	Almost all the news is international today.
	The headlines, developments with Russia settling the war in Ukraine, extremely positive.
	In the Middle East, ominous.
	Not good.
	Not good at all.
	We begin with...
	U.S.-Russian officials proposing a peace plan laying the groundwork for cooperation in rehab.
	This is all very, very good.
	The U.S. and Russia held diplomatic talks in Saudi Arabia without any Ukrainian official present on Tuesday.
	The group led by Secretary of State Marco Rubio and his Russian counterpart.
	Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who, I add, is by far the most experienced diplomat in the world today, totally confident, unflappable, professional, totally knowledgeable, are seeking terms for a peace agreement in Ukraine, as well as negotiation, a potential meeting between President Trump and President Putin, and propose a framework that could involve a ceasefire elections in Ukraine.
	Followed by the signing of a peace agreement.
	State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce also confirmed Rubio's team agreed to lay the groundwork for cooperation with Russia on various issues in addition to Ukraine.
	They agreed to appoint high-level teams to begin working on a path for ending the conflict.
	Very, very good.
	Not only that, but as antiwar.com is reporting, U.S.-Russia agreed to normalize diplomatic ties, seek end to war in Ukraine.
	Following a high-level meeting between U.S. and Russian officials, the State Department said Washington and Moscow We'll begin taking steps to normalize diplomatic relations between the two superpowers.
	U.S.-Russian diplomacy sank during the first Trump administration, and Biden got nearly all contact with Russia following the invasion of Ukraine.
	Secretary of State Marco Rubio, National Security Advisor Mike Walz, Middle East Envoy, notice, Middle East Envoy, Steve Witkoff, Met with a Russian delegation led by Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Tuesday.
	During a press conference after the meeting, Rubio said the parties agreed on four points.
	First, that we're going to work.
	We're going to appoint our teams respectively to work very quickly to establish the functionality of our respective missions in Washington and Moscow.
	For us to be able to continue to move down this road, we need to have Diplomatic facilities that are operating and functioning normally.
	Where we find the other, here we have.
	Wyckoff gave a glowing response to what was discussed during the meeting.
	It was positive, upbeat, constructive.
	Everybody was there to get the right outcome, solution-based.
	We discussed afterwards.
	We could have imagined a better result after this action.
	It was very, very solid.
	Rubio went on to explain the other three points.
	The second point is we're going to appoint a high-level team from our end to help negotiate and walk through the end of the conflict in Ukraine in a way that's enduring and acceptable to all parties engaged.
	The third is to work at a high level to begin to discuss and think about and examine both the geopolitical and economic cooperation.
	That could result from an end to the conflict in Ukraine that would be between Russia and the United States.
	The top American diplomat added, last thing we agreed to is that while our teams are going to be working on all of this, the five of us here today are going to remain engaged in the process to make sure that it's moving along in a productive way.
	Now, let me remind everyone who may have forgotten.
	Putin's Russia's key points are, number one, they maintain all the territories they have.
	They currently are in control of about 20% of Ukraine, including the Donbass, a couple other old blasts, and, of course, Crimea.
	They will not give those up.
	Second, NATO is never to become a part of NATO, ever.
	Biden mucked things up massively when he suggested that Ukraine could become a part of NATO. Third and fourth, more difficult.
	Demilitarization of Ukraine and most troubling denazification.
	We'll see how it proceeds, but I would say right off the bat, they've already agreed to one and two.

