Welcome to episode 108, if you can believe it, of Gary King's Inconvenient Truths, where Gary presents stories and video clips I don't know are coming for my spontaneous and unrehearsed response.
Gary, as we end 2024, I believe this will be our last of the year.
What do you got for me today?
I've got all kinds of stuff in no order whatsoever and we have one that could be 10 minutes I think everyone will enjoy.
But first we'll start out with this one right here.
Okay, let's do this.
So there are two days to go until Christmas, of course, and some families are getting some shocking news.
President Biden announcing the commutations of 34 of 40 federal death row inmates, those benefiting, including child killers and mass murderers, like Jose Oliva Torres, who was put behind bars after murdering two little girls and a woman between 2005 and 2009. Torres stabbed an 8- and 9-year-old girl after sexually assaulting them in a Chicago suburb in 2005. Then,
four years later, he strangled 20-year-old naval officer Amanda Snell to death in Arlington, Virginia.
Another one is convicted murderer Thomas Stephen Sanders.
He shot a 12-year-old four times, caught her throat in Louisiana back in 2010. He now gets life.
The Attorney General Merrick Garland recommending to President Biden all but a handful of these death sentences be commuted.
Now, the exceptions include Boston Marathon bomber Joe Karsarnaev, Pittsburgh synagogue killer Robert Bowers and the church shooter down in South Carolina, Dylan Roof, all very high profile, all with political sensitivities.
But I would imagine if you are a loved one of any of the other 37, you're like, well, okay, you made these three exceptions for stories people have heard about.
What about Our justice.
What about our kid?
And look, I'm actually against the death penalty in cases where there's any ambiguity about guilt whatsoever.
But some of these people, absolute stone-cold killers, proven beyond any doubt.
And Joe Biden comes in in the final days of the presidency and waves this wand.
And I think we're going to hear from some of these families very, very unhappy about this.
I mean, if you were shocked by the 1500 that he commuted the sentences, this should shock you to the core.
So these people are going from being on death row to serving life in prison, which means that they're waking up happy today.
And can you imagine being the mother of those two little girls who were murdered and hear that the Biden administration is going to give The killer of your children a win.
And the thinking behind the scenes in excluding the three people, Dylann Roof and Dzhokhar Zarnaev and the other individual that's not getting a sentence commuted, is that they were the worst killers, so that they can't do that.
You're going to look at a mother and say that the man that killed her two daughters is not among the worst?
How do you judge that?
How do you have the moral compass to do that?
You just got to wonder if he's doing any of this.
So 37 of 40 are going to get, they, 37 of 40, will get life instead of death.
And why would he do this?
Well, he's going to go visit the Pope.
And the Pope is against the death penalty.
And maybe he's trying to expunge, you know, have one thing.
Because he's also...
campaigned on the fact how much he loves abortion.
So as a Catholic, you're going to go see the Pope.
It's like, hey, yeah, I'm pro-abortion, but on the good side is I'm going to save some of the death penalty.
So I'll let the...
I'll let the fetus die, but I'll let the murderers live.
That is so true.
And you know what?
I just don't believe the churches.
Okay, that's it.
Well, that was a reasonably good news report from Fox.
What they don't seem to understand is the three that were exempted.
That's a Boston bombing at the Pittsburgh synagogue and the Charleston church shooting were all staged.
They were all fake.
Nobody died in any of those events.
So you got Biden on the one hand, Commuting the sentences of real-life killers who actually murdered people in the one case, including two little girls and a woman, I mean, just egregious, and letting the poor passies in these other cases be impaled with death penalty.
It just shows a total politicalization of the criminal system here to benefit a certain agenda.
Of course, this is actually gun control.
It's an anti-Semitism, really anti-criticism of Israel agenda.
It's a blame Russia agenda.
I was in a party in Amicus brief to the Massachusetts Supreme Court about the I mean, the backpacks don't match.
We got video of the two brothers there on the street in Boston where the marathon was run.
And they have big baggy backpacks.
One is dark but very shapeless.
The other is actually silver.
They're both completely unlike the two backpacks that exploded that were planted by Kraft International personnel We have them coming toward the scene, then running away from the scene.
They were compact nylon backpacks with a white square sewn on them.
And this is just insulting and embarrassing.
I have done reports on all three of these.
And most conspicuously, I mean, start with the Boston bombing.
Go to my BitChute channel, Jim Patzer, look for Sandy Hook and Boston bombing, and you get a...
A double feature on, you know, what we then knew about both of those cases.
But this isn't as great a miscarriage as you could have on both sides.
Not only the ones whose sentences were commuted, but those whose sentences were not.
It's a Biden admin fraud, phony, fake, deceptive, deceitful, unjust to the bitter end.
I agree, Dr. Hess.
Okay, seem like they're ramping up for the bird flu.
Here's the reason why we need to care about this stuff, Nicole, is that we have some big picture stuff coming down the pike starting on January 21st.
Mr. Bloomberg mentioned H5N1. That I'm really worried about.
It's all over wild birds on the western part of the United States and going up in the north.
It's getting into the poultry.
We're seeing sporadic human cases, no human-to-human transmission yet, but that could happen.
