This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Chris Weinert in Portsmouth, Florida.
We're bringing you all the news you need to know.
Carl is on assignment.
French invasion of Niger could turn into an all-out Franco-American war.
This is a development that requires—deserves our attention.
Ever since the Nigerian military Under the command of General Abramai, Taiché took power on July 26.
There's been an exponential increase in tensions between NAMI and its former colonial masters in Paris.
It's reached a point where France is now considering invading the Western African country.
The exploitation of former French colonies has continued unabated for over half a century.
Even after they were granted a semblance of independence, Paris has been the main beneficiary of this one-sided relationship.
Combined with France's inability to deal with various terrorist insurgents and the reason this unadulterated neocolonial theft And with the primary reason behind a series of popular uprisings in the Sahel, Paris is now forced with a strategic dilemma.
If it lets Niger continue its path toward actual independence, France will be unable to continue to exploit the country's natural resources.
Several of its former colonies have served as a source of massive wealth extraction.
Given the recent trouble Paris is facing, these resources might be even more important than ever, on the other hand.
Recent geopolitical changes in the area have left France largely imbuced on after the defeat of its nearly decade-long intervention in Chad last year.
Paris has been left with bases in Ivory Coast, Senegal, and Gabon.
None of them can be used effectively as staging ground for an invasion due to the limited number of troops there.
However, Even if France were to find enough soldiers to launch a strike, none of these countries border Niger.
Gabon is the least logical option as Cameroon and Nigeria stand between it and Niger, leaving only bases of Senegal and Ivory Coast as viable options.
And yet, this is where the issue of basic geography prepares to stop and actual geopolitical ones start.
Namely, In order to effectively use its force from both countries to reach Niger, France needs to go through Mali and Burkina Faso, both of which have Roy stated any military action against NAMI will be tantamount to aggression against them.
In other words, if France wants to attack Niger, it will also need to attack two other African countries.
A possible alternative could be the use of its neocolonial influence in the economic community of West African states.
However, this leaves its members at risk of more anti-Western uprisings as a belligerent power bullet deeply unpopular in the area.
Some members thereof, such as Nigeria, might be the best geographical option.
But given the fact Paris has little to no influence at Bouchard, this is extremely unlikely.
Not to mention the fact that Nigeria has more than enough problems of its own.
The last thing it needs is to serve as a staging ground for a neocolonial invasion.
Logically, this leaves Chad as the only option, but this too is a very long shot.
To make matters worse, Algeria has joined the chorus of Niger's allies.
The French archival that spearheaded the independence of many of its former colonies in the 1960s is effectively an African superpower, heavily armed and highly motivated, To never allow Paris or any other Western neocolonial power to establish a firm foothold in the region.
This still leaves Chad as the only viable option, as the country was an instrumental staging ground for virtually all French military operation in the area, including the illegal invasion of Libya.
However, Reaching Chad at this point is easier said than done and still leaves most of the geopolitical issues unresolved.
In all, all geographical concerns, moreover, still remain.
To wit, The Nigerian capital, if name is located, in the southwestern corner of the country, close to the border with Burkina Faso, was even in the unlikely case that none of its neighbors were to intervene.
Nigeria is still left with a comfortable window of opportunity to resist.
This could end in a disaster for France, as yet another military defeat in the area would inevitably lead to a complete collapse of the neocolonial system it left in place in the 1960s.
On the other hand, if Paris doesn't intervene, this will happen anyway, albeit at a somewhat slower pace either way.
The dilemma inevitably results in a geopolitical catch-22, as leaving things as they are could also encourage others to revolt against Western neocolonialism elsewhere in Africa and possibly beyond.
As for France's NATO allies, They've been largely quiet and non-militant, including the U.S., a rather uncommon feature in their usually belligerent foreign policy.
Washington, D.C.
has a military base in the central part of the country, the Niger Air Base 201, run by U.S.
AFRICOM, African Command.
Its operational capabilities are mostly limited to drone strikes, with troop deployed there composed of a skeleton crew to provide basic security, coupled with a recent pooling of U.S.-French relations.
This makes it highly unlikely the Pentagon would give a go-ahead for any sort of American involvement in a possible French intervention, even though it's in Washington, D.C.' 's interest to keep Western neocolonialism in Africa alive for as long as possible.
Chris, stunning stuff going on in Africa.
Your thoughts?
Yeah, I don't think France is going to have much luck getting into Chad.
I think that the African continent's a little bit tired of the colonialist model and the Western European and even the United States models that they've had for them in terms of, I see debt slavery through the petrodollar.
I think a lot of countries in Africa are breaking away from that type of trade, too, and starting to go towards the BRICS, which is kind of another bad thing if you're, you know, the United States and trying to keep this hegemony going over the financial industry and the resource extraction industries.
And that brings me to another topic.
If you remember, the United States basically told Germany when they tried to repatriate their gold in 2011, I think it was.
It might have been 2013.
I don't remember the exact year, but whatever it was, they were basically told that they couldn't get their gold back until 2024 because of 9-11 and all that other stuff.
And what they ended up proceeding to do is going in and mining this out of Chad with clandestine mining operations and military mercenaries and forces like that, going in to take this gold from people in Chad or from the country of Chad, I should say, in addition to what they took from Qaddafi when they toppled him in Libya. in addition to what they took from Qaddafi when they And same with Saddam in 2003 with Iraq.
So, yeah, I don't think they're going to really put up with that whole, the French or the United States going in there and doing what they're doing.
