Time Text
This is News Incorporated on July the 9th.
I'm Don LaGuardia, producer with JD.Consultants at ProtonMail.com.
And, well, we've had quite a discussion, and we've been hacked and everything else today.
So, this is exciting times we're living in, folks.
Things could be changing instantly.
So, what's the next story, Jim?
We just saw him.
Thanks, Don.
We're glad to have you back, my friend.
Turns out, a federal judge has ordered the White House to stop censoring America's social media posts.
This is long overdue.
In its 155-page ruling, Judge Terry Doherty said there's substantial evidence the government violated the First Amendment by engaging in large-scale censorship, targeting content that questioned or countered the establishment narratives on COVID-19.
Authority said, if the allegations made by plaintiffs are true, the present case arguably involves the most massive attack against free speech in the United States history, in their attempts to suppress alleged disinformation, the federal government, particularly the defendants named herein, ...are alleged to have blatantly ignored the First Amendment right to free speech.
During the COVID pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian Ministry of Truth.
Doherty granted the injunction as part of a lawsuit filed in May of 2022 by the Attorneys General of Missouri and Louisiana, along with medical experts and journalists who claimed social media platforms censored their views, which ran counter to the official government narrative.
The lawsuit led Biden admin and federal agency collaborated and significantly encouraged Big Tech to suppress such speech by pressuring them to engage in a censorship by proxy scheme.
In other words, acting as agents of the government.
Children's Health Defense Chair Robert F. Kennedy Jr., our plaintiff, in a similar case, a class action suit piled in March.
On Tuesday's ruling, Judge Geordi Roberts Kennedy mentioned a Biden admin effort to remove tweets and other social media content he had posted during the pandemic, and his inclusion in the so-called disinformation dozen by the Center for Countering Digital Hate and the Virality Project.
Commenting on the ruling, Kennedy said, This is one of the most important First Amendment cases in our nation's history.
Missouri v. Biden concerns every American, regardless of party affiliation, political ideology, personal beliefs, or religion.
Freedom of speech has been the central foundation stone of our democracy since our nation's birth.
An American president has no right to wield White House power to silence his critics.
These actions were anathema to our core American values and a disappointment to all those around the globe.
You see, America is a world's exemplary democracy.
Attorney General Louisiana Jeff Landry called the ruling historic, said it prevents a Biden admin from censoring the core political speech of ordinary Americans on social media.
The ruling does not prohibit a Biden admin or federal agency from communicating with social media Regarding criminal activities and potential cyber crimes, national security threats, voter suppression efforts, threats to public safety, or other content not protected by free speech.
Agency name include Department of Health and Human Services, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, CDC, DOJ, Homeland Security, Department of State, and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
Admin officials named include Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, HHS Director Xavier Benci, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, and all employees of the DOJ and the FBI.
We've already specifically listed Facebook, Meta, Twitter, YouTube, Google, WhatsApp, Instagram, WeChat, and TikTok in this ruling, which includes a carve-out allowing the government to communicate with those platforms in relation to posts containing criminal activity or national security threats.
In a post following the ruling, Senator Eric Schmidt of Missouri, who was Missouri's Attorney General when the lawsuit was filed, today's court win is a huge win for the First Amendment and a blow to censorship.
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, the court has granted our motion to block top officials in the federal government from violating the First Amendment rights of millions of Americans.
In remarks shared with the Defender, several legal, public, and media experts applaud the ruling.
Aaron Darity, a psychiatrist and director of the Bioethics and American Democracy Program and Ethics and Public Policy Center, told the Defender, The United States Constitution is something of a miracle, but unless we defend it, it's just a piece of paper.
Contrary to some of the media framing, this is not a partisan issue.
The judge granted our injunction because what the government has been doing clearly violates the highest law of the land, namely the United States Constitution.
Kim Mack Rosenberg, Acting General Counsel for CHD, described the ruling as an important step to restore the fundamental right of every American So now I speak freely but to listen to and analyze a variety of viewpoints.
W. Scott McCulloch, an Austin-based internet and telecommunication lawyer, said it was a shining light Recognizing freedom.
That the government can't do what it was doing with these social media companies, which effectively became government agents.
Mark Griswold Miller added, the decision good news.
Under the First Amendment, the government may not collude with corporations, including social media companies, to limit the free speech of citizens.
To put it more bluntly, such collusion is quite literally fascistic.
Dr. Meryl Nass of the CHD's Scientific Advisory Committee said, although the case is not yet complete, its ramifications are tremendously important.