It's in the cattle, it's in the milk, and that's just the beginning.
We have another major coronavirus likely brewing in Asia.
We've had SARS in 2002, SARS-2, COVID-19 in 2019. And we know these viruses are jumping from bats to people thousands of times a year, but there's still more.
We know that we have a big problem with mosquito-transmitted viruses all along the Gulf Coast, where I am here in Texas, so we're expecting Dengue and possibly Zika virus coming back, or Apuche virus, maybe even yellow fever.
And there's more.
Then we have all this sharp rise in vaccine preventable diseases going up because of, in part, the anti-vaccine activism that's so prominent right now.
We have a five-fold rise in pertussis cases, whooping cough over the last year, 15 measles outbreaks this year.
We've got polio that's been in the wastewater in New York State.
All that's going to come crashing down on January 21st on the Trump administration.
We need a really, really good team to be able to handle this.
That guy seems to be a shill.
I mean, look at all the fear-mongering.
He talks about mosquito-borne viruses and other threats.
That's all Bill Gates.
I mean, he's got billions of these mosquitoes out there.
He's doing it all deliberately.
This guy is not addressing the real issues and the very idea that he would be opposed to RFK Jr. becoming Head of Health and Human Services tells at all.
This is the one guy who knows the most about these issues, and he's gonna scuttle his nomination based on fear-mongering.
I say to hell with that.
This guy deserved to go on the trash heap of history, all his scare-mongering.
It's embarrassing that this was even put on television, Gary.
That's my take.
More than creepy.
All right.
We're being ripped off at the Panama Canal like we're being ripped off everywhere else.
President-elect Donald Trump said on Sunday that the U.S. could reassert control over the Panama Canal, accusing Panama of charging excessive rates to use the Central American passage.
The principles, both moral and legal, of this magnanimous gesture of giving are not followed, then we will demand that the Panama Canal be returned to the United States of America.
In full, quickly and without question.
Trump made the comments at AmericaFest, an annual event organized by Turning Point, an allied conservative group.
They came hours after he leveled a similar threat against Panama in a Saturday night post on Truth Social.
Panamanian President Jose Raul Molino reaffirmed the country's sovereignty over the canal in a recorded statement on X, adding that Panama's sovereignty and independence are non-negotiable.
The U.S. largely built the canal and administered territory surrounding it for decades.
Accords were signed in 1977 that paved the way for the canal's return to full Panamanian control.
The U.S. handed over control in 1999. The waterway accounts for 2.5% of global seaborne trade and is critical to U.S. imports of autos and commercial goods by container ships from Asia and for U.S. exports of commodities, including liquefied natural gas.
Trump also warned that he would not let the canal fall into, quote, the wrong hands.
It was solely for Panama to manage and not for China or any other country to manage.
You see what's going on there?
China does not control or administer the canal, but a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based C.K. Hutchinson Holdings has long managed two ports located on the Caribbean and Pacific entrances to the waterway.
It is not clear how Trump would seek to regain control over the canal.
His comments underline an expected shift in U.S. diplomacy under Trump, who has not historically shied away from threatening allies and using bellicose rhetoric when dealing with counterparts.
They are also an exceedingly rare example of a U.S. leader saying he could push a sovereign country to handover territory.
Well, Gary, that's very interesting, but you know, yeah, what exactly is Trump talking about?
Is this making American imperialism great again?
And he talks about taking control of Greenland as well, recapturing the Panama Canal.
Very, very strange stuff.
The canal, by the way, appears to be too small for modern, gigantic tankers.
The Chinese very much would like to see a new canal.
There was plans for one through Nicaragua that the U.S. somehow defeated.
I understand there's another proposal through Mexico.
We'll see how that plays out, but I anticipate there will be a new Gargantuan Canal may be twice the size of this in terms of the size of ships it can handle.
But it's very strange to see Donald Trump making all these claims about land that the United States long since parted with and to create an international brouhaha about it.
I find it rather surprising.
I'd like to hear him reaffirm that he's getting us out of Ukraine altogether, withdrawing U.S. funding, and similarly for Gaza, because remember, all the slaughter only continued because the U.S. is providing the financial and military support.
That must end.
And if he wants to truly make himself a hero among nations, declare absolutely there will be no attack upon Iran, the most peace-loving nation the world has ever seen, having not launched a war of aggression against any other state since 1775. Would we could make such claims on behalf of the United States?
Good response, Dr. Petzer.
We've grown up under a system of government where the bankers run monetary policy, but the people's representatives run fiscal policy.
That's what the Revolutionary War was about.
It was about taxation with or without representation.
Now, if you're going to consolidate and collapse the system into the bankers on a very central basis, being able to control and operate both monetary and fiscal system, you're moving out of a world where we've known personal freedom and liberty into a world where it's what Augustine Carson, the head of the BIS said, we can make the rules centrally and we have the technology to enforce those rules.
In other words, we decide when and how and where you can spend your money.
So let's go back to the pandemic.
If you get central digital control in an all-digital monetary system, and I don't care what vehicle you use to do it, whether it's a Federal Reserve CBDC or Ripple or Bitcoin or something else we create, WorldCoin, if you do that, you are walking into a digital concentration camp.