And like I said, most of these countries are making deals with Russia in terms of military contracts and even oil deals and things like that.
So, yeah, I think it might be game over for a lot of these European colonialist forces.
And if they're going to proceed to try to colonialize you have to do it under a rebranded business model.
And like I said before, the BRICS is a Goldman Sachs initiative from June of 2001 so Yeah, it wouldn't shock me at all if there's a certain group that has looted this country and then proceeded to build up the BRICS infrastructure and is continuing to do so.
And I think they're really destroying the Western nations and even the European nations in many ways, politically, economically, and educationally in many other ways too with immigration and other stuff.
Yeah, I think you're seeing basically the empire's transition to the new empire from the old empire, and I think that the people in Africa are probably aware of that too, probably more than we are.
Wonderful comments, Chris.
I love it.
Yeah, the end of neocolonialism cannot come soon enough.
Trump indictment news.
Trump pleads not guilty to 2020 election charges.
At least one of Trump's GOP primary rivals is leveraging the moment for merch.
Following the news of the indictment reaction from Trump's primary rival poured in, many sounded pretty similar message it put out by former president himself.
To Santis, for example, said it was unfair for Trump to have to stand trial before a D.C.
jury.
The interpreter, Vivek Raswami, cast the indictment as political persecution.
A notable exception was Mike Pence.
Back when it was VP Pence, we brought pressure from Trump to unfairly count certain electoral college votes.
This is bad.
What he did was not send back to the states where there were contested slates of So this is a very bad sentence here.
to decide what happened.
So this is a very bad sentence here.
Rebuffing pressure from Trump to unfairly count certain electoral college votes.
I find that despicable.
Emily Orson ought to be a shame.
According to the latest indictment, Trump called Pence, ahead of certifying the electoral college vote, blasted him for not going along with Trump, berated him for not going along with Trump, saying such a move would be unconstitutional, but it's completely wrong.
I I don't believe this either.
When Pence's health firm Trump told him you're too honest, that's ridiculous.
Completely ridiculous.
Pence's campaign is now leveraging the indictment to its messaging, selling shirts and hats reading, too honest.
Libby Cathay tweets, new Mike Pence selling too honest merchandise in wake of Trump indictment.
Going to special counsel.
Trump called Pence on New Year's Day in 2021 and berated him.
When Pence said he didn't have the authority to return to reject votes, which I deny, Trump told him, you're too honest.
I don't believe that.
Meanwhile, CRB's Gary Johnson brings a little more detail when the trial will get underway.
Trump lawyer John Laurel told the judge there might be a massive amount of discovery we have to look through, wants to understand the magnitude of hard-copy documents and electronic evidence, said Trump wants a right to a fair and just trial.
Prosecutor Thomas Windham told the judge that DOJ is prepared to share a lot of info with Trump as soon as a protective order is entered.
This case, like any other, would benefit from normal order, including a speedy trial, Wyndham said.
For now, the next hearing on August 28th is a win for Trump's legal team in at least one way.
It falls after the first GOP primary debate set for August 23rd.
For hardcore Trump supporters, this indictment doesn't raise any doubts.
We know poll show Republican voters seem to be sticking with Trump despite his legal woes.
What are the stories behind the numbers?
NPR's Brian Mann spoke with people in upstate New York, where many residents get their news from Fox and conservative talk radio, where Trump won the majority of the popular vote in both 2016 and 2020.
One of them, Carmen Glass, was stopping at a convenience store in Port Henry to buy ice cream.
Mann sat on glass bristled when asked about the latest Trump news.
I don't think he should be indicted.
I don't think he should be.
It was them, not him.
She said, reverie to Democrats and what she called corrupt forces in American society conspiring against Trump.
Another, Doug Burbick, was standing to his front flower garden in Crown Point.
The fact that he was not of the establishment, I believe, is one of the reasons why he's had so much pushback.
The system has not treated him fairly compared to others.
Terbik's wife, Wendy, told man that the 2020 election was stolen.
Contrary to overwhelming evidence it does in a court ruling showing it wasn't, which of course is horseshit, it was overwhelmingly stolen.
As Mann put it, the indictment wasn't raising any doubts among those he spoke with.
The moment only added to their belief the political system is rigged against Trump and against their values.
Chris, I think that was NPR doing its propaganda blitz.
Your thoughts?
And then some.
Yeah, I'd have to say, as far as Mike Pence is concerned, I don't think his main issue or problem could be that he's too honest.
I think this is the guy who was involved with the Birkenstock Revolution that got Bush the presidency in 2001.
He's the guy that privatized the entire state of Indiana, more or less, to the private sector and certainly has been aligned with some nefarious characters, especially as of late.
And you would think as far as being a VP on Trump's ticket that he would actually provide some integrity to the election rather than just towing the company line of the uniparty.
So, yeah, especially in the face of all the evidence that has been presented in terms of malarkey in that.
I would think he didn't just fall off the turnip truck.
I think he knows what the world's all about, at least on the political spectrum is.
And he would probably have to be somewhat aware of the level of corruption of the Democratic stronghold and the 50-state solution they have to electioneering.
So, yeah, as far as Pence is concerned, I think that he absolutely, not only did he step aside, but he absolutely stabbed Trump in the back.
And I think that some of Trump's loyal base are certainly resentful of him for behaving in such a manner.
Whether it's even take political parties out of this, take political affiliations out of this, you know, you want the right thing to be done at the end of the day if you have integrity.
