And welcome, folks!
This is Truth vs. News, Incorporated, and I'm Donald Rotten, your host and producer at jd.consultants at protonmail.com, and this is summertime.
It's August the 13th.
We've got so much hot news and tragic news out of Hawaii and everything else, and I've seen the show here, and we've got the hottest news.
Boy, I tell you, this is going to be one heck of a show you don't want to miss, and you're going to want to share, for sure.
And we have the best people here to Bring it to you.
We have Dr. James Specher, who's written all kinds of books, especially the Nobody's Died in Sandy Hook book, which he's most famous for, and most accurate, and most important.
And of course, how about Going to the Moon?
This is about the time we went to the moon a couple of years ago.
And also, how about American Nukes on 9-11 and things?
He's really done some wonderful things, and you should get his library, if nothing else.
And also we have Scott Bennett, who's written this book about Shilligame, about what really is happening behind the scenes with something called money.
And people think it's quite relevant to what's going on today.
And of course, we've got Brian Davidson out of Texas, who's probably a very profound investigator, private investigator, who's uncovered a lot of things.
And he's going to show some fantastic things today, I'm sure.
But Jim, let's get back to Ukraine.
You had to fire some people for the corruption?
Is there going to be corruption in Ukraine?
Well, it turns out there was a scandal here evading a draft by paying six or eight grand the equivalent.
He's got 33 officials charged with 113 crimes.
Of course, they're deficient in having bodies to send to the front lines where they're being ground up.
The life expectancy there is something like four hours.
The cynicism is the same everywhere.
Illicit enrichment, legalization of illegally obtained funds, illegal benefit, illegal transportation of persons liable for military service across the border.
He's saying official took cash, some took cryptocurrency, that's the only difference, but everything he just said is true.
Everything he said is true of Zelensky and his cronies.
Corruption's been a rabid problem within the Ukrainian government for years.
In January, he fired several senior officials.
He might as well fire himself.
Meanwhile, Ukrainians are despairing as the bloody counteroffenses yield limited gains.
The change in sentiment comes as Kyiv Spring counteroffensive fails to retake significant territory despite mounting casualties.
Ukrainians, much in need of good news, are simply not getting any, the Washington Post reported.
Before, people were united.
Now, there's a sense of disappointment, driven by massive casualties in Kiev's counteroffensive.
Most soldiers sent to the front die in two to three days.
Politico reported that Kiev had committed 150,000 troops to fight on three fronts, but even the Pentagon admitted they failed to make any significant gain.
Washington claims it has provided Kiev with everything it needs to wage a successful counteroffensive.
Western officials, however, have independently admitted to the Wall Street Journal they lack critical equipment.
Western military official knew Kiev didn't have all the train or weapons from shells to warplanes it needed to dislodge Russian forces.
They hoped Ukrainian courage and resourcefulness would carry the day.
They haven't.
Surprise, surprise.
A Ukrainian soldier told the Post she hoped the lawsuit would be worth the price.
We've got all these guys coming back from the front line without limbs.
I want the price they paid to be reasonable, otherwise it's just useless what they went through.
Her husband, a Ukrainian soldier who lost a leg, said he would not enlist if he had to make the choice again that he was sending untrained soldiers to the front lines.
They're taking everyone same to the front without proper preparation.
I don't want to be in the company of unmotivated people.
Meanwhile, the beat goes on.
Biden has Congress to send an additional $24 billion on Ukraine.
We have stunning homeless problems here at home, people living on the streets, no place to put all the migrants who are flooding our border, but he's sending all of our resources to Ukraine.
Since Russia invaded on February 24, 2022, Congress has authorized $113 billion in spending.
If the new package is approved, the total will reach about $137 billion.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, it's interesting.
The 33 crimes that Zelensky is allegedly saying these guys committed is quite the Masonic order.
I think the vast fields of cemeteries and headstones tells the haunting tale of what this really is.
It's been a crime against humanity.
It's been a war that the United States has fomented and Britain has fomented.
That didn't need to happen.
I think it's a terrible tragedy.
I can't imagine a more tragic scene where all of these Ukrainian men have been thrown into the meat grinder.
I did an interview with Larry Johnson, former CIA asset, and we were talking all about this and what's going to be happening.
And Jim, I'll say, I think in these final days, I predict All of this is going to be over by October 31st.
I think there's a significance there in that date too, but I think I think Russia is doing the final climax, the final pincer move.
It's going to slowly increase its tempo.
Ukraine is nothing.
What needs to happen, of course, is a Ukrainian defecting organization group, you know, hodgepodge of soldiers need to be organized into a Wagner freedom fighter force, if you will.
To turn against Zelensky and overthrow him.
It needs to come from a Ukrainian origination.
It has to have a Ukrainian name on it in order to have legitimacy to the international community and others.
So Russia probably knows that very well.
So I'm looking forward to seeing a Ukrainian rebel force that really rises out of the forests and turns against Zelensky.
And I think they're going to assassinate Zelensky and then transfer his team out of country like they did in the 1950s and create a Ukrainian government in exile.
Remember, they did that for Iraq as well.
They had the government in exile.
And then that fool came over after Bush and all these clowns invaded and destroyed.
