Pharmaceutical industry knows the facts inside out here to share with us her insights about what the hell has been going on and how monstrous has been the scam.
Also, John Carman, my regular co-host, and I invite Michael Ivey, my video blog master, because he recommended Sasha to me and I thought he should partake in our conversation.
During the first segment, of course, we're going to talk about some of the latest news developments on which everyone is welcome to comment.
Here we have beginning, for example, Martin Armstrong on why and when the NATO treaty should be terminated to prevent World War III. Martin's got a piece I published on my blog at JamesHFetzer.org where he's talking about a couple of hazards that might not be obvious to those of us who haven't taken a close look,
where, for example, the key to NATO is, of course, Article 5, an attack on one is considered to be an attack on all.
But it doesn't address, for example, attacks between member states.
Greece and Turkey, for example, have historic animosities, frequently threaten one another to have one member of NATO attacks another member of NATO. What then is the response of the organization in relation to Article 5?
Since the Netherlands has been very aggressive in wanting to provoke a war with Russia, what's the situation with NATO if Russia responds to, say, an attack by the Netherlands on Russia?
Is that going to mean automatically we need to have all of the NATO nations respond by attacking Russia when it's been provoked by one of NATO's own states?
Let me begin with comments from you, Michael Ivey.

I appreciate the invitation, and I sincerely appreciate the invitation to be able to talk to Sasha Latipova, who's been a hero of mine for about four or five years now.
Regarding this first story that you brought up, I see all of these wars and rumors of wars as being part of the controllers' Efforts to bring down humanity in general to a low slavish state, and especially the white Christian populations of the world.
So none of this stuff surprises me.
It seems like it's just part of their agenda.
And so that's how I feel about that.
Sasha, I know it's a bit out of your bailiwick, but I'd be very pleased to have your comments on the situation with NATO, where a single individual, it would appear, could provoke a world war.
Your thoughts?
Well, yeah, that's outside of my scope of what I look at.
In general, I've been looking at the distribution of mRNA products as weapons.
And so that's part of the NATO that I have been looking at and other military alliances.
Now, as far as my personal opinion, there will not be a traditional World War III. All the current...
Skirmishes are mostly fake exercises, and they're mostly to, I don't know, get rid, explode old munitions, get rid of old accumulated stocks of military weapons so that they can buy new and enrich their existing military contractors.
And that goes for all countries in the world, whoever they're buying from.
So it's kind of like exhaust the existing supply, Cause a bunch of terrorism.
You can explain it as terrorism.
Including psychological terrorism to keep people constantly afraid and clamoring for protection.
And then, you know, enrich existing military contractors.
Very good, very good.

I have my own Russian contacts that I had on another show, and we had them on routinely.
Ukraine, in the zone, and Russia.
Of course, I have a couple other friends over in France as well, and I'm very interested.
But a lot of people don't understand.
They're doing stuff right now, day to day, for years.
Just like we're having a war that's a Cold War in the United States.
Americans are basically oblivious to this and they don't get it.
And I worked at some high places when I was at the White House, so I tend to see a lot of things differently.
But...
I'm measuring all these little incidents piece by piece.
They tend to be going after military targets.
That's good.
Things are happening behind the scenes.
But apparently the American news media is blocking the information, which is why everybody should be recommended to go to RT News.
Tell me I'm wrong, Sasha.

I don't know where you're located at, but I monitor them routinely to get the facts.
And we're still being lied to in regular media.

Yeah, I think getting us out of NATO is a very good move, and I believe Trump is going to do it.
Meanwhile, we have a Norwegian vessel refused to assist to a sinking Russian ship.
This is pretty bad.
In terms of the laws of the sea, they have an obligation to come to the assistance of the Russian ship.
And Dmitry Medved has been very, very antagonized by this.
He has said about this incident.
More than 20 years ago, an American colleague of mine uttered a curious phrase about Iraq.
Punish France.
Ignore Germany.
Forgive Russia.
Why does it swing to mind now?
This verbal triad will be quite appropriate when the West's hybrid war against Russia is over, and one day it will be.
Then it will be time for our country to A. Forgive the weak countries that succumbed to the Anglo-Saxon pressure and played long, even if passively, with the anti-Russian political shit show.
B. Ignore the U.S. This one is simple.
We don't foresee friendship with the U.S. within the next hundred years, but going to war with America is too costly a direct clash.
It would obviously mean a global nuclear war.
C. Punish Europe.
Now about this I shall expand because we're looking at the old world today.
The only thing I feel is deep revulsion.
It is Europe, now a mad old hag, which became the world's stronghold of Rosophobia.
It was lying Europe that caused the Istanbul talks to fail.
It was brainless Europe that furiously unleashed a bungled sanction campaign, including massive economic damage on its citizens.
It was bloodthirsty Europe that fed the worst demons of war without any regard for loss of life on either side of the conflict.
That's why Europe must be published by all means available, be it political, economic, or hybrid.
And that's why we must help all destructive processes happening in Europe.
Half-ranging mobs on its quaint streets, hail swarms of migrants wreaking havoc and rapidly tearing down European rainbow values.
May the loaves and mugs of European bureaucrats be swept away by floods of civil turmoil.
Now, Michael, Medved is an odds-on choice to replace Putin, should Putin step down, be deposed, whatever.
He's much more nationalistic and aggressive than Putin.
Many, I think, would hail this as a positive development, but he's certainly being outspoken here.

Well, I basically agree with Medvedev here.
It's largely speculation what change of course Russia might take if Putin steps aside.
But I haven't seen anything about Medvedev that I particularly dislike.
He seems to be as good a truth teller as Putin has been.
Maybe You know, our guest Sasha also speaks Russian fluently, so she might be the one to ask about this.

Actually, I have nothing to say about it.
I don't follow Putin or Medvedev or Russian politics or Ukrainian politics.
I try to avoid politics altogether, so I really don't know.
I reject your medical expertise.

