	So I've been reading that Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine is accusing Putin and Russia of being behind the Hamas attacks on Israel and that there needs to be an international investigation.
	Is this his way of continuing to demonize Putin?
	Or is he trying to pull Ukraine back into the media?
	Or do you think there's any truth to his accusations?
	No, I don't see any truth in it.
	And I think he's trying desperately to do whatever he can to drag us back into the war because he knows that he's effectively on the road to being abandoned.
	He knows the money is going to stop.
	The arms are already stopped.
	The ammunition isn't coming.
	He's at the end of his rope.
	So I think he's probably ready to do or say anything that promises to help him in any way.
	Yeah.
	Okay.
	So, uh, by, by following your work and, and, uh, your contacts, we've, we've learned the truth that millions, tens of millions of Ukrainians have fled Ukraine.
	They have no plan of returning to the country.
	500,000 plus Ukrainian soldiers have been killed or injured.
	Yet the war continues with Zelensky remaining confident that he can win.
	Is again, is this Zelensky employing his acting skills or does he actually believe he can beat Russia and Vladimir Putin?
	No, I think he's more sober minded than that.
	He's at the end and he's going to say whatever he can to prop himself up to the bitter end.
	Who knows what sort of fate awaits him.
	I think there's a darn good chance that he may not survive in office.
	He's offended, aggravated, angered millions of Ukrainians.
	He's led them down the path to total disaster.
	That usually ends badly for the leader.
	And then, of course, he's probably got a number of escape routes planned to various places where his bank accounts and homes are located.
	But, you know, look, this war is over.
	You know, if you wanted any evidence for that, all you had to do was essentially look at the budget fight over the money.
	Suddenly now everyone who was pushing war with Russia in Ukraine is now pushing war with the world inside Gaza for Israel.
	So we've just essentially taken the same chorus, moved it to a different theater.
	They're singing the same kinds of tunes, hoping for a better outcome.
	I don't think the outcome is going to be good in either case, but you know, that's another matter.
	Do you think, or what would you guess NATO leaders are telling Zelensky behind the scenes?
	Do you think that they're saying, Hey, listen, we've, we've supported you.
	We've given you more than enough.
	It didn't work out.
	And it's now time to get to the peace talk tables, or do you think that they are still quietly behind the scenes?
	Pumping him up with confidence that he can win this thing.
	I think he's probably being told privately that it's over and that he should probably step down graciously, which I don't think he can do, as I mentioned earlier, in favor of someone else stepping forward that the West can present as a credible representative of the remaining Ukrainian state, whatever that is, to sit down and negotiate some sort of end to the conflict of the Russians.
	I think any thoughts of turning Ukraine into the contemporary equivalent of Napoleon's Spanish ulcer for Russia are over.
	I don't think anybody thinks that that's possible.
	I also don't see much evidence that anybody in Europe wants that to happen.
	So, you know, we'll just have to watch.
	Now, I do see evidence that you still have some fighting.
	Ukrainians are sort of clinging with their fingernails to the edge of the cliff.
	And the Russians are now pressing ahead.
	Anybody who thinks that the Russians are sitting still is wrong.
	This Avdivka fight, which is sort of Bakhmut on steroids, I think is about over.
	After that, I'm not sure there's much left.
	Whatever Ukrainians are there that still constitute the army will want to retire to the Dnieper River and cross it and get out of the way.
	The question is entirely up to the Russians.
	What do they want to do?
	What are they going to demand?
	Are they going to offer any terms at all?
	To whom will they speak?
	They're certainly not going to pay any attention to anything we say.
	We've yet to tell the truth to them about anything.
	So the question is, who can step forward?
	I don't have that answer.
	I think they've got to wait, frankly, until there's some turnover in European governments and they have new leadership before they can expect anything from them.
	So, you know, the tragedy is not yet completely over, but for all intents and purposes, this is a This is the end.
	In other words, this is similar to the situation that existed after we crossed the Rhine and the Soviets reached the outskirts of Berlin.
	I think he's just wonderful and superb.
	Meanwhile, further confirmation, you have Zelensky warning warehouses are empty as he pleads for more weapons.
	Ukrainian President Zelensky is warning that Kiev's weapon depots are now empty on the front lines.
	Russian forces are on the offensive and better equipped than Ukrainian soldiers struggling to hold territory.
	The Wall Street Journal reports that Moscow soldiers are out firing the opposing army and Kiev's troops are using drones in an attempt to hold off the advance.
	Ain't gonna happen.
	Russia is going to prevail.
	The war is basically over.
	As Colonel McGregor has explained.
	Meanwhile, South Africa is promoting the genocide case against Israel at the International Criminal Court.

