	Well, this is Jim Pitzer, your host on Authentic News, this 15th day of October 2024, right here on RBN Live.
	We begin with a rather ominous development, the Biden admin, the Department of Defense's Issued a new directive that permits military intervention in U.S. domestic affairs.
	Not a good sign.
	Here's what Paul Craig Roberts writes about it.
	Department of Homeland Security has flagged individuals questioning COVID-19 origins, vaccine efficiency, and election integrity as potential domestic terrorist threats.
	Is a coup being set in place?
	A new DOD directive, 5240-01, issued September 27, 2024, just prior to the November presidential election, allows the U.S. military to use lethal force against American citizens in assisting police authorities in domestic disturbances.
	A report on this development lists these civil liberties concerns.
	Right to protest.
	The fears that expanding authority could suppress legitimate privacy rights.
	Increased military involvement in domestic intel gathering could infringe on privacy.
	Due process. The military role in law enforcement could bypass standard due process protection.
	Freedom of speech.
	The broad definition of national security is that it can target individuals for their legal beliefs.
	Civilian control.
	Expanded military rule could erode civilian oversight on the military.
	And, most obviously, the act contradicts posse comitatus, which limits the power of the government to use military for domestic law enforcement.
	In fact, it precludes it.
	In my opinion, this is Biden had been setting up for massive protests when they steal the election in 2024.
	We could not have a more clear indication of their intent to steal the election at 2024, just as they did 2022, just as they did 2020.
	Beware. And how do we know they should be setting up?
	Well, we have story after story.
	Here we have Sample Bank Kamal Harris' poll numbers plummet, leaving Democrats in turmoil.
	My clarifying that they can hard look at Kamal Harris' dismal poll numbers, the news might as well have been delivered on a grim-faced telegram.
	The former NBC commentator and author suggests Harris is facing an uphill battle reminiscent of an epic fail at a carnival game.
	Dismissing her as a candidate that seemed more like a science experiment gone wrong.
	Halperin reported her internal polling is leaving her advisers being less like strategists and more like onlookers at a train wreck.
	We've actually reviewed what he had to say yesterday already, but it's very, very serious, very, very real.
	Even Barack Obama has growing concern as Kamala faces black voter disconnect.
	Barack Obama seems to have finally discovered the emperor wears no clothes specifically.
	He's cast his eyes upon the struggling candidacy of Kamala Harris.
	A former president recently took a moment to address supporters, and it was clear that panic had begun to creep into the Democrat camp.
	Instead of issuing a glowing endorsement, he felt compelled to warn that Harris is losing her footing among black voters, particularly the brothers.
	It turns out there's more to discuss than the state of the nation.
	The election is shaping up to be a tough sell for Harris.
	And, of course, that's because she's as phony as a $3 bill.
	We used to say, too, but there are bona fide $2 bills.
	She's as phony as a $3.

	Give me a break.
	Democrat V.P. Harris will sit down, Fox Channel, chief political anchor, Brett Mayer, for an interview Wednesday in Pennsylvania.
	That's tomorrow.

