	It's October the 14th, Columbus Day, and what a time this would be for Columbus to come back and see what has happened to the world that he discovered.
	I mean, it's something else.
	It's changed during quite serious times right now, discussing world war potentials.
	So, Jim, I know that you've got more to say here, so go for it.

	Well, we're turning to U.S. politics.
	Private bullying spells disaster from Kamala, according to political analysts.
	The guy who first predicted Joe Biden's withdrawal revealed that private bullying he's seen suggests that Harris is in serious trouble.
	According to Breitbart, Newsmax commentator, former political director for ABC News, Mark Halpern, gave his analysis.
	Halpern said internal polling could see Harris lose all but one of the seven swing states in this election, as her current lead on the national popular vote is not enough to win the Electoral College against former President Trump.
	The New York Times poll shows we're up three nationally.
	We all know three is like a bubble point, right?
	If you're up three, you've got a chance to win the Electoral College, but they'd rather be at four.
	They don't want to be at two.
	Three's right on the bubble.
	I'm not saying that Times poll is right, but it's in line with international.
	We all know from our contacts in both campaigns, Pennsylvania is tough for her right now.
	And without Pennsylvania, there are paths, but there aren't many.
	There is no path without Wisconsin.
	So you see here, Tammy Baldwin's Senate campaign poll shows Harris down three in Wisconsin.
	We all said yesterday, Wisconsin and Michigan are looking worse for Harris than before.
	Baldwin's campaign had previously shared internal polling with both Wall Street and Axios, showing Harris losing to Trump in the state.
	Baldwin herself with a mere two-point lead over Republican challenger Eric Hovde.
	Such results in private polls align with the trend in public.
	Pollsters like Quinnipiac and Emerson College, showing Trump gaining momentum in most of the swing states, either now leading Harris or Titan enough to win the Electoral College.
	I just saw a new private polling, very robust.
	She's in a lot of trouble, said Alper, and the conversation I'm having with Trump people and Democrats are extremely bullish on Trump's chances in the last 48 hours.
	Extremely.
	You'd think in the seven battleground stage, which one is Harris in danger or losing?
	I'd say Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, North Carolina, and Georgia.
	I'm not saying she'll lose all six, but she's in danger.
	If Harris were to lose those six, but pulled Nevada out, And it's remarkable because I have opposite data showing Trump is way ahead in Nevada, and the result would be an exact repeat of the 2016 election, with Trump winning 306 to Harris 232 electoral votes.
	Halperin was the first commentator to correctly predict Biden would withdraw following his disastrous performance in the debate with Trump.
	He first claimed on July 18.
	His sources told him about the impending withdrawal.
	He made it official on July 21 with a written statement on X, followed by an address from the Oval Office.
	Actually, no, it was a statement, a printed statement.
	What happened in X was his endorsement for Kamala.
	Other indicators have shifted heavily in Trump's favor.
	The betting market has Trump at a 55% chance of winning his highest mark yet in betting odds.
	Meanwhile, the predictive model run by the Daily Mail and jail partners gives him a 59% chance of winning, and it's only going up.
	Meanwhile, as CNN polls explain why Democrats are bedwetting over the latest election numbers, Harris is doing far worse than Biden in 2020 or Hillary in 2016.
	CNN poll analyst Harry Enten said bullying in the election is turning against Democrats and they're wetting their bed over it.
	Enten explained in a segment Friday, Democrats were worried about polls showing movement in support of Trump in the battleground states surrounding the Great Lakes.
	If Kamala wins these three, she most likely gets 270.
	But three weeks ago, she was ahead by two in Pennsylvania, two in Wisconsin, three in Michigan.
	Look where we are today.
	The race is even tighter.
	One point in Pennsylvania, one in Wisconsin, one in Michigan.
	Look, that's limited movement.
	But in here, when the race has been so static, we're taking one-point movement, two-point movement.
	We see movements in all three.
	It said that public polling was more likely reflective of private polling by the Democrats than compared current standing of the Harris campaign to that of Democrats of recent elections.