	South African officials and lawyers on Thursday, yesterday, made their case at the International Court of Justice in The Hague to show that Israel is committing genocide against a Palestinian population of Gaza.
	The over three-hour hearing was an indictment of the U.S.-backed Israeli campaign in Gaza, which had killed over 23,000 Palestinians, mainly women and children, in just over three months.
	South Africa said Israel breached the Genocide Convention of 1948, to which Israel is a signatory at Pretoria invoked to bring Israel to the IJC Article 2 of the Convention defines genocide as a crime committed with the intent to destroy a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group in whole or in part.
	While normally intent would be the problem, here we have Israeli officials declaring it!

	Well, the New York civil business fraud trial, which was outrageous because there was no victim here.
	They were claiming Trump had inflated the value of his real estate in order to secure loans from banks.
	But banks conduct their own investigation of the collateral before they give loans.
	They didn't have any problem with Trump.
	They've been repaid.
	They made interest.
	They're all fat and happy.
	But you got a phony DA in New York bringing an outrageous, ridiculous, unwarranted charge against Trump in an effort to steal his real estate empire.
	Have no doubt about it.
	That's what's going on.
	So we got a judge who denied Trump the right to give a closing statement at his own trial.
	Here we have, he will not be speaking.
	Just Arthur Geron will not allow former President Trump to make his own closing argument in his New York civil business fraud trial on Thursday after Trump was reportedly planning on speaking in court.
	But a Trump attorney previously told Ngaran that a former president wanted to speak during the closing argument, a source told the AP.
	But in an email Wednesday afternoon, Ngaran informed Trump's lawyer, Chris Kyes, that since he did not hear from Trump team by the third extended deadline, noon today, I assume Mr. Trump will not agree.
	To the reasonable lawful limits that I've imposed as a precondition to giving a closing statement above and beyond those given by his attorney and thus therefore he will not be speaking in court tomorrow.
	Well, the Donald is a genius at media.

	It's like the New York legislature suspending the statute of limitation to let this eat Gene Carroll.
	Bring an alleged, a rape allegation, you know, after the statute had expired, where she can't even remember the year in which she claims Trump raped her and had bergged off Goodman.
	I mean, a major department store.

	He was given lots of money.
	They went on lavish cruises and the like.

