Time Text
There you go.
This is Jim Fetcher, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Carl Herman in San Ramon, California, and Brian Davidson in Houston, Texas.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
Daniel Ellsberg is rewarning us of nuclear war.
A conspiracy to commit omnicide.
Judith Durland is co-producer of the documentary, The Most Dangerous Man in America, about Daniel Ellsberg.
The Roots Action Education Fund teamed up with the Ellsberg Initiative for Peace and Democracy to go sponsor Daniel Ellsberg Week, April 24th to 30th, to celebrate his life work.
Ellsberg famously released the Pentagon Papers during a pattern of deceit on the part of the U.S.
government regarding the war in Vietnam.
He was a nuclear war planner during the 50s and 60s, since he spent his life writing, speaking, standing up, sitting against the threat of nuclear annihilation.
He offers chilling clarity about the nuclear war planners, of whom I was one, who have written plans to kill billions, a conspiracy to commit homicide, the death of everyone.
Can humanity survive the nuclear era, he asks?
We don't know.
I chose to act as if we have a chance.
This is one from several animated podcasts released, which Ehrlich directed.
You'll hear from Ellsberg a shocking reality check and analysis of the dangers of nuclear annihilation.
Yet he offers hope for defusing the threat, sharing his unique perspective as a planner of these unfathomable horrors.
When Daniel Ellsberg leaked the Pentagon Papers in 1971, Henry Kissinger, then Nixon's National Security Advisor, called him the most dangerous man in America, for those closely held secrets of the war were less explosive than the nuclear secrets Eldenburg had in his safe at the Rand Corporation.
Then a top strategist for the DoD.
He was party to plans for a nuclear holocaust.
After being buried for safekeeping, those documents disappeared in a hurricane that literally blew away his secrets.
But that did not dampen his desire to share what he knew.
He has spent the last six decades putting himself on the line to oppose those evil plans.
At 92, his mind sharp as ever, Ellsberg remains an undisputed expert on national security.
In this unusual podcast, he shares his unvarnished thoughts about the threat of nuclear annihilation.
While we seem able to ignore the reality of so many nuclear weapons on hair-trigger alert, amid escalation of a new Cold War with heightened nuclear dangers, the risk has only increased.
Indeed, the U.S.
just enacted its biggest military budget in history, with unprecedented investment in weapons of mass destruction and their deployment.
This is a noteworthy observation where Ellsberg has been followed by a number of other whistleblowers, and most recently this Air National Guardsman who released documents showing that the U.S.
was already in Ukraine with NATO forces before the Russian intrusion, and that Ukraine, contrary to what we are being told, is losing the war.
Horrible.
Contrary to what we've been told is the key phrase there, and that is the theme.
Nothing we're told is consistent with the truth.
So Dan Ellsberg, American hero, Pentagon Papers, he's one of the guys who exposed, or the leading person to expose, that lie started, election cancelling.
Illegal War of Aggression, and I'll put in the show notes that chapter in the top 10 episodes of American History, U.S.
Illegal, that demonstrates that this is business as usual for the U.S., and then the information goes from the political leadership through corporate media and into the public education textbooks, and it's all demonstrably false, bullshit, whitewashed, American propaganda.
And that's easy to tell.
And I am a professional historian.
So the the people at the top engage in this psychopathic control.
There's no love.
There's only material force, fraud, bribery, and blackmail.
So the idea that Ellsberg is talking about, that the psychopathic controllers at the top would nuke the world rather than surrender, oh yeah.
Because the people at the top of this oligarchy, they have nothing to lose.
If they cannot control Nice, Brian.
on people anymore.
They knew that it will close in on them.
And there's no love, only riches.
So I'm sure that those guys would be fast if they had the power and the capacity to pull the Samson option and bring the temple down on everybody's head.
Nice, Brian.
Well, bring the temple down on everybody's head who's on the outside, I I mean, I think these guys have dug a bunch of tunnels underneath the temple.
