Time Text
And welcome back, folks!
This is Truth Vs. News on June 24th, middle of summer, hot time weather-wise and war-wise and otherwise, all across this country and around the world, and we're in the middle of a great conversation, so why don't you go ahead, I guess, Bill.
Well, to comment on the Rockefeller role here in moving from nation-state to globalism, which was initiated in the 1970s, to the eternal damage of the international community, your thoughts?
Yeah, my understanding, that actually began, there was a study Rockefeller started in 1956, a special studies project, which led to a publication, Prospect for America.
And it lays it out, actually, from what I understand, from that point, Jim, and lays out a multipolar world order and shifting economies.
So, what you said is absolutely true.
It's just a continuation of it, and that's what we're seeing, I believe.
Obviously.
Yeah.
John, do you want to make additional comments, Will?
No, not right now, no.
Thank you, Will.
Will, do you want to add more?
Sure.
It seems like we had Senator Larry McDonald who exposed this in a debate with Pat Buchanan.
Then he took a flight.
He was going to Korea, South Korea.
1983 Representative Larry McDonald, this is from before it's news, of Georgia, Along with 260 other passengers and crew aboard Korean Airlines Flight 777, died when a Soviet fighter plane shot down the unarmed civilian Boeing 747 airliner near Sakhalin Island after it had strayed into Russian airspace.
But the deal is, Larry McDonald just exposed this agenda, Newer-Dolder agenda, in this debate weeks before that.
There's some speculation.
I believe it was a total takedown just to get him.
They took out all the passengers aboard the plane in order to kill Larry McDonnell.
I agree, Bill.
That's my point.
Meanwhile, our next story, Biden regime amnesties 350,000 illegal aliens.
The anti-American Biden regime is fully intent on turning the once-proud United States of America into a Tower of Babel.
During Biden's three and a half years in the White House, his open, undefended border policy has allowed 3.6 million immigrant invaders to occupy large areas of the U.S.
California and Seattle, Washington now hire immigrant invaders to police American citizens When citizens are policed by illegals, is it any longer their country?
Various American cities in the hands of Democrats want to legalize voting by immigrant invaders.
Democrat members of Congress want to hire immigrant invaders as U.S.
soldiers.
The question before us is, does U.S.
citizens any longer have any value and any meaning?
Polls show that Hispanic Americans themselves support the deportation of immigrant invaders.
Hispanic Democrats say they're going to vote for Trump.
Point of the report.
They see the Biden regime's open border policy as a slap in the face when millions of people not have to go through the process, but on top of that, are getting resources they don't qualify for.
The Biden regime could not care less, as the intention is to steal the election yet again, or imprison Trump, or assassinate him.
The decision has been made to turn the U.S.
into a Tower of Babel.
That train has left the station.
Now, I want you to listen very carefully to this story, by far.
This is the most important story delivered tonight.
Louis C.K.
accidentally reveals a bigger plot behind flooding the U.S.
with illegals.
No, it's not just for votes.
The left wants to turn the U.S.
into a third-world country, all to satisfy some misguided elite white guild.
And even out the playing field.
Will Tanner.
Reminder that the goal of mass migration isn't equity or justice or whatever else that people promoting it claim.
Rather, It's about destroying the countries to which the migrants are heading, dragging them down to the level of the rest of the world.
Here's Louis C.K.
admitting that much to Joe Rogan, saying it's not fair that America is so much better off than the rest of the world, so it needs to be destroyed and brought to the same low level as the third world.
Let me repeat that.
It's not fair that America is so much better off than the rest of the world, so it needs to be destroyed and brought to the same low level as the third world.
Every once in a while, you listen to someone and what comes out of their mouth is so raw and real, it makes you wonder if they meant to say it.
That's exactly what many people are saying about comedian Louis C.K.
after his recent chant with Joe Rogan about Biden's devastating border invasion.
It was one of those candid moments where he let the beans spill out all over the floor, revealing, firstly, that this invasion was planned.
He then went on to discuss why the left is determined to see America overrun with uneducated, low-skilled, and oftentimes criminal illegals.
As Lois C.K.
pointed out, he believes it's simply not fair that the U.S.
is so much better than everyone else.
According to what he expressed, the leftist mindset is that we need to be brought down a few pegs, and the quickest way to do that is by importing low-IQ, low-skilled filth into the country.
This isn't how you create fairness.
It's how you topple an entire country from within.
And the fact of the matter is, the left knows this and is more than okay with it.
Just look at what the left is doing with our twisted and dangerous DEI agenda.
That promotes people based on charity, not excellence.
We're dumbing down the U.S.
at a rate that's mind-blowing.
And it will take decades to recover from this, frankly.
I think it's impossible to recover.
Will Tanner tweets, Reminder that the goal of mass migration isn't equity or justice or whatever else that people promoting it claim rather.
It's about destroying the country to which the migrants are heading, dragging them down to the level of the rest of the world.
Here's Louis C.K.
admitting it.
Bill, I think that's the real agenda.
Your thoughts?
Well, I think if you put this in the bigger context, the International Trade Agreement, starting with the North American Free Trade Agreement, Ross Perot told us about the Great Sucking Sound, remember?
You don't want that!
The Great Sucking Sound is all those jobs moving south!
Right, and that's bipartisan trade agreements that Then became the Asian Free Trade Agreement, the Asian Free Trade Agreement, the Trans-Pacific Pact.
So, this has been in the plan and the works a long time.
You've got to remember that landmass of Asia, you know, when you look at China, India, dwarfs the United States, and the population has already dwarfed the United States.
That's where the potential market is.
