Well, this is Jim Fetzer, your host, right here on Authentic News, this 22nd day of December 2023 on RBN Live, simulcasting on Speak Free Radio.
We just heard a commercial about a product in Colorado.
Well, the Supreme Court of Colorado has been making big waves here.
Court of seven Democrat appointees dividing four to three in favor of removing Trump from the ballot over an obscure provision of the 14th Amendment, which in my judgment has no application whatsoever.
This is a truly insulting move by the Colorado Supreme Court.
We've got a lot to say about it.
Starting with from the Epoch Times, a former Supreme Court issues a warning after the Trump ruling.
He's issuing a warning to the Democrats.
A former U.S.
Supreme Court law clerk came Wednesday that the high court will likely rule against the Colorado Supreme Court decision to bar former President Trump from appearing on the state's 2024 ballots.
Earlier this week, the Colorado High Court ruled the former president is disqualified for being on the ballot in the state because of his role in the January 6th Capitol breach.
A 4-3 ruling, which is based on a reading of a provision of the Constitution 14th Amendment, is likely to be taken up by the U.S.
Supreme Court.
The ruling Abides only to Colorado's March 5th Republican primary, but could affect Trump's status in the state for the November 5th general election.
Nonpartisan election forecasters view Colorado as safe for Democrats, meaning that President Biden will likely carry the state regardless of Trump's fate there.
Charles Lindau, a former law clerk for U.S.
Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and the late Antonin Scalia, So the Colorado ruling is lawfare and is one of the most anti-democratic decisions we have seen in American history.
That poor unelected judges on a state Supreme Court have taken it upon themselves to disqualify someone who otherwise meets all the qualifications of the Constitution.
He's got it right.
We even have a Deep State Trumper, and there are quite a few, speaking out against it.
In this case, John Bolton.
I think it's completely misplaced.
I think this Colorado Supreme Court decision is badly wrong for multiple reasons.
Number one, the 14th Amendment provides that Congress can pass legislation to carry its provisions into effect, which Congress has done on Many aspects.
It has not put anything with respect to Section 3 on the books since just after the Civil War.
Second, the idea that 50 different state courts can decide a question involving the highest elective office in the executive branch interpreting the federal constitution as to what constitutes an insurrection against the federal government is incoherent.
And I think undoubtedly the Supreme Court's going to have to clear that up.
In terms of what the framers of the 14th Amendment meant, I think it's quite clear that the radical Republicans in Congress who wanted to suppress the secessionist advocates and governments of the southern states that succeeded would not provide on this critical question of the I think it's quite clear that the radical Republicans in Congress who wanted to suppress the secessionist advocates and governments of the southern states that succeeded would not provide on this critical question of the offices that are going to be denied to people who broke
who broke their oath to the United States, that you're gonna put decision-making authority on that in the hands of the states, including the former secessionist states.
If that was their intention, they were delusional when they did it.
So I'd be willing to bet A small amount of money here that the Supreme Court, if it gets to the merits of this, if it has to, will reverse.
There's no other logical way you can apply this, and it would sow chaos in elections as far as the eye could see.
Very good statement from John Bolton.
There are other never-Trumpers, Karl Rove, even Chris Christie, coming out on it.
I like, of course, what we have from Jonathan Turley.
Here's one of the interviews he's doing about it.
This is on a Brian Kilmeade show.
The emergency management system is broken.
You cannot depend on the government to feed you and your family when- It puts this on a rocket docket for the Supreme Court.
They've got to get involved.
They've got to get involved, first of all, because there's not much time to make a final decision.
And they also got to get involved because this is dead wrong.
I think they're wrong on the law.
Yep, Jonathan Turley weighing in late last night.
Colorado election earthquake as the left-wing judges kicked former President Trump off the ballot in that state, citing insurrection akin to a civil war.
What does it mean for the quest to be president and be number 47?
What about other states preparing to do the same thing?
Our only hope, perhaps, the Supreme Court once again.
Jonathan Turley joins us now.
Jonathan, I saw last night, that's as concerned as I've ever heard you last night on a court decision.
It really bothered you more as an American than a legal expert, I felt.
Am I right?
It does bother me quite deeply.
This is exceptionally dangerous.
I mean, it is an anti-democratic opinion.
And it could set us on a course that would be incredibly destabilizing for our system.
You know, our system is not perfect, but the one thing that it can recommend itself for is that it's been stable.
It survived crises that reduced other countries to a fine pumice.
And so we have a system that is built to last.
This is introducing a new element.
This is introducing the ability of states to effectively block A leading candidate for the presidency by barring them from ballots.
And it'll result in a tit-for-tat.
And this is something that is quite familiar in other countries.
This is the way things are in places like Iraq, where they have ballot cleansing, where you have, you know, people in government tell you who's just not appropriate for you to vote for.
And we're looking down that road.
Now, quite fortunately, we have a Supreme Court that I think will make fast work of it.
I think that they're just dead wrong on the history, on the language, on the interpretation of the 14th Amendment.
There's another remark here also from Jonathan Turley.
I like it.
anything even better.
Of course, we've got to skip over the commercials.
- If you're not, you stick with it.
You'll help remove your info with online account cleanup.
Protect your-- - Sorry for the delay. - Hey, this is, yeah, thank you to him.
Mark Merida, Jonathan Turley joining us now, Fox News contributor and a constitutional law attorney.
Jonathan, thanks for joining us on the week leading up to the holidays here.
Thank you.
Just looking at the map of the other states with lawsuits to bar Trump from the ballot, what does all this mean?
And what does it mean big picture?
Are we going to see more of this happen?
I expect we will.
We may have a decision out of Maine, but there's the proponents of this, what I consider a very dangerous theory, have gone into various states in search of judges who might sign off on this.
This is their first real victory.
They've had a string of defeats and many of those jurists that have turned this down have been Democrats.
Keep in mind that the divided Colorado Supreme Court was actually entirely composed of Democratic nominees.
But three of them refused to sign on to this opinion and I think the reason why is that it's dead wrong.
It's wrong on the history.
It's wrong on the Constitution.
Very interesting.
Here's Colorado Secretary of State Jenna Griswold reacting to this ruling.
Jonathan.
Section 3 of the 14th Amendment has to apply to the presidency because if not, it's a get-out-of-jail-free card.
We can't have one office be able to do whatever they want when it comes to rebellion and then be able to be seated in office again.
You say what, Jonathan?
Well it's a curious argument because it's not a get out of free card because there's laws governing insurrection and incitement and notably Trump was not charged for that.
You had a very motivated special counsel in Jack Smith who hit Trump with anything he could but he conspicuously left out incitement, insurrection, sedition because he couldn't prove it because the evidence is not there.
So that only adds to the problems here.
But the real issue for the Supreme Court is far more fundamental and, frankly, chilling.
This country is the most successful and stable constitutional system in history.
Now, after two centuries of that, what these four justices have done is to introduce a destabilizing element in that system.
And it's going to go to the Supreme Court.
And this may be the ultimate challenge for Chief Justice Roberts.
I don't have much question they will overturn this decision.
But they should do it unanimously.
They should do it in one voice.
All nine.
And not divide on this.
It's too important not to speak as one.
Yeah, that is something to watch for.
Meanwhile, we remember moments like this.
Flashback to Joe Biden on Donald Trump.
This was November 2022, Jonathan.
Listen.
We just have to demonstrate that he will not take power if he does run.
Making sure he Under the legitimate efforts of our Constitution, does not become the next president again.
I'm going to ask you how you interpreted that while I also point out that in the wake of all this, in the minutes that followed this yesterday, the Supreme Court ruling in Colorado, the Trump campaign sent out a fundraising email on the matter, including a rolling breaking news chyron.
Jonathan, final thoughts on all of that?
Well, the President's remarks really are troubling because it sends that by any means message, that we'll use any means possible to keep Trump out of office.
No one is worth shredding the Constitution.
What is being done here is dangerous.
The path that was laid out by these four justices is a path we should not go down, and we should, as a united people, Democrats and Republicans, like the Democrats that dissented on this court, say enough.
This is too far.
Jonathan Turley, it is always good to- Turley's so good, so good, so good.
And you look at that map, and there are multiple other states where they're making an effort contemplating Including Alaska, Texas, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Wyoming, Wisconsin, Michigan, West Virginia, Virginia, South Carolina, New York.