And the guy had absolutely no connection with the Iraqi people.
This is a little bit different.
I think this is just, you know, a CIA staging ground for a long-term guerrilla warfare.
So they're gonna probably do a Ukrainian government in exile.
I also anticipate that they're going to, as we've seen in Utah, we'll get into later, assassinate Joe Biden.
But after they assassinate Kamala Harris, move Gavin Newsom into that position, and then they may have Zelensky and Biden standing in the same building and blow it up and blame it on Russia for them to then usher in a draft, an American draft.
It's World War II all over again.
We all need to get behind Gavin Newsom.
Or his Chancellor, Barack Obama, and, you know, fight the enemy of America.
That's how they're going to try and position all of this.
So, I think Zelensky is going to be dead very soon, and his lieutenants are going to be the new puppets.
That's why they bought all this property all over Europe and America.
uh, exile purposes.
But I think the Russians are committed to the point where wherever they are, wherever they go, wherever they hide, Russia will eventually either kill Zelensky or hopefully grab him and drag him in a cage to, uh, to answer for the crimes of genocide, which he is responsible to answer for the crimes of genocide, which he is responsible for and his, uh, American United Kingdom puppet masters, I can't wait.
Brian.
Well, as for this Ukrainian corruption story, what's new in Ukraine?
Nothing.
It was February of 2022 that he banned men between the ages of 18 and 60 from leaving the country and introducing martial law.
Since then, The only way to get out of the draft was to purchase most commonly purchase medical papers for approximately $6,000.
But of course, if you didn't have the money, you'd be chased down in the streets and made an example of.
The other thing is that, you know, at the border, it's reported that there's been like 15,000 men trying to flee the country illegally and crossing and And there's like 7,000 that have been apprehended at checkpoints with fake papers.
Now, once they instituted the draft, people wanted to get out.
There wasn't a chance.
They started chasing them down and make an example of them.
While at the same time, the guys that were running the draft were operating, it's reported operating the schemes to get people medical papers for money, plus just straight up taking bribes between $2,000 and $10,000 for various options to escape the draft.
So a lot of ill-gotten money there.
I don't think this is as big of a story as, you know, we might make of it, but it really just gives us a setting the tone for the entire scenario.
I'm hearing and reading that there are people that are starting to become very pro-Russia very fast because of the Western style mess that they've been driven into.
And of course, their sons and their daughters are all being brought, or at least their sons, are being brought into this machine.
Now, the big question long term is, will there be anything left for Ukraine to rebuild with when this is all said and done?
And I seriously doubt it.
Biden just came out, I think there's some $24 billion to try to help.
Of course, BlackRock is wanting to rebuild it.
But I think they'd like it to be a desolate wasteland as much as possible so that it's easier to mine and easier to control and easier to enslave and continue to enslave that white population.
Where is it going to go?
I tend to agree with Scott that it's probably going to be over by October.
Remember, Ukraine can't join NATO until the war is over, so Russia would theoretically drag it on for as long as they can now, knowing that it's just economic devastation that pours on every day as a result of just holding out.
I think that's all right.
The idea of continuing to move for Ukraine to join NATO is simply ludicrous, however.
We have a part of events in Africa that are profoundly disturbing.
The Niger crisis, Africa's next Ukraine, or Africa's rejection of Western neocolonialism.
Major changes are sweeping through the geopolitical landscape worldwide.
Even the West is braced for Ukraine's defeat against Russia.
Western economies are failing, undergoing a perilous backside into emerging economic depression, the ultimate collapse of Western civilization, crumbling of the centralized banking infrastructure.
Meanwhile, amidst this political and economic shakedown, the rising challenge of the multipolar world is destined to crush U.S.
unipolar dominance and hegemony as international pilot dynamics shift radically from West to East.
Within the context of unfolding events within Africa, Remnant chains of neocolonialism are finally being broken by the economic and political alliances made with the emerging Eastern powers, Russia, China, and Iran.
This geopolitical analysis examines ongoing developments from the unipolar to the multipolar, where the national majority of the Global South is embracing its strategic realignment with the multipower Eastern powers.
At nearly twice the size of Texas, the landlocked sub-Saharan West government, West African nation of Niger is the sixth largest country in Africa, 22nd in the world, located in the Sahel region of Africa, a geographic strip across African continents from the Atlantic to the Red Sea, lying south of the Sahara Desert, north of the Sudan Savannah.
On July 26, 2023, ahead of Niger's presidential guard, General Tuchani led a military coup overthrowing its elected leader of 2021, 63-year-old President Mohamed Bassem.
Two days later, Tuchani proclaimed himself to be president of the National Council for the Safeguard of the Homeland.
Niger is a member of the Economic Community of West African States, ECOWAS, along with 14 other regional neighbors.
ECOWAS was demanded the ousted president be returned to power by August 6 or face possible military intervention.
The President of the United States has also made that demand, but it's not happening.
It now appears the coup was merely a bluff with West Africa's strongest regional bloc, supported by both France and the U.S.
It optically now looks weak, with no action taken.
Thus, on Thursday, August 10th, the regional organization feebly ordered activation or deployment of standby force, ostensibly to restore constitutional order.
