| This is Truth vs. the News, here on August the 12th, 2024. | |

| And Jim, you've got some hot stories coming up again here, so Well, now we have a report that the judge in New York may throw Trump in jail. | |
| It's very disturbing. | |
| Here it is for your consideration. | |
| After a jury found Donald Trump guilty on 34 felony counts in his New York hush money trial, the judge is set to announce his sentence on July 11th. | |
| The judge was a tyrant. | |
| So, could Trump merely receive a fine or probation, or could he join his former CFO behind bars at Rikers Island? | |
| Here's a look at the potential sentencing outcomes and how they could be impacted by the appeals process and the 2024 election. | |
| First, each of the 34 counts that Trump was found guilty of carries up to four years in prison. | |
| But there are several reasons why Trump could get a more lenient sentence. | |
| At age 77, he's a first-time offender with no criminal record. | |
| The felonies he was convicted of are low-level, non-violent crimes. | |
| And since he's a former president running for office again, the judge may not want to set a precedent by locking him up. | |
| That's why it's entirely possible that the judge could impose a fine or give Trump probation, which would require Trump to report to New York City's probation department. | |
| Still, legal experts say a prison sentence isn't off the table. | |
| And Justice Juan Merchant had already threatened to put Trump behind bars when he violated his gag order 10 times. | |
| If the sentence is shorter than one year, Trump could end up in New York City's Rikers Island. | |
| Former corrections officials say it's possible he could go to the West Facility, where there is plenty of room for him and his Secret Service detail. | |
| Originally constructed for inmates with communicable diseases, the facility is now known for holding high-profile inmates, like disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein and former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg. | |
| In the event he receives a sentence longer than a year, Trump would most likely serve time in a New York State facility. | |
| Regardless of the punishment, Trump would still be eligible to run for and become president. | |
| Even if the judge sentences Trump to prison, Trump could ask for bail pending appeal to stay out of custody while he challenges the conviction. | |
| So we're going to be appealing this scam. | |
| The appeals process could take more than a year to resolve. | |
| And if Trump wins in November, it's highly unlikely he'd have to go to prison while serving as president. | |
| though he wouldn't be able to pardon himself since the president's pardon power doesn't apply to state convictions. - Very disturbing. | |
| Meanwhile, Roger Stone believes the same people who killed JFK and removed Nixon are behind the attempted assassination of Trump. | |