And these companies, these transnational companies, they don't, they're not interested in borders.
It's just an international trade of commerce to them, you see?
And so what happens here is irrelevant to them because of the profiting, the minimizing expense bill of the stock margin.
That's what it's about, right?
And of course in those other countries you have nil labor rights and environmental rights.
So companies set up factories there, like Zhejiang, 450,000 people.
The girls work in shifts.
They share one room, seven girls rotate through the beds.
And then chemicals and work environments and things like that that would be illegal here go on.
They put up suicide nets to stop the girls from killing themselves and being poisoned from n-hexane, then benzene now, which is a carcinogenic.
So that's the iPhone factory and where a lot of electronics come from.
Um, this is, uh, I, I take Umbridgewood's blame anyhow on the Dems.
This is, this is, uh, the, what, see, the, the corporatocracy is what rules.
The banksters, and then above them, we talked, uh, with Brian Davidson and, and, uh, obviously Chris Weinhart, uh, about the big money that has an agenda, basically, of neo-feudalism.
You know, the very, very poor middle class has been crushed, especially this whole pandemic.
That's another thing.
Small businesses, 60% of liberal obliterated millions across the country, United States.
And not only do you have the undocumented, now I want to say, when I worked in Southern California as a heavy equipment operator on many sites, including federal Superfund sites, and there were pipelines to bring the guys up to work, that way the companies maximized profit, and they didn't have to pay, they eroded the union.
These are American-owned companies, They're the ones who are profiteering.
The migrants don't hold the business licenses.
You see what I'm saying?
So, no migrant ever took your job.
It was given away by a corporatist.
Keep that in mind.
They make the decisions.
And so, it's all about maximizing profit.
Now, a lot of those migrants are very hard-working.
It's not fair to characterize them, in my opinion, as low-life trash.
The percentage that come across that are involved in drug trade and whatnot, and sex trafficking, Guess what?
That's being enabled.
The Child Protective Services, 80% of the kids sex trafficked through Child Protective Services, Health and Human Services.
Tara Lee wrote us talking about that at the border.
The Catholic Church is involved.
She exposed that on Church Militant.
It's not fair, in my opinion, to In fact, from what I understand, the crime rate overall, undocumented, is even lower in a lot of areas of the country.
Bill, I don't give a goddamn.
They're lowering the quality of the culture of the United States.
They're deliberately destroying America.
That is the point.
It's the corporatists that are doing it, Jim.
The migrant never took your job.
It was given away by a corporatist.
He brought in an oil bill, for God's sake.
The message here is very clear.
They're trying to destroy America, lower America, which has had a superior quality of life and level of education.
And it's success to the same level as other nations.
That is outrageous being done on ideological grounds.
It makes me wretch.
I can't begin to tell you.
I'm not blaming the migrants and giving all kinds of inducement, Bill.
I don't give a rat's ass about the migrants.
I care about America.
And the left is destroying America.
That's where I disagree.
It's not a left-right issue.
This is coming from the corporatocracy, is what I'm trying to say.
The banksters and the money managers and above them.
It's a fallacy to call it a right-left issue.
That's all I'm saying.
Okay, thanks.
Meanwhile, secret George Floyd effect.
The EI rot in universities is deeper and darker than you imagine.
DEI is dead.
Long live DEI.
That, at least, is a situation now prevailing on America's university campuses.
Glance at recent news stories, and the story you'll see is that after decades of growth, four years of absolutely running wild, the diversity and inclusion industry is now in full retreat, in a promising shift.
Both MIT and Harvard have, for now, publicly abandoned the requirement that job applicants submit loathsome diversity statements as part of a job application, according to no less an authority than The New York Times.
This could be the end for mandatory DEI statements.
They're right.
The switch has flipped as of now, said Jeffrey Flier, a former dean at Harvard Medical School.
Many professors on hiring committees, he said, have been reluctant to voice their concern about mandatory diversity statements before now.
But I think the large majority of faculty who question the implementation of these programs, and in particular these diversity statements, these people are being heard.
The University of California System was the first to require diversity statements starting about a decade ago.
To supporters of the requirement, such statements were necessary if colleges wanted to build a welcoming environment for a diverse student population.
Today, some universities use these statements early on in the hiring practice to screen applicants before they're even granted an interview.
Others consider this statement later, as applicants reach the final round.
When Harvard and MIT asked their faculties about the worthiness of diversity statements, though, they found scant support.
Further down the prestige ladder at public colleges in Republican-controlled states, a similar shift is taking place.
In these states, the push is coming from Republican lawmakers You will belatedly recognize that DEI is a hiring program for people who hate them.
In some states, lawmakers have ordered universities to abolish diversity statements.
But most on-the-bail initiatives, on-the-ball initiatives, have made sure to actually fire DEI staffers and shut down the departments.
At the University of Texas, Austin, 40 people lost their jobs.
After the school DEI office got the hacks, at the University of Florida, a vigil fired 13 administrators in response to a DEI ban.
At the end of May, a post by Yale postdoctoral fellow, David Austin Walsh, went viral in the threat.
The hapless Walsh commented on the hopeless struggle to secure an academic job as a white male.
In a hiring market where his skin and sack place him in the untouchable cast.
Christopher Avruvo tweeted, this is beautiful.
A DEI supporter becomes so frustrated with the reality of DEI that he blurts out the truth, then immediately apologizes and blames the right.
This is the archetype of the white male ally, a figure of supreme cowardice and self-deception.
Matt Karp tweets, The number one story in the U.S.
history job market over the last 10 years is the overall decline in tenure track job openings.
But the number two story is a change in which jobs are being offered.