	VP Harris in a showdown against the dynamic Senator J.D. Vance, they mean here, walls, appeared flustered and ill-prepared, meaning their attempt to sway the crowd fell flat, even with CBS moderators trying to stack the tech.
	Unbelievable how bad it has been.
	Meanwhile, the situation abroad?
	There's a development in relation to the war with Russia.
	A striker, APC, known as the Archangel of Special Forces, with a crew of American servicemen was destroyed in the Kursk region.
	What, you didn't think Americans were fighting in Ukraine?
	Evidence has emerged of the involvement of American troops in the attack on the Kursk region, an armored personnel carrier.
	With an entirely American crew.
	Was shot down in the Glushkovi district.
	This is reported by the TG channel Archangel of Special Forces.
	According to the channel, recently in the Glushkovi district of Kirsch, our soldier destroyed an American strike or armored personnel carrier with American crew of eight.
	The crew also burned in the forest plantations.
	But American weapons were found with them and in the armored car, something like a drill note as well as other documents.
	One of the deceased was identified from the lift, an American serviceman, Brandon Sanchez, who joined the ranks of the Army back in 2013.
	Since it was recently revealed that Americans were among the main orchestrators of the Ukraine nationalist attack on the Kursk region, it was expected that American servicemen also took part in the attack.
	Did you know we're fighting the Russians in Ukraine?
	Have you heard the Congress make a declaration of war?
	What the hell is going on?
	Meanwhile, Ukraine caused major fire in a Crimean oil depot where hundreds have been evacuated.
	Ukraine helped hit Russian forces very hard, striking an oil depot in the disparate Crimean territory occupied by the Russians in 2014.
	Actually, it's been annexed as a part of Russia in accordance with international law.
	A Ukrainian drone site On October 7th, ignited a massive fire at the largest fuel depot when Russia occupied Crimea.
	Actually, Russia owned.
	It's a part of Russia.
	The early morning attack, part of Ukraine's ongoing effort to undermine Russian military logistics, triggered explosions and led to the evacuation of hundreds of residents.
	But the Russians are prevailing handily.
	Meanwhile, we have Scott Ritter, Reporting that we are one stroke of the pen away from nuclear war.
	Very troubling.
	Here we have Scott.
	Injecting here into the hearts of anybody listening because you should be very afraid.
	I'll just start off by saying that the world is not a safer place than it was the last time I spoke.
	In fact, it's even more dangerous.
	The situation in Ukraine continues to manifest itself in a manner which puts us on the cusp of immediate nuclear war, not something to be looking at the future.
	One stroke of a pen authorizing long-range weapons built by NATO in the United States, targeted by NATO in the United States to be fired into Russia, will Generate a Russian response that will lead us to a war between Russia and NATO, which will lead us to a nuclear exchange, which will lead us to a general nuclear war, which will kill us all.
	If you haven't read it, I just advise everybody to go out and get a copy of Andy Jacobson's book, Nuclear War Scenario.
	I bought it last Sunday, read it twice in the same day, and I'm going to read To sink into every cell in my body.
	That we are all going to die if there's a nuclear war.
	And if we don't change the policies that we have in place today, there will be a nuclear war.
	So your death is inevitable.
	I'm speaking to dead people.
	Now, normally that's a normal statement.
	We all will die. None of us are immortal.
	But I'm speaking to people who are going to die unnatural deaths.
	Every person listening here will die an unnatural death if we allow these policies to continue.
	But it's gotten even more dangerous.
	Because something that hasn't been heralded in the press is the fact that Iran is now a nuclear power.
	Iran hasn't admitted this in so many words, but consecutive statements made by senior Iranian officials have certified that the fatwa that has been in existence since Ayatollah Khomeini's time is subject to reversal under certain circumstances.
	And one of those circumstances is when the enemy seeks to use a type of weapon against you, you can use that type of weapon against the enemy.
	Israel has nuclear weapons.
	Israel is threatening to attack Iran's nuclear weapons facilities.
	As Helga mentioned, these facilities, many of them are not conducive to conventional strike.
	So therefore, if you're threatening to strike the facilities to take them out, you're Threatening to use weapons capable of accomplishing that mission, which means you're threatening to attack Iran with nuclear weapons.