I'm going to return to you, Sasha.
I'm just asking John about this.
I was just listening to Sasha's response.
I had a message from Nick over in Paris, France, because I talk to people all over the place, and I do have to maintain political views and certain strategies with what Putin's doing and things like that.
But yeah, I'm interested to see what Sasha's got to say about the mRNA.
Maybe she knows about the Carrie Medej doctor and the research.
I've monitored all those people for years, and I can give you a couple of stories about the COVID shots, how they tested people.
John, we're not there yet.

Meanwhile, Syria today, Iran tomorrow, and inevitably China.
Here's a report about where the US appears to be headed.
I have written another article for New Eastern Outlook.
It is titled, Syria Today, Iran Tomorrow, and Inevitably China.
And what this article tries to piece together is the relationship between the US proxy war in Syria, in Ukraine, of course, the continued Campaign by the U.S. to first isolate and then topple the government of Iran and eventually the overthrow of both Russia and China.
China being the ultimate and most concerning targeted nation amid this global policy the U.S. has toward maintaining its primacy.
And the prevention of the emergence of multipolarism, which is just a balance of power between nations.
The elimination of Western hegemony and a balance of power between nations.
It does not mean the collapse of the collective West.
It just means the collective West has to work alongside the rest of the world rather than impose itself upon the rest of the world.
So let me read through this article as I always do.
I will show you the sources that I am citing and I will add in additional information when and if necessary.
So I will begin.
The collapse of the Syrian government in mid-December 2024 has fulfilled a prerequisite I think is almost inevitable.
And the use of US-sponsored terrorist organizations utilized in overrunning Syria to then export terrorism to the other targeted nations, both in the region and far abroad, including both Russia and China.
And the US is already using terrorist organizations to target both Russia and China.
I will get into a little bit of that here in just a moment, but let's continue.
Let's talk about how the collapse of Syria is not a general idea, and I think it's inevitable that a fall of Syria, I have multiple reports now, that the US accelerated the effort to make sure it happened before Trump came into office.
Michael, your thoughts?
Again, it seems like a straight-line progression of the agenda being imposed on the Western world, and it also has to do with the domination of Israel of the Middle East.
A lot has been noticed lately about Wesley Clark's famous statements about the agenda to take down seven countries in the Middle East.
They're way behind their initial five-year But it would seem that Iran is the big dog in those seven things.
So I have a great deal of negative anticipation about what might happen in the next couple of years regarding Iran and possible false flags concerning Iran to start a war.
Michael, I don't think a couple of years is...
Reasonable.
It's going to happen very, very fast.
I think that the Democrats are very here to lock in Trump on all grounds, and even though he's expressed great enthusiasm for Israel and demonized Iran, It's not yet obvious that he will pursue a war policy against Iran, just as initially it looked as though he would side with Zelensky, it's apparent at this point.
He's had back-channel communication with Putin, and he's acknowledging Russia is not about to give up Crimea, the Donbass, the other oblasts they've taken control of, and that therefore Zelensky, like it or not, is going to have to settle for a land for peace like Bremont.
And, you know, the question becomes, what is his authority?
I mean, he has a role as president, expired back in June.
So with whom can Putin, or for that matter, the United States, negotiate?
Your thoughts, Michael?
On what aspect of what you just said?
Well, the fact is that while Trump initially became enthusiastic about supporting Zelenskyy, And the idea of forcing Russia out, look at the absurd statement from Sebastian Gorka, for example, that if Russia doesn't come to the negotiating table, we're going to give weapons to Ukraine that make what they've had in the past look like peanuts, and his belligerent attitude toward Iran.
And I'm saying now, Trump seemed to have dramatically modified his attitude, which I believe is due to back-channel communication with Putin.
Now recognizes, unlike Zelensky's desire for a complete Russian withdrawal, Ukraine joining NATO, and even Russian reparations, none of that is going to happen.
I think Trump is now adopting a far more realistic attitude toward Russia, and I'm implying may therefore also come to have a more realistic attitude toward Iran.
Your thoughts?
Well, we can only hope that that's the case.
I have fears that we'll be living through a rerun of what happened in 2016 when Trump on the campaign trail said all the right things to the right conservative patriotic population of the United States and then ended up being,
largely speaking, they're Our bones that he threw to that group, but largely speaking a great disappointment.
And I'm hoping That doesn't occur this time, as I'm sure everyone else is as well.
One of the things that's come up recently, not regarding these international relations, is his attitude toward what he's going to do with the 40 some odd million illegal aliens that have come to the country over the last 10 or 15 years.
Those statements have been modified and mitigated lately, and it's causing people to raise their eyebrows.
Tell me, elaborate on that, Michael.
I suppose he was going to follow through.
If any of his promises were going to be kept, it would be the mass deportation.
You're suggesting he's offering qualifies and emendations?
Yeah.
The last thing I heard, I think it was yesterday, was that he came up with a statement that he was going to deport everyone who had been convicted of a crime.
So that's a...
Tiny percentage of all the people who have come across in that time.
So we just don't know yet.
We'll have to wait to see if, number one and number two, when he actually gains the reins of the executive branch, what his actual actions are.
Actions are always the true indication and not the words.
Yes, yes, yes.
And, of course, some are suggesting Trump wants to make U.S. imperialism great again by threatening to seize a Panama Canal control of Greenland, threats toward Canada, Mexico.
Michael, what the hell is going on here?
He never said anything about that on the campaign trail.
That's an example of what I'm...
What I'm saying here is that the campaign Trump and the reality Trump largely have little overlap.
Yes.
Yeah, well, we're going to find out.
I think a lot of people are going to be very pissed off if he doesn't follow through, especially on the mass deportation program.
I think that would be an outrage.
Meanwhile, let me just mention some additional stories of domestic politics.
A CNN report on the Biden advocacy he's going to prove to be the guy between Trump terms.
The problem with the guy between the Trump terms is he wreaks so much damage on America, Michael.
I mean, There are those who suggest Trump was even willing for the Democrats to come into office so we could all see what would happen, but what has happened has been so horrific.
I cannot believe him allowing that to come to pass.
And yet, of course, it has transpired with all the damage that has been wreaked as a consequence.

