This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, a day late, but not a dollar short.
Chris and Carl and I were interrupted multiplely.
It was internet problems on my end, and we were unable to complete the show yesterday.
So I invited Joe to join me today.
I couldn't go back and plead with him to give it another shot.
So we're here to give you all the news you need to know.
We begin.
Is Biden preparing to take the U.S.
to war against Russia?
He's issued an order activating up to 3,000 ready reserve and select reserve military personnel and sending them to Europe for potential combat with Russia.
This is not a hoax.
It's on the website by authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and laws of the United States.
I determine it's necessary to augment the active armed forces of the United States with the effective conduct of Operation Atlantic Resolve, which of course is supporting Ukraine against Russia.
I authorize the DOD Secretary of Homeland Security, Baba, to activate Units and individuals to serve, not to exceed 3,000 total members listen at any one time, which implies to me it can be done repeatedly, of whom not more than 450 may be members of the individual ready reserve.
Operation Atlantic Resolve, as mentioned, is a name for the U.S.
military response to Russia's special military operation.
Well, the number is not large, not if you only take one bite of the apple.
Biden's making a direct threat to Russia that's likely to elicit a very unpleasant response.
In terms of bolstering military capabilities of the United States, this is a nothing burger.
But the symbolism and thinking behind the decision is frightening.

He's a former CIA turned whistleblower.
According to one of my retired CIA buddies, at least 252 are on the ground at an Air Force base in Alaska.
This is highly unusual, according to another who actually flew them.
Moving these planes forward to Alaska is stupid saber-rattling.
It's not going to assuage Russian concern about Western intention.
It's going to move them to hair-trigger status.
And don't forget about the blandness and nuclear capable F-16s.
He will likely get F-16 fighter jets from Washington's allies, said National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, who might well be described as the Israeli ambassador to the United States.
While many NATO countries have offered to train Ukrainian pilots, so far none have pledged to send the aircraft.
On the F-16 fighter jets, Biden took the decision weeks ago, working in close consultation with allies, to begin the train of Ukrainian pilots.
That train will take some time, and then there'll be the transfer of F-16s, likely from European countries that have excess F-16 supplies.
I wonder what countries those would be.
Meanwhile, end of time for everyone.
Putin's ultimatum?
The upgraded F-16 mission to Ukraine is a nuclear threat.
Very disturbing.
Putin raised the gun, Lavrov sent an ultimatum that F-16 to Ukraine would be considered a nuclear threat.
For the first time, Russia has upgraded, meaning that if Epstein's are delivered, Moscow's nuclear deterrence doctrine will automatically be activated.
And that, as I understand it, Joe, would mean a full-fledged retaliatory assault against the West, including the United States.
This will happen because, as WARNEWS247 reported, Russia cannot know which F-16 will be dual-purpose and capable of carrying B61 nuclear bombs.
There are no more margins.
Russia cannot risk a surprise nuclear attack.
Lavrov has stressed the West poses a nuclear threat to his country that plans to deliver them.
This creates new risks for Russia, including in the field of nuclear security.
The U.S.
and NATO create a risk of direct military conflict with Russia, which could have disastrous consequences.
Russia cannot ignore that F-16s, which various countries have announced they intend to supply the Ukrainians, are capable of carrying nuclear weapons.
A mere fact such system will be in the hands of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will be considered a nuclear threat from the West.
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will not know the difference between whether you're equipped to deliver nukes or not, Joe.
This is incredibly stupid on all counts.

