	Judge Merchant is a far-left conflicted judge who oversaw Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's Stormy Daniels' hush money trial against Trump.
	The judge's daughter, Lauren Merchant, is a far-left political operative who worked for the Biden-Harris campaign.

	And the reform that's very inherent in the American political system with periodic elections, where if the pendulum has swung too far in one direction, it can be corrected by swinging back in the other, is warped and undermined by the theft of elections leading to the outcome described by JFK.

	Meanwhile, in Ukraine, foreign instructors targeted in mass casualty strike on Ukraine military academy.
	Russia reports.
	Earlier we detailed Tuesday's Russian attack on a Ukrainian military academy in the central part of the country.
	Resulting in 51 dead and over 271 wounded in the single deadliest attack on a gathering of Ukrainian cadets in the two and a half year long war.
	Wednesday, Russian Defense Ministry offered an unexpected explanation, saying these forces were targeting not only Ukrainian soldiers, but foreign instructors who were leading classes at the Poltava Institute of Military Communication, which was utterly destroyed.

	The Palestinian people have endured unbearable suffering and injustice for decades.
	This ruling is a vindication of their steadfastness and perseverance.
	This right must no longer be denied or deferred.
	The court made clear that the Palestinian people are the only sovereign in the occupied Palestinian territory, including East Jerusalem, and that the international community is under an obligation Not just to reaffirm the Palestinian people's right to self-determination, but to see to it that this right is implemented immediately.
	All states and the UN are now under obligation not to recognize the legality of Israel's presence in the occupied Palestinian territory.
	How wonderful is that?

	Saying the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories is illegal.
	The International Court of Justice, which had previously ruled, but not as comprehensively, said Israel should stop settlement activity in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem and end its illegal occupation of those areas and the Gaza Strip as soon as possible.
	In response, surprise, surprise, Israeli PM Netanyahu said the court had made a decision of lies.
	The court's advisory opinion is not legally binding, but carries significant political weight.
	It marks the first time the International Court of Justice has delivered a position on the legality of a 57-year occupation.
	The ICJ Based in The Hague in the Netherlands has been examining the issues at the beginning of last year at the request of the UN General Assembly.

	Federal officials took the devices from Caban and two New York PD lieutenants who worked in the commissioner's office.
	And on his details, sources said the phone of a lieutenant in the death precinct was also confiscated.

	Meanwhile, a judge has ruled that the Illinois public transit firearm carry ban is unconstitutional.

	After an exhaustive review of the party's filings and the historical record as required by Supreme Court precedent, the court finds that the defendant failed to meet their burden to show an American tradition of firearm regulation at the time of the founding That would allow Illinois to prohibit plaintiffs who hold concealed carry permits from carrying concealed handguns for self-defense onto the CDA and Medtrak.

	What's going on now in the Middle East is Israel's attempt to finish the job of 9-11.
	Now, I think the book you're talking about actually was in 1987 or 88, Terrorism, How the West Can Win.
	It wasn't actually about 9-11, but it was planning the idea of terrorist attacks.
	The nineteen islamic hijackers there weren't even competent to fly planes i mean the idea they committed that cell phones were also anomalous and peculiar he had no evidence of any plane having crashed in shanksville to report his first on the scene said the early area aspect of the crash site was there was no sign of any plane hit crash there and that's because no plane had crashed there.
	Pentagon wasn't hit by a plane either, a missile fired from an unmanned aerial vehicle, but a plane didn't fly toward it and swerve over it.

	You're getting hit hard and they're getting hit by big, huge Mack trucks coming down those fab 3000, three tons bombs.
	They're getting hit with ice Sanders.
	And you know, physics, uh, Jim, when you're, it's not just the speed, it's a speed in the mass.
	So if you've got something moving in Mach speed at hypersonic speed, it can be little.
	It's mass doesn't have to be big, but because it's going so fast, it creates just as much force as a Mack truck.
	So that's what they're hitting these troops with.
	Yeah.
	Oh, they're getting slaughtered.
	So, uh, right, right now I got to say, he's a Linsky's as last then he less width, then he fired a lot of people.
	A lot of guys resigned.
	He got rid of his head.

	And then they killed the West point.
	Which you mentioned, which is like our West Point.
	They killed all their officers and young officers were slaughtered with two dagger shots.
	Total legitimate military target under the circumstances.
	And you know, for that first thing, they pulled some of their best troops off of other lines, which means they're grossly weakened now.
	I mean, it was a, it was a mistake.
	It was a PR stunt.
	Yeah, Ukraine could do something significant when it's absolutely hobbled and handicapped.

	You know, he was bombing, he was killing some of the Russian people in his own country, okay?
	He was involved in human trafficking, the money laundering, you know, that was a cesspool of diseases over there.
	They had a bunch of those laboratories where they fuck around, excuse my language, with the, you know, the bullshit with the, you know, the gain-of-function stuff, you know what I mean?
	He's a real asshole, you know.
	Hopefully they'll get him before he gets away.

	Well, I'm, I'm really worried about, I, I, one of my trainers, Major Hedin's, uh, he had family in Ukraine and I haven't, I haven't been able to make contact with him.
	With him for years, so I'm afraid he might be on the casualty list.
	If anybody knows of him or have friends with him in Army Intelligence, you just shoot Jim a message.
	But I'm afraid because I've contacted people in the CIA high up and nobody here has heard of him.
	And we've been having a lot of trainers, quote unquote trainers, getting whacked.
	Like in the beginning of the war, we killed hundreds of Russian generals.
	I mean, they were taking them out left and right because they were using They're using what's called ISR, which is Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance, using satellites.
	If these generals, like in the beginning of the war, they were using their phone to call home to Mama, and then they were getting a missile dropped on their head, or artillery.
	So in the beginning of the war, they were getting whacked like that.
	But then towards the end of the war, like now, Russians are taking revenge for all their dead generals and officers by going after our CIA NSA, you know, Polish officers, Romanian officers.
	And when they took out that military school, that was that then it wasn't just the military school.
	They took out all those, uh, hotels.
	They're like three or four hotels that were full of hundreds of our soldiers and trainers.
	So they're, they're definitely killing Americans.
	And, uh, you know, I, in the old days, he used to like during the battle back mood, I, I had a video on that one.
	That was rough.
	That was back when Purgosian, he was the head of the Wagner Group.
	They were sending in thousands of men to their death and it was back and forth and it was bloody as heck.
	But at least with that, with the Wagner Group, Purgosian, he would, he would honor the dead soldiers.
	If it was American Green Beret, he'd put a flag on them.
	He'd send their body home.
	They were really good with swapping prisoners, you know, back and forth.
	But now it's different, man.
	Now it's different.
	Like I, I'm hearing.
	You know, the Ukrainians are capturing people to torture them and do adrenochrome and body harvesting.
	So it's gone to the dark side.
	JP, the Ukrainians were nasty from the beginning.
	It was the Russians who were kind and gentle.
	And now they've had to take the gloves off.
	The intrusion into Kursk was a huge blunder.
	Because it resolved the Russians to get this over with.
	And that's when they start dropping the big bombs and taking out targets that are rich with officers and mercenaries and the like.
	Frank, give us some thoughts of yours here as we wind things down.

	I'll tell you, if it wasn't for Putin, I think he's the, you know, the adult in the room and there's all this activity going on over there.
	You know, he tried to forewarn these people, look it, don't do this, don't do that.
	They keep crossing red lines, you know.
	In 2014, you know, we started instigating all of that stuff.
	And, you know, I can't blame him for what he does in retribution to, uh, you know, Americans if we're over there.
	We shouldn't be there, in my opinion.