I mean, it's ridiculous how many would like to keep him off the ballot.
Meanwhile, a federal judge has rejected a similar lawsuit in another state.
This is, again, the Yablik Times.
Federal Judge Rejects Lawsuit to Remove Trump from Ballot in Another State.
A federal judge in West Virginia rejected a bid Thursday to remove former President Trump from the state ballot, rebuffing a bid from a little-known presidential candidate to remove the former president.
District Judge Irene Berger ruled that John Anthony Castro, the candidate who filed the lawsuit, lacked the standing to sue.
She sided with attorneys for Trump, Secretary of State Mack Warner, and the West Virginia GOP to dismiss the suit.
U.S.
District Judge Irene Berger wrote that the evidence that Mr. Castro had submitted Removes any doubt that Mr. Castro's purported campaign exists as a vehicle for pursuing litigation, not votes, adding that he could not prove any political activity in the state aside from the lawsuit that he had filed.
That is, in my opinion, far weaker than what we're going to get from the United States Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, Charlie Kirk is very, very worried.
This is a WLT report.
They're laying the groundwork for an assassination of Trump.
Here, listen.
We are so far removed and detached from presidents and presidential candidates being shot at, we think is that it's this unknown concept.
Gerald Ford.
was shot at in downtown San Francisco.
Ronald Reagan was shot as President of the United States.
Bobby Kennedy was shot and killed.
JFK was shot and killed.
Malcolm X was shot and killed.
MLK Jr.
was shot and killed.
Like, post-1990, we haven't had that happen in our country.
And so we're so far removed that they make you seem as if you're a crazy person when you say this.
But in reality, you look at American history, it is filled With presidents, presidential candidates, political leaders that have been taken out.
And yet, as soon as the violence against Trump happens, they will justify it.
Of course they will.
If Donald Trump was taken out, God forbid, MSNBC would say, well, you know, you act like Hitler, don't be surprised if somebody, that's what they would do, 100%.
And they're going to not, if they can't get to Trump, if the Secret Service continues to do their job, which I pray they do, they're just going to go after the next level down.
They're going to go after some of the rank and file.
The man who sowed hate reaped what he deserved.
That's what they're going to say.
Oh, you know, he created this movement and F around and find out is what they're going to say.
No, the level of rhetoric and narrative, it's reaching a boiling point because they're running out of options.
I think he's got it exactly right.
They're running out of options.
Trump's going to clean their clock.
They know it.
They see it coming.
There's nothing they can do about it.
I guarantee you they're not going to run Biden.
They're going to sub in Gavin Newsom.
That's still the plan.
Biden has no support.
He's obviously incompetent.
He walks in a robotic fashion.
They got him electroded up.
He's walking like a robot because he's following the program that they're instructing his body to follow.
It's that bad.
So I put nothing past the Democrats.
They have become by far the most corrupt party in American history.
Disgusting.
Bar none.
A few more stories about it by and by.
Meanwhile, Russia launched the largest drone attacks since it started the war in Ukraine.
According to the Ukrainian military, their bombardment of Kiev lasted more than six hours, the most intensive since the conflict began in 2025.
Of the 75 drones used, 74 were manufactured in Iran, and they were used to destroy air defenses of Ukraine.
A spokesperson for the Ukrainian Air Force verified the downing of 66 air targets in the areas around Kiev.
The debris from the strike destroyed many buildings, including a kindergarten, injuring five persons at the very least.
Among the wounded was a youngster, 11-page, that's propaganda, you can guarantee.
When they start talking about how successful they are in shooting them down and how they're hitting kindergartens, you know, this is bullshit.
Meanwhile, this is, in my opinion, a significant development.
The Senate adjourns until 2024 with no deal on Ukraine 8.
The Senate adjourned for the holiday Wednesday without reaching a deal on Ukraine and will not return until January 8.
This is very good news.
The Senate was initially due to break for a holiday reserve at the end of last week, but Majority Leader Schumer And Senators return Monday to try and reach a border deal to unlock a massive $111 billion wedding baggage for military aid for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan.
So it's not going to Israel or Taiwan either.
And remember, we're financing the slaughter of Palestinians.
We are funding the genocide.
We, the United States.
Just disgusting.
This is a very good sign.
It may force a ceasefire.
They're doing disgusting things.
Meanwhile, hungry vetoes EU aid intended for Ukraine.
This is an interesting development.
This is a U.S.
news break.
It's been nearly two years since Russia invaded Ukraine.
Doesn't look like the war will end anytime soon.
That just means there's going to be ongoing combat.
But the war has been lost by Ukraine.
It has been won by Russia.
Most of the West, including the US, has sent aid to bolster the war-torn country and keep Russia from succeeding to capture the land for its own.
However, when the EU Recently voted on an aid for Ukraine package, a country kept it from passing.
The EU voted whether to approve a 50 million euro, that's roughly a 54.6 million dollar aid package, but Hungary's Prime Minister held out.
Good for him!
We'll be right back with more.
We'll be right back.
Who is it for, all alone?
We're weighing in 245 pounds of crown-fighting, political science-analyzing brawn.
Ladies and gentlemen, Dr. Patrick Slattery.
So, Mike, get off this anti-cicada agenda.
I'm a born-again traditional Christian, and my favorite possessions are right here on my nightstand.
That would be the King James Bible and my .357 revolver.
I'd rather be ruled by China than by Jews.
Cola with the anti-Semitic remarks, right?
Just because you steal an election and terminate the republic doesn't mean you terminate the people in the republic, because we're still here.
I'm not taking the vaccine.
Thank you, Bill Gates.
There was a way forward still on January 6th.
What needed to be done is to object to every single statement.
The COVID-19 virus was the setup.
The vaccine could very well be the bioweapon.

I was so disappointed with the coffee, so I figured that I had to do something about it.
The biggest difference is really is on the beans and the roasting process, how we roast it, and how fresh it is.
The fresher the roast, the better the quality.

Yesterday, December 21st, publishing, the General Assembly just rebuked U.S.
hegemony.
The significance of the December 12th U.N.
General Assembly vote goes well beyond the demand for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza.
It is a striking repudiation of U.S.
hegemony.
The significance is not just in the content of the vote, but in the context of the vote.
U.S.
planners have long believed that the U.S.
can lead the world most legitimately and effectively through international bodies like the U.N.
Oh, the result of the vote is significant for Israel.
It's a context in which the vote was called that is significant for the U.S.
on December 8.
In response to U.S.
Secretary General Antonio Guterres' invocation of Article 99 to demand the attention of the Security Council to protect international peace and security, A 15-member council voted on an immediate humanitarian ceasefire, 13 voted in favor, the UK abstained, and the U.S.
used its veto.
Disgraceful!
In response to the American veto, the General Assembly invoked the seldom-used Resolution 3778, a desperate move to answer the need to get around U.S.
leadership.
It was a response to what was perceived as the U.S.
irresponsible use of its veto power as a permanent member of the Security Council.
It was a pushback against U.S.
hegemony and a reminder of the need for a Security Council reform and of the call for multipolarity.
Very, very significant and striking.
The world is losing confidence in U.S.
leadership.
In fact, at this point, I think it's been forfeited.
After Vietnam, after Libya, after Iraq, after Afghanistan, What in the world is as good as the United States doing in the world?
Meanwhile, as the Gaza death toll crosses 20,000, aid groups warn the true number is higher, I suspect far higher.
After 10 weeks of Israeli military operation in Gaza, authorities have counted 20,000 dead Palestinians, the overwhelming number innocent civilians with no ties to Hamas.
An aid group warns the actual death toll is probably greater, again I say much greater, since thousands of missing Gazans remain buried under rubble.
Israeli officials say civilian deaths are viewed as part of eliminating Hamas.
That is the Israeli attitude.
They want to kill every man, woman, and child in Palestine.
Meanwhile, responsible statecraft asks, Well, the human rights movement survived the Gaza war.
In its military campaign in Gaza, Israel faces a seemingly endless list of alleged human rights violations.
International monitors argue the Israeli Defense Force have starved Gazans, targeted journalists, attempted to cover the car, tortured detainees and attacked hospitals full of wounded civilians.
The U.S., a passionate backer of civilian protection in Ukraine, one would have thought.