And that means go back to the pandemic.
If they don't want you going more than a mile from your house, your money won't work.
More than a mile from your house.
Your electric car won't work more than a mile from your house.
If they don't want you buying pizza, your money won't buy pizza.
And you can't pay cash for pizza because you're in an all-digital monetary system.
We have 14 items in this blueprint of what states need to do.
Number one is preserving cash and checks.
You cannot go to an all-digital monetary system.
You need to have an analog system.
One of the reasons you need to have an analog system, everybody in North Carolina can explain to you why you need an analog system because when the electricity goes, you better have cash.
You better have an analog system.
In New Zealand, when the cyclone came through two years ago, the head of the central bank stood up and gave a speech afterwards and said, thank God we had cash.
If we hadn't had cash, you know, nobody would have been able to transact.
After what happened in Western North Carolina, the Norwegian Central Bank came out and said, you know, we're down to 3% cash.
We're going to reverse it because we're looking at what happens during disasters all around the world.
and if you don't have cash, you're toast. - Well, Katherine Haas and Phipps is among the most important voices in the world today.
Her warning about all digital systems are absolutely well found, and she's just beginning there to enumerate the risks, you know.
If it's all digital and you're into a, you know, a 15-minute...
Housing, community, and all that stuff.
I mean, everything's going to be limited.
You're not going to be able to drive more than a mile or so in a direction.
You're not going to be able to spend money on pizza the whole bit.
She's nailing it, Gary.
And we have to understand, Trump is showing, in my opinion, an excess of enthusiasm about cryptocurrencies, which I think is intended to be an intermediary, a bridge.
To an all-digital financial system.
She is 100% correct.
All-digital is equivalent to slavery.
It's not just digital currency.
It's digital slavery, Gary.
Every American has to understand.
This is not mysterious.
It's not complicated.
When everything's digital, they can manipulate, make decisions based on your politics, any behavior you want.
They can preclude you from buying anything they don't want you to buy.
Take guns, for example, have no doubt.
Under a digital system, say in an Obama regime, you'd be unable to buy either handguns or long guns or ammunition.
That would be the way they would do it.
And it would be virtually 100% successful.
So we can't go that way.
And I worry terribly that Trump may be the Pied Piper to move in precisely that direction.
I applaud her.
She's wonderful.
Listen to what she has to say.
Indeed.
Okay, here's a talk about an oldie from the You're both in Skull and Bones, the secret society.
It's so secret we can't talk about it.
What does that mean for America?
The conspiracy theorists are going to go wild.
I'm sure they are.
I don't know.
I haven't seen the web.
Number 322?
You both were members of Skull and Bones, a secret society at Yale.
What does that tell us?
Not much, because it's a secret.
Is there a secret handshake?
Is there a secret code?
I wish there were something secret I could manifest.
322?
A secret number?
There are all kinds of secrets, Tim, but one thing is not a secret.
I disagree with this president's direction that he's taking the country.
We can do a better job than I intend to do it.
Tim Russert, the moderator of Meet the Press and NBC's Washington bureau chief, collapsed and died early this afternoon.
Okay.
What was the proximity to his questions about skull and bones and his death, Gary?
My goodness.
Tim Rosser was one of the great truth-tellers of our time.
He was a splendid example of what journalism ought to be.
And I wouldn't be surprised if he paid for it.
John Kerry is execrable.
He's just a disgusting figure.
He came back with a great rap for being anti-war in the beginning, but he converted 180%.
He's all establishment, 100%, and W, of course, was always a dim bulb.
He was so incompetent they couldn't even entrust him with information about the plans for 9-11.
Dick Cheney is nominal vice president, but you can understand he was actually the puppet master.
W was just the puppet.
Behind the scene was running the op from a bunker beneath the White House on 9-11.
As Michael Rupert in his Magisterial War Crossing, the Rubicon documented based upon publicly available sources.
Gotta understand what's going on here.
Especially since Bush and Cheney came into office.
The American government has been working against the American people.
It's not the first, not the last, but it's a major threat we confront and the question becomes, will Trump reverse it?
We are hoping that will be the case, but I'm not holding my breath.
All right, the next clip is Kathy's contribution.
She wanted me to play this one.
So what the Coca-Cola advertisers did was they found a saint who was about to be decanonized, Santa Claus.
The Catholic Church was like, he hasn't performed a miracle in a while, let's employ him.
They grabbed him, they merged him with the story of Saint Nick, and then somebody got inspired.
And the inspiration was to merge him with Kris Kringle.
Kris Kringle was a Danish thief.
Whose job in the day was a chimney sweep.
He could pop his shoulders out and he could fit down a chimney.
He would rob your house and then work his way back up, but you'd have a clean chimney.
And they merged this together, but they then took St. Nicholas out of it.
He was usually portrayed as a young man and skinny young man in green and brown clothing.
They stuck him in Coca-Cola colors.
Red and white.
They even decided to give him some pink in his skin to keep the Coca-Cola colors going.
So they made him an old man so he could have white hair.
And then they stuck him on the bottom.
That's why periodically you'll see Santa Claus on a Coca-Cola bottle or Coca-Cola can around Christmas time.
Because they made him up.
