Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Carl Herbin and Mission Viejo Californian by Chris Weiner in Fort Myers, Florida, on his way home.
He's our mobile roving reporter.
We begin with whether Nord Stream might have been nuked.
The saga of the North Stream has been confusing.
Multiple reporting on who did or didn't do it, who had an interest, about the motives, who suffered most.
The saga seems to never end.
Perhaps it should not end before the truth has been found, because this was a crime of tremendous proportions.
Investigative Journalist Seymour Hersh, of course, in early Feb 2023 released a report.
It's not secret, but he says highly reliable sources.
Details of how the U.S.
Intel planned this sabotage were by Joe Biden.
President Joe Biden?
During a press conference on 7 Feb 2022?
If Russia invades, that means tanks and troops crossing the border Ukraine again, then there will be no longer a Nord Stream 2 reporter.
But how will you exactly do that since the project's in Germany's control?
Biden, we will, I promise you, we will be able to do that.
Search revealed how the U.S.
Navy carried out the bombing with the cooperation of Norway.
Washington, of course, denied it.
This was just the beginning of the blame game, of which there's no end in sight.
About a month ago, bombshell news, which appears to be evidence for the how, emerged.
According to a mathematician, physicist, geoscientist, and professor Han Benjamin Braun, the pipelines were devastated by an underwater tactical nuke.
This was reported by a Swiss journalist by the name of Christoph Luger during his weekly Swiss transition TV news show.
Here's a part of the professor's report about it.
By initial accounts, moderate explosives of a few hundred kilograms at TNT were responsible.
That would correspond to a seismic reaction of Richter magnitude 2.3.
After a review of publicly available seismic data, however, this could not be further from the truth.
Seismic traces were reported as far as Nordkapp, 1,800 kilometers from the destination in Greenland, characterizing the Nord Stream as a teleseismic event.
An analyst of the waveforms detected at seismic stations around the Baltic and both the sea characterized it as having a detonation energy of 200 tons of TNT, equivalent or more, Rather than the 500 kilograms claimed in the press.
This explosion is apparently 400 times larger than claimed.
The resulting waveforms share characteristics with known underground nuclear explosions.
Professor Braun concludes only a nuke could produce these effects, which included extreme warming of the seabed, strong underwater currents, and radioactive fallout that could be measured even in Switzerland.
The section here, he has a report about it, talking about in detail.
After Braun finished his study, he handed it to colleagues for peer review, among them three Nobel laureates in physics.
In April of 2023, the final report was handed to the governments concerned, including Sweden, Finland, Poland, and NATO's Secretary General, Russia's Ambassador to Switzerland, and the UN Security Council, at the time chaired by Russia.
What was the result?
Nothing!
Silence!
None of the countries, not even Russia, and of course not NATO, had any interest in escalating the case, demonstrating to the world that presumably Russia and NATO does not shy away from using a nuclear device to destroy the energy supply fueling the German and economic European economy.
What that means is we're already in nuclear war.
What about the motives?
Officially, the motives were no less than making sure the sanctions on Russia over Ukraine would hold, could not be broken by Germany under pressure from business and manufacturing community.
Germany's economy was going to suffer tremendously without cheap Russian gas.
In fact, it has not recovered.
Unofficially, there's a secret plan by the corporate financial cabal, wholly integrated into UN Agenda 2030 and the WEF's Great Reset, to bring the Western economies—both Europe and the U.S.—down, possibly to full-blown ruin.
Number one instrument is depriving those economies of energy.
That goes hand-in-hand with the cabal depopulation agenda.
Also an integral part of the Great Reset and Agenda 2030.
Achieving both would make it easier to initiate and implement the New World Order based on full digitalization and artificial intelligence.
Surviving humans would become electronically manipulable transhumans who could be turned on and off, as needs dictate.
The entire UN system is sold to the unnamed corporate financial behemoth.
Which I presume that means the Rothschild Banking Empire.
UN Agenda 2030 is not just comprising of 17 noble, sustainable development goals, but much further.
As to unnamed financial cabal, the number one financier and supporter of the WEF is BlackRock.
The WEF is one of the main executing agencies of the Great Reset and Agenda 23.
The cabal's not there yet, but humanity's strength and spiritual power, these dark forces, shall not reach their objective.
The author suggests, I'm sorry to say, that's hopeful.
It would be nice if they not reach their objective, but they're going a hell of a long way already and accomplish it fast.
The cabal knows well the world's economy are fueled by hydrocarbon, and this will remain the main source of energy for the foreseeable future, but The propaganda and hubris talk about climate change knows no end.
Real science knows real climate change happens all the time, for the last 4.5 billion years, since Mother Earth existed.
Its main cause of influence is the sun, 97% plus, having nothing to do with CO2 generated by man's activities and economics.
The ever-ongoing natural process is slow, so nature may adjust.
Brutal changes in weather and climate, which we are increasingly experiencing over the last decade or so, are wantonly man-made.
Part of environmental modification technology is known collectively as geoengineering.
They include numerous highly sophisticated and scientifically studied technologies capable of modifying the composition of the higher atmosphere to bring about rapid weather climate changes, hot, cold, drought, flooding.
Drought and flooding in rapid succession, of course, can and does destroy vital food crops, fertile agrarian lands, infrastructure, housing, and the well-being of people.
It causes famine, misery, and death, and a bleak future.
Geoengineering can be targeted on specific society countries and regions.
There's much similarity with nuclear warfare.
The chemicals and methods used in geoengineering, including satellite, are protected by hundreds of patents, of which the public at large has no idea.
And, of course, mainstream media is generously paid to remain silent.
In order to fight this massive crime, we the people must wake up and take matters under our, we the people's, control now.
With every day we refuse to wake up, we move a step closer to the abyss of no return.
We are seconds before midnight and must act now.
Carl, your thoughts?
That's a great story.
I appreciate Peter Koenig for that.
So the prima facie evidence is that the U.S.
destroyed the Nord Stream pipeline.
They had the means, the motive, and the opportunity.
