Welcome, folks.
This is January the 28th, 2024.
A whole month has gone by in this new year, and boy, it's been a heavy month.
I tell you, things are really critical these days, so this show is going to be very important.
I've seen the stories.
Jim has done another 20 hours or more of work putting things together, and it's just great.
That's Jim Fetzer, the host of our show, who's done a miracle here.
Jim has written a most famous book here, Nobody Died, on Sandy Hook.
I tell ya, this one is banned, but it's the hottest book, I think, in the country.
He's also talked about American Luke on 9-11, and JFK, and Who Hot and Why, and other things.
Jim is just a miracle worker, and we appreciate him so much.
And we have Bryan Davidson, He's a private investigator out of Houston who knows what's what and is not afraid to tell you what is really happening.
So, let's just see what's really happening today back there.
Are we getting close to genocide and other things that are happening back in the Middle East?
Well, it's very interesting, Don, that the International Committee Court of Justice has ruled that Israel has been committing genocide.
Here we have one report, followed by the president of South Africa, who brought the case.
As the proceedings began, one after another, all the things that started coming out from the American judge's mouth, we felt that they were all very positive.
And we were all, in fact, in the visitor's gallery, we were all pro-Palestinian.
There was not a single pro-Israeli visitor in the gallery.
And we kept Our hopes kept on getting higher and higher even though we have been told previously that not to expect a ceasefire call which is what happened in the end but still I felt that on a global stage for the first time Israel has been actively called out for all its crimes so that should be considered a victory and I saw the South African contingent actually at the end celebrating so they too also consider it a victory and that's how we should consider it and it's a stain on Israel for eternity.
We expect Israel, as a self-proclaimed democracy and a state that respects the rule of law, to abide by the measures handed down by the International Court of Justice.
After more than half a century of occupation, dispossession, oppression and apartheid, the Palestinian people's cries for justice have been heeded by an eminent organ of the United Nations.
Today, Israel stands before the international community.
Its crimes against the Palestinians laid bare.
Absolutely, and it's historic.
The International Court of Justice found South Africa's assertion that Israel is committing genocide plausible.
South Africa basically won the case.
They, the ICG, agreed they, South Africa, had jurisdiction, that they had standing in the case, that some of the things South Africa had alleged are certainly taking place and fall within the definition of the genocide convention.
I'll just hear a summarizer finding.
The court said it had jurisdiction to rule.
The court orders Israel to take measure to prevent acts of genocide in the Gaza Strip.
That it must report back in one month.
That Israel must prevent or punish incitement to genocide.
Israel must allow humanitarian aid into the Strip.
The court obliges Israel to take more measures to protect Palestinians but does not order it to end military operations in the Strip altogether.
Critics are saying it doesn't go far enough in its ordered remedy Obviously, the order to allow humanitarian aid and prevent the death of innocent civilians makes no sense.
If Israel is allowed to continue killing hundreds of innocents while pulverizing Gaza, a clear-cut ceasefire might have been better than an implicit one.
The significance is not that it will quickly stop the genocide, even if a ceasefire order would not have been obeyed.
But rather than put Israel's 75-year genocide of Palestine into the international spotlight, whatever happens in Gaza, the case will drag on for years.
In other words, Israel and genocide have been permanently linked as synonyms rather than antonyms.
Israel's excuse for invading Palestine and murdering and expelling Palestinians has always been the classic psychopathic Peter play.
We are genocide victims.
The government in Gaza has flipped that equation and exposed the truth.
From now on, Israel will be correctly viewed as a nation of genocide perpetrators.
Meanwhile, the massacres continue.
A mixed feeling of disappointment and excitement from the ruling.
Either way, it doesn't seem to alter anything on the ground.
Israel's war on the Palestinian people continues unabated, as well as continued American support.
Meanwhile, Palestinian and Arab resistance has escalated their attacks on the Israeli army on multiple fronts.
According to Gaza's Ministry of Health, 25,900 Palestinians have been killed, 64,110 wounded in the ongoing genocide.
Palestinian international estimates say the majority of those killed and wounded are women and children.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah is becoming far more active.
I expect a great Increase in Hezbollah activities during the coming week.
We targeted Israeli occupation soldier Nirmatullah with missile weapons.
We targeted a building in Avim on the Lebanese border.