The U.S.
history market in 2012-13 compared to 2023 with data from the Academic Job Wiki.
Just look at that right-hand chart at the bottom, how African American studies or posting for jobs have vastly increased and how other categories have shrunk.
There's a consistent pattern in the examples above, indicating an aggressive increase in DEI hires beginning in 2020.
Perhaps this indicates something of a George Floyd effect in academia.
Universities have also adapted the technique of cluster hiring.
Well, multiple faculty are hired at the same time with a focus on particular specialities to laser in on left-wing political goals, as explained by John Saylor at the National Association of Scholars.
Even without diversity statements, cluster hiring makes it easier to rig the system by centralizing the hiring process.
Such centralization Takes faculty hiring out of the hands of normal academic departments and puts it substantially in the hands of administrators, who are more likely to be obsessed with mindlessly hitting quotas.
What's important about all these factors is that none of them will actually be mitigated by simply abolishing diversity statements.
Rather, we see the truth.
Diversity statements are simply a mechanism through which university administrators achieve a political goal, hiring fewer white men and more of everybody else.
Academics openly admit to this goal.
And they engineer it in many other ways.
But there's another force coming into play.
For years, the University DEI racket has been about finding ways to rig the application process to hire those who are less qualified.
But especially since Floyd's season began in 2020, there have also been changes to the entire academic ecosystem.
that are undermining the entire concept of being better qualified.
Consider academic publishing.
One of the reasons it's typically easy to observe that DEI hires are less qualified than their malignant deficient competitors is that they often fall substantially or laughably short on standard career thresholds for an aspiring scholar.
For the regular public, the job of professors is to teach college classes, but in academia, the currency of success is published papers and other recognized research accomplishments.
Getting a paper in a field's top journal, such as Nature or Science, for scientific endeavors, greatly improves the academic chance of being hired.
And the contiguous lack of some papers from DEI hires drove home the farce of handing them prestigious jobs.
While battles among university faculty get the most attention, quietly behind the scene, the editors of those top academic journals have been maneuvering to turn the very process of publication into a race and sex-based boil system.
Right now, instead of being headed by sober-minded scholars, some of the most prestigious journals in the world are led by people who are speaking charitably, mentally unwell.
Bill, your thoughts?
Um, it's not something I, to be honest with you, had a chance to really research, Jim, uh, because this is a topic that's new to me.
I mean, I've heard a little bit about it.
I, I, I really don't have much more to add to it other than, um, if it falls in line with, uh, the workers, uh, and the agenda of the Rockefeller Foundation, um, the controllers, It's more the same.
That's all I can say.
It seems to be that, as Rockefeller said a long time ago, I forget which one it was, one of the old timers, that he didn't want a nation of thinkers, but a nation of workers.
And that's our school system.
And so they've intentionally been trying to keep the intellectual acuity of the American people down.
And the TV programming reflects that, if you think about it.
Pretty mindless, a lot of it.
I knew 30 or 40 years ago when political correctness affecting our speech began to rear its ugly head that something was very wrong, that something ill was blowing in the wind, and it has come to fruition in the DEI movement.
Sad to say.
Meanwhile, Trump I think my running mate will be at the debate.
Former President Trump says he's chosen his vice presidential running mate, and the person will be in attendance at Thursday's debate with Democrat President Joe Biden.
Trump told a group of reporters in Philadelphia Saturday that he hasn't told anyone else who his choice is, and for now it's only inside his own mind.
In recent days, three finalists have been reported—Senator J.D.
Vance of Ohio, GOP North Dakota Governor Doug Burnham, and Senator Marco Rubio of Florida.
Trump did not say when he would announce his pick whether he would announce his pick at the debate.
The announcement comes as Trump seeks to galvanize support for his 2024 presidential campaign following a tumultuous period marked by legal challenges and controversies.
The choice of running mate is seen as a critical decision that could influence voters' sentiment and the overall dynamics of the race.
Vance, Gaining national attention with his best-selling memoir, Hillbillyology, and being a vocal supporter of Trump's policies, Bergen, known for his business and human-in-leadership in North Dakota, represents a pragmatic approach to government.
Rubio, who ran against Trump in the 2016 Republican primaries, brings a stunted political experience and focus on foreign policy.
Meanwhile, Trump leaves audiences laughing with hilarious tiny props.
Donald uses it to humiliate Biden.
Critics have frequently pointed out Biden's failures while in office.
Joe promised a Build Back Better in 2020, but today most Americans believe we are worse off than we were four years ago.
Biden's responsible for massive illegal immigration, rampant crime, and two wars overseas.
And Donald Trump is not going to let voters forget it.
During a recent speech, he highlighted Biden's biggest failure.
Thanks to Joe, millions of Americans are suffering.
While the media has tried to blame other factors, most know Biden's decision brought us here.
And Trump had a brilliant visual to prove it.
From Washington Examiner, Former President Donald Trump hit President Joe Biden's economic policy failures by explaining inflation, seen under the Biden admin with a miniature TikTok container.
Inflation.
This is what it does to you.
This is TikTok now, he said, holding the prop and receiving laughter from the crowd.
That's what inflation has done.
I'm glad everyone in this room has good eyes, but I will end the Biden inflation nightmare.
Biden has even admitted to the phenomenon to which Trump was referring, calling it shrinkflation, where companies are selling smaller side products for the same price as their normal and better economic climate.
However, The Biden team has attempted to divert blame for the practice to corporations for their consumer practices.
Here we have Trump roasting the size of a pack of Tic Tacs under Biden's opic.
Speaking at the event, Trump hammered Biden over inflation.