I mean, that's the illusion.
The reality is we're funding it.
Without our providing the bombs and the ammunition, it would not be taking place.
Has struggled to find the right way to address these claims while still standing by its longtime parter.
The bombing had been indiscriminate, said President Biden, but perhaps it'll improve tomorrow.
Killing more than 10,000 women and children in two months is not genocide, argues the White House, but a month's brutal October 7th attacks were.
How much nonsense are we to put up from our own government?
Meanwhile, Our own Secretary of Defense declares U.S.
solidarity with Israel in its fight against terrorism.
And notice how they've used that word terrorism to cover everything possible, including, of course, Trump voters, conservative voices.
We're domestic terrorists.
They can't wait to declare martial law because terrorists are subject to instant trial and execution.
In fact, they don't even require a trial.
In a recent press conference in Tel Aviv, U.S.
Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin stood side by side with the Israeli Minister of Defense Yoav Galant Reinforcing U.S.
unwavering support for Israel's right to defend itself.
But that's all utter nonsense, too.
Israel is the occupying power under international law.
Israel has an obligation to protect the Palestinians, not to attack and kill them.
Thus, it's only appropriate that right groups are telling the Pentagon to withhold military aid to Israel.
The protection of civilians in Gaza administration rhetoric on the protection must be backed by action and leverage.
I'll be right back.

I'm so excited to have you as part of the Wild Pastures family and we look forward to bringing you the pasture-raised meats that you and your family will love.
Now we started Wild Pastures because so many of my clients would tell me they just couldn't find high quality pasture-raised meats and even when they did it was so expensive that they couldn't afford to eat it regularly.
Now I'm not talking about the bottom of the barrel of healthy meats that have claims like natural or free-range or even cage-free.
Terms that were actually created by the industrial food industry to make us feel all warm and fuzzy about buying their low-quality products.
I'm talking about truly nourishing, pasture-raised meats.
The kind that you'll never really find in a grocery store.
Our farmers are doing things beyond organic.
Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.
and raised on pastures free from chemicals and other pesticides.
Our chickens are 100% pasture raised where they get their natural diet of grass and forage and insects.
We will never settle for free range which is actually one of the most deceptive terms in the chicken industry.
In fact, less than 0.1% of the chicken consumed in the United States is truly pasture-raised in the way that ours is.
And our pork is 100% pasture-raised as well.
So if you care about where your food comes from, then you have definitely made it to the right place.

Well, the latest post on my blog at jameshfenster.org is by Phil Giraldi, a really smart guy.
The anti-Semitic movement maligning critics by Jewish groups to protect Israel only damages their credibility.
In a 2002 interview, the former Israeli government minister Shalamat Eloni was asked by Amy Goodman Often, when there is dissent expressed in the United States against policies of the Israeli government, people here are called anti-Semitic.
What is your response to that as an Israeli Jew?
Sholem Aloni replied, well, it's a trick.
We always use it.
When from Europe, somebody is criticizing Israel, then we bring up the Holocaust.
When in this country, the US people are criticizing Israel, then they are anti-Semitic.
She added that there isn't Israel, my country, right or wrong attitude, and they're not ready to hear criticism.
Anti-Semitism, the Holocaust, and the suffering of the Jewish people are exploited.
To justify everything we do to the Palestinians.
She's got it exactly right.
There's a moment of candor.
Currently, Israel is involved in a conflict with Hamas.
It's described as a war, though the disparity in force levels involving a country with modern, fully equipped army, navy, and air force versus something more like a militia armed with small arms and homemade rockets suggests a different label might be more appropriate.
The fighting has been constant, apart from a six-day pause to exchange prisoners and hostages, and promises to continue into the New York and probably much longer.
The point is, they're just shoveling it when it comes to trying to justify the slaughter in Gaza.
Meanwhile, it isn't from truth out a Democrat-based, liberal-based outlet.
Democrats are prepared to destroy immigrant rights to fund Israel's war on Gaza.
President Biden and some Democrats are trying to make one hell of a bad deal.
A recent vote for emergency military funding that would have betrayed extremist demands from the Republican Party on immigration.
In other words, there are all four open borders.
For billions of dollars in military aid to Israel, Taiwan and Ukraine failed in the Senate.
But now some Democrats have signaled that they're willing to trade human rights for more war funding, telling Republicans they're ready to gut asylum protection and aid in mass deportations in exchange for those billions to send to Ukraine and Israel amidst the latter's atrocious war on Gaza.
That's really interesting.
It suggests to me that our new Speaker Dowd's really was quite brilliant when he linked these funding issues together with securing the border.
Very, very good.
Meanwhile, in response to what we're getting from the Colorado Supreme Court and others, many Republicans Outraged by the Colorado Supreme Court ruling that Trump is not eligible for the state 2024 GOP primary ballot, have suggested similar measures for President Joe Biden.
Just think of what Jonathan Turley said.
Here it is, ringing loud and clear.
Colorado's high court ruled in a lawsuit it determined Trump engaged in an insurrection Even though it's totally emphasized he's not been found guilty of an insurrection, Jack Smith didn't even charge him with insurrection because he couldn't find the evidence to support it, and therefore barred him based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which disqualifies from office those engaged in insurrection against the Constitution after taking a note to support it.
But some Republicans, including Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, who's challenging Trump for the 2024 presidential nomination, said Biden should be ineligible using the same line of reasoning as Colorado's high court because his lax immigration policy has led to millions of illegal migrants flooding into the country.
I think the argument is all on the side of DeSantis and against Biden.
Meanwhile, here we have Trump lawyers demanding Biden, Pence, and DOJ docs.
Attorneys for President Trump filed a motion in D.C.
District Court November 27 asking the judge to force prosecutors to turn over all evidence On voting irregularities and possible foreign election interference in the 2020 presidential election, arguing Trump had a good faith basis to question the election results, his lawyer said the former president was under no obligation to accept the judgment of government officials at face value, meaning
When they declared the election was over and Biden won, he didn't have the obligation to accept it.
And how many years do we hear Hillary complaining Trump was an illegitimate president?
For God's sake.
The filing argues foreign actors could have influenced the 2020 election.
That federal official at the time gave false assurances to the American people about how secure the election was.
No doubt about it.
I'm sure you can all remember.
Being told it was the most secure election in American history, which was unbelievable nonsense.
Meanwhile, Jack Smith slammed his fists in rage.
This is coming from conservative underground news, after Clarence Thomas handed him a crushing defeat.
Jack Smith is trying to push the envelope to take down Donald Trump.
One of the key pieces is in serious jeopardy.
Jack Smith slammed his fist in rage after Clarence Thomas handed him a crushing defeat.
The Supreme Court agreed to take up a case with far-reaching implications for the criminal cases against January 6th defendants and former President Trump.
Hundreds of defendants and Trump are facing charge under a federal law against obstructing an official proceeding that was supposed to be disrupting the certification of the electoral college vote by Congress on January 6.
Two of the four criminal charges filed by the special counsel against Trump are related to that law.
The Supreme Court has agreed to look at a case brought by three January 6th defendants who asked the court to nix the obstruction of official proceeding charge against them.
The case accused the Biden DOJ of using an overly broad interpretation of the law in their criminal cases, which have been used to charge more than 200 January 6th defendants.
Claremont Senior Legal Fellow Tom Corso told the Daily Wire the Biden DOJ application of law raises eyebrows.
The Biden Justice Department is weaponizing the law to throw the book at anyone who dares oppose or disagree with him.
No doubt about it.
They've got that right.
And here's another.
You got Democrats privately conceding the inevitable after Colorado A message of President Biden's campaign is clear.
attempted election interference.
This is from Blaze.
Democrats are privately upset with the Colorado Supreme Court because they believe the ruling that barred Donald Trump from the Colorado ballot will ultimately help the former president.
The message of President Biden's campaign is clear.
Trump is an existential threat to American democracy, but officials in the Biden admin campaign fear that Colorado Supreme Court has undercut that narrative.
In NBC News citing sources reported officials in both the White House and Biden campaign are pissed with the Colorado Supreme Court because a ruling makes it look like Colorado is attempting election interference through non-elected Democrat-appointed justices with funding from shady left-wing donors, which is exactly what's taking place.
