	I suppose everyone in the world today knows that the Maui attack was with a directed energy weapon.
	Proving it is, of course, the challenge, but the evidence is manifest, simply overwhelming.
	The official Mockingbird narrative has blamed Hurricane Dora winds for a series of unprecedented wildfires.
	Here we have now, in terms of this community, at least 80 people dead, around 1,700 buildings destroyed.
	My opinion is the death toll is going to be over 1,000, including an awful lot of children who were at home that day because they had been sent back from school.
	The governor, who appears to be reprehensible, Acknowledge this to be the largest natural disaster in the state's history.
	It doesn't appear like a bomb and a fire went off, if I may, and all those buildings virtually are going to have to be rebuilt, except he's equivocated.
	He's talking about the state taking the property, but I tell you, there are predatory elites who want to seize that property.
	I mean, think of the value.
	Remember, realtors talk about location, location, location.
	How could you do better than this location?
	In fact, it was an ancient city, historic in relation to Hawaii, and a lot of people who are relatively poor had real estate that was extremely valuable.
	Well, the vultures out there don't like situations like that.
	The elitists want to take advantage of any opportunity they have to enhance their riches.
	They want to own everything and for the rest of us to have nothing.
	The historic town is situated on the west side of the West Maui Mountains.
	The prevailing trade winds carry moisture from the east, but when it encounters the mountains, the water precipitates out on the eastern side, which makes it among the wettest places on Earth, whereas Western is something like the opposite.
	The destruction of Lahana was among the favorite of many who have ever been there.
	Really wonderful.
	There are some artistic renderings of the community, but other writers are striking.
	It wasn't a bomb that went off, but a directed energy weapon appears to have been used to transform this tropical paradise into a future, what, UN project?
	Resort town of Luhania was the most devastated, offering the most important clues as to the true nature behind the devastation.
	Or before and after photographs that are simply stunning.
	According to witness reports, the weather system came from the east, which never happens.
	She wanted to state the damage was caused by dew.
	Many more have been burned alive in the street and in the water.
	I mean, how can a wildfire leap across water to cause boats to burst into fire?
	It cannot happen.
	That's what's being reported by the news is not true.
	Here's a report about it.
	Again, an overview.
	Survivors of the Maui fire say that they received no warning and that the flames appeared so quickly that escape was difficult.
	Everything was suddenly in flames and many found refuge in the ocean for hours while their homes burned to the ground and into the same powdery ash footprint we've seen in recent years.
	So far it is estimated that nearly a thousand people have died Locals are worried.
	This includes hundreds of children who were home due to school being cancelled that day.
	Several people are reporting that the government is not only doing little to help, but they are blocking local efforts to do so, and are not allowing local donations through, and that they are blocking life-saving medicine because it isn't federally approved.
	Denying people access to bring in supplies, just supplies for people to live.
	The government withholding every single one of our donations because we are not a part of FEMA and Red Cross.
	So none of this is eligible for giving out.
	Tell me why?
	I have no freaking clue.
	The people of Maui are on their own for now.
	And aside from the federal government's bureaucratic failure, they have good reason to be suspicious.
	Just like what we saw five years ago in Paradise, California.
	There was nothing normal about these fires.
	Within a day of burning, it was like a bomb went off.
	When you see the full extent of the destruction that will wind up, it will shock you.
	It does appear like a bomb and fire went off, if I may.
	And all of those buildings virtually are going to have to be rebuilt.
	It will be a new Lahaina.
	Local residents have been reporting bright flashes of light.
	One was captured by a home security camera that appears to have been the start of the Olinda fire.
	Many people are saying that it was directed energy weapons.
	We know that most major governments already have them.
	And during the California fires, online weather maps recorded what looks like a laser from above, striking an area just before it bursts into flames.
	In his research, Dennis Mills discovered that the incendiary aluminum and barium nanodust from chemtrails is most likely fueling the ferocity of today's so-called super wildfires.
	And on the day before the Maui fires broke out, locals were reporting a heavy overcast from chemtrailing that they'd never seen before.
	It's also interesting to note that the Maui police chief was the incident commander for the Las Vegas mass shooting in 2017.
	La Haina is considered to be a historic and sacred land.
	It was the capital of the Kingdom of Hawaii before it was taken by the United States.
	It's been occupied by Native Hawaiians ever since, who are defiantly opposed to the mainland outsiders who have been buying up land with no respect for local culture.
	And Vanguard.
	But billionaires like Mark Zuckerberg, who owns more land on Kauai than what the government of Kauai owns.
	And Oprah Winfrey, who has bought over a thousand acres of land in Hawaii, including a new 870 acres in Maui she just bought this spring.
	In 2018, the Paradise wildfires broke out exactly where the United Nations have plans to somehow make off-limits to humans.
	And that same year, a report on wildfire prevention was published that was focused on the exact same areas in Maui where the fires just broke out.
	All the historic downtown, all of it is demolished and all the houses, gone.
	But those commercial big box stores are still there.
	Hawaii Governor Josh Green has been putting the World Economic Forum's Great Reset Agenda ahead of Hawaiian interests.
	Just weeks before the fire, he unveiled an emergency proclamation on housing.