He took out a tiny Tic Tac container to illustrate how bad things are getting, thanks to runaway inflation.
Because if everything is going up, Not only have companies raised prices on basic necessities, they're making products smaller to save money.
Biden blamed companies and their greed in reality.
Biden's reckless spending, open border, and war on American energy have caused this problem.
Biden has forced the price of goods to skyrocket.
Some companies have had no choice but to raise prices or to offer less.
The problem is reaching far and wide, and not just with breath mints.
And while Democrats might brush this off, Americans are not.
Regular families are forced to spend more for less.
They won't soon forget whose fault this is.
As I see it, Trump's ability to connect with everyday Americans on issues like inflation shows his understanding of what people are really facing.
While Biden blames companies, his policies are driving these problems.
What do you think?
Are Biden's policies to blame for this economic mess, or is there more to the story?
Bill, your thoughts.
Well, that's the way they want us to see it.
Create the right-left divide again.
It is a corporatocracy that pulls the shots.
The politicians are underneath them in the pyramid structure that, you know, we talked about with Brian Davidson last show.
And frankly, you know, if this is the Creating Trump as the martyr, the hero who's going to clean up everything, make America great again, while at the same time he's going to crush your freedom of speech, your right to protest, and God forbid you talk about the Holocaust or October 7th.
You know, if you look at his cabinet, they're all the same people.
The Council of Foreign Relations people, Trilateral Commission people, World Economic Forum people.
But they have to give us something to fight over.
So you get four years of Of maybe lower gas prices, lower inflation, and then the social issues, the identity politics, screams, and then it just flips back and forth.
But over time, you know, the wealth transfer to the rich for the last several decades has been trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars, whether it's Republican, Democrat, Republican, Democrat, but overall, and you look at like my dad, when he came, he was able to buy a house In Trumbull for $16,000, raised four kids, has a school teacher, then a pharmaceutical salesman, then he opened the Spoken Wheel bike shop.
You know, that shop, after 50 years, was foreclosed on at pennies on the dollar.
That's bike shop in Bridgeport, another small business that went under.
And those economic times didn't happen in one administration, is all I'm trying to say.
This has been going on, and then you look at the railroad industry, the deregulation, the cutting back on the workforce 30% for maximizing profit.
Exxon did this, which resulted in a lot of spills.
This is a corporatocracy that has run amok, and the cabinet members are Through each administration, the names may change, but who they represent doesn't.
And it reminds me of the 20-year study by Professor Gillinson Page, Princeton Northwestern, 20-year study on the federal laws enacted by Congress.
Basically, they said your vote doesn't matter.
That 20-year study found that.
Because it's a lobbyist.
And I've even had House, Connecticut House Representative Kim Rose tell me the same.
It's the lobbyists, the lawyers that write, they write the laws.
And so, you know, And if you want to go back to Trump, if you look at the Polish Brigade that was illegal Polish workers at Trump Towers.
They all do this, Jim.
You had his hotel cleaning staff and maid workers and maintenance.
They brought a class action suit against him when he started running for president because they're all undocumented.
They had fake papers.
So he had to start firing people.
He claimed he didn't know what his managers were doing.
That's when you own the company, you're responsible.
I find that implausible.
You know, the policies are going to go back and forth.
But over time, over decades, they lead in one direction.
And that is the sucking sound that Ross Perot talked about.
And the whole situation is engineered, is all I'm trying to say.
I think I get when you say your vote doesn't matter because what you're saying is whether you elect a Democrat or a Republican, the lobbyists are running the show in Washington.
So it's actually occupying the seat and their party affiliation is going to change the decisions that are made in Congress.
That are dictated to a very high degree by the lobbyists, and not by the public, no matter how strongly they may prefer one policy over another.
If the lobbyists aren't headed in that direction, it ain't gonna happen.
Remember Thomas Massey, what did he say?
Remember the recent interviews he had with Tucker?
He said, and Cynthia McKinney the same, that they all have an A, they're expected to have an AIPAC.
And if you go back to who's behind the money behind it all, you have the, um, Miriam, um, is it Adelson?
Is that how you pronounce it correctly?
- Exactly, Jim. - Adelson.
Adelson.
And it was her husband. - Sheldon made his money in casinos and resorts in Las Vegas.
There you go.
It's right there with Trump.
And you also have the banks are all behind all this.
So I understand the identity politics and the thought that Trump's going to come in.
And even if it doesn't get better for four years, it'll be temporary.
And it's just to turn us against one another in the long haul.
Unfortunately, I don't want to sound Like a doomer.
But the fact of the matter is, my grandpa came from Italy, worked in Singer, ended up buying a house, bought a car, three kids.
Grandpa didn't have to work until the kids grew up.
Worked for the phone company.
Similar story with my mother and my dad.
They gained equity in their properties.
Tremendous equity, right?
16 grand.
My father sold that for $459,000 47 years later.
Then it put an addition on, but most of it was equity gain.
Kids coming out of college today, they're so neck deep in debt, they can't even get a job where they can pay the debt down and afford to buy a house.
So BlackRock, you own nothing, have no privacy and be happy.
That's the World Economic Forum mantra.
You see?
And so that's where the big, big pictures are coming from.
Also, BlackRock and JPMorgan announced they were going to be rebuilding Ukraine, financing the rebuilding of Ukraine.
It's all about, you know, kind of like the Versailles Agreement.
Put them into big debt, International Monetary Fund, Bank of International Settlements, corporatized and privatized, you know?
And it's a strong indication, you look at Maui and you look at Paradise, California, that that was done intentionally, with direct military weapons, to do the same.
You know, Jim?