	That is a statement of fact.
	It's not up for debate. Ask Donald Trump why he changed the American nuclear employment posture when he was president.
	And the reason why is he had to incorporate two new categories of nuclear weapons that were capable of destroying Iran's nuclear facilities.
	One is a A variant of the B61 bomb, which is a gravity bomb dropped by certain American aircraft, including the B2 bomber.
	This B61 variant was adapted to be a bunker buster, to have penetration capability, specifically designed to destroy Iran's underground nuclear facilities.
	We built the weapon, we deployed the weapon, and we have plans to use the weapon.
	So when you hear Donald Trump, the candidate, say, Israel should hit Iran's nuclear sites.
	What he's saying is Israel should nuke Iran's nuclear sites because the only way you can hit Iran's nuclear sites is to use a nuclear weapon.
	And he can't claim ignorance on the matter because he personally signed off on the adaptation of America's nuclear employment plan to incorporate weapons that are nuclear in nature because they're the only weapons to take out.
	So he is encouraging Israel to launch a nuclear strike against Iran.
	Last May, former Foreign Minister of Iran, currently a senior member of the Expediency Discernment Council, a senior decision-making body within the Iranian governmental structures mandated by the Iranian Constitution to provide advice to the Supreme Leader, said that basically Iran Even though this Fatwa exists, the Fatwa is reversible, and under certain circumstances, Iran could consider pursuing a nuclear weapon.
	This was echoed by a senior officer in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Command this past summer.
	We said that if Israel attacks Iran with a nuclear weapon, Iran will develop a nuclear weapons capability.
	The Iranian parliament has debated the issue and has sent a recommendation to the supreme leader to withdraw from the nonproliferation treaty and to begin building nuclear bombs.
	And the Iranians again have come out and said that if Israel threatens them, Take it for granted, Scott Ritter is by far the most informed about these issues.
	Even Trump is encouraging Israel to attack Iran with nukes.
	Iran has the capacity to respond with nukes.
	And as Scott Ritter observed, once this begins, the escalation is inevitable and we're all dead.
	That's the bottom line, my friends.
	I appreciate again why I conclude every show by encouraging you to spend as much time as you can with the people you love and care about because we do not know how much time we have left.
	And when you put together this change in DOD doctrine where they can use the military to kill Americans if they protest for these various groups that have already been designated as terrorist groups.
	They're going to kill us if we protest.
	They're stealing another election.
	If Trump is, but it appears even if Trump is reelected, that he might go forward in encouraging Israel, in which case the outcome in terms of nuclear events is predictably the same as it is under Harris Walsh, except Harris is an idiot.
	Walsh is completely incompetent.
	The idea of entrusting the nation's future to a miserable individual like these is disgusting and an insult.
	Meanwhile, Erwin declares, Iran and Syria should respond to Israel's Damascus strike, where the U.S. said, boy, about 100 troops operated, advanced anti-missile system in Israel amid heightened tensions.
	Yes, it's taking place.
	Ritter again reveals NetYahu's disastrous defeat.
	Israeli tanks smash into UN peacekeeper base in southern Lebanon.
	40 nations contributing to Lebanon peacekeeping force condemn the Israeli attacks.
	Jews declare war on UN. Tanks break into peacekeeper base by Andrew Englund.
	Let's pick up the story there.
	NetYahu threatens Chief Guterres to immediately remove UN peacekeepers stationed in southern Lebanon.
	This comes after Israeli forces repeatedly hit UN positions, deliberately shot at cameras and lights of UN bases, and wounded several peacekeepers.
	Here's Bibi telling the UN what to do.
	I'd like to appeal directly to the UN Secretary General.
	It is time for you to remove UNIFIL from Hezbollah's strongholds and from the fighting areas.
	The IDF has repeatedly asked for this and has been met with repeated refusals, all aimed at providing a human shield to Hezbollah terrorists.
	The refusal to evacuate the Unifold soldiers makes them hostages of Hezbollah.
	This endangers both them and the lives of our soldiers.
	Mr. Secretary General, get the Unifold forces out of harm's way.
	It should be done right now, immediately.
	Just bear in mind, when nuclear war breaks out, the guy most responsible of all for the death that's going to ensue is that man right there.

