| Rachel Maddow speculates about Biden's DOJ dropping charges if Trump agrees to drop out. | |
| This is just stunning stuff. | |
| Former President Trump's been indicted, faces dozens of years behind bars, but SMBC host Rachel Maddow openly speculated that Biden-DOJ might drop the charges if he were to agree to drop out of the race. | |
| Some would describe that as giving the game away. | |
| Trump was charged Thursday. | |
| We know all the bullshit. | |
| He's not going to plead. | |
| In an interview with Lawrence O'Donnell, another deep state hack, Mattos seemed to speculate along similar lines, suggesting DOJ might consider a deal involving Trump leaving the 2024 race. | |
| She begins the segment comparing the indictment to that of Nixon's Vice President Spiro Agnew, indicted for tax evasion and forced to resign prior to Watergate. | |
| He pled no contest to a single felony charge of tax evasion. | |
| You have to wonder if the Justice Department is considering whether there's some political solution to this criminal problem, Matto said. | |
| Whether part of the issue here is not just that Trump has committed crimes, but he's committed crimes and plans to be back in the White House. | |
| Do they consider as part of a potential plea offer something that would proscribe him from running for office again? | |
| The very phrase, political solution to a criminal problem, tells you all you need to know about how serious they are in the charges against Trump. | |
| He faces seven with max 75 year sentences and convicted on all counts, but Maybe they should consider letting bygones be bygones, as long as he doesn't run against our boss, the President of the United States. | |
| What seemed like obvious election interference before would be even more blatant should such a deal come to fruition. | |
| What kind of sick banana republic are we living in right now? | |
| Donald didn't exactly fight back against her idea. | |
| There was no rubber man along the lines of, no, Rachel, these are serious crimes that can't be washed away to the political benefit of our muse, President Biden. | |
| Instead, he suggested Trump's team would have to present the option first. | |
| So it didn't look as though the DOJ had political rewards on its mind. | |
| I would imagine if anything like that happened, it would have to come from the defense side of the negotiation. | |
| He concluded that the Trump team was able to buy the way, and with this will also, you know, drop out of the race for president. | |
| Otherwise, it puts the DOJ in a position that Trump claims they're in. | |
| Adding the Republican candidate claim prosecutors are simply trying to stop him from becoming president again, and that's the only reason they're doing this, which we all know to be the case. | |
| They're really not even trying to hide the fascism any longer, are they? | |
| Before we turn to Mark Levin, Scott, your thoughts about all of the above. | |
| Well, As we were talking about before, Rachel Maddow has now, as you said, let the cat out of the bag. | |
| She is very deliberately and soberly discussing what amounts, I would say, to treason. | |
| She is soberly discussing The convergence, the transformation of the American justice system, court system, into a weaponized political Stasi, Gestapo, KGB system. | |
| She's doing it seriously and soberly as well when she says, quote, the Justice Department can offer him a plea deal and, you know, contingent on that, that he doesn't run for office again. | |
| So right there, she should be charged. | |
| There should be lawyers filing lawsuits against her and NBC and whoever, MSNBC. | |
| To discuss that the Justice Department can just invent out of whole cloth, invent out of thin air charges, and then use those charges as leverage, as extortion, and that's what really what this is. | |
| Extortion. | |
| Okay, we've created charges against you Donald Trump out of thin air. | |
| Yeah, they don't exist, you know, but Take a plea deal and we'll let you go free and don't run again. | |
| That's part of the plea deal. | |
| That's what this is. | |
| I've seen this done by the Department of Justice against Americans for all sorts of things. | |
| I saw it done when you had people go to the Malheur Refuge to support the Bundys and the other people that were being persecuted by BLM. | |
| I knew guys that went there that were arrested for minor things and the Justice Department lawyers came at them and said, one guy in particular, look, we know you're innocent, you didn't do anything wrong, but we have to have our pound of flesh, so take a plea deal or else you're going to be in jail for two years until we go to court. | |
| That's the reality. | |
| The Justice Department says, and look at January 6th, that that's what they've done. | |
| Put people in jail for two years until they go to trial. | |
| And this is what they're going to threaten to do to Trump. | |
| Rachel Maddow leaving it out there is an indictment of this. | |
| This is again the moment, the crisis moment, when the Republic's heartbeat flatlines. | |
| And the question is, are we going to resurrect our republic's heart from flatline to what it should be? | |
| What is a republic? | |
| Our liberty and our rights. | |
| And the moment the government becomes destructive of your rights is the moment the people have a duty and a right to overthrow such government and reconstitute one that seems fitting unto them. | |
| So the Declaration of Independence says. | |
| This is that moment. | |
| Uh, because they're, they're weaponizing the Justice Department to do it against Donald Trump. | |
| Yes, it's a distraction, but it's again, we're on, we're on the edge of an absolute tyranny and they are trying to provoke the American citizenry to rise up. | |
| In a revolution, in a sense, against tyranny, but they're calling it, you know, a revolution against our democracy, a revolution against the rule of law. | |
| They'll invent all sorts of lies and projections to justify what is coming, and what is coming is a division in the American military Between the rainbow flag, militant, fascist, Nazi, homosexual, sodomite, transgender, lunatics who want to stamp out any Christian identity or Christian morality or even family values. | |
| The Muslims have been protesting the transgenderism against their children too. | |
| So, you have coming the American military. | |
| They're going to come back from Ukraine. | |
| They're going to come back from Taiwan and Asia, because as the Asian powers rise, and as Russia rises, and as Iran, China, Russia attract the majority of the Middle East, the majority of South America, the majority of Europe, Europe is going to crumble and fall apart. | |
| They're going to execute Macron and Schultz and Rishi Chouinak. | |
| They're all going to explode into revolution, I think. | |
| As that occurs, and this could occur over the next year or decade, but as Europe goes back into the Russian orbit because they're going to freeze and they're tired of eating bugs, and as China rises and all the Asian nations are going to be seduced and pleased and find agreeable, you know, contracts with China, America is going to have no choice because they're going to be kicked out | |
| Of the Philippines, kicked out of Japan, kicked out of Korea, I anticipate. | |
| And to justify that, they're going to get ahead of it and say America is in a civil war. | |
| The white, domestic, heterosexual Republican Trump supporter is the new terrorist, so we've got to bring our military back to America and quell this 1984 perpetual revolution and conspiracy. | |
| That's what I see coming, and part of the music of this cacophony of chaos are the Hispanic hordes, the Third Worlders coming up across the border, and the divisions that the states are all going to divide from the Federal Republic. | |
| You're going to have independent states and regions rise. | |
| So you're going to have, I think inevitably, great division and civil war in this country, because the left and the woke and the rainbow flag lunatics are not going to be rehabilitated. | |