And they transformed Christmas.
So instead of Christmas being an important event, but not an especially emotional event and especially involved event, necessarily.
I mean, there were nice traditions around it, stockings and maybe a Christmas tree.
They turned it into this thing where all of a sudden this mythical being who drinks a lot of Coca-Cola is bringing you presents.
All right.
Well, that's fascinating.
I have no idea if it's true.
Let's assume it is.
I'm not overly upset about it.
I mean, Christmas has become a celebrated occasion in Western culture, especially here in America.
This seems to me to be a nice example of a TikTok contribution where there's a massive effort to Get rid of TikTok, or at least change its ownership, because it's been a real bastion of freedom of speech.
This is a good example.
Of course, this has been run on Infowars, Alex Jones Show.
I'm glad for Alex to come back, and even though I regard him as a limited hangout, he will only go so far.
Some issues he won't address at all, including the rule of Israel, the genocide, and all that.
But nevertheless, I think he does a lot of good if you understand an approach that this is not the truth, the whole truth, and nothing.
But I think TikTok deserves to stick around.
And I thank Kathy for bringing it up because it's a fascinating story about the creation of a modern myth that, in my opinion, actually benefits The public.
I hadn't really thought about the colors being Coke colors, but that's absolutely right.
I rather enjoyed this thing.
That was very intriguing.
I don't find it threatening.
I find it fascinating.
Nice.
Thanks, Kathy, and a Happy New Year to you.
Same here.
Okay, this one's going to be nine minutes, so everyone can kick back, get their coffee.
Over the last 100 years, the Federal Reserve has created bubbles and burst them, enslaved us with debt, and destroyed our purchasing power through inflation.
Yes, it's been a wonderful lie for the bankers.
There are striking parallels in Frank Capra's It's a Wonderful Life to the lies and tricks that real bankers used to create the Federal Reserve.
Human nature doesn't change, and the greedy elite of 1913 and 2013 look and act a lot like Potter, the banker in the movie.
And many Americans are left like George Bailey, staring into the abyss as their dreams collapse and they face financial ruin.
Do we live in a country that looks a lot more like Pottersville than Bedford Falls?
What does Frank Capra's film show us about how we got here and how we can get out?
When the Federal Reserve was created two days before Christmas a hundred years ago, it was a culmination of six years of fraud, fear, and manipulation.
I've never really seen one, but that's got all the earmarks of being a run.
The Panic of 1907 was used to shape public support for the Fed.
The panic was triggered by rumors that two major banks were about to become insolvent, just as we see in the movie.
George, there is a rumor around town that you've closed your doors.
Is that true?
I am going all out to help in this crisis.
I have just guaranteed the banks sufficient funds to meet their needs.
They will close up for a week and then reopen.
Just took over the bank.
I may lose a fortune, but I am willing to guarantee your people, too.
Just tell them to bring their shares over here, and I will pay 50 cents on the dollar.
Boy, you never miss a trick, do you, Potter?
Unfortunately, J.P. Morgan got away with the deception, and was able to shut down competitors and snapped up assets at fire cell prices.
Now, take during the Depression, for instance.
You and I were the only ones that kept our heads.
You saved the building alone, I saved all the rest.
Yes, well, most people say you stole all the rest.
The envious ones say that, George?
The suckers!
Charles Lindbergh Sr. warned people at the time of the creation of the Federal Reserve that it would not stop booming bus cycles, but would actually create them in order to benefit its private owners.
Here's what he said.
To cause high prices, all the Federal Reserve Board will do will be to lower the re-discount rate.
Producing an expansion of credit and a rising stock market.
Then, when businessmen are adjusted to these conditions, it can check prosperity in mid-career by arbitrarily raising the rate of interest.
It can cause a pendulum of a rising and falling market to swing gently back and forth, or cause violent fluctuations by a greater rate variation.
And in either case, it will possess inside information as to the financial conditions and advanced knowledge of the coming change, either up or down.
This is the strangest, most dangerous advantage ever placed in the hands of a special privilege class by any government that ever existed.
The system is private, conducted for the sole purpose of obtaining the greatest possible profits from the use of other people's money.
They know in advance when to create panics to their advantage and they know when to stop panic.
Inflation and deflation work equally well for them when they control the finance.
As we see in the movie, not all lending institutions have the same motivations.
Now you take this loan here to Ernie Bishop, you know, Fella that sits around all day on his brains in his taxi, you know.
I happen to know the bank turned down this loan.
But he comes here and we're building him a house worth $5,000.
Why?
Well, I handled that, Mr. Potter.
You have all the papers there, his salary, insurance.
I can personally vouch for his character.
Friends of yours.
Yes, sir.
You see, if you shoot pool with some employee here, you can come and borrow money.
What does that get us?
A discontented, lazy rabble instead of a thrifty working class.
As a former FDIC chair said, All too often, the large banks use their models and their algorithms, and if you don't fit in their boxes, you don't get the loan.
And Dodd-Frank legislation is tying the hands of small lenders, shutting out buyers and shutting down lenders.
Today, there are fewer lenders than at any time the government has kept records.
10,000 banks disappeared between 1984 and 2011. This town needs this measly one-horse institution, if only to have some place where people can come without crawling the potter.
