This is August 12, 2024, a Monday, and it's a hot time here in the world, and this is a hot show we have called Truth vs. the News.
And believe me, there's quite a difference between the truth and the news.
And there should be a marriage.
It should be the same.
It actually could be called Reality vs.
This is Truth vs. News, and you're going to see why today, as we have the best people in the world to show you what's really happening in reality here.
We've got Jim Fetcher, who's doing fantastic with his books.
You know, he's got everything out, especially his hot book, Nobody Died on Sandy Hook.
And if you see our last show about that brief that he did, legal brief, It's really possible, one of our best shows, and you're going to see that.
And then we also have Scott Bennett, who's a lieutenant in the services, and he just did a great job of going into Russia and everywhere.
He wrote a book called Shield Game, and if I hold it up right, it's better.
And he's just so outstanding.
And then Jim, we have a special guest today.
Let me introduce him as we get ready for war here.
Victor Hugo Vaca is an author, an artist, a political analyst, and he's in Eastern Europe, Romania, if I'm not mistaken, Victor Hugo, offering an alternative perspective on all of our issues.

I'm actually in the future.
Here it is August 13th, and I'm in the former Soviet Union, Republic of Georgia, On the border with Russia.
Very good, yeah.
Close, but I'm in the former Soviet Union Republic of Georgia, near the border with Russia.
We love it, and Scott's just returned from Russia, Ukraine, and related parts, so we're together here.
So Scott, you know where I'm at.
Scott, have you been to You can probably smell the fires that the CIA are lighting, hoping their coup d'etats will overthrow the Georgian government.
Wow, you're not kidding.
I don't know if you've been here lately, but the CIA is all over this place, and they stick out like sore thumbs.
Here we go.
Russian military repels Ukrainian advance in Kursk and destroys American-made striker vehicles.
Russian forces are thwarted by Ukrainian troops on armored vehicles.
...to penetrate deeply into the Kursk region during the day, the Russian Ministry of Defense has reported.
Throughout the day, action by forces of Battlegroup Silver and the Reserves had arrived along with strikes from Army aviation and unmanned aerial vehicles.
Artillery fire in the areas of the settlements of Topino, Zuroville, and Ulfric Zolda prevented breakthrough attempts by mobile enemy groups on armored vehicles into Russian territory.
Four armored mercenary carriers were destroyed, including three U.S.-made Stryker vehicles, seven armored combat vehicles, and two cars.
As a result of missile and artillery fire on concentrations of personnel and equipment of the 22nd, 41st, 115th Mechanized Brigades and the 80th and 82nd Air Assault Brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the enemy lost 35 soldiers, 5 tanks, 4 armored combat vehicles, and 3 cars.
It's not been a good day for Ukraine.
Additionally, Russian aviation artillery and UAVs have struck three launchers and destroyed a radar station of a U.S.-made Patriot air defense system.
Ammo depots and concentration of personnel and equipment in 156 areas were hit.
Russian air defense shot down four Tosha-U missiles, a French-made Hammer guided bomb, 15 MRs and Vampire missiles, 71 drones, 30 of which were outside the Special Military Operations Zone.
Ukrainian units lost up to 110 soldiers in the area of responsibility.
Battlegroup Center unit took more advantageous position and rebelled three Ukrainian attacks.
Ukrainian armed forces lost up to 425 more soldiers to infantry fighting vehicles, including a Maid Bradley, a combat armored vehicle, four cars, a 155 howitzer, and other self-propelled artillery.
Here's another.
The enemy losses amounted up to 190 soldiers, two tanks, an infantry fighting vehicle, an armored personnel carrier, seven armored combat vehicles, two cars, a Khrushchev-made 1.22-millimeter multiple rocket launcher, and three 1.22-millimeter howitzers.
Wow!
Battle Group Zabud infected losses on the formation of three Ukrainian brigades.
Very serious losses.
Meanwhile, fire has broken out at a nuclear plant after the Ukrainian attack, according to the governor, where the Zambosya plant had been put into cold shutdown.
It caught fire after being shelled by Ukrainian forces.
The governor of the region, Evgeny Bolsky announced Sunday the fire broke out following a Ukrainian attack on the nearby city of Energodar on Sunday, affecting the plant's cooling system.
