	troops are now in Yemen.
	The White House has confirmed for the first time U.S.
	troops have been deployed to Yemen beginning in October.
	Houthi forces struck commercial shipping in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden in a series of attacks with ballistic missiles supplied by Iran.
	Sunday, a drone strike on a U.S.
	forward-operating base in northeastern Syria killed three U.S.
	service members and injured two dozen more.
	According to the White House, yesterday's strike was carried out by Iran-backed militias.
	The White House has notified Congress that the U.S.
	has troops on the ground in Yemen.
	Now, let me say, I was listening to a report, a Pentagon spokesperson, a woman, I don't know, about mid-35s, very articulate,
	Leaving out crucial information, talking about all the hits on strikes, would not explain that Yemen is at war with Israel, that the only ships that are being hit are ones with cargo for Israel, that it was the United States and the UK that attacked Yemen wrongfully, because Yemen has been acting in accordance with international law, the United States and the UK are not.
	And that this has now made U.S.
	assets in the air legitimate target, so you're getting one-sided story from the Pentagon itself, a matter of the greatest urgency.
	And I'll tell you, there's an irony here.
	The Houthis would like nothing better than to kill American troops, and sending troops into Yemen is idiotic, I'm telling you.
	Everything we know about the Houthis.
	They're battle-hardened.
	They're well-trained.
	They've been in years and years and years of attack with Saudi Arabia.
	They have survived.
	They have thrived.
	They're going to kill American troops there by the bushel basket.
	We are not going to prevail in Yemen.
	This is one more act of colossal stupidity, if this were a decision being made by an American president, but I affirm It underlines what I've been emphasizing, that Benjamin Netanyahu is our commander-in-chief, that Israel is dictating our military strategy.
	I would say not only in the Middle East, but even in Ukraine.

	Russia may supply heavy weapons to Texas so as to defend itself and its border from any attempt by Biden to forcibly reopen the Texas border to illegal aliens.
	Russia's permanent representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nemetsia, said publicly It is important to understand that by supplying weapons to Texas, Russia does not become a party to the conflict.
	This was a priceless thing for Russia to say, given the exact language used by the US and NATO when they supply weapons to Ukraine to fight Russia.
	Recall too, The entire Ukraine thing started because Ukraine began to use up its federal troops against two Oblast states, Luhansk and Donetsk.
	So a parable between Ukraine, NATO, Russia, now Texas, Russia, U.S.
	are perfect.

	Texas is recruiting volunteers to patrol high-threat border zones.
	Wow!
	This looks like it could come to a real military conflict.
	Meanwhile, the Epoch Times publishes Border Patrol Union.
	This represents all the Border Patrol officers.
	Post a violent message.
	Says agents have no issue with Texas border state stance.
	Unlawful orders as determined by competent legal counsel.
	Not what some outhouse lawyer behind a keyboard says will not be followed.
	The union representing U.S.
	Border Patrol agents has declared that its agents I appreciate and respect Texas's effort to secure the border amid escalating tensions between the Lone Star State and the Biden admin.
	For weeks, the federal government and Texas Governor Abbott clashed after the National Guard couldn't control the 47-acre Shelby Park area in Eagle Pass, Texas.
	The Texas National Guard had been accused of denying Border Patrol agents access to the park Leading to multiple legal battles over access.
	In a January 26 post on Twitter, the National Border Patrol Council, the labor union, representing agents and support staff, said that border patrol agents have no issue with Texas having to secure its border.
	NBPC added that if there are any reports suggesting otherwise, they are simply untrue.
	Frank and Bob, Border Patrol agent, appreciate and respect what Texas has been doing to defend their state in the midst of this catastrophe.
	The Biden admin is unleashing America.
	We want to be perfectly clear.
	There is no fight between rank-and-file BP agents and the Texas National Guard Governor Abbott or the Texas Department of Public Safety.
	Last week, the Supreme Court voted in favor of granting the federal government the power to remove barriers installed along stretches of the Texas border.
	However, Mr. Abbott has argued nothing prevents him from worrying the National Guard to erect additional barriers and raise their wire.
	The Supreme Court blew it badly, as I have explained in relation to this in the E. Jean Carroll case.
	And let me just remind you of an aspect of that, because it's simply bizarre.
	If you know what's going on with regard to Yemen, if you know that Yemen is at war, if you know that the Houthis have only been attacking ships with cargo bound from Israel, if you know that that's all in compliance with international law, then you realize a rogue state here is not Yemen, it's the United States and the UK attacking Yemen.
	This is outrageous.
	We all know about the E. Jean Carroll case.

	The dress she claims to have been wearing, photographed appearing on New York Magazine, didn't even exist at the time.
	It hadn't been manufactured.
	Her description of the dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman was inaccurate, making her sequence of events impossible.
	Her lawsuit was bankrolled by Jeffrey Epstein Powell, a Democrat, and Nick Lee Haley, a mega-donor, Reid Hoffman.
	Democrats created a law, the Adult Survivors Act in 2022, to enable her lawsuit to proceed.
	This, as I mentioned before, special legislation by the New York Democrat legislature to allow a case to be brought even though the statute of limitations had expired.
	Clearly politically driven, having no substance whatsoever.
	Her accusation is the exact plot line of an episode of Law and Order, one of her favorite shows.
	Trump Apprentice was also among her favorites.
	She has a history of falsely accusing men of rape, including Les Moonphase.
	She told Anderson Cooper, most people think of rape as being sexy.
	Think of the fantasies.
	She has made a career promoting promiscuity, even writing glowingly of sexual assault, naming her cat Vagina.
	I mean, this woman is a nut, but Democrats have used her and the corrupt political system to go after Trump because they're afraid he's going to dismember them once again in 2024.
	And I guarantee you that will happen.
	This is just one more glaring instance of the demolition of justice in the USA.