And I would think that, you know, he would, if he is what he claims to be too honest, would have some degree of integrity or at least some aim towards trying to achieve integrity, even in a corrupt system.
But I haven't seen that from him.
And I don't think that's anything we're going to see from him in the future.
And, you know, this is a guy that absolutely I think Tucker Carlson just absolutely ended this guy's political career when he said that he's not interested in America.
And, you know, whatever he was saying on that interview with Tucker the last time that he was on.
Yeah.
So, man, Trump is pretty much looking better and better every time these guys try to undermine him or try to use the law as this use lawfare to their advantage, I'll say.
So, yeah, I think the people are really starting to resonate, in the court of public opinion, a strong support for Trump in the face of all these underhanded tactics that are being done by the Mockingbird media and the establishment.
Yeah, it's going to be interesting to see how this plays out.
These guys ain't going to just hand the election over.
They're going to go down, double down on the bullshit like they always do.
And the people that know better are really, you know, probably getting pretty infuriated by this.
And I think it's going to create a reaction, a pendulum effect, a slingshot effect, if you will, of political momentum.
In terms of backlash for for these underhanded tactics, even the COVID thing and everything else that the Democrats have done with with our foreign policy, our economic policies, our education system, on and on and on.
So yeah, I would think I would have to think all signs point towards Trump really being the nominee and probably most likely the president unless shenanigans happen again.
Wonderful.
Yes, yes.
The devastating question Tucker asked in his reply was, what about the decay of the American cities?
And he said, Pimp said, that's not my concern.
I mean, give me a break.
He doesn't really care about the quality of life of Americans.
What could qualify him to be president?
Ridiculous.
A CNN reporter wrote three words about Trump defeating Biden that has Democrats in a panic mode.
Biden has a major problem.
Even left-wing media can see it.
A CNN reporter wrote three words about Trump defeating Biden that has Democrats in a panic.
Even though a majority of Democrats wanted him to step aside after his first term, Biden has decided to run for re-election because he believes he's the only one who can defeat Donald Trump.
Frankly, the way they got the election rigged, Mickey Mouse could beat Donald Trump.
But Biden's weaponization of DOJ and MPI against Trump is backfiring, with the New York Times Senate poll released this week showing Trump holding a 37-point lead over second-placed DeSantis.
They also show he's running neck and neck with Biden in a hypothetical 2024 rematch.
This is bad news for Biden, as each indictment handed down by his Justice Department serves as a boost in the polls for Trump.
And now CNN senior data reporter Harry Enten is sounding the alarm about Trump has a very real shot at winning the presidency.
Trump is not only in a historically strong position for a non-incumbent to win the Republican nomination, but he's in a better position to win the general election than at any point during the 2020 cycle and almost at any point during the 2026.
No one in Trump's current polling position in the modern era has lost an open presidential primary that didn't feature an incumbent, Inton added, before concluding polling in more than 50% of support in the national primary polls, that is, more than all his competitors combined.
Clinton is not surprised by Trump's dominance of the GOP field.
He's surprised that Trump remains competitive in a potential rematch with President Biden.
What should arguably be more amazing is that despite most Americans agreeing that Trump's two indictments thus far were warranted, he remains competitive in a both-sides show rematch with President Biden.
A bullet last week from Marquette had Biden and Trump tied percentage-wise, with a statistically insignificant few more respondents choosing Trump.
Yep, said he expects the election will come down to a few swing states like Pennsylvania.
He mentioned how one giant warning sign for Democrats is a recent Pennsylvania poll showing Trump was up on Biden by one point.
He concluded with a message about Trump defeating Biden that has Democrats in a state of panic.
But for now, the chance that Trump is president in less than two years' time is a very real possibility.
Meanwhile, Obama warned Biden of Trump's political strengths.
Former President Trump could be a more formidable candidate than many Democrats realize.
Former President Obama warned Biden at a private lunch.
Obama told Biden he would do all he could to help the president get re-elected.
During the June 27th launch held at the White House, Obama expressed concern that Trump's intensely loyal supporters, conservative media, and polarized country could combine to make the Republican frontrunner for the nomination a very strong candidate.
The New York Times Poll results Tuesday show Juntman Biden tied with 43% in a hypothetical rematch.
A post-basis Obama-Biden lunch report on information from two persons familiar with a private meeting, the contents of which have not previously been reported.
People briefed on the lunch conversation, Obama and Biden discussing a range of political, policy, and personnel matters, personal matters, including updates about their families.
Obama is expected to begin fundraising for Biden in the fall, cited a person familiar with the plan.
President Biden is grateful for his unwavering support and looks forward to once again campaigning side-by-side with President Obama to win in 2024 and finish the job for the American people.
What he really means is finish off the American people.
Still highly popular among Democrats, which may well be affected by the latest malfeasance On Martha's Vineyard involving the death of his chef, Obama likely will help his party's presidential nominee in a way similar to 2020 and 2022, when he held large rallies in swing states, hosted fundraisers, and recorded ads in competitive congressional races.
He also targeted young voters by appearing in non-traditional settings, such in collaboration with TikTok influencers and an interview during the NBA Finals.
Eric Schultz, a senior advisor to Obama, said Biden's former boss will seek to maximize his campaign activity.
We'll place a huge emphasis on finding creative ways to reach new audiences, especially tools that can be directly tied to voter mobilization or volunteer activations.
We are deliberate in picking our moments because our objective is to move the needle.