Technology expert Michael Recktenwald, author of Google Archipelago, The Digital Gulag and the Simulation of Freedom, and a former New York University liberal studies professor, told The Defender, These social media firms have never been strictly private free market enterprises.
No one can credibly say, but they are private companies.
They can censor whoever and whatever they want when they've been operating like ventriloquist dummies by the Biden regime.
As I pointed out four years ago in Google Archipelago, these big digital Goliaths are state apparatuses and have been since their inception.
They are funded by the state, staffed by former state agents, and do the state bidding.
The collusion between government and these corporations amounts to fascism.
In the gateway, Brennan Jim Hoff, founder and editor-in-chief of The Ruling and Independence Day Victory, said the federal government has, until now, been focused on obfuscating and stonewalling evidence on the one hand, and engaging in numerous tactics to extricate itself from the lawsuit.
Now that the government has lost its main effort to crush us, a real war begins.
Having lost this crucial battle, the government will be compelled to engage in full general discovery of process in which he said the plaintiffs will conduct a wide-ranging investigation into the government's fascist conspiracy with big government.
There's more here, but we certainly get the idea.
This is a magnificent decision, profoundly important, and it's going to resonate throughout the land.
I would simply add I believe that Amazon.com has also functioned as an agent of the state in banning six of my books about Sandy Hook, the Boston bombing, Orlando and Dallas, Charlottesville, Parkland, and even the moon landing.
Scott, your thoughts?
It is a wonderful ruling, Jim, and it's like a tsunami when the sea rolls back from the shore, revealing fish and seashells as the sea retreats.
You know the great wave is coming immediately following, so this court ruling is the sea retreating and what will be following in the great titanic crashing wave are the lawsuits that we and many others need to immediately file for deprivation of rights under color of law, conspiracy to deprive of our rights under color of law, civil rights violations, 42 U.S.
Code 1983, 84, and 85, and 18 U.S.
Code 241 and 242, among others.
Racketeering, conspiracy, this is a lawsuit, this is a court ruling that gives everyone standing to sue Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Rumble, not Rumble necessarily, Instagram, whatever these social media companies are,
And Amazon and others that have shut down your speech because they don't like your conservative or traditional or Republican or pro-Trump or whatever your ideological, philosophical, religious principles are.
I've recently had PayPal shut down our page because they didn't like Global Freedom TV.
And subsequently we're embroiled in all sorts of legal action against PayPal that's put our Destroy Cancer help for people on sort of a delay, but I want to encourage people to go to destroy-cancer.com.
Rest assured, PayPal has been extinguished and we're continuing on another platform.
But this is the sign of things to come, or using this lawsuit As the skeleton key to get into the courtroom and say, I've got a case, they shut down my books, they shut down my website, they shut down my podcast, whatever your argument and you've got numerous ones of them, Jim.
Now we go in and sue them for monetary damages, and we sue them for violating our rights, conspiring with agents and federal government, FBI, wherever it may be, but conspiring to shut down the speech of conservatives, which the court has ruled is wrong.
And once the court rules it's wrong, it's illegal, it's unconstitutional, it's a violation of rights.
Now you go after them for damages, what they did to you.
And that's neat.
That needs to be done quickly and with ruthlessness.
And I project in the next year or two, if there is a deluge of lawsuits, you can see a lot of these social media companies either going bankrupt or changing hands or changing names or doing a whole assortment of other, you know, shuffling of you can see a lot of these social media companies either Going bankrupt, or changing hands, or changing names, or doing a whole assortment of other, you know, shuffling of leadership.
Like Bud Light!
I'm fascinated by the story of the Bud Light woman who is arrogantly, you know, saying she's from Wharton and Harvard, and she came in and pushed the whole McIlwainy, the little homosexual guy pretending to be a girl, she pushes him on the Bud Light can, Oh, I agree.
is like $10 billion worth of market share for Bud Light, all because of wokeism.
These people in these woke positions of executive leadership that have never done anything in their lives, and in social media, I think the guillotine is going to come crashing down upon them, as it should.
Jim?
Brian?
Oh, I agree.
I agree with everything you just said about the pendulum swinging back and the guillotine coming down on them.
Look, they stopped our ability to expose, or they greatly diminished our ability to expose the false flags that they were operating.
I think most of the censorship began somewhere around the Las Vegas shooting, so that was what, October?
Of 2017 when they just started purging all the YouTube channels that were discussing and exposing what was happening with those particular events.
And then of course Donald Trump comes along and they did everything they possibly could to eliminate the dissension that was gathering as a result of people seeing some of the things that he was saying.
They've censored all of us in this community.