In the movie, George gets to see what happens to the small town if Potter didn't have competition from credit unions and smaller lenders.
If it hadn't been for you...
Yeah, if it hadn't been for me, everybody would be a lot better off.
My wife and my kids and my friends.
Look, little fella, go off and haunt somebody else.
Yeah, so you still think killing yourself would make everyone feel happier, eh?
Oh, I don't know.
I guess you're right.
I suppose it'd been better if I'd never been born at all.
Pottersville, the only businesses thriving are vice.
People are angry.
The town is filled with signs like, keep moving, keep off the grass.
Bert the cop actually shoots at George when he's running away and is no threat to anyone.
Stand back!
Everyone is a renter.
no one has a stake.
Now you're Ernie Bishop and you live in Bailey Park with your wife and kids.
Look, bud, what's the idea?
I live in a shack in Pottersville.
My wife ran away three years ago and took the kid, and I ain't never seen you before in my life, see?
Private property and everyone having a stake is the antidote to Pottersville.
Here, you're all businessmen.
But whether it's the Trans-Pacific Partnership or a global carbon tax, the global elite don't see you as a stakeholder.
They want to turn us all into serfs and treat us like cattle.
Just remember this, Mr. Potter, that this rabble you're talking about, they do most of the working and paying and living and dying in this community.
Well, is it too much to have them work and pay and live and die in a couple of decent rooms and a bath?
Anyway, my father didn't think so.
People were human beings to him, but to you, a warped, frustrated old man, they're cattle.
Well, in my book, he died a much richer man than you will ever be.
I'm not interested in your book.
I'm talking about the building and loans.
I know very well what you're talking about.
You're talking about something you can't get your fingers on.
Speaking of riches, do you find the salary amounts amusing when Potter tries to buy George off?
Let's look at your side.
Young man, 27, 28, married, making, say, 40 a week.
45. 45. Forty-five.
George, I'll start you out at twenty thousand dollars a year.
Twenty thousand?
Twenty thousand dollars a year?
You wouldn't mind living in the nicest house in town, buying your wife a lot of fine clothes, a couple of business trips to New York a year, maybe once in a while Europe.
You wouldn't mind that, would you, George?
Would I? Even if George had saved a lot of his $20,000 salary, would it have bought much a couple of decades later?
By even the government's very conservative estimate of inflation, the dollar has lost 90% of its value since 1947, when the movie was made.
The Fed's deliberate inflation is devastating to anyone trying to accumulate wealth through hard work and saving.
So what is the answer to all the George Baileys out there a hundred years after the government gave control of our money supply to private bankers like Potter?
Well, Potter had more money than he could spend.
But would any of you want to be Potter?
You sit around here and you spin your little webs and you think the whole world revolves around you and your money.
Well, it doesn't, Mr. Potter.
In the whole vast configuration of things, I'd say you were nothing but a scurvy little spider.
George Bailey finally sees how rich his own life is, as he sees the fruits of relationship, honesty, and compassion.
Hey!
Merry Christmas, Mr. Potter!
Happy New Year to you!
In jail!
Go on home, they're waiting for you!
And if the public can awaken to the lies of the Federal Reserve, if it could even be audited, it would be a huge step to breaking the chains that enslave all of us.
But ultimately, it is God that changes minds and changes hearts.
God hates oppression, and we can and should confidently pray that he will stop it.
I owe everything to George Bailey.
Help him, dear father.
Joseph, Jesus, and Mary.
Help, my friend, Mr. Bailey.
Help my son, George, tonight.
He never thinks about himself, God.
That's why he's in trouble.
George is a good guy.
Give him a break, God.
I love him, dear Lord.
Watch over him tonight.
Please, God, something's the matter with Daddy.
Please bring Daddy back.
Dear Father in Heaven, I'm not a praying man, but if you're up there and you can hear me...
For old and dry, my dear!
For old and dry, we'll bring the top of my lips.
are okay i think that was uh very very well done gary i
I think it got across the idea of the Fed and how it actually operates better than any other short piece I've ever seen.
So I believe this is a very valuable contribution to understand the situation we're in.
There have been rumors, hints, that Trump might want to abolish the Fed if only J. F. K. thought it was absurd that there should be a consortium of private banks that received interest for printing the currency of the United States when the Department of Treasury could print the currency of the United States at no interest at all,
where the vast majority We need some kind of debt jubilee or forgiveness or to print a single coin worth $41 trillion or whatever and give it to the Fed and abolish it.
That's what needs to be done.
Valuable message, very well packaged.
I thought it was extraordinary getting across a complicated message in easily understandable terms.
My congratulations.
I applaud this piece, Gary.
Well done.
Worth the time and effort without any doubt.
Thank you for this.
All right.
Okay.
The government is at it again as the EPA approves a last-minute ban on car sales by 2035, just as the administrations are about to change from Biden to Trump.
And this defies the will of millions of people who don't want to be forced to buy an electric car if you want to buy one Go buy one.
But not be forced to do that.
And the EPA has announced on Wednesday that they would approve two waivers under the California Clean Air Act that officially grants California permission to ban new gasoline-powered car sales in the state by 2035. Now this is going to impact the entire country.