I'm zeroing in on the story that's listed just before that, that terrific interview that you just sent out by Candace Owens of Xavier Poussard, the French journalist exposed the truth about Brigitte Macron.
Yeah.
A comment that I made to my mailing list today is, This story is not just a salacious one about a 47-year-old gay pedophile, Brigitte, sexually entrapping a 14-year-old boy, Macron, who becomes the president of France.
The deeper analysis is about the prevalence of pedophilia and the use of homosexuality and pedophilia as a control mechanism and possibly satanic ritual related by the global banking mafia.
Yes.
Let me pull a bit of that up.
I think Candace is so wonderful.
I'm a huge fan.
Also, at the 27-minute mark of that video, Candace makes a great point about these banking mafia controllers, how they hide behind Jewish identity, thus benefiting from the eternal victim status and Besmirching everyone is an anti-Semite.
All right, guys, so the party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears.
It was their final, most essential command.
That obviously is a quotation, a very popular quotation from George Orwell's dystopian novel 1984. It was a fictional warning of the society to come, a prediction that a global elite would control a society with a centralized economy, where there would be thought police.
Criminalized speech, a ministry of truth which would wipe away history and rule society with an ever-present.
Well, today that society, that fictional society, has become a reality.
We have the ministry of truth in the form of mainstream journalists.
They lie to protect the global elite, fact-checkers and smears of any opponents to their official version of past and present.
You know, I started to realize that 1984 was a reality when I quite accidentally stumbled upon the curious case of Brigitte Macron.
Yes, the first lady of France, as presented in a set of documents, a series written by a journalist named Xavier Poussard.
He insisted Brigitte Macron was actually born a man named Jean-Michel Trogneau.
And I thought, that's so kooky and crazy, it's gonna be super easy to debunk that.
And boy was I in for a surprise, realizing he had done years of research and presented a solid case that Brigitte Macron was in fact born a man.
So now what's happened?
Well, of course, they didn't accept that.
The mainstream press called everybody crazy and a conspiracy theorist and unhinged.
We've heard all of their words, their pedophile psychology, as I like to call it, thanks to Sigmund Freud being the father of that sort of gaslighting.
Now I'm going to show you a photo and I want to remind you not to believe your own eyes.
Here is a photo of Brigitte Macron.
She's vacationing with her husband on a boat.
And here it is closer.
And it does seem that there might be something that doesn't belong.
But again, do not believe your own eyes.
Ladies and gentlemen,
But because now they are trying to boggle him down legally by digging up an old story he wrote three years ago and accusing him of, you're not going to believe it, guys, anti-Semitism.
Breaking the rules of anti-Semitism, as what he's actually doing is potentially exposing a pedophile ring that doesn't just expand across France, but as we are starting to realize, as we do more research, it does appear to be a global elite ring.
I think that's awfully important, a global elite bit of hovering.
I mean, many Americans still are unaware that Big Mike, Michelle Obama, is a man, born Michael LaVon Robinson.
I mean, I have documented this in spades, Michael, as you well know.
Even back in my 2020 Volkswagen Conspiracy Conference, I was outing Michelle.
It's just outrageous.