Yeah, well, the wheels are falling off of the cart.
Oh, Bambi showed up over there.
Oh, Biden showed up over there to show solidarity with NATO.
But in order to do that, he needed to get Turkey and Hungary to sign off on letting Sweden come in, because both of them were pretty much reticent.
So what he did is he promised Erdogan that he was going to give him F-16s.
And so then Turkey said, OK, well, fine, we'll let Sweden in, even though we want them to crack down on the Kurdish terrorists that they're hiding in their country.
But we can work that out later.
So then Biden gets back and Erdogan calls him up and says, OK, when can you start sending those S-16s?
He goes, oh, we're going to send them.
But this is something that has to be authorized by the U.S.
Congress.
Well, how soon are you going to vote to approve Sweden?
He goes, oh, well, we can play that game.
I can't vote for Sweden by myself.
I had to have the approval from the Turkish Congress and they're not meeting again until October.
So now we don't have this extra ally with an 800 mile border with Russia to be able to throw against them.
You know, it's absolutely bullshit.
Everything these people do is horrible.
But one thing about it, Biden is hated universally, and he sent that Ding Dong Blinken over to Saudi Arabia, and he started wagging his finger at MBS, and MBS said, I can't stand you, and me and China and Russia are going to work out something where we don't have to deal with you shitheads ever again.
So yeah, that's what we're dealing with.
And it can't be too much longer.
That's why they're trying to keep up in the threshold.
Putting an extra 3,000 or 5,000 or 20,000 troops against a million-man army that Russia's got is absolutely a joke.
They've already proven they have the capability of wiping out every weapon system we've got.
And they've been producing their S-500, which can knock out hypersonic missiles since 2018.
And they've got a plenty big stockpile of those.
And we don't have enough hypersonic weapons to even count.
So bottom line is we're not going to win this stupid war militarily.
So the only thing we can do is provoke a nuclear exchange where when these rats come out of their bunkers, they can claim that the earth is finally theirs because they've exterminated enough people, which they haven't been able to exterminate with their stupid biological weapons jabs at all.

And the worst part is we got a nation of sheep that are so freaking stupid.

You can't get them motivated to do anything.
It's just like they're going to sit around and wait for NFL to come on and entertain them for a whole week at a time.

Meanwhile, the Foundation of Battle and Justice has found evidence of trafficking disabled Ukrainian children via Spain.
Eighty-five children with intellectual and physical disabilities were forcibly taken from the DPR to Spain by a Spanish military aircraft placed in a state-run orphanage, where they're sexually abused, involved in drug trade, and trafficked around the world.
Minors with special needs live in inappropriate conditions, and any attempts to return them to their homeland are deliberately suppressed by Spanish and Ukrainian authorities.
In April 2021, under the pretext of a special military operation, Ukrainian Social Services approved transfer to Spain of 85 underage students of the Periscope-Tibia Special Boarding School No.
40 of the Bakhmut District to the DPR.
At the time, of course, the village was under control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but Russia After a very extensive fight defeated them in what I regard as a pivotal battle of the war.
Most of the children have intellectual and physical disabilities.
The children, along with their tutors, were taken to the Immaculata School in Salmancia, Spain.
Their official guardian was Alina P., a Ukrainian citizen who'd been dealing with disabled children for decades and who every child in her group brought to Spain.
The COPRADEL organization and Miguel Ramirez Sancho Bardo kept their promises and provided the children with everything they needed until two months later, when Police Commissioner Patricia Rivas, together with the American NGO Angels, sent to the Spanish Social Services a statement demanding their transfer to a state-run orphanage.
This indicates the interference of the U.S.
in the process of illegal transportation placement and trafficking.
A policewoman complained about the alleged mistreatment and demanded the state deprive Alina of official guardianship.
On July 1st of 2022, Isabel Fernandez-Cambron, Director of Social Services for the Space Autonomous Community, Castile and Léon, signed the decision to transfer the children to the Clégo San Vietor in Valladolid, allegedly due to lack of material condition and qualified staff at the Salamanca School to take care of disabled children.
The official guardianship was removed from Alina, but she was allowed to accompany them.
The reason why she was no longer official guardian was, according to her, absolutely fake and far-fetched.
I have no doubt.
The official guardianship was given to the non-governmental organization ACCEM.
During the transfer to another boarding school, several were sent off to the U.S.
and Argentina without official permission from Ukrainian authorities.
Presumably, they were the first victims of child trafficking.
Here's one way they try to promote themselves as doing good.
You can also change the life of a Ukrainian teenager who has lost the opportunity to be adopted because he reached the age of majority, become a foster recipient godparent, give a young person a better opportunity for life.