Now the problem is We know how deep the corruption really goes.
Consider WikiLeaks.
Consider the Pizzagate scandals.
Consider how this is bursting forth right now in terms of people understanding what some of these players inside of this government have been doing for a long, long time.
Scandals related to Hillary Clinton.
scandals related to her email, scandals related to exposing all sorts of things that were developing.
And as you can see, the people are now beginning to understand only now, I think a lot of it's due to Donald Trump and the work that he did in terms of eroding people's confidence in the mainstream media, but it's coming apart for them.
And so this is what brings rise to the issue When we corner these people, they will lash out.
And one other thing, we use our words to fight so that we don't have to use our fists to fight.
And by shutting us up, shutting us down, isolating us, And putting us away, our words are no longer effective.
This is the most important issue that we've got.
The Second Amendment is there to protect the First Amendment.
They've been going after all of it for a long, long time.
And I'm very glad to see this court ruling go down the way it does.
Hopefully it'll open up all sorts of new dialogue between RFK Jr.
and Donald Trump, the only two contenders I can see for the next President of the United States.
Hopefully it'll expose more of these people inside Congress.
And hopefully some of the academic institutions will begin to wake up and see that what they've been saying and teaching and pushing in their agendas is no longer going to be effective Indeed.
I think we're 100% in agreement.
A major development.
All to the good.
Young people are going to grow up and begin seeing through the illusions and starting to see the real history of America and the real cover-ups that have been taking place.
This is a very, very good thing for us.
Indeed, I think we're 100% in agreement, a major development, all to the good.
Meanwhile, Secret Service confirms cocaine pound in the White House, possibly dropped by an authorized person.
Under Biden, perhaps?
The Secret Service has confirmed a subject found in the White House was cocaine and may have been brought in by someone who works or been authorized to be there.
We are going to best identify who may have brought it in, said the Chief of Communication for the Secret Service.
The area where the drug was found is closed to the public, where the staff, media guests, or others with business gather during security screening.
While each person who passes through the area is identified, it's a busy spot.
A multitude of individuals come through this area.
It's an open area for those authorized to be in the West Wing.
There is a very robust screening effort to identify potential hazards.
We're going to be looking at all aspects.
The White House will not initially be involved in the investigation, but that could change.
Karine Jean-Pierre said the admin would let the Secret Service do its job.
We will take any action appropriate and warranted pending the outcome of the Secret Service investigation, she told reporters.
She said the substance was found in an area heavily traveled.
Biden and his family were reportedly at Camp David on the occasion it was found.
There were tours Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, not scheduled on federal holidays or days when the White House will host significant events.
West Wing tours are limited, extremely limited.
Jean Vierre would not say if Biden or his staff were reviewing security procedures.
She pointed out it's up to Secret Service to handle security.
We have confidence in the Secret Service to get to the bottom of this.
The President thinks it's very important.
You're a runner for the Republican 2024 nomination.
Former President Trump reported to the news on his social media outlet.
Does anyone really believe that cocaine found in the West Wing of the White House, very close to the Oval Office, is for the use of anyone other than Hunter and Joe Biden?
The White House was briefly evacuated after the Secret Service found what was described only as an unknown item.
The discovery of the mystery substance prompted the dispatch of a hazmat team.
This isn't the first time illicit drugs have made their way onto the premises.
Rupert Snoop Dogg told comedian Jimmy Kimmel in 2014 he smoked a joint in the White House bathroom.
Former President Jimmy Carter, in the documentary Jimmy Carter Rock and Roll Resident, said his son Chip smoked a big fat Austin Torpedo with Willie Nelson on the roof of the White House in 1980.
Jefferson Airplane singer Grace Slick said in 2011 she intended to spike then-President Nixon tea with LSD in 1970, but it did not come to pass.
Scott, your thoughts?
Yeah, I think there's no doubt that the cocaine was probably Hunter Biden's.
I think they found next to it a little diagram of sex positions written in Chinese for his underage Chinese prostitutes that he utilizes.
So I think without a doubt we're witnessing, you know, more and more the gift that keeps on giving.
And of course there's always the potential for a distraction.
A distraction operation to take us away into another hearing where the Republicans and the Democrats will have a whole week dedicated to the cocaine and Fox News and all these other troglodyte castrated Barbie dolls are going to start talking about nonsense while cluster bombs are secretly deployed in Ukraine and secretly find their way into children's playgrounds in Mariupol and St.
Petersburg and Moscow, as well as roll down the streets in France and Britain.
Brian?
The gaslighting and the lies are absolutely ridiculous.