The U.S.
Navy was at that exact same spot just, I believe it was a week earlier.
And you have Biden's confession.
You have the insane American cover story.
Russia did it.
They destroyed their own pipeline, which has No motive to do that.
Russia was excluded from any investigation to discover what happened in the destruction of their own pipeline.
And then I believe it was Norway when the evidence came out and they had something to say about it.
They chose to say no comment on who did this, because it would have been the US.
Did it.
And the data is always going to tell the story.
And that's fascinating inclusion of new data for the method of destruction that the prima facie evidence tells that the US did.
Now, the result And that article talked about it, that the Germans and the Europeans paid a lot more for gas.
I believe it was three times more.
And I sent an article out to you guys, and I believe it was 8,000 German businesses had been closed.
And a lot of that is due to the energy costs.
So the end result is that the people are either going to see, through this neo-colonial empire, I wish I felt we could do anything about it, Carl.
That's my concern.
They're going to get more of the same.
That's where it's at.
But I do see that people are at an unprecedented level of awareness and that we're just one breakthrough away from this emperor new clothes type victory.
I wish I felt we could do anything about it, Carl.
That's my concern.
Chris.
Yeah, you know, the National Security Act and the apparatus that's been put in place since the end of World War II to protect the Keynesian banking system and to make the U.S. decisions.
dollar the central reserve currency of all currency on the planet, I guess.
All these efforts have come home to roost, in my opinion, and are manifesting themselves in many different ways.
And the extent of the propaganda is certainly one.
How far this breakaway civilization that we call the Deep State, that basically holds all the intellectual property gathered from our military research and whatnot, how far these guys are willing to go with this hostile takeover of the human species and the technocratic feudalism that they're trying to put on.
With DARPA projects and things like that.
It's obvious that there's a group that has waged war against not only the United States citizens but the global population.
It's also producing what we know as the political theater as we see it.
Trying to bring us into these very real conflicts that are mass depopulation events as pretty much everything they lead us to is.
So I think we're kind of starting to see where these guys are going with things.
I hope that people are starting to pay attention as to what's going on and now really it's going to come down to how we're going to do something about it.
I think and I think this is a very crucial time and I think I'm glad to be alive right now and I'm thankful to everybody at Independent Media that's kept their feet to the fire on the truth with these people because they are sociopathic liars and they are certainly Let's see, have much vested interest in protecting the research that they gather and certainly in reducing our numbers too, especially after they're replacing us in terms of labor force, military forces with automation and AI.
So yeah, I think that they're trying to gear us up for this next world system and they got to take a lot of people out before they do.
So I hope people understand what's going on here and are really prepared to do something to defend themselves for once.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's my despair, is what in the hell can we do even if we know what's going on?
Meanwhile, Americans are not fooled.
Two-thirds believe the 2020 election was rigged, the feds incited January 6th, and the Bidens are a crime family.
They're spot on in all three cases.
Two out of three Americans are awake and not woke.
They see the truth behind the many lies the Democrats and their corrupt media and big tech are promoting.
A Bullitt-Rasmussen report in April reported two-thirds of Americans suspect the Feds incited the January 6th riot.
Yes.
It was taken before the former head of the Capitol Police spoke with Tucker and shared that January 6th was a setup to get President Trump.
In May, a poll by Rasmussen found 62% of Americans believe the 2020 election was stolen, a number that has grown over time.
Also in May, a supermajority for another Rasmussen poll, so they believe the Biden gang's crimes related to foreign influence peddling were a big deal.
They fully agree with a Daily Mail poll showing today Americans by wide margin say Joe Biden and his son Hunter violated the law against peddling foreign influence amid swirling allegations about the first family business dealings.
Only 63% say the president breached the Foreign Agent Registration Act, which obligates people to declare foreign interests, when he served as VP and his son worked with the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma.
Americans know the truth and are going around the many lies from the globalist, evil, criminal, communist, and corrupt left and their fake media pushers.
Meanwhile, of course, Biden uses the Maui fires to push people to obey his new radical climate policies.
Senior officials of the Biden regime are now using the Maui fire to their advantage, claiming the big bad climate change was responsible and the only way to stop is to obey the radical policies.
Could they be any more despotic?
Biden's clean energy czar, John Podesta, the same guy who ran Hillary's presidential campaign in 2016, Spoke from the White House Briefing Room to spread his boss's fascist worldview on natural disasters.
Claiming summer had brought one climate disaster after another, Podesta pointed to climate change as the cause of the fires while offering zero evidence.
Then he tried to sell Biden's comically named Inflation Reduction Act as a solution.
To stop these disasters from getting even worse, we have to cut the carbon pollution driving the climate crisis, and that's what the Inflation Reduction Act is all about.
Keep it admitted to the crowd that the true purpose of Biden's Inflation Reduction Act was not to reduce inflation, not to lower costs for suffering Americans, but to fight climate change, which is a myth.
We're marking the one-year anniversary of a truly transformative piece of legislation, the Inflation Reduction Act, the largest investment in clean energy and climate action ever in the history of the United States and the history of the world.
Even Joe recently admitted in private to a group of donors the Inflation Reduction Act was misnamed that was actually designed to subsidize and fund climate change spending.
modesta added this law is putting us on a path to reach a biden-harris admin's goal of reducing emissions by fifty to fifty two percent below two thousand five levels by twenty thirty the inflation reduction act is tackling the climate crisis with a government-enabled private sector led approach Podesta, who served as Bill Clinton's Chief of Staff and Chair of Hillary's 2016 campaign, is the definition of an establishment Democrat.
He's been essential when it comes to advancing radical leftist policies.
Now he's back in the White House, peddling nonsense that the death toll in the highly suspicious Maui fires continues to rise.
Related.
Hawaiian officials accidentally let slip their land grab plans for burned parts of Maui.
The Biden regime's eagerness to use the Maui fires for his benefit comes after Joe caught flak for making it obvious he couldn't care less about the Americans whose lives have been destroyed or taken by the fires.