Yes, yes, yes, absolutely, Bill.
Good points, good points.
Meanwhile, Democratic senators dismiss rumors of replacing Biden. - Yeah.
Senate Democrats are quashing rumors that President Joe Biden might be replaced as a nominee before the Democrat National Convention in August because of concern over his age and poll numbers.
Biden has a 0.4% lead over former President Donald Trump in a head-to-head matchup.
According to the latest analysis of recent polls by FiveThirtyEight, I find that impossible to believe.
But Trump leads Biden in seven key swing states—Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, and Nevada, according to a poll by Forbes.
Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois said stories about Biden dropping off the ticket this summer or fall are simply bizarre, The Hill reported.
Add Senator Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut, I've heard no credible Plan B, and I'm not counting on a Plan B. Senator John Hickenlooper of Colorado acknowledged Democrat voters are alarmed over polls showing Trump has a solid chance of beating Biden in the fall.
Everyone has seen the polls.
I think people are so alarmed that we would elect someone who's kind of revealed himself to be a demagogue.
He said that he'll refer to Trump.
The media speculations about Biden dropping out have been fueled by polls showing that a majority of voters think he's too old to be an effective president.
The Hill observed.
A New York Times-Siena College survey of voters nationwide published in March found 73% of voters think that, including 61% of voters who backed Biden in 2020.
Race Journalist Pierce Morgan broadcasts clip of President Biden appearing to be confused during a fundraising event in Los Angeles.
The White House later slammed the video clip as selectively edited misinformation to make the president look bad, while Trump shared it on his media platform to social with a comment.
Is this really who you want to be your president?
If Biden is incapacitated or decides to set aside before November, Kamala Harris will be the Democrat Party candidate.
I don't think so.
Blumenthal said Thursday's debate between Biden and Trump will be a really critical point in the campaign and would set the trajectory of the race.
All the questions people are asking right now will have different answers after this debate.
At the end of the day, it's going to be a choice between the two of them.
I think Biden is so much sharper, quicker, knowledgeable than even Democrats give him credit for.
Right.
We all have moments when we can't remember a name.
That's not what's important about being President of the United States.
I don't have a plan B.
I'm not looking for a plan B. Replacing Biden with Harris is very unlikely at this stage, a Washington examiner pointed out.
Look at this.
Maybe this is the ace up their sleeve.
Maybe Mike Dindale wasn't so crazy when he showed that Dominion voting machine switch votes from President Trump to Joe Biden.
Mike has a receipt to expose the election fraud.
He just can't find a courageous judge to look at the evidence and expose the biggest crime against Americans ever, stealing their right to choose who leads them.
Get this.
Biden's sister is married to Stephen Owens, who owns Dominion Voting Systems.
Does anyone else see this as a huge conflict of interest?
Meanwhile, Susan Rice, former President Obama's key advisor, is heading up the operation of tasking our federal agencies to actually get votes from illegal immigrants.
Are you saying you have proof that the Democrats are trying to recruit illegals, migrants, to vote in our presidential election?
Is that what you just said?
There is a memo from Susan Rice that says we've got to figure out how we're going to get these illegal immigrants.
It's going to be challenging to teach them how to make sure we get their votes in the ballot.
They don't say whether they're going to make them citizens first or not.
Well, that was a pretty stunning remark from New York Congresswoman Claudia Tenney with me on Mornings with Maria on Fox Business, apparently referring to President Biden's 2021 executive order, which put former Obama adviser Susan Rice in charge of promoting voter registration within the federal agencies.
Now, it should be noted that the order does not allow illegal migrants to vote in federal elections.
That would be against the law.
But the congresswoman just said a recent Susan Rice memo suggests doing just that.
Meanwhile, Biden's ongoing border crisis is having deadly consequences for America.
ICE confirming to Fox News that the 23-year-old Salvadorian national, suspected of murdering mother of five Rachel Morin in Maryland, entered the United States illegally as a guide away.
And then in Houston, two Venezuelan nationals were arrested for killing 12-year-old Jocelyn Nangaray, with one of them apprehended by border patrol crossing into the country last month and then released with a notice to appear in court.
Joining me now with more is Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.
AG, thank you so much for being here this morning.
I want to talk about the potential for illegals voting in America.
What can you tell us?
You heard what Claudia Tenney just said.
That is illegal.
I think she's absolutely right.
I have no doubt that's the plan.
If you think about what's happened on day one, Joe Biden of his administration, not a week into it, not a month into it, he announced that he wasn't going to deport illegals anymore.
Why did he do that?
He wanted to signal to the cartels, start bringing people here.
They profit from that.
Bring them to Border Patrol.
You don't have to hide and we'll move them around.
And as you know, you and I have been on the border together.
We've seen people come across.
And we've talked to them about what they're paying these cartels.
The reality is the plan from the beginning, get these people here as fast as possible and get them voting.
And I truly believe that the Congresswoman is absolutely right.
And most states, only three states actually have laws that require proof of citizenship.
So the rest of us are exposed.
If they get a social security number and a driver's license, they're going to vote.
Now there is a memo that's been going around at the border, and it's in Spanish, okay?
And I want to show you this memo because at the bottom of the memo it says, in Spanish, don't forget to vote for Joe Biden, we need another four years of him.
This flyer, the woman's name on the flyer is Gabriela Zavala, but she says she was shocked to see the memo because she didn't write the memo.
What can you tell us about this memo?
Because she says she didn't write the memo and yet there's a memo at the border which the illegals are reading in Spanish and it says, go vote Joe Biden.
What is this memo all about?
Yeah, look, the memo speaks for itself.
There's no doubt that this is the plan.