In fact, Democrat officials are so worried about a political ramification of ruling, they hope Supreme Court justices unanimously rule in Trump's favor if and when they hear an appeal of the Colorado decision, which is going to happen super fast.
Meanwhile, this is, to me, slightly odd, but then Mike King has a distinctive point of view.
In the anti-New York Times, Mike King is offering a rebuttal to the claim that the Colorado ruling is a bombshell and a rebuke for the ages.
As both Conservative Inc.
and Mainstream Fake News buzz loudly, the former with outrage, the latter with glee, over the Colorado Supreme Court ruling to remove Trump from the 2024 ballot, the editorial board of the anti-New York Times continues to munch away at popcorn while enjoying the White House scripted movie whose ending we already know.
To those who understand and trust the plan, the breathless opening paragraph of one of the slimes, many articles on this historic ruling actually reveals where it's going.
How can it be that nearly three years after Donald Trump incited an insurrectionist stay in office, interfering with a peaceful transition of power for the first time in American history, he remains eligible for a second term as president?
In a stunning ruling on Tuesday night, the Colorado Supreme Court answered that question.
He can't be allowed to run again.
A court of 133 made a decision, said he's not eligible to be on the ballot under Section 3 of the 14th, which bars from public office anyone who swore an oath of constitution and engaged in or aided an insurrection.
January 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol was an insurrection, the court found, and Mr. Trump engaged in it.
We know, of course, that's all complete nonsense.
Americans think we're in a very nice place immediately in the aftermath, debunking the very idea.
Meanwhile, that there'd either been an incitement or that there had been an insurrection.
Meaning after Trump gets half the Bible, RFK Jr.
delivers chilling words.
One man writing against Trump, RFK Jr., released a statement about the ruling.
Even though he's Trump's rival, he was deeply upset about the decision and issuing a serious warning about what this might do to our country.
From Fox News.
If Trump is kept out of office through judicial fiat rather than being defeated in a fair election, his supporters will never accept the result.
This country will become ungovernable.
Kennedy, who initially launched a Democrat primary challenge to Biden and Abel before switching to an independent bid in October, when only When any candidate is deprived of his right to run, the American people are deprived of their right to choose.
Well said.
Well said.
Meanwhile, we have 19 attorneys general filing a SCOTUS motion to stop Jack Smith dead in his tracks.
Good for them.
Finally, a coordinated effort to stop Jack Smith or at least halt his advances.
WLTR recently reported Attorney General Edward Mises' effort to nullify Jack Smith's legal actions by calling into question his very legitimacy as a special prosecutor.
Now we're seeing 19 conservative attorneys general fire a SCOTUS brief to halt Jack Smith's attempt to hastily remove any question of Trump's presidential immunity.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is among the signatories to the brief, as is Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey.
They are on the right track.
All of this is exposing what the Democrats are doing.
Meanwhile, And this, get this, the creator of Goodwin, this is on Common Dreams, another Democrat website.
The creator of Goodwin's law says it's okay and necessary to compare Trump to Hitler.
Those of us who hope to preserve our democratic institution need to underscore the resemblance before they enter the twilight of American democracy.
This is about as absurd as it gets.
The creator of Goodwin's Law, an ad that says Adolf Hitler comparison will become increasingly likely as internet arguments drag on, argued in a Washington Post op-ed Thursday, that would be yesterday, that is ruling no way discredits efforts to draw parallels between the Nazi dictator and former President Trump.
Those of us who hope to preserve our democratic institution need to underscore the resemblance before we enter the twilight of American democracy.
Talk about bullshit with a capital B. Just embarrassingly bad.
Meanwhile, we have the 1980s TV star John Schneider telling Biden I believe you are guilty of treason and should be publicly hung.
You're a son, too.
I like that.
At least it's a spirited expression of symbolic importance to where things stand.
Meanwhile, a black man wearing a N-colon-GG-colon-S for Trump shirt.
Donald Trump returns to Twitter and shows his mugshot.
There are a hell of a lot of blacks, a hell of a lot of Latinos who are right there pitching for Donald Trump.
And I, they're on the right track.
Meanwhile, Jason Whitlock has a letter to black Americans explaining the real purpose of aid for TV racial conflict.
Here we come from Blaze Media again.
Dear black people, we are being lied to and set up.
The mainstream media, Democrat politicians, social justice activists, and perhaps even your church pastor have yelled at you to believe America is in the midst of a racial conflict similar to the Civil War and the Civil Rights Movement.
They have pitted us against the Proud Boys, the KKK, rural militia groups, and Trump supporters in a made-for-TV race war.
Just five years after Barack Obama completed two terms as President of the United States, we're supposed to believe that America has been overrun by violent white supremacists determined to reinstate segregation, Jim Crow laws, and maybe even slavery.
Wow, he got it right.
That's completely brilliant and on point.
Meanwhile, the Harvard president is stunned by the DC move.
Her scandal gets even worse.
She, of course, is an affirmative action appointee.
She has very few publications.
She really does not have a distinguished academic record.
The accusations are mounting.
Some call for her resignation.
Now her problems have got much worse as House Republicans become involved from the Daily Wire.
The GOP-led House widened an investigation into Harvard University with a new line of inquiry regarding plagiarism allegations leveled at the school's president, Claudine Gay.

Defense bill grants Native American veterans more paths to advocacy.
An organization representing Native American veterans is set to receive a congressional charter After a nearly 20-year effort, making it the first ever Native American dedicated group resettlement and the first of any veterans group to receive a charter in almost 15 years.
The charter for the non-profit National American Indian Veterans was included in the 2024 National Defense Authorization Act.
The National Defense Policy Bill passed through Congress last week, headed for the desk of President Biden, who's expected to sign it.
Well, I have friends who are Native American veterans, and I admire them.
I think that's just terrific.

Air Force awards 12 distinguished flying crosses for the Kabul Airlift.
Now, think about it.
I think that the evacuation at Kabul was very much on an order of evacuation from Saigon.
It was catastrophic.
It was poorly carried out.
But nevertheless, the Air Force is awarding 12 Distinguished Flying Crosses and four Bronze Stars.
But it was botched at the highest level.
I don't fault the lower ranking Officers and NCOs who had to carry out the task.
This was botched at the highest level in Washington, D.C.

Welcome to the second hour of authentic news on this 22nd day of December, 2023, right here on RBN Live.
Our first scholar, Peter in Los Angeles.
Peter, delighted to have you join the conversation.
First off, I want to say Merry Christmas to everybody out there, yourself included.
I hope she hasn't called lately.
I hope she hasn't died of a broken heart.
I wanted to call you today to ... You just had an article about how there's a new Native American advocacy group within the military.
I don't even have anything tremendously against that except the fact that I don't have, as a Caucasian, I don't have an advocacy group within the military.
That's denied me.
I sent you an article just a couple minutes ago that was on blacklisted news today by a former naval captain, graduate of Annapolis Naval Postgraduate School of Monterey, who has a long and very detailed article on the impact of CRT and DEI in the military.
It's really worth listening to.
And I also sent you an article I think it was just the day before where the Space Force, the new branch of our military, the Space Force has a commissioning program.
In World War II, they used to have second lieutenants that were 90-day wonders.
You remember that term?
Yeah, sure.
I myself went through, you know, like OCS and all that sort of thing.
And mine was like six months long, my OCS.
And that was after basic training for 13 weeks.
That was basic training.
And then infantry training as an enlisted man for another 12 weeks.
So 12 weeks, 13 weeks, six months.
That's what I was trained with.
That's how I was commissioned as an infantry guy, not some high tech spaceman, right?
Yeah.
And they had the picture.
And in the picture, of course, it was a very, it was a very DEI-looking picture of these graduates of the first 60-day commissioning program.
And there they had mutton chop.
Of course, minorities were over, blacks were overrepresented.
And mutton chop, in uniform, wearing mutton chop sideburns.
I mean, stuff that was completely Disallowed when I and you were in.
So all that stuff's going on, and again, we have no advocacy program there at all.
As a matter of fact, they're trying to purge us as quickly as they can.
And you know, the fruits of all this subversion can be seen in the ridiculous incompetence of our military chain of command and how we can't get anything done anymore.
You know, but that was the first thing.
If you have time, I've got a second thing I want to talk about.
You've got the time, Peter.
Go for it.