It's not just going to be California or those 17 states that comply.
And as I have been saying, no brand will build a car for some states or one state Which means every brand will be forced to comply and they're not happy about this.
They lose money on every electric vehicle they sell.
And this is the destruction of the car industry by its own government.
I'll tell you what the industry is doing about this absurd last-minute rule, but first I want to remind you to like this video and subscribe to our channel to keep up with what's going on in the automotive world.
And there is plenty of news coming out.
The industry is pushing back, and NADA, which is the National Auto Dealer Association, is disappointed.
I would say that's a very light word.
I would come up with very ticked off.
That the Biden administration has granted CARB, which is the California Air Resources Board, vehicle emissions waiver allowing it to institute a ban on gasoline-powered vehicles beginning in 2026. That's pretty close because we're already driving 2026s.
And the NADA has long supported a single national fuel economy standard that is technologically feasible, economically practical, and does not restrict consumer choice.
They say we urge the incoming Trump administration to revoke this anti-consumer mandate.
And it really is anti-consumer.
The American Fuel and Petroleum Manufacturers, or AFPM, President and CEO Chet Thompson issued the following statement.
Quote, contrary to claims on the campaign trail that would never tell Americans what kind of cars we have to drive, the Biden administration and the EPA just did exactly that by greenlighting California's ban on sales of all new gasoline-powered vehicles and traditional hybrid vehicles.
So both of them would be eliminated.
EPA's authorization of the California ban and California's ban itself are unlawful.
And these policies will harm consumers, millions of whom don't even live in California, but will be forced to comply.
All right.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
I mean, I would be glad to hear more.
She's spot on.
Everything about Electric cars is catastrophic.
They're sold to us on the grounds of green energy, supposed to be non-polluting, but they're looking at the final outcome of the car.
Not talking about the process involved in its production, especially in the batteries, which involves ripping up the earth, often child slave labor involved in producing these lithium batteries.
They're inherently unstable.
They're known to burst into fire spontaneously.
If they interact with salt water, they can explode.
You can have a This happened in your garage when no one's anywhere near.
They have very limited range.
You gotta stop and you gotta recharge them for hours versus minutes filling up your gas tank.
Our whole economy is built on gas and oil and coal.
And the whole green thing is really intended to pull the rug out from a viable, stable economy.
Trump, I believe in this case, is going to eviscerate this green energy aspect.
I think he's going to be very, very good on this particular issue, which I celebrate and applaud.
But the whole idea of the EPA going ahead and rendering this judgment as we're on the verge of a transition When the public has overwhelmingly rejected electric cars, they've got dealers with millions of these cars on their lots nobody wants to buy for all the reasons I've been explaining here before.
And they're incredibly expensive.
The only reason they come down to the range they are now is because of government subsidies.
It's not sustainable.
This is one of the two or three methods you'd want to invoke if you want to destroy a society, in this case economically.
Pull the rug out from under its basic energy program, which of course the Biden admin began initially right off the bat the first day canceling the XL pipeline and Grants to drill on federal lands, all that will be restored.
I have no doubt we will become energy independent again.
And I think all this green nonsense, and Gary, it's just rubbish to the highest degree.
It is.
Political bullshit is going to disappear into the dustbin of history.
I say that with great confidence, thanks to our election of Donald Trump, who understands far better And those who are trying to destroy America, actually it's not that they lack the intelligence, it's that their goals are evil.
They want to harm America, not benefit us.
I believe in this instance we have a champion in Donald Trump.
All right, nothing lights up the comment section more than a Trump comment.
Here we go.
Former Italian Health Minister Roberto Speranza is under investigation for homicide after emails reveal that from the very start of the vaccinations, he knew the shots were killing people and gave orders to local health authorities to conceal deaths and serious side effects in order to reassure Italian citizens of their safety and to not jeopardize the vaccination campaign.
This story has been reported on both German and Italian news networks.
I will now provide an English translation.
The Rome Public Prosecutor's Office is investigating Roberto Speranza, the Italian government's health minister, during the time of COVID measures.
He was responsible for the vaccination campaign.
The investigations are the result of complaints related to the so-called AIFA emails from the Italian Medicines Agency.
The former director of AIFA, Nicola Magrini, is also under investigation.
The publication of these internal emails revealed that they had been aware of the dangers of the COVID vaccination from the start.
The accusation is that the responsible minister and the head of the drug authority knowingly and deliberately exposed the unsuspecting Italian population to this risk.
Yes, they encouraged Italians to get vaccinated.
Vaccination was even made mandatory for certain professional groups.
Consequently, many side effects, including fatal ones, came to light.
The investigations are for murder.
Serious bodily harm and more because Speranza and Magrini evidently gave instructions to the local health authorities to conceal the deaths and serious side effects that occurred immediately after the vaccinations began in order not to jeopardize the vaccination campaign and to reassure the citizens about their safety.
The responsible minister and the head of AIFA are now expected to answer for these actions, according to the complaints from the police unions and the financial police, as well as from the private organization Listen to Me, which represents 4,200 people damaged by vaccines.
In Italy, police officers and teachers were subjected to mandatory COVID vaccination.