The six reactors were placed in a state of cold shutdown as a precaution, adding there's no threat of a steam erosion or other consequences.
Emergency workers at the scene.
According to the governor, radiation levels around Atlanta are normal.
There is no threat.
Kamikaze zones were used in Sunday's attack, the facility's communication director said in his statement.
Responding to the incident, President Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called on the International Atomic Energy Agency to perform at least some imitation of work to ensure the plant's security, condemning the shelling as a terrorist act, no doubt.
The terrorists in Kiev, under the leadership of the collective West, destroyed their country, ruined the people of Ukraine, undermined global energy and food security, and now they've begun the nuclear terror of the continent.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, if I was the Russian ambassador, I would simply summarize this to the United Nations as follows.
Ladies and gentlemen, let's be clear.
In 2014, the government of Ukraine was overthrown by external forces in the United States, and a puppet regime was installed that has evolved and devolved from Poroshenko to now Zelensky.
And Zelensky, acting as the president, has engaged in all kinds of a genocidal war against civilians, which has been classified as terrorism against people in the Donbass and other regions.
Until Russia signed a defense pact with these independent republics that essentially did not recognize this new Victoria Nuland, Democrat under Obama, Joe Biden imposed occupying government.
Russia went in to defend the Russian-speaking people who've lived there for over a thousand years, and they have been waging this war ever since.
Now we're seemingly, after 2022 till present, we're involved in the last stand of this.
Zelensky's political validity, incidentally, has expired as of May, so he's no longer got a title.
He's no longer a constitutionally recognized authority.
The Constitution does not establish him as acting president any longer, and he has cancelled the election.
So now he's just an occupying dictator with not any valid rule, which means he should be arrested if not executed.
But putting that aside, this dictator under Zelensky has now commandeered or used the Ukrainian military to wage war against Russia by invading Russian territory.
This is like Mexico invading Miami, not San Juan, Puerto Rico, Miami.
This is the continental United States.
This, in this case, is the continental Russia, Russian Federation.
Not the Soviet Union, not the USSR for the lobotomized, but the Russian Federation, the Russian territory.
So, Ukraine under Zelensky and its military have waged war against Russia.
By invading and attacking and engaging in terrorist strikes against civilians and apartment complexes and children's playgrounds, dropping chemical weapons, dropping grenades, firing missiles into apartment complexes.
And now they are expanding this to attacking nuclear power plants.
For political purposes, for generating catchy media titles, so that the media can say, tune in for next hour, we've got more photographs of the Ukrainian Battle of the Bulge breakthrough into the Russian territory.
They're X number of miles from Moscow.
That's what this whole thing has been about.
Is generating media clicks and money for the media industrial complex and doing pharma which supplies CNN is suddenly part of this Zelensky move towards Moscow.
Now it's not of course going to happen.
The Russians have responded defensively and they're pushing Ukraine out.
They're destroying everybody in the Ukrainian military that have ventured up there.
It's very significant that Europe, if there's any reasonable person left there, needs to know this nuclear strike, as Maria Zapparosa has said, is an attempt to cause a nuclear accident, meltdown against Europe.
A reason to extort Europeans?
Hey, pay us money and we'll stop trying to blow up the Zaporozhye plant, says Ukraine, Zelensky, and these band of mercenaries, which incidentally is also going down to Africa and being participatory in terrorist operations, resulting in Niger, Mali, and other countries kicking Ukraine's embassies out of the country.
So, we're seeing this cancer attempt to metastasize into Europe and into Africa.
We've already seen them metastasize to blowing up the Zaporozhye plant, I'm sorry, the Nord Stream pipeline under the United States and elsewhere.
So, now we're at the point where Russia is again containing it and dissolving it and shrinking it.
Well said, Scott.
are killing civilians in the process.
This is an act of terrorism.
It's a crime against humanity.
And any and all parties that are participating in these Ukrainian terrorist strikes against civilians are terrorists themselves.
And that's the case that needs to be presented to the United Nations.

Meanwhile, on the border with Russia in the Republic of Georgia, the U.S.