Obama is expected to host a fundraiser at Martha's Vineyard later in August to benefit the National Democrat Redistricting Committee, which looks to combat Republican success in drawing legislative and congressional districts.
Obama's early support is notable because in 2016, the then-president made clear to aides he believed Hillary should be the Democrats' nominee and in 2020 declined to endorse Biden until the party's nomination was secured.
Just remember Barack Obama's memorable observation about Joe Biden.
Never underestimate Joe's ability to fuck things up.
Chris.
It's funny you say that.
I was just mentioning that to someone today at work.
The same quote.
Good stuff.
Yeah, wow.
As far as that stuff's concerned, like I said, this is a very stronghold of corruption that has been, for a long time, using inversions and rhetoric to appeal to the emotions and to really gaslight the senses of not only their own supporters, but even the opposition.
I think as far as Trump is concerned, he's getting a lot of publicity from their attempts, their ham-handed attempts to try to hammer him.
And he doesn't seem to be really too concerned about that.
Like he knows something they don't, or something of that nature.
Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case.
And, yeah, I don't know.
I mean, I've never been one to buy into the Cambridge Analytica Q thing.
But, you know, the more and more I see it, I almost think that he's going to be either the fallback plan or the antithesis to the destruction and controlled demolition of America.
Yeah, I think that really the powers that be and the old money will probably have to eventually rally behind him either to, you know, keep the American Empire going or maybe they'll go against him with some of these other forces that they've been building in terms of proxies through the BRICS and many other stuff too.
So, gonna be interesting to see how this all plays out.
I would have to think that a lot of people are getting, you know, pretty upset at, you know, the condition of this country and what has been done to it mostly by Obama and Biden.
Like I said, setting partisan sentiments aside, I'm not a Republican or a Democrat.
I really like the whole thing.
I think it's something different than what it really is and more of a way to keep us exhausting our political will and energies by controlling positions.
But yeah, both sides really seem to oppose Trump.
And I don't know if this is a binary psychology maneuver, a psy-op, or if this is something that's genuine.
I guess we'll see with the actions of both sides how this turns out.
I'm almost thinking Trump, if he was really smart, he would take RFK after they disenfranchised him on the Democratic primary and put him on his ticket as a vice president or at least as an attorney general.
And man, I don't know.
There's infinite possibilities if stuff like that starts happening because a lot of people are really pissed off.
A lot of people have gone through a lot of hardship in America being tuned down to a second and third world country from a first world nation.
Nice.
Very, yeah, I think the destruction of America is becoming so gross and overwhelming.
is something that's going to have to be rescinded, as well as going after the Israeli lobby and separating it from their control over banking and their control over our political system.
Nice.
Yeah, I think the destruction of America is becoming so gross and overwhelming.
Here's a nice illustration.
There is no more room.
New York City considers housing illegal immigrants in Central Park.
New York City officials are considering housing illegal immigrants in iconic Central Park.
As local politicians said, all options are on the table as the city attempts to deal with thousands of newcomers each week.
As reported by Tim Kaz, New York City Mayor Eric Adams already said, From this moment on, it's downhill.
There is no more room.
While his office acknowledged more than 95,000 migrants have arrived since spring of 2022.
With hotels at capacity, Hundreds of migrants have been seen slipping on city sidewalks, often on pieces of cardboard, littering the street with trash and clothing in what looks like extremely inhumane conditions.
Here's Viral News New York City tweeting, The Roosevelt Hotel.
Hundreds of migrants are sleeping outside the hotel due to no more rooms at the hotel.
Some have been out here since 10 a.m.
This is extremely dangerous.
New York City can't handle this migrant crisis.
Everything is on the table.
Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services Ann William-Zissom said Wednesday at a press conference, the city reportedly looking at 3,000 locations for possible housing relief.
William-Zissom added, the system is at a breaking point.
In response, a question about housing the migrants in parks Outlets are in a frenzy as more and more information leaks about the city's alleged plans.
The Gothamist reported the city's looking to erect tents in Prospect Park in Brooklyn and Randall's Island, where officials opened a tent facility in a parking lot in autumn of 2022.
In May of 2023, New York City enacted a Homeless Bill of Rights, which includes the explicit right to sleep outdoors in public places, the right to complain about shelter accommodation without repercussion, and the right to be assigned to a space that corresponds to one's gender identity.
The information came from a source who reportedly was briefed on the plan but wanted to remain anonymous.
The Daily News also reported on Randall's Island.
The outlet stated it was a plan to house migrants on soccer fields, which reportedly prompted outrage from local stakeholders whose facilities would become unavailable.
City officials would reportedly not give a time frame for the relocation to city parks or say who developed a plan.
The deputy mayor said 2,100 migrants are arriving in the city per week, which prompted mockery from Senator Tim Cruz.
Come to South Texas.
We'd love to have only 2,100 per week and over 7 million under Biden.
We're looking at over 50,000 per week, he wrote on Twitter.
Here it is.
Unbelievable.
Chris, your thoughts?
Wow, I guess he's going to try to get $81 million the hard way, isn't he?
Unbelievable.
Yeah, I don't know.
This is something else.
You know, you hear stories about these things in the news, and a lot of people may not want to believe it, but when I was up in Portland, Maine, I seen, wow, thousands and tens of thousands, I would have to say, African, like off the boat African Americans being brought here from Africa, barely speak the language, flashy cars, a lot of money, always out to eat, always causing mischief, barely literate, but certainly a fighting age male population.
Uh, you know, I didn't see like families coming in in many cases.