This coup's essence is a rejection of France and Western colonial Control over Africa.
Inpredictable response.
France and the EU immediately suspended their security cooperation and financial aid to Niger.
All these developments come after Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland visited Niger last Monday, August 7, proved futile in changing the minds of the now ruling military junta.
Zionist neocon war-making regime changer Nuland last month received a promotion and is now second-in-command of U.S.
foreign policy.
For one day, African Trump was clearly intended to intimidate Niger's new defense chief and his three commandos, But Newland's strong-arm tactics, delivering threats and warning Niger's new government to not dare align itself with the Russian mercenary group Wagner, appears to have fallen on deaf ears.
In response to Niger's junta, threatened by the eco-wax invasion, the newly formed Niger government requested assistance from the battle-tested mercenary Wagner group.
It's ever the opportunist leader, Givni Pugosin, told media on the phone.
I'm proud of the boys from Wagner.
Doesn't it bother them making ISIS and Al-Qaeda small, obedient, silky boys?
And the U.S.
has recognized a government that it did not recognize yesterday just to avoid meeting the Wagner PMC in the country.
This brings joy, Mrs. Newland.
Victoria had requested that she meet with the deposed President Basim, as well as General Tshishani, but was refused, and instead met with a general subordinate.
The snubbed Newland remarked, I was denied a meeting with President Basim, who was removed from power, and with General Tshishani.
Tshishani refused me entry.
Speaking to Reuters later, these conversations were extremely frank and at times quite difficult because, again, we're pushing for a negotiated solution.
It was not easy to get traction there.
They're quite firm in their view of how they want to proceed, and it does not comport with the Constitution of Niger.
Victoria Greenland, uh, uh, Newland Greenlight, uh, A 25,000-man IWAS army to stand by to invade Niger, according to French sources.
As a result, preparing for the invasion, Niger's armed forces are fortifying its capital and securing the Nami Airport.
French radio reported the IWAS army was planning to invade, no doubt with backing by the U.S., France, and the European Union.
Niger's ruling junta told Newland if Iwas does militarily intervene, the junta will kill him first.
Meanwhile, it appears in recent weeks a majority of Niger citizens view the government change as a welcome opportunity to move away from the neocolonialist policies of the past.
Niger's junta isn't the only looking for Russian support.
According to The Economist, 60% of Nigerians view Russia as their country's most reliable foreign partner.
This is beating up on Russia's impossibility.
The bullying witch of the West, Nuland, may resort to deploying those 1,100 troops alongside the 25,000 he co-enforced in yet another attempted U.S.
coup.
But it's unlikely to work.
Watching our current failure in Ukraine, another botch move in Africa risks only weakening the U.S.
paper tiger before the world even more.
And with the optics everything these days, D.C.
warmongers cannot afford another failure, with U.S.
power around the globe growing weaker and the rest of the world smelling blood in its unipolar demand.
It was only a few days ago, Putin hosted his African Nation Summit, promising a supply of much-needed grain, debt write-off, and economic support.
Many African leaders are busily aligning with China and Russia, away from untrustworthy U.S.
West that historically steals African Third World precious resources, not to mention the West's brutal legacy of imperialism.
Again, As the West fades, crumbling and grumbling into the sunset, global South nations are actively seeking alliances with the Eastern powers in their emerging multi-power world.
We're just days away now from the Johannesburg, South Africa meeting of the BRICS Nation, August 22-24, with over 40 nations clamoring to join this rising economic alliance.
It already contains a global population majority one-third of the global GDP, surpassing the G7.
Bricksville soon released its own gold-backed currency, ostensibly to replace the soon-to-be-deposed King U.S.
dollar as international reserve trade currency.
This imminent event is just one more ominous sign Western civilization is in a crumbly state of freefall collapse, in stark contrast with the Russia-China-led, globalist-out-multi-power world majority.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, the African evolution is particularly interesting because, if you remember in history, the Russians supported the United States in their war of independence against Great Britain.
So the Russians supported America's quest for sovereignty, independence, freedom, liberty.
pursuit of their destiny outside of the enslavement that Britain was currently exercising over and taxing them.
So it's quite ironic what Russia did for the United States.
Russia is now doing for Africa, offering to do, and Africa is eagerly accepting.
So Russia is helping Africa free itself, liberate itself from the oppressors and from the colonial masters, just like they did America.
Only this time it's America, it's France, it's Germany, it's all of these colonial masters that are, you know, up in arms.
It's comical.
But you also see the alliance of African states, whether they're Christian or Swahili or independent or Muslim, You do theoretically see the groundwork for a complete moral agreement based upon the rejection of the West's attempt to force them to adopt homosexuality.
And Uganda has rejected that.
Uganda and its leadership have said, you're asking us to reject our faith.
That will never happen.
So Africa is overthrowing the mantle of this insane homosexual, transgender ideology of sickness and madness.
Africa is overthrowing that and is rejecting that.
Russia has overthrown that and rejected that.
Ukraine also rejected that under Yanukovych, but then they overthrew him.
Consequently, I think Russia has had a 10-year, you know, study haul to evaluate every day, every hour, every minute of what transpired before the 2014 overthrow of Yanukovych until present time.