You know, even the Wall Street Journal and places like that have come out and said, and A Rothschild publication has come out, though, and said that the next 2024 in the United States is going to be a disaster economically.
It's really going to be bad.
And I just wanted to say overall that what we are living through is the utter mismanagement of Of our foreign policy and our domestic policy, because we've been dominated by 1.7 percent of the 1.7 percent.
It's a tiny minority of Jews who have assumed total power over banks, media.
They can print money out of nothing.
What can't you get done?
If you can print money out of nothing, you can get anything done.
But nevertheless, what we're experiencing now and what we're going to be experiencing worldwide
I know you've seen it and I've seen it, but this is the fall of the Roman Empire, but it's been put, it's been greatly accelerated because our foreign policy has been on behalf of Israel and behalf of these international banking Jews who have this Jones against Russia, got us into the Ukraine with a ridiculous war and a ridiculous coup in 2014.
That was all very Jewish-driven, just like our interventions in Iraq and Libya and Yemen, and we're now reaping the benefits of that with the Houthis, and Syria and so on and so forth.
But also what we've done, we're about to enter what's going to be a horrible economic year.
And what has been Washington's answer to response to anything?
It's been sanctions.
It's hard to name a country that isn't sanctioned by us anymore.
Now, you know, how much better would our economy be if our businessman could trade with Iran?
You know, there's even sanctions on India for trading with Iran.
Or anybody who trades, for instance, with Iran or Russia, there are mild sanctions.
What if they weren't there?
WHAT IF WE COULD TRADE WITH RUSSIA?
WHAT IF WE COULD TRADE WITH CHINA WITHOUT THE SANCTIONS?
HOW MUCH BIGGER WOULD OUR ECONOMY BE?
HOW MUCH LESS WOULD WE BE IMPACTED BY THIS DECLINING ECONOMY AND OUR DECLINING PLACE IN THE WORLD?
THEY'RE NOW TALKING ABOUT TAKING THE $400 BILLION THAT WE'VE COMPLICATED, FROZEN, OF RUSSIA'S, THAT ARE PROPERTY OF THE RUSSIAN PEOPLE.
And since we can't get it through Congress anymore to fund the disastrous losing Ukrainian war, because now we're funding the disastrous Israel genocide, the murderous genocide, and we can't do both at once.
So they're going to take that $400 million that they've frozen.
And apply it and use it, give it to the Ukraine against Russia, using their own money against them.
Of course, that will increase the de-dollarization around the world.
Who in the world would want to put their money in dollars if not only it can be frozen, but used against you illegally?
But on the other hand, I'm saying, well, why would they undercut the dollar like that and increase the flow to the bricks?
And because that's what it's going to do.
And then I realized, well, that's because it's not--they can't get these bankers, these rapacious Jewish bankers, can't get to that money as it's frozen.
But if you send it to the Ukraine, they'll get their cut.
Mr. Ten Percent will get his cut.
Hunter will get his cut.
All the bad Jewish bankers, they'll get their cut.
And that's the way.
They don't care about the de-dollarization so much.
They can divvy up $400 billion.
I think that's probably going to happen, and that's why.
Just like Sam Bankman-Friedan, the Democrats and Republicans, some of that will get laundered back into election interference.
Not from the Russians.
But from Zelensky, the piano playing with this schlong, you know, a president over there, and it will get laundered back into our political process that way as well.
It keeps up their control.
They're going to need it in the election year.
Anyways, those are just a couple.
But what we're managing here, this is nobody is turning to the United States anymore.
Israel and their murderous Yeah.
guns, murderous, ethnic cleansing, genocide based on Lebensraum and master race theology, which is what it's based on, just like the Nazis.
Yeah.
It has completely destroyed.
Any moral authority that we have left is gone, as we now just are engineering everything we can do to keep a ceasefire from happening.
Everything we -- every veto we can use, we use, and we can't send them enough bombs and white phosphorus.
You know, we just can't send them enough.
They just can't murder fast enough for our government and Joe Biden.
Peter, you're absolutely 100% correct.
This is a Biden-Yahoo-Net-You-Hope-Biden genocide.
It's going to go down in history that way.
This is one of the greatest black marks in the history of the United States.
All brought about deliberately.
How can a self-respecting American president support genocide against the Palestinians?
He can't.
But that's because Biden isn't a self-respecting president.
He's a puppet.
It's not even the real Biden.
I watched him walk to Air Force One in a helicopter.
His motions were completely robotic.
Now, among the speakers at my Volkswagen Conspiracy conference this past weekend, which, by the way, was quite sensational, you can find some of the presentations already up on my Twitter at Jim Fetzer, many, many more already at my YouTube channel, Jim Fetzer.
Check him out.
Dr. Katherine Horton, who's led the legal fight against Targeted individuals are hit with electromagnetic weapons to disrupt them and many of whom turn out to be chipped was describing what appears to have happened with this guy, this phony Biden who wears a face mask.
So, of course, his face never changes because it's a mask walking totally robotically.
You would have thought it was three CPO walking toward the Air Force One.
I mean, it's just outrageous.
If you want to understand how bad it is, this guy is all chipped up and he's under control of remote sources.
Peter, that was just an excellent call.
I can't thank you enough.
If you have a final thought.
It's just that Congress and media are just they may as well be chipped up.
Because look at them in lockstep over this genocide.
Just like they were in lockstep over the disastrous war in the Ukraine that killed 500,000 Ukrainians, let alone the Russians and everybody else that they admit to over $100 billion.
But, I mean, it's not just chipped up Biden.
It's our entire controlled political structure and our media.
And it flows from the banks because, again, if you can Print money out of nothing and never be audited.
There's nothing that you can't get done or control.
That's it for me, Joe.
Thank you.
That's great, Peter.
Excellent call.
Thank you so much.
Dan in Washington.
Dan, join the conversation.
Great point by Peter.
Genocide Joe.
You know, don't forget that term.
That's great.
I like that.
Genocide joke.
That's perfect, Dan.
I love it.
Yeah, I just wanted to correct a misunderstanding yesterday.
When Gerald Pyle got charged with racial profiling, I'm not saying I agreed with that, but I'm saying that's how they got the laws.
To where, you know, any kind of big national deportation is just not going to happen unless they change those laws.
And the Republican Party, I mean, hasn't been trying to change those laws at all, you know, except for Trump.
I'll give Trump credit.
So, you know, that was my main point.
You know, if he says he's going to have a border force just to deport everyone, it's just, it's just not going to happen legally.
There's got to be major changes first and the Congress is supposed to act on it.
Well, first off, any living, breathing president with a conscience and principle cares about America, and we're not getting that from the Democrats in any way, shape, or form.
It's just disgusting.
Disgusting, Dan.
Continue.
I agree.
You know, I do agree with Peter.
It's all of Rome here.
And I agree with what you said.
Yeah, you know, and I've said that for a while.
Diversity is not a strength.
That's the talking point they use.
Diversity is a strength.
But we all know it's a weapon.
And NATO's using diversity in these European countries.
You know, they want to destroy nationalism or the middle class.
So we're getting that here, too.
And I feel like, you know, Either way, it's almost too little too late at this point with the diversity.
I feel like Russia and China might start, you know, because they had this plan to break up Russia, I could see Russia and China really fighting to open our borders too.
So we have the Kalergi plan, we have all these plans already in effect.
But then I think Russia and China are going to want to get even for trying to take Ukraine and stuff.
So it's going to be like the whole world is going to be wanting America to open its borders.
And they're all going to be bribing our Congress.
It's going to be horrible.
So it's kind of, you know, I do see a Paul Rome scenario here.
Open borders spells the end of America, I have no doubt about it.
I love that phrase, genocide, Joe.
It has a certain ring to it.
Dan, I do think, by the way, if Trump were in office, I believe him when he says he'll implement the largest deportation program in the history of the nation.
I also believe him when he says He's going to be able to clean out the deep state.
That's the senior executive service in the government and civil service protection shapes policies, makes decisions, even though it's all unelected.
He devised a schedule F to get rid of them.
And if he's back in office, he will implement it.
I have no doubt.
A final thought, Dan.
I agree with you guys.
I mean, go ahead and vote for Trump.
I can't say genocide Jones better, so I support you in that.
And I think this court case is going to go nowhere.
I think it's illegal to... If he wasn't convicted of... Insurrection.