Scott, your thoughts?
Well, I think the overwhelming evidence is being confirmed.
The pulverized buildings, the pancaked tombs, and the thousands and tens of thousands of Palestinians in Gaza that have been genocided.
There's no other term for it.
So, the court was confirming, but it was also a little bit mild, and I thought You know, not courageous at all, because a courageous court, without being, you know, emotionally compromised, would offer a very clear, you know, robust opinion.
Not a kind of a soft, almost monotone, silent one.
If I was a court justice and saw all this, I would have said something to the effect of, in the court's opinion, it is the most monstrous crime that we've seen in probably the last at least 50 or 100 years.
And the Israelis purposefully announcing in its government communication channels that it intends to annihilate, quote, the seeds of Amalek.
Whatever that means, you know, calling the Palestinians Amalek, of course, is a reflection of the true evil satanic seed that occupies inside the true realms of the demon Nephilim, which is the Israelis.
But, you know, there was no real monstrous outcry to the behavior of the Israelis.
And I'll tell you, they're not going to do anything.
The Israelis are going to continue.
Because that's the way they are.
They are genocidal maniacs who think that the world doesn't exist other than them.
So, the only solution to this is going to have to be an imposed one from the outside.
It's going to have to come.
And I'll just note, there was a story today, three U.S.
troops killed in Jordan.
Three U.S.
troops killed by a drone attack in Jordan.
I said this was coming and it is coming.
Troops in Jordan are going to be hit.
Iraq are going to be hit.
Qatar are going to be hit.
All troops all over the Middle East at every base and every ship are going to be targeted because as the Israelis refuse to stop throwing gasoline on this fire, and America keeps giving them the fuel to do so, We are, you know, aiding and abetting this genocide and they need to bring a similar case against the United States.
Now that genocide has been ruled against Israel, genocide needs to be ruled against the United States as aiding and abetting and enabling this genocide of Israel.
So I think that's a logical step is to Ryan.
Lay out that Israel's been concluded to have committed genocide.
And so are those who are intentionally aiding and helping and assisting and motivating and encouraging their genocide.
And they should list the United States.
They should list every member of Congress that has been voting for weapons and money to be given to Israel to further this genocide.

Well, the thing I'm not seeing that I would like to see more of is actual Jews standing up and speaking out about this particular problem.
But they've got sort of an all-in-the-family approach to the way that they deal with issues and concerns, and I'm not hearing any dissenting opinions coming from them.
They seem to think that they are the world's biggest victims under the world's most oppression, that they are the great victims of the Holocaust while they perpetrate exactly the same crimes, and there isn't any Jews standing up saying, this is a problem, this is a problem.
It's very rare for me to hear somebody who is in the know about Israel stand up and say, we are doing wrong.
I think I've seen it one time On a Rumble video years ago that I could never find again, maybe it was deleted or disappeared, where a Jew came out and said, what we're doing to these Palestinians is absolutely terrible.
We've got this military occupation taking place.
I mean, he came out and he said it.
He said, we treat them like animals.
That's what they are.
That's what they are to us.
And that's what we do.
It's nice to see the International Court of Justice say something, but at the end of the day, are the Jews going to actually feel the pain?
I mean, you got 64,000 dead Palestinians.
Are they going to feel the pain?
And I just don't simply, I don't believe that the International Court of Justice can deliver that sort of reprisal.
Or has the political will to deliver that sort of appraisal that's going to get them to actually slow down with this particular activity?
I think it's going to continue and it's going to get worse and worse and worse until they feel the pain from one of their neighbors.
As I understand it, by the way, it now goes to the Security Council, and if it's vetoed, any action is vetoed there by the United States, which is predictable then to the General Assembly.
It has great symbolic, moral, political significance, but whether it will Causing Israel to constrain itself is a whole other question, as Brian has emphasized.
Meanwhile, yeah.
Let me just say, final to that, what needs to happen again is for Russia, Turkey, China to lead a convoy to land on the beach of Gaza and deliver food and water and medical supplies And I know that they're kind of waiting for all this international support, but how long are you going to wait?
How many people are going to die until that's done?
That's the only answer.
It's a massive Marshall Plan airlift.
We did it, what, in 1950-whatever?
They did the Berlin Wall and such.
This is the only way to save these people and to take control of Gaza and make the landing zone, the BRICS landing zone, and that's the Palestinian state and it's leased to the BRICS countries.
We talked about this with Stephen Pidgeon.
You take all the rubble and the concrete and you make harbors So, I mean, you take all that concrete and stuff and you make a harbor that Russia leases from Gaza, that China leases from Gaza, that Saudi Arabia or Palestine leases.
You can transform that area within a year into quite a rehabitable land.
But it has to be imposed by a naval armada, a naval convoy, landing and providing.
Now, they could announce this at the United Nations if it goes that far, you know, if the UN Security Council vetoes it, then it goes to the United Nations.
How long that's going to take, you know, is another matter.
But they need to initiate a farm aid, Africa aid, some kind of international humanitarian relief mission that defies the Israelis and the Americans and says, if you're going to attack this convoy, you're attacking Turkey, Russia, China, and every other country that's part of it.