	The latest up front to the administration of justice has come from the decision in the E. Jean Carroll fantasy trial, where a woman appears to have been obsessed with sex and won a staggering $83.3 million verdict.
	Get Donald up for alleged defamation for denying her claim that he had raped her at a Bergdorf Goodman store, where she can't even remember the year of the occurrence.
	A woman who's been raped, absent broofies, will not only remember the year, but the month, the week, the day, and even the minute the transgression took place.
	And in Georgia, the sanctimonious D.A.
	Fannie Willis, who threatened to fire anyone working for her who has slept with a co-worker, Turns out to have been indulging in a lavish affair with her married lover, whom she had selected to prosecute Donald Trump in a complex RICO case with 19 defendants, when he was inexperienced at litigation and had no expertise in this type of law.
	These cases appear to manifest TDS, Trump Derangement Syndrome, by zealous Democrats eager to tarnish or destroy the reputation of the one-man wrecking ball they despise to the core.
	Far more serious, however, are acts by the Supreme Court of the United States,
	Which of his manifestos most seriously in the current decision regarding the right of the Biden admin to curtail the governor of Texas in his efforts to staunch the flood of millions of illegal migrants crossing our southern border, for the President of the United States has abdicated his role to ensure that laws are faithfully executed and that the federal government will protect the states from invasions.
	Abbott is doing what Biden refuses to do in defending the state, yet SCOTUS rules against him.
	I talk about two other cases equally serious in my judgment.
	The next being the Texas suit after the 2020 election, where Texas brought a suit challenging the method of the selection of electors in Arizona.
	In Wisconsin, in Michigan, in Georgia, and in Pennsylvania, where they are violating their own laws and statutes, and yet the Supreme Court declared they could not file the case for a lack of standing, which is simply absurd.
	Given that the Supreme Court exists to arbitrate cases between the states, Texas has standing.
	And this was a failure of equal seriousness to maintain the integrity of our system of federal elections.
	The third is one I was involved in personally, going all the way to the Supreme Court to point out that in Wisconsin, citizens are being denied their right to a trial by jury when they're disputed facts, because Wisconsin has a peculiar system that allows a judge to set aside
	Evidence, facts, he regards as unreasonable in order to artificially create a lack of disputed facts by simply setting them aside as was done in mine, where there could hardly have been a more massive difference in the facts.
	I was insisting nobody died at Sandy Hook.
	It was a FEMA drill.
	There were no students or teachers there.
	The school was closed.
	The plaintiff was insisting he had a son who died at Sandy Hawk, and right on the death certificate, it stated he died at the elementary school on that date of multiple gunshot wounds, and I was charged with defamation by implying or asserting, which I in fact had not done, that he had fabricated a false death certificate.
	The whole case was absurd.
	Went all the way to the Supreme Court, and it turns out, ironically, that of the first 10 amendments, 9 of the 10 have been affirmed to apply to all 50 states, but oddly enough, not the 7th.
	So I teed up the case for the Supreme Court to declare the 7th amendment right to a trial by jury applies to all 50 states, and they declined to hear it.
	I even submitted evidence, explosive evidence, the FEMA manual, the Connecticut State FEMA schedule showing the drill was on their schedule.

	So, what happens if Biden tries to take over the Texas National Guard?
	The debate, this is even in Newsweek now.
	The debate on whether President Biden should seize control of the National Guard to force it to comply with the Supreme Court is continuing to rage between Democrats and Republicans.
	Texas Representative Joaquin Castro And former congressman and 2020 presidential hopeful Beto O'Rourke, both Democrats, are among those who are urging Biden to federalize the State National Guard to allow Border Patrol agents to remove razor wire put up along the border to prevent illegal immigration.
	Despite the ruling, Governor Abbott argued Biden is failing his duties as president by not controlling the record levels of illegals crossing at the border.
	He's absolutely right.
	I think that Abbott statement was excellent, well-founded, legally, factually, and he cites the state's constitutional right to defend itself against invasion.
	I'm 100% on the side of Texas.
	And I believe that Governor Abbott is conducting himself properly.
	So what's going on?
	Biden is claiming he's backing a Senate border deal that vows to shut down the border when it's overwhelmed.
	But this is exactly the bill I'm saying legalizes illegal immigration.
	What's been negotiated would have put into law be the toughest and fairest set of reforms to secure a border we've ever had in our country, Biden said in a statement, but that's completely false.
	It allows a staggering number of illegals to enter the country before the Border Patrol does anything.
	I mean, it's just outrageous.
	The liar's liar pants on fire is disgusting beyond belief.
	Meanwhile, a study finds almost half of illegals have lengthy rap sheets.
	After all, that's what they're doing.
	Emptying their prisons, their lunatic asylums, they're sending them to America.
	Let us deal with them.
	Enforcement arrests have increased significantly because of the open border policies implemented by the Biden admin.
	In fiscal year 2023, ICE reported the number of arrests had doubled.
	Nearly half of the 1,070,590 undocumented apprehended at prior convictions.
	On average, each of the illegals was convicted on four counts.

	Ohio joins 23 other states in constitutional carry policy in June 2022.
	And since, three more have joined, bringing the state total to 27, mostly across the country's interior, away from the coastal communes.
	It's a national trend in policy change that's happened mostly in the last decade.
	Before 2015, there were just four constitutional carry states.
	Since then, 23 more have joined.
	with almost half in just the last two years.

	They don't want us in Iraq.
	They don't want us in Syria.
	They're totally illegally in Syria.
	But we can't reinforce those any other way, really.
	And those poor guys are just hanging out to dry.