And then, of course, there's the Chinese Taiwan U.S. situation.
So it certainly is laughable, but it's also seems to be a distraction operation.
Jim.
Brian.
The gaslighting and the lies are absolutely ridiculous.
It's my understanding that the cocaine was found stashed inside of a cubbyhole, which means somebody felt threatened enough to take it off their person and hide it.
Now, they would feel that threatened because somebody was closing in on them and they were doing something wrong.
So who could that possibly be?
But at the end of the day, the story is not about the cocaine.
I believe the story is that people just simply don't believe that the White House couldn't get to the bottom of it.
Secret Service comes around asking people questions.
Somebody's going to talk.
Somebody knows who that belongs to.
And you're telling me that they can't get to the bottom of it?
The real story is not a bag of coke.
The real story is that they're lying.
It's becoming obvious that they're lying.
Telling us that they can't get to the bottom of this is absolutely ridiculous.
You can get to the bottom of this in any employer, anywhere, anytime.
This is a lie, and that's good.
Let them continue to lie to the people.
Let them continue to push this stuff, and people will continue to wake up.
The more people wake up, the more we can fight our way out of this mess.
Very well said, Brian.
Excellent commentary.
Meanwhile, Biden suffered a devastating setback that's leaving Democrats in tears.
The humiliation keeps rolling in for Joe.
It's one body blow after another.
He suffered a devastating setback, leaving Democrats in tears.
They thought they could make political hay out of recent Supreme Court decisions.
Conservatives won massive victories when the Court struck down affirmative action in college admissions, his illegal student loan bailout plan, and upheld the First Amendment rights of Christian web designer not to provide services for a homosexual wedding because it violated her religious faith.
In response, Biden sought to whip up voter outrage, smearing the court as not normal.
But it turns out the Supreme Court's conservative majority is representative of normal Americans on these very issues.
A CBS Ipsos poll found Americans approve the Supreme Court ending affirmative action in college by a 20-point margin.
Going to a new survey out from ABC and Ipsos, 52% of Americans approved the court's decision restricting the use of race as a factor in college admissions.
Only 32% disapproved.
And the court's decision to uphold the First Amendment right of not providing services for activities that violate your faith and ending Biden's student loan bailout were popular as well.
Two other decisions that were denounced by many progressives have more public support than opposition, though the margins are tighter.
The decision striking down the plan to forgive student loan received 45% approval compared to 40% disapproval.
The Christian web designer drew 43% approval as opposed to 42% disapproval.
Trump Supreme Court justice nominees provided the decisive votes that made these victories possible.
If Biden faces Trump in 2024 and wants to turn the contest into a referendum on the Supreme Court, Trump holds some very high ground.
Meanwhile, end of the dollar.
The U.S.
could suffer another huge blow that would send it down the drain as the Shanghai Cooperative Organization member states, and made the landslide decision to conduct a majority of transactions in national currencies instead of the American dollar, following Romanian President Iuid Rossi's proposal to ditch the dollar eventually.
Rossi warned against a world dependency on the dollar and global exchanges.
Pointing out the importance of de-dollarization to form a just international system during a speech on July 4th, during which Iran gained full-fledged membership of the bloc at a summit.
Based on the experience of the past decade, it is now obvious militarism and the dominance of the dollar were on the basis of the Western domination system, the President stressed.
Therefore, Any attempt to shape a fair international system requires the removal of this instrument of dominance in intra-regional relations.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired the meeting, where Russian President Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Pakistan Prime Minister Sharif were also in attendance.
Another summit attending China's Xi.
It's called for an increase in the use of national currencies and trade between members of the Shanghai Cooperative.
Xi pointed to a variety of financial instruments members should focus on to expand mutual economic ties.
It is necessary to rank up cooperation in sovereign digital currency and work on the establishment of an SCO development bank.
Russian President Putin revealed that Russia-China trade and economic cooperation already has over 80% of settlements between them made in rubles and won.
Putin added trade volume between Russia and co.
SCO countries reached a record $263 billion in 2022.
And went up by 35% in the first four months of 2023.
The share of the ruble in Russia's settlement exceeded 40%.
When Rassi visited Indonesia back in May, he and his Indonesian counterpart declared they would stop using the dollar in their bilateral trade at a televised presser in Jakarta.
They claim they're now set to use the Iranian national currency, the rial, in the Indian rupee to replace the conventional U.S.
dollar.
Recent movement of the said influential countries are paving the way to a quicker dollar demise.
The U.S.
dollar share in global reserves has fallen 10 times faster last year than over the past two decades.