	We're going to have to look at an average across the three states, right?
	Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, an average on October 11th.
	What do you see?
	Well, if you look eight years ago, Hillary was way in front.
	She was up by eight.
	You go four years ago, Biden was up by an average of seven.
	Yet, come today, it's just one point for Kamala across those three battleground states.
	Point shows far more Democrats would be upset if Trump won than a percentage of Republicans who'd be worried if Harris were elected.
	I think this is really the type of thing that gets Democrats to worry.
	The simple fact that Harris is doing considerably worse than either Biden or Clinton.
	And that's where it stands pretty much.
	Meanwhile, did ABC break the law?
	Shady debate tactics spark major complaints with the FCC and the FEC. Remember the highly contingent presidential debate September 10th?
	Hosted by ABC, moderated by David Muir and Lindsay Davis.
	During the debate, the moderators spent more time fact-checking former President Trump than focusing on Vice President Harris.
	Making it like a 90-minute campaign ad for Harris.
	In fact, they fact-checked Trump five or six times Harris' zero.
	The Center for American Rights wasn't too pleased with how it all went and filed complaints with the Federal Communication Commission and the Federal Election Commission, calling for someone to hold ABC accountable for a potentially illegal campaign donation and a violation of their broadcast license.
	Broadcast airwaves are different from the web or your blog.
	You can't just grab a corner of the internet and say whatever you want.
	Broadcast airwaves are public property.
	That's why the FCC licenses them to broadcaster with the understanding they'll actually serve the public interest.
	And surprise, surprise, hosting a bias debate doesn't exactly fall under public service.
	Then, sir, attorney for Center for American Rights made it clear.
	Debates must be fair and impartial, and when you fail, there must be accountability from the regulator.
	Coindes, sir, the media have been pushing the boundary for decades, and what ABC did was further than what anyone had previously done.
	Their first complaint targets WPVITV in Philadelphia and the ABC affiliate responsible for the so-called debate.
	According to the center, the public deserved to be honestly informed.
	And the FCC is responsible to investigate broadcasters who are trying to push a particular political agenda.
	And guess what?
	That's precisely what ABC was doing.
	The complaint put out the ABC moderator skipped important questions, like whether Biden's mental health is an issue and he should step down.
	You know, small stuff like that.
	They also ignored the fact somebody tried to assassinate Trump.
	Hez wasn't asked anything about Secret Service, how to improve security.
	ABC just let it go without mention.
	I understand, by the way, that was negotiated with the Harris team not to ask about Biden's state of health, not to talk about the assassination of Trump and other issues that Harris did not want to be confronted with.
	The Senate is telling the FCC ABC failed to meet the public interest standard by engaging in news distortion and suppression.
	They're asking the FCC to reprimand WPVI publicly, preparing to show that was more propaganda than debate.
	The Center for American Rights has also filed a complaint.
	This went even juicier.
	According to them, the debate wasn't a debate at all.
	It was a 90-minute primetime campaign donation.
	I believe that's a problem because it's illegal for a corporation like ABC to make contributions to presidential campaigns.
	The ABC complaint claims ABC wasn't just acting as neutral moderators.
	They were showing apparent favoritism.
	The moderators fact-checked Trump and allowed Harris to sweat obvious misinformation without challenge.
	One example was when Harris said there's not a single active duty U.S. soldier in a combat zone for the first time this century.
	The Du Bois troops, currently risking their next overseen, would beg to differ.
	Some of them took to social media to call out Harris's outright lie.
	Then there's her strange obsession with Project 2025, a plan by the Heritage Foundation she claims Trump supports.
	Trump made it clear he wasn't involved in creating and has no plans to use it.
	But that didn't stop Harris from pushing a false narrative.
	She also claimed Trump would sign a national abortion ban, even though Trump has repeatedly said he thinks that the state should handle the issue.
	But hey!
	Why let facts get in the way of a good narrative, right?
	If ABC had charged Harris for what essentially amounted to a 90-minute infomercial, it would cost tens of millions of bucks, but they didn't.
	So now ABC is basing a possibility of hefty fines for an undeclared illegal campaign donation.