As the flames engulf Maui, Joe is kicked back relaxing on a Delaware beach, couldn't be bothered enough to interrupt his vacation to even comment on the matter, Let alone craft an effective response.
But now that Joe has offered Maui resident Wobbling $700 per household, and when you consider in real estate location, location, location, they're worth millions, his regime seems to think it's okay to use this tragedy to get people to obey his climate demands.
Would you expect anything less from the fascist, power-hungry Democrats?
Here's the nice piece about what happened.
And disappointingly, the audio isn't here, but look at the fire!
With all this open space, where did they come from?
Notice these are undamaged buildings and no trees to burn?
Look at this as we get into the area that was utterly devastated.
Watch as we go into Luhania, Maui.
Meaning, you'll see how obvious it is this was targeted.
Most of the homes were torched.
Very much just as what we saw in Paradise.
Unbelievable.
Except for a few.
Guess what?
Which few that might have included?
Where are the trees to burn the homes?
And how can the homes be burned and the trees not be burned?
How did this happen?
Oprah's property, by the way, was among those that were not damaged.
Now, here comes the governor's house.
Are you gonna be surprised?
Wait for it.
Here it comes.
It's a beauty.
And guess what?
Completely undamaged.
There it is, the governor's home, undamaged.
How come everything was burned around the house but not the house itself?
You think Obama lived there?
No, it's the governor.
Others included a fantastic hotel.
And what about this?
Here it comes again.
Look at that.
Wow.
Beautiful.
Of course, they were not in it towards the hotel.
But look at everything else.
How did the fire miss a hotel?
Because it was not on the list.
But look at everything else that was.
Absolutely staggering.
The fire even got the boats.
Now, how the hell does that happen?
The boats were out in the water.
How can fire leap across water to get boats?
It can't do that unless it's initiated by another source.
So how can so much dynamite be done with so little fuel present to feed the fire?
Serious question.
Look at what happened here.
I thought burning trees caused wildfires.
Not in Maui.
Well, we certainly get the idea.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, with the first story.
That people are waking up to that J6 was the false flag to cover up the election fraud, and I'll put here a bit cheat in the notes, the evidence, sufficient evidence for that, the mathematical impossible amounts after they stopped counting on that fateful November night into the next morning.
And then for the Biden family, for people to conclude that in the polling data, yeah, you got pay to play.
And then there are also puppetitions.
A puppetition is just going to be a script reader for larger Plots and those larger plots include the crimes against humanity with coven with the great reset with the W. E. F. so all of the political competitions have scripts and they all say similar things about that.
And another broader area for the competition of the actor playing Biden is what's going on in Ukraine.
So they have local areas.
It's all narratives.
None of this is authentic.
None of this is policy to help the people.
This is all a script about where they're going, and then they generate false flags.
And propaganda in order to push their policies forward.
Now for Maui with their climate change wildfires is that was the best video that I've seen to be able to point to the impossibility of the fires didn't come from anywhere.
Those houses were blown up and the energy required from a so-called wildfire just is not present.
And then you have the nice poetic touch of the governor's house not touched.
And on the ground testimony from some of the natives, I've listened to these people, and they have seen.
They know what's going on.
They know that there is a no-fly zone right now, that reporters are being arrested, that it's all being fenced off.
So we shall see what's going on with that.
They had lived on the big island on the western side.
I know the enclave where they live.
And let's see, what else am I going to go?
Yeah, I'll put into the show notes here at Bitchute as well.
So in 2019, in the Paradise Fires in Northern California, which was about 50 miles from where I was living there, I had posted the interviews of two retired fire captains.
John Lord was the name of another one, and John is another John.
But they lived in the area of the similar to destruction in Northern California and they were highly motivated to investigate and they took.
Film evidence for it and their conclusion of this is that these are two fire captains who train fire fighters and they said that the physical evidence that they could point to was that no known type of fire causes this type of damage and you have the same damage in Maui where these houses are just blown up the trees are okay and other aspects are okay without any visible source for the energy to cause that.
So the fire captains, they said that what happened here was, and they said, this is a directed energy weapon because the energy did not come from a fire.
It came from someplace else.
It was directed because you can see on some of the properties, like on a school, a straight line going across a field, a burn line, some houses were, half of it and half of it looked perfectly intact.
So that is directed.
And it is a weapon, because it was used for destruction.
And that will apply as well.
And as always, is that if we can have the facts come forward.
And some type of a breakthrough, and I agree with you guys, is that there is apparently nothing that we can do except keep talking about it, which we will.
We need some sort of a spark.
We need something else, because after decades of our talking, talking, talking, talking, talking, talking, talking, talking, talking, it just somehow isn't enough.
We need some sort of a breakthrough.
Well, when it turns out that Obama, before he left office, used FirstNet to protect the nation's voting system right down to the placing levels.
This was a guarantee that they could control the outcome, no matter how absurd, and prevent Donald Trump from resuming office where he was doing so much good for the American people.
Chris, your thoughts?
Yeah, I agree.
The directed energy fires in Hawaii are definitely a result of this DARPA technology that I was mentioning in the previous segment, and then some.
And a lot of this is classified protected under the National Security Act, and it's under the veil of national security.
So this stuff is being used not only by the government, but also by the private sector to To target certain areas of geographic strategy, geological values, I would say.
California, the people are sitting on a lot of gold, but now they don't even have houses or property anymore because of these convenient fires.
Same with Hawaii.
Same with even maybe Ian over in Fort Myers area, too.
I can't tell you how many people have been wiped out from that thing and completely have no chance of rebuilding their homes and are being forced to sell their properties just because they can't afford to rebuild on them.
Things like that.
And more importantly, the insurance companies that they had for protecting their properties are completely passing the buck to their underwriters.
And this is what I talk about derivatives.
A lot of times insurance bundles are put together and off written to another company or through another company.
And in the course of doing this, the coverage is certainly dwindled.
And even the ability to pay claims is often, more importantly, dwindled by these type of transactions.