It was accelerated after other countries saw Russia's U.S.
dollar and euro-dominated assets frozen abroad and Moscow cut from the swift global financial messaging system.
These were colossal blunders.
U.S.
Secretary of Treasury Yellen recently admitted the dollar's role as a reserve currency could diminish due to Washington using its leverage over the global financial system to pursue its geopolitical goals through sanctions.
Yet another event, Iran was hard at work in promoting the collapse of the U.S.
dollar.
When Tehran hosted the 51st Annual Summit of the Asian Clearing Union, members said the paid arrangement between the central banks agreed to move away from the dollar.
A meeting was attended by the Bangladesh Bank, Royal Montgomery Authority of Bhutan, Reserve Currency of India, Central Bank of Iran, Maldives Monetary Authority, Central Bank of Myanmar, Nepal Rasta Bank, State Bank of Pakistan, and Central Bank of Sri Lanka, as well as representatives of Afghanistan and Belarus and the governor of the Russian Central Bank.
This is historic!
This is going to be major in its ramifications, and it's going to be permanent.
Scott, your thoughts?
You know, I'm reminded of Patton's statement, if the war of World War II came down to Patton and Rommel fighting in tanks, that would be the easiest way to settle it.
And I kind of take a charm to that, because Put me into the gladiatorial arena of rhetorical debate with anyone on the Democrat-Liberal side.
Put them all in against me at the same time, and I will destroy them like Samson destroying a thousand Philistines.
There's no depth, there's no strength behind any of the philosophical arguments of a Democrat.
They're full of lunacy, hysteria, emotional vitriol, and demonic insanity.
And I think that's what the alternative media and the real truth speakers that are rising up really need to be aggressive about, is recognizing as conservatives we have absolutely the truth.
We know all things.
They know nothing.
They are consumed with a hysteria of narcissism and selfishness.
And that has been driving the destruction of America's dollar and America's reputation, which is precisely why the world is abandoning the United States.
It's not abandoning the United States because of people like me, or you, Jim, or Brian, or Don, or others that speak about family values, and God, and truth, and intelligence, and integrity, and sovereignty, and living in balance and harmony.
It is at war with those who are saying, you're not a real human being unless you're a sodomite with a rainbow flag, and castrating your children, and eating bugs, and worshiping the little mongoloid girl, Greta Van Thunberg, and on and on and on and on and on.
Well, the world is saying, you know, F you.
The world is giving its middle finger.
The world is saying, we're done with you.
That's insane.
That's sick.
That's toxic.
That's demonism.
And they're right.
So the world is turning away from America, not because of any other reason that we are self imploding and trying to bring them down with us.
We are We're sinking to the depths of oblivion and we're trying to grab the world to bring it down with us.
And the world is saying no.
And we've done that by weaponizing the dollar.
We've done that through aggressive sanctions against Russia and Iran and Venezuela and Cuba and everyone else.
We've done it by the British and the Americans confiscating the gold of Maduro and trying to do the coup d'etat against Venezuela, which Mike Pence and Trump were responsible for.
Granted, they were listening to John Bolton and Mike Pao, these clowns, but it still rests on their mantle of leadership.
And the same for General Soleimani and, of course, the latest destruction of Europe and the Ukrainian war.
This is a 20-year sinking of the American Titanic.
This did not happen overnight.
This has taken 20 years.
War in Afghanistan, war in Iraq, war in Syria, war in Libya, war in Yemen, war in Ukraine, economic sanctions, war against Russia, homosexuality, rainbow flag, wokeism, forced down the throats of everybody, including the castration of your children, and abandonment of anything traditional and sane.
All of this is like not just a toilet full of poison, It's like America has become a giant lake cesspool of poison.
There's nothing good anymore that comes out of America that the rest of the world finds valuable, healthy, or truthful, except us and this channel and this program.
Jim?
Excellent commentary, Scott.
Brian?
Well, I was very happy to see an honest ruling by the Supreme Court related to the affirmative action issue.
I thought that was a great thing to do.
We have to start promoting the best of the best of the best into these positions, and we've got to stop influencing who gets into this system.
Because of the color of their skin.
It's absolutely racist.
I think the whole affirmative action policy was absolutely racist.
And these people, these lefties, they talk about racism and point the finger at us.
Well, what do you think affirmative action is?
It's reverse racism.
It's ridiculous.
It has to end.
I'm glad to see the Supreme Court did this.
As for the end of the dollar, well, Maybe we can dismantle Team America, World Police, and the CIA because it's becoming obvious that they're no longer wanted or needed in terms of pressing their influence around the world and pushing people around and pushing other nations around.