What's been going on here?
How horrific it is?
Is it truly as bad as we believe it has been?
The floor is yours.
Yes.
So, hello.
My background, professional background, is in pharmaceutical research and development.
I spent over 20 years in pharma R&D and various other roles in the industry.
And I'm very familiar with how drugs are developed, the regulations that everyone has to follow.
And I also tangentially ran across the mRNA technology sometime around 2008, 2009. I read briefly on it.
There was a scandal in the industry where biotech was developing a gene therapy using mRNA technology and They killed a few participants right away and severely injured some others.
It was just a huge scandal because nothing like this happened before.
Perked my attention.
I started reading up on the technology and I realized very quickly that it was very toxic.
And at that time, I thought to myself, it will never reach the market because based on my experience, nothing like this would ever work.
As I said, it was too toxic to even give to terminally ill cancer patients at the time.
And then we come to 2020. I'd retired from the industry.
We sold our companies.
I didn't have to work anymore.
And I was just not doing anything.
I was enjoying myself.
I had a hobby, art.
And we come to 2020 and there is this pandemic.
So-called pandemic.
At the beginning, I believed for a few weeks what the government was saying, but I started quickly becoming suspicious because they started banning hydroxychloroquine and banning doctors' ability to treat patients, which is illegal in the United States.
And at that time, I started thinking that something really bad is going on, and I started looking into it more closely.
And when they started pushing mRNA as prophylactic vaccine, I thought, this is terrible.
Something really bad has happened.
They're lying.
The regulators are lying.
I don't know why they're lying, but I know for sure they're lying.
And so that became my area of research and since then I've been looking into the data and I've uncovered the exact nature of this crime, how they're committing it, and how they're planning to continue.
So yes, these shots are extremely toxic.
They're not vaccines, they're not even drugs.
And legally, so the law that's being utilized to commit this crime, I'm going to show a couple of slides here, Okay, share.
You see this?
Yeah.
Okay.
So this slide comes from the FDA themselves, from their lawyers.
There were years of preparation for this so-called pandemic with numerous dry runs and a lot of legal issues.
They call it legal preparedness.
So a lot of US law has been changed.
A lot of it just by administrative rule change without involving Congress.
So it's not very transparent.
But my colleagues and I haven't covered all of it.
And in the United States, the deployment Of these shots, which are legally classified as countermeasures.
So they sit outside of the drug regulation entirely.
There are neither drugs, neither there are vaccines.
Not that vaccines are regulated any better, but we can set them aside for now.
But they belong to no category.
They are in no man's land.
There is a separate chapter in the Stuck into Food and Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Chapter 564, that regulates, regulates, it doesn't regulate.
It pertains to countermeasures.
And for countermeasures, just so that you understand the difference between the rest of the drugs and pharmaceuticals and countermeasures, everything that's illegal for manufacture and distribution and marketing of drugs and pharmaceuticals is fully legal for countermeasures.
This is the entire process of how these things go on the market.
First, the DOD secretary or DHS secretary or HHS secretary, as was in this case, announces that he thinks, personally he thinks, doesn't need to have any impact or any data to make this decision on.
He writes a memo or says, I personally believe there is a pandemic in the United States or a potential for a pandemic in the United States.
And that's enough.
For him to issue the memo, which is called PrEP Act Declaration.
And then, based on that memo, he writes another memo asking FDA commissioner to issue emergency use authorization for whichever product he wants.
In this case, it was for COVID shots and for remdesivir and many other so-called COVID products.
Once they are on the market, there is no stopping criteria.
And as you can see, this is the yellow box that I added to the slide.
No clinical trial data needs to factor into any of these decisions.
And in fact, because of the...
So yeah, so this is a citation directly from the law, which says that the HHS secretary makes the decision of launching EUAs based on his own personal opinion.
There is nothing else that strictly applies.
Only the opinion of HCS secretary, who was Alex Azar first and then Javier Becerra now, who say these things go on the market because I say so.
Because I think they may be effective.
That's all.
There's no other criteria.
It may be effective.
Now, another interesting fact, as I said, everything that's illegal for normal drugs and pharmaceuticals, It's completely legal for EUA countermeasures.
So here is, again, citation directly from the law that says that under this piece of law, USC 360 BBB, The product shall not be deemed adulterated or misbranded, regardless of whether it is or it isn't.
And we know that it is adulterated and misbranded because there's been numerous tests of thousands of vials all over the world, in the United States and in Europe and many other areas of the world.
Many researchers took these vials from distribution and tested them with a variety of methods.
And they found them full of adulterated compounds, such as, for example, the most dangerous ones have been found by Kevin McKernan, who tested many vials and found Plasmids in them, which should not be there at all.
These are synthetic pieces of DNA that are grown in E. coli.
There are also remains of E. coli.
There are also endotoxins.
And the plasmids contain what's called SV40, which is a synthetic sequence, which is particularly dangerous for creation of cancer.
That's a sequence that encourages the division, unwinding of DNA once it's inside the cells.
It encourages very strongly unwinding of the DNA, so division where even the cells are not normally dividing or dividing slowly.
And obviously, if you are in the area of the body where the cells are not supposed to divide or divide slowly and all of a sudden you start dividing them fast, that's cancer.
That's how we have so much cancer associated with these shots, because of the inclusion of these types of technologies that are typical of gene therapies, but now our regulators are lying and telling us that these are safe and effective prophylactic vaccines.
So there's also no control of manufacturing with regard to these products.
That was changed by administrative rule by Scott Gottlieb when he was FDA commissioner.
He issued administrative change rule, which actually removed all manufacturing inspection requirements from biologics facilities entirely.
And that was in 2017. So this was in preparation for this.
And now there's no requirement for biologic inspections.
And specifically with regard to these products, countermeasures, there's no requirement for compliance with the label, compliance with the good manufacturing practices and inspections or anything.
So as I said, they can be freely adulterated with anything.
And we found just about anything in those shots when looking, you know.
And all of it is legal under US law and most international law.
That's why there's been no prosecution or not even a single vial was removed from market based on these findings that are now very, very widely publicized.
Now, another interesting piece I point out because people start fact checking me and start saying, oh, you know, that's not true.
FDA regulates them and we have informed consent and all that applies.
Well, actually, no, it doesn't apply.
Again, we're using EUA law, which is very clear in the US code and in the Food and Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
And here's how they pulled this trick during the rush and confusion of Operation Warp Speed when everybody was running around like crazy, didn't know, you know, had these impossible deadlines imposed.
And of course, all the corners were cut, but the corners were Legally cut, because there's no law that regulates this, so there are no corners to cut.
Now, here's a transcript available publicly from Operation Warp Speed when they were questioned about their use of this EUA countermeasures law.
So here, the question was asked from Doran Fink, who was part of the Operation Warp Speed.
Why are you going to be using expanded access use?
Well, see, this is part of the trickery and switcheroo.
To a lay observer, Expanded Access Use sounds like about the same thing.
But it's not the same thing.
These are two very different regulatory pathways by which drugs get on the market.
Expanded Access Use is an investigational pathway Where terminally ill people can get access to technology that's still in clinical trials, and that's called expanded access use or right to try.
Now, under expanded access use, all pharmaceutical laws apply.
They apply the same way they apply to marketed drugs.
Versus emergency use authorization, none of it applies.
And here, Doran Fink gives the answer.
They're saying, no, we're not using expanded access use.
We're switching to the emergency use authorization pathway because, among many other things, those regulations require use of institutional review board and also obtaining informed consent from recipients of the investigational vaccine.
According to regulations for clinical investigations.