	The media falsely claims Trump's attack against Biden for mastermind criminal indictments lacked evidence.
	That argument was laughable on its face as Biden said publicly he thought Trump should be prosecuted.
	As an April 2022 New York Times article revealed, Biden complained to his top aides that Attorney General Merrick Garland wasn't moving quickly enough to jail Trump.
	Now there's evidence the Biden admin is behind the state-level charges Democrats brought against Trump as well.
	Fulton County Democrat District Attorney Fannie Willis indicted Trump and 18 others on racketeering charges over Trump campaign challenging the vote in Georgia.
	My God, this is American example pie!
	Well, this sham case essentially charges Trump with a conspiracy to overturn the election results because he asked for a recount and consulted with lawyers on how to contest the results in Georgia.
	Can you imagine?
	The indictment from Georgia was the fourth and final set of criminal charges Democrats have brought against Trump.
	Now there are new questions about the coordination between Willis and the Biden admin.
	After an expense report showed Willis' handpicked special prosecutor, Nathan Wade, reported two trips to Washington D.C.
	to meet with the White House prior to Willis filing charges against Trump.
	Gee, do you think the Biden admin had anything to do with it?
	I mean, this is just repulsive.
	That's what the Democrats have been reduced to.
	They can't beat the guy fair and square, so they're going to try to abuse the judicial process.
	That is their way.
	Meanwhile, we have a Fox anchor totally dismantling a Democrat attempting to defend Hunter Biden from contempt charges.
	Representative Jared Moskowitz of Florida believes Republicans are hypocrites for pursuing contempt against Hunter.
	But Fox anchor John Roberts, he's a good guy, holds to Moskowitz's claims.
	The interview took place after Hunter made a surprise appearance at a House Oversight Committee hearing focused on holding him in contempt.
	He was there for about 30 minutes and then he disappears.
	Guess what?
	We have a report he did that because they're creating a documentary about Hunter and he wanted to show up to get the film footage of him appearing there and then walking out in protest as though that demonstrated that he was a person of strong character.
	Buskowitz's argument is twofold.
	First, he claimed oversight chairman James Comer invited Hunter to testify publicly, but now he's reneging on the invitation and only wants a testimony to take place in a basement to produce a transcript Americans will never see second.
	He claimed GLB lawmakers who divide the January 6th committee must be held in contempt if Hunter faces the same punishment.
	Robert's disarmed the narrative.
	First of all, is that transcript that'll never see the light of day?
	These transcripts will be released to the public.
	I mean, that's part of the deal.
	It was the same thing with the January 6th committee.
	And in terms of whether or not Comer ever said, look, you can do it behind closed doors or you can do it in public.
	The subpoena was specifically for a behind closed door deposition, which Hunter continues to refuse to do.
	So legal experts are saying it's not what Comer may or may not have said in public.
	It's what the subpoena says.
	His narrative, totally undercut.
	Moscow has conceded 100 attorneys.
	Are those in the position of battle or subpoena?
	Count one for John Roberts.
	Meanwhile, the Biden regime is in chaos after Fox News revealed the full extent of the danger posed by the Biden border crisis.
	Get this.
	The Biden regime has effectively instituted Democrats' open border policies through inaction and handicapping border security.
	That has, of course, resulted in millions of illegals flying into the country, an unprecedented record-breaking influx that can only be described as a government-sanctioned invasion.
	Fox News' Bill McLughan reported that just one cartel near the Eagle Pass crossing in Texas is raking in tens of millions of dollars each week by smuggling illegals into the United States.
	McClughan reported the cartel across the river is making $32 million a week just here in the Eagle Pass area based off their human smuggling, which is going all along the southern border.
	He added, men from all around the world are crossing illegally, large numbers from Africa, countries like Liberia, Mali, Senegal, Guinea.
	Some of the people are family, were in family units.
	Some women from Ecuador, Brazil and other countries, but there were large hordes of military age men attempting to come into the country.
	And of course, this is all Biden, all Biden.
	Here's meanwhile, here's a question, an issue.
	What if Biden's open door policy is a final act of the last infamous Cloward-Bivens strategy?
	Right now, we have 59% of non-citizen households on welfare as the U.S.
	debt hits $34 trillion in unfunded liabilities, $212.6.
	And of course, the Cloward-Bivens strategy was to flood the United States So that it would collapse the economic system to destroy America to rebuild it closer to their ideal, which is some form of communitarian or communistic equality.
	Everyone's treated exactly the same.
	Everyone receives the same amount.
	There's no recognition of merit, no difference in abilities.
	Biden is lucky, we hear, that many portray him as a senile, dumb U.S.
	senator who happens to be president.
	Biden is actually insidiously allowing for open borders in the hope of crashing the U.S.
	economy by overloading the welfare system and driving national debt through the roof.
	To the extent that was Biden's mission, destruction of the U.S.
	economy, he has been wildly successful.
	According to the Center for Immigration Status Studies, 59% of non-citizen headed households receive welfare.
	No doubt, it's part and parcel.
	Meanwhile, we have an Obama adviser using three words to describe his re-election prospects, which had to do with possible but troubling.
	I don't think that's overly consequential.
	Rather more interesting is the following.

