Welcome back, folks!
This is July the 16th, 2023, and we're having a hot show in a hot summertime, and things are critical worldwide, and hot as a blaze is here, and Jim's in the middle of a story.

We're still in NATO's declaration of its agenda for world control.
Particularly ominous in the dock are the repeated references to nuclear war, which has entered into the calculation of the imperious war planners.
We will individually and collectively deliver the full range of forces, capabilities, plans, resources, assets, and infrastructure needed for deterrence and defense, including for high-intensity multi-domain dwarf hiding against nuclear-armed peer competitors accordingly.
We will strengthen training and exercise that simulate conventional and paralyze a nuclear dimension of a crisis or conflict, facilitating greater coherence between conventional and nuclear components of NATO's deterrent and defense posture across all domains in the entire spectrum of conflict.
The document exposes a political bankruptcy of the strategy of the Putin regime, which has pursued a policy aimed at putting pressure on the imperialist powers for security guarantees.
But the U.S.
and European imperialists don't want compromise.
They want world domination.
Despite the obvious failure of the Ukrainian counteroffensive, the U.S.
and NATO will do everything they can to perpetuate the war, no matter how many Ukrainians are killed.
Russia has been drawn into a trap where much it can find no exit, or so they claim.
The longer the conflict drags on, the greater the pressure on the Putin regime to escalate or capitulate.
I think they got it backwards.
Within the framework of the capitalist-based policies of the regime, there's no palatable middle ground to be found.
But Bosnians and NATO, as they find expression here, have a thoroughly delusional and reckless character.
The grandiose plan for world contrast and domination stemmed from the crisis of global capitalism.
For more than 30 years, the U.S., supported by its European partners, has tried to make up for the decline of its economic dominance through military force, with devastating consequences for Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and other countries.
The only answer they have to the incompatibility of the social and international character of modern production on the one hand, and private property and the nation-state on the other, is the violent redirection of the world under their domination.
This is already the cause of the First and the Second World Wars.
The war plans of the Emperor's powers will enormously escalate the growth of social conflict.
The document pledges all the signatories to commit at least 2% of our gross domestic product to war.
However, in many cases, expenditure beyond 2% will be needed to remedy existing shortfalls and meet the requirements of almost all domains arising from a more contested security state.
So who will pay for it?
The Summit participants are well aware of all of this.
Throughout the documents, there are veiled references to internal conflict.
It refers to the need to boost our national and collective ability to ensure continuity of government, enable civilian support to military ops, and promote societal resilience.
The document even refers to the possibility of using Article 5 against domestic opponents of governments, non-state actors, who target our political institutions, our critical infrastructure, our society, our democrat systems, our economies, and the security of our countries, all of which is taking place at the cost of social programs, wages, and jobs of the vast majority of the population, the working class.
NATO's claim to impose its will on the whole world borders on madness.
But it's the madness of a ruling class with its back against the wall.
For all their saber-rattling and threats, the members of NATO held their summit in Vilnius under conditions of extreme crisis.
The ruling elites of the majority imperialist powers are trying desperately to hold everything together, including between themselves and within their own governments above all.
They confront growing social opposition in the working class.
The end of war comes only through the fusing of the developing struggles of the working class with opposition to imperialism.
The objective conditions for such a movement are developing rapidly.
The year has already seen mass protests and strikes in the US, France, Germany, UK, and major capitalist countries.
All the governments overseeing the escalation of war are despised.
And there's massive latent opposition to war in the international working class.
The task is to make this objective movement politically conscious, to develop within the working class an understanding of the need to fight against inequality and exploitation with a fight against imperialist war and the capitalist nation-state system.
We urge all those to agree with his perspective.
They build on the International Committee of the Fourth Internationale and its actions, the socialist equity policies.
Scott, that came from a socialist site, but I think it's got most of it right.
Your thoughts?
It's echoing a lot of the stuff that I've said, and I'm the last thing to a socialist in any way, shape, or form, but it's interesting how these different instincts, intuitions, attitudes, intellectual positions are sort of converging in a direction, and it's because of the black hole of the NATO military world-dominating agenda and powers and institutions.
They're sucking all of these divergent attitudes and opinions into a convergent, into agreement.
You know, this is a moment of eclipse, Jim.
I think this is the most fascinating story and document of our entire show, for a long time, in fact.
But this is a moment of eclipse, right?
So, we've got the eclipse of the world, and this whole, you know, NATO power, infrastructure, endless wars, trying to cover it up.
But they think they can stop and turn the world into darkness, but I think it's gonna quicken and be removed, because what this is, This is exactly precisely the moment before 9-11 when they were doing these air exercises.