	Trump changing war dynamics over Ukraine.
	Peace?
	Or more conflict.
	Regarding U.S. movement to disengage from its long-lost cause of its proxy war in Ukraine, unlike four years of Biden, President Donald Trump is now at least talking to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
	On Wednesday, February 12, Trump held a 90-minute phone conversation with Putin discussing a peace resolution.
	It's the first conversation between a U.S. president and the Russian president in three years.
	After the conversation on his two social platforms, Trump wrote, among other things that two discussed, the great benefit that we will someday have in working together.
	In the meantime, a team of U.S. representatives led by Vice President Vance.
	Met last Friday, February 14th with her Russian counterparts at the Munich Security Conference to further dialogue on ways to end the Ukrainian conflict.
	Apparently, a Wall Street Journal misquoted Vance in a February 13th article claiming Vance threatened Russia with more economic sanctions that have only boomeranged in the past, and even U.S. military action if Putin refused to end the and even U.S. military action if Putin refused to end the war this Vance later clarified he only emphasized all options were open, not that the U.S. would put soldiers on the ground fighting the Russians.
	Leave it to the Wall Street Journal to twist words into hyperbolic aggression to escalate the conflict.
	That's very peculiar because the Wall Street Journal generally has an excellent reputation for its reporting.
	In the past, there's been its editorial stance that has been...
	Open to question, but its reporting has been solid.
	This was an exception.
	Meanwhile, however, Volodymyr Zelensky says Ukraine will not recognize the coming U.S.-Russia talks.
	This was in advance.
	But he's in a very peculiar position because his term had expired in, what, in May?
	He's not the official president of...
	Of Ukraine, even not legally, this is extra-constitutional.
	Ukrainian President Zelensky said Monday, Ukraine will not recognize upcoming talks between the U.S. and Russia and denied that his country was invited to participate.
	That's appropriate.
	It wasn't.
	Ukraine will not accept.
	Ukraine knew nothing about this.
	And Ukraine regards any negotiations about Ukraine without Ukraine as having no results, he told reporters while visiting the United Arab Emirates.
	The Gremlin has confirmed the peace document with the U.S. will be held in Saudi Arabia Tuesday.
	Negotiations will involve high-level Russian and American officials involving Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
	But let me add, Ukraine was not invited.
	Meanwhile, here we have antiwar.com.
	At the end of the war, Zelensky is confronted with reality.
	When the United States, the UK, Bolin and their NATO partners pushed Ukraine President Zelensky off the path of diplomacy and onto the road of war against a far more powerful country, Zelensky kept public morale high.
	With tales of unlimited and unending Western weapons, recovery of the Donbass and Crimea, and eventual NATO membership.
	But the tale is over.
	And it was a fiction.
	The West military support succumbed to disillusion.
	Crimea and the Donbass will be part of Russia.
	And there's no hope of NATO membership.
	Zelensky.
	Who had once issued a decree that Ukraine would not negotiate with Russian President Putin, now says he will talk to Putin if that is the only setup in which we can bring peace to the citizens of Ukraine.
	And it is the only way to bring peace to Ukraine.
	Once there's a point that fantasy is a total victory and settled into stalemate, Ukraine now faces a reality of the possibility of total collapse.
	And if Zelenskyy were going to stop that by talking to Putin, he'll have to talk fast.
	His head of development and intel, Karelo Budinov, has reportedly told at a closed meeting of Ukraine's leadership that if there are no serious negotiations by the summer, dangerous processes could unfold threatening Ukraine's very existence.
	No doubt about it.
	The war is lost.
	Turning to the Middle East, however, we got B-52 bombers flying over nine countries in the Middle East.
	This is very bad.
	The U.S. conducted a major flyover of bombers and fighters over nine countries across the Middle East in a show of force against Iran and its allies.
	The Central Command, CENTCOM, mission, Included aerial refueling drills and live munition drops.
	CENTCOM Chief General Eric Kirilha declared, Auburn Task Force missions demonstrate U.S. power projection capability, commitment to regional security, and ability to respond to any state or non-state actor seeking to broaden or escalate conflict in the CENTCOM region.
	The Air Force's B-52 Stratofortress bombers, which let me add as an aside, the most awesome weapon of war ever designed by the hand of man.