I'm glad to see more nations acting independently, cutting loose from CIA ties.
I'd like to see the dollar be able to stand up.
I just don't think it will.
I think we'd be in for a massive crash if The petrodollar stops being the main currency of trade worldwide.
Obviously, there's a lot of signs that it's going this way with BRICS, but nations are realizing that they have to act independently to protect their own currencies, and that they can't just simply invest in the dollar, which means that somebody out there knows that it's getting weaker and weaker and weaker, and The emperor has no clothes anymore.
This is a major problem.
Maybe we'll get some serious people in the government to help do this properly, and maybe these World Bank cartel that run so much about the way the world operates will begin to realize that they should focus on what they do and what they do best, which is banking proper instead of social influencing.
Excellent.
Yeah, Scott.
Jim, I just want to say I personally don't see the American federal government coming back at all.
I think it is a slow collapse like a house of cards.
I think the inevitability of the world's abandonment of the petrodollar is a sign of its abandonment of America as a moral entity on the world until there's a major revolution ideologically and a mea culpa and an apology and a sense of Not groveling, but a sense of, we are beating the dust out of our own carpet.
We are purging the vomit from our own stomach first.
America's federal institution and federal republic, I see, has to completely collapse.
And I don't want it to happen, but I just inevitably see us going back to a 13-colony state.
Where the federal government is loosely used to attach us as a constitutional republic, but there's going to be, I think, an abandonment of everything federal.
The Department of Education, the FBI, the ATF, all of these entities, I think, at a federal level are destined for oblivion, Jim.
I think you and Brian have nailed it about as conclusively as anyone could.
Excellent.
Both comments.
Meanwhile, Ted Cruz torches Barbie movie for pushing broke Chinese propaganda.
Ted Cruz spoke out to slam the new Barbie movie for attempting to appease the Chinese Communist Party after Vietnam went so far as to ban the film over scenes including a map showing China's claims to territory in the South China Sea.
Barbie, which stars Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, directed by George Gerwig, set to hit theaters on July 21.
It's already been banned in Vietnam because of scenes featuring the controversial so-called Nine-Dash Line.
A spokesperson for Cruise claimed to the Daily Mail the Barbie movie is pushing Chinese propaganda.
Cruz has been fighting for years to prevent American companies, especially Hollywood studios, from altering and censoring their content to appease the Chinese Communist Party.
China wants to control what Americans see here and ultimately think.
They leverage their massive film markets to coerce American companies to push CCP propaganda, just the way the Barbie film seems to have been done with a map.
This spokesperson went on to reference legislation accrues, authored, and passed that prevents government cooperation on films that engage in exactly this kind of censorship.
Forbes tweets, Warner Bros.
had defended the hotly anticipated Barbie movie after Vietnam banned the film.
Over a scene showing a map of China's unilateral claim over territory in the South China Sea, which it said was a childlike drawing not intended as a statement.
It came after Vietnam banned Barbie, stating the map is featured in multiple scenes in Vietnam.
All films must be approved by censors who screen for gratuitous violence, suggestive sex scenes, or politically sensitive material.
The Film Review Board Watch made the decision to ban it due to a violation of the Nine-Dash Line.
We do not grant license for the American movie Barbie to release in Vietnam because it contains the offending image.
China has been promoting the Nine-Dash Line in the South China Sea since the 1940s.
The alleged line extends off the coast of China's Henan Island and runs close to the coast of Vietnam.
Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam have all since made their own claims to parts of the South China Sea, which overlap the Nine-Dash Line.
The Philippines have also threatened to join Vietnam in banning Barbie, should the Nine-Dash Line be featured there.
If the invalidated nine-dash line was indeed depicted in the movie Barbie, then it's incumbent upon the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board of the Philippines to ban the same, as it denigrates Philippine sovereignty.
The Movie and Television Review and Clarification Board of the Philippines released a brief statement.
We confirm the board has reviewed the film on the 4th of July.
Its signed committee on first review is deliberating on the request of Warner Brothers for a permit to exhibit.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, I have to say, I haven't seen the Barbie movie yet.
Of course, I must confess, I think Margot Robbie is super smoking hot, and if she watches our program, I certainly would entertain a phone call from her and maybe a date.
She'll pay.
But, you know, the Barbie movie and this Chinese infiltration and information operation doesn't surprise me.
Tom Cruise did it with Maverick Top Gun Part 2 by eliminating patches on his jacket that were pro-Taiwan that appeared in the first Top Gun movie.
Hollywood has sold itself to the prostitution of the Chinese Communist Party, like Hunter Biden was a prostitute, and like Joe Biden was a prostitute.