Insurrection.
Yeah, he hadn't been convicted of that.
So this court is going against that court case by saying...
He's guilty of that, so I think he'll be thrown out.
It's going to be turned down, and I predict it will be a 9-0 decision by the U.S.
Supreme Court.
They've overplayed their hand, and they've got Democrats saying they think it reveals that they're using the courts to interfere in the election.
It's just too blatant.
Dan, thanks very much for an excellent call.
You got it.
Paul in New Jersey.
Paul in New Jersey.
Join the conversation, Paul.
Hello, Mr. Fetzer.
I want to put out just a point of view about part of the problem of contemporary America.
You know, I believe that the high-water mark of American prosperity was from post-World War II up until the late 60s.
I would argue it was a time when America was its most fascistic, actually.
You know, the women were oppressed, supposedly, and knocked up at home, and they didn't work by male supremacy, right?
We had high graduated income taxes, which are communist in nature, and we had a very high levels of trade unionism with A good amount of workers in the country being protected and their wages and careers were protected by trade unions.
All socialistic, all what would be considered fascistic by the libertarians out there.
And you see, Jim, I think that now, you know, in America, the current American healthscape is actually the result of libertarianism.
Sold by the Milton Friedmans and the Chicago School of Economics, which came up with this theory of libertarianism, sold also by Ayn Rand, basically atomizing white people.
And that's why a Jew like Ayn Rand would sell libertarianism to all whites, because Instead of whites acting in concert as a united racial group, it divided us up into all wanting and pursuing our own economic gain.
Right?
And I would argue, now if you look at libertarianism, some of the concepts are, well, we should have open borders.
You know, borders don't matter.
People should be free.
Paul, I want to carry over.
Stick around.
We'll be right back with Paul after this break.

It's almost Friday.
Here comes the sun to do.
Here comes the sun to do.
I say it's all right.
Little darling, it's been a long, cold, lonely winter.
Well, Paul, I think you're making some points here.
I would just say I grew up in the 40s, the 50s, the 60s.
I think there was a kind of a golden age of America post-World War II to the post-assassination of JFK.
And that's, of course, when Lyndon took over and jacked up the war and jacked up the war.
JFK would have, I think, got rid of the Fed.
We wouldn't have this massive debt that's all based on paying interest to a consortium of private banks.
We would have had a constraint of the CIA wouldn't run rampant.
We wouldn't have had all the militarism and exploitation.
I mean, he was opposed to all those things and would truly have ushered in a wonderful era in American history.
But the conservatives were so worried about a Kennedy dynasty that JFK would serve two terms and Bobby two terms and Teddy two terms.
And they felt it was all contrary to their interests.
I mean, for God's sake, he was even going to cut the oil depletion allowance, which a Texas oilman regarded as akin to their divine right, cracking down on the mob.
Bobby was bringing more indictments and convictions than ever before in history.
I mean, there's so many aspects to this.
Post World War Two through the assassination of JFK was perhaps the best time of America, but I wouldn't describe it as fascist.
I just say it was conventional.
You know, there were ordinary standards, relations.
The American family was a basic unit.
You had a father, a mother, and you had kids.
Rampant feminism would only begin growing later on that really had the effect of making women uncontent with the role of housewives.
I mean, I think you could take it from there, but I'm not at all sure that the word fascism or describing this as fascist is equal to the reality.
That's my concern, Paul.
Go ahead.
Yeah, well, I'm just linking it to what the modern libertines would call it.
And we should remember that the root origin of the word libertine is tied to the libertarians.
And I argue the libertarians take freedom to all kinds of excesses.
And because of these excesses of allowing big business to do what it does and allow actually certain aspects of individual freedom, because I believe, as in Page and Gillen's argue, that we live in an oligarchy and we have out-of-control oligarchs that we live in an oligarchy and we have out-of-control oligarchs who are running this country into the ground and using it as a home base for their international treachery and
You know, I look at it this way.
It's like, if we let them have our way, they'll set up private toll roads and charge us for that.
They've emptied out some of the things they've already done is they've outsourced All these corporations, they sent it to China.
We taught our economic rivals, through these capitalists, how to manufacture and compete with us.
So that's why I see the oligarchic class as incompetent, inept, and we must strip them of their power.
Ideally, through graduated income taxes would be an excellent way to do it.
Now listen, you walk around the streets of Philadelphia, they call it the Kensington Shuffle.
Right, where all these drug addicts hang out near the train stations.
And this is in many cities, just using drugs in open air in the public, and the government doesn't do anything about it.
We don't want to put them in mental institutions to keep the mentally ill off the streets.
And this is what I'm saying, is part of this mindset, or this cultural rot, is because of the libertarian mindset.
And also the result of libertarian mindset Is the capitalism leads to monopolism and we're getting plenty of that.
And so a lot of the pathologies of modern America, I think, are because we've allowed unbridled capitalism to run wild.
And if you think of it in and look what it's done with health care costs, you know, Jim, in Italy, they live longer lives and they spend one third as much On health care than Americans do.
Yes.
Right.
And so we are we are getting and that's because the capitalists open up the system, I think, was under Nixon, where they started to toy with doctors and allow doctors to not, you know, like do no harm.
No, it was called make as much money as you can, boys.
Yeah.
And they turned it into just the go for it.
Yeah.
Ripple patients.
And now everybody's and now it's we have the most expensive health care costs per capita in the United States.
By the way, our longevity in the United States were rated, I think, somewhere around as like number, I think it's like number 40 in nations.
I don't think we're even like in the top 20.
Yeah, longevity.
Because again, because we allow big corporations to deregulate the food and add any food additives they want to add.
Paul, you're making a lot of wonderful points.
You're giving us a great deal to think about.
Give us your final thought.
No, as I said before, we've got to start regulating this stuff.
We've got to clean up the food.
We've got to reduce the health care costs.
We've got to start taxing the oligarchs for their own good.
Really good call, Paul.
Thank you so much.
We'll be right back.
I want the truth!
You can't handle the truth!

Are you one of the millions of people who feel like there is a dark cloud hanging over their heads whenever they're using pharmaceutical drugs?
For some, the short-term relief can turn into an opioid addiction nightmare.
Have you ever wondered why CBD oil is a billion-dollar industry?
It's because it works better than opioids and is actually healthy for you.
However, CBD oil is stripped of all other helpful compounds found in the hemp plants.
According to neuroscientists, the whole hemp plant, otherwise known as hemp paste, is even more effective than the chemically processed CBD oil.
Are you ready to take back your health?
You can try hemp paste for the price of a cup of coffee.

Here come old flat top, he come grooving up slowly.
He got juju eyeball, he want holy roller.
He got hair down to his knee.
Got to be a joker, he just do what he please.
Our next caller is Francis from North Carolina, Georgia.
Join the conversation, girl.
Oh boy, watch out now.
Be careful what you ask for.
Good afternoon to you, young man.
First, I'll start with A happy Christmas to you and yours.
And secondly, I have to thank Tom in Florida for the compliment that he made yesterday, which I was totally floored by.
I was like, wow, okay, I'm impressed.
So thank you, Tom.
That was very kind of you.
Anyway, as far as Joy Boy being so roboticized or whatever with the chips or who knows what being implanted.
That you noticed was very mechanical in motion?
Yes.
Yes.
How do we know that he was not, that that being was not an android to start with and not actually Joy Boy?
How do we really know?
Inquiring minds would like to know.
But aside from that, hey, this day and time with technology and the political scene and all that, I don't see anything past him.
I mean, look at Ms.
Hillary Clinton and so forth.
I mean, there was commentary about that gal.
Aside from that issue, when I hear the commentary about, well, things are going to get bad in 2024, you know, I keep hearing that every bloomin' year for almost a decade.
Now the question is, to start clarifying, where is it going to get bad?
Why is it going to get bad?
Well, I think we already know why it's going to get bad, because it's being orchestrated.
But the question is, what sectors of society, is it going to be messed up because of it?
Yes.
So besides the given that we currently do, but now.
Let me, Francis, let me comment on one of your points there.
How do we know that wasn't a robot?
Actually, it could have been, because you could put this mask, this latex mask on anything, you know, that will handle it.
And what struck me about it is his back was rigid.
His back was rigid and straight, and that is not True of this guy.