These are like, you know, people that I think are maybe even trained under maybe some regimes in some of these desperate African nations or even Central and South American ones down here in Florida as well, that are being rushed into America to, I think, provide this type of domestic instability that they're going to use.
Maybe when Trump wins on the landslide, they're going to have these guys, you know, flip the switch, they'll cut off their EBT and next thing you know, these guys will be looting the rest of the retail stores that are still standing.
I don't know what's going to happen with that, but it almost seems like some sort of a state department.
I don't even want to say a military operation.
This is something that has to be done either with the NGOs or the initial alphabet agencies, because this is definitely a domestic insurgence.
Certainly, I think that this is not an accident.
This is not anything that's providing sanctuary to these people.
In many cases, the State Department itself causes the misery index in these people's countries that causes them to want to up and leave and come to America.
So, yeah, I think that they probably have a lot of resentment to this country.
They're certainly not affiliated with our communities or with our population.
And I would have to say that once they're If their benefits are cut off or rescinded, you're going to see a lot of tension from these people.
I don't know, just my theory is that.
And like I said, it's in mass.
In Florida, there's a lot.
In Maine, there was a lot.
In Michigan, they were coming in.
So yeah, this is in the last few years, last two years that I've seen this in a couple places around the country.
And yeah, I don't think it's a myth.
I don't think it's a...
A vast right-wing conspiracy to quote Hillary Clinton.
This is a destabilization tactic and I think that it needs to be called out for what it is.
Let me say, part of the genius of the design in New York City was to create this vast open space known as Central Park, where you could go to get away from the hell mail, all the people, all the efforts of the city.
If they put a bunch of migrants there, it's going to become crime riddled.
You're going to have rapists, thieves, murderers.
It's going to whack New York City in the head like with a baseball bat.
It will never be the same.
This is absolutely stunning, the very idea.
That's going to add to your point.
While they're trying to take our guns and take our property and take our savings and take our wealth, inflating our goods, cost of goods, diminishing I think so, too, Chris.
against these immigrant workers and these illegal immigrants.
So yeah, this is absolutely orchestrated, and it is no accident.
If you look what's going on in many European countries right now, they are feeling the wrath of this colonialization model coming home to roost.
And I think it's not too long before the United States sees something similar.
I think so too, Chris.
I think so too.
Meanwhile, here's a fascinating tweet.
Snafu Radio.
Trump can issue subpoenas now for the 2020 election.
Who saw that coming?
We now have the ability, in this case, to issue our own subpoenas.
And we will investigate every single issue in the 2020 election.
It gives President Trump an opportunity that he has never had before, which is to have subpoena power.
They forgot about that trick.
I agree with that.
Meanwhile, get this.
More showing how the Democrats conduct business.
Kavanaugh rape accuser confesses she lied, was never raped, never even met a man.
The shit show the Democrats staged at the confirmation hearing for Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh was a disgusting group denigration of the high office Democrats have been entrusted with.
This was borne out again yesterday, when Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley made a third criminal referral, this one against a second Kavanaugh accuser, Judy Monroe Leighton.
Here's Grassley's letter of referral to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Christopher Wray.
So we're getting a republication of an article the media didn't care about at the time for obvious reasons, reminding us what happened in the past.
I am Ryan to refer Ms.
Judy Monroe-Leighton for investigation of potential violation of 18 U.S.
Code 101, materially false statements, and 1505 obstruction for material false statements she made to the committee during the course of the committee's investigation.
By itself.
Monroe Layton's admission that he lied about Judge Kavanaugh is despicable, but, taken in context with the way Democrats orchestrated their resistance to Kavanaugh throughout the entire confirmation process, should be disqualified for high office, meaning by the Democrat officeholders who did this.
It's been admitted by at least one Democrat member of the judiciary that from the outside, top Democrat senators have been coordinating with the protesters, many of them paid to disrupt the hearings and create a false sense of outrage, some in the most despicable manner imaginable.
Then there was what now appears to be the wholly fabricated accusation of Christine Blasey Ford that involves so many deep state Democrat operatives that a scorecard is required to identify them all.
There's every reason to believe that radical leftist Democrat Senator Kamala Harris had a hand in Monroe Lighton's claims because she was the person who brought Monroe Lighton's letter to the committee's attention.
South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham became enraged at the Democrats' unwarranted attempt to smear Judge Kavanaugh and make a mockery, using unsubstantiated and vile claims, of what should have been an austere probative examination of the nominee's qualifications.
Senator Graham's immediate celebrity in the aftermath of his outburst reflects the fact that all Americans are, or should be, asking the question, if Democrats would willingly attempt to destroy the life of a respected, connected judge, what chance do they have against these Stalinists?
The good people of Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, which once constituted the Democrat blue wall, came to realize this during the Obama admin When Democrats turned their back on our manufacturing sector and the towns that relied on it died.
Chris, your thoughts?
Yeah, I'm going to put one out about the Democratic Party and how they transitioned since the Clinton administration towards supporting corporate interest over the actual workers that ran, that produced for these corporations.
And of course, with NAFTA and permanent normalization of trade with China and many of these trade deals, even the TPP, they try to push through.
They're basically replacing American production and American labor with foreign labor.
And outsourcing this to other countries.
Now also in the democratic business model, in their demographic model, I should say, they really give a lot of credence to the mother in terms of making them a dependent of their system.
They give them certainly a lot of things in terms of child support, custody, we've talked about some other shows, EBT, food stamps, you know, all this stuff, alimony, on and on.
