	We begin with a rather stunning development.
	Which I believe may be calculated to undermine Trump's effort to end the Ukraine war.
	Biden says ending ban on Ukraine's use of long-range weapons is being worked out.
	That's from Reuters.
	Back on September 10th, U.S. President Joe Biden said Tuesday they were working out now as if the U.S. would lift sanctions on Ukraine's use of long-range weapons in its war against Russia.
	But here we have it.
	Coming to pass.

	Big trouble before exit.
	Joe Biden approves U.S. targeting systems and long-range missiles for Ukraine to strike deep inside Russia.

	It's not just Joe Biden per se.
	He is simply a useful pawn.
	This action is coming from people deep inside the intelligence community at the State Department who are committed to fomenting a serious conflict with Russia and Vladimir Putin as the White House is about to change hands.
	We previously said to watch out for this lame duck session.
	In response to a previous discussion about this, President Putin said he had clear eyes on what long-range missile deployment inside Ukraine really meant.
	Ukraine does not have the targeting systems or satellites to use long-range missiles for strikes into Russia.
	If long-range missiles are used by Ukraine.
	They originate from the U.S. NATO, and they're deployed with the targeting of U.S. NATO. Putin has clearly stated, if such weapons were used, Russia will not pretend or ignore that this is a direct provocative engagement by NATO against Russia.
	Knowing this, the people around Joe Biden have just deployed exactly what Putin warmed against.
	The move precedes by two months a return to the White House of President-elect Donald Trump, who has signaled he intends to end the war between Russia and Ukraine without offering details.
	But look, here we have the precursor for direct conflict.
	Biden approved U.S. military advisers in Ukraine.
	Biden approved U.S. GBR long-range missiles for Ukraine.
	CIA interfered in the Georgia election and failed.
	CIA interfered in the Modavian election and succeeded.
	Biden is departing the White House.
	This is the most dangerous time.
	Putin might take so much before he strikes hard.
	Our government is under the control of the intel community.
	Of course, this comes as we know Russia has unleashed a massive strike on Ukraine.
	120 missiles and 90 drones, killing seven crippling Ukraine's power grid.
	Air defenses purportedly intercepted 140.
	104 missile, but Kiev and several regions suffered severe damage, prompting emergency blackouts.
	Here's a video.
	Russia unleashed the largest wave of airstrikes on Ukraine in almost three months in the early hours of Sunday morning.
	Ukrainian officials said 120 missiles and 90 drones were deployed in a sweeping overnight attack that targeted critical infrastructure.
	Several people have already been reported dead around the country, from Lviv in the west to Dnipro-Petrovsk in the southeast.
	This footage shows missiles being shot down over the capital, Kiev.
	Let me just add.
	I had a wonderful conversation with Jerome Corsi, who co-authored the new book on the JFK headshots with David W. Manick, who's the leading expert on the medical evidence, and much to my surprise, when I began this show by talking about these developments, Corsi was all over it.
	He gave an insightful analysis about how If you're going to make major moves to reorganize the government, you should simply take the actions, not announce them in advance, because they allow the other side to strike back.
	Trump has made it very clear there are a lot of generals who are going to be fired or sacked or even tried for treason.
	They don't want to lose their jobs.
	They'd be all up for Inciting a war that's gonna lock Trump in, making it impossible for him to resolve the war with Russia and Ukraine.
	And they think secure their positions against his retaliation.
	I think this is rather fascinating.

	I gotta say, I like that, given there's a horrendous amount of reporting here about the staffing of the cabinet and all that, suggesting he's on a war path to go against, you know, make war with Iran especially.
	Meanwhile, the Israeli-Iran war alive, and a Tehran top secret nuclear site was blown up in the attack.
	I've heard conflicting stories about this, that it was Americans who were doing the targeting and they got the wrong coordinates.
	I can't believe that.
	I think instead what we have going on here was a deliberate using the occasion to take out An Iranian nuclear development facility.
	Meanwhile, Iran expands its no-fly zones to four additional areas.
	There's global fury after the Department of State claims Israel is not violating international or U.S. law by blocking Gaza aid when in fact it was doing both.
	This will be the Biden administration's legacy, unconditional support for war crimes and complicity and genocide.
	Human rights advocates around the world reacted angrily to Tuesday's State Department determination that Israel is not violating humanitarian law, even as it forces annihilate Gaza and blockade from entering the embattled Palestinian enclave.
	Last month, The Biden admin, which has approved tens of billions of dollars in military aid for Israel and provided virtually unconditional diplomatic support since October 2023, sent a letter to the Israeli government threatening to cut off U.S. arms transfers if it failed to take urgent and sustained action to improve humanitarian conditions in Gaza within 30 days.
	Last, during a Tuesday press conference, if the Israeli government had met the letter's demands, State Department spokesman Vedant Patel said, we have not made an assessment that they are in violation of U.S. law.
	It is absurd.
	The disrespect for government, for law, has just become monstrous.

	A number of videos circulating show swarms of young men, mostly dressed in black, with masks and stocking caps, or draped in Israeli flags, pummeling an unknown Frenchman who was beaten to the ground.
	The extent of injuries remains unknown.
	The skirmish that took place at Thursday's UEFA National League Soccer Game between France and Israel at the Stade de France, which drew the smallest crowd in history to the threat of hooligan violence.
	But though the streets of Paris were heavily patrolled by thousands of police and security guards to protect visiting Israelis, fans of the home team received no such security.
	When Maccabi Tel Aviv fans began raining down blows on their unnamed victims, the police were nowhere to be found.
	Some of the videos showed terrified fans fleeing an area in the stands that was overrun by a hostile Maccabee mob sprinting across the upper deck while thousands of fans booed loudly from below.
	The scene seemed more reminiscent of a political street fight that took place in Weimar, Germany in the early 1930s than at a football match in 2024.
	The ensuing mayhem was described by Hanhus.
	It was a football match between Israel and France yesterday.
	A horde of Israeli supporters openly lynched some French supporters in the stand.
	Macron himself was in attendance at the Met to show his commitment to fighting anti-Semitism after Amsterdam.