	That eliminates the traditional land use commission, allowing the government more leeway to build as they see fit, such as building 15-minute smart cities run by artificial intelligence, just like they've been planning to do in Hawaii for years.
	At some point I will make a major donation after all of the smoke and ashes have settled here and we figure out what the rebuilding is going to look like.
	This is going to be a A long and difficult process.
	You're going to see a lot of Phoenix stories rising from the ashes here.
	Well, you can bet there won't be any Phoenix story for Oprah's property, which I guarantee it wasn't even since.
	Here we have a concerned citizen tweeting, the Hawaii Fire Survival Witness offers testimony as to what she saw.
	This was not a natural disaster.
	Meanwhile, it does not resemble one.
	It's more akin to 9-11, the way vehicles were scorched, yet paper and trees remained undamaged.
	Just like in paradise, you have the houses reduced completely to ash, even the ceramics, and yet the surrounding trees and bushes not even singed.
	Who can forget, moreover, when one of the hijacker passports was miraculously found amidst the incinerated and dust-covered rubble in perfectly preserved condition?
	In videos, you see charred vehicles, nearby trees unscathed, absolutely.
	This is an image from paradise for those who eventually see the video recording I'm making of today's program, a sign from strangely arranged in black and card boats far away from shore, somehow incurred identical damage.
	To say the least, that's improbable.
	Indeed, I would declare it's virtually impossible.
	And in one of the videos, you saw a completely charred dog.
	Now, dogs are obviously fire-reversive.
	Dogs are highly mobile.
	That dog could only have been charred had it been hit with some special kind of device.
	If you want further confirmation, look to the fact-checkers, the mainstream use to rebut all the serious research taking place on issues like this.
	Here you have Snopes fact-checked.
	Were the 2023 Maui fires caused by a direct energy weapon?
	Here's the claim, which we know they're going to debunk.
	The August 2023 wildfires that devastated parts of the wine island of Maui were caused by a direct energy weapon.
	Here, in contradiction to Snope, we even see a ring of fire.
	That's not a wildfire.
	That's something caused by a very sophisticated satellite-mounted device.
	Unfounded, of course, occurring as snows.
	Heavy wildfires, fueled by hot, dry, and windy weather conditions, devastated part of the Hawaiian island on Maui, killing at least 53.
	As of this writing, as I say, the death toll is eventually going to go over a thousand, causing widespread damage in the historic town of Luhania.
	As dramatic first-person accounts and photographs spread on social media, so did rumors and conspiracy theories about what caused it.
	Following a conspiracy trope that first emerged during the 2021 California wildfires, a number of accounts on social media, as well as Instagram and Facebook, posited the fires must have been started by a so-called direct energy weapon, or directed energy weapon.
	But the reason you had those Memes sprouting in paradise because there's no other explanation for what happened there.
	Here we have from Instagram, according to Snopes, mislabeled as showing a directed energy weapon is actually an oil refinery fire that took place in January 2018, but why would there then be a beam going upward from an oil refinery fire?
	They have evidence here that contradicts their own account.
	It's making its way on Twitter.
	Directed energy weapons, such as lasers, use energy to fire at the speed of light.
	They can produce force that ranges from deterrent to damaging to destructive.
	Many countries using the U.S.
	are researching their use.
	Actually, they're already deploying them.
	So it's really making its way.
	Here we have a report more capturing the image.
	Get this. - Someone by the name of Nalani posted a strange photograph on social media claiming that it was captured during the Hawaii wildfires.
	Since the fires have started, various theories have been put forward to explain what happened.
	Deep within the confines of a forest in Hawaii, a local was able to capture a mysterious photograph.
	Those who saw the image said that the beam can be seen hitting the forest.
	Part of the forest can be seen emitting large amounts of smoke.
	And it was at this point that locals started to move away from the area.
	Oddly enough, the individual who took the photograph said that it wasn't until they viewed their photo album that they noticed the strange laser-like formation.
	It's important to note that this isn't the first time that these mysterious objects have been seen, and as of right now, a variety of different explanations have been put forward to explain what they are.
	There's no question but what that is a laser.
	Now, there are also microwave variations.
	But the fact is, this is so obviously a manufactured event, not a bona fide, authentic, natural occurring phenomenon.
	I believe it's waking up a lot of Americans.
	Meanwhile, surprise, surprise, BlackRock ready to exploit Maui for Build Back Better redevelopment.
	Governor Josh Green says building back better will bring more housing, perhaps more billionaires.
	In a recent press conference, Governor Green referred to Maui's recovery as Build Back Better.
	The notorious utterance of the Devos, WEF, and Klaus Schwab that overtly signals 666, when the three B letters become numbers,
	When viewed in lowercase, also the designation of Maui Strong is revealed as a tribute to now deceased 2015 Marie Strong and the Strong Cities Network, or the participants in the fake school shootings like Sandy Hook, Parkland, and now terrorism.
	Marie Strong was an early UN agenda leader and originator of sustainability.
	Google search for Breeze Strong will reveal many sources and commercial outlets already selling t-shirts with Maui Strong as though they knew it were coming.
	Who are the billionaires in Maui, Lau?
	Well, they include Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Ellison, Oprah Winfrey, Jeff Bezos, and more.
	What do they know about rising sea levels that media propagandists don't remember?
	We're told global warming is going to raise the level of the sea.
	It isn't happening.
	If it were, of course, all this real estate on the oceanfront would become flooded.
	Christopher Green lives in Lanai, Maui.
	He and his family had to evacuate He's a YouTube influencer, but also a property investor in what's known as the Island Project.