Here is the former health minister, Roberto Speranza, proudly announcing vaccination statistics in Italy.
We have now reached a massively significant percentage of vaccinated people in Italy, 89.41%.
Therefore, currently in Italy, just over 10% of the population remains unvaccinated.
Well, today Roberto Speranza is under investigation for lies he allegedly told about vaccines.
Among the crimes he is accused of are ideological falsehood and murder.
Look, this is the document we are showing you tonight exclusively.
It states the former minister Roberto Speranza, along with Nicola Magrini, the former general manager of AIFA, are both registered in the investigative records of the Rome prosecutor's office.
Last week, the House of Representatives of the Philippines passed a resolution to investigate over 260,000 unexplained excess deaths in 2021 and 67,000 unexplained excess deaths in 2022. The next day, they were hit by a 7.6 magnitude earthquake.
Well, Greg Reese has wonderful videos.
That's a splendid example.
I'm very, very pleased.
Italy is taking control of the issue.
Just a contrast with the United States.
Joe Biden is issuing pardons.
He wants everyone who had anything to do with the mass murder of Americans to be exonerated, free from prosecution.
Quite a stunning difference.
Quite a contrast, Gary.
The Italians got it right.
Biden and company have it wrong.
And I say they deserve to be prosecuted, indicted, and punished for their crimes.
Which are so egregious it brings back to mind medieval torture chambers like the casket full of spikes.
These individuals deserve the ultimate penalty for what they have done to America and indeed the world at large.
And it goes beyond Fauci.
It goes into the World Economic Forum, the Rothschild, bankers and all that because I have no doubt they were ultimately responsible for what has come to pass.
This is a crime of unimaginable proportions and those responsible must be held to account.
Italy is setting a splendid example, Gary.
Thanks again for this excellent clip.
All right, how about a little predictive programming from The Simpsons!
How's the ice cream, kids?
Great!
Who's ready for a kitten?
I am!
Make mine Calico!
Here you go!
This whole morning has been wonderful!
Too wonderful!
You're right, this is it.
They're selling us to be crash test dummies!
Oh, please let it be Volvo!
Oh, you children are too suspicious!
It's go time.
It's shot day! - Yeah!
Welcome to Hell, Men Avenue Medical Plaza.
Children, you should be grateful you live in a country where childhood diseases have been practically...
Karate!
Ow! Gah! Ha! Ow! Oh! Hi!
That hobo skeleton is not a toy.
This is ridiculous.
Only babies and ex-junkies are afraid of needles.
Stick me, Chuckles.
Can I have a lollipop?
Well, that just leaves Bart.
Don't forget, Maggie.
Oh, I got her when your heads were turned.
Got her good.
Now, Bart, just look out the window.
It'll take your mind off the pane.
And when you're done, I've got more lollies.
No, thanks.
I already helped myself.
See you later, inoculator.
You can run, but nobody escapes the needle.
Darlene, cancel all my appointments.
But I need that kidney now.
Wow.
One way or another, I'm gonna find ya.
I wanna hit you, hit you, hit you, hit you.
One way or another, I'm gonna see ya.
I'm gonna meet ya, meet ya, meet ya, meet ya.
One way or another, I'm gonna see ya.
I wanna meet ya, meet ya, meet ya, meet ya.
One way or another, I'm gonna meet ya.
I'm gonna meet ya, I'm gonna meet ya, I'm gonna meet ya.
Ahhhh.
Black on black violence must end.
Yeah.
That was for Dr. King.
Don't feel bad, Doc.
I won't even let my mom clip my toenails.
I guess you're just too smart for me, Bart.
What?
Thanks, Barney.
Moe, we won't need you now.
Okay, well, I really enjoyed being you, Dr. Hibbert.
Oh, by the way, you're not welcome in the library no more.
I'm sorry.
Now, that wasn't so bad, was it, Bart?
You know, sometimes the fear of...
Whoa!
Something's wrong!
Ah!
Ah!
I can't hear!
Doctor, perform a diagnosis!
Hmm...
I'm afraid the inoculation has swollen his ear holes shut.
Maybe this would be a good time to talk about side effects.
The boy's hearing should clear up in a day.
If it doesn't, call me in the Bahamas.
For now, he can express himself with this complimentary pen.
Cool.
Oh, it's a good pen.
Try it out.
That was a malpractice waiver, fool!
*Groans* *Groans* *Groans* We're gonna have coronavirus?
That's how you're gonna get coronavirus!
You're gonna get coronavirus state!
That's right, you're gonna get a fucking vaccine for shit!
You love vaccines!
Go to coronavirus state and get a vaccine right now!
How dare you?
Trust me with my truth.
My daughter, your acting is worse.
And yet, I'm gonna be like once.
People are suffering.
People are dying.
The entire ecosystem is collapsing.
Down to the beginning of this mass extinction.
No way to talk about it.
It's about it.
Imperators of the eternal economic room.
How dare you!
Alright.
All right.
Well, Gary, even the symptoms can get the message across.
And yeah, that was in advance of the facts, particularly programming indeed, because the facts have been, in many cases, deadly severe.