Embassy is funneling CIA into this country to create a color revolution here, and they're imposing sanction on the people in this country because they're not allowing them to use the media for propaganda against Russia.
And they're also trying to bring this country, which is literally, you can walk to Russia or catch a ferry ride to Sochi, To join the EU, which is absolutely ridiculous.
And they are fomenting the LGBTQ propaganda here in this Orthodox Christian country.
And this is all being done by CIA that are coming in here.
And like I said earlier, they're standing out like sore thumbs because they're training the mercenaries that are going over to the Ukraine and fighting there.
The other thing that nobody's talking about in the United States is the Lugar Bio Lab.
That's in Tbilisi, just miles away from the International Airport, where these CIA and diplomats, disguised as ambassadors, are actually carrying bioweapons in their carry-on luggage to places all over the world, without even being checked.
So the Russians know about the Lugar Bio Lab.
They're well aware of the dangers that are here.
There's even suspicion that the so-called Wuhan virus was actually sent from the Lugar Bio Lab to the Ukraine and then from the Ukraine to Wuhan.
The other thing that's happening that's not being reported is that some of the deadly viruses are being released with insects that are actually killing the local population.
And then they're just paying people to shut up about it.
Every time I go to the U.S. Embassy, I realize that's just the den of CIA and nothing is being done to help any of the U.S. citizens.
It's just like every other embassy around the world, a place for the CIA to be funneled to create chaos around the world.
And I'll just add Victor Hugo's comments are exactly right, Jim.
I completely support them as accurate.
All of the biochemical materials he presented are truthful.
And the custody of ownership of the biochemical weaponry from Georgia to Ukraine to Wuhan is exactly right.
And therein lies the COVID-19 scam propaganda and its vaccination, which was created Just so you know, Scott, the reason I know this is because I was living in China during the Wuhan virus outbreak, and the Chinese actually told me about the Lugar Biolab, its connections to the Ukraine, and then to Wuhan.
So the Chinese have known about this since before 2019, when the virus broke out in China in September.
And when I landed in the Republic of Georgia, they pointed out the Lugar Biolab to me and said, that's where the Wuhan virus came from.
I was shocked at how close it is to the airport.
But of course, none of this is reported in the U.S.
media.
The Kiev regime terrorism shows Russia must go all the way to defeat NATO and Ukraine.
No doubt about it.
Strategic culture.
The terrorist cross-border attacks and the Kirchhoff The Kursk and Belgorod regions of the Russian Federation underscore Russia must liquidate NATO's regime in Ukraine.
The EU and the European—the U.S.
and European Union, the sponsors of the Nazi-adulating Kiev regime and its illegitimate self-appointed President Zelensky, talk cynically about Ukraine's right to self-defense in endorsing this week's murderous incursion.
This is a disgraceful apology for outright terrorism.
The assault targeted civilians in Kursk and Belgorod.
Apartment blocks were shelled.
Families fleeing in cars were shot and killed.
Even ambulances and paramedics were fatally attacked.
The U.S.
and the EU are using the same vial to elicit its rhetoric of self-defense.
They apply to Israel's genocidal violence in Gaza.
There is no equivalence, as the U.S.
and EU shamefully make out, with Russia's ongoing special military operation.
The Western powers claim Russia is the aggressor.
When the action Moscow took was in response to a year-long NATO-backed aggression against the ethnic population of formerly eastern Ukraine in the Donbass area, Russian forces have gone to great lengths to avoid civilian casualties, which explains in part why it's dragged on so long.
Russian forces are not wantingly attacking Ukrainian towns and cities in American-style shock and obliteration.
So the Kiev regime and its Nazi paramilitaries I've made a barbaric speciality of deliberately killing Russian civilians.
The terrorist logic was carefully spelled out by Zelensky's age, who brazenly stated the purpose of the attacks in Kursk and Belgorod were to instill fear in the Russian population, which is a very definition of terrorism.
The cross-border assaults with over 1,000 Ukrainian troops with American and NATO armored vehicles and tanks began.
There are reports of NATO-trained Georgian mercenaries involved.
One can be sure there were American British, Polish, Baltic, and NATO Special Forces there directing the op.
There have been previous border incursions, but this one was the most determined yet.