	And I got to the end, and I looked up north.
	There were no obstructions.
	There was no reason to keep those cars there.
	Are you serious?
	I'm serious as a heart attack.
	And I said, what are you doing here?
	Well, I'm under orders to keep them here.
	And I said, the fire is right around Safeway.
	It's going to hit Front Street.
	You know, these people got to get out of here.
	And he said, I'm following orders.
	No way.
	And so I just kept walking.
	Well, maybe he knows something I don't, you know?
	And I keep walking down the highway.
	And I looked behind, no cars were coming out.
	I walked all the way to Waikuni Beach, still no cars coming out.
	And I started hearing boom, boom, boom.
	And then I heard people screaming and stuff.
	You're saying they were blockaded in by the police?
	At the end of Front Street?
	Yeah.
	Like, where that restaurant is?
	Where the charthouse is.
	Where the charthouse was, I should say.
	There was a blockade there and they could not go anywhere.
	What the hell?
	I walked all the way from Stateway to there, not one car had moved.
	And people walking in front of me, the people in the cars are saying, would you like a ride?
	And they go, Oh, okay.
	And they'd get in.
	They asked me, no, you better get out of here.
	You know, and, uh, but they just, well, we were told to evacuate by car.
	I noticed the cop said it, it was following orders.
	Well, where did the orders come from?
	The Maui police chief, John Pelletier was also the incident commander at the 2017 Las Vegas shooting.
	I'll tell you, this is just a coincidence.
	I've done a lot on the Las Vegas shooting.
	It was completely fraudulent, a ball flag.
	The only party who died there was the body, and we don't even know if it was the purported shooter or not, in his suite, where you saw a shell casing on top of the blood.
	Well, once you're dead, you stop shooting.
	There are no more shell casings, which means that the prop master just threw them down for a special effect.