| So if you want to understand, if you really want to understand how the American government actually works at the highest levels, and if you want to know why they don't teach history anymore, one thing you should know is that the most popular president in American history was Richard Nixon. | |
| Richard Nixon. | |
| Yet somehow, without a single vote being cast by a single American voter, Richard Nixon was kicked out of office and replaced by the only unelected president in American history. | |
| So he went from the most popular president to a president nobody voted for. | |
| Wait a minute, you may ask. | |
| Why didn't I know that? | |
| Wasn't Richard Nixon a criminal? | |
| Wasn't he despised by all decent people? | |
| No, he wasn't. | |
| In fact, if any president could claim to be the people's choice, it was Richard Nixon. | |
| Richard Nixon was re-elected in 1972 by the largest margin of the popular vote ever recorded before or since. | |
| Nixon got 17 million more votes than his opponent. | |
| Less than two years later, he was gone. | |
| He was forced to resign, and in his place, an obedient servant of the federal agencies called Gerald Ford took over the White House. | |
| How did that happen? | |
| Well, it's a long story, but here are the highlights, and they tell you a lot. | |
| Richard Nixon believed that elements in the federal bureaucracy were working to undermine the American system of government, and had been doing that for a long time. | |
| He often said that. | |
| He was absolutely right. | |
| On June 23, 1972, Nixon met with the then CIA Director Richard Helms at the White House. | |
| During the conversation, which thankfully was tape recorded, Nixon suggested he knew, quote, who shot John, meaning President John F. Kennedy. | |
| Nixon further implied that the CIA was directly involved in Kennedy's assassination, which we now know it was. | |
| Helms' telling response? | |
| Total silence. | |
| But for Nixon, it didn't matter because it was already over. | |
| Four days before, on June 19th, the Washington Post had published the first of many stories about a break-in at the Watergate office building. | |
| Unbeknownst to Nixon and unreported by the Washington Post, four of the five burglars worked for the CIA. | |
| The first of many dishonest Watergate stories was written by a 29-year-old Metro reporter called Bob Woodward. | |
| Who exactly was Bob Woodward? | |
| Well, he wasn't a journalist. | |
| Bob Woodward had no background whatsoever in the news business. | |
| Instead, Bob Woodward came directly from the classified areas of the federal government. | |
| Shortly before Watergate, Woodward was a naval officer at the Pentagon. | |
| He had a top-secret clearance. | |
| He worked regularly with the intel agencies. | |
| At times, Woodward was even detailed to the Nixon White House, where he interacted with Richard Nixon's top aides. | |
| Soon after leaving the Navy, for reasons that have never been clear, Woodward was hired by the most powerful news outlet in Washington and assigned the biggest story in the country. | |
| And just to make it crystal clear what was actually happening, Woodward's main source for his Watergate series was the deputy director of the FBI, Mark Felt. | |
| And Mark Felt ran, and we're not making this up, the FBI's COINTELPRO program, which was designed to secretly discredit political actors the federal agencies wanted to destroy. | |
| People like Richard Nixon. | |
| And at the same time, those same agencies were also working to take down Nixon's elected vice president, Spiro Agnew. | |
| In the fall of 1973, Agnew was indicted for tax evasion and forced to resign. | |
| His replacement was a colorless congressman from Grand Rapids called Gerald Ford. | |
| What was Ford's qualification for the job? | |
| Well, he had served on the Warren Commission, which absolved the CIA of responsibility for President Kennedy's murder. | |
| Nixon was strong-armed into accepting Gerald Ford by Democrats in Congress. | |
| "We gave Nixon no choice but Ford," Speaker of the House Carl Albert later boasted. | |
| Eight months later, Gerald Ford of the Warren Commission was the President of the United States. | |
| See how that works? | |
| So those are the facts. | |
| Not speculation. | |
| All of that actually happened. | |
| None of it's secret. | |
| Most of it actually is on Wikipedia. | |
| But no mainstream news organization has ever told that story. | |
| It's so obvious, yet it's intentionally ignored. | |
| And as a result, permanent Washington remains in charge of our political system. | |
| Unelected lifers in the federal agencies make the biggest decisions in American government and crush anyone who tries to rein them in. | |
| And in the process, our democracy becomes a joke. | |
| Now, you may have noticed that the very first person in the Trump administration the agencies went after was General Michael Flynn. | |
| Why Flynn? | |
| Because Mike Flynn was a career Army intel officer who ran the Defense Intelligence Agency. | |