There's a lot of stuff that's gone on as far as disenfranchising the middle class in many different ways, and it seems to be the same group of people that all these suspicions point to.
And I'd have to say that after a while of looking at this track record of such consistency of these type of misdeeds, eventually maybe the normal people will stop considering it a conspiracy when we suggest these possibilities and likelihoods, because I think time is definitely vindicating our track record compared to theirs.
And for at some point in time, I think it's not going to be talking that's going to get us out of this.
I don't think these guys are going to just hand back what they've taken.
I think it has to be literally wrestled from their hands.
And obviously this power, this ability to really wage war without firing a shot through these geological things and through these direct energy things and, you know, earthquakes and hurricanes and whatever else they can do.
These are big deals, and I have to say that disaster capitalism is big money for these people, and BlackRock and many of these corporations are just cleaning up right now and getting around all sorts of local and state legislation by these disasters that are very convenient for them.
So yeah, BlackRock I think owns one in five single-family homes in America, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's 40% by 2025.
Chris, great stuff!
with by 2025. - Chris, great stuff, great stuff.
Meanwhile, build back better.
Yeah, speaking of BlackRock.
Ready to exploit Maui for a Build Back Better redevelopment?
Of course!
In a recent press conference, Governor Josh Green referred to Maui's recovery as Build Back Better, a notorious utterance of the devos W.E.F.
and Klaus Schwab covertly signaling 666 when the three B letters become numbers when viewed in lowercase.
Moreover, the designation of Maui Strong is revealed as a tribute to now deceased 2015 Marie Strong and the Strong Cities Network, awarded to participants in fake school shootings like Sandy Hook, Parkland, and now terrorism.
Marie Strong was an early UN Agenda leader, originator of sustainability.
Google's search for Maui Strong will reveal many sources and commercial outlets already selling t-shirts with Maui Strong as though they knew it were coming.
So who are the billionaires in Maui now?
Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Ellison, Oprah Winfrey, Jeff Bezos, more to come.
What do they know about rising sea levels?
Remember, they've told us that's an inevitable outcome of global warming.
That media propagandists don't.
Christopher Green lives in Lanai, Maui.
He and his family had to evacuate, like everyone else, but landed on their feet with secure housing.
Green is a YouTube producer at AMTV, also a property investor in Lanai, as The Island Project.
The first decentralized island blockchain community ever built.
Our private portfolio of exclusive real estate, land, luxury homes, condos, and master retreats, with our flagship Project One located in Maui, Hawaii.
You can bet a whole lot of them are going to be where the burn took place.
Meanwhile, mine wants to build housing for illegals at the border.
President Biden is reportedly asking Congress to approve a housing program for illegals at the southern border as part of his $40 billion emergency funding request.
Biden's plan would provide housing for illegals, where they could come and go as they please, while DHS puts them through an expedited process.
Officials told the outlet that funding for the housing program, if approved by Congress, would allow the government to get the illegals through the legal process within three weeks, as though that were a good thing.
My proposed housing program would give them the freedom to leave during the day before they'd have to check in and stay the night at the housing facility.
We do not view this as family detention.
The Biden admin claims a housing program will allow the feds to keep track of illegals without placing them in a detention facility and take some of the burden off overrun migrant shelters near the border.
Well, why don't you just shut down the border and take the burden off completely?
After the admin stopped holding illegals in detention in 2021, ICE expanded its use of GPS monitoring and phone calls to check in with illegals seeking asylum after being let go inside of the United States, most never to be seen again.
Illegals continue to spike under Biden, and he now faces calls from the right and even some from the left to get the border crisis under control.
Ain't gonna happen.
Biden celebrated a brief dip in June before a 30% surge in July.
Customs and Border Protection arrested just under 100,000 in June before the numbers spiked to more than 130,000 in July.
In the Tucson sector, U.S.
In the Tucson sector, USH had a restaurant of 40,000 illegals in July alone, a 15-year record for that sector, according to CBP data.
Binding the 40 billion emergency spending includes 4 billion to address a border crisis, 20 billion less than he requested for Ukraine, according to Politico.
Carl, your thoughts?
Oh, at the southern border, you have whatever it was, 7 to 8 million people who have come across during the administration of Biden and the promise to house illegal immigrants while the U.S.
suffers from increasing and ongoing homelessness.
We have talked about San Francisco on Market Street with My personal verification, when we lived up in Northern California, that on the Main Street, on Market Street, there are dozens of homeless people.
I mean, on the middle of the street, the Main Street, there are hundreds of homeless people.
There are thousands of homeless people.
And then you go to L.A., if you go to Skid Row, that's probably going to be 5,000 people, just a guesstimation of the last time that I looked at it, which was probably five or six years ago.
So it is ridiculous.
It is Orwellian.
It is an opportunity for Americans to wake up and to choose a side and to withdraw consent and demand arrest of these psychopath, puppetition, public serpents.
Yes, Chris.
Yeah, I think at some point in time, it's going to have to come down to that, and I don't think our legal system is in any way, shape, or form prepared to address the issues that need to be addressed.
One thing I meant to mention in the previous segment was FASB 56, which basically is allowing Congress to take its funding dark so that it's exempt from oversight from the citizens and certainly from certain members of Congress, even if they're not in certain committees.
So this is a pretty dangerous thing.
All this while this crazy shenanigans stuff's going on with bio-warfare developments in Wuhan and Ukraine and Fort Detrick and all this stuff with the immigration and the electioneering and all these fires and directed energy things, all this domestic instability, all this stuff happening at the exact same all this domestic instability, all this stuff happening at the exact And I have to say that this is not a coincidence, all these misfortunes that are occurring all at the same time.
They seem to be manufactured by the same people that are selling us many of the shakedown hoaxes that they are trying to get us on board with, like climate change and carbon taxes, things like this, stuff that they'll protect you from, like terrorism.
You know, I mean, and you find out it's these guys piping through the intelligence agencies, these terrorists all along and doing what they're doing so that they can get the funding and keep people on fear and suspicion of each other and certainly exempt themselves from suspicion.