You know, myocardiitis, among them, sudden death, look at Stu Bieter's brilliant piece on, died suddenly.
I'm telling you, this is one of the greatest forms of really depopulation, really genocide on a heretofore unimaginable scale.
It's a disgrace, Gary.
I found that entertaining in a way I've never spent time watching The Simpsons, I must confess.
But in this case, I thought they got the message across all too clearly with this evil doctor and his vax routine.
Fascinating, Gary.
Thanks for that one, too.
Okay.
Coming to the end of the show pretty quick.
All right.
No!
I just left the room where we had the negotiations about the digital identity and I have bad news.
The Member States and the European Parliament came to an agreement.
That means that probably not far from now the digital identity will be affected in the European Union.
Right after this agreement, Commissioner Breton said, now we have the digital identity wallet, we have to put something in it.
And what he meant was the digital euro, also known as the central bank digital currency.
And this is a very bad development.
They always promise us not to make this connection.
And even a lot of experts, privacy experts and security experts, warned also last week, this is a very bad idea for our privacy and our freedom.
Yeah, really encapsulating points we've already made with previous video clips and discussion, Gary.
But yeah, rejecting digital ID, rejecting digital currency.
That's absolutely a must if you want to preserve human freedom.
Otherwise, we're all turned into digital slaves.
I have no doubt about it.
There's not guesswork.
That's the agenda.
We must defeat it.
Alright, here's our final clip of the day.
It's been another good show.
I enjoy each and every one.
Dear colleagues, for having written the Gulag Archipelago, Solvhenitsyn had to leave his country and exile himself in the United States.
For having challenged British colonization, Gandhi was sentenced to six years in prison.
Today, it is not in Moscow that the founder of Telegram, Pavel Durov, has been arrested, but here in France under Emmanuel Macron.
It is not in Cuba that Elon Musk is prevented from making Twitter a space of freedom, but here in Brussels, in the Europe of Ursula von der Leyen, here in the civilization that should protect freedom of expression.
Better than he invented it.
Here, Europeans are muzzled, intimidated, and punished.
Here, the right is silenced, censored on social media, harassed by the judiciary, associations, and even banks.
It is in my country, France, that the television channel C8 has just been banned from broadcasting in almost complete silence.
It is in my country that young influencers are being banned by Instagram without any explanation.
It is in my country, the land of human rights, that the public audiovisual service, funded by our taxes, decides who speaks, what we talk about, and how we talk about it.
Yet, I tell you, opinions do not disappear just because their expression is silenced.
The more you attack us, the more numerous we will become.
You can censor us, but you cannot censor reality.
What we cannot see on television because of you.
We see in our streets every day.
You will not stop Europeans from thinking.
You will not stop Europeans from living.
You will not stop Europeans from telling you we are not criminals, but dissidents.
We will always prefer Tocqueville to Thierry Breton, Elon Musk to Ursula von der Leyen, and freedom to censorship.
All right.
Bye.
Okay, Dr. Petscher.
Well, let's see what happened, Gary.
Where am I? Let me see if I can bring it back.
Yeah.
You want to pause while we regain?
Sure.
One.
Well, she certainly had the right message, and I like the package.
She's...
Doing what you can.
Remember, it was Henry Kissinger who made the observation, facts don't matter, only perceptions.
So if you can control the media, if you can control the flow of information, You basically achieve what's often referred to as mind control because people act on their beliefs and if they entertain false beliefs then their actions are going to be inappropriate to reality.
I thought she delivered a very important message and it's indispensable.
Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, even mainstream media, if it can happen, need to be bastioned to freedom of speech, which they manifestly are not today.
And so far, it appears to me to be Elon Musk is on the right side.
He's a strong ally of Donald Trump today.
And let us hope that this is an omen of good things to come for America.
But I've got to admit, Gary, that when Trump talks about silencing student protests on the ground they're anti-Semitic, when what they're protesting is genocide, not Israel, but the actions of the government, I have to express Guam's concern, because that's the antithesis of the First Amendment.
We must allow every opinion to be expressed, no matter how strongly we may disagree.
That right to express opinions must remain inviolable.
And I'm hoping Trump will come out on the side of the Constitution and the First Amendment in a very strong, powerful way.
But I have to concede it's not a foregone conclusion that that's going to be how it plays out.
We gotta watch, wait, listen, see for our own eyes.
And if Trump deviates from the First Amendment, We must find a way to hold him accountable.
Let us hope the Supreme Court will perform its constitutional function of declaring violations of First Amendment to be illegal.
That's the way the system was arranged.
Our founding fathers were farsighted.
They understood what they were doing.
It remains the greatest political document ever conceived by The hand of man, Gary.
Thank you for all these presentations today, and it's a great way to end 2024. Let us hope 2025 brings more freedom of speech, freedom of expression, real freedom, real democracy to not just the people of America, but of the world at large, Gary.
And on that note, I wish you a most happy new year, my friend.
May 2025 be glorious for us all.
Same with you.
Appreciate all your work.
I mean, you really make the show.
I present the clips, and only Dr. Fetzer can react the way you do.
No doubt.
All right, and I want to thank everyone who comments on the show, how much they love it.
They never miss it.
There's many people who've never missed a show, so...