Meanwhile, the Biden Navy is forced to retreat in the face of the Houthis just doing a great job in the Red Sea.
American ships are once again being attacked.
They call them terrorists.
I call them freedom fighters.
They've declared war on Israel.
They're acting in accordance with international law.
They were not Interfering with ships that were not destined for Israel, but now that they've been attacked by the United States and the U.K., U.S.
and U.K.
assets are now legitimate targets for the Houthis.
They fired missiles at a U.S.-flagged container ship sent commonhouse.
They're backed by Iran.
Their motto isn't subtle.
God is great, death to America, death to Israel, a curse upon the Jews, victory to Islam, said U.S.
Senator Tom Cotton.
This group, Biden removed from the foreign terrorist list, I say appropriately, allowed them to build up arms and threaten American sailors, but only because of our intervention.
The Houthis didn't come after us.
Meanwhile, the Washington Post's Biden admin is crafting plans for a sustained military campaign targeting the Houthis in Yemen, stoking concern about derailing the war-ravaged country's fragile base in Point Washington into another unpredictable Middle Eastern conflict.
Meanwhile, Russia's Lavrov rejects a U.S.
proposal to resume nuclear arms talks that Ukraine must end its push to join NATO before any peace discussion can proceed, but how could Russia believe in anything coming from the West after signing onto the Minsk agreements as a cover, deliberately misleading Russia?
In my opinion, the West has no credibility.
Russia's top diplomat has rejected a U.S.
proposal to renew a dialogue on nuclear arms control, saying it's impossible while Washington offers military support to Ukraine.
Speaking at a news conference, Sergey Lavrov accused the West of fueling global security risk by encouraging Ukraine to ramp up strikes on Russian territory, warning Moscow will achieve its goals regardless of Western support.
Commenting, he added, Moscow has rejected the offer for such talks to be held.
Washington first needs to revise its policy toward Russia that the push for a revival of nuclear talks has been driven by the desire to inspect Russia's nuclear weapons sites that U.S.
demands are indecent in view of Ukraine's attacks on Russian nuclear capability bomber bases during the conflict.
Amid a hybrid war waged by Washington against Russia, we haven't seen any basis, not only for any additional joint measures in the sphere of arms control and reduction, but for any discussion of strategic stability issues with the U.S.
We firmly link such possibility to West fully renouncing its malicious course aimed at undermining Russia's security interests.
I agree with him.