	Especially prices are going to be inflated for everything in a disaster like this.
	Do some math on the back of a napkin and figure the total disbursement could be for the whole of Maui.
	There are about 71,000 unchanged homes on Maui, so 700 per Maui household would amount to about 50 million bucks in relief.
	It's not clear if those who live in unimpaired areas would qualify, but it's safe to say it's not even a drop in the bucket for a government with a multi-trillion dollar annual budget.
	They could do better, and they should.
	That's even a bigger slap in the face.
	Biden is simultaneously pushing for an additional $25 billion for Ukraine, 500 times the money being offered to Maui.
	And if you want even more proof that this was orchestrated, planned in advance, a book about the Maui disaster was published while the disaster was still taking place on Amazon.com.

	Well, suppose you were a political party that had manipulated, rigged an election to get your guy in the office.
	He turns out to be not only semi-demanded, utterly incompetent.
	Even his past associate, Barack Obama, had observed, never underestimate Joe's ability to F things up.

	And you made sure the government was in a position to guarantee the outcome for your guy.
	But you got to keep up the pretense.
	You got to pretend your guy is viable.
	And one way to do that is to reduce the popularity of his opponent.
	You may have a hard time elevating Biden, but maybe you can do something to tarnish Trump.
	What has been going on, on a vast scale now?

	But Uh, you know, long story short, I mean, I became a major target of law enforcement.
	I had, you know, seven indictments.
	I was, uh, went to trial five different times.
	So I had a bullseye on my back from day one because my dad was that high-profile figure.
	But, uh, you know, it all happened for me when I met a young girl who was, uh, you know, a young Christian girl.
	She's now my wife of 38 years.
	And I decided if I was, you know, if I wanted this girl in my life, I didn't want her to put through what every other family goes through with every member of that life.
	And I had to make a decision whether to stay in or walk away.
	Obviously, I chose her and it was a life-changing experience.
	And that was, like I said, 38 years ago.
	And I ended up, you know, doing eight years in prison.
	I had a huge restitution for a plea that I took for a racketeering case.
	And life just changed, you know, from that point.
	So it wasn't easy.
	It was a struggle, a challenge.
	A lot of people were upset with me, but, you know, we made it through.
	Good for you.
	Good for you.
	And there's much more to it.
	So how are you going to handle it?
	What are you going to do with it?

	The Biden admin maintains absolute innocence, despite an ever-growing collection of evidence that would indicate otherwise.
	The president and his family have done nothing wrong, said White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, who is a woman and also black and also gay.
	It's completely normal for families to enrich themselves by selling political influence to foreign corporations and governments.
	Any assertion to the contrary is simply Republicans grasping at straws.
	Also, I will not be taking any more questions regarding bribery allegations.
	As rumors swirled that additional audio recordings of President Biden accepting bribes may soon be released, Democrats continue to brush them off.
	I see nothing wrong here, said Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, so he's on tape taking bribes.
	It's not like it proves he took bribes or something.
	At publishing time, Republicans in Congress said they were waiting on several more truckloads of evidence before initiating impeachment proceedings.
	Well, what's the thing to do in a situation like that?
	Of course.
	Go to the playbook.
	Accuse your opponent of that of which you are yourself most guilty.
	Create a RICO charge against Trump and make it a goodie.
	That's the headline in the Wisconsin State Journal, August 15.
	Trump indicted for 14th time.

	But there were some glitches.

	Crump Fulton County Court website posts RICO charges against Trump before the grand jury has voted.
	Takes down the docs without explanation.
	But they were captured by Reuters before they could be taken down, and get this.
	They include a case number, a case number assigned to the case when it's formally filed.
	They got the name of a judge.
	That means this has already been processed, but the grand jury had yet to even vote on the charges.
	And man, oh man, is there a list of these charges?
	Conspiracy violations, RICO, RICO, RICO, and of course that's racketeering.
	So it sounds as though If there's a crime family out there, my goodness, it must be the Trump crime family.
	Nothing to do with Biden.
	The charges were briefly posted and taken down.
	Reuters, a Fulton County Georgia court's website, Briefly posted a document Monday listing criminal charges against former President Trump that appeared related to his attempt to overturn the 2020 election defeat in the state before taking the document down without explanation.
	The Volton County DA's office said no charges had been filed against Trump, which is obviously not the case.
	They already were being posted.
	The document was dated August 14th, named Trump, citing the case as open, but it's no longer available on the website.
	Reuters was not immediately able to determine why it was posted or removed.
	The Reuters report those charges were filed as inaccurate.
	Beyond that, we cannot comment.
	A spokesperson for the district attorney's office said, but how can it not have been filed if it was already on the website?
	It was already open, if it already had a case number and an assigned judge, even though the grand jury was still deliberating.
	This shows exactly how they had orchestrated this event.
	Totally fraudulent.

	about the mysterious leak as Trump lawyers turn up the heat.
	Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis reviews to say late Monday how a draft of the indictment against former President Trump and 18 others had leaked.
	What's the background?
	Hours before a grand jury officially voted to indict, Reuters found a document uploaded to the Fulton County Court website detailing an open case against Trump, including the same charges he was later indicted on.
	The document even had a case number and included a judge's name.
	The document was later deleted.
	The Fulton County Court described it as fictitious, casting doubt on its authenticity.
	What did Willis say?
	At a press conference after the grand jury handed down the indictment, she was asked about the leak, but she was clearly not interested in providing transparency.
	In fact, she pretended it hadn't even happened.