	And as I've said many times, if only we had migration policies equal to those of Mexico We have to demonstrate that you have something to contribute to the good of Mexico and that you have the financial resources to support yourself and your family so you don't become a burden on the state.
	The U.S.
	would be far ahead of the curve.
	We wouldn't have this problem.
	Meanwhile, get this.
	The governor of Iowa is accused of using a secret Twitter account to slander Trump.
	The governor of Iowa That's significant because I was first in terms of the caucuses.
	We'll see what happens here.
	Ted Cruz says it's almost a coin flip between Joe Biden and Michelle Obama for the Democrat Party nomination.
	I don't think so.
	I think it's Gavin Newsom.
	I don't have a lot of doubt about it.
	Meanwhile, there's a surprising alternative to Biden, which is the governor of Kentucky, who's a very promising, very able guy.
	So we have an article about him, you know, potential.
	And this is coming from Andy Bashar is his name.
	He's announced the formation of a new political action committee.
	He was reelected by a margin of five points.
	He's led Kentucky's in 2019.
	Bashir, renowned for his adept management of state affairs during critical situations such as natural calamities and acts of mass violence, underscored the requirements for candidates backed by his PAC.
	Did it display a resolute dedication to leading with empathy and compassion?
	Well, we'll see about that.
	But since nobody's heard of her, I don't think there's much going on there that's going to help.
	They do have a poll showing that Icky Haley is rising in the polls, but I think this last debate is going to undermine it.
	Meanwhile, we have Crystal Ball.

	Once again, once we skip past the ads.
	If you can explain why it's South Africa that's bringing this to Amy Goodman asking exactly is the International Court of Justice, where it fits into the world justice system and talk about the charge of genocide.
	Well, thank you very much for having me on, Amy, my best to your listening audience.
	Not to toot my own horn here, but I was the first lawyer ever to win anything under the Genocide Convention.
	From the International Court of Justice that goes back to 1921, I single-handedly won two world court orders for the Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina against Yugoslavia to cease and desist from committing all acts of genocide.
	And based on my careful review Of all the documents so far submitted by the Republic of South Africa, I believe South Africa will win an order against Israel to cease and desist from committing all acts of genocide against the Palestinians.
	And then we will have an official determination By the International Court of Justice itself, the highest legal authority in the United Nations system, that genocide is going on.
	And under Article 1 of the Genocide Convention, all contracting parties, 153 states, will then be obliged, quote, to prevent Unquote, the genocide by Israel against the Palestinians.
	Second, when the World Court gives this cease and desist order against Israel, the Biden administration will stand condemned under Article 3, Paragraph E of the Genocide Convention that criminalizes complicity in genocide.
	And clearly we know that the Biden administration has been aiding and abetting Israeli genocide against the Palestinians here for quite some time.
	This has also been raised by my friends in the Center for Constitutional Rights and in the National Lawyers Guild in a lawsuit against Biden, Blinken, Right now, my sources tell me the hearing will be January 11, January 12.
	Based on my experience with the Bosnians, we can expect an order within a week.
	I would also say, with respect to the Biden administration, they are currently in violation of the Genocide Convention Implementation Act that makes genocide a crime under United States law.
	And again, once South Africa wins this order, the Biden administration also will stand in violation of the Genocide Convention Implementation Act.
	So, I believe this is where we will be going between now, I would say, and the end of this month.
	And it is up to all of us as American citizens to figure out and support what South Africa is doing at the International Court of Justice here.
	There's a great American, in my opinion, one of the absolute best.
	Speaking out about the International Court of Justice and the case that has been brought against Israel by South Africa, which seemed to be about as cast iron as it could possibly be, where other commentators have observed that if this case were to fail, there might as well be no ever Ever any other genocide case brought before the court, because it would be so rare to have so much evidence, especially about an intent.
	Because in this case, the highest ranking of Israeli officials, including the Prime Minister himself, have declared the intent to slaughter the Palestinians and to remove them from the lands of Palestine.

	So, I mean, we just live in such an evil time where there is so much hypocrisy and it's because we are ruled by Jews.
	And Paul, I believe his name was Paul, brought up a great point.
	He said, stop patronizing your Jewish dentist, your Jewish this and that.
	And, you know, I remember I had gone to a dentist, and this was when COVID just started.
	And, you know, I was talking about the whole COVID nonsense, and she was like, he's doing it, and I was like, the Jews.
	And then they banned me from the practice.
	And I was so shocked.

	Who wants to go to a doctor that wants to kill, A, wants to kill you, and B, is so stupid that they won't listen to you?