And I have to say that at some point in time, Yes, yes, we want Chris to finish those thoughts.
Meanwhile, we'll be right back.
should tell you something and i don't think it's ukraine is our enemy i think our enemy is kind of within and has usurped our democratic process and certainly our legislative process and certainly to be continued yes yes we want chris to finish those thoughts meanwhile we'll be right back check this out
well this was the same feature sad to say Here we go.
Doctors can prescribe ivermectin for COVID-19 after all, says an FDA lawyer.
Surprise, surprise!
Doctors are free to prescribe ivermectin to treat COVID, a lawyer representing the FDA said this week.
FDA explicitly recognizes doctors do have the authority to prescribe ivermectin.
Ashley Chung Honnold, a Department of Justice lawyer representing FDA, said during an oral argument on August 8th in the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the government is defending the FDA's repeated exhortations for people to not take ivermectin, including a post that said, stop it.
The case was brought by three doctors who alleged the FDA unlawfully interfered with their practice of medicine with those statements.
A federal judge dismissed the case in 2022, prompting an appeal.
The fundamental issue is straightforward.
After the FDA approves a human drug for sale, does it then have the authority to interfere on how the drug is used within the doctor-patient relationship?
The answer is no.
Jared Kelson, representing the doctors, told the Court of Appeals.
The FDA on August 21, 2021, wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, so I actually wrote on Twitter, presently known as X, you're not a horse, you're not a cow.
Seriously, y'all, stop it.
The post that linked to an FDA page that said people shouldn't use ivermectin to prevent or treat COVID went viral.
In other statement, the FDA said Ivermectin isn't authored or approved to treat COVID.
In question, should I take Ivermectin to prevent or treat COVID?
Answer, no.
FDA made these statements in response to multiple reports of consumers being hospitalized after self-medicating with Ivermectin intended for horses, which is available for purchase over-the-counter with no need for a prescription, Ms.
Arnold said.
A version of the drug for animals is available, but ivermectin isn't approved by the FBI for human use against diseases caused by parasites.
And the fact is, I've even taken it myself!
Misorno said the FDA didn't purport to require anyone to do anything in order to prohibit anyone from doing anything.
What about when it said, no, stop it?
Circuit Judge Jennifer Walker-Elrode on the panel hearing the appeal asked, why isn't that a command?
If you were in English class, they would see that was a command.
Misorno described his statement as merely quips.
Can you answer the question, please?
Is that a command?
Stop it, Judge Elrode asked.
In some contexts, those words could be construed as a command, but in this context, the FDA was simply using those words as a quippy tweet meant to share its informational article.
Those statements do not rise to the level of a command.
Let me say, as a philosopher dealing with philosophy of language, that is simply bullshit.
Statements don't prohibit doctors from prescribing ivermectin to treat COVID or for any other purpose, Ms.
Honold said.
She noted FDA, along with the statement, said people should consult their health care providers about COVID treatment and they could take medicine if it were prescribed by the provider.
FDA is clearly acknowledging doctors have the authority to prescribe human ivermectin to treat COVID.
So they're not interfering with the authority of doctors to prescribe drugs or to practice medicine.
Judge Elrod is on the panel with Circuit Judges Edith Brown Clement and Don Will at all three were appointed under President Trump.
The plaintiffs are Drs.
Paul Merrick, Mary Bowden, and Robert Apter.
They were professionally harmed, they say, by the FDI's statements, including being terminated over efforts that prescribed ivermectin to patients.
Dr. Merrick has noted a number of studies support using ivermectin against COVID, as the FDA itself has acknowledged.
Some other studies showed little or no effect.
Federal law enabled the FDA to provide information such as reports of adverse reaction to drugs, but not medical advice, Mr. Kelson said.
This is something the FDA has never been able to do, and it's a bright line.
The worst examples are where they've gone over the line, and when they say things like, you are not a horse, you are not a cow, seriously, y'all, stop it!
Judges indicate they agree the FDA lacks the power to give medical advice.
Judge Clement said you're not authorized to give medical advice.
But Ms.
Zolman said the government isn't conceding that in this case.
She also argued Congress has empowered the FDA to protect public health.
And make sure regulated products are safe and effective, giving it the inherent authority to further its mission by communicating information to the public about safe use of drugs, and how about vaccines, where the vax is neither safe nor effective?
A ruling in favor of the doctors would prevent FDA from reporting on consumers suffering after cooking chicken with NyQuil, or that opioid addiction is a problem, she claimed.
Grossly exaggerated.
Mr. Kilson said that was inaccurate.
Is when they step beyond that and start telling people that they should or should not be using approved drugs.
That is the problem.
Ms.
Arnold also said the courts can't hold agencies accountable when they provide false or misleading information.
The FDA is politically accountable, just like all other executive agencies.
Disgusting beyond belief.
Carl, your thoughts?
Ivermectin was targeted because it is an effective treatment for COVID.
And in order to get the emergency use authorization for the vaxxers, they had to have no other alternative.
So they had to demonize Ivermectin.
There was an article that I shared with you guys that there are no known overdose deaths from Ivermectin.
And that would be another big deal.
And the Previously, that so this article is very, very helpful.
And that news is very, very helpful because as those doctors reported, they themselves were terminated for attempting to prescribe ivervectin.
For the treatment of COVID.
So, people were fired.
They were threatened with losing their license.
And that pharmacies, I still believe that some of the pharmacies are refusing to fill prescriptions for ivermectin for the use of any type of a respiratory or virus associated or consistent with what we're told COVID is.
So, that's good news.
We still have more to go.
They had to demonize ivermectin and HCQ right down to the horse pace variety in order to justify the emergency use authorization, which is only permissible if there are no available treatments that would do the job.
So they had to fake it.
Just disgusting.
This woman deserves to be disbarred, in my opinion.
Chris.