	UN Inquiry accuses Israel of extermination in Gaza.
	Investigators say Israeli attacks on healthcare system in the besieged trip amount to war crimes.

	A UN inquiry has accused Israel of extermination and war crimes over its destruction of Gaza's medical system.
	Navi Pillai, a former UNI Commissioner for Human Rights and Chair of the Inquiry, said Israel had carried out relentless and deliberate attacks on medical personnel and facilities since October 2023.
	Children in particular have borne the brunt of these attacks, suffering both directly and indirectly from the collapse of the health system, she said, in a statement from the United Nations.
	Meanwhile, Haaretz, Israeli government done with ceasefire talks, seeks annexation of Gaza.

	Israeli defense official told Herat Sante the Israeli government is not seeking to revive ceasefire talks with Hamas and is now pushing for the gradual annexation of large portions of the Gaza Strip.

	Israeli newspaper Yaduth Aronath has reported Israeli forces and Jubal are carrying out a scaled-down version of the general's plan, an outline for the complete ethnic cleansing of northern Gaza and killing of any Palestinians who choose to stay, whether by military action or starvation.
	This is what is going on.
	The UN's World Food Program said Saturday, no food aid has entered northern Gaza since October 1st.

	Well, maybe that's a good way of doing that.
	But in foreign affairs, the Black Caucus got Haiti because people in Haiti are black and for no other reason.
	The Save the Whales crowd got Norway and sometimes Japan.
	Multiple franchises were given to different groups on China, religious freedom, protectionist economic interests, and so forth.
	And in the Middle East, virtually everybody in authority is a Zionist, many of them Jewish, some not, committed Zionists, meaning that they listen to the government of Israel and they take direction from it.
	And so, if you have somebody going to Lebanon, supposedly to mediate You know I need someone.
	When I was younger, so much younger than today, I never needed anybody's help in any way.
	But now these days are gone and I'm not so self-assured.

	Well, we have a report that Biden warns Iran against going after Trump, but I guarantee you this is propaganda.
	Iran isn't going after Trump.
	This is just an attempt to make the American people think Iran is going after Trump, so we'll feel resentment toward Iran so that when the U.S. assists Israel in nuking Iran, we're going to be supportive of it.
	It is bull.
	U.S. President Biden has told the White House National Security Council to warn Iran against trying to assassinate Donald Trump, then which the Biden admin would like nothing more.
	The message the President wanted to be relayed to Tehran was Washington would treat any attempt on the life of his predecessor or that of any other former American official as an act of war.
	The Washington Post wrote Friday, He cited National Security Council's spokesman, Sean Savet, who insists that Biden has directed every resource To make sure the Republican nominee is well protected and in security detail receives intelligence data in a timely manner about any dangers he might face.
	Aha! That's what they're telling you.
	That's what they'd like you to believe.
	Meanwhile, Al Jazeera asks, will escalating violence in the Middle East affect the U.S. elections?
	Arab voters have expressed frustration with Vice President Kamala Harris' continued support for Israel's war in Gaza.
	Here is my take.
	It's going to depress Democrat support for Kamala because there are many Democrats who think the war is wrong, especially those with an Arab heritage or background, or anyone who believes in human rights and international law.
	With the United States presidential election, that's four weeks away, this was published on the 12th, analysts caution that Israel's expanding military campaign across the Middle East could Bruise the chants of the Democrat candidate, Vice President Kamala Harris.
	Warren policy is rarely a top priority for U.S. voters, but Israel's year-long war in Gaza, as well as its intent bombing campaign in Lebanon, has burnt question about the U.S. role in the conflict.
	We should not be there any more than we should be in Ukraine.

	These foreign involvements with regard to Ukraine is going to increase Trump's support.
	Regarding Israel slaughtering Palestinians, it's going to decrease Democrat support.
	Both are reason to think Trump is going to have a landslide, but yet they're going to steal it.
	They're indicating by this DOD policy of being able to use lethal force against Americans who protest.
	And remember, they're already designating large swaths of Americans as potential terrorists because they don't like their politics.
	Meanwhile, A video highlights the deterioration of the woke military under Biden-Harris.
	Yes, it was inevitable.
	Under the Biden-Harris regime, the military mission has moved away from defending our nation as it's morphed into a lab for social engineering.
	White House National Security and Communication Advisor John Kirby has defended woke policies in the U.S. military, saying the Biden-Harris admin absolutely believes that diversity, equity, and inclusion is important in the armed forces.
	Gateway Pundit obtained an exclusive letter from Congressman Matt Gaetz to the Secretary of the Air Force expressing serious concern over the Department of the Air Force diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility strategic plan for 2023.
	Rather than focusing on building better soldiers and leaders for fighting wars, some commanders are using their time to attack conservatives and Republican presidential nominee.