And meaning that this would tie us down too much and slow us down too much.
So we don't want to do that.
And that's why we're switching to the emergency use authorization.
So under emergency use authorization, informed consent is not possible.
It does not apply to non-investigational products.
And that's no true informed consent was obtained from the participants.
And that's why the clinical trials We're fake.
They were drug parties with experimental drugs, but they were not human protected clinical trials.
And they were not required for launching this product.
So let me just switch to another file.
Sasha, there's no way this could have happened by accident.
It's very cleverly contrived to negotiate or navigate this legal pathway so they could put a toxic, murderous product on the line without any supervision or approval by the FDA, the CDC, or any other appropriate authority.
Absolutely.
This is not a mistake, and this is not because they rushed.
As I said, they prepared incredibly well.
There are years of legal preparedness of designing this structure so that it appears legal, but in fact it legalizes murder.
And there is no recourse.
And that's why not a single You know, case litigating against pharmaceutical companies have succeeded so far.
They all get dismissed because of this.
Because this framework completely absolves them from all responsibility.
And so let me show you a couple other things that people don't really appreciate.
Do you believe R.F.K. Jr. understands all of this backwards and forwards?
He does.
I have walked him through this several times.
I've been on his podcast a couple times, and we talked offline also.
So at least at that time in 2023, when I talked to him about this, he understood it.
I think he understands it well.
He's an attorney.
Now, whether he's going to do something about it, I don't know.
Because this is absolutely incredible.
So...
Well, the problem is it's continuing to this day.
More people are being killed.
They're being encouraged to get the vax, get boosters, all this other stuff multiplying.
The number of deaths that are going to ensue, not to mention all the other destructive characteristics, myocarditis and a whole host of others.
It's outrageous.
Yeah.
So, in fact, these products, these EUA countermeasures, they should be viewed as weapons because the same legal framework is utilized for them as for making, purchasing, selling weapons and utilizing weapons.
For example, the announcement of public health emergency is equivalent in the US law to announcement of war.
It didn't exist until the law was put on the books under Reagan.
And US Constitution never anticipated such a state as a public health national emergency.
And yes, as I said, it suspends Constitution.
Now, the EUA countermeasures are equivalent to weapons, biological weapons or chemical weapons.
I prefer to call them chemical weapons.
But you can make a case that it's a biochemical weapon.
And they're bought just like weapons through Defense Production Act.
All the pharmaceutical companies in the consortium were compelled to deliver these things.
And they're purchased through DOD purchasing.
All the contracts went through DOD purchasing.
Initially around 50 billion was spent, by now it's much more.
Utilizing other transaction authority, which is completely inappropriate for purchasing of mass-produced medical products.
And for this reason alone, HHS partnered with DoD because they both have other transaction authorities, but their authorities are different.
They have different limitations.
And so to overcome the limitations of their respective other transaction authorities, they merge together.
And under this framework, they can buy Experimental unapproved so-called medications and mass deploy them to civilians and military force.
And as I said, this whole consortium, this public-private consortium of criminals is using PrEP Act as a liability shield.
PrEP Act thoroughly immunizes anyone Who is producing, distributing, administering, touching in any way these EUA countermeasures.
And so far, it's been a bulletproof shield.
And as you know, Javier Becerra just recently extended it again for the 12th time.
All this COVID liability shield was extended to last until end of 2029. So this is the piece that RFK Jr. can single-handedly undo.
He has that authority.
Javier Becerra had that authority to issue it.
RFK Jr. can cancel it.
Now we should see what happens.
So this is number one priority for everyone, I think, is to get this thing canceled.
I just had a phone call from my Monday co-host, Keith Rogers, saying that Biden has just issued a blanket pardon for those involved in the MRA program.
So, I mean, this is outrageous.
What's going on here?
He's really giving pardons for mass murder.
The American people, when they understand what's happening here, are going to be disgusted.
Oh, yeah.
They all know that this is a mass murder campaign.
They knew it for forever, since they started it.
That's why they've written the law such a way to give them on paper all the protections, including this PREP Act one.
Another thing, finally, I'm not going to belabor this much more so you guys can have questions, but another common misconception is that all of this was Fauci or alternatively it was Fauci and China.
And that's not true.
Fauci wasn't in charge of this program.
He was the consultant to this program, but this is a document that was It changed very right before the 2020. So prior to that, we had a policy on public health emergency in the US, which was more or less reasonable.
It was headed by the HHS. So HHS was in charge of the policy in the previous version of the document.
Then somehow this pandemic crisis action plan adapted was issued in 2020. And as you can see, some dramatic changes happened here.
All of a sudden, National Security Council became in charge of Public health policy somehow.
So we are told this is a public health event while the military and intelligence agencies are in charge of the response and HHS is not even in the room with them.
HHS is not part of the National Security Council.
They are here represented as a coordination and Advisory role.
This is what the role that Fauci played, advisory and coordination.
But all of this was coordinated by the National Security Council.
And then so because, and I explain this to people like this.
So first they were, remember, they were telling us, oh, it's a zoonotic virus evolved in the Chinese wet market.
It's from bats.
And then anybody who would question this would immediately get censored, kicked out of social media, banned and suppressed.
You could not bring this up for over a year.
Later on, it became acceptable to say, well, no, it wasn't a bat virus, but became very acceptable to say, this is an engineered virus that made by China.
China attacked us, which is also nonsense.
First of all, you can't engineer viruses.
That's a Whole different discussion, but even Ralph Baric wrote big reports explaining why you can't engineer viruses.
There's no scientific basis for that.
And second of all, that second layer of lies was to justify this, to say we did have a reason for national security apparatus to be involved because, you see, we were attacked by our enemy, China, with engineered viruses.
And now, actually, more recently, the same people claim that, oh, it's always been like that.
Public health is always part of national security.
What are you talking about?
They're pretending like they didn't just cook this up right before they launched the campaign.
And now they're pretending it's always been like that.
But that's a lie.
And we have a very well-documented trail where they exchange these documents and produce this nonsense.
So my point is yelling at Fauci in Congress leads nowhere.
Fauci will probably never get prosecuted or meaningfully anyway.
And in reality, it wasn't his His product, it was the military and intelligence apparatus.
And in reality, this is a protection racket.
It's a global protection racket using biological chemical weapons.
These mRNA shots are biological chemical weapons.
And the US Department of Defense forces them on the entire world, forces purchases of them on the entire world, And as recently as a few weeks ago, for example, Dutch Minister of House admitted that their purchases of these vaccines was a NATO commitment.
So they are weapons.
They are being forced on all nations as weapons purchases.
And this is being run through the DOD and probably CIA and so forth.
But DOD is doing the dirty work now of poisoning the entire world.
So I can stop sharing here if you have any questions.
Yeah, do you mind if I interject real quick?
Since I worked at the border at US Customs, we were all basically cross-trained FDA. So that means that anything that comes into contact with the human body has to go through approval, even if it's a nasal cannula coming from Mexico.
And injections and all this other stuff, they bypass all the protocols.
They were using everybody's experiments.
I even investigated some stuff undercover here in San Diego, Southern California.
Paying people $100, giving them free food, all kinds of stuff.
They didn't test it on anything, to my knowledge.
Fauci should be criminally charged with a lot of other people, including members of Congress who had ivermectin.
And claim they took shots.
So they're all lying to us.
I know about this stuff intimately because I've investigated it as well.
And I agree with you, Sasha, because these things are going to be controlled.
And if Biden just gave them a blanket pardon, he's going to do it for all kinds of people.
I think the only exception to the rule is high treason.
These rat bastards in Congress Know this.