	Both FCC and FEC are gearing up to investigate the claim.
	Meanwhile, CBS got caught red-handed in a scheme to help Kamala.
	Republicans know they're never going to get a fair shake from the mainstream in election season, but the bias this time is stretching ethical boundaries.
	Now CBS was caught red-handed in a scheme to assist Kamala.
	Her 60-minute interview was nothing short of a debacle.
	In the course of a sit-down, she couldn't provide an answer as to how she would pay for social spending schemes, why the number of illegal aliens pouring into the country quadruples under her watch and borders are, despite correspondent Bill Whitaker asking Point Black four different times for an answer.
	While Kamala embarrassed herself, CBS did its part to clean up her act to try to make her presentable.
	Well, Bill, the work that we have done has resulted in a number of movements in that region by Israel that were very much prompted by or a result of many things, including our advocacy for what needs to happen in the region, is her answer Kamala gave that made it the final cut that aired on television.
	But CBS chopped the barb of her answer that was a typical Kamala incomprehensible word, solid.
	We're not going to stop pursuing what is necessary for the United States to be clear about where we stand on the need for this war to end, she also said.
	So, CBS replaced a word-sound response on Israel from Sunday's Face the Nation with a shorter, more focused answer during the Monday primetime special.
	And here we're going to compare the actual answer with what they broadcast as we proceed.
	The Trump campaign calls out CBS. The deceptive editing justified calling him out.
	Campaign spokesman Caroline Leavitt wondered what else CBS left on the cutting report demanded the network release the unedited interview.
	Why did 60 Minutes choose not to air Kamala's full word salad?
	And what else did they choose not to air?
	The American people deserve the full unedited transcript from Kamala's sit-down interview.
	We call about 60 Minutes on CBS to release it.
	What do they and Kamala have to hide?
	Trump went even further against EBS of making an illegal in-kind corporate contribution to her campaign in a desperate attempt to prop her up.
	I've never seen this before.
	But the producer is a 60-minute slice and dice, cut and paste.
	Lyon Kamala's answer to questions, which are virtually incoherent, over and over again.
	Some by as many as four times in a single sentence or thought, all in an effort, possibly illegal, as part of the news division, which must be licensed to make it look more presidential, or at least better, he wrote on true social.

	This is a stain on the reputation of 60 Minutes that is not recoverable.
	It will always remain this one-storied brand.
	I have never heard of such a thing being done in news.
	It's the very definition of fake news.
	The public is owed a major and immediate apology.
	This is an open and shut case and must be investigated starting today.
	Meanwhile, he now demands Kamala take a cognitive test, a totally bonkers word sound suggests something could be very wrong with her.
	I agree.
	Former President Trump demanded B.P. Harris take a cognitive test, claiming Monday his election rival's totally bonkers replies to questions suggests there might be something very wrong with her.
	I believe it very important that Kamala passed the test of cognitive stamina and agility, the Republican candidate 78 fired off on Truth Social.
	Her actions have led many to believe that there could be something very wrong with her.
	Trump took aim at a Democratic rival just days after Harris, fifty-nine, publicly released a medical report from her White House doctor, saying she was in excellent health, possessing a physical and mental resiliency required to serve as president, a blatant falsehood!
	The report from her physician, Joshua Simmons, noted that Harris maintains a healthy, active lifestyle and that her most recent physical last April was unremarkable.
	She possesses the physical and mental resilience required to successfully execute the duties of the presidency.
	To include those at Chief Executive, Head of State, and Commander-in-Chief, he wrote in a two-page letter, Trump, I believe it's very important Kamala passed the test in cognitive stamina and agility.
	Fractions of that many to believe there could be something very wrong with her.
	Even 60 Minutes in TBS, in order to protect lying Kamala, illegally and unscrupulously replaced an answer she had given, which was totally bonkers, with another answer that had nothing to do with the question asked.
	Also, she is slow and lethargic in answering even the easiest of questions.
	We just went almost four years of this.
	We shouldn't have to do it again.