	It's Israelis who are brutalizing those they regard as their enemies in order to create an incident they want to claim to be anti-Semitism.

	Meanwhile, A jury is awarded $42 million to three Iraqi men who were tortured at Abu Ghraib by a defense contractor.
	We all remember the horrors of Abu Ghraib.
	Released photos documenting torture of prisoners at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq discussed that many people could look beyond the war propaganda to feel sympathy for their fellow human beings.
	Even if it was assumed the people pictured in the midst of their torture were themselves guilty of heinous crimes, an assumption that lacked foundation, the torture was a breach of civilized behavior.
	Two decades later, some accountability has been meted out by a jury in Alexandria, Virginia.
	The jury decided Uzeh, the military contractor, CACI Premier Technology Incorporated, is liable to pay a total of $42 million in damages.
	Sublai al-Shima, Saha Halila, and Saib Zubha, three former detainees at Abu Ghraib in the 2003-2004 time period, We brought a lawsuit against the companies that employed, worked as interrogators at the prison.
	Does that suggest that perhaps in two decades, we're gonna get compensation for the January 6th prisoners?

	News broke that Trump attacked little Marco Rubio as Secretary of State, then a mini Goebbels himself, Stephen Miller as his Deputy Chief of Staff, quickly followed by the termagnet from Albany, Elise Stefanik as UN Ambassador.
	Resume Embellisher John Bradcock at the CIA, Christian fundamentalist Mike Huckabee as Ambassador to Israel, and Fox News star Pete has to run the Pentagon.
	The fantasy has dissolved into another bad trip.
	Like capitalism itself, neoconservatism seems endlessly adaptable, capable of filling any void, assuming any visage, from Brunshill to Hillary.

	There's no pretense of intellectualism.

	You know, frankly, and this is going to sound a little strange, but frankly, I sort of, I don't want to say wish, but it may have been shrewder to have floated a more blob-like attorney general for six weeks promising Gates on the back end this was going to happen And then doing a last-minute switcheroo,
	because my concern is there is going to be a Dante's Inferno-sized fire cloud rising out of the block of the DOJ building in Washington, just a few streets down from the Capitol building, because they are not going to allow a single book to remain intact with someone like Matt Gaetz there.
	I would not be surprised if ethics probes or crisis launched, if there's a promise for second, third, and fourth houses as well as yachts and paid for private education for various pivot members of the Senate in order to block the confirmation.
	There is going to be a campaign like holy hell that will be raised against Gates because This is probably the most powerful position in the cabinet, insofar as every other federal agency depends on the Justice Department's enforcement and the Justice Department's consent.
	And Gates is totally based, and he will be unleashed without mercy on corruption.
	So I think that this is such an incredible Thor hammer blow I think that's a wonderful assessment, yes.

	President-elect Donald Trump has nominated Matt Gaetz to be next Attorney General of the U.S. Many Americans are appalled and offended.

	On paper, Gaetz is qualified.
	His resume is paper.
	He operates under a dark, loud controversy.
	I'll add this.
	If Gates is found criminally guilty of any of the things he's been alleged or committed, he's automatically disqualified.

	He's not been found guilty of anything.
	And in America, you are innocent until proven guilty.
	The House Ethic Committee is not a court of law.
	It is, however, a highly politicized body.
	There are those clamoring for the House Ethic Committee to release a report.
	There's no doubt the report was repaired by political enemies of Matt Gaetz.
	He's now resigned from his seat in Congress.
	Ethics Committee no longer has jurisdiction.
	The politicized report should be consigned to the trash bin of history.
	It's like the January 6th report, where Liz Cheney played such a role, all designed to smear Trump.
	Even though he did not incite what was not an insurrection, it was all overblown for political purposes.
	If Matt Gaetz has committed a crime, then he should be charged in criminal court otherwise.
	Sit down and shut up.

	Harris's race and gender was how Biden got stuck with her in the first place.
	An amazing choice for VP, considering that she'd accused him of racism during the primary and that she hadn't won a single vote.
	And that's true.
	She never won a single vote for president at any caucus or any primary.
	She even dropped out before Iowa.
	This is how Democrats Ended up trying to dingbat, who cheered on the BLM riots, enthusiastically released violent criminals from prison, insisted on taxpayer-funded sex-change operations for prisoners and illegal aliens, compared ICE agent to Ku Klux Klan, completely believed Jussie Smoltz's hoax hate crime, supported defunding the police and said she wanted to decriminalize illegal immigration.
	Indeed.
	Harris was the lead player in the administration's decision to defy federal law and fling open the border, sending millions of foreign criminals and mental patients to every corner of America.
	The Democrats' obsession with dragging in the third world is itself part of the party DEI framework.

	When Biden and Harris came in, DEI was instantly made a priority of every government organ, the military, NASA, FEMA, the judiciary, on and on.
	An astonishing 66% of Biden's judicial appointees have been non-white.

	Biden's one Supreme Court appointee was, of course, a black woman, despite the fact that only 2% of the nation's lawyers are black women.
	But he promised during the primary to exclude 98% of lawyers from consideration.
	In congressional testimony, Biden's FEMA administrator, Deanne Criswell, herself a diversity pick.
	stated that FEMA's number one goal was to instill equity as a foundation of emergency management.
	She boasted that she was prioritizing the hiring of non-whines.
	When her agency subsequently failed in its response to Hurricane Helene, Criswell attacked anyone who mentioned her equity agenda as spreading disinformation.