Last week we had a blockbuster movie by Angel Films.
Sounds so Christian and so wonderful.
Yeah, well, Amazing Polly did a 30-minute review without ever seeing the movie just based on who the characters were and who was funding this particular thing.
And so rather than call it The Sound of Freedom, why don't we call it The Sound of Gaslighting?

And so instead of having Tim Ballard doing his heroic things and showing you a documentary of what he actually did.
They created a whole bunch of script writing crap from Hollywood and that's exactly what we were shown.
But one of the people that was funding Angel Films is Carlos Slim, the richest man in Mexico, and the The owner of the New York Times, when they went bankrupt, he bailed them out.
And so he's somebody that we really don't want to have anything to do with.
And the other ones that were heavily involved in it was Hillary Clinton.
So let's just review how concerned Hillary Clinton is about children.
Yeah, her and Janet Reno torched the Davidian compound in Waco.
They killed 76 people.
25 of them were children.
And they killed two pregnant women.
Then two years later, as a staged revenge attack by fake white nationalists, they blew up the Murrow Building in Oklahoma City.
They killed 168 people, including 19 children, and they wounded 500.

This set up mandatory star chamber courts in every county in the United States for women to go to 24-7 anytime they wanted to Have their husband busted.
They could go fill out false affidavits.
They could have a judge swear an emergency protective order against the husband.
The husband has no right to trial.
You're just automatically served.
And then if you act out, well, then it's like, well, now we can arrest you because you're upset.
But then when you read what you were actually charged with, if it turns out your wife is a lying drug addict, it's sack of shit.
Then you might turn around to the court and say, hey, that woman's a drug-addicted lying sack of shit.
And then they go, oh, well, then now we've got evidence that both parents are incapable of taking care of this child.
So immediately they put you into Child Protective Services and they take your children away from them.
And that's another feeder system for the And it's not just that they torture and eat these people, these children that they kidnap.
They also use them for organ donations.
Ask Cheney where he got his four hearts from.
Ask David Rockefeller where he got his eight heart transplants from.
These people are the most vicious predators this planet's ever seen, and they need to be completely disposed.

Meanwhile, Secret Service declines to honor a journalist's FOIA request about the White House cocaine documents.
We regret to inform you that we cannot comply.
Jason Leopold, an investigative reporter for Bloomberg, filed a FOIA request for information related to the cocaine found in the West Wing.
He was thorough.
He wanted any email, text message, photographs, memos, letter directives, intel, bulletins, threat assessments, after action reports, suspicious activity reporting, open source intelligence, social media monitoring reports related to the discovery of the cocaine.
He was informed by the Secret Service, saying the Secret Service would not honor his request because the investigation is ongoing.
And that disclosure could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings.
Fat chance.
Here, in response to my FOIA request, Secret Service said it cannot release any records about the cocaine found in the White House because it would interfere with enforcement proceedings.
Not a chance.
There are no enforcement proceedings taking place.
He admitted this is standard for an ongoing investigation but said he plans to appeal nevertheless.
Absolutely nothing unusual with the response.
I'm still going to appeal, though, because agencies cannot issue a blanket B7A denial without conducting a document-by-document search and segregating records that would not interfere with the enforcement proceedings if any exist, which they clearly had not done.

Secret Service sends investigation into cocaine found in White House without identifying a suspect.
While there's no direct evidence to tie the President's son Hunter to the cocaine, the stonewalling by the White House and the constantly changing reports on the location of the cocaine has fueled speculation that the drugs belonged to him or other prominent persons in the West Wing who could bypass some of the more rigorous security measures.