And we might mention Joe Biden, too, is being examined and exposed by Senator Grassley and the Republicans.
For phone calls confirming his $5 million or $1 billion loan to the Ukrainians.
And then he called and spoke with the president and said, you know, attaboy, thank you.
Now we're going to give you that loan like I promised.
That's, that's extraordinary.
I mean, right there is a hearing where the president should be dragged in front of Congress to answer.
So, you know, it's, it shows the Chinese Communist Party corruption and again, The thread can be followed all the way to the Chinese Communist Party meddling with the election against Donald Trump by using Union Bank of Switzerland to purchase Dominion voting machines, ES&S, and Premier voting machines through Staple Street Capital.
Ryan.
So Union Bank of Switzerland and the Chinese Communist Party entered into a partnership, a conspiracy to influence the election.
All of that is documented.
Fox News sold its soul to and tried to, you know, sacrifice Tucker because of it.
But all of these truths, Jim, are swelling and about to burst like Mount St. Helens, only it's going to be a lot hotter.
Jim.
Brian.
Well, I don't know what this line is in terms of how important it is geopolitically.
Obviously it's very important to the Vietnamese and as well to the Filipinos.
And I don't understand it, but I know this.
The CIA, among other entities, have been influencing Hollywood scripts and determining what the contents of a lot of these films are for the purposes of propaganda for a long, long time.
And it's probably true that there was some investor money from China that was related to the film and therefore they pushed this particular angle.
But what in the world does the movie Barbie have to do with the Nine Dash Line?
It's absolutely ridiculous.
Are they trying to entertain us or propagandize us?
I don't have any interest whatsoever in seeing another woke, idealistic, girl power film where Like this anymore.
I think everybody's sick of it and what's been happening with this just this last weekend with the woke Indiana Jones movie and then the other film put out by Angel Studios is just great!
I love to see new competitors coming in and playing and maybe they'll take message that we're sick and tired of propaganda.
Scott, Well, one thing about the Barbie film, if you turn off the volume and don't listen to the conversation, you will be pleasantly enchanted by the beauty of a perfectly sculpted supermodel hot Margot Robbie, and that's quite refreshing compared to the...
That ugly purple-haired, you know, trolls, elephants, and walruses I see on social media calling themselves women, you know, that are just fatter than a hog and out there thinking that, you know, all bodies are the same.
No.
Fargo, Robbie, and Barbie does occupy quite a unique position in the male perfect woman ego, so if I do see it, I'll turn off the volume so I can just see the pretty face and enjoy the bright smile and close my eyes if any homosexual wokeism meanders through like a fart in church.
Jim?
Okay.
O'Brien anticipated Sound of Freedom, which defeated Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny at the box office on Independence Day.
Tim Carvell as Tim Ballard in Sound of Freedom.
The Angel Studio distributed Sound of Freedom as a top film at the box office on July 4, grossing $14.2 million in 2,634 theaters.
grossing 14.2 mil in 2,634 theaters.
Indiana Jones came in second with 11.6 in 4,600.
Rounding out the top five were Elemental, Spider-Man, Across the Spider-Verse, and Transformers: Rise of the Beasts.
Here we see Sound of Freedom sold out all over the country.
And of course, for those who may not have the memo, it's about child trafficking, adrenochrome, and the like.
It is a very serious film.
Reports I have is the audience don't utter a peep during the entire production of the film when it's being shown on the screen.
In a follow-up, a critic observed, a couple of weeks ago, one of my co-workers did a 100-hour work week.
I called and asked him how he was holding up.
I said, I know this isn't good for my long-term health.
I just kept thinking if I can do a little more, maybe I can save another child.
It makes my heart take courage to see so much self-sacrifice for these kids, to see celebrities, influencers, businesses, families, standing up to take meetings on social media for Angel and Sound of Freedom.
It's astonishing and miraculous to see this wave of support.
The company noted they grossed $11.5 million directly at the box and another $2.6 through their Pay It Forward ticket campaign, with a total of $14.2.
The press release explained that pay-it-forward technology empowers moviegoers to purchase tickets for other people they want to see a particular film.
Ironically, Sound of Freedom defeating Indiana Jones and The Dial of Destiny comes after Angel Studios president Jordan Harmon remarked that Disney shelved the film after they acquired the rights when they purchased Fox.
He said, Fox was originally going to distribute it.
Then Disney buys Fox, and for whatever reason, Disney shelves it.
Frankly, I believe that was the idea.
They bought Fox in order to shelve the film.