	That is to say, in terms of conventional weaponry, because now, you know, the hypersonic missiles and all have entered a new era.
	But for the past, this was the top of the line.
	Well, it's not clear.
	The warplanes first flew through Europe and then over nine partner nations under the CENTCOM area responsibility, though it's not clear which countries those were.
	Five munition drops and ranges in several partner nations were conducted, the command explained in a news release.
	According to Air and Space Force magazine, the B-52 is involved in the February 17th long-range mission over the Middle East.
	Are part of a bomber task force deployed to Europe, BTF-25-2, which kicked off last week.
	Meanwhile, John Mearsheimer, Trump abandons Ukraine as Russia crushes NATO's plans.
	This guy is very, very good.
	Let's pick it up.
	Because the Russians are doing very well on the battlefield.
	And what they will do is continue to move westward.
	And they will hope that sometime in the not-too-distant future, the Ukrainian forces in front of them collapse.
	And they can capture even more territory.
	I think the big issue here is not whether the Russians annexed these four oblasts that they now basically control and Crimea.
	I think the interesting question is whether they end up annexing other oblasts, places like Odessa and Kharkiv as well.
	I would like to see, for the Ukrainians' sake, that not happen.
	But the more this war goes on, the more likely it is that the Ukrainians will lose more territory than they've already lost.
	And most people who talk about deploying NATO troops in Ukraine...
	Talk about it in the context of a ceasefire.
	And if any NATO troops are put in Ukraine during a ceasefire, I think that what will happen is those troops will eventually be attacked when the ceasefire breaks down.
	And in fact, I would argue the Russians will not even allow those NATO troops to come in to Ukraine in the context of a ceasefire.
	It's just going to be unacceptable to them.
	And if we insist and those NATO troops come in, even if they're just European troops, it seems to me the ceasefire will either not happen or break down, and the Russians will go after those troops, as they should.
	With regard to a genuine peace agreement and security guarantees, I do not believe the Russians are going to allow NATO or...
	The Europeans to station troops in Ukraine.
	I'm not even sure they're going to allow them to give a security guarantee.
	Or if they do allow the Europeans to give a security guarantee, there'll be all sorts of caveats attached to that.
	From a Russian point of view, Ukraine has to be a genuinely neutral country, period.
	Remember, from the Russian point of view, what this war is all about.
	Is Ukraine becoming a member of NATO? A lot of these proposals about stationing European or NATO troops in Ukraine and security guarantees and so forth and so on is, in effect, a de facto way of bringing Ukraine into NATO. And that's not going to happen.
	He's absolutely right.
	That's not going to happen.
	Get this!
	Starmer says he's ready to put British troops in Ukraine as part of a peace deal.
	Well, Russia's not going to accept it.
	British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said Sunday he was ready to put British troops on the ground in Ukraine as a security guarantee for a potential future peace deal with Russia.
	To hell with that.
	I do not say this lightly.
	I feel very deeply the responsibility that comes with potentially Putting British servicemen and women in harm's worry, he wrote in The Telegraph.
	Starmer also said any peace deal must include security guarantees from the U.S. U.S. support will remain critical, and a U.S. security guarantee is essential for lasting peace because only the U.S. can deter Putin from attacking again.
	Except Putin didn't want to attack in the first place.
	He was doing it only to protect the people at the Donbass from a planned assault by Kiev that would have led to a slaughter comparable to what occurred in Gaza to the Palestinians.
	The British leader said he was meeting with President Trump in the coming days and working with the U.S. to help secure the strong deal we need.
	Secretary of Defense, big headsets.
	Has already ruled out the idea of sending U.S. troops to Ukraine as part of any deal.
	Instead of a peacekeeping force word employed, it must be non-NATO nations.
	Yes.
	Meanwhile, Lindsey Graham just won't give up the Ukraine-NATO ghost.
	Like others who can't see the new realities coming down Broadway, he wants a promised membership as part of a peace settlement.
	Proponents of a maximalist battlefield program in Ukraine on both sides of the Atlantic are now somewhere between bargaining and depression in the five stages of grief.
	Concurrent statement by President Trump, Secretary of Defense Hegseth, Vice President Vance, have upended the Biden-era Ukraine consensus in the most fundamental ways.