	And here you see the difference between her actual answer.
	But it seems that Prime Minister Netanyahu is not listening.

	When I hear you read these fake news articles, it sounds to me like a comedian backstage reading over his cards before going on stage to tell his jokes.

	So that made me realize, holy cow, CBS 60 Minutes is full of crap, you know?
	So, yeah, even the so-called pinnacle of news sources, CBS 60 Minutes.
	And then as far as The FCC and they're fining these people.
	You gotta understand, the ones who own CBS, the ones who own these channels and networks, are of the synagogue of Satan.
	So they print out the money.
	You can fine them, just like when they fine Pfizer for killing people.
	Pfizer has no problem paying off millions of dollars in fines when they make billions of dollars in money.

	Why did the Wisconsin Supreme Court overturn the ban on ballot drop boxes?
	According to my mathematics, there's about, what, 5 million people in Wisconsin?
	That means that basically as many as 250,000 absentee ballots are out.
	That's the official numbers, but I imagine that the real numbers are much higher, like in Pennsylvania, where the population is 12 million, but the number of absentee ballots that are out in Pennsylvania is 1.36 million.
	You're telling me 1 in 12 people aren't going to be home during the election?
	They're out of state.
	They need an absentee ballot, and they knew that months in advance, so they went ahead and ordered the absentee ballots.
	Absentee ballots are going out to dead grandma's houses all over the place.
	Why did blue states rule that ballots have to be counted regardless of any of the irregularities that they have on them?
	What have they done in all these different swing states to legalize voter fraud?
	Some of these blue states have made it illegal even to challenge the vote count.
	Arizona's illegally withholding the list of 218,000 registered voters who have not provided proof of citizenship as required by law.
	Absentee ballots are being mailed to inactive voters in Wisconsin right now.
	That was an article from the Gateway Pundit.
	North Carolina voting role is corrupted with nearly 718,000 bad addresses.
	Governor Gretchen Whitmer sent an absentee ballot voter applications to all the ineligible voters in Michigan.
	Madison, Wisconsin was caught mailing out duplicate mail-in ballots, and Common Sense Elections identified a half a million ineligible addresses in Michigan, Georgia, and Wisconsin, and more than 1.4 million In Pennsylvania.
	So if you don't think the steal is on, if you think that your vote is going to count one to one as it ought to, you're crazy right now.
	They're going to go ahead and make an attempt to steal the election.
	There's too much on the line right here for these guys.
	And it doesn't matter if you ran a pot of chili against Donald Trump at this point in time.
	They're going to do whatever they possibly can do to try to get a hold of the election.

	Tim Walsh has just been accused of grooming and having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a male student back in his teaching days.
	The sick allegations surfaced from a tip received by social media user DocNetYouTube, who just went public with his October surprise post, in a reply to Tim Walsh criticizing President Trump and J.D. Vance.
	DocNet YouTube has over 234,000 followers.
	It is followed by I Am Hashtag Mega, followed by Dinesh D'Souza, Megan Kelley, Glenn Beck, James O'Keefe, Cat Turd, Gunter Eagleman, Benny Johnson, Laura Loomer, High Risk, Scott Pressler.
	So this is not a newly created or random account making these allegations.
	Tim Walz.
	All Donald Trump and J.D. Vance know about manufacturing is how to manufacture bullshit.
	I don't think that was an appropriate thing for him to say.
	When I received a tip back in August claiming Walsh had an inappropriate relationship with a minor, I was very skeptical.
	I get dozens of tips a day.
	In fact, I don't act on the tip for a few days.
	I thought it would be impossible to prove.
	I also knew Harrison Walsh would deny.
	However, The tipster gave me specific details.
	So I sent an email to the Harris campaign in the official VP account.
	Why the VP account?
	Because that account is required by law to keep emails in accordance with the Presidential Records Act.
	So I sent an email only a couple days after Walls was announced asking the Harris campaign about a Tim Walls taking a trip with a minor to an Indigo Girls concert.
	I did not expect Gwen Walsh to make a comment or a part about it in an unrelated story shortly thereafter.