Some observations of note.
...and fight side by side with Ukrainians with. It's stupid.
I think the reference is to Britain.
They just inked this mutual security pact.
But the key aspect to this pact is that it doesn't come into force until after the current fighting is done.
So I think what Sunak was saying is once the pact comes in force, the British will fight side by side with the Ukrainians.
But since the pact will never come into force because Ukraine's going to cease to exist.
Judge, I have to tell you, the one thing that I came across, came away with after talking to these senior political leaders is The Ukrainian state is doomed.
The Russians are going to terminate it.
Whatever we call Ukraine today will not exist.
So any agreement that's out there right now, it's not worth the paper it's written on because at the end of the day, whoever signed that won't be in power and the government that they represented won't be in power.
It's going to be something totally different dictated by the Russians on the Ukraine.

What's Scott saying?
Well, I was just doing a Russian TV interview before the show, actually, and it was on a declassified memo that Bill Clinton and his Secretary of State at the time, Christopher Warren or Buren, in 1894, We're traveling over to Ukraine, and this is a declassified memo that was written up by the stenographer taking notes, and the Russians were asking me, what does this mean?
What's going on?
And it was Bill Clinton saying to the Ukrainian president at the time, we will provide you the IMF guarantees to pay for your energy.
We will create an American alliance with you.
They didn't get into the NATO, but they were They were fishing for the stability of Russia, and Ukraine was bending over backwards, was full of glee, and Clinton was promising them, oh, the European countries and NATO countries, and everyone's on board with bringing Ukraine into the orbit of the European Union NATO establishment, which means out of the orbit of Russia.
And you look back in 1994 when all of those conversations and the foundation was being laid till now, it's a terrible tragedy because Ukraine, as Ritter said, has been annihilated and will continue to be annihilated until it is a dissolved patchwork of, you know, Indian tribes roaming the wilderness of Western Ukraine.
But what I foresee happening is this ridiculously stupid Rushi Shunak who thinks that because he played cricket in an English private school with a bunch of white, cream-faced, red-cheeked little English boys makes him English.
He's not English.
He's not British.
He's an Indian.
And neither are the Pakistanis or anyone else who claims to be British.
They're not.
I'm British.
I'm Scottish.
You're not a Briton unless you're part of the Isles.
Uh, so Rishi Shounak is trying to, uh, you know, carve out what I think is going to be a, uh, exiled Ukrainian government, uh, that they will then use all of the captured Russian 300 billion dollars or whatever they, they, Biden is now saying they're going to give back to Ukraine.
All that's nonsense.
What they're going to do Take Zelensky or his replacement or someone that looks like him, move them out somewhere and take all the money that they stole from Russia and money launder it again through Zelensky and try and do a government-in-exile guerrilla warfare operation against Russia, thinking that Russia is not going to do anything.
Well, that's a miscalculation, because I'll tell you this, if Putin goes, and when he goes, Medvedev comes in.
Medvedev is like the clubber Lang, while Putin is sort of the more gentleman boxer.
Medvedev has got a lot of pissed off aggression.
He will come in and they will annihilate every single Ukrainian that threatens a Russian.
They're done with this because they've endured 10 years of genocide themselves, murder themselves, old people, young people, school children, kindergartens getting bombed.
I was there.
I saw it.
Uh, they're not going to tolerate it anymore in Russia.
So, uh, you're going to see Ukraine just disintegrate very, very quickly.
This most recent assassination murder taking down of the Russian plane is another indication of the desperation.
All of this is blowing up in their faces, but I think you're going to see a government in exile, and the British and the Americans are going to try and prop this up like they did the Iraqi government exile that they tried to bring back in in 2003 when Saddam Hussein fell.
Shalabi, I think it was, if I remember correctly, and no one embraced him.
No one will embrace Zelensky either.
The big thing is the exodus of all these Ukrainians all over the place.
They really are a gypsy people now.
So I think I agree with Ritter.
The end of Ukraine is upon us, but they have an opportunity to resurrect it because the Russians are not vindictive.
They look at the Ukrainians as cousins, right?
As Slavic cousins.
So what they, and I've been saying what they can do and should do, is invite all of the Ukrainians back to Ukraine.
Tear up every single BlackRock contract and say, no, no, no, no, no.
Ukraine is now part of the Russian territory.
We will decide.
How it's divvied up and BlackRock and George Soros's son and every other trader they ever step foot back in this area will be executed as traitors, as genocidal orchestrators like Hitler and the rest of them.
They put those out against them all.
I think the same thing needs to happen to all of the Ukrainian and other officials.
So it's the question is when all of this is going to roll out and end.
I would hope in the next month or two, Jim.
Well, we've been covering this war in Russia for quite a while, and we've had a lot to say about everything that's been taking place.
But I think what, if you want to boil it all down, I think the entire quote unquote war was a planned demolition operation all along.
It was some people that choose to sell out their own people in Ukraine.
They allowed the installation of a puppet in Zelensky.
They traded and made arms deals with the United States and then siphoned off as much money as they possibly could, leaving the Ukrainian soldiers under-equipped to deal with the war that they had been propagandized into.
Russia has been tremendously merciful along the way in not killing more of them.
And just to show you how bad it is, this week in Belgorod, there was a prisoner swap between Russia and Ukraine.
And Ukraine, Kiev, fired a missile at the airplane, the Russian airplane, carrying 65 of their own soldiers back to the prisoner swap.
And they shot him down.
RT this week released a 54-minute documentary that basically follows the money related to this, and what they're saying is that this whole war was basically a ticket for a bunch of people to enter into the financial elite by playing along with the game and selling out their own people into this machine.
I hope it ends quickly.
There's been enough death already over money.