| But you can go back through world history all the way back to the beginning of time and find that anybody who resisted the current person in power had trouble keeping it unless the CIA came in and decided to displace them with a I think that what they're setting up here, they know that their time is short, they know they're going to be exposed, and that's why we see all these false flags. | |

| And let me be clear, as Jarrett said, The Attorney General of the United States made this final decision. | |
| This is not the independent counsel statute. | |
| This is a special counsel appointed by the Attorney General under a Department of Justice regulation. | |
| This Attorney General, who pretends he's Helen Keller, he made the decision to indict the former president, and they made the decision to interfere in this election. | |

| The average American is seeing, I think for the first time with fresh eyes, The madness and the vile, in-your-face arrogance of these, well, we're appointed, you know, we got the election. | |

| And you've put yourselves in power. | |
| Now you're exercising this power against Donald Trump and thereby the American people. | |
| What you do to Donald Trump, you do to the American people. | |

| People are seeing this, and I think a growing amount, especially in the Patriot community, are seeing what's happening in Trump. | |
| Is in a sense happening to them and that's why it's particularly volatile and explosive and potentially revolution war triggering what these Democrats are doing because they think they'll get away with it. | |

| Or a government email account that says, you know, jimsmith at FBI.gov? | |

| The crowd is saying, we're done with all of this, and anyone that stands on the side of tyranny, the American people, I think, are inevitably going to be preparing themselves to | |
| Remove by all means necessary including kill that's that's how close we are and I'll end it by saying this to a prime image of that Just occurred last week when they had this homosexual gay pride rainbow flag thing up in Reed Pennsylvania and this guy Christian guy Went up. | |
| He was on the public sidewalk, and he held a banner to protest the gay pride movement, and a cop comes over to him with two lesbian-looking cops covered in tattoos. | |
| And he says, they're having their event. | |