I mean, he's not the real Joe Biden, but he's a real old guy and he doesn't have a straight back.
It was like it was ramrod straight.
I'm saying you could be you could have been nailed it.
Actually, this could have been a robot.
You're 100 percent correct.
I think, in fact, I'm willing to say it probably was.
Go ahead.
Well, when I think of the film that they had back years ago, back in the 90s perhaps, I don't recall what year it was, but Robin Williams called Pocentennial Man.
We're talking about a robot that is striving to try to become human despite the positronic brain that's in the proverbial mechanical skull.
Yeah.
That creeps me out about that deal.
I think, by the way, I think C-3PO is a better companion and smarter than the guy we got in the White House today.
Continue.
I would have to give you that, yes.
Even though I'm very averted to mechanical beings that are talking and whatever, I have a big aversion to that because I'd rather talk to a human being, a biological human being.
Here's the reason why I don't use a self-checkout in-store.
Uh, when a machine starts talking back, it's like, okay, enough of this.
I'd rather have a human talking to me instead of a machine.
Aside from that issue, yes, there's so many different things are going on that I have to admit, uh, Paul, that, uh, just, uh, uh, chatted with you a moment ago.
There's a lot that they nailed on the head.
It was not even silly as far as how things are being handled or regulated or who knows what.
Things were simpler.
Things were a lot more innocent.
But behind the scenes, how innocent were they?
Yeah.
How innocent were they at that time?
Yeah.
People did have a lot more belief in the Bill of Rights.
They actually had a law enforcement department or whatever that helped them.
Yeah, who was enforcing the law!
Yeah!
Yeah!
We didn't have private crime.
We didn't have open borders.
We had a sane society.
Well, that's a shame.
You can't have a sane asylum.
Frances, give us your final thought.
Well, for me, a shout-out to me for the holidays, and for the dear folks in Gaza.
Oh, Bob, that reminds me.
A big shout-out to Layla, since I've not heard from her yet.
I hope she's doing well.
And my heart goes out to the Palestinians over in Israel and all that, because that is That's unspeakable.
Meanwhile, you have a fun weekend.
Take care.
You have a wonderful Christmas, Francis.
I always enjoy hearing from you.
John in Colorado.
John, join the conversation.
Happy holidays.
Thank you.
Thank you.
The thing in Colorado, not on a reside there, it's just ridiculous.
The Supreme Court and who talked them into doing that, no doubt with Democratic circles.
Sure.
All seven of the judges on your court, John, are appointed by Democrats.
They're all Democrats, all seven.
So what's remarkable is that three of them saw this was absurd and the wrong thing to do.
That is the beam of light there.
Yeah, that's, like I said, you know, they're all Democratic justices and all that.
They're going to overturn it, John.
Mark my words.
There's no doubt.
It's probably going to be 9-0.
It's ridiculous.
- I mean, if they would overturn it, it's a gray area.
I think there's possibly somebody's gonna, you know, influence into going along with that.
But I hope not. - They're gonna overturn it, John.
Mark my words.
There's no doubt.
It's probably gonna be nine to zero.
It's ridiculous.
This is an absurd decision. - Well, I hope you're right.
But I've heard this before where they go, and they've ordered, sometimes they say, "Oh, we're not gonna hear it," and all that.
Oh, Mike, that's a big deal.
This is going to be an expedite case.
It'll be decided already in January, I predict, and it's going to be nine to zero.
This is just ridiculous.
Go ahead, John.
All right.
I hope you're right.
I hope you're right.
Yeah.
I like listening to the callers.
Up to this point today, especially Peter in Los Angeles and Paul.
Good, good, good knowledge and good things to know.
Yeah.
There's a book that Michael Collins Piper wrote, I think 2005 or 80.
And it was a fictional book, but it was called My First Days in the White House.
If you've never had a chance to see, I don't know if you can still get the book.
You get a chance to read it if you have it.
It's really interesting.
It's fictional, but it just tells you the thing that, you know, when you want to overthrow tyranny, it can happen.
And the big thing about it, that it was during the presidency of Bush Jr., I believe, it finally just got unbearable, and the populace just revolted, and what happened was the military John, there was a time when our military stood by the Constitution.
Those days are long past, sad to say.
It's been corrupted.
There were big figures and it showed what Israel was the downfall of Israel.
John, there was a time when our military stood by the Constitution.
Those days are long past, sad to say.
It's been corrupted.
Give us your final thought, John.
Anyway, like I said, it does show, if you want, I've just started rereading it again.
It does happen.
But anyway, you've just got to keep on top of it.
That's right.
Thank God for you and all the other RBN's that bring up this stuff and call it.
So happy holidays.
Merry Christmas and all that.
Yeah.
John, same to you.
Thanks.
Thanks for the call.
Jerry in Chicago.
Jerry in Chicago.
Join the conversation.
Hello Dr. Fetzer and I hope you have a Merry Christmas.
I have a question for you.
I was looking into the JFK assassination and the reason LBJ had to move so quick and make this happen is because supposedly he was going to get arrested the next day or within the next couple of days.
What was he going to get arrested for?
Well, look, that afternoon, 22 November 1963, there was to be a vote in the Senate about Bobby Baker, who is LBJ's bag man in the Senate.
And it was widely expected that tarnish LBJ so badly couldn't run again with JFK.
JFK had already decided not to run with LBJ.
Remember, he'd forced himself on the ticket back in L.A.
in 1960.
And he was thinking of running with Terry Sanford, who was a governor of North Carolina, would have been a great choice.
But Linden was a deep legal issue.
It was closing in on him.
He was going to take out Jack on that day.
If it didn't work out in Dealey Plaza, it was going to happen at the trademark.
They changed the venue to one with lots of balconies and exits and entrances.
The Secret Service didn't like it, but they were overruled.
And if they didn't get him there, they were going to get him on the Johnson Ranch, which was the least desirable since it was his own property.
But the most Secure from his point of view to finish a job.
So those are some of the basics.
There's more to this story, but you're on the right track.
OK, that's all I wanted cleared up.
So I thank you very much for your time.
And like I said, you have a great weekend and a great holiday.
Oh, thanks, Jerry.
Thanks.
Super, super.
James in Charlotte.
James in Charlotte, join the conversation. - I'm gonna sort of have to change paths here.
I was going to make a comment on the Colorado Supreme Court decision, but I want to comment on some things that your caller, a few callers ago, I believe it was Paul was his name, asserting that back the post-war era from 1945 to the late 60s, which is generally considered the post-war era, was
He's not so economically robust because it was primarily fascist.
He made a few good points, but I'd say he's about one quarter right and three quarters wrong.
One specific point I'd like to make, I'm sort of a disciple of the libertarian view of Milton Friedman and some other libertarian economists, but one point that Friedman specifically made Yeah, contribute to society, yes.
about open borders, he said that you cannot have open borders if you have a welfare state.
Yes.
Because people will pour in from every corner of the world to take advantage of it rather than to become capitalist and to try and build themselves up.
Yeah, contribute to society.
Yes.
100% correct.
Yeah.
that's not going to be There were a few more.
I mean, essentially, the system, many of the systems that were in place in the post-war era would not work today because we have so much more international economic competitors.
All of the primary competitors were so devastated in World War II I mean, we came out of it basically as the lone superpower, and we're able to maintain it for approximately two decades.
And then Vietnam and some other things, the Great Society, Lyndon Johnson's Great Society in Vietnam, I think, were the two main components which set us to the disastrous course that we've arrived at today.
And then I would add, I think Bill Clinton signing NAFTA was catastrophic.
Remember when Ross Gross had that giant sucking sound as all those jobs moving south?
He contributed in a major way to the destruction of our manufacturing and industrial ability, which had been the foundation of our economy up to that point in time.
Yeah, absolutely.
You can name a lot of other things, but I think that's certainly a major one right there.
Yeah, I really think so.
Bill Clinton and Barack Obama promoting the Trans-Pacific Partnership, that was going to be further collapsing the economic viability of the United States.
We've had a lot of presidents who've done very, very bad things to us economically.
Trump's the opposite.
He gave us a surging economy, economic independence, close the borders.
I think he could do the same if we can get him back into office.
But God knows the Democrats are going to do everything they can to prevent it.
Yeah.
Assuming that we have an election.