There's like five major ones.
Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene supposedly has investments in that company.
A lot of them do.
So they became millionaires.
Over that program, not realizing what was going on.

They ought to be arrested.
By the way, Moderna is a U.S. government company.
So, Moderna has co-ownership with NIH, and it's not just the royalty for IP that is Quite typical.
So NIH can develop some IP or academic institution can develop IP. And I was involved in licensing IP from academic institutions.
And when you commercialize it and you have revenues for it, ultimately, you pay them some single percentage of royalty.
And that's not what it is.
In the case of Moderna and NIH, NIH co-owns another...
So pharmaceuticals attract By investigational new drug number, which is a number that you generate when you first go for FDA approval and submit all the clinical trial data to it.
So in case of Moderna, there are two investigational new drug numbers.
One belongs to NIH. One belongs to Moderna.
Investigational new drug number gives you commercial rights.
For marketing and selling and deriving revenues and profits from it.
That sounds like Billy Gates when he does stuff because he's been doing vaccines as well.
Well, Bill Gates invested in all of them.
Bill Gates invested in Moderna, in Pfizer, in Fosun Pharmaceuticals in China, and probably invested in AstraZeneca and a whole bunch of others.
So he invests like an investor.

I mean, a lot of us concluded that before, but you're adding a whole lot of evidence here, especially about how they navigated the legal matrix in order to make themselves invulnerable to lawsuits and to be able to do this without any clinical trials at all.

Yeah, so, I mean, a depopulation question is an interesting question, and that should be asked from the criminals when they're on trial for their lives, about where they were planning to depopulate, did they know about it, and what the intent was.
I can only say what I have seen and observed, what evidence I have from the publicly available documentation, and I also have some whistleblower provided Information which points to pre-meditation and pre-planning of this whole thing in addition to what the public documents show.
So, for example, I was provided a video recording, but I only released audio part of it.
To protect the whistleblowers.
And this audio tape is an internal discussion between the CEO of AstraZeneca, Pascal Soros, VP Marc Esser.
This is an executive meeting at the end of 2020, where they were discussing their success of their monoclonal antibody, which they got approved in the U.S. at the end of 2020. Their vaccine wasn't allowed to proceed in the U.S., but the U.S. government sort of threw them a bone and allowed them to sell monoclonal antibodies in the U.S. for some months.
And so at the end of 2020, they're, you know, patting themselves on the back and congratulating themselves about this and saying things like, this program started in 2017. We were approached by DARPA. We were approached by Colonel Matt Habern of DARPA, who said...
That he wants us to participate in this program, where DARPA, which is part of DoD, is going to be identifying deadly viruses, pandemic-causing viruses, and we, pharma, will be developing products such as vaccines and therapeutics for it within 60 days.
In addition, Margasso says, at the time, I thought it was science fiction.
Because you know what?
It is science fiction.
It's not possible to make vaccines and therapeutics in 60 days, no matter what, no matter how much money you throw at it.
And at that time, he said that as a reasonable drug development professional, he thought it was science fiction.
That's the truth.
Money changed his opinion, obviously, and money from DARPA became very sweet and flowed for a few years into what's called pan-influenza.
Program, of which there were about, you know, dozens of pharmaceutical companies and other companies.
There is a MCDC consortium, which is run by Advanced Technology International.
It's a manager of all kinds of weapons purchasing programs for the Department of Defense.
It's a private company.
They call themselves non-profit, but just for this program, they were given $10 billion, so it's a very nice non-profit.
In any case, so this company manages consortium MCDC. AstraZeneca was part of it.
I don't know how many companies participated in the specific pan influenza part of it, probably dozens.
And so we have at least information that Matt Habern initiated this in 2017 with several pharmaceutical companies.
And then wind to 2020, all of a sudden, Matt Hanburn is a person who is managing Operation Warp Speed.
He's one of the key managers in Operation Warp Speed.
So I've been, you know, publishing about it, writing about it several years now.
Nobody has brought Matt Hepburn into Congress.
Why is he not questioned?
Also, Matt Hepburn, according to AstraZeneca executives, was the one who placed the phone call to them on February 4th, 2020, telling them that COVID has been designated as a national security threat and start producing COVID vaccines.
So, again, I'd like to ask Matt Habern this question.
Who gave him the authority based on what did they decide it's a national security threat?
And discuss this.
But, of course, he's nowhere to be found.
Yeah, he's a key player, so they're going to suppress him.
Hold on, John.
Now tell me, what is your allocation or responsibility to Donald J. Trump?
What role did he play here?
I think he needs to answer that question himself.
I think he fully knows.
You know, what I can say is I can be convinced that in 2020 he was deceived.
There are key pieces of evidence also I published on that.
Early 2020 he was deceived, up until maybe March 20th of 2020. So in these early developments, February 4th, he had no idea.
DOD ran ahead.
Matt Habern colonel makes a phone call to the entire pharmaceutical consortium Go produce COVID vaccines.
It's a national security threat.
Nobody questions that.
Then on March 5th, 2020, there's a Pentagon conference for the press.
And at that press conference, another person that I'd like to be questioned by Congress, Colonel Wendy Sammons Jackson, makes a statement that she works at Fort Detrick.
At that time, she's resigned since.
So that she received COVID pathogen and that she's growing it, stocks of it.
And there's also a private contract that they gave to protein biosciences to do the same, to grow stocks of COVID virus.
Whatever that is, it's just poison.
But anyway, so why on March 5th the DoD is producing more COVID virus than exists in the world?
And then before March 5th, there are no cases and deaths from COVID in the United States.
But after the U.S. Army starts producing stocks of it, all of a sudden we have a pandemic.
So they announce it, they produce stock, and then we have a pandemic.
And again, nobody's questioned that.
And this is all in public domain.
I don't have anything secret other than the AstraZeneca tape.
So we got the cause coming after the effect.
It should be the pandemic that's initiating the process to develop the vaccine, but they've already got the vaccine and then they manufacture the pandemic.
So I'm calling it a military attack until somebody can convince me otherwise.