| Meanwhile, NATO members may send troops to Ukraine, warns a former alliance chief. | |
| A group of NATO countries may be willing to put troops on the ground in Ukraine if member states, including the U.S., do not provide tangible security guarantees to Kiev. | |
| At the Alliance's summit in Vilnius, a former NATO Secretary General has said, Anders Rasmussen, who's been acting as an official advisor to the Ukrainian president, has been touring Europe to gauge a shifting move. | |
| He also warned even if a group of the state did provide Ukraine with security guarantees, others would not allow the issue of NATO future membership to be kept off the agenda. | |
| He made the remarks as a current NATO Chief, Jen Stoltenberg, said the issue of security guarantees would be on the agenda, but that NATO only provides full-fledged security guarantees to full members. | |
| The U.S. | |
| Ambassador to NATO, Julian Smith, said, we're looking at an array of options to signal Ukraine is advancing in its relationship with NATO. | |
| Don't they understand this is a key issue that drew Russia into the war that Russia would never accept it? | |
| This is incredibly stupid! | |
| Rasmussen said, if NATO cannot guarantee a clear path forward for Ukraine, there's a possibility individual states might take action. | |
| Poland is very engaged in providing concrete assistance. | |
| I think the Pole would seriously consider going in and assembling a coalition of the willing. | |
| I wouldn't underestimate Polish feelings, as that would be entirely legal for Ukraine to seek such military assistance. | |
| It's a striking suggestion some states regard the stakes as momentous enough to cause their own troops to be seen as a warning to countries at the risk, including the threat to NATO unity, not only will come if NATO is not provided a clear path to membership or powerful guarantees. | |
| Rasmussen said it was important Ukraine should receive written security guarantees, preferably before the summit, but outside of the NATO framework. | |
| They need to cover intel sharing, joint Ukraine training, enhanced ammunition production, NATO interoperability, a supply of arms sufficient to deter Russia from a further attack. | |
| He warned security guarantees will not be enough. | |
| Some NATO allies may be in favor of security guarantees to avoid a real discussion of NATO membership aspirations, but I don't think it's possible by providing security guarantees to avoid the question. | |
| History shows it dangerous to leave Ukraine in the NATO waiting room indefinitely, even if An invitation to Ukraine to join NATO could not be provided at the summit. | |
| A possibility of extending an invitation in Washington next year should be cited. | |
| A path to membership should exclude setting preconditions, such as a NATO membership action plan, something neither Sweden nor Finland have been required to adopt as part of their membership path. | |
| Anything less would be a disappointment to Ukraine. | |

| This invasion of America, and I'll add this too, there was a story just released on Fox News, I don't know if it's a false flag, if it's all designed similar to the Megan Whitmer kidnapping, if it's an orchestration of the FBI, another part of the distraction operation, but there was a report by Fox News that these guys had been arrested for planning to go down to the border and shoot and kill and stop and shoot border agents Uh, the illegal invaders, the illegal, uh, migrants coming across. | |
| So, these guys, like seven of them or something, were busted for 22 counts, putting out there, they're going to the border to, you know, defend. | |

| I like to suggest Immanuel Kant's moral argument for the existence of God. | |
| It's a pretty elegant argument in terms of taking a look at some of the darker things that happen in this world. | |
| Basically, he argues that mankind has an antenna or an aughtness towards morality, and it seems to be built into us, yet we see no justice. | |
| In this world, when we look around, we look around for justice. | |
| Where's the justice? | |
| Where's the justice? | |
| There's no justice. | |
| Well, he's arguing, well, mankind obviously had that planted into him by some sort of supreme being or some sort of God of some sort that made us. | |
| And therefore, therefore, if we don't see justice in this world, yet there is a just God, then the justice must come in the afterlife. | |
| And therefore, God exists. | |
| Elegant argument, in my opinion, of all the different theological arguments that we went over. | |
| I always was impressed with that particular argument. | |
| But yeah, at the end of the day, and this is where we're at at the end of the show right now, bad things will happen. | |
| Bad things will go down. | |
| Hopefully people that do bad things turn around and look up rather than die and decide to climb their way back out. | |
| And that's what makes the best part of society are the people that have done things wrong, been forgiven, asked for forgiveness, and climbed back out of their hole and stepped into the light and decided to start living right and guiding other people into the light. | |
| That's what we're trying to do. | |
| And you see that in the transgender too, Jim, there's so many people making videos, young people that were lured into the transgender surgery and are now repenting and are full of tears. | |
| And they're trying to help and stop other people from making those mistakes. | |
| And it's tragic, but for Kaiser's being sued by a girl who they gave her a 90-minute consultation and then okayed her to cut her breasts off. | |
| And she said, you know, she's suing Kaiser. | |
| And other ones have said, all they care about is your money. | |
| They'll give you plastic surgery like that, turn you into transgender, mutilate you if you're a boy or a girl. | |
| This is the real crime against humanity that needs to be answered, but people are coming out of it, and I think it's going to quicken, Jim. | |