And in many cases, in terms of domestic issues, these women can understand that they are protected by the full weight of the law, and in many cases are the aggressors.
And I guess in some cases, a lot of these women have, under the guise of psychiatric treatment or American Psychiatric Association combined with Big Pharma, are using SSRIs and many of these antipsychotic medications, these mood stabilizers, whatever you want to call them, And they cause these side effects that are absolutely an inversion of what they're supposedly there to do.
They're given to them under the guise of mental health.
And in many cases, it turns a woman with a binary type of perspective into a bipolar basket case in some of these instances.
And in many cases, they can create these type of accusations without any sort of repercussion.
So they can say a man raped him.
They can say whatever the hell they want and know damn well that the law is going to protect them.
And they're going to come out not only in the court of law, but in the eyes of law enforcement as the victim instead of the actual attacker.
In many cases, that is not the case.
So, yeah, it's really like they create an entitled group of women that really reside under the Democratic umbrella and blindly, you know, support their policies, Yeah, it's really like they create an entitled group of women that really reside under the democratic umbrella and blindly, you know, support their policies, whether it's LGBTQ or any of these transgender associations, even women's rights or liberation, whether it's LGBTQ or any of these transgender associations, even women's rights or liberation, you
The new neo-feminism that has been put out since the 70s and even going back to the roaring 20s and the Enlightenment eras and stuff, too, the suffragette movements, they've always harnessed, you know, the women in this way and really appealed to their emotional senses, but certainly have only been in rhetoric and certainly not the women in this way and really appealed to their emotional senses, but certainly have So, yeah, I think that there is a very, very, very cold calculating force that understands the psychology of both men and women and is abusing this dichotomy in a way that it is to really create a support base and to create an entire inversion of righteousness and to create very cold calculating force that understands the psychology of both men and women and is
So in my opinion, I think that this is a much bigger thing than just the false allegations of a rape case This could probably be a broad stroke across the whole spectrum of domestic interactions in this country and certainly the political spectrum as well.
So, yeah, I think these women, until they start facing sort of repercussion, I don't think they're going to have any hesitation to keep doing what they're doing in terms of throwing these outrageous and sometimes, in many cases, false claims out against powerful people for the sake of economic gain.
Or even if you look at it this way, in terms of domestic disputes, for custody of their children.
You know what I mean?
It's amazing.
I should probably shut up now.
No, no, all good stuff, Chris.
All good stuff.
Jack Swift admits making false claims in court in Trump case.
Surprise, surprise!
Special counsel Jack Swifty made a startling admission in its case against Trump, acknowledging in a new court filing that it failed to turn over all evidence that Trump's legal team is required by law, yet falsely claimed that it had.
Smith's team sat in a July 31st court filing in a classified document case against a former president.
It had incorrectly claimed during a July 18th court hearing that provided all Mar-a-Lago surveillance footage to Mr. Trump's defense attorneys as required by law on July 27th as part of preparation for the superseding indictment coming later that day and the discovery protection for Defendant De Oliveira.
Government learned this footage had not been processed and uploaded to the platform.
A statute for the defense had viewed the subpoenaed footage.
Smith team wrote on July 31st.
The government's representation at the July 18th hearing that all surveillance footage the government had obtained pre-indictment had been produced was therefore incorrect.
False.
Under what's called the Brady Rule, prosecutors in a criminal trial have a constitutional duty to disclose all evidence to a defendant's legal team, including information that's favorable to the accused and could reduce a potential sentence.
Smith team accused Trump in a new superscene indictment filed July 27 to conspire with his staff to delete some security footage so the grand jury in the case would not see all the evidence.
The DOJ did immediately return a request for comment from the Arabic Times.
In the superseding indictment, the special counsel charged Trump with willful retention of national defense information in two charges in connection to claims that he allegedly told a Mar-a-Lago worker to delete security tapes to prevent a grand jury from seeing them.
Mar-a-Lago staffer Carlos de Oliveira had been named as a third defendant in the soon-receding indictment, along with Trump aide Walt Nata and the former commander-in-chief.
Trump took to his social media to deny the new charges, saying Smith's new allegation is false and tantamount to election interference ahead of the 2024 contest, about which he is undoubtedly correct.
The security tape being deleted was a made-up lie by deranged Jack Smith.
ELECTION INTERFERENCE, he wrote in ALL CAPS in a post on August 1st, in the superscene indictment.
told another Mar-a-Lago employee that the boss wanted a server deleted on June 27, 2022.
That came about two months before FBI agents raided the Palm Beach resort owned by the former president, uncovering allegedly classified documents in a storage area.
Trump said he used presidential authority to declassify all the relevant documents in the case against him and denied he hid any material from the government.
In a statement following the July 27 announcement of a superseding indictment and new charges, Trump's campaign said the new allegations were part of a continued desperate and failing attempt to harass a former president.
The Range Jacksman knows they have no case casting about for any way to salvage their illegal witch hunt, yet someone other than Donald Trump to run against crooked Joe Biden.
An average polling data compiled by RealClearPolitics shows a very close matchup between Biden and Trump, with a former enjoying a 9 tenths of a percent lead.
Mr. Smith's superseding indictment increased the total number of charges in the classified material case to 40.
Chris, this is just so effing awful.
They're making up all this shit.
I just can't believe it.
Your thoughts?
Well, that's a Clinton campaign tactic from the get-go, is accuse your adversary of your own misdeeds primarily before they get the opportunity to point them out to the public.