Well, there have been massive kickbacks of USAID going back to American politicians and others.

Israeli media admit Hamas atrocity campaign was all made up to drum up support for war.
This has to do with October 7th.
They made it up.
They're openly admitting the atrocities about the beheaded babies and all that, baked in an oven to drum up support for Israel's war in Gaza.
Enough time has passed for the Israeli media to admit what they've been saying for the past three months.
Israel's military and political leadership fabricated many of the grisliest Hamas atrocities to generate support for the genocidal war planned in Gaza.

Meanwhile, senior generals and former officials demand the removal of Bibi Netanyahu.
Yadat Erdoğan reported Friday 26 former senior Israeli security officials, 17 senior officials in the civil field, including three Nobel Prize winners, signed a public letter calling for the dismissal of the Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, following the failures of the war in Gaza.
They consider him unqualified to lead Israel and that his hands are stained with Israeli blood.
The newspaper published the content, disclosing it will also be published in the U.S.
Most of the signatories expressed their opinion even before Operation El Casa Flood on 7 October through speeches some gave during demonstrations opposing the plan to undermine the judiciary Led by the Israeli government, which Netanyahu was promoting to preserve himself from the legal consequences of his corrupt acts.
Journalists and political commentators consider that the most crucial matter is not the names on the list, but the timing.
The protests that were completely frozen after October 7th demand a return to the core of public discourse in Israel.

Other signatories added to the previous claims that Netanyahu's effort to destroy democracy bears primary responsibility for creating the circumstances leading to the brutal massacre of over 1,200 Israelis and others, the injury of over 4,500, Muted.
And the kidnapping of more than 230, of whom over 130 are still in a mosque's captivity, the victim blood is on Netanyahu's hands, all related to October 7th.
They noted he was fundamentally and morally incompetent to lead Israel into war and poses a direct and existential threat to the state of Israel.