	And the Jews were still saying the same thing about the Palestinians, saying the Palestinians deserve to be bombed because they voted for Hamas.
	I think Hamas was the only choice, actually.
	But, you know, half of them are under 18 and half of them are babies.
	I just saw on TikTok an Israeli soldier Laughing about how there's no babies left, no Palestinian babies left to kill, and I just killed a 12-year-old girl.
	Ha ha ha.
	I mean, this is what these people have been doing all throughout history.
	But they can't parasite off of people if they keep their murderous intent hidden.
	So this is a parasite who hates us, who they have to act like they like us because they want to do business with us.
	The thing is to get educated and then you won't want to go anywhere near them because you'll understand what they're all about.
	Now the synagogue in Brooklyn, I think it's 770 Eastern Parkway.
	I couldn't bring it up on Google Earth, but it was right near a Bank of America.
	I think the reason that they have allowed that to be exposed is that it's kind of like a war, like Trump is in with, like these are the movies, the Lubavitch, you know, Schneerson, that set, which Trump is part of, because Ivanka and Jared Kushner Are part of that cult, that evil, evil, evil, evil cult.
	Unless people realize how truly evil the Jews are.
	You can, you know, oh I have a great friend, he's my friend.
	When push comes to shove, they are taught an evil philosophy, an evil religion, and that's what they will default to.
	Yeah, you have to treat them collectively, and they are in favor of everyone else being treated collectively, except them.

	But, you know, from that time period, and I tried to get through to correct you, but I think I had the wrong number or whatever, but it takes people a while to really come to these conclusions, to really understand what really happened in the Russian Revolution and World War II, about how
	Hitler got Germany free from Jewish control, from the Jewish money control.
	And the same thing could be, the same procedure could be done in all countries.
	And that's why they had to destroy and demonize Germany.
	Germany, you know, murder, mass murder.
	Millions of Germans and destroyed the country, but they didn't want to destroy it completely because they wanted the Germans to work as their slaves.
	Germany completely paid for Israel a thousand times over.

	I got serious in doing research on the alleged Holocaust in 2014 when I organized and moderated a conference on academic freedom.
	Are there limits to inquiry using JFK 9-11 and the Holocaust as examples?
	And it was after that that an editor for Wikipedia gutted my Wikipedia entry, which is superb and detailed, about my research on JFK 9-11, Wellstones, Sandy Hook, and a host of other issues, but it was gutted and just reduced to rubble.
	I've been very persistent in exposing the hoax ever since, but there might be comments prior to 2014 where I was more or less accepting of the official narrative.
	There's a wonderful new piece. - We all believed it at one time.
	- I'm sorry? - We all believed it at one time because it was taught in the schools and they show you piles of bodies.
	You don't know, you know, did you check the penises to see if they were circumcised?
	You don't know if those are Jews or Germans.
	And, like, the Jews were only about 40% in the concentration camps, yet they were the only ones that got reparations.
	They got free houses stolen from Germans.
	You know, they're the only ones who got reparations from being in concentration camps.
	Think about that.
	Well, there's a wonderful new blog about the Holocaust by Ron Unz, himself being Jewish.

	And among the books that he extols is Nick Kohlerstrom's Breaking the Spell.
	Where Nick not only had access to the documents of the International Committee of the Red Cross, which kept copious records on the age, the sex, the ethnicity, the religion, and the cause of death of all the inmates in all the camps.
	And in 1993, recalibrated their totals.
	496,081 killed from all causes, none of whom were put to death in gas chambers.
	Where Nick had the advantage of the British death books.
	The British had cracked the German code and they had copies of all these very meticulous, methodical reports, very detailed.
	To corroborate those reports.
	So he says a great deal about Nick's book, which is a fabulous compendium, perhaps the single most important book exposing the whole of hoax and where I was very flattered that Nick invited me to write the introduction to his book.
	Which has subsequently been published independently.