They were doing military exercises as a cover for the attacks upon New York and the Pentagon and Building 7.
They were preparing.
They were putting out the military terminology.
They were doing these exercises and they used these exercises as a cloak for the 9-11 dramatic false flag attack.
They're doing the same thing here in this document.
They're laying it out, what they're going to begin practicing doing, to facilitate an actual false flag event that they can then say, well, we've prepared people to think about this and act on this way, and now we're going to do it.
Now they're going to act in this way.
It's the same thing before 9-11.
They had the Pearl Harbor film, right?
Pearl Harbor preparing people You know, for war, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
The difference is, back then, it was quite a surprise to all of the world and the American public.
They didn't suspect it.
They didn't have the internet.
They didn't have researchers.
They had a handful of people like Jim and Kevin Barrett and a lot of other people that, you know, were aware of this, but it took a long time to evidence the 9-11 fraud.
Now think about this.
If we knew within moments or hours or a day, if we knew everything we know now about 9-11 back then, just after it happened, would you have the same mobilization to war to Afghanistan and Iraq?
Absolutely not!
You would have members of Congress, hopefully, and all sorts of riotous uprisings standing up Saying, we know this is entirely fraudulent, fabricated, it's fake, we've got evidence, we've got video, we've got scientists, engineers, architects.
There's no way you're going to mobilize the American public for a war against Afghanistan that everyone with a brain knows is completely false.
We didn't have all that then, but we have it now.
So that same suspicion is now looking at a lot of these NATO European agendas against Russia, and they're seeing a cloak.
They're seeing you're letting your true agenda out of the bag.
You're preparing for domestic control, civil support for military operations.
I know what that language means.
And I'll tell you this, there's no civil support for military operations against Russia.
There's no civilian support for this.
There's maybe a handful of brainwashed idiots or deep state CIA stooges, but there is no general civil support for any kind of military operation against Russia.
There's no civil support for bringing Japan into the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
None of that exists, but when Stoltenberg and these clowns at Vilnius start to lay out all of their plans and their agenda for having things like high-density, high-mobility, energetic operations and training against counterparts, I'm thinking to myself,
You're all delusional, because no one in the American military is going to engage in high-velocity, high-energy training or operations.
We don't have it.
We don't have the military we had in the 1980s.
We don't have the military in the 1990s or 2000.
We have a bunch of circus clowns with their penises cut off, or their vaginas carved into them, or purple hair, or wokeism is their religion.
And they've been brought up in broken families, they don't have mothers and fathers and extended families which make their identity solid, so you have a bunch of papier-mâché military members.
Yes, you've got a handful of good ones, but for the most part the entire American military is morally rotted, and that means it doesn't have the momentum or the solidity to be that wrecking ball into other nations.
We don't have it!
We may have certain AI and advanced weaponry, but as a moral army, we don't have it.
So when I read these plans for all these operations, I'm looking to myself, you are like Hitler in the last days of World War II, allegedly commanding armies that didn't exist.
You're moving things on the board that don't exist.
You're playing poker with Russia, and Russia's playing with real money.
America is playing with monopoly money.
And everyone in the world is going, Russia's got real money.
America's got fake money.
America doesn't have any money.
America doesn't have anything at all.
It's so delusional, it's refusing to even look at the reality.
And I don't say that insultingly.
I say it again clinically.
I say it psychologically.
As a PSYOP officer, I'm going, All of the things that are in the mind of the American policymakers and military makers is toxic delusion, and they are mentally incapable of looking at the sun of reality, or else they will fall backwards into a schizophrenic, pea-soup-spitting, demoniac, exorcist tantrum.
That's the reality.
The American military and political apparatus is full of nothing but delusion and fear, and I'll end it by this way.
Fear is everything that they are trying to advance.
They're trying to control people with fear.
Fear is their common language.
Fear, fear, fear.
Fear the Russians.
Fear this.
Fear nuclear weapons.
Fear that.
And they're going to set off some false flag events, probably a nuclear event, I think they're going to pivot, and they're going to use this NATO Vilnius compact, as Brian said, to redirect all of their NATO forces to the capturing and controlling of their own domestic people and government.
And they're going to say, we have to get our house under control first, but then we're going to go get the Russians.
They are never going to go get the Russians because they can't, but they will be turning their own troops, and their own military, and their own money, and their own agenda, and their own political tyrants against the American people, the British people, the French people, and the German people.
And then those people are going to go, who stands with us?
Not our own government, not our own leaders, Russia is interestingly going to be saying, we stand with you.
That's why we've given you communities in St.
Petersburg, conservative Americans.
I think that's going to be branching out all over the place.