It's to encourage these illegals to vote.
They've given them phones.
They connect them to social security numbers.
They connect them to voting in these states.
And their job, really, is to come here and vote.
And they're putting them in the right places, the right states.
We don't know where they're putting the illegals, but I guarantee you it's in the crucial states.
Joe Biden can't win this election without illegal voting.
And this is the biggest threat to our democracy, our republic, that I think we've seen since who knows when.
This is unbelievable.
You're the Attorney General.
I want to know what you can do about it.
We're going to take a short break and come right back with Texas AG Ken Paxton.
Stay with us.
Welcome back.
I'm back with Texas AG Ken Paxton.
AG, you just said a moment ago that you do believe that the Democrats are trying to get the illegal migrants in the open border to vote in the presidential election.
You're the Attorney General of Texas.
What can you do about it?
Do you have any advice for other AGs or governors to ensure that we actually see a fair and transparent election in five months?
Well, this is so controlled by the federal government, because they're the ones that can issue the social security numbers.
There's virtually nothing we can do unless the laws are passed that stop illegals from voting.
That's what we need to do at the federal level to protect the states, because right now, the states don't have those protections in place to stop illegals from voting.
Only three states, as I said, have that.
We don't have it.
Our speaker, our Republican speaker, killed that bill.
So even in Texas, we don't necessarily have a way to stop illegals from voting.
That's unbelievable.
And Merrick Garland said he's going to vow to stop voter ID.
That's one of his main points.
And then we have to watch all of these murders taking place.
What can you tell us about the status of the open border today, now that we know that American citizens have been murdered at the hands of illegal migrants?
As you and I have seen, people crossing the border, we've been down there together several times and the numbers are staggering.
And not only that, but the Biden administration is allowing criminals into our country purposely.
These other countries are emptying their prisons.
So we're getting the worst of the worst.
These countries are getting rid of the worst of the worst.
And that will have a dramatic effect for years and years to come as these people are spread around the country.
We're going to see more and more random crimes, people dying, and that directly goes back to Joe Biden allowing these people in.
We even have a lawsuit trying to stop criminals from coming into this country, and the Biden administration is fighting us even on that.
That's unbelievable.
Bill, your thoughts?
Okay, that's a lot to unpack.
Well, Yale University reported the Population of undocumented in this country is not 11 million, but more than double that.
And that was a couple of years ago.
So 22 million.
Most of those people are working in jobs like poultry industry, processing plants, picking produce.
There's not 22 million rapists, criminals.
I mean, And again, this goes back to, this is a smoke screen.
The real, the part of it is, big part of it is, again, the American companies that are employing these undocumented, when ICE goes in and busts down undocumented at the poultry plants or whatever, it's because those people tried to get together and have some worker rights.
Nobody above them ever gets fired.
Nobody above them gets arrested.
Same thing on the construction sites I was on in Southern Cal.
And this goes back, I haven't been there since 2010.
Even Federal Superfund site was the same thing.
So, the Dominion voting machines are totally hackable.
We know that from the Haldeman Report, buried in Georgia by the Secretary of State of Georgia and a judge.
Now, if Trump, I contend, if Trump really wanted to straighten things up, including get his indictments immediately Wiped out.
The affirmative defense is the Haldeman Report.
Giuliani didn't say anything about it.
Sidney Powell didn't say anything about it.
None of them talked about the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 regarding the money, millions, hundreds of millions of dollars put up so our press can lie to us.
The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act.
The only ones that ever talked about repealing that is JFK Jr.
He's not even allowed on the stage to debate.
You know, how do you like that one?
Trump's about democracy.
If I were him, I'd insist that R.F.K.
Jr.
had a voice.
If you're about free speech and you want to get people another option, if you're about democracy, you're about a republic.
So given the choices, Bill, are you recommending people vote for Joe Biden?
I didn't say that.
What are you saying?
You're dumping on Trump.
We know he's flawed.
But isn't Biden overwhelmingly worse?
And RFK Jr.
has even said he doesn't see any genocide going on in Gaza and is complimenting the Israeli army as the most protective of civilians in the world, which are manifest absurdities.
So if those are the choices, what should we do, Bill?
Well, you know what?
I suggest we're not going to change it by vote for any one of them.
They're all Zionists.
They're all backing Israel.
They're all in cahoots.
If they're all backing Israel, then they're equal.
What about on every other count?
Are they different in any other way, or are they just exactly the same?
Ultimately, even if you get a four-year change under Trump, it's not going to last.
It's going to ricochet right back.
That's the right-left divide moving the Overton window back.
But overall, say, OK, everybody vote for Trump.
Trump wins.
We get some benefits in the economy for four years.
People feel a little better about things.
And then It's been Republican-Democrat, Republican-Democrat.
It's been a seesaw back and forth.
What all I'm saying is they're playing us.
Because over decades, what happens?
You can't buy a house today coming out of college.
You can't even afford to pay off your college loan.
All the things I've already mentioned.
This is all—so go ahead and vote for Trump.
Big deal.
So you can have lower gas prices and lower interest rates for four years.
And if you don't think that the estuaries and the wetlands are important to the health of your waterways, then you're deluded.
A Trump administration would have all those environmental regulations completely wiped out.
You know, and I worked in environmental soil and underground water remediation projects for Shaw Environmental.
The pump and dump procedures that the corporate talk is where the corporate talkers see are going to be carrying on under Trump, at least RFK Jr.
He's been fighting that, trying to clean up the waterways, the fisheries, economies for the fishermen went up a great deal due to the legal work he did, and he fought the pharmaceutical industry.
So you think RFK Jr.
would be the preferred choice?