And I would think that much of what Trump is being, quote, unquote, indicted for is minuscule compared to the mountains of similar, if not far worse, infractions that have been taken on by the Clinton administration, the Clinton Foundation, Biden, Obama, on and on.
So, yeah, they're really going after him on some video stuff.
You know, you never hear about the Clinton server anymore or any of the laptops or any of this other stuff.
I mean, dozens of people, Podesta, you know, has left two, three BlackBerrys in cabs and they have compromising national security data on there and who knows whatever else in terms of, you know, artwork, as you would call it.
Yeah.
So this type of stuff is just par for the course.
And it is absolutely just, you know, another trick in the repertoire.
And the sad thing is they can mobilize the obtuse that stand to gain benefit from their handouts.
And it's almost like they're buying boats with public welfare and stuff like that.
Yeah, it's amazing to see this apparatus, and how it's flourished in such a way.
Think about SBF, or that Sandbankman fraud, and the FTX scam, and all the money this guy had, and all the money he disenfranchised people from.
Think about how much money he's put into just Dominion alone.
Him, one person, one single man, and there's just, like I said, dozens and dozens of these people around the world.
And yeah, I don't know.
I mean, look at the mountains versus the molehills.
That's really it.
It's a misdirection ploy.
And I think eventually it's going to get, I think the people see what it is, but maybe at some point in time, the court of law is going to actually rule in the right side of justice and really not display its rampant corruption and collusion up in the highest ranks of our judicial system as well.
Yeah, this is complete and total bullshit.
And General Zod over there, the Smith or whatever, this guy is something else.
I don't know where these people come from and who's putting them out there, but, you know, him and Bragg and these people coming out of the woodwork, you know, out of their jurisdiction and going after Trump for these, you know, absurdities.
I think eventually they're going to be exposed for not only wasting the community's, the public's resources for pushing on these lawfare tactics, But at some point in time, like I said, it's going to be a pendulum or a slingshot effect where it's going to go back the other way, because people are pissed off.
They understand what's going on.
They know who's doing it to them.
And, yeah, it sure as hell ain't Donald Trump.
Even the most dim-witted Democrat can see this is a complete sham.
Meanwhile, conservatives shred Mike Pence after he issued a statement supporting Trump and that he should never be president.
Conservative critics swung back at former VP Mike Pence after issuing a blistering statement in support of the latest indictment of Trump regarding the January 6th at the Capitol.
In one of the more clear-cut examples of malicious prosecution coming out of the Department of Justice, Special Counsel Jack Smith indicted Trump on four federal charges on Tuesday.
Our country is more important than one man.
Our Constitution is more important than any one man's career added pants.
On January 6th, former President Trump demanded that I choose between him and the Constitution.
I chose the Constitution and I always will.
What's amusing is Ben's statement on the indictment goes on to convey three words about how things would be different if he won the election as your president.
That's a scenario this country is never going to encounter when the man continues to make such outlandish statements.
You'd think the focus would be on the attempt by special counsel to criminalize free speech or the continued pursuit by DOJ to jail Republican supporters.
But pants.
That's what Probama DePaul's decided to take his best shot in conservatives' notice.
Fox News supporter Mark Levin slammed Pence's comments as shameful.
No, Mike, that's not what it shows, Levin fired back.
Did you read these charges?
They've nothing to do with the Constitution.
Social media personality Cat Turd wished everyone today a very good morning, except for one person.
Good morning to everyone except used car salesman, phony Ukraine-first backstabber, fake Christian loser Mike Pence.
Absolutely right.
Ouch.
Sam Jenny, managing editor at Twitchy, who goes by the Twitter handle Polittabunny, suggested the response from Pence was worse than the Trump indictment itself.
Ah, hoo-foo.
The only thing worse than today's Trump indictment is Mike Pence's response to executive rights attorney Leo Terrell.
Advise voters to stay away from the former vice president.
No one in America should vote for Rhino Mike Pence.
And political commentator Benny Johnson celebrated the fact that Pence's campaign was already over.
So glad Tucker ended your career, Johnson wrote, a reference to a recent forum of Republican presidential candidates in which a former Fox News host tangled with Pence on his pro-Ukraine platform.
So glad Tucker ended your career.
Turning a blind eye to jailing religious leaders as well as political opponents isn't exactly a winning formula, Mac.
Mike, here's real Mac report.
Tucker Carlson.
Zelensky government has arrested priests.
That's not consistent with religious liberty.
It's an attack on it.
We are funding it.
Mike Pence.
I asked the Christian leader in Kiev if that was happening, and he assured me it was not.
Pence actually plays a central role in the Trump indictment.
Federal Counsel Smith used notes from the former VP that included detailed recollections of private calls and conversations, including one in particular taking place on Christmas Day of 2020.
The vice president called the defendant to wish him a Merry Christmas.
The defendant quickly turned conversation to January 6th and his request that the vice president reject electoral votes that day.
Phone conversations are now criminal in America.
What do the actual Here's Will Kane tweeting, free speech has been indicted.
Read this section of the indictment.
It acknowledges that Trump has the right to say, even falsely, the results were fraudulent, claiming he won the election.
That's protected by the First Amendment.
But the indictment says he can't lie about it.
Pence has insisted for some time he had no authority to object to the certification of the 2020 election results and that his role that day was primarily ceremonial.
Here we have Jim Reiger, Mike Pence.
President Trump is wrong.
I had no right to overturn the election.