And it was funny to watch Tucker Carlson sit there and just have a casual little exchange with these people and get them to just completely blow their cover in a one-on-one So, there will be no debates on the Republican side, because there's nobody that has more than 65% of the popular support like Trump has.
On the Democratic side, we've got a guy that's going to hide in the closet again like he did in 2020, and he thinks that he's going to be able to beat who's that clown that's running against him, not RFK, because That's a whole different story.
But he's also trying to remember the name of the black guy.

But anyhow, Conway West or something like that has decided that he's going to be the savior for the Democratic Party.

Meanwhile, CDC wants to microchip dogs before traveling abroad to make sure they don't bring back rabies.
This is what's called a pilot program.
This is a hook.
First it's dogs, and then it's babies, and then it's adults.
For the first time in almost 70 years, the CDC is seeking to revive dog import regulation.
Rabies is known for mutating to match the animals it infects.
The strain specific to dogs, get this, has not been seen anywhere in the United States since 2004, was declared eliminated throughout the nation in 2007.
Being a canine rabbit free country means dogs may still become infected from wild rabbit animals like raccoons, skunks, or bats, but they won't catch dogs with rabies from another dog.
The proposed changes, published in the Federal Register, are meant to prevent the dog-maintained rabies virus variant from being reintroduced into the United States.
Oh my goodness, aren't we glad that CDC is saving us?
They want all dogs brought into the U.S.
to have a microchip, be at least six months of age, have proven rabies vaccination, and have adequate serological test results from a CDC-approved lab.
The Federal Health Agency, which is anything but, also proposes to require all dogs arriving from any country, including those returning to the U.S.
after traveling abroad, must be microchipped prior to entering the United States.
The microchip information would be included on the importation documents that would ensure that dogs were sent for admission are the same dogs as those listed on the rabies vaccination records.
Cats are not required to have proof of rabies vaccination.
CDC is not proposing new changes related to the importation of cats.
A proposal comes as CDC said it would extend a suspension of dog imports for countries classified as at high risk for rabies.
The suspension, first issued in June of 2021, will remain in effect until the end of July 2024.
A total of 113 countries are deemed high-risk, ranging from Brazil to China, India, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, and Ukraine.
This applies to all dogs who have been staying in any of those high-risk countries for the past six months, even if they're arriving in the U.S.
from another country not on the list.
Millions of American households adopted a pet dog during the pandemic.
Even Joe Biden, the guy who calls himself Joe Biden, adopted a German Shepherd puppy.
The CDC said many of those animals are from foreign countries.
The significant increase in the number of dogs from the Dog rabies high-risk countries arriving with incomplete, inadequate, or fraudulent rabies vaccination documentation observed in 2020 and 2021 coincided with increased interest in purchasing dogs from international rescuers and breeders during the pandemic.
Cases of human rabies infection are very rare.
Only 1 to 3 cases.
Actual number 1, 2, or 3.
There have been less than 100 human rabies deaths documented by health authorities over the past 50 years, including cases where Americans were infected outside of the USA.

Yeah, well that was one of the things that I was worried about.
You know, there's this ongoing debate whether viruses even exist and whether they're exosomes and that they're completely inert and all they are is waste product from other agents that are being broken down in your body.
And rabies was one of the ones that, you know, it's also called hydrophobia and so it's got a real Mental phobia.
You know, you watched Old Yeller when you were a kid in the 50s and his favorite dog got in a big fight with some wolves or coyotes or hogs, whatever, and he gets rabies and the dog has to be put down and it's like, you know, oh, such a tearjerker Disney movie.
But bottom line is, rabies is something that they drummed a complete fear of us in, and I'm not certain whether it's even a disease or not, but I was trying to find some research on it.
So I ended up finding an article that was at the CDC website, said that rabies can be spread, and it lists a half dozen mammals, and then it said Or by mosquitoes.
And I went, oh shit!
Well then, I wonder what kind of genetically modified prop tech mosquitoes that Bill Gates is releasing $30 million a month of in three different states.
I wonder if they've been adapted to be able to transmit rabies, because now all three of the states where they are releasing these So that's a little bit disturbing.