After three days of intense fighting, the Russian Ministry of Defense claimed the Ukrainian offensive had been repelled.
Even Western media remarked on the strategic futility of the Ukrainian offensive.
The Kyiv leadership threw its men into another meat grinder suicide mission, evidently to grab international headlines and keep the war rackets stoked.
After 30 months of conflict, the Kiev regime is facing military collapse.
It's out of manpower.
Drawing on the dregs of poorly trained and demoralized conscripts.
Russia is indisputably in control of the battlefield in the Donbass, now part of the Russian Federation.
The original objective was to secure historic Russian territories.
This has largely been attained, but the other objective of denazifying Ukraine remains.
Putin laid out the terms for an end to hostilities, with the acceptance of the new territories as Russian, as well as the neutrality of Ukraine, prepared to bypass any membership in NATO as impermissible.
Putin also indicated terms could change as time went on depending on the battlefield situation and the regime's noncompliance.
Given the incorrigible tendency of the Kiev regime and its NATO backers, Russia is entitled to revise its terms at exactly a heavier price.
Following the atrocities in Kursk and Gelgarod, Dmitry Medved, a senior member of the National Security Council of Russia, commented on Moscow's long-term military objectives, saying, This is no longer an operation to regain our lands and punish Nazis.
We should only stop when we consider it appropriate.
That means Going all the way to the Moishe Naito's Reich regime, which seized power illegally in 2014 due to the CIA-orchestrated coup against an elected president who was friendly to Russia.
Despite Western media distortion, Ukraine is merely an artificial state-led whose so-called independence in 1991 was the legacy of gerrymandering and territorial horse trading from Soviet times.
Russia has righteous historical claims to Odessa, a city founded by Catherine the Great, Kharkov, Nikolia, and indeed Kiev.
In the same way it is to Crimea, the Donbass, Kyrzyn, and Zabrze regions.
The congenital treachery of the Kiev regime and its imperialist patron make them agreement incapable.
Betrayal and deception over the Minsk Accords, trashing of post-Cold War NATO promises, show any treaties that might be derived are worthless.
The terrorist nature of the Kyiv regime and its ideological roots in exterminating Slavic people and warmongering by the U.S.-led NATO bloc all show a modus vivendi is impossible.
The idea of Russian territory leaving peaceful alongside a Ukrainian army reich is not feasible.
As long as a toxic entity of Ukrainian fascism resigns and is sustained by NATO patronage, there will always be a national security threat to Russia.
The history of defeating Nazi Germany by the Soviet Union only for that enemy to be resurrected by Western imperialists with the remnants of Ukrainian fascists demonstrates a disease must be eradicated.
Ukraine has the misfortune of being designated the spearhead for U.S.-led imperialist confrontation with Russia.
The terrorism unleashed in the 2014 coup has only metastasized, attacking Russian civilians in pre-war Russian territory, targeting civilians on beaches with missiles, targeting nuclear power stations, Spreading the tentacles of terrorism to African nations friendly with Russia, as recent attacks in Mali have evinced, all attest to the only way to deal with the Kiev regime.
It must be vanquished entirely.
Its leaders are bandits, with Russian blood on their hands.
Russia must crush its criminal entity once and for all, and doing a man's favor to the Ukrainian people by liquidating the parasitic tyranny imposed upon it by Western imperialist masters.
Ukrainian men are hiding or fleeing en masse from the regime to escape forced conscription and certain death on the front lines.
Ultimately, the war is not just against a psychopathic NATO proxy.
It's against a Western system of global domination and its NATO war machine.
History shows a negotiated détente is only a stabbing stone for more aggression further up the road.
The Western powers incubated the Nazi virus and unleashed its mutated strain in Ukraine.
Not only does the Kiev Nazi virus have to be eradicated, so too, ultimately, must be the Western imperialist disease that is the progenitor, Scott.
People need to stop looking at Ukraine and Russia and Europe through the distorted rainbow flag lens of the United States or the American identity.
Present company excluded.
I know our audience are the tip of the spear.
They're not in the retard knuckle dragging special needs class.
We are the advanced placement of geopolitical intelligence matters.
But for the most part, Everyone in the government, the State Department, and in the Republican ranks, too.