I'm trying to keep track of this because I want to try to explain some of this because I agree with what Sasha says.
However, they already did develop it in the bioweapons labs in the Ukraine area that they lied to in Congress.
They tried to say, oh, they only had 35 things.
They had 75 to 100 biolabs.
They're not going to test it in the United States.
They're going to test it outside the United States, which they've done before, i.e.
Billy Gates when he's giving injections in Africa to children.
That's what they do.
Then they've already pre-tested it that way illegally.
Then they bring it in as another deal, like Sasha says.
It doesn't take, but what, 60 days?
It takes a lot longer for that.
Just like I said earlier, FDA requirements, it takes up to 10 years to approve stuff like that.
They bypassed all of that.
So it's a weapon.
That's what they're doing.
Sasha benefited from it in Congress.
About Ukraine BioLabs, I also published on that.
Ukraine BioLabs have become property of CDC since 2005. So it's American biolabs.
They're not Ukrainian.
That's what I agree with, yes.
They just happen to be located there.
And they don't do anything particularly deadly.
I think Wuhan does more advanced work, but again, it's under US contract.
They're just delivering what the US government tells them to do.
There are much more serious biolabs, such as Fort Detrick.
It's a level four biolab that's been operated continuously.
It's the oldest one in the world since 1943. And there are over, there are about a thousand biolabs in the world.
The vast majority of them are based in the US. Every academic institution has one or several.
The Boston University has one.
They claim that they've developed 100% lethal COVID virus, published a paper about it.
Obviously, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill is another one.
They have far more funding and expertise on people than, let's say, the ones in Ukraine have.
Ukrainian ones may be storing things that are inconvenient for other places, but again, all of that is like a narrative To give legitimacy to this whole national security state apparatus running this whole thing.
Wait a minute, John.
Sasha, do you regard virology as a legitimate science area?
No.
Virology is not a legitimate science.
Virology is BS. It's an area of Psychological operations mostly in order to justify what they're doing here, in order to justify both, oh, we can militarize viruses.
We can't.
I can have like two hour discussion about scientific reasons why it's not possible and have never been possible.
So like things like they advertise as, let's say, serial passage of viruses to make them more lethal and more spreadable.
There is literature stemming back to 1930s, both in the US and in Russia.
Showing that, yeah, you can see early passage, but you're never going to have a more spreadable virus.
You can make poison that way.
But you can't have a fly in Ebola.
That's why they still do not have a fly in Ebola, no matter what they do.
What they do do is they go to these remote locations like Africa or maybe Ukraine or maybe China, and they inject animals and people with poison.
Once they're poisoned, they call it epidemic of Ebola.
And then they collect these villagers, and whatever their bodies are expelling, they collect as samples.
And those samples, then they bring back home and do experiments on animals and also on orphaned children, like Fauci did.
And so that's what they do.
They can collect some samples of toxins and they can inject them.
Yeah, they create the pandemic.
Injectable pathogens.
There are no flying pathogens.
I mean, they may be able to, let's say, aerosolize, formulate something in aerosol, but it will be likely chemical, not biological, because biologicals, they get denatured and they fall apart very quickly, especially outside.
But let's say on the subway, they can aerosolize some chemical and spray it, And simulate symptoms.
So they simulate cough, sneezing, temperature.
And they're saying, oh, it's a virus.
It's a deadly virus.
And that's what virology is used for.
It's for creating these hoaxes, these narratives.
Then Hollywood makes a lot of movies about it.
The outbreak, the contagion, and the video games and all that.
So that people constantly are in a state of fear about this BS. I mean, it's a total BS. Michael has a lot to say, but John wants to insert a word edgewise.
Go ahead, John, then Michael.
Yeah, what I was going to bring up the fact was that when they do these bio labs, they've already developed weapons.
They're biological weapons.
Sasha's already mentioned Fort Detrick.
That's a key buzzword right there.
And they do this on purpose.
Monkeypox has been recently brought out recently.
They tested it.
They've already brought it out.
It's exactly what Sasha says.
They bring samples back of infected people.
Then they further develop it, purify it, and use it as a biological weapon.
And they've tested it.

But again, one other thing is that these people are being covered under these tax breaks when they're investors.
That was something that popped out when Sasha said they're investing.
They're covered under that, and it's like they don't have to pay taxes, they're immune.
In the background, we're hearing Biden doing all kinds of stuff.

I love how you consistently differentiate between a chemical poison and what we have been led to understand to be a virus.