This document is important because it suggests NATO can be used against a people internal to NATO nations.
What a stunning development, Brian.
So in exchange for 2% of our gross domestic product, NATO is going to absorb our intellectual property related to our military, our sons and daughters, our military surplus, and they're going to put all these nations together to form a new breed of a socialistic new world order.
Wait a second, wasn't NATO formed As a result of World War II, where the two big winners, Russia and America, had a philosophical disagreement.
It was supposed to be capitalism in the West and socialism or Marxism in the East.
Now the roles have switched, and this NATO situation goes to show power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
These people are hungry.
These people think that now is the time to strike why they have the power and they have the control and we're paying them 2% of our gross domestic product in order to steal our sovereignty and our ability to protect and defend ourselves.
Our military is weakened every day.
We got a lipstick budget in the military and these guys.
...are using every resources that they possibly have, so now we've basically given up our own military and ceded power to the United Nations.
Shame on you, Congress.
Shame on you, Presidents.

Meanwhile, we have no end to corruption right here in the USA.
Secret service covers for Biden family, cocaine scandal, case closed, no suspects.
They can't find even a single suspect.
Apparently, Secret Service was unable to identify smuggled drugs into the White House, even though it had two FBI crime-like techniques to lift a fingerprint.
Sources tell me no new information from forensic testing or video review, even though the White House, every inch of it is covered by cameras.
Somehow we're expected to believe among the most heavily surveyed buildings in the world had a camera blind spot exactly where the drugs were found.
How convenient!
The cubbies where the small bag was found is a blind spot for surveillance cameras.
While there's surveillance around where the bag was found, cameras are not trained directly on the West Wing cubbies near the low-level entrance where it was discovered.
CNN reported Secret Service officials through visitor logs and surveillance footage were permitted into the West Wing, but no suspect was identified.
Internally, at the Secret Service, a leading theory remains a visitor who transited the West Executive Entrance was likely responsible, but there's no physical evidence to compare to the list of names.
Well, the most likely case is the visitor was Hunter Biden, and the White House is forcing the Secret Service to bury the truth.
That's exactly what we expect from this authoritarian Biden regime.
Former FBI agent and acting commissioner at Customs and Border, Mark Morgan, said recently, this case should have been solved in about 30 minutes.
I was there countless times.
I put my cell in that exact box they're talking about.
I know it well.
Often there's a Marine standing there.
This literally should have taken about 30 minutes or so.
At the same time, reports emerged revealing more drugs have been found and covered up.
Republicans were briefed on the case behind closed doors.

FDA is not pulling the EUA products from the market or stopping the vaccination campaign because Health and Human Services Secretary Bear Sennett and FDA Commissioner Callum are running the U.S.
government's bioterrorism program jointly with Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, Department of Justice Attorney General Merrick Garland, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, Moderna CEO Stephanie Menzel, and World Health Organization Director General Tedros Erdogan.
Main premise?
Use of UEA-covered medical countermeasure products, including masks, PCR tests, mRNA and DNA injections, and other drugs, devices, and biologics, once designated as such by the Secretary of Health and Human Services, Thou shalt not be considered to constitute a clinical investigation.