	It seemed as though they were trying to get out in front.
	I also sent an email to all the above account days after Walsh was announced that a specific source had told me that Gwen Walsh did not have her children via IVF. This was weeks, we're half a month ahead of the mainstream.
	I contacted schools in Nebraska and in Minnesota.
	Well, I must confess, the Minnesota school did comment to me and tell me Tim Walsh was an outstanding teacher and citizen.
	The school in Nebraska, Alliance, refused to comment on the story at all.
	One part of the tipster story didn't make sense to me, the date of the Indigo Girls' concert.
	They claimed it was in 1995.
	I couldn't find anything corresponding to that date.
	Well, the tipster told the truth.
	There was a concert in 1995, and the tipster claimed Waltz got a DUI months after.
	The dates on my email to the Harris Campaign of DP account are weeks, months ahead of any mainstream account about the specific details.
	If I am not being truthful, the Harris campaign can crush my story.
	However, I videotaped my email with dates and the fact that the submissions were received in accordance with the Presidential Records Act will serve as a timestamp that I indeed put them on notice.
	I did indeed have details nobody else had in those specific periods of time.
	I also documented my numerous phone calls.
	Tim Walz has lied about almost every single detail of his life.
	He and his wife have been getting a pass from the mainstream.
	Yesterday, I received numerous threats.
	In fact, some were scary, as some of the accounts were brand new and had my personal information.
	In my investigation, I also mailed all the major news out that while my investigation was in progress, I have every single receipt.
	I also made a cryptic post weeks ago when I asked followers if they would ever allow their kids to spend the night at a teacher's house and go to a concert with a teacher.
	This post was made before the admission of Walsh, that he did indeed take a student to a concert.
	Furthermore, this was done years before he became an advocate for gay and transgender people.
	The allegations are serious.
	I waited months to release not because I was looking to hijack an election.
	My emails to the Harris campaign and the VP account proved that I put them on notice in August.
	I waited on the story because of how difficult allegations like this are to prove.
	I wanted to give Walsh every opportunity imaginable to explain them.
	I've also found out there were other journalists who had parts of the story but didn't print or withheld it.
	It's my plan to release this story tomorrow.
	I've gone out of my way to give Harris and Waltz the opportunity to flat out deny the allegations, but they have really done the opposite.
	In fact, in statements of various articles, they've confirmed much of the story.
	The only allegation about the tipster I cannot prove is that Waltz did indeed have a sexual relationship with a minor.
	That is, Waltz vs.
	the tipster.
	But every aspect of the tipster story turned out to be true, including Waltz being fired from his football job in Nebraska, and the fact that Waltz brought a student to an Indigo Girls concert.
	The timestamp emails show that details of Tim Walz not previously known were known by the Timster.
	I'd like to make one last point.
	It's clear there's a pedophilia problem, not only with Hollywood, but in Washington as well.
	I can guarantee it is not just the Democrats either.
	These are incredibly damning allegations, if true.
	We again remind you we can't independently verify any of them.
	The allegations continue with DocNet YouTube posting this photo, which led to the photo of Tim Walz parting with a group of teenage boys, students from his school.
	Ain't no party like a touchdown Timmy party.
	And there you have three adult men with three teenage kids.
	And here's a separate case where a different accuser, a foreign exchange student, described similar inappropriate grooming behavior from tin walls.
	Do you know who else had information on another case involving Walsh at Red Pill 78?
	In fact, they did an interview with a foreign exchange and the behavior described in the interview is almost identical to what my person described.
	I firmly believe the story.
	Things are getting insane.
	Since the accusation service, Touchdown Timmy has been trending on X with responses like these.

	New DOD directive drops just ahead, intriguingly, of the November elections.
	The U.S. military has granted its own permission to unleash lethal force on the civilian population in cases of national security emergency.
	As the U.S. webinars for one of the most controversial and closely watched elections in history, a concerning update to DOD Directive 5240.01 has quietly been put into effect.
	Reissued on September 27, 2024.