Well, I think Netanyahu, of course, is going to go down as the next war criminal equivalent, if not worse, to Hitler, Netanyahu.
And I know we all understand the true story of Hitler in World War II and Auschwitz and all that stuff, but for popular culture and the history channel types and the average dullard and simpleton in America that, of course, doesn't watch our program,
All of those people in that generation, even they are, I think, have to look at the black and white reality of what Israel through Netanyahu is doing as, you know, absolutely unforgivable and unacceptable in any, you know, modern civilized world.
And that is always what the woke
Soft, liberal, you know, Democrat thinks, oh, we're in a sophisticated, civilized Star Trek world where we have Alexa, and we have Google, and we have phones, and we've got electric cars, and oh, we've got vaccines, and we may even have chips that we can put in our head to make us, you know, energized like transporters in Star Trek, and God knows whatever their other half-wit, retard imaginations yield, but the common thread of their
You know, buoyant optimism into a utopian future, which they delude themselves into believing, is that everyone, as Francis Fukuyama, you know, pathologically pursued, was, oh, everybody gets along.
The end of history is upon us.
There's nothing more we need to know.
Everything is locked up tight that needs to be known about economics, about politics, about religion, about, you know, Natural order.
Now the new religion is climate change.
But the common thread is everybody has to be sort of this passive, you know, brave new world, you know, androgynous, non-aggressive, non-toxic, masculine, non-alpha male person and culture.
And that is totally overthrown, that mindset is totally overthrown by the blood and the suffering and the agony and the screams and the tremendous thundering crashes of collapsing buildings and the sticky red residue of blood on the chalky white cement ash heaps and sand dunes of a wrecked society.
You can't escape that.
This is a reality.
And you're not bombing militants, guys in army uniforms that are attacking you.
You are systematically clearing the grass, cutting the grass, and I think they use that same language in describing their operations.
You are systematically annihilating Every building every every block every mile every 10 miles within the Gaza Strip to remove the Palestinians so the land is uninhabitable and you can then the Israelis can then maneuver
It's piracy operations, it's theft, it's implantation, it's economic development plans, building a new Panama Canal kind of thing, building oil infrastructure to get the natural gas out of that water area.
That's what their agenda is.
They think they can say, you know, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.
These aren't the droids you're looking for.
This isn't the genocide.
Those people are all just militants.
That three-year-old baby, that baby in the womb, clutched to her mother's breast that is covered with concrete and rebar, they're the sons of Amalek.
They're the real enemies.
We had to destroy them.
No sane person can accept that.
And as a result, I think you are witnessing the vast majority of people, although they may not like Donald Trump, Their very being and everything they hold dear to their religion.
I've met so many people that say, well, I'm amoral, I allow everyone to do anything they want, homosexual, bestiality, whatever, we're just a live and let live free world.
But when they see this Gaza, stark, bloodthirsty genocide reality.
It shatters all of those myths and those self-depictions.
What Israel has done is throw the sledgehammer through the stained glass window and the air is blasting through the pale gray gaunt faces of people sitting in the chairs watching the screen, which is now no more.
And I think that is the old world that is now no more.
And the new world that's going to be coming in is a bricks dominated multipolar world where America is ostracized and left in the corner like the dunce that it is.
A dunce by self-inflicted castration, beta programming, and every other poison that we've tried to infect our society with.

Well, we need to clear the air and blow away this dark fog.
Let's turn the lights on related to October 7th.
I mean, you've got an article there by Max Blumenthal that basically is accepting the premise that October 7th was a real event.
And I disagree with that absolutely completely.
I have gone and watched hours of footage related to October 7th, and I can tell you that that event was as fake as the Las Vegas massacre.
The more you watch it, the more you understand how things rolled out versus the narrative that they give us, the more it's absolutely clear that it's another Las Vegas.
But the problem isn't just Israeli.
The problem It's global.
It's worldwide right now.
The entire world is lost in a fog of deception, lost in a fog of immorality, and lost in a fog of not knowing which way is up anymore.
Our academic institutions have sold us out.
There's no more logical, critical thinkers inside of our academic institutions that can or will expose these events.
For what they are our media has sold out and take a look at its current demise with Sports Illustrated and all the other I think it's Washington Post and all the other CIA controlled mockingbird media groups that are beginning to lose credibility and I think it's because the people of the world
Are beginning to wake up to the absolute fact that there is a black magic voodoo witchcraft lie floating around out there in society that's deceiving people into going along with these evil plans that make some very silly people very rich.
It needs to end.