There are only contracts for large-scale vaccine manufacturing demonstrations.
There's no active administration of any experimental product.
There are no nurses or pharmacists administering experimental products.
There are no human subjects of experiments or patients or physicians providing treatment, receiving experimental products.
Thus, there are no victims.
There's no party responsible for the well-being of recipients after administration of EUA products.
There's no treatment group and no control.
Human beings administering EUA products have no informed consent obligation to provide information about ingredients, risks, benefits, alternatives, or the option to accept or refuse them.
Human beings receiving EUA products have no informed consent right to receive information about ingredients, risks, benefits, alternatives, or the option to refuse them.
No institutional review board supervising administration of the experimental products.
No safety standards for EUA products.
No efficacy standard for EUA products.
No clinical investigation to study the effects of EUA products.
No doctors, nurses, or other treatment providers providing experimental treatment to their patients subject to the Hippocratic oath of first do no harm using EUA products.
There's no coordinated public federal government monitoring the recipients after receiving the products for adverse effect or death.
No coordinated public federal government data collection or analysis.
No legal requirement for medical supervision during product administration.
No legal requirement for recipient monitoring after product administration.
Real-world evidence.
Mass administration of products at general public, followed by collection of private proprietary information about the effects from health insurance system, government databases, Medicare, Medicaid, Defense Medical Epidemiology Database, Veterans Health Administration, and other private databases is authorized for the purpose of FDA regulatory decisions.
There is no requirement for individual prescriptions to be written prior to dispensing EUA products, and products dispensed without prescription shall not be deemed adulterated or misbranded.
Manufacturers and contractors considered HHS employees for purposes of legal immunity under Federal Tort Claims Act.
DOD has authorized a contract with a pharmaceutical corporation to conduct prototype experiments on the general public and under such contract is exempt from legal obligation to comply with good clinical practices or other FDA regulations.
Among the factors to be considered by HHS Secretary in making determination about EUA products is to protect them from whether there is a lack of significant commercial value for their product at the time of procurement, other than a security countermeasure.
There are no required standards for quality control in manufacturing, no inspection of manufacturing procedures, no prohibition on wide variability among lots, no prohibition on adulteration, No required compliance with good manufacturing practices.
EUA products, even through unregulated and non-standardized, shall not be deemed adulterated or misbranded.
There are no labeling requirements regarding the contents or ingredients in EUA products.
No limitation of administration of EUA product past their expiration date.
There cannot be clinical trial fraud, because there are no clinical investigation, no investigational drugs, no investigators, and no human subjects.
There are no marketing standards.
There cannot be consumer fraud, because the only legal parties to the financial transactions are the U.S.
government, DOD as buyer, the U.S.
government, HHS as regulator, authorizing exemptions from consumer protection laws that are otherwise applied to medical products, and the pharmaceutical corporation as sellers, contracted to develop and manufacture the products.
There are no commercial pharmaceutical products, no commercial marketplace, no commercial market consumers.
There is no access to courts for judicial review of the facts or law relating to HHS's Secretary's declaration of EUA products, which are committed to agency discretion.
There is no access to civil courts for judicial review.
No entity to whom civil liability can attach for injuries and death caused by declared covered countermeasures unless and until FDA, HHS and or Attorney General DOJ file enforcement action against manufacturers and prove willful misconduct, proximate injury or death.
But HHS and DOJ have operated the UA product program together.
with a manufacturer since inception and will not prosecute their co-conspirators.
Even were there access to courts for judicial review and a fact finder found evidence of harms caused by administration of products to recipients and even evidence that those that cause the harms by developing manufacturing distributor data or administering the EUA products Knew the EUA products were toxic, and knew their own actions were harmful.
Just following orders is an authorized legal defense.
Summary?
There are no actions that can be legally classified as crimes or civil torts.
There are no medical battery or homicide victims or plaintiffs.
There are no medical batteries or murderers, because legally, nothing has been done, and no one has done anything to anyone else.

Backed by a huge history of legislation in support that I could not enumerate here.

Well, it's best to simplify it as quickly and as effectively as possible.
So, simplified, the Supreme Court has already ruled in previous cases that you cannot forcibly insert a needle into someone's arm to draw blood or take breath out of their lungs to test in a DUI capacity.
They have ruled the body is absolutely sovereign and you can't force that upon them.