Don't you?
I mean, there's tunnels all over the place.
There's tunnels all over.
I've heard underneath the Denver Airport.
I've heard that there's an entire network of tunnels all over the world.
Now I'm seeing that the super wealthy are getting yachts that go underwater for days at a time and only have to surface once every 10 days.
You hear about all these Super wealthy guys with their bug out places and all their shelters and you can see how much they're putting the time and energy into executing the false flags to create that buffer security zone between we the people The Goy, the Goyim, and they the elite at the very top.
I mean, look at that energy and effort that's being poured into building that center security structure that divides us from them.
The meantime, as things get worse and worse and worse, you've got whistleblowers That are beginning to pop up all over the place.
You got FBI whistleblowers.
You got CIA whistleblowers.
You got Tara Lee Rhoda in front of the Congress the other day talking about human trafficking at the southern border and how the U.S.
government is involved with it.
Ellsberg was the inspiration for Snowden.
You know that?
Snowden says he probably wouldn't have come out had it not been for his private conversations with Ellsberg about how we have a responsibility as citizens of the nation and as humanity to expose these things.
Snowden probably could have kept his mouth shut and continued to live a long and prosperous and successful life in relative peace had it not been for the inspiration of Ellsberg.
The fact that his name is coming back up in the news right now, I think, is very, very interesting.
And the more I research him, the more I find how viable and important the Pentagon Papers really were.
Now, there's a lot about His story and G. Gordon Liddy and all the other guys that were involved with it.
I was going through some of this Moonrock book stuff and all these declassified documents from the CIA related to different identities and E. Howard Hunt and G. Gordon Liddy and I mean I'm only 50 years old like I don't know this stuff.
So I think it's real interesting to take a close look at it and see how the old sleuths put the pieces together.
And yeah, I think at the end of the day, the whistle that's getting blown is that these guys have prepared for themselves a future where they think that they're protected from the Almighty.
Omnicide?
I've never even heard that word.
You ever heard the word omnipotent?
Omnicide means to kill everything, everybody, okay?
By the hands of men.
I don't know if it's going to be that simple.
Why else build a bazillion dollars worth of infrastructure underneath the mountains unless you were planning on blowing it all up or having it all blown up?
Unfortunately.
Very sobering thoughts.
Meanwhile...
We have a Georgia DA preparing another Trump indictment, just as Susan Rice departs the White House.
What's going on?
Current and former Obama adviser Susan Rice just quit the White House a couple of days ago.
What's that got to do with the price of beans?
Everything, since Biden just announced he's running for re-election.
Rice's timely departure tells us a few things about the behind-the-scene Democrat Party machination to replace Joe.
Meanwhile, another fat, incompetent prosecutor, this time in Georgia, says she's going to indict Trump sometime this summer.
First, Joe's big announcement.
It was terrible.
He didn't even give a speech.
His campaign pieced together a bunch of video clips of Joe bumbling around in some sun bites from previous speeches he's given.
He's going to save democracy from the mega extremists or something.
Childishly transparent.
They use a video to make the announcement because a real Joe is in a basement somewhere, can't reliably give a speech without tripping all over his tongue these days.
This come on the heels of the DNC announcing the Democrat Party won't have any primary debates for 2024.
Everyone knows why.
Old Joe can't stand a debate any longer.
The barbiturate and amphetamine injection can't keep him lucid for 60 to 90 minutes any longer, as they did during the 2020 campaign.
Meanwhile, Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis is preparing to indict Trump sometime in July or August.
She sent a letter to the Fulton County Sheriff demanding more security at the courthouse from July 11th through September 1st.
She doesn't explicitly state she's going to charge Trump, but we all know that's the agenda.
There's no other reason she'd be asking for extra security.
George saw a strategy, appears to be to have Trump indicted in Georgia.
Right as the Republican primary debates are about to start to give his opponents fodder they can use to attack him.