I would, if it's only those three.
That's it.
If we're over the internet, I'd rather have more than you.
Thanks for all that.
Meanwhile, revealed Amazon complied with demands with Biden regime to censor books critical of Big Pharma.
Are we surprised?
Jim Jordan revealed Amazon complied with demands from Biden admin to censor various books they consider a threat to their political agenda.
In a lengthy thread on X, Jordan complained how internal documents within Amazon confirmed that Biden officials had requested that Amazon add various titles to a Do Not Promote list.
Here's Jim Jordan tweeting, The Amazon problem, part three, Amazon censored book list.
We knew Amazon censored books because of pressure from the Biden White House.
Now we know which books.
Children's books, books for parents, books critical of Big Pharma.
This is unconstitutional government censorship, full stop.
Whether you agree with this speech or not, free speech is free speech, and the Biden admin pressured private companies to censor constitutionally protected speech, including six of my books.
Our committees will continue this critical investigative work to further inform legislative solutions to dismantle the Biden admin censorship regime.
Among the books centered by Amazon were mainly critical of vaccines, including one for children that suggested vaccinated and unvaccinated people can be friends.
Here's another Jordan tweet.
Before COVID, a journal and book author dared to draft a book for unvaccinated children facing discrimination, especially in California and New York.
The author said the book promotes a law of understanding and kindness to everyone.
Biden and Amazon breached tolerance, right?
The child book said that vaccinated and unvaccinated can be friends.
Instead of censoring it, Amazon should send the book to Fauci, Gavin Newsom, and Joe Biden.
Remember when they said everyone had to comply with their made-up rules and vax mandates or lose their jobs?
The revelations provide further evidence of collusion between the White House and left-wing big tech companies to center the voices of Americans and those who oppose the actions of global pharmaceutical giants, such as Pfizer and Moderna.
Bill, your thoughts. - Sorry, I forgot the speaker off.
Well, that kind of goes into what I was suggesting.
It's a shame that RFK Jr.
doesn't take the stage because you could be sure he'd be making these points.
And we need that desperately because we know, according to Fauci, by 2024, it's going to be worse.
Another pandemic that's going to crush the economy.
And, you know, you have Trump still boasting about his work speed, which is a total fraud, because Dr. David Martin, the patent analyst, 1990, the first RNA vaccine platform was using veterinary care.
He's been using veterinary care for three decades.
And that's a fact.
And if you look at the patents from Dr. Martin's dossier, since the end of the 60s, they patented coronavirus.
It's a chimeric virus, two cold viruses.
My father used to sell for Big Pharma, so I took an interest in this.
He used to sell Sero before he opened his bike shop.
And he told me when I was a kid, don't listen to the doctors he got out of it, because all the birth defects and remember, under the fertility pill, all the problems women are having.
and miscarriages.
It was too much for him.
He got out of it.
And so, you know, there's holistic care.
It's a whole nother way to do this.
The Amish aren't dropping like flies, ladies and gentlemen, from either polio or anything.
There's a reason.
And so there's lots of ways to handle your health care.
But the idea that RNA is a new platform is nonsense.
David Martin, spoken from the UN in September, even 10 years before revealing all this, and it all gets pushed aside and buried.
And And he sent the dossier to many attorney generals, and including Rand Paul, and nobody's talking about it.
They're all burying it.
Great comment, Will.
Maybe RFK Jr.
is the right choice.
Finally, We have Jim Fetzer PhD motion to open judgment pursuant to extrinsic fraud and fraud upon the court.
Look at this figure 28.
Renowned makeup artist Kazu Hiro performing his craft on a subject who is about to be playing Leonard Posner on 60 Minutes.
Having carried my Sandy Hook case from Dane County Circuit Court to the Wisconsin Count of Appeals District 4 in the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and then going to the United States Supreme Court, all to no avail, it became apparent that my only option was to expose the fraud behind the fraud, the extrinsic fraud, and the complicity of the Court of the Attorneys for the Plaintiff, Leonard Posner, the fraud upon the Court.
I had suggested from the beginning that Leonard Mosner was not a real person, but a legal fiction.
But it's taken me close to a year to put it all together.
I have posted my motion below.
The exhibit shrunk 548 pages in total, and could only be taken by the court in 10 megabyte segments.
Since my exhibits ran 107 megabytes, they had to be uploaded in 11 parts, which are linked below.
Some fascinating stuff.
And notice here how Noah Bosner is a legal fiction created out of photographs of his half-brother, Michael Vavner, when he was a child.
The simplest proof to be extremely broad would be that some of the alleged decedents are either fictions or are still alive.
Some only exist as photographs, such as my favorite Noah Bosner, who is said to be the youngest member of the first grade class at Sandy Hook.
Noah turns out to be a fiction created out of photos of his stepbrother, Michael Vabner.
When Michael was a child.
Here you have a photo of Sandy Hook, Father Leonard Bosner.
That's up here worldwide.
This is from The Guardian.
And the simplest proof of the fraud upon the court, as I protested at the time, the person who appeared in Dane County and testified under the name of Leonard Posner was not the same person whose image had been published millions of times worldwide.
He was younger, thinner, and to put it most simply, just a smaller person.
Of course, he looks older in 2012 than he did in 2019.
And when Leonard Posner was featured on 60 Minutes, they used the celebrated artist K2 Hero, who has won award after award, to make up the subject, who appears to have been the witness in Madison on the right, to make him look like the Zendayak Posner on the left.
But why go to all this troubled time and expense for a man whose images have appeared millions of times around the world, unless it's not the same guy?
The quantity and quality of the evidence I have amassed satisfy even the most demanding critic.