Not only do they have to fake it, but there were some of us that were actually calling this out in real time, and even before this thing broke out, talking about HCQ and ivermectin and even UV lights and some other things that you can use to help fight these type of bio-warfare weapons being waged upon you by your own government or on behest of foreign governments by this group of aristocracy, whatever you want to call it.
We can fight over semantics and improper nouns, but ultimately at the end of the day, this is what's going on.
So, I guess at the end of the day, you think about it, you know, in my case, I know I had a lot of videos pulled off of YouTube for talking about ivermectin and being effective to fighting biological worms, things like candida.
And I think that it's been known for a long time that candida is a very real thing and it causes A lot of the intestinal issues and food issues, nutritional issues that people suffer from and it's completely undiagnosed by the medical community.
It's completely laughed off.
it's forgotten about, but I think there's something carefully related to these type of things and the development of cancer and certainly the consumption of sugar and many other things of that nature that are all tied together.
And there's no mention of this at all in terms of health and fitness or any sort of medical type of advice.
It's always been take the vax safe and effective and come to find out it's far from that, right?
As many of us have been saying all along have been getting censored and gaslit and attacked by trolls again.
So it's hard for people, at least in my shoes, to forgive this, what we've gone through to try to bring the truth and how much the people that have been behind this with vested interest have completely weaponized even our families against us in many ways.
Uh, so it's kind of a personal matter for me and even lost family, uh, from, from such this thing.
So, uh, I don't know.
I'm a little bit pissed off about this whole thing and the COVID thing, the mandatory vaccine and the emergency authorization, the MRNA.
I mean, you put all these things together, like I'm saying, the criminal investigation, I don't think it's really too hard to figure out who's behind this and whether it was accidental or not.
I think it's beyond that at this point.
I do not believe the FDA is going to prevail before this court, and justifiably not.
Meanwhile, Democrat Joe Manchin is thinking about becoming an independent.
Would he were to become a Republican.
Senator Joe Munch in Charleston says he's been thinking about leaving the Democrat Party and becoming an independent.
A West Virginia lawmaker who's raised his national profile as a swing voter on major spending packages in the closely divided Senate made a comment on Metro News Talk Live.
I would think very seriously about that.
I've been thinking for quite some time.
I haven't made any decisions whatsoever on my political direction.
I want to make sure my voice truly is independent when I'm speaking, speaking about the good the Republicans do and the good the Democrats continue to do.
He hasn't officially announced whether he'll run for re-election, but two Republicans Governor Jim Justice and Representative Alex Mooney have already announced their candidacy for his Senate seat.
The senator had recruited Justice Rudd for governor as a Democrat before Justice switched to the GOP at a rally for former President Trump during his first term.
The comments from Manchin are the most serious he's made about a possible switch.
For me, I have to have peace of mind.
Basically, the brand has become so bad—the D brand and the R brand.
In West Virginia, the D brand, because it's nationally bad.
It's not the Democrats in West Virginia.
It's the Democrats in Washington or the Washington policies of the Democrats.
You've heard me say a million times, I'm not a Washington Democrat.
In the Democrat caucus, his colleagues over the past few years have grown wary of Manchin, whose vote is one of two they cannot live without in a 51-49 Senate, but whose nearly consistent chides at many in the party, including President Joe Biden, has left them concerned he could switch parties and take away their slim hold on power.
A great idea.
One of his most stunning rebukes came in December 2021 when, after months of painstaking negotiations directly with the White House, Manchin pulled his support from a $2 trillion social and environmental bill, dealing a fatal blow to Biden's leading domestic initiative in his first year in office.
Meanwhile, Democrats are clearly afraid.
Former President Trump.
Not only do they want to imprison Trump for life and potentially execute him, they are now admitting the possibility the former President Biden could go head-to-head in 2024 with Trump likely winning.
The warning came from several Democrats who yearn to see Biden in the White House another four years as he embarks on his journey to further destroy America.
Donald Trump can win, number one.
Number two, I think the third parties can take enough votes to make Donald Trump win.
Number three, we cannot underestimate the dissatisfied mood of the public and his ability to mobilize voters.
Lucinda Lake, a 2020 Biden pollster, said, I think there's going to be a very close race.
He seems impervious no matter how many indictments.
You can run for president from jail.
Trump support is still very much organic.
So I'm very clear-eyed about it, said Representative Dan Kildee, a Democrat from Michigan.
I heard some Republicans who are not on the Trump train saying that it's a ticket to defeat, that it's not a threat.
The threat is he could come back.
We have to take it seriously.
My impression is that they are far more disciplined as a staff around him, making a decision, getting that content moving quickly, also being nimble and purposeful in decision-making, as a shaker, Senator Bernie Sanders, campaign manager, said.
Are Democrats entering panic mode?
They're running around in circles, pulling their blue hair out of their heads.
They're truly afraid of Trump's chances of defeating Biden, despite trying to deprive the former president of his freedom.
Some Democrats, however, expect optimism to be able to defeat a former president, which is unlikely to happen.
Looking back at 2020, we do have a playbook that works against the guy.
Yeah, it's called FirstNet.
But you can't rest on your laurels, said Pat Dennis, president of American Bridge 21st Century, a key Democrat PAC.
Russ, it is.
We know how to beat the guy.
Let's beat him again.
Let's take him extremely seriously.
Do not underestimate him for a second.
So cheat, Dominion voting machines, drop boxes, mail-in voters, truckloads of fake ballots.
Yeah, they have a recipe to defeat Trump, and they have used it before.
And then again in 2022.
How disgusting is that, Carl?
Yeah, it's just gaslighting know-how to beat him, yeah, by cheating.
So Manchin, going back to him, so this guy is either a criminal liar or a useful idiot to not notice the ongoing war crimes, the COVID crimes and the election fraud.
And for him to say, oh yeah, it's just the DC, it's a bad brand.
No, it's a criminal brand, criminal.
And that is the step where the public has to push these people and to force a choice If they're going to hug these pedophiles and these pay-to-players and these criminals against humanity and war criminals and murderers via these dew fires, then fine.