And it took you and your team and Eduardo a year to get the rights back.
Harmon would later clarify the comments.
Disney did distribute Sound of Freedom for reasons unknown to us.
We are grateful to be the distributor for this important film.
Following Harmon's comments, the film star Jim Cazell, who plays a former DHS agent Tim Ballard, noted the film lost all its funding due to Disney's purchase of Fox.
You know, Drew Mariana.
At one point, we lost all our money because Fox got bought out by Disney.
So Disney is holding the purse strings.
We lose the film.
Eddie goes out and gets $5 million and saves the movie.
You weren't supposed to see this.
This is a movie they do not want you to see.
And we are fastly selling out our theaters right now and need people to call to get more theaters.
Wow, the film beat Indiana Jones and Dial of Destiny.
It's unlikely it will best a Walt Disney Company domestic box office for Indiana Jones, which had an opening weekend of $60 million and has gone on to earn $83.8 million at the domestic overall globally.
153.4.
Sound of Freedom is the highest-grossing film from Angel Studios.
It bests the distributor's first release earlier, His Only Son.
That film grossed $12 million over the course of 17 days.
What do you make of Sound of Freedom besting Indiana Jones and The Dial of Destiny?
I say it's very impressive and a good thing given the subject matter here.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, I saw Sound of Freedom when I was in Las Vegas at an event with 107 and a variety of other conservative podcast people.
And it was a powerful film about an agent going down into the depths of Central America to rescue children that had been sex trafficked.
And it, I won't give away the plot, but it involves, you know, a very Very deep exposure of the underbelly of sex trafficking and the kidnapping of children and an Epstein Island.
And I think it is because of the Epstein Island that it caused so many in Hollywood to panic and try and cover this up.
But Jim Caviezel, a powerful actor, I spoke with him at that event in Las Vegas.
And ironically too, Jim, he has been attacked and attempted to be killed by various elements in the Hollywood deep state.
He also said he saw the video of the girl tied to a dentist chair, having her face skinned off by Hillary Clinton and Uma Abedin.
So, Jim Caviezel is someone who's seen a lot and is in part of the fight, and so is Mel Gibson.
So, it's a good film.
Wow!
Brian?
Yeah, in my last show I was a little rough on Angel Studios.
I'm gonna take that back.
I am now a bigger fan than I was before, okay?
And that's because I took a look at a video that the director released Explaining some of their policies and their positions.
You know, they're not a church.
They're a profit organization that's trying to produce and make films the best they can.
I'm really proud of Angel Studios for taking the time and taking the risk to take such a serious topic on.
It does not surprise me that Disney tried to bury this particular film.
It doesn't surprise me that they had the rights and then it had to be fought away from them.
As for Indiana Jones, this is typical of how uncreative Hollywood has become.
Barbie is a remake of a concept Barbie.
Indiana Jones is a play on a new brand.
There's nothing creative coming out of Hollywood anymore.
It's only the independent producers and creators that are coming up with something.
I predict Indiana Jones will be a big, huge fluke.
Not necessarily because people won't see it or they don't like the idea or they don't even enjoy the film.
It grossed $153,000,000.
It cost over $200,000,000 to make.
If it grossed $153,000,000, then half of that goes back to the theaters and your production costs.
So they've pulled the advertising.
They're not spending any more money putting it out there.
They're relying on the brand.
And I predict that it's a woke disaster when you consider the fact that it cost over $200,000,000.
That's the price of Waterworld.
Over $200,000,000 to produce that.
And it only grossed $153 million, which puts, what, $75 million back into the pot towards the cost of the film and cost of what it spent.
It's a huge loss, and I'm glad to see it happen.
Maybe Angel Studios is firing a shot across the bow of all of the rest of Hollywood, and maybe the American public is sick and tired of the gaslighting that comes from traditional Hollywood with traditional wokeism, with traditional female superstar roles, and maybe they're gonna start to figure it out.
Let me just say, today's show is a reason why I'm back here doing this.
You guys were magnificent today.
I'm very proud of our efforts.
Don, take us out.
Oh, boy.
Take us out already?
Yeah, I will do that.
Boy, what a show this has been on July the 9th, Truth Vs. News.
Let us know what you think, folks, and you got to share this information because you ain't going to get this information anywhere else.
This trio of scholars It's great.
And it's so good to see you back in full strength, Jim.
And I think we're going to be going forward with some heavy stories.
I see that there might be some big news this week.
And so I'm sure you're going to want to come back next week for a recap of that.
So I thank you so much for watching today and share this with me because nobody else will, I guess, unless you do it.