We're always looking at the rest of the world through our own distorted lens, and that doesn't work.
And being originally European and Scottish and raised in a much different environment, I can tell you that is the seed of our problems, the origin of our distortion.
And these European countries, which includes Russia, have thousands and thousands of years Of identity rooted in history, culture, traditions, songs, stories, food, the substance of culture.
We don't have anything in the United States except economic transactions.
And that's only limited for a couple hundred years.
And it's been erased by the Democrat liberals, for the most part, who tear down statues, which is a slow lobotomization of our historical identity.
It doesn't happen in Europe.
So that's the problem is we look at them through a distorted view.
And I say that because These areas of the Donbass were always Russian-speaking areas.
Odessa was always a Russian-speaking area in the ebb and flow of the migration or musical chairs of empires, whether it's Austrian or Poland.
Or Napoleon or elsewhere.
Hundreds and hundreds of years they've been fighting and moving and chasing and all that jazz.
And Russia and Kiev and Odessa have always been the seat of Russian identity.
And so is Crimea.
They fought the Turks and got that.
So Donbass was always part of Russia.
It was kind of the frontier zone.
And what's happened is those areas declared themselves independent republics.
Where did we hear that before?
In the course of human events, when it becomes necessary to break the ties that bind and assume a position of independence among the community of nations.
I seem to recall that being said somewhere by guys in white wigs and high stockings in 1776 or before, based on the Scottish Declaration of Arbroath, by the way.
But the same logic and independent declarations that the United States made was what the Donbass Republics of Lugansk and Crimea and Donetsk and other places made.
They divorced themselves from the pagan, Newland, Nazi-imposed takeover of the Yanukovych government, the overthrow, the coup d'etat, much like we should have done when the coup d'etat against Trump was done by Biden and the other fake election, but that's another story.
So they declared their independence and became independent republics!
They didn't say we're part of Russia, they said we're independent republics.
And as independent republics, we want to join the Russian Federation and have a mutual alliance, a mutual defense pact, economic free trade.
And Russia said, OK, hold a referendum and do it legally.
Who votes?
Everybody voted.
Everybody wants to join the Republic of Donetsk, the Republic of Donetsk to Russia, the Russian Federation.
All in favor?
The ayes have it.
So that is the cobbled together Lego construct of the Russian Federation.
It's not an empire.
It's an independent republic.
I know because I traveled down there.
It's a different passport.
It's a different process.
They all speak Russian, but it's different.
So, these areas have been, you know, are independent but also mutually tied together in a larger federation, like the United States of America, the Republic of Florida, the Republic of Texas, the Republic of Nebraska, they're independent republics.
The United States of America incorporates these states into it.
United States of America, right?
Just different language for describing a, you know, a mass republic, if you will.
The United States of America incorporates these states into it.
So this is the important construct of these nations.
Now, what we see is an externally imposed fascism, totalitarianism, terrorism.
We see French mercenaries, Polish mercenaries, Romanian mercenaries, American mercenaries, British mercenaries coming in and we've got them on videotapes speaking in their native languages and going around to these areas and shooting civilians in the legs, raping and killing women and carving swastikas into their stomachs.
These are things that have happened.
I was there.
Flying drones and missiles into apartment complexes in Belgorod and Sherebinka.
I know I was there.
Flying drones and dropping bombs over the places where women push their babies so the women have to rush into concrete reinforced bomb shelters.
I know I was there.
So, these are the actions of terrorism, not fighting soldier-to-soldier, not tank-against-tank, not airplane-against-airplane, but mercenaries from the EU, NATO, the United States, Britain, externally, coming into the Russian areas, both Belgorod, Sherebenka, and Kharkov, and other places right now, as well as the independent republics of Donbass,
This is an external invasion of countries that have not raised a single finger in attack against Kiev, or Odessa, or Poland, or Romania, or Britain, or the United States.
But if we keep pushing this army of terrorism and these tactics of terrorism, there's a very real chance that that could change.
There's a very real chance that Venezuela may have hypersonic missiles, now we're gonna take out Washington, or London, or elsewhere.
It's very easy to call the kettle black, and what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
So, we have bitten off not only more than we can chew, but what we've bitten off is about to consume us.