	Representative Scott Perry from Pennsylvania and stated, Can you send me the number for the Speaker and the Leader of the Pennsylvania Legislature, POTUS, wants to chat with them.
	The indictment says this was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.
	Act 22 cited in the indictment charged Trump with conspiracy for encouraging supporters to watch hearings broadcast on One America News Network.
	Georgia hearings now on One American News Network.
	Amazing, the president tweeted.
	Again, this was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.
	Act 100, faulted the president for encouraging supporters to tune into Newsmax.
	Act 101, listed another tweet encouraging supporters to tune into Right Side Broadcasting Network as an act of conspiracy.
	Act 38, Charge Giuliani for retreating a Patriot call to action that encouraged voters to call their members of Congress to advocate for the cause.
	A tweet stated Georgia Patriot call to action.
	Today is a day we need you to call your state Senate and House representatives and ask them to sign a petition for a special session.
	We must have free and fair election in Georgia, and this is our only path to ensuring every legal vote is counted.
	This, again it claims, was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.

	Defendant David Shaver was indicted for reserving a room at the Georgia Capitol in December of 2020.
	Reserving the room, which is used for a meeting of alternative presidential electors, was declared by prosecutors an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.
	Natalie Winters has tweeted it's now illegal to reserve rooms in America.
	Act 32 of the criminal indictment charged Trump for calling on Georgia state leaders to ensure signature verification and call a special session.