So they know what the play is.
They know Victoria Nuland.
They know when they're initiating movement.
No doubt they have Africa covered in a screen of cyber surveillance operations.
I think Russia will be coming into the nuclear, you know, the uranium mills, the uranium mines and grinding and processing facilities.
Russia will be coming in there with its scientists protected by Wagner and other groups at the invitation of Africa to set them up and show them and manage their wealth, you know, accumulation from their own natural resources.
That's the thing that Russia keeps playing that ace card and winning every time because it has a demeanor of friendship, of love, of let us teach you how to fish and not just give you half a fish and steal a bunch of stuff from your farm while we do it.
That's the legacy of France and the United States and Britain and Germany, all over Africa, and they know it.
So, in a sense, as appalling as it is when you see some of these videos about these rabid wild blacks in football stadiums jumping up and down saying, kill the boar, kill the white guy, kill him, as disgusting as that is, you can also understand Their indigenous historical outrage that's been accruing for quite a long time.
So, this is going to end with four-fifths of Africa solidly in the Russian column, and I might say also the Chinese in the Iranian column.
They don't get just Russia, they get China and they get Iran at the same time, and both those countries have developed strategic communications in the same direction as Russia for the improvement and the independence of Africa, while the colonialist powers have nothing to compare.
They're all about me, me, me, I, I, I, that's ours, that's ours, we did this, we want this, we need this, we need you to do this, give us uranium so we can man our empire.
It's all going to crumble because Africa is going to say no, cut them off.
If they, you know, I could see Iran cutting off the Persian Gulf.
I could see China doing things.
I could see Russia doing things saying, you know what?
The entire European and the American continents are cut off from all natural resources from the countries that they've previously raped and pillaged and exploited.
And I think Putin's, you know, the Russians are masters at this kind of language.
So I predict they're going to be They're going to be translating the freedom, the liberation, the independence of Africa into the same script that the Russians and indeed the French laid out when they were helping the United States free themselves from Britain.
And you will see all of Africa, you know, increase in their waving of Russian flags and supporting everything Russian.
This is probably the greatest foreign policy failure loss in America in the last hundred years.
Jim?
Yeah, I think you got it right, Brian.
Okay, so that was a lot about Africa, and while we haven't covered Africa very much, there's some key words that anybody who's beginning to do research on what's been happening in Africa.
The key words are, you need to understand what is Flintlock.
And I want to give credit where credit's due, and I've got to tell you that the House Armed Services Committee has Matt Gaetz on it.
And he is, in my mind, an underrepresented hero for the American people.
That House Armed Services Committee has been absolutely destroying this military woke-ism, or at least doing the best they can to try to destroy the military woke-ism, Inside the military.
So, if you go to Night 4's Breaking News and watch Matt Gaetz grill these military leaders while he's doing oversight, you're going to see a lot of this exposed very similar to how Comer has exposed the Bidens on the committee that he's working with.
So, Flintlock is, since 2008, U.S.
and NATO and Africa troops have assembled somewhere every year to train African and NATO forces to work together with U.S.
forces.
Now, Flintlock, since 2008, has been involved.
The people that have gone and the groups that have gone to Flintlock have attempted at least nine coups, and they were successful in at least eight across five West African countries that included Burkina Faso, which they did three times, Guinea and Mali, which they did three times, Mauritania, and the Gambia.
And so Matt Gaetz this week at the House Armed Services Committee, we hear about this new coup in Niger, and he's like, "What are we doing?
How come every time we go over and train at Flintlock, the guys leave Flintlock and go and perform a coup?
Why are we training guys?" And of course the military brass was laughably short worded.
All they could say is, "We teach our core values." And And Gates is like, is our core value to lead a crew against the government that you're supposed to be protecting and working for?
And of course, the government had no answers.
And so, if you want to follow what's happening with all that, you might want to look into reading articles in The Intercept, which seems to be one of the top independent reporters that deals with these issues.
But fundamentally, We are training the guys to overthrow the regime.
We're paying for it and we're basically going into Africa, AfrikaKom and South AfrikaKom and making food machines.
Boys, the word's out.
This is what we do.
I mean, I think we did the same thing back in Ukraine with Zelensky.
So, This is getting old, and I'm glad to see that Gates is at least focusing on it, but everybody on this show ought to be paying attention to what Gates is doing on the House Armed Services Committee, because I'm telling you, this looks as bad as Comer is making the Bidens look.
Excellent.
Excellent, Brian.
Right on.
Meanwhile, the War Room reports.
Explosive election fraud bomb.
Earlier today, the Gateway Pundit broke a blockbuster report on 2020 voter fraud in Michigan.
It's been buried by politicians and the press.
On October 8, 2020, only one month before the general election, Muskegon, Michigan City Clerk Ann Manch noticed a black female whose name was redacted, dropping off between 8,000 and 10,000 completed voter registration applications at the City Clerk's office.
The Muskegon Police Department was contacted and asked to investigate.
On 10-21-20 personal attempt, Mike Anderson was contacted by Tom Fabus, Chief Investigator for Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel's office.