You know, we're involved in an information war among other aspects.
In that context, I'd like to recommend the last post to your substack, and that was a video of a Franklin County Commissioner's meeting in Washington State.
There were several medical professionals, including Sasha, who gave short statements about their areas of expertise and how The mRNA vaccine should be withdrawn from the market.
And there was a lot of, to the point, no-holds-barred truth-telling.
And I thought this was an excellent video to send to people in your family or friends, especially those who consider exposing their children to these injections, who you think might be open to learning the truth about this vaccine regime.
Sasha, I want to know, is this shedding a bona fide?
My wife took the vacs.
My family over my adamant opposition went ahead and took the vac, didn't even tell me, because they knew I'd be opposed.
Now, is her shedding going to affect me?
I presumed it would.
Can you clarify?
It's a thing.
Shedding does exist.
Now, it's also an individual The individual variability of how much somebody will shed and individual predisposition of whoever is being shed on.
So some people don't notice, some people have Quite severe, I'd say, not side effects, but effects of shedding in the presence of people who are shedding.
I've had numerous different reports.
There have been reports published especially on women having disrupted menstrual cycles and abnormalities in the presence of shedding, and that's been very well documented.
I have personal experience with that.
I also had one experience, but this doesn't always happen.
So once, this was in 2022, we had four people in the house who were recently vaccinated for an extended period of time.
I had no effect.
My husband later that day He had fever and chills overnight, and then it went away.
So he wasn't ill.
He didn't get some cold or something, because usually it would last...
This was just a very short fever, chills overnight, and then it was gone.
Other people report to me things like they can smell those people who have been vaccinated.
They have...
Smell them?
Smell.
Yeah, they can smell them.
They can also, sometimes they have sort of electrical kind of feeling, like a tingling or ringing in the ears.
You know, various things are being described.
And I believe people when they're saying, you know, I'm experiencing this.
So, as I said, there are different effects and different susceptibilities.
I generally would like to stay away from a lot of vaccinated people, but I also wouldn't worry too much.
And why?
We have incredible defenses in our bodies.
If you maintain general health, we have incredible defenses in our bodies for any extraneous substance attacking us through breathing, injection, normal, like ocular, whatever.
All of this is well protected.
And even if you have some substance entering, it will get expelled through your body.
Now, injection is...
Is completely different.
Injection and injection are completely different.
And that's another discovery that I've made thanks to my colleague Catherine Watt.
That's why all vaccines are...
First of all, vaccination is not possible for anything, and all vaccines are very dangerous.
And this was discovered by French researcher Charles Richet, and he received the Nobel Prize for it in 1913. So this knowledge has been available to our scientists and CDC, public health professionals, for over 100 years.
And they ignore, suppress, deny.
They don't teach this in medical schools.
What he has discovered is that, you know, a food ingredient, let's say a healthy food ingredient like milk, like organic milk, is wonderful for your body.
But if you inject it You can kill somebody or create a lifelong disabling condition.
And it's called anaphylaxis or allergy.
And so all vaccines contain, in addition to all these, you know, biological, chemical, metals, aluminum, mercury, all those toxins, they also contain food ingredients.
And CDC claims that they're safe because they contain food ingredients.
So they admit that they purposefully injure people because they can't now eliminate the Nobel Prize of Charles Richet, and they have professional duty to know because this is part of the scientific body since 1913. Personally, the idea of RFK Jr. becoming head of Health and Human Services Fills me with joy.
Let it happen.
I think he can do so much.
I clean up this mess.
I would like him to be able to, but I'm also worried about, first of all, other appointees in health that Trump made, which are atrocious, like Dr. Jeannette, what's her name?

Anyway, from that, we have the BBC 38-second clip of where they admit that this Keith, who's ever working in a lab at the time, the way they made this is they used a clamp, which was the HIV spike protein.
And this is why, no matter what country you look at right now, you can see a rise in autoimmune diseases.
Jeffrey Sachs, when he was at The Lancet, Was talking about how the U.S. created the bioweapon.
And now he's referred to this several times.

He was arrested over, I think it was New York there, headed to China with a couple vials of pathogens in his socks.

So whatever it was was put in the jab, which is what the NIH wrote to Fauci.
It was clearly designed as a bioweapon.

It's largely a psychological operation to believe that you can do it.

In science, you cannot do that.

So what they can do is create a computer code.

They never isolated the COVID-19 molecule and they asked for samples from the CDC and all this stuff and they never came up with one.
And they make you wear a mask that's It's going to protect you with 5 microns and above versus less than 5 microns.
But they never did isolate and show an actual molecule that shows COVID, correct?

That's not possible to do.
And so if you can't produce that molecule, well, you can't claim that this molecule is walking around leaking from a lab and going all over the world.

Each time you had a booster shot, you weakened your immune system.

Well, I... Bounce around and what's being said, you know, as Sasha and Keith have said earlier, the whole initial story that was given to the world about the deadly virus was essentially bolstered by a creation of a computer gene sequencing program.
And if it can't be actually determined that there ever was such a thing as the SARS-CoV-2 virus, then the direct antecedent to that is the position that the entire pandemic was a complete fraud and crime against humanity.
And I've got another little quote from Sasha here, and it goes like this.
At this point, I call it murder.
I call it premeditated murder, because there is such a category of premeditated murder, which is called depraved indifference.
It's when you knowingly inflict harm and psychologically don't care.
And now we have them for several years, knowing that these products cause excessive deaths and injury, And all they do is deny and continue.
So it is a premeditated murder.
They manufactured a pandemic by reclassifying 29,900,000 cases of the flu as COVID. I mean, they had 30 million cases of flu in 2019, 2020. Suddenly, there were only 2,000.
Because they simply reclassified them to create the fake impression.
And there's no increase in death in any age category from the pandemic.

So legal immigration, by the way, if you want to get a green card or you have a spouse on the green card and they need to get naturalized, oh, you cannot do that without COVID shots.
They're hell-bent on any legal immigrant gets vaccinated.
All illegal ones, oh yeah, no shots required.
You've got to admit they were thinking big, the idea of killing off half the population and promoting the other half, because the other half are more amenable to being slaves, to slavery.