Then you're going to be liable for those damages.
Otherwise, divorce yourself from them and call them out as criminals, not just that.
Yes.
Sorry, I was muted.
Yeah, I agree, Carl.
No doubt.
Something has to be done here.
These guys cannot be allowed to stay in power and do what they're doing to the entire world, especially to the children, to the elderly, and to the innocent.
Yeah, I think it's long overdue.
Too many people know about it.
The word on the street is getting louder than their mainstream media, their rumor and echo, and I think they're having a hard time putting the genie back in the bottle in terms of disclosures.
It's almost like playing whack-a-mole and departmentalizing all these type of And I'll tell you, as more stuff keeps coming out, these guys are really going to have a hard time containing a lot of the outrage that it's going to be righteously overdue, mostly at them for the deceptions that they've pulled and the damages that they've caused.
So, you know, the thing is, we as Americans, we're on the hook paying taxes for this debt-based corruption.
And certainly, in the course of that action, you know, these guys have racked up $32 trillion in debt.
That is just such an insurmountable, unreal number to even fathom.
And they're paying interest at like $1.6 trillion a year on that.
So, I don't know how much longer this will keep going and having any basis in reality in terms of economics, even politically.
So, yeah, we'll see how this thing falls apart or if it keeps going.
The way I see it, I think that these guys have exhausted their credibility and their creditworthiness, and I think it's starting to show up.
Even look at Finch downgraded them to A+.
Should have been a triple C, but whatever.
Yes.
The downgrade should have been even more substantial.
I agree.
Best Buy is about to join Bud Light on the woke unemployment line, and for three good reasons.
Retail giant Best Buy is facing growing backlash over a memo showing the company is racist against white people.
The backlash started thanks to a brave Best Buy whistleblower who contacted journalist James O'Keefe of Project Veritas and showed him docs from a professional development program unveiling the company's policy of excluding Caucasian people from applying for their leadership training.
Here's Ennis Sujak tweeting, inclusion, except if you're a white male, I'm glad I spoke out against this.
Thank you, James O'Keefe, for sharing my story.
And look at that.
Employee resource groups, Asian, black, disabled, indigenous, Latinx, military, pride, women's, anything but men, white, Many people do barrel out between Best Buy and Bud Light.
Speculate of another potential boycott.
Escapop.
O'Keefe Media was the first to publicize a viral memo on August 9, 2023, that attached two pictures alongside the tweet that showcased Wes Wiseno to its employees.
In the same, the company announced they were collaborating with McKinsey & Company to offer a three-month Leadership Essentials program.
Speaking about the program, the memo noted, Participants will gain critical skills, enhance their leadership through a mini-MBA-style curriculum.
Topics will include strategy development, critical thinking, networking, and problem solving.
Those who wish to apply had to meet the following criteria.
Must be a salaried Best Buy employee, must have work experience of more than one year in their current Best Buy role, and also identified Black, Latino, Hispanic, Asian, or Pacific Islander.
As one can see, Best Buy was allegedly not allowing Caucasian employees to participate in the program.
O'Keefe Media tweeted, Discrimination!
A citizen journalist has revealed Best Buy is partnering with McKinsey & Company on a management training program.
The program, however, is not open to white applicants.
They must meet the racial requirements below, just reviewed.
Things took another heated turn for Best Buy when a second whistleblower came forward claiming Best Buy is also discriminating against Christians.
I think it's easy to see the pattern forming here.
This is an attack on whiteness, from skin color to religion, O'Keefe tweeted.
Oh my god, exclusive.
Second Whistleblower reveals Best Buy discriminates against religions.
Geek Squad member has audio proof the company refuses to allow Christian employees to display crosses while requiring them to attend LGBTQ workshops.
Wow.
Instead of addressing the issue, the story called the police on James and he was forced to leave.
The saga didn't end there, however, in yet another unsettling story.
A Best Buy in Downington, Pennsylvania, appears to be treating the trans flag on a par with a bunch of the U.S.
military.
An outraged customer snapped a photo of the trans flag displayed alongside U.S.
military flags and shared it with popular activist account Libs of TikTok.
The post quickly blew up.
Follower sent me this picture from a Best Buy in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
Does Best Buy think being trans is being part of a military force?
Is being gay just as brave as serving in the military?
Would love to know Best Buy's thought process for this display.
And we're discovering this woke behavior isn't new territory for DASBi.
This photo is from 2022 and a DASBi in a small town in Texas.
Five-time August.
Inescapable and obnoxious.
Why?
Why is this hanging in my local Best Buy?
This isn't even a major city in California.
This is small-town Texas.
Further, I don't see and have never seen an American flag hanging anywhere in this store.
But there's the gay pride flag.
In the Texas Tran Plague case, the intense customer backlash prompted Best Buy to remove the display.
That action hasn't resolved the company's woke dilemma, however.
Clearly, Best Buy is a highly progressive company who appears to treat whiteness and Christianity as if they were the Black Plague, while feverishly embracing the LGBTQ++ religion.
Not only is it best by celebrating the LGBTQ++ with shrines and flags, but teaching it in their mandatory training program.
It's worth considering this next time you're about to spend your hard-earned money on electronics.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, the best conclusion that I have is Best Buy is practicing un-American activities.
One, to discriminate, to be openly racist against one group of people on a management training program, to be discriminatory by preventing people who are Christian from wearing a symbol of their religion.
That would be against the First Amendment.
Anti-American and then the gay flags on par with the military.
Now, for that training program, see, if it were me looking at that type of information, I would say, you know what?
I'm going to identify as black with this one because my papa, my mom's dad, he was born in 1891.
And he was declared black by the 1893 Plessy v. Ferguson Supreme Court case, because he was one-eighth black.
And that makes me part black.
And my papa, I loved him more than my own father.
So if my grandfather is black, then I will identify as black.
I would fight him on that.
And I've had this conversation with people before about what you identify as, and that's just the facts.
And nobody has been able to come down with anything.