According to the Michigan State Police Report, Mr. Fabus asked for the Michigan State Police Assistant with a joint investigation of alleged voter fraud being conducted by the Muskegon Police Department and the AG.
An investigative task force was formed and an investigation was initiated.
Now we have proof.
TGP exclusive.
Please find tens of thousands of fake registration bags of prepaid gift cards, guns with silencers, burner phones, a Democrat-funded organization with multiple temporary facilities in several states.
Part one of the Tuesday Morning exclusive, Jim Hoff discusses the case for Michigan with Steve Bannon, gun silencers, cash card fake registration, burner phone.
Part two, Gateway Pundit Patty McMurray discusses the Muskegon registration, GBI strategy, Michigan Democrats and their ties to the scandal.
Meanwhile, the Babylon beat nails it.
Democrats say it'll take a lot more than eyewitness testimony, bank records, audio, video, and complete confession for them to believe Biden did anything wrong.
Washington, D.C.
As evidence of bribery and corruption by the Biden family continues to mount, Democrat lawmakers in the nation's capital have expressed heavy skepticism, saying they'll need a lot more than just eyewitnesses, financial records, audio and video recordings, and admission of guilt from parties involved.
For them to believe any of it.
Nah, I'm not buying it, said California Congressman Eric Swalwell.
If you want me to believe President Biden and his family have been involved in a far-reaching money-for-favors scheme for years, you'll need to show me a lot more than rock-solid irrefutable evidence.
If the Biden family were corrupt, I think I would have heard about it from my Chinese spy girlfriend.
The Biden admin maintains absolute innocence despite an ever-growing collection of evidence that would indicate otherwise.
The President and his family have done nothing wrong, said White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, who is a woman and also black and also gay.
It's completely normal for families to enrich themselves by selling political influence to foreign corporations and governments.
Any assertion to the contrary is simply Republicans grasping after straws.
Also, I will not be taking any more questions regarding bribery allegations.
As rumors swirled that additional audio recordings of President Biden accepting bribes may soon be released, Democrats continue to brush them off.
I see nothing wrong here, said Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer.
So he's on tape taking bribes.
It's not like it proves he took bribes or something.
At publishing time, Republicans in Congress said they were waiting on several more truckloads of evidence before initiating impeachment proceedings.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, I think, you know, all of this is like a cascading avalanche that's slowly coming down the hill, and it's only going to rapidly pick up speed.
Biden, when he's cornered, or the lights, you know, are put right on his face, you know, he's a stuttering, stammering, diaper-soiling fool.
And he's an inveterate liar, too.
You go back to the original debate between Biden and Trump, and I played it a couple times on my shows, Trump saying, I don't make money from Ukraine.
You do, Joe.
I don't make money from Russia.
You do, Joe.
I don't make money from China.
You do, Joe.
He flat out denied it, and he lied, and he said that multiple times.
Honestly, he's guilty of treason.
He has taken money and bribes.
From a foreign power, specifically the Chinese, who have been waging irregular warfare against the United States through fentanyl, through social decay, amplified through social media like TikTok and others.
This is very well composed in their book, Irregular Warfare, written in 1998 by two generals.
I've read it thoroughly and taken many, many notes.
This is all part of China's soft boiling operation.
And look at the People standing in American cities drugged with that tranquilizer, animal tranquilizer drug looking like zombies.
That didn't happen 10 years ago or 20 years ago.
It's happened in the last five years because it's being amplified by China and the southern border invasion, same thing.
So Biden's taken money from this hostile power.
So has his son, and the documents are there, and the Congress is revealing it, and they need to impeach him.
I do not agree with any of these Republican fools who think that they're strategic Machiavellians when they say, well, we shouldn't impeach Biden.
Then you're in violation of your oath to the Constitution.
Because the Constitution demands that an enemy of the Constitution be impeached for treason and does not hold official political power.
The fact that Biden has all of this gone on for so long is a terrible crime, and he was covered up and protected by the FBI and the Department of Justice.
All of those people should be impeached for treason, and quite honestly, given the death penalty after due process of law.
That's how serious this is.
And I'm sick and tired of people playing soft patty cake about this.
This is an act of treason and it warrants the punishment of treason after due process of law in the courts of law.
So all of this is coming out, and I think you're going to, that's another reason why they've claimed that someone was gonna assassinate Biden.
They're already setting the seeds and they're setting the environment for the inevitability of when they do take him out, and they are gonna blame it on a Trump supporter or a Russian or both.
And I think we're going to see the Democrat party, Jim, as we've said before, they will never relinquish power.
They will never allow a free and fair election again.
Look at the Weiss, the guy they just put in charge, you know, special prosecutor looking at Hunter Biden.
This guy Weiss was the same guy who did the plea deal for Hunter Biden.
You're putting the same guy who is his lawyer doing the representation, essentially, who works under his dad, you're putting him in as the special prosecutor?
It is a laughingstock.
So, you know, I think all of this is going to completely collapse upon Biden.
The American people realize it.
How Donald Trump, as the preeminent Republican inheritor, responds to all of this?
We'll see.