	Willis is a terrorist in a prosecutor's uniform.
	Former federal prosecutor Doja Danova told Newsmax Tuesday Democrat Bolton County District Attorney Fannie Willis has brought disgrace on the legal profession with her indictment of former President Trump and 18 others over allegations they tried to upend Georgia's 2020 election results.
	Appearing with his wife, Victoria Tenzing, a former deputy assistant attorney general in the Reagan Justice Department herself, DeGeneva said Willis' prosecution is without question politically motivated.
	I don't think there's any doubt that this is a politically motivated prosecution.
	She's proven that by her campaign conduct over the last two years, the things she's done directly related to Donald Trump and used in campaign ads and in her conduct.
	Willis, 52, turns out to have been raised by her single father, John Clifford Floyd III, a one-time Black Panther with a criminal record, who became a defense lawyer in Washington, D.C.
	She told South Atlanta Magazine in October of 2022, my father will tell you that he's been arrested so many times as a young man, he couldn't even tell you how many.
	He could tell you the states, but not how many times.
	Apparently that pedigree is worn well, DeGeneva said.
	She's conducted herself unprofessionally.
	She has become basically a terrorist in a prosecutor's uniform.
	And what she did in this case is bring something that is a disgrace to the legal profession and the prosecutorial profession.
	Tenzin said Willis and Dimon is not unlike the two delivered by Department of Justice Special Counsel Jack Smith, Accusing Trump of trying to subvert the 2020 election results and of mishandling presidential documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.
	Trump pled not guilty to both of those indictments.
	It's taking innocent conduct—editing a speech or going out to find alternative electors—innocent conduct in the past and making it criminal, she said, To Genova, observed Democrats accused Trump supporters of being in a cult.
	But the real cult is among the Democrat prosecutors Willis Smith and DA Alvin Bragg, who appear aligned to put the former president in jail.
	Truth is, Fannie Willis, Bragg in New York, Jack Smith, There's a cult because what they've decided to do is gather together like a bunch of witches and bring their brew together to take down one man.
	It's fairly obvious.
	Their indictments and their charges are designed to cripple him in the presidential process.
	This is 250 years of jurisprudence being destroyed by a cult called the Democrat Party.
	This is disgraceful.
	I couldn't agree more, but the effects are, of course, astonishing, because with every indictment, Trump's support has only grown.
	Now, Jonathan Turley's had a lot to say about this case, even before the indictment was brought after.
	He's just baffled.
	By this attempt to criminalize protesting an election, which is as American as apple pie.
	Listen to Turley during this broadcast before the indictments were handed down.
	Let us bring in now and get some legal analysis.
	Jonathan Turley, a law professor and Fox News contributor.
	Jonathan, we're reading, we now have multiple sources telling us that there are 10 indictments named here.
	Again, an educated guest.
	I think we know the name.
	Certainly at the top of the list would be President Donald J. Trump.
	This would now be his fourth indictment.
	One big difference that we would see in this case probably versus the other three previous indictments would be Georgia Sunshine Law's likelihood of this being on television is probably great.
	Will that be impactful to the American people more so than the other cases?
	Well, it will be.
	The other big distinction is that the cases brought by Jack Smith are subject to presidential pardon, including the possibility of a self-pardon by Donald Trump if he's re-elected.
	The New York and Georgia cases are not subject to federal pardon authority.
	The suggestion is that there are not just 10 indictments, but that it's based on RICO.
	And that's a favorite tool of this particular prosecutor.
	It requires a pattern to be shown, usually a fraud, that ties these people together.
	This is a lot of indictments, obviously, if you've got 10 defendants.
	That is also similar to a lot of criminal RICO statutes.
	But really the danger here is that it can dilute the legitimacy of the case unless you can show strong linkages on a case of this kind.
	You don't want it to look like you're charging everyone and letting God sort them out.
	And so we have to see what evidence that they actually turned up.
	One of the most concerning aspects about this particular investigation, and there's a number of them, is that it began after the disclosure of the call of Donald Trump to Georgia election officials.
	That call has been widely misrepresented in my view.
	In the call, President Trump at the time said you only need to find around 11,000 votes, and that has been taken as an invitation for fraud.
	There is, of course, a more obvious explanation, and that is the Georgia officials were saying that further state recounts might not be necessary.
	And it would be natural for Trump to say, look, you only need to find 11,000 to turn the outcome of this election.
	So I don't need that many votes.
	Thus, a state recount is justified.
	Now, either of those interpretations could be believed by citizens, but you usually need something more clear to establish a criminal case.
	To me, the more innocent explanation is the more obvious one.
	Yeah, let me ask you.
	First of all, can 10 indictments, could it be more than 10 people?
	In other words, could there be multiple people?
	Or would that number 10 be the number of people?
	Yeah, it's hard to say because in the vernacular that people use, it could be individual defendants.
	It does not appear to be a reference to the counts.
	There's been other leaks saying that we have dozens of counts here.
	We don't know much, quite frankly, about what's in this Indictment against Donald Trump.
	If there is such an indictment, we expect there is.
	There have been suggestions that the call will be featured prominently.
	There's also been references to a controversy involving Coffee County.
	This was where the Trump team gained access to one of the voting machines.
	No, you have to keep in mind that back then, and you and I were doing the coverage, the Trump team was trying to get access to these machines because they were alleging that the machines could be manipulated and that votes could be flipped.
	Apparently someone, and she now may be one of these defendants, gave them access to machines in Coffey County.
	That has been alleged to be a breach of security of that machine.
	It was after the election, but the machines were still being controlled, obviously, by the election officials.
	The problem with that is that the emails that we've read to the Trump team say that we got an invitation to see one of these machines and that there's been a voluntary access granted.
	She's going to need something more than that, right?
	She's going to need to show that there was a knowing criminal intent here, not just by some of these individuals in Georgia, but of Donald Trump himself.
	There's much more, of course.
	Andrew Bridgen, and I may have cited this before, if so pointed, it's really strange times at the moment.
	Cocaine was found at Biden's house, a dead body was found at Obama's house, a male prostitute was found at Pelosi's house, an illegal server was found at Clinton's house, and the FBI raided Trump's house?
	How right!
	Now get this, this just happened, a judge in Pennsylvania Or a week ago, determined former President Trump cannot be sued by an election official over statements he made casting suspicion on the 2020 election results during his presidency, due to the protection provided by presidential immunity.
	Now, if this doesn't vitiate not only the Georgia case, but the January 6th related case, I can't imagine what would.
	Judge Michael Erdos of Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas ruled Trump's immunity extend to a tweet he posted statements he made during a Pennsylvania State Senate committee hearing in November of 2020, which alleged fraudulent activity in the state's election counting process, even though these claims were not backed by evidence.
	Other legal proceedings may examine the propriety of his statements and actions.
	While he was a president, whether as the plaintiffs in this and other cases contend, this was conduct that served as an actual threat to our democracy.
	But this case is not the proper place to do so.
	Here, Trump is entitled to presidential immunity.
	He ruled Trump's statement fell within his official duties as he was communicating to the public on matters of public interest.
	Here, then-President Trump's Gettyberg remarks in his tweet were public.
	Moreover, the topic of these statements—claims from third parties and a president himself about irregularities in the presidential election, which on their face called into question the integrity of the election and whether now-President Joseph Biden had been duly elected—was undoubtedly a matter of great public concern.
	Trump legal spokeswoman Alina Haba reacted to the court victory in a statement.
	We are pleased with the court's decision to honor the longstanding principle of presidential immunity.
	Today, the court made it clear it's well within the president's discretion to address the integrity of our election without fear of liability.
	In fact, the rest of Mr. Savage's claim will similarly be disposed of as they are without merit.
	Special Counsel Jack Smith, however, has indicted former President Trump for his constitutionally protected speech in election challenges ahead of the events leading to the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021.
	Constitutional Attorney Jonathan Turley shredded that indictment in reaction to the announcement.
	The hatred for Trump is so all-encompassing Legal experts on the political left have ignored the chilling implications of this indictment, he wrote.
	This complaint is based largely on statements that are protected under the First Amendment.
	It would eviscerate free speech, could allow the government to arrest those who are accused of spreading disinformation in elections.
	Turley then cast doubt That an indictment of Trump could ultimately withstand judicial scrutiny at the Supreme Court level, while citing the 2012 case, United States v. Alvarez, that ruled a politician could not be convicted for lying in a stolen valor case.
	That precedent did not deter Smith.
	This indictment is reminiscent of the case against former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell.
	His conviction on 11 corruption-related counts was unanimously overturned by the Supreme Court in 2016, with Chief Justice John Roberts writing, the federal prosecutor relied on a boundless definition of actions that could trigger criminal charges against political leaders.
	This indictment will deepen the view of many in the public that the Justice Department is thoroughly compromised in pursuing political prosecutions totally correctly noted.