	has signaled its readiness to take Ukraine's NATO membership off the table, thereby renouncing the open-door membership policy canonized by former Secretary of State Antony Blinken and others in the previous admin as a bedrock ordering principle of the transatlantic relationship.
	Trump dismissed as ludicrous the idea repeated at the highest level by Biden admin officials.
	Russia is planning to attack NATO countries, whereas a previous admin massaged its European counterparts with soothing promises of American perpetual and growing defense commitment to the continent.
	Hegsath plainly warned Europe last week not to assume U.S. military presence will be forever.

	Active duty forces may have a role to play in President Trump's immigration agenda, but those in charge can do much more.
	To set the mission up for success while minimizing impacts on an already overstretched military force and budget.
	The use of active duty forces on the southern border is not new to the second Trump admin.
	He also turned to active duty units during his first, saying 1,000 troops to the border in 2018 and 3,000 in 2019. Biden, too, relied on active-duty forces to support border ops throughout his presidency, though in smaller numbers.
	This time, however, Trump may be planning to push active-duty presence at the border to more than 7,000 personnel, according to some reports.

	My problem is with the Middle East.

	I hate to have a more, you know, it'd be great to have a more efficient, more fiscally responsible government, no more, at least fewer foreign wars, you know, only the ones directly directed by Israel, but only to be ruled a more efficient government ruling us with Jewish supremacy.

	But it's going to be interesting the way that Putin plays his negotiating hand, which, of course, he holds all the cards.
	Europe has no way of intervening, really.
	All this talk by Britain and France about putting troops in, it's completely hollow.
	As you've covered, and there's no way, like, you can put the entire armed forces of Great Britain into the Rose Bowl and still have room for the 82nd and 101st.
	That really is true.
	105,000, you know, and they've got 70,000 in their armed forces.
	That's everything.
	By the way, I've read where they've got more, Britain has more admirals than ships.
	We're not far away from that, by the way, but Britain's even worse.
	But the point is that Putin can just—I mean, they've already said that they're not going to get their land back to Ukraine.
	Of course, they're going to take it back from the Russian army.
	No American peacekeepers.
	There's really nobody else that can—they wouldn't allow that anyways, right?
	All those are Russian preconditions, right?
	So Trump is bowing to that.
	I understand that the first meeting was supposed to be by, well, if I were Putin, I would hesitate.
	I wouldn't hesitate.
	I'd play it slow because Trump needs, you know, his ego requires immediate results and all that stuff.
	And let it sink in that we have no cards, really.
	To play there.
	And I'm sure they're going to play it a little slow, the Russians are, because they don't need to play it any other way.
	They'll just gobble up another 25 square miles a day or whatever it is that they're doing.
	But I'm really afraid of what seems to be happening with the fly towards war with Iran.
	And that really bothers me.

	What are they going to do with the Federal Reserve?
	In my opinion, it's the font of all evil, really.
	I think they probably own the CIA. And what's he going to do with, basically, the Jewish supremacist power cabal that runs us and has been running us for years?
	And I'm heartened on the Federal Reserve part, where it's sort of a toe in the door with the Internal Revenue Service.
	At least they're talking about it.

	They are doing a financial war, and they have been behind the taking of billions of dollars through fraud, where you can go down to the California ID, California Driver's License Center, and for $1,500 you can buy a new ID. And then you take all of these four or five, however many you pay for, and you file for benefits.
	And they've just been granting benefits left and right.
	And this has been going on for a couple of decades, according to Paul Preston with the New California State Movement.
	So then they take that money, and I suspect this is an organized plan through the Chinese Communist Party, that they then buy land, they buy treasuries, they use our own money to buy the influence they need.
	And that they don't have a right to those treasuries.
	Paul Preston said, he said this about a year ago, he says when the fraud started being exposed and shut down, the Chinese economy collapsed.
	So when you think about Mexico being based on the U.S. economy, with people sending lots of money home, lots and lots of money home, the Chinese have been doing this too.
	Well, Paul Preston, if I may add a comment.
	As a good guy, he was a contributor to my Nobody Died at Sandy Hook because when it happened, he himself as a school administrator had supervised drills, active shooter drills.
	And he thought what we were getting out of Newtown didn't look right.
	So, get this.
	He called the Obama Department of Education, spoke to his contacts there, every one of whom assured him it had been a drill.
	No students had been harmed and it was done to promote gun control.
	He got that right from officials in the Obama Department of Education.
	So he's a totally, in my opinion, trustworthy guy, good guy.
	I didn't quite get your earlier stuff about the Shabbat wanting to eliminate all the Jews in Israel.