I do anticipate the other thing, the judge who's behind Trump's case, I do see her putting a gag order on him, despite her lies to the otherwise, and I do see them trying to imprison Trump because they're trying to psychologically traumatize him, not realizing that every time they throw punches at him, it just toughens him up and it makes more and more Americans go, What you're doing to him, you're doing to all of us.
You're doing to me.
You're doing to my kids.
And it's causing the mass majority of people to stand on Trump's side.
Not because they like him or agree with everything that he did, but because they hate a tyrannical government that is so ridiculously corrupt and abusive towards the citizenry and the Constitution, our Bill of Rights.
And I think they realize we are close to an absolute tyranny.
And that famous moment of the Declaration of Independence, when the government becomes too tyrannical, it is time for the people and is the right and duty to overthrow such government.
I think people are on the verge of that, Jim.
Go ahead. - Brian.
- Here it is. - Well, these two stories are indicative of a very rotten position that we've gotten ourselves into.
And if you take a look at what happened at the Iowa State Fair yesterday when Trump arrived and DeSantis was speaking and everybody was shouting, we want Trump!
We want Trump!
At the DeSantis event, there is a tidal wave of enthusiasm for the man and the media, with all their smears and all their attempts, are unable to crush him.
Now, the reason that Trump Is attractive to the American people is because the American people can feel that they're being gaslighted on voting issues, that they're being gaslighted on corruption, that they're being gaslighted all the way through.
Now, and I'm talking about thinking American people, because there's two different breeds of Americans right now.
I hate to say it, and we always thought it was Republicans and Democrats.
It's not.
The two breeds are Americans that think And Americans that are indoctrinated.
There is a cult of indoctrination that has been happening in our academic institutions, which is turning these people into religious zealots, mindlessly following a cult leadership.
That has to be crushed and stamped out in order for us to begin to unify and rebuild.
And Trump represents The iconoclastic wrecking ball that's going to break through the American society and take down these people, or at least take them out of positions.
Guys, Trump did great with the economy.
But that's not why people want Trump.
People want Trump because they feel that he's going to take a wrecking ball to a media that's been gaslighting to them and lying to them.
For years.
Amen.
And as it becomes more obvious that they're doing this to us, and the Bababon B article is like so absurd, but it's almost thought-provoking in the fact that it's absolutely correct.
Now, if we want to change our nation, I'm going to tell you where it has to start.
We have to destroy the idea that these woke academic institutions Filled with national education endowment professors and people that are getting money from the federal government to run their programs and people that have to be indoctrinated into a woke institution, which to me is a cult.
They have to be out.
They cannot train the next generation of American resources.
This needs to change in the Department of Education.
I'm 50 years old.
It's too late.
Okay?
I've already made up my mind.
I learned to think.
I think I started thinking about the time I was maybe 34 or 35.
Maybe a little bit more than that.
Just reading and thinking and reading and thinking.
These kids today, they can't even go to work.
And the reason that they're so angry is that nothing in the real world lines up with what they've been taught about wokeism.
And it causes this massive clash of cognitive dissonance.
Wait a second, they taught me that if I take a women's gender studies course in school, that I'll be successful.
And it's not working.
And they're becoming very, very angry.
So what they're doing right now, and this is The big move, I think, recently is this FBI fascination of this 300-pound guy.
Guys, they're setting us up with something.
Whether that's a pulse flag or not, I don't know.
But they're setting up the idea that white MAGA supporter extremists are at war with just the good people of the FBI.
And they're going to run another fall flag, just like January 6th.
And I'm going to say this one more thing, too.
If anybody watched the latest Tucker Carlson interview, I could only get through about 10 minutes of it, because the problem, the one where he's interviewing a police officer, the fundamental problem, I had to turn it off.
I had to turn it off.
It was infuriating.
I couldn't believe it.
And we'll get there.
But they're basically sitting there talking about the events of January 6th as they unfolded.
And they're like, well, there's this 71 minutes.
And the guy that's running the Capitol Police is like, how come I'm not getting any help?
How come I'm not getting a response?
How come it's not happening?
And Tucker Carlson and him are looking at it like, what?
Idiots!
They had to run the Ashley Babbitt operation!
They had to run their false flag within the event to create the momentum to make the event happen.
It's the same reason that it looked like Uvalde police were so long taking out the shooter in Uvalde.
Guys, they had to get the photographers in play.
Yes.
They had to operate, they had to run the false flag operation and that took time to develop.
Now they made adjustments and came back on Nashville.
But this is infuriating to me that Tucker Carlson and the Capitol Police... Has anybody even bothered saying the elephants in the room?
It was a false flag!
Ashley Babbitt?
False flag!
I've been saying it.
Very nice.
Very nice.
And we have a lot more.
Hunter gets a special counsel Trump election case barreling forward.
For a whole week, the legal case against former President Trump dominated the headline with a barrage of developments, only for the spotlight stolen Friday when Attorney General Merrick Garland announced a special counsel and investigation of the first son of President Biden.
He designated David Wise, who led the investigation in 2001.
The investigation Weiss has been conducted resulted in two charges of failure to pay income tax and one of unlawful possession of a firearm.
Weiss offered Biden a sweetheart deal, pleading guilty, while resolving the gun charge through pre-trial diversion with a likely outcome of no prison time.