Thus my affidavit affirms that my motion to open judgment pursuant to extrinsic brought upon the court is brought in good faith and substantiated by thorough and detailed documentation in Exhibits A through Z, which you can review for yourself below.
Here is the motion.
Now comes James A. Fetzer, Ph.D., Pro Se, to open the judgment of $1.1 million in awards entered against him by extrinsic fraud brought upon the court practiced upon him.
The extrinsic fraud was by FEMA, the media, and the Obama administration by presenting Exercise L-366, conducted on 12-13-12, as a real-time live mass shooting in which 20 children and 6 adults were killed.
A fraud upon the court was committed by officers of the court, including Leonard Posner's attorneys Genevieve Zimmerman and Jacob Zimmerman, who separately and jointly perpetrated fraud upon the court by falsely alleging a death that did not occur and supporting perjury by presenting it as part of the deposition testimony of imposter witness.
And by Dane County Circuit Court Judge Frank Remington, who disallowed Dr. Fetzer from challenging the extrinsic fraud by setting aside his extensive and detailed evidence that the purported death had not occurred, but was based upon a stage event, which
The mainstream media and the federal government had declared to be a real event to promote the government's gun control agenda, on the basis of which he granted summary judgment to plaintiff Exhibit A by sanctioning Dr. Fetzer when he sought to expose the identity of the imposter witness, thereby denying him a real contest In the hearing of Case No.
18-CV-3122, Posner v. Fetzer, et al., have been denying the existence of disputed facts when they were pervasive and fundamental to the case, on appeal, and so forth, up to the Supreme Court, and in support thereof.
Dr. Fetzer states the following jurisdiction.
This case is brought under the rule announced in the case of United States v. Throckmorton, 98 U.S.
61, 1878.
That fraud upon the court may be brought at any time in any court Or a party has been prevented from presenting a valid offense.
It would be manifestly unreasonable for this decision to stand.
Indeed, case number 18, CV 3122, Posner v. Fetzer et al.
seemed to be a perfect example of fraud upon the court.
As SCOTUS intended, Donald Griffin, Jr., equitable reason for the judgment obtained by fraud intrinsic and extrinsic of 1952.
It entails a violation of constitutional rights under color of laws defined under 18 U.S.
Code 241 and 242 by denying Dr. Fetzer his Seventh Amendment right to a trial by jury.
And in the 14th Amendment, right to equal protection, because a summary judge would provoke protocols of Wisconsin very widely, from those of other states such as Texas, and pursuant to the Wisconsin Code of Judicial Conduct, as set forth in Chapter 60 of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and Wisconsin Statute 806-07-2K,
This section does not limit the power of a court to entertain an independent action, to relieve a party from judgment or proceeding, or to set aside a judgment from fraud on the court.
Meanwhile, here you see the 26 exhibits Laying it all out.
It's all available online, especially on my blog at jameshfetzer.org.
And here's my affidavit.
I, James Fetzer, Ph.D., pro se, affirm that my motion to open judgment pursuant to extrinsic fraud and fraud upon the court is being brought in good faith, as abstained by voluminous and detailed documentation, Bill, your thoughts?
as exhibits A to Z, which I have reviewed and hereby affirm under penal emergency.
To the best of my knowledge and ability are true and accurate copies of authentic documents as they have come into my possession.
Bill, your thoughts.
Well, just for anyone who's not familiar, in those exhibits, you'll find the FBI consolidated crime table for 2012, crime table eight, which cites zero murders in Newtown, where Sandy Hook is a village.
You also find Patricia LaLondra's testimony in a foray hearing that took place way back in 2015, June 3rd, at 2 hours and 15 minutes.
She takes the stand, in a sense, to be cross-examined at the court, and she acknowledges that Department of Homeland Security dropped the sign, everyone must check in.
That's consistent with the FEMA drill that Jim's described, L366, which took place Same day, same time, scheduled Region 1 FEMA drill at St.
Vincent's Hospital Complex in Bridgeport, Connecticut, 2800 Main Street, literally about 15 miles from Sandy Hook.
I grew up here.
My grandmother used to work at the medical center and the gift shop.
I used to go every weekend to see her when I was a kid.
Yeah.
Coincidence.
It's strange how it all works.
And then you also have the dash cam footage which came out.
Wolfgang's FOIA hearings.
No massive children nor adults evacuated from that school.
Because they weren't there.
The school was closed.
Excellent commentaries again.
You can check it out at jameshfetzer.org.
On my blog, still on the front page.
Also published by State of the Nation, I'm proud to say.
Don, take us out.
I'm proud to say I know James Fetcher very well.
And he did a wonderful thing on this book, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, the main book that's been banned.
Why?
I mean, I challenge people to go to any page in this book and find something that is questionable, and question it, and prove it wrong.
And then you'll have a reason to ban a book, but nobody's done that, as far as I know.
And of course, there's other books like J.F.K.
and other things.
This man and this program is a treasure.
I mean, James is just...
I'm so privileged to have him as my best friend for the last 20 years.
And so this show, Truthless as News here, on June the 24th, revealed a lot of stuff that you won't get anywhere else.
So you need to watch it, share it, and if you don't, nobody else will see it.
And it's important to be seen.
So I thank you so much for watching today, and we're going to be back next week.
It'll be July 4th, the time when And we'll probably have Scott back, and then I think it's going to be, well, keep it on.
And Bill, you were fantastic.
Thank you for being on today.
You've got some real good insights, brother.
So, thank you, and carry on into the next half of this year, and hopefully it's going to be a better half, because this is sort of ending roughly this half.