So it's a remarkable time in history where we're about to be defeated by our own policies that we've sought and implemented to defeat others.

I agree with Scott Bennett.
And the reason is because I've gotten out of the United States.
And what happens when you get out of the United States and go to countries where they tell you that the enemy is and not to go there, you end up finding that the enemy is not Russia, the enemy is not China.
The enemy is actually in the United States.
And the The only difference that I have with what Scott Bennett said is that the 50 states, they have joined the corporation of the United States, because it's no longer a republic, a constitutional republic.
It's been taken over.
It's now a corporation.
And all the 50 states, in order to be able to get the money, have all agreed to join that.
So the United States is no longer under a constitutional republic.
And what I call it, and I've only learned this again by leaving the United States, living with the people of China, speaking with people from the Chinese Communist Party who, you know, I'm not saying I agree with communism at all, but these are not the bad guys, and they know a lot about American history, and they taught me about the Mao Revolution, and who was behind the Mao Revolution, and now living side by side with Russians and Ukrainians, Who are not enemies.
I see these people playing volleyball on the beach and playing soccer on the beach together.
They are friends, just like people from New Jersey and New York.
And what they tell me is that they remember the Bolshevik Revolution and how that happened.
So what I've realized, looking through the looking glass from outside into the country that I was born and raised in and I love, is that it's not the United States of America, it's the United States of Israel.
Yes.
The United Slaves of America are slaves to Israel.
Benjamin Netanyahu showed when he went to the United States and got all those standing ovations for less than a 60 minute speech that he's the real president of the United States, not Trump, not Biden.
And what people don't understand is that it's the Alejandro Mayorkas, who is a Jew, who's opened the borders and allowed these terrorists to come in from all over the world.
I can tell you this, when I go to countries, they don't want to leave, because they've emptied out their prisons, they've emptied out their insane asylums, they've sent all the crazies and the criminals to the United States, so right now everybody's just fine where they're at.
And the thing is, the people of the United States, they have this myopic vision, they don't realize, it's the U.S.
government that's trying to kill you.
China doesn't want to invade the United States.
They've got enough of their own problems.
The same thing with Russia.
Russia doesn't need any more.
It's got so much land.
They don't need any more.
They're not the adversaries.
It's the United States.
And I see it here in Georgia, where they're sending the CIA, who are the bad guys.
These are the terrorists that are financed by the United Slaves of America tax dollars.
And they're creating chaos all over the world.
They're trying to force the LGBTQ into these people who are Orthodox Christians.
They don't want the fisting.
They don't want the felching.
They don't want any of that pedophilia here.
But the United States is forcing it down their throat, just like they forced it.
They're even trying to do it in China, and China's saying, we don't want that either.
So I can understand why these people are telling me, and they're treating me nicely, but they're like, Victor, your government is super corrupt.
You guys are the baddies.
And I see it.
And it's a real shame, because like Scott Bennett said, The United States is about to be attacked.
They're going to make it seem like Iran did it, or like Russia did it.
But no, it's the U.S.
government that's doing this to itself in the name of Israel, because what people don't understand is that this whole plot is to create Armageddon so that they can rebuild the Third Temple because they've got their suicide cult that believes in bringing back the Mashiach and lowering the human population to 500 million.
Then they can each have 2,800 slaves.
This sounds so preposterous, so ridiculous, that most people roll their eyes when you say it, but it's the truth.
And the people who are at the levels that are making the decisions know this is the truth.
And, man, I'm hoping that the people in the U.S.
wake up before it's too late, because we're almost at that final hour, and everyone around the world is realizing something big is about to happen in the USA.

Meanwhile, Netanyahu's victory over Hamas is in sight.
The data tells a different story.
Nearly half of Hamas military battalions in northern and central Gaza have rebuilt some of their fighting capabilities, despite more than nine months of Israel's brutal offensive.
Prime Minister Netanyahu faces growing international pressure to agree to a ceasefire and a hostage release that has repeatedly said Israeli forces are nearing their stated goal of eliminating Hamas and destroying its military capabilities.
Addressing that joint session at Congress, he said, victory is in sight.