U.S.
District Judge Mariellen Noriega, however, put the deal on hold, describing it as atypical and unprecedented.
Republicans have criticized it as a slap on the wrist to cover up a large-scale money laundering scheme they've documented involving tens of millions through dozens of companies from foreign clients and members of the family.
Some lawmakers responded to the appointment of Mr. Wise with skepticism.
Let's be clear what today's move is really about.
Come in and House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer.
The Biden DOJ is trying to stonewall congressional oversight as we have presented evidence to the American people about the Biden family corruption.
On the Trump front, the most prominent development came when the newest case for special counsel Smith charged the former president on August 1st with conspiracy and obstruction in the 2020 electoral vote counting.
This is based on January 6th events.
Smith asked the presiding judge on Friday, Tanya Chutkan, for a gag order that would prevent Trump from releasing any of the evidence provided him by prosecutors ahead of trial.
The judge gave the defense three days to respond, which Trump lawyers noted was chagrin, since the regular rule in D.C.
courts is 14 days.
The court's decision to vary from the default local rule and allow Trump less than a business day to respond is a concerning development, inconsistent with his due process rights.
The same day, the judge ordered the parties to offer two dates no later than August 11th for a hearing on the gag order.
While the defense asked for August 14-15, the judge would not oblige, setting it for August 11th.
Noting the particular significance of a speedy trial in this case, where the defendant, a former president, is charged with conspiring to overturn the legitimate results of the election, obstruct the certification, and discount citizens' legitimate rights, his defense attorneys were perplexed.
Smith showed of noting that it may be in the interest of Trump's political opponents to see a trial during the 2024 presidential race, where Trump holds a significant lead on the GOP side.
During the Friday here, Thomas Windham, one of Smith's prosecutors, dropped the factoid that the evidence about the hand-in-to-the-debate piles up to more than 11 million documents and files.
With record of this magnitude to review, it's a delusional fantasy for Smith to envision Trump's attorneys in the courtroom ready for trial selection, jury selection on December 11th, commented former federal prosecutor William Shibley, who represents many of the defendants facing charges stemming from January 6th.
Trump's sorry face in a March 2024 trial paper, state charges in New York, and another in the Florida case about the documents.
In the end, Judge Jutland wouldn't play along with Mr. Smith's gag order.
She concluded, in order to protect information, a prosecutor's label as sensitive would suffice, giving a win to the defense.
Still, Mr. Windham said most of the evidence will be labeled sensitive anyway.
So who is the judge overseeing this 2024 election probe case?
Tanya Chutkan?
Check this out.
This judge you just said needs to recuse herself.
Can you illuminate for our audience why?
She was a lawyer at Boies Shiller when Hunter Biden was of counsel there.
She was a lawyer at Boies Shiller when Boies Shiller represented Burisma.
That's not even the center stage.
This is reserved nosebleed stuff.
She and Boyce Shiller represented Fusion GPS, a corrupt government gangster affiliated firm that concocted the Steele dossier and paid through the FBI to lie to a federal court to surveil Donald Trump on the original Sin Unlawfully Russia gig.
This is why she cannot preside over the Donald Trump indictment.
The original case in the matter is Russiagate.
It always goes back to it.
And her firm has represented that.
But she made a misrepresentation to us.
That is absolutely bombshell stuff.
Scott, your thoughts.
This is their ace in the hole, the judge in this case.
Well, we've said it from the beginning.
They're going to get a traitor judge to put a gag order on him, and then they're going to throw him in jail for violating that.
And they're doing that.
They're going to label everything sensitive.
You know, they're playing a shell game.
Oh, well, we won't put a gag order, but we'll just label everything sensitive, which essentially puts a gag order on everything.
That judge needs to be removed by all means necessary.
That judge needs to be defrocked.
They need to file ethical complaints against her, not just tell her to change a venue, but run her out on a rail for having the mendacity, the gall, to try and appear as an independent judge.
She's not.
So Trump's lawyers, if they have any honor in them whatsoever, if they have any ethics, they will go at her like pitbulls and say, you cannot be on that bench, you cannot have that robe, you are compromised, and they need to read off what Kash Patel has just said.
You, and stop calling her your honor.
She has no honor.
You have been a part of this law firm that's been at the heart of this corruption.
You've been part.
They need to give press conferences about that.
They need to say this is the setup.
This is what Americans can't stand.
This is a Nazi court with a Nazi on the bench who hates Donald Trump and hates white people and hates Republicans and hates conservatives.
She's forced the Office of Refugee Resettlement to give abortions to minors in their custody.
I've read a lot of her bio.
She's the one who imprisoned Marina Butina for 18 months, the gal who Pat Byrne had a terse with, who had come over and was lobbying the NRA and such.
She's got a whole closet full of dark stuff.
So they need to go after her and not just make a polite motion, but they need to be ferocious against her.
Because that's the only thing liberal Democrats understand.
This is the battle for not only Trump's life, but America's life.
And we know what they're going to do.
They're going to push and do whatever they want because they'll perceive, as long as Americans don't throw us out of office and tar and feather us and hang us, we're just going to keep pushing and we're going to keep doing what we want.