When I say, all right, so if you were in my shoes, and that was your grandfather, what would you say?
Would you say that you're not what he is?
Or his blood is in your veins, too, whatever blackness is?
And yeah, it didn't make any difference.
As a public school teacher, I was considered by the district as being racist and removed four times without cause for such thinking and such questions.
Well, the situation is absurd.
If men can identify as women and white can identify as black or Latino or Pacific Islander, for God's sake, how ridiculous is that?
A case like this needs to go into the courts.
Chris?
Yeah, you know, and the sad thing is, is they're using this gaslighting and propaganda campaign to really target people that are failing to anticipate these uncommunicated expectations and standards in the emotional minds of the people that bear these expectations and these lifestyles.
So that's kind of an interesting situation how you got to walk on eggshells about that, right?
You know, this whole thing seems to be a walk on eggshell situation.
And the more they keep you on your heels and on your toes and jumping around and dancing around these things that don't even have any business being talked about, let alone to the extent to which they are.
I think at some point in time, people are going to have to just walk away from these conversations because they're just diversions.
They're traps.
They're things that are just meant to provoke emotion and they're ridiculous by design.
These are absurdities that they put out there.
And sadly, there's people that embrace these absurdities, or identify with them, or encourage them, and you know, whatever.
That's their business.
I have nothing personal against them, but I'll just say that it's probably, they're more victimized than they understand that they are.
It's just a ruthless propaganda campaign.
To get them to voluntarily depopulate themselves and their ancestors and have kids and all that stuff.
So yeah, most of these people have pets instead of children now, and I think that's a big part of this.
I love that phrase.
Ridiculous by design.
You got it exactly right, Chris.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you.

Here are, by the way, the 12 commandments for seniors.
Number one, talk to yourself.
There are times you need expert advice.
Number two, in style are the clothes that still fit.
Number three, you don't need anger management.
You need people to stop pissing you off.
Number four, your people skills are just fine.
It's your tolerance for idiots that needs work.
Number five, The biggest law you tell yourself is, I don't need to write that down, I'll remember it.
Number six, on time is when you get there.
Number seven, even duct tape can't fix stupid, but it sure does muffle the sound.
Number eight, it would be wonderful if we could put ourselves in the dryer for 10 minutes and come out wrinkle-free of three sizes smaller.
Number nine, lately you've noticed people your age are so much older than you.
Number 10, Growing old should have taken longer.
Number 11.
Aging has slowed you down, but it hasn't shut you up.
Number 12.
You still haven't learned to act your age and hope you never will.
And one more.
One for the road means peeing before you leave the house.
Final thoughts.
Carl.
I like that humor, and I relate to it more and more at age 63.
I've declared myself an elder, and I think that it is important for society to embrace the wisdom of the elders, especially at this point in kind of the irony and paradoxical spot that we've been around the block a few times, and especially related to our areas of academic training and professional expertise.
We could explain, document, and prove what is there and what is happening To the detriment of the of humanity.
But, you know, paradoxically, again, that points to the need for having elders in order to make those distinctions.
But at the same time, the problem is caused because the elders are lost and defeated by the propaganda in the news where you have the psychopaths who were dressed right and young and in their 30 something pretending that they know it all.
And the elders are excluded.
Finally, after three years of participating with Jim and the various commenters for Need to Know News, Jim is going to migrate to the much broader.
I do appreciate and I want to publicly acknowledge Professor Jim Fetzer for being a leader for standing for the facts in the most important areas of research, and really the greatest contribution that Jim has made is exactly what he says, is bringing together various experts
And having a team together where the power of multiple points of view and having various perspectives looking in at a topic gives us the clearest explanation about what has happened for many of America's most important historical events.
Thank you, Jim.
It's been a pleasure working with you for these three years on Need to Know News.
And we'll have some other format as time evolves together.
Chris, your final thoughts.
You're muted, bro.
Oh, shit.
My bad.
Yeah, Feds, it's been a pleasure doing the shows here with you.
Hopefully your new show will work out well for you and you'll pop in and see us sometimes here.
That'd be really cool.
Yeah, a lot of stuff going on.
I guess I'll just keep it brief.
Yeah, it should be cool.
We're going to carry on the need to know news.
I think we've got like four or five, six people that are going to get on.
And I'll just say right now that I certainly wouldn't call myself an expert, but I do have a strong opinion.
And I will say that also, I don't think that really you have to be an expert.
I think you just have to bear witness.
You have to remember and maintain the persistence to stand up and fight.
And I think that counts more than IQ points or anything else in this day and age.
And I think it's needed because it's been snuffed out by our systems to really make way for this whole woke PC stuff that really destroyed the gender identifications in all senses of terms for both genders and has put a confused generation or two out in the midst of the wilderness with this absurdity.
Hopefully people will, you know, take this to heart.
It's not in judgment or in shaming or anything like that.
I really, I kind of feel sorry for people that can't have or they choose not to have kids in this world and follow the orders of the World Economic Forum and, you know, things like that.
I think that, you know, the family is the smallest tribe on Earth and it needs to be cherished and right now it's being targeted.
So hopefully people won't be afraid to stand up and fight and defend what really matters.
Well, Carl and Chris, you guys have been fabulous, along with Brian and Joe and Owen and no doubt others unnamed.
Doing this Need to Know News has been a fabulous experience.
I have been very impressed with the quality of the commentary you bring to the table, and I'm just ecstatic that you're going to continue the tradition.
I am going to RBN, where I have the honor of replacing Michael Rivero.
The show will be called Authentic News.
How appropriate is that?
Five days a week, 3 to 5 Central, 4 to 6 Eastern.
It will be simulcast on speak-free radio, and I'll do my best to uphold the traditions we pioneered here of digging through the smoke and mirrors to figure out what's Meanwhile, let me express my sincere gratitude to all of you who have followed the show and encourage you to spend as much time as you can with the people you love and care about.
Literally, it remains the case we do not know how much time we have left.
Have a great weekend, and I wish well all of my colleagues here on Need to Know.