	This directive governs the DOD intelligence activities and now include provisions authorizing lethal force in certain circumstances when assisting civilian law enforcement.
	While the directive forbids assassination, it opens the door to lethal interventions under national security conditions.
	The reissue of DOD Directive 5240-01 revealed the previous versions, including the 1982 DOD 520-40.1R. While the update might seem routine, the changes regarding the use of lethal force in domestic operations are significant.
	In the 2016 version, the directive primarily focused on intelligent collection and ensuring civil liberties protection for U.S. persons.
	It emphasized strict oversight and the need for authorization before collecting personal information on U.S. citizens.
	The 2024 version expands the military role, particularly in assisting civil law enforcement.
	It authorizes lethal force under specific conditions, raising questions about use during potential civil unrest surrounding the election.
	And we all know posse comitatus of 1887 precludes the use of the military to perform police functions.
	So something is haywire somewhere.
	The relevant provisions of the updated directive are below, via updated DOD directive 5240.01, section 3.3.8.2C, emphasis added.
	Subject to paragraph 3.1.
	Defense intel component may provide personnel to assist a federal department or agency, including a federal law enforcement agency or state or local law enforcement agency, when lives are in danger in response to a request for such assistance in accordance with the following approval authorities.
	Secretary of Defense.
	Approval.
	The secondary defendant may approve any type of request of permissible assistance described in paragraph 3.2.
	The decision to approve requests for these types of permissible assistance described in paragraph 3.2.
	Law enforcement and other civil authorities are reserved to the secondary defendant.
	Provision of personnel to support response effort for civil disturbances, which may also require presidential authorization.
	DOD respond to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high-yield explosive insects.
	Assistance in responding with assets with potential for lethality.
	Or any situation in which it's reasonably foreseeable that providing the requested assistance may involve the use of force, it is likely to result in lethal force, including death or serious bodily injury.
	It also includes all support to civilian law enforcement officials in situations where a confrontation between civilian law enforcement and civilian individuals or groups is reasonably anticipated.
	The U.S. military, for the record, is expressly prohibited from engaging domestically with its citizenry, with very specific narrow exceptions, per the Posse Comitatus Act, 18 U.S. Code 1385, via legal information incentive.
	However, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, Willfully uses any part of the Army, the Navy, the Marine Corps, the Air Force, or the Space Force as a posse comitatus, or otherwise execute the laws, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years or both.

	So, yeah, I mean.
	I don't see any room for doubt that this is authorizing the military to kill civilians who are protesting the theft of the election at 2024.
	I can't read it any other way.
	Brian, your thoughts?
	Yeah, I have no doubt that they're putting positions in place to call anybody who is a protester a traitor to the nation so that we can be political prisoners, just like Steve Bannon was made a political prisoner.
	I've seen many moves in all the research that I've done that indicates that that's exactly what they intend to do.
	They're going to label us enemies of the state.
	They're going to continue to shut down the people that want to put in the Freedom of Information Act requests and the journalists that are willing to write about it.
	It's going to get worse and worse and worse in terms of shadow banning and in terms of destruction.
	So we've got to keep our platforms alive.
	I'd suggest, obviously, you guys are on BitChute for the most part.
	I like 153 News.
	I wish some of our supporters would go over there and support them as well, because they run a really large database.
	I like what's going on at Brightiana, although I don't like some of the things that I see over there.
	Rumble, to me, is not developing very well.
	There's a lot of other platforms out there that are free press, free media, that seem to be doing really well.
	The other thing that's very important is we like your constructive comments.
	We do read their constructive comments.
	Maybe we're not out there slinging around a lot of opinions.
	Maybe that's because we don't want it in writing half the time.
	But I think fundamentally, all of these things that we see in this world are just simply like distractions from what's really important.
	We do love our nation.
	We want to make sure that our kids have a better nation.
	We want to make sure that our rights are protected and that the nation doesn't just simply slide down a slippery slope into hell.
	But in the end, we're all going to pass from this world to the next.
	And we need to be prepared for that.
	And in my opinion, that's more important than anything that we see that's taking place here.