	We don't get them out of there for 20 or 30 years.
	We saw that with Trump in Afghanistan, where Trump was directly ordering the Pentagon to remove the troops from Afghanistan, and they were absolutely directly disobeying him and countermanding his order in Afghanistan.
	So now that there are troops, you know, someone would say, oh, it's only 100.
	Let me tell you, 100 troops turns into 1,000, turns into 5,000, turns to 10,000 in about three months, right?
	So how do we get these troops out?
	I'm afraid that it's too long.
	I've been saying for many months now, this is just me, that there is a bigger issue that in some ways we're being distracted by the selection.
	If World War III is on the ballot, I can't vote for it.

	And remember, we had this striker team taken out in Kursk.
	I mean... That's an American military vehicle taken out in Russia.

	I don't like what I'm hearing about this son-in-law thing again.
	I mean, that was the first roll down the hill when he started screwing around with him.
	That's when he first started going backwards.
	Yeah. I don't think he has any role in any administration in the United States, in my opinion.
	He should have no role, period.

	But at one press conference where he was there with the lady, I forget her name, and Fauci, Deborah, what's her name, and Fauci, And, uh, and, uh, uh, Pence.
	And Trump said, right on the air, you know, right in the middle of the press conference, he says, well, I wish somebody would have let me know about it.
	I mean, right there, he's telling you that they're doing things behind his back that they don't know about.
	And what's the first thing this shift said?
	This shift said, if Trump gets in, we're going to give him false reports and, uh, uh, things like that.
	We're not going to inform him about what's going on in the armed services or whatever it was.
	Yeah. There's some disgusting traitors like, ship is just as bad as it gets.
	Terrible. Yeah. So, you know, Trump right there in that press conference, you could see that he wasn't being told about certain things.
	So when people say, well, Trump was there and he approved it, well, they're probably, in my opinion, they're probably telling Trump, boy, this is great stuff.
	This is great. You've got to do it.
	Go do it. And then Trump's standing there like, how come you guys didn't tell me about it?

	Last year, his organization generated $700 million in revenues across golf clubs in the state.
	And what that does, Jim, it creates hundreds and hundreds of jobs across the board, generates millions of dollars of tax revenues for cities and states, etc.
	And there's a domino of Suppliers, money, and other people.
	So the value of what Trump does goes far beyond ties in China.
	It goes into the real value that it does.
	It's petty, it's childless, and it shows no knowledge of the business world because that was pretty evident.
	One last thing. There's also discussion about trying to get conservatives and liberals together to sing kumbaya and come together and fight the power.

	I just want to Remind people that the old saying is keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
	He has all of these people coming at him.
	The bankers run everything.
	He knows he's been dealing with them since he's been in the construction business and knows who's running the money.
	So, of course, he might say things that might not really be what we want to hear completely, but we don't know what's going on in the background either.
	He's still being facilitated in many ways, I think.
	And I would just say that all we can do is give him one more chance.
	And having the election so compromised with these machines, it's going to be an interesting time two weeks down the road.
	And I'm dealing with the same thing up here in northern Michigan with our county clerk who was going to retire, and she picked someone she wanted to Take her place, and he didn't get the vote.
	He's a DEI guy, so we would have a really compromised county here to begin with.
	This is a county that Mike Lindell flew into, Antrim County, and had a lot of issues with the voting systems, and this clerk decided she I was going to be a write-in because the person that won was going to want to have ballot counting and other things that weren't occurring in this county.
	And this current clerk has been there for 45 years.
	And so she wants to go back in and then be able to pick her own selection like it's her office.

	They actually did in 1992 in Florida with Hurricane Andrew, which is believed to have struck an area that had been told that they weren't at any major hurricane risk.
	And it struck with 300-plus mile-an-hour wind, apparently.
	And there were thousands of deaths.
	And the FEMA showed up, and they ignored the wounded, and they carried off the bodies.
	And they ignored the wounded, and they would threaten to shoot them, kind of thing.
	It's posted on State of the Nation, which I understand is a site that's fairly well vetted.
	And so I think that we need to look at the fact that they tried to divide and conquer.
	That is their strategy for centuries, divide and conquer.

	And so if we look at the White Yeti's exposés on how much the Constitution was conscribed and then violated repeatedly to take our nation down the direction they wanted it to go and to rip us of all of our assets and take it back to Europe or wherever they were going to take it, we need to get the liberals educated that Look at what happened on Andrew.

	And we have to get on the same page.