	Once again, Democrats have indicted Donald Trump.
	This time, a leftist D.A.
	at Georgia is accusing Trump of pushing a conspiracy to overturn the state's election results.
	But the D.A.
	has a big problem, namely, having to prove her wild claims against Trump and his allies.
	The left is trying to prove Trump broke the law based on public statements and especially comments made on social media.
	Experts have already pointed out how flimsy the indictment appears, since all those statements are protected under the First Amendment.
	But if Democrats can get away with prosecuting someone over social media posts denying election results, then a far-left Democrat is also in big trouble from Breitbart.
	The invitement describes acts furthering the conspiracy that largely consists of public statement, protests, claims at hearing, even posts on social media, the very same kinds of actions and statements Abrams and her allies made for years, not to mention Hillary.
	Like Trump and his associates, Abrams made her claims of a stolen election repeatedly from public platforms and appears to have believed them.
	Like Trump, Abrams enlisted the help of political allies and, worse, other elected Democrat officials.
	Uh-oh!
	The latest attack against Trump revolves around statements he and other Republicans made that the 2020 election was stolen.
	Georgia's leftist DAs claiming these public statements and posts to social media prove Trump was trying to overturn the election.
	There doesn't appear to be much more evidence than that, just comments and statements which are protected under the First Amendment.
	But we've seen since 2020 how Democrats censor anyone who questioned the result of the election.
	Social media companies even went out of their way to flag content just for asking questions.
	It appears Democrats have waged a campaign that states, if you dare challenge the liberal narrative, you aren't protected by the First Amendment.
	They didn't seem to care.
	When radical leftist Stacey Abrams did it, she ran for governor of Georgia twice, lost to Republican Brian Kemp.
	She repeatedly claimed on social media and everywhere else that the 2000 election, when she first lost, had been stolen.
	She even got supporters, allies, and Democrat officials to say the same thing.
	So why hasn't she been indicted?
	The left has accused her of overturning the 2018 election despite making the same claims.
	We don't believe Abrams when she claimed the 2018 election was stolen, but we are wondering why she is allowed to walk free, but Trump and his associates are being prosecuted.
	Many believe Democrats no longer believe in free speech or the First Amendment.
	This gross prosecution of Americans only seems to confirm that.

	This is the total weaponization of the law by the Biden administration.

	Well, if we weren't talking about Trump, we might be talking about the war in Ukraine, where Ukrainians begin to despair as the bloody counteroffensive yields small gains.
	According to the Washington Post, many citizens of Ukraine are adopting a darker mood about the war with Russia, and national unity is beginning to fray.
	A change in sentiment comes as Kiev's spring counteroffensive fails to retake significant territory despite surging casualties.
	We might then ask, why is Biden asking Congress for another $24 billion to spend on the war?
	The White House lumped the Ukraine funds in with $12 billion for domestic disaster relief and $4 billion for border security.

	The White House asked Congress to approve a $40 billion bill, including $24 billion for additional spending on the war in Ukraine.

	The request comes after a poll found 55% of Americans are against more spending on the war in Ukraine.

	First of all, I don't know why all these Canadians keep calling the show here.
	You know, you need to stay north of the border, maybe stick to the coast.