| In other words, Mike Flynn knew exactly how the system worked. | |
| And as a result, he was capable of fighting back. | |
| Four days after Donald Trump's inauguration, the FBI lured Mike Flynn into a meeting without his lawyer, concocted a series of fake crimes, and forced him to resign. | |
| So that's how things actually work in Washington. | |
| Let's stop lying about it. | |
| Joe Biden, meanwhile, whooped like a hyena when the Justice Department destroyed Mike Flynn. | |
| So there is, we have to say, a certain perverse justice in watching something very similar happen to Joe Biden himself six years later. | |
| Joe Biden does not deserve our sympathy. | |
| He's being shafted, but don't weep for him. | |
| And yet the rest of us do deserve a better system, an actual democracy. | |
| When people nobody voted for run everything, you are not living in a democracy. | |
| That's pretty good. | |
| I mean, I could fine tune some points, but Scott, your thought. | |
| Well, we're in a similar situation to Oliver Cromwell in 1640, when they had the English Civil War. | |
| I've said this before, when the bureaucracy of Parliament, desperately corrupt and self-gratifying, and this king, you know, you could say president, overwhelms and abuses the people. | |
| And they rose up and overthrew, with Cromwell as the leader, Both the king and the parliament. | |
| And I could see the same thing happening to the United States. | |
| I could see governors of the states, not the pieces of garbage that currently call themselves governors now, but I could see the governors being changed or overthrown or both. | |
| And declaring, as they've declared, 25 states declaring that the invasion is an attack upon the republic and an emergency. | |
| I could see them conflating that also into the federal government is the enemy of the people, like Cromwell did. | |
| And a civil war, revolution, musical chairs, whatever you want to call it, a major change, a plate tectonic change of American political life will occur. | |
| And I see us moving and inevitably in that direction, as Victor had said, the ramrodding of the LGBT agenda down the throats of everybody. | |
| Africa, of course, is kicking the West out because of that, and other nations are too. | |
| But ramrodding that down, weaponizing the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA to deceive the American public, to hide Hunter Biden's laptop, to kick down the doors of women who are objecting to their school boards teaching Pedophile boys raping or men raping boys and the educational curriculum. | |
| This is ripe for leaders to rise up that are politically incorrect and graphically true and or truthful and unapologetically and fearlessly bold. | |
| The righteous are as bold as a lion. | |
| And moving in this direction. | |
| Revolutions occur like that. | |
| They look at Cuba and all of that jazz. | |
| Instantly it can turn in a weekend. | |
| And I think America is about to have that weekend very soon. | |
| And it doesn't mean Trump. | |
| Let me just say this too, Jim. | |
| I've said for a long time, you know this, and Don knows this, Trump is going to be thrown in jail. | |
| These little, little pussian morons who've never been through the justice system, never been through the corrupt, and I call that, you know, erroneously, but it's not the justice system, I was thrown in jail, and I was a first-time offender, and I was a military officer, and I had high-level degrees, and I'd been to the Bush administration, and I had a top-secret SEI clearance, yet they threw me in jail for three years. | |
| So, a judge can do anything. | |
| You know this better than anyone, Jim. | |
| A judge can say, no, Mr. Trump, I'm going to make you an example to all the future presidents so that all of history will remember my name, and I'm going to put you in jail for six months. | |
| And then you might die, mysteriously, because you've been in the same jail cell where they've had communicable diseases, I heard. | |
| Now, they're going to throw him in jail. | |
| Be advised. | |
| They're going to throw him in jail, and they're probably going to kill him, or try to kill him, but he is not going to be released or just fined. | |
| I bet my reputation on it. | |
| I hope he would be, but no, I don't think they are, because they don't care about anything but annihilating their political enemies. | |
| Think that they can kill or get rid of Trump and quickly amputate him from the body politic and then slap a hot iron onto the wound of the American people and terrify and traumatize them into being hiding in their caves and basements by setting off an explosion. | |
| They may even say it was done by the Iranians. | |
| Hey, Rikers Island has been nuked by the Iranians. | |
| Now we all have to stand together behind Kamala Harris, the cackling jackal. | |
| We are no longer in the American Republic. | |
| We are in a dystopian, Alice in Wonderland, Queen of Hearts, mad area. | |