The presidency belongs to the American people and the American people alone.
And frankly, there's no idea more un-American than the notion that any one person could choose the American president.
One area in which the two agree is that their media blew January 6th completely out of proportion as a means to denounce Trump supporters whom they have despised all along.
Pence, who was the target of some vile threats by a handful of protesters, decried media focus on the so-called insurrection as being obsessed with one day in January.
They want to use that one day to try and demean the character and intention of 74 million Americans who believe we could be strong again and prosperous again and supported our administration in 2016 and 2020, Lance said.
Sean Hannity tweets.
Pants.
Trump and I parted amicably.
The media is using January 6th to demean the character of 74 million Americans.
Pence previously insisted the media made the Capitol riot bigger than it was.
That forum, incidentally, also featured Pence making the claim that religious leaders were not being jailed in Ukraine on the very same day a senior Orthodox cleric had been detained in Kiev.
Now, however, when it comes to prosecution of the same people, Pence is on board.
No pardons for January 6th prisoners, only a tangential connection to the events that day, and full-throated support for Trump's indictment.
Rest in peace, Pence's campaign.
Chris, your thoughts?
I think Mike Pence was in a very position where he could have defined his political career one way or the other.
And I think that he definitely defined it in the way that it's being presented now, where he sold out to the World Economic Forum, the UN Colonization and the Globalist Forces.
I think that really he probably got a stand-down order when he was presiding over the Senate in terms of election review and the stuff they could have done with not only the 2020 election, but even with the Jan 6 stuff.
I think this man also is prone to consider selective information and conveniently ignore stuff that is not conducive to whatever line he is meant to toe.
So, yeah.
I think he's going to get what's coming to him in terms of the backlash from the public.
And I think he's going to show up on the ballot box and it probably will be the end of his career after that Tucker thing, too.
So, yeah, I think that he had an opportunity to step up on the big stage and really save the day and save the country.
And instead, he chose to conspire with the Roman Senate instead of Caesar.
That's very clear, Jack Smith.
You're going to make him the centerpiece of this case related to January 6th.
Outrageous.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you.
Send fan mail.

Here's a hot mic revealing a COVID cover-up.
An ABC News journalist was caught on camera this weekend exposing the lies the network was telling the world about COVID-19.
This is the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, not the U.S.-based ABC.
Still a telling artifact for how biased the media has become about the pandemic.
When the reporters awaited a speech from U.S.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken, they discussed a fellow reporter named Sherry Markson.
They acknowledge the media has called her crazy throughout the pandemic, but she's turning out to be right.
ABC reporter Steven Dredzek essentially admits he got COVID wrong because of internal bias.
This is embarrassing for them, sure, but it also has the clarity that explains a lot.
It shows why the media has been uncritical of COVID vaccine reaction, mask mandates, the origin of COVID, and more.
This admission should be public and not caught.
We are owed this from the media.
Final thoughts.
Chris, yours.
Well, I think that the show that we're seeing from the establishment, the official narrative has always been, in my opinion, to maintain the illusion of perception and consensus.
And I think really, it's more importantly, it's a way to really diminish the expectations of the common taxpayer.
So we're paying all these taxes for all this stuff.
Somehow or another, still $35 trillion in debt.
You know, in the people that can print money at a fraction reserve basis and lend it to us at interest at 10% market rates and whatnot are the ones that are taking our property and rendering us homeless in our own homeland.
So, yeah, I think that, you know, this political theater is lowering the expectation of the public from their government.
And I think that this is very much a part of the process.
You know, to deliver the lowest common denominator into the race to the bottom and to charge us top dollar along the way for doing so, in addition to rendering us into such insurmountable debt.
So yeah, I don't think this is an accident.
I don't think it's an oversight.
I don't think it's a hustle foul, an honest mistake.
This is very much intentional, very deliberate, and it's really what they're going to do.
It's a way to foist the entire inequity onto the victim, and the perpetrators are clearly complicit in this.
So I think this is a good thing for America, more or less, that at least we're seeing who's who and what's what here.
And from there, maybe we can act accordingly in terms of justice and delivering an actual political option that looks out for the people.
Excellent commentary, Chris, throughout.
I'm so glad you could join me today.
My pleasure.
The established powers are in havoc all over the country, in Europe, Russia defeating Ukraine is causing shivers through NATO, which has shown to be impotent and irrelevant.
The developments in Niger show that neocolonialism is on its way out in Africa, and the desperation of the tactics of the Democrats to bring indictment after indictment follows a clear pattern.
Every time there's a major breakout of news about the corruption of the Biden family, they bring another indictment.
Even the most dim-witted Democrat can see the pattern, and some don't like it because it's so grossly unfair, un-American, and undemocratic.
Let them learn the lesson.
The Democratic Party has long since betrayed America.
You have major figures there who have never even signed an oath to the Constitution, because they do not believe in the Constitution.
They're out to destroy America, and they're doing the best they can in the shortest time possible.
We cannot let it happen.
We need Trump desperately to lead us back to a life of sanity and normalcy, but it may fall upon the rest of us to assume that responsibility if he's unable to fulfill that role.
Give it thought.
Think about it, how you might be in a position to contribute to restoring sanity to America, because it's long since gone with this most corrupt administration.
Meanwhile, spend as much time with family, friends, and people you love and care about this weekend.
Remember, we still do not know how much time we have left, especially when NATO might desperately resort to nukes.
Lead to the annihilation of the Western Hemisphere.