	The gathering of Jews to Israel and then the mass death is part of their end game.

	And about this and that, and these agencies, if you go to the Federal Register and browse, go up to the Browse, and then there's 441 agencies in this bankruptcy from 1932, or 33, I believe, Yeah, bankruptcy in 1933.
	And so he's going through.
	He has a whole lot to go through.
	But the one he's at right now is exposing a lot of people that are involved with our government that are making money from certain things.
	And then he can go through every other.
	And they go through.
	The CIA is under this agency, Central Intelligence Commerce Department.
	There's so many agencies that have to be gone through.
	And he, I think, is they just did not think about this.
	They had I'm sure they had a lot of game plan before that.
	Before they started doing things, and they're going after it, I think, the right way.
	I think we just have to be patient.
	There's so many people against both of them because they're ignorant, for one thing, as far as what this bankruptcy is all about and who is really controlling things.
	And the courts, they're part of the problem, too, because they're administrative tribunals.
	Every court is.
	As I mentioned before, the only real court in this country is the Supreme Court, because that goes back to the constitutional government, not the bankruptcy government.
	And so that's something that we have to just be patient and be thankful that they're both still reading.
	What they're doing is upsetting the whole apple cart.
	And the Federal Reserve had a contract from 1913 to 2013. And it was a 100-year contract.
	And my question is, how did they get the extension?
	Because the bankruptcy of 1933 is what we're dealing with.
	But they had a contract, and it's out.
	And also the thing with the vaccines.
	Fauci lost his protection for the pharmaceutical companies in 2008 or 2009, and that's from Dr. Judy Mikovic.
	So they don't have any protection right now that I know of for damage that they're doing with their shots.
	And the reason they lost their protection is because they were adding all this.
	Compromised ingredients to it, and my sister will probably be able to really show you the ropes on that one.
	But right now, I just think that you're out there and that people are at least starting to think about things, and I would just recommend people to go to the Federal Register and then the Administrative Procedure Act of 1946. And there's a lot, 441 agencies, folks.
	The health department has got to be one that's really shut down.
	The CDC and all that.

	A month or so ago, President Trump signed an executive order designating the cartels as terrorist organizations. - Yes, yes he did.
	When a group is designated as that, then it opens up in Title 10 of the United States Code, subsection 127, Echo.
	And that allows for the special forces to address these groups.
	And the person that's been nominated by President Trump to be the ambassador to Mexico is a Ronald D. Johnson, not to be confused with Representative Ron Johnson.
	No, Senator, Senator, Senator, Senator.
	He's my senator.

	But it's not that guy.
	It's somebody that's completely different.
	Right.
	But yeah, a little bit about this ambassador.

	Colonel Ronald Johnson, he enlisted in the Army National Guard in 1971. He completed Officer's Candidate School in 73 and graduated from the Special Forces Officer's Course in 77 while he was assigned to the 20th Special Forces Group.
	In 1984, he entered full-time active duty as the detachment commander.
	Mike, Mike, that's all great about this guy, but we don't have time for it.
	Give me the bottom line.
	Well, this guy served with the Special Forces.
	He was in the Army War College with the Central Intelligence Agency.
	After he retired from the U.S. military, he went into a second career.
	You're telling me this guy is very highly qualified for his position, right?
	That's what you're telling me, Mike.
	No, I'm saying that the ambassador in a country has the final say on any activity by the United States in that country.
	And even the military has to go through him.
	And being that this guy has had extensive background with the U.S. Special Forces and the Central Intelligence Agency, it's just a short jump to figure out what's going to happen down in Mexico.
	Well, tell me, what's the jump?
	What's your conclusion?
	Well, there's a couple of ways of looking at it.
	We can attack the cartels directly.
	We would be more advantageous because they have to, because of the people that get killed in cartel on cartel violence, they have to recruit hundreds of people a month so we can offer the people up an alternative to this cartel.