| Mike Flynn, dumb as a bag of rocks, was part of the whole 9-11 event, never came out and talked about what we've talked about. | |

| So, Flynn never talked about this stuff, and I was the one who got him out of jail. | |
| I was the one that gave Sidney Powell the amicus brief. | |
| I was the one who gave her the information on Covington and Burling, the law firm that represented him, misrepresented him, and that also employed Eric Holder, Lanny Brewer, Roger Zakheim, Michael Chertoff, and a whole host of other Zionist Neocon, Liberal Democrat types. | |
| If it wasn't for my amicus brief, yeah, he would have been thrown in jail and he would have been killed. | |
| He would have been in a fetus position sucking his thumb underneath his bunk. | |
| That's where Mike Flynn was going if it hadn't been for Scott Bennett. | |
| And of course they like to kind of hide that and run away from that. | |

| Now, Trump has those, and he's supposed to be answerable to the people, not Netanyahu, and that's the only hesitation the Iranians have towards Trump. | |
| He had the opportunity to do with Iran what he did or tried to do with North Korea, and he screwed it up because he was listening to bad people. | |
| And I'm getting a feeling he's going back on that thin ice. | |
| And I won't be surprised if he falls through when they throw him in jail. | |

| General Michael Flynn got paid $25,000 in consulting fees, which left $1,000 left over for the veterans. | |

| And then Mike Gill came out with his Pandora's box allegation that apparently there's human trafficking and money laundering going through General Michael Flynn. | |
| And I said, well, how does this work? | |
| And he said, well, the thing is, when you're buying children, you can't make it so obvious Longer $100,000 for a kid. | |
| If you keep it at around $25,000, that makes it less noticeable. | |
| So then I started going and noticing that, yeah, the children are being trafficked for around $25,000. | |

| Trump was thinking of even having him as vice president at one time. | |
| And if anything, he's going to make him head of the military. | |
| Realize this, if a guest that comes on my show provides me with this evidence, you don't think that if I know that Michael Flynn may not be who he claims to be, that the Chinese don't know this and they may hold it against us or the Russians don't know this? | |
| As a matter of fact, a show that you and I were both on, Jim, SGT Report, with Sean When I was on his show last time, I brought these allegations up to him, and I said, Sean, you know, people need to know about this, because this is pretty serious stuff. | |
| And the moment that I mentioned this to Sean, he cut me off immediately. | |
| And what's happening is, and the reason I'm bringing this up, is because when Putin interviewed Tucker Carlson, he pointed out that Tucker Carlson had connections to the CIA. | |
| And now we're in this information war, which Joachim Hagopian, wrote an article recently which appeared on your network about censorship on steroids. | |
| We're in a situation now where nobody knows who to believe and the controlled opposition from X-22 report to Alex Jones to now even possibly Sean from SGT report is being exposed. | |

| Because we need to be men. | |
| And we need to understand who the enemy is. | |
| And if I found out, Jim, that you were involved in pedophilia or child trafficking, I love you, not in a gay way, but I don't want to have anything to do with you. | |
| You know, I had the opportunity to interview Scott Ritter, and I found out that he himself was twice charged with, I don't know, some stuff that I didn't want to get involved with. | |
| So I turned down the opportunity to interview him. | |
| Again, I'm not here to judge anybody, but you have to have integrity in the news business as a journalist as well, and I appreciate that you about, Jim, because, you know, people call you a shill, they think you're a Jew, whatever. | |

| We talked about this with Joaquin, the guy who predicted almost exactly how the assassination was with Trump, where he even said that he got shot in the ear. | |
| He was affiliated with Michael Flynn in doing that tour that Michael Flynn does. | |
| So how is this guy able to predict so acutely the assassination attempt on Trump? | |
| So people are saying that Michael Flynn Had something to do with that. | |
| There's a lot of things around Michael Flynn. | |
| Like I said, these are just things that need to be looked at because if we're going to head into a Trump administration, the way we are in with Biden, where when I was in China, Scott, they were showing me the Hunter Biden laptop when I was in China. | |
| They were showing me it all. | |
| The Chinese had it. | |
| Meanwhile, I'm here and I'm listening to the so-called secret service people and heads of the FBI saying that that was fake. | |
| I'm like, no, man, the Chinese have it. | |
| The Chinese showed it to me. | |
| So there's a lot of people that people think are heroes that are traitors. | |
| And I know that because I was being trained to be a traitor to my country at the world premier leadership laboratory at the United States Naval Academy. | |