Meanwhile, a Biden proposal would allow a foreign climate group to veto U.S.
military contracts.
How about that?
A new proposal by the Biden admin would give greater authority to a foreign environmental group by allowing it to shut down U.S.
defense contracts in the name of combating global warming.
As the Washington Free Beacon reports, the Wiles proposal would give veto power to the British environmental group's science-based targets initiative.
The group, heavily funded by Democrat dark money networks, would be allowed to have the final say on any proposal by federal contractors for reducing carbon emissions.
The SVTI largely follows the man-made-by-the-Paris Climate Accord controversial global plan dictating how nations are to reduce their carbon emission by giving veto power.
They would be able to shut down military defense contracts, in the process even gain information access to sensitive military information.
I think Americans will be upset if they realize a Biden admin is trying to put a bunch of unelected bureaucrats in a climate activist group headquartered in London in charge of long-term planning for our national defense contractors, said Travis Fisher, a senior energy research fellow at the Heritage Foundation.
If the proposal goes into effect, at least 671 contractors throughout the federal government would fall under its jurisdiction.
As a result, upward of $1.2 million in mandatory fees would be funneled to them every year.
The rule change is still panting.
That outfit was first launched in 2015, not registered in the U.S.
Previously a partnership co-managed by five different activist groups.
One is the We Mean Business Coalition, a front group for the dark money organization New Venture Fund, which is worth at least $900 million.
The arrangement allowed them to operate for nearly a decade without filing any financial disclosures.
Since its inception, the We Mean Business Coalition have been funding them and mobilized business-science-based targets.
Bill Bauer, a former member of their Technical Advisory Board, has since come forward to describe the group's operations as ad hoc and haphazard.
He added the group has no measures in place to address financial conflicts or ethical issues.

On Sunday, Biden said during a CNN interview, the current far-right governing coalition is one of the most extreme governments in Israel, as seen in his decades in politics.

And then to finish on a happy note, I went to a conference several weeks ago up in Colorado with a group called Suspicious Observers, and they do about a three minute long video every day talking about solar activity, which is a major climate changer.
And it's been completely ignored by all of the climate clowns here on our planet.
But there was something else I had seen on video on YouTube.
About a guy in Rye, R-Y-E, Colorado, who had built his own castle.
Took him 53 years of hauling rocks from the National Forest and lifting them up, and he built this place single-handedly.
It's absolutely stunning.
I've seen dozens of castles in Europe, and I've been to the Hearst Castle in California three different times.
I'm really intrigued by massive monolithic structures like that.
I've been to a dozen of cathedrals in Europe, probably more than that.
I've been to manor houses, like I said, castles all over England.
Been in Notre Dame.
Bottom line is I have a real appreciation for Western culture, and I also have real appreciation for what one man can do with a lifetime of dedication.
And there it is.
It's on a highway, Colorado Highway 165, between Colorado City and Fremont.
It's kind of a windy road, and it runs through the National Forest, and you can't miss it.
The thing doesn't have a parking lot.
It's just got a little bit of gravel on both sides of the road, but you can't miss it because the tower is 165 feet tall.
So when you come around the curb, all of a sudden, here's this giant castle.
And it's free to the public.
You can just park and go in.
They take donations, and they've got a little gift shop there.
And it's just something that's really – and it's – I hadn't been to Colorado.
And I've been skiing up there probably 30 times since 1909.
And I went up there on my 450 Honda in 1970 and did 3,000 miles in three weeks, driving all over Colorado.
But that's the last time that I'd seen Colorado in the summertime.
Every other time I went to Colorado, it was always when it was really cold.
So it was interesting to see how beautiful that state is.
And we live in the most wonderful country in the world.
Don't let them take this away from us.