The only effect I had was that they were going to let me die in the hospital because I had had a heart attack in June following COVID.
And they weren't gonna let me get in the cath lab until I passed the COVID test, but I had already been 19 hours without oxygen to one third of my heart.

When the doctor comes in and he says, you think you'll last until 7 a.m.
or 8 a.m.

He said, well, I don't think you will, but they won't let you in.

The news was brought by Adam Harris, Representative Andy Harris, when he told CNN's Haley Talbot the group had voted to eject the congresswoman last month.
He mentioned some things Greene had done to prompt it, though he didn't say how he voted.
He noted her support of McCarthy and criticism of other conservative members.
She was vocal about getting McCarthy into the House, despite the Bloc's fierce opposition.
The Bloc, composed of Andy Biggs, Lauren Boebert, Paul Gusar, and other notable conservatives, persistently voted against McCarthy.
The vote against Greene followed a drama within the Bloc.
She repeatedly called Boebert a little bitch on the House floor.
The news of the name-calling crime came after during a censure resolution of Adam Schiff.
Greene allegedly accused Boebert of copying her calls to impeach Biden after she asked Boebert to go sponsor a proposal.
But Boebert clarified Greene is not her enemy, telling the Daily Beast she's concerned about protecting the children and their posterity.
Conservatives also railed against Green for supporting McCarthy's deal with Biden to raise the debt.
The deal included suspending the ceiling until 2025 to avoid financial ruin.
But the negotiation has not tackled the increasing deficit.
They rejected her for her support of McCarthy.
The news was brought, oh, Voting against Greene followed a drama.

Greene defended her decision to support the deal, saying she could have just complained about it, tweeted, done interviews, and then sent fundraising emails.

So, to me, that's outrageous because you have Adam Schiff engaging in one of the greatest deceptions, committing, I'd say, treason against the American public by producing this lie and reinforcing this lie of the Russiagate hoax, and yet these Freedom Caucus types like Thomas Massey, He doesn't want to censure Adam Schiff for this terrible crime.

ELM Foundation board member Zaheen Parker declared, the safest places around the world don't have more police, more jails, more prisons, or harsher sentences.
They have better access to economic opportunity and quality education, stable housing and healthcare, she claimed.
AP points out BLM was founded in 2013 as a reaction to the defendant's acquittal in the fatal shooting that claimed the life of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

should back the war in Ukraine.
In an extensive back-and-forth with Tucker, Pence ardently defended his stance the U.S.
has an interest in supplying resources to Ukraine.
He noted his two trips to the country, having met with President Zelensky and religious leaders, and got pushback from Carlson and members of the crowd alike.
I believe that it's in the interest of the United States to continue to give Ukrainian military resources they need to repel the Russian invasion to restore their sovereignty, Pence said, prompting boos from the crowd.

An early offhand comment from Tucker about one of Iowa's key industries drew laughs from the crowd and a quick transition back to the main topic.

Well, I think the most telling part of the interview Tucker did with Mike Pence was when he said, well, look at America.
Look at the borders.
You've got people flooding up through the borders.
You've got all sorts of problems in the United States.
You've got fentanyl.
Fentanyl killing Americans.
Mexico allowing fentanyl.
Russia's not killing Americans.
Russia's not bringing fentanyl into America.
Mexico is.
And he went on and on and on.
And Mike Pence just kind of woodenly, you know, looked around like a bonobo monkey, you know, shaking his head.
And he said, you know, well, Tucker, that's not none of my concern.
That's not my concern.
And Tucker explicitly said, well, all of the domestic problems in America and all of the chaos and stuff, and Pence again said, that's not my concern.
My concern running for president is because America is in dire straits and Joe Biden put us that way.
And it was, it was the most bizarre thing because you could, you could tell Tucker was raising these issues precisely because this was what Joe Biden had done.
But yet, Mike Pence is completely clueless.
He's a puppet, and as many have pointed out too, there's child molestations, pedophile dimensions to him.
His chief of staff was one of the information conduits for the Comey entrapment of Flynn.
I mean, Mike Pence is just a filthy demoniac all around, and I'd say Asa Hutchinson and the rest of these fools.