You already see that on so many different levels.
This is a disgusting, terrible thing to see.
And again, Weiss, the guy who was involved with this since 2021, is the special prosecutor?
No.
They need to get a special prosecutor from a purple state, the Midwest or somewhere else, not in Delaware, where they have been incestuously part of the Biden-Delaware political life.
So you need to have someone entirely different, and Congress should have Weiss dragged in front of them, given the riot act.
And they should have that judged too.
This is not standard American business as usual.
We are on the verge of an overthrow, a collapse of our Republican democracy, and an entry into tyranny.
And if any moment in time warrants and justifies the Declaration of Independence saying it is the right and the duty of people to overthrow a government that becomes tyrannical, it is now.
So, we'll see what happens, but if these lawyers are too concerned about their own bar license and their own courtesy, and they don't go after the jugular of this judge, rhetorically speaking, Trump is doomed.
And if they kill him, if they take Trump and put him in jail and kill him, like they, you know, they said they did Epstein, but we know it wasn't him.
If they go down that road, Jim, then they'll have the civil war and the division and civil strife, you know, that they've always done.
They've always, you know, wanted and planned.
I see the country inevitably having to break up because we cannot submit to tyranny like this.
And it's already begun, Jim.
Wow.
Brian, wow.
I can feel the walls closing in on this group of criminal gangster cabal people.
The Biden investigation is, to me, one of the clearest examples that we're getting closer and closer and closer.
And the fact that they're lashing out with more false flags, the fact that they're getting angry and more organized and making more desperate attempts every day to take down Trump and to take down The people in Congress that are beginning to close in and expose this is obvious.
The media, Trump's greatest, the greatest thing he did for America was break up the media's mental monopoly on the minds of America.
His greatest contribution was to begin to erode that wall that kept people from Independently thinking about things.
Now, time is probably running short for these people, so you can expect that they'll take whatever desperate attempts that they can.
But the problem that they have right now, mark my words, the problem that they have right now is the alternative media.
Because we're gaining so much traction in exposing And I would expect more draconian efforts going after people like us, and I expect that that battle will not go well for them, and that this thing will begin to catch on fire.
Excellent, excellent points.
Meanwhile...
Don't take Hunter's new special counsel appointment at Clay's Valley.
Here's why.
To hear Merrick Garland tell the story of the granting of special counsel status to the prosecutors will be taking the case seriously.
Critics say it's proof of exactly the opposite.
President Biden's son Hunter may be headed for a criminal trial.
U.S.
Special Counsel David Weiss said shortly after promotion, in a sign that courtroom drama could play an outside role in the 2024 presidential election, a potential trial raises the possibility of an unprecedented spectacle in U.S.
history.
The son of a sitting president facing criminal charges, while his father campaigns for re-election, likely against Republican Donald Trump, who faces at least three upcoming criminal trials of his own.
Why, said talks between the two sides have broken down.
The government now believes the case will not be resolved short of a trial.
The filing came moments after Attorney General Garland elevated Weiss a special counsel status, giving him additional authority and independence to pursue the investigation.
This is, of course, the same prosecutor from Delaware, no less, who had brought immunity deal, the fine print of a plea deal, when the judge called BS on that closet deal fell apart and could be revived.
The inability to revive the deal is what prompted this next step.
Weiss, who's already run a case at the Statute of Limitations lab, one of the most egregious of the tax crimes, has asked for special prosecutor status, coming at the moment when the GOP congressional oversight has been lining up witnesses, including Weiss,
Seeking answers to whether Biden-DOJ has been applying the law selectively, and whether this appointment is a ploy to handcuff an investigation into what could ultimately determine whether there's been criminal corruption on the part of Joe Biden himself.
This would, after all, be an effective way for Team Biden to solve two different problems with a single stroke.
What's the investigation?
It's already been slow-walked to get dragged out for an indeterminate amount of time, such as after the 2024 election, Sile, with a real possibility he recommends no charges at all.
The other would be give Biden admin a convenient excuse to say David Weiss and others related.
Congress has announced a plan to subpoena will become unavailable because of the DOJ's favorite dodge.
Everybody's sat together now.
They can't comply because there's an ongoing investigation.
How fortunate for Team Biden.
There's a problem, though.
Weiss doesn't technically qualify to be special counsel.
Someone might say, but Durham.
Maybe, but this is different.
Weiss works under the man who works for the father of the man he is investigating.
There's a point in the story where editors remind readers of Daily Clash, what helps keep our site free instead of being hidden behind annoying paywalls.
Meanwhile, a former mobster reveals how the Bidens are a 100% corrupt fine family.
Don, take us out.
Oh boy.
Wow, yes.
I guess I have to take us out on that note.
100% fine family.
That's not the Maybe we should be in America.
We really are targeted from the outside, from all kinds of sources, and the people who want to destroy this wonderful country that I grew up in and love, and still do, even though my city, Seattle, is really having a heck of a time.
Anyway, this is Truth vs. News, and this is August the 13th.
Unlucky Sunday, I guess.
And we have so much more to talk about That you want to come back, but you've got to show that this is probably the most devastating and important show we've done so far.
