presidents.
So the whole thing turned out to be a mishmash.

No, it would just initiate a new phase that I guarantee would be very, very bad for Israel.

I mean, what he did was he put that one as the first article, the one that you said that you would support as far as him using the military without congressional approval.
Actually, that one got bumped up to the number one article.
I believe that was the first article that he presented.
Now, I wanted to ask your opinion on this because what happened was it was voted for it to be tabled.
So they already voted and they voted to table it, which, and I'm hoping that you might be able to clarify.
Now, that doesn't mean this thing is dead, Professor.
That just means that they're putting the vote on hold, correct?
Well, tabling it often does mean it's dead.
So we'll have to see what happens.
It would be required a strong effort.
I don't know what the vote would be to get it untabled.

Most House Democrats vote to kill Al Green's impeachment measure.
Even party leaders were against the Texas Democrats Iran-focused resolution.
Most House Democrats joined with Republican Tuesday to quash an effort to impeach President Donald Trump over his weekend Iran strikes.
Representative Algreen's impeachment resolution tabled on a 344 to 79 vote with 128 Democrats joining all 216 Republicans to kill the measure.
Those included House Democrat leaders who have been very wary of pursuing new impeachment after two prior Trump impeachment failed during his first term.
Still, doesn't the Democrats voted to keep Green's resolution alive?
Green introduced the measure when Benstein Trump was striking around with their congressional approval Tuesday and used a fast-track procedure to force a quick vote.
GOP leaders move fast with their motion to table.
Some Democrats, most prominently New York Representative Alexandria Casio-Cortez, called for Trump's impeachment in the aftermath of the strike, even though there's little appetite in the rest of the caucus for impeachment.
Michigan Representative Jerry Danadar yanked the prior impeachment measure he sponsored last month before it even came up for a vote after facing fierce blowback in the caucus.