	What I wanted to say, though, is there's a little bit of flaw, you know, in this logic with Trump, a little bit of fly in the ointment, and it would be this, and I'm well aware that you've made your point before, Professor, that you are good at logic and critical thinking.
	So nobody would deny the existence of the deep state, okay, or what Trump called the swamp, right?
	So the swamp and the deep state is clearly in control.
	They are running things.
	They're running the show.
	So let's take it as truth that Trump did have a better economy, that the price of gas was lower, that other indicators were good, maybe had a little bit better control over the border.
	So let's say that he's able to do that again if he gets elected.
	Okay, fine.
	Here's the best analogy I can think of, and I don't really think it's arguable at all.
	Draw the analogy that the deep state of the swamp is like a tumor.
	It's like cancer, okay?
	It's eating away at what they call the body politic against the Constitutional Republic.
	And it's not going to go anywhere.
	So a politician like Trump may be able to make our symptoms a little bit less.
	We're going to be in a little bit less pain, right?
	But when Trump goes, right, the tumor, the cancer still remains because Trump has shown that he will not kill the tumor.
	He will not slay the beast.
	The only way forward, in my humble opinion, is the cancer and the beast must be eliminated.
	And if a politician is only strong enough to essentially maybe mollify the symptoms of the beast or the symptoms of the tumor while still leaving the disease in place, then it's just a little bit of delay to our eventual death as a nation.
	What say you?
	Well, I think you're underestimating the obstacles confronting Trump.
	He was not associated with a party.
	He came in as a breath of fresh air, someone independent of the establishment, which is both his great strength, but his great weakness, because he did not have an administration awaiting to occupy the key positions in government.
	The core of the deep state appears to be the senior executive service, somewhere between 50 and 500,000 government bureaucrats who are not controlled.
	They're not elected, but yet they perform decision making and policy shaping functions.
	Trump took a while to sort out and figure out the problem, but he's got a solution.
	It's called Schedule F that enables him to take these civil service employees and actually fire them and replace them, which heretofore was not the case.
	So I think Trump has figured out the solution to the problem and is in a position to implement.
	This guy was being surrounded by traitors, Bill Barr being the most or among the most prominent thereof.
	As Attorney General, he thwarted Trump at every turn.
	You've got to understand, they'd have a conversation in the Oval Office where everyone would agree, oh, yes, sir, we're going to do it.
	They'd get outside the Oval Office, look at each other and say, we're not doing that.
	Bill Barr even insisted there was no evidence of theft of the 2020 election without even bothering to take a look.
	After Mike Lindell, after Ron Johnson, after the 2,000 mules, after more coming, I'm telling you the evidence of the theft of the election of 2020 is simply overwhelming.
	I believe that Trump is going to have the support of the American people, but then he did already in 2020.
	He did already in 2022.
	Even James Carvell tacitly conceded they'd stolen 57 seats in the House from the Republicans, claiming or blaming Trump.
	When Trump was a primary reason, they'd won that 57 additional seats, of which they were deprived by manipulating the outcome.
	So I think the problem is actually of a different character.
	There is no other figure who threatens the establishment as does Trump, and a lot of it has to do with the fact that he's not a war guy.
	He's not opposed to war, but he's a non-interventionist.
	He doesn't believe we should get involved in wars or military operations all over the world.

	Trump clearly did not know how bad it was going to be when he got into government.
	He's sized up a problem with his senior executive service.
	He's designed a method to deal with it called Schedule F. Do a little research.
	I agree he blundered on the vaccine works.
	I mean, I would like him to come out and acknowledge he made a tremendous mistake there and extend apology.
	He also blundered.
	In taking out Soleimani in Iraq, that was an act of perfidy for which I cannot forgive him.
	But if you assess the scenario, the scene, there's no one else in America who can do more good for the United States and its people than Donald J. Trump.
	And the Democrats are well aware of it, and that's why they're running so scared, bringing all these phony lawsuits and manipulating the outcome of elections.
	They do not have a legitimate, bona fide, genuine response to Trump, who is defeating them on the right and on the left when he has the opportunity.
	That's why they have to resort to lies and stealing and cheating.
	This has become their staple.
	That is, the Democrat Party has descended to a level of deceit and deception I never imagined possible.
	And I say that as one who most of his life regarded himself as a Democrat.
	I certainly believe in the social safety network, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid.
	Unemployment insurance, workman's compensation.
	I even voted for Bill Clinton twice.
	I voted for Barack Obama twice.
	But Trump has shown the light.
	And if all he had done was to call it fake media and expose the sham, the propaganda to which we're being subjected on a daily basis, he would deserve a place in the Hall of Fame for great American heroes.