Yeah, I agree.
I agree.
James, I think you made good points.
Yeah, I was most concerned about Paul's use of the word fascist.
I just don't think that's the right word.
Fascism, even Mussolini defined, could be equally defined as corporatism, a merger of big business with big government.
I didn't see that happening in that era.
But I just saw very productive but conventional in terms of social mores and the centrality of the family and there wasn't a lot of weird sexual perversion and you didn't have a massive preoccupation with pornography.
I'm told half of the Internet viewing is pornography.
We didn't have the lawlessness.
We had reliable law enforcement.
I mean, it wasn't a perfect society.
And in the South, we still had remnants of segregation.
I agree with that.
But my God, we were better off then, I think, than we are now.
James, a final thought from you?
Well, I think you summed it up pretty good there.
I think that was certainly not just our economic Apotheosis, but probably morally and spiritually as well.
Yes.
Yes.
I think so, too.
Very nice call, James.
Thanks very much.
You have a wonderful Christmas holiday season.
OK.
Thank you.
I hope you do, too.
Thank you for calling.
Tom in Florida joined for the Christmas finale.
Tom, your thoughts?
Yeah, good day, gentlemen, ladies and gentlemen.
Merry Christmas, everybody in the RBN audience there.
Yeah, Francis, you sound like a Viking woman to me.
So anyway, yeah, Jim, what I want to talk about is, yeah, I hope Marko and Miles and all those great guys, Sebastian and Mike, all those from those foreign countries, and John Scott, all those guys are great callers, man, awesome people.
But what I got to say is this, Jim, yeah, by the way, did you see the news about John Snyder to Duke the Hazzard today?
Having to pay attention to that?
Yeah, I actually mentioned that story, if you mean where he was saying Biden ought to be tried for treason and hung.
Is that what you're talking about?
Absolutely.
It's appalling to me.
That they would want to, you know, this guy, you know, he's a great guy.
He's a great singer.
He was a great entertainer, you know.
And he's just telling the truth.
And you can't tell the truth, but you have a Don out there.
When Trump won the presidency, he said about blowing up the White House.
You had Sean Penn and you had this guy, Robert De Niro, who said they wanted to punch Donald Trump in his face.
Yeah.
Walk into the White House and he punched him in his face.
And did the CIA investigate those guys?
Yeah.
Oh, see, you're telling me what I don't know.
You're saying they're going after him legally for speaking out.
Yeah.
Oh, see, you're telling me what I don't know.
You're saying they're going after him legally for speaking out.
Yeah, Hollywood.
You know, Hollywood's going to team up and they're going to blackball him, you know, ever produce or make movies or, you know, even sing songs and all that.
It's disgusting what these Marxist scientists are getting away with.
It really is.
Yeah.
Let's get to the real truth.
They have totally wiped this country out as far as our Bill of Rights, our Constitution, because these Zionists have shwined the Talmud.
And you know that guy yesterday that called in?
He made a great call that he was talking about Barbara Lerner Specter.
I looked her up, Jim.
Do you realize how ruthless this woman is?
She's a monster.
That Barbara Lerner Specter is a monster.
I know.
The polarization of the country is just becoming astounding, even breathtaking.
More, Tom, more.
It really is.
No, it really is.
Well, you're right.
It's astounding.
I know the polarization of the country is just becoming astounding, even breathtaking.
More, Tom, more.
It really is.
No, it really is.
Well, you're right.
It's just astounding.
And then you watch this bumbling buffoon, Biden.
Bumble, stumble.
They can't even talk.
We didn't vote for this.
This was installed.
It looks like he's like a robot.
They got electrodes in them to keep him walking.
I mean, it's a disgrace.
And then you got that Kamala Harris with that crazy laugh.
Damn, I can't believe the leadership of this country.
I'm appalled.
Well, you got to understand it was installed, Tom.
We didn't vote for this.
This was installed.
This was imposed upon us by the Rothschild banking interest, George Soros, Barack Obama manipulating behind the scenes They stole the election and put these people in to destroy America.
That's their sole objective, Tom.
Sad to say.
Well, yeah, exactly.
But, you know, Jim, I hear now Louisiana, Alabama, Texas, they might kick Joe Biden off the ballot.
Well, Steve, this is why it was crazy.
It was crazy.
Crazy that Colorado did that.
As Jonathan Turley has said, you're opening a can of worms.
It's all unconstitutional.
You don't want to go there.
I am anticipating, as I've already said, the U.S.
Supreme Court is going to dump this 9-0, Tom.
That's a testable prediction.
I think it'll happen in January very fast.
I believe you're right, Jim.
I really hope it does.
It has to happen.
Another thing I've got to bring up to you, and the radio show here in South Florida today, Jim, they were talking about this Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz, and she's all over the media now saying, has Donald Trump kicked that out of the presidency.
And here is this woman.
Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz is probably the most filthiest woman in Congress, Jim.
I went to a Trump rally and Ms.
Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz had 15, 16 year old girls holding signs that said F-U-C-K Donald Trump.
It was the most disgusting, the slightest of girls, little militant little Jewish girls.
Why do they hold signs at your age?
Why would you do that?
Because we want to get paid money too.
Yeah.
Tom, Tom, Tom, let me get a word in edge.
Those yentas say they wanted to get paid money.
So Debbie Blatter-Miles Schultz's campaign is paying these girls money.
So they can say the whole signs about Donald Trump saying that he's the president. - Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, let me get a word in edge.
I'm convinced she was involved in orchestrating the Parkland fake shooting.
She was worried that the Iran Awad scandal where she had this Pakistani tech guy who was spying on Congress under her authority was going to cost 11 house seats in Florida alone.
I believe she was involved in orchestrating the Parkland shooting, where they set up that march for our lives in Washington, D.C., way in advance of the shooting.
In fact, to close roadways in Washington, you have to request a permit six months in advance.
That's like four to five months before the shooting took place, and yet they claimed it was based on the shooting.
I've done a lot on this.
Everyone, if you get a chance, you want to download my Law Enforcement Pulse Flag Stage Event Checklist.
You'll see links to a whole lot of these, and you get a sense of what's going on.
Tom, give us your closing thought.
We've got another caller to work in.
Tom.
No, you're absolutely right.
Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz is a Marxist-Communist.
She's in the Condo Canyon.
Oy vey!
Oy yay!
Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz is not but a Marxist-Communist.
She's a scientist!
She's a scientist!
Tom, you're nailing it.
Tom, you have a wonderful Christmas holiday season, okay?
And I'll look forward to talking to you in the new year, Tom.
Meanwhile, Vinny of New Jersey.
Vinny, join the conversation.
Vinny, are you there?
We lost Vinny?
Huh?
Tom, you could have had a few more words if you want to call back.
Anyone?
We got just a minute or two left.
I got a few others.
We have Renee in North Carolina.
Oh, we do?
Okay.
I missed it.
Renee, Renee, join the conversation.
Oh, I see.
Very good.
Renee.
We also got Rick in Arizona.
Go ahead, Renee.
I can't say enough good about Paul's call.
Thank you, Paul.
Somebody who actually has brain cells, okay, who's actually looked Multiple angles trying to analyze a situation that could maybe get us out of this?
Instead of just being like a kind of right-wing patriot propaganda parrot, just repeating talking points that keep us stuck in the divide-and-conquer right-left paradigm.
Paul, you rescued my brain today.
If I would have said what Paul said, though, some of the stuff Paul said, if I would have said that, the phone lines would have exploded calling in to polarize me to call me a Marxist commie.
I don't think so, Rene.
And you speak up for yourself very, very clearly, Rene.
Give me a final thought, because I got Rick standing by in Arizona.
I want to get him in.
Your final thought, Rene.
Well, the thing is, Paul, what he said was new thought.
Yeah.
Renee.
because let me tell you the health care situation too expensive and it's terrible too how come bill gates can get the best health yeah but you know what john stadt miller died because he was fearful he didn't have money to pay for the bill he didn't seek medical treatment so everyone who thinks we should not have universal health care john stadt miller's blood is on your hands renee you have a wonderful christmas Rick and Tom, I'm sorry I couldn't work you in.
I'll get you in in the new year.
Have a wonderful New Year.
Spend all the time you can with your family, your friends, the people you love and care about for all the reasons I've talked about for so long and support RBN.