	Now, Bourdain is supposedly a Jew, but he obviously is not a practicing Jew.
	He ended up going to Gaza with a woman named Leila Al-Haddad, a name I'll mention to you again later in another time because she's part of a genocide lawsuit against Biden and Lincoln and the others.
	She's from Gaza.
	He was in Gaza where you could see he was enjoying himself.
	At the end of watching the video, I saw Bourdain saying that he thought the Jews were brutal, and that the Palestinians were their victims, and they were a kind people and badly abused.
	Not long after that, he supposedly committed suicide.
	Yes.
	I believe it was murdered.
	Yes.
	But anyway, back to a lot of their practices are bizarre.
	Let me give you a little bit of background about the mikvah.
	The mikvah was something that women in ancient times were supposed to do after they had menstruated, because apparently they used to think that menstruation, I guess, was unclean.
	So, a woman was supposed to have a mikvah after she had her menstrual cycle.
	Now, the thing is that the mikvah, according to the Old Testament, is supposed to be in running water, either from a river, a lake, or a stream, but it must be running water.
	Yes.
	I'm going to refer now to something that seems irrelevant, but I think is very important because it breaks down a lot of the fables and parables and myths and lies that are in the Old Testament.
	I'm sorry for those who believe the Old Testament is the legitimate predecessor to the New Testament, but it is not.
	When Jesus came, he was dispensing with, he was telling people Do not follow that anymore.
	What he was trying to do was to take people out of, and I'm injecting a lot of my own interpretation, but I believe that Jesus' purpose was to take people out of that primitive, mystic system of black magic and bring it into a more logical period of time.
	This is what Jesus was about, bringing us to the true God, saving people from the Satanism That was rife within the Old Testament.
	Now, a woman when she does a mikveh, as I said, it has to be in running water.
	Remember the story of Bathsheba, which, by the way, really means Daughter Seven.
	In the old days, they never named their children until they had reached a certain age, because most of them died in infancy or in childhood.
	So Bathsheba, again, if it's just a parable, she was Daughter Seven.
	She was married to a Hittite.
	Hittites do not marry people, Yahudim, because the Yahudim had a strict rule, you could only marry a Yahudi.
	And Hittites probably had very similar doctrines.
	All of the tribes always wanted to marry amongst their own.
	So it's very likely that she herself was a Hittite.
	And the name of her father and the tribe is very vague.
	It's two different names if you look at different parts of the Old Testament.
	So it looks like many different people wrote the Old Testament, each one with their own interpretation of events.
	Now, she apparently was on the roof doing a mikvah, which on the roof, which again violates the concept of a mikvah because it's supposed to be in natural running water.
	Even if they brought water from a river or a lake, it was unnatural because it was no longer in running water out in the open.
	So if she was on a roof and she took her bath at the time when she knew David, the so-called king, was on the roof next door to her and he takes his walk at a certain time of day, she was trying to seduce him.
	Let's fast forward to the fact that he had her husband killed because she was pregnant.
	Her husband would not have relations with her as David urged him to so that he could try to disguise the pregnancy.
	Anyway, she ended up, Uriah refused because he was a general.
	He wanted to be with his men.
	He did not want to be living a life of... He was an ethical man.
	Yes.
	He would not go in hastilations with his wife while his soldiers were fighting.
	Leila, would you want to tie these to current events, or is this more of a historical model?
	I think if they had still practiced the mikveh, it is a very It is almost a bizarre, sadistic ritual.
	It's so crazy because it's not just women who are supposed to do the mikvah.
	It's also supposed to be men after they have had sexual relations.
	So even the concept of sexual relations is so vile and dirty that you have to have a cleansing ritual afterwards.
	So what is happening with the modern mikvah?
	It's hard to say what was going on in New York.
	I don't know.
	I have not been following it.
	Honestly, I think that has very little to do with what you're talking about.
	The tunnels, I believe, were for child sexual abuse.
	They pulled out a child's high chair.
	They pulled out a bloody mattress.
	They were trying to seal it up with cement.
	They were trying to suppress the evidence.
	This is quite a mess, Leila, and it's going to require a lot of unpacking.

	My belief is that they are still practicing a lot of old satanic traditions and rituals, and that whatever was going on in that abandoned mikvah, which might have been abandoned, they were using it for sinister purposes.

	He said how much the Israelis were doing to help People in Gaza and they were bringing in food from the World Food Bank.
	And in fact, they've been able to reopen 12 bakeries in Gaza and they've given them enough flour, salt, sugar and yeast to bake two million loaves per day.
	And I thought I had to go back and replay that again.
	He said two million loaves per day.
	No, I just I'm going to work this out here.
	That would break down to 7,000 loaves per hour, altogether, or 583 per hour per bakery.
	So, as you thought, that's all.
	Yeah, this is like the six million people.
	This is comparable to six million, you know, dining guests.