They can't, his amazing mega-records, so they need something else.
Willis says she's considering wire fraud and conspiracy charges against Trump because he called Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to ask him to investigate the obvious voter fraud that took place there.
Raffsenberger recorded the phone call, then leaked it to the Washington Post because he line rat-faced ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-
When she charges Trump, it will likely be as specious as the 34 counts Alvin Brake invented out of thin air, but that's not the point.
It's to disrupt and interfere in the 2024 election, since Trump is a clear frontrunner among Republicans and Democrats alike.
He's leading Hospice Care Joe by four in head-to-head polling right now.
I'm sure it's actually far greater.
Which brings us to Susan Rice.
Why'd she leave the White House just days before Joe's announcement?
Remember a few months ago, California Governor Gavin Newsom visited the White House?
No one would say what it was about.
He wasn't meeting with Kamala or old Joe.
Hair Gel was visiting with Susan Rice.
The Democrat Party's in disarray.
They really don't want Joe and Kamala to run again.
They're going to have to take Joe out, whether it's through a well-placed banana peel in the White House hallway or by indicting his crackhead son.
Whatever method they use, likely the Hunter indictment, old Joe will be forced to take the deal and leave.
And that'll make room for the Gavin Newsom-Susan Rice ticket to emerge from the shadows to save the day.
Susan is black, so having her on the ticket was where the Democrats were in charge of the racism after they shoved Kamala to the side.
The Biden campaign probably spent a million bucks to produce that awful announcement video.
Trump immediately put up his iPhone and recorded a response to old Joe's announcement, which cost him nothing.
Here's Trump's response.
We'll spare it.
Carl, your thoughts?
Very interesting developments.
First, Susan Rice may be another transgender in there and may have more power behind these puppet actor presidents than we have suspected.
No primary debates, huh?
I think that is an excellent move from our opponents.
Ballsy!
Especially with Susan on the ticket.
And I appreciate that they're taking these efforts to make it clear to the American public and to the world that we don't value the First Amendment for freedom of speech.
We don't value the democratic process where our ideas are considered publicly and then the people are encouraged to vote for the ideas that they think best.
And of course, this is an actor playing Biden as we've gone over time and time again, wearing a mask.
And I think what our opponents are going to do if the show goes on that long is they're going to take the playbook of Katie Hobbs.
No debate Katie Hobbs as the governor of Arizona who refused to debate her Republican opponent.
So I think that they're going to try that in 2024 and they'll come out with some rhetoric that they don't want to give A stage to hate speech, and they don't want to encourage more transgender violence.
They'll come up with something to say as virtue signaling about why they're not going to debate.
So Trump called the Georgia Secretary of State and asked for an investigation.
Okay, so the Secretary of State would then pretty much be obligated to put his name on a report, or at least put his name on a statement.
And in the state of the world that we have so far, that's the best we're gonna do.
And so that guy leaked it to the press, and then, I don't even know, the denial that they engaged in, to avoid the factual claims of election fraud, but that's what they've had to do.
And for Newsom and Rice as a possible ticket, or at least that's what we're getting in the play script looking ahead, I just want to remind people that until we have justice, we are at risk of anybody, as Jim says time and time again, they can try to elect as Jim says time and time again, they can try to elect a And for Newsom, I want to tell people as a Californian, we had the votes to recall that propagandist, that psychopath.
And the results of the recall went to the Dominion voting machines, and Newsom officially got 666 of the vote.
I mean, 66.6% of the vote.
So that's who these clowns are, and we'll just be talking about it in tragic comic tones until we get a breakthrough where this illusion, this Emperor's New Clothes play is going to be shattered.
I think Newsom was going to combine with Michelle, but I think there's too much risk of her being outed as a man.
If Susan Rice is a tranny, that would be astonishing.
Brian, your thoughts?
Well, it'd be nice to go into some sophisticated diet food, but I think now is the time for a little bit of levity.
It's a circus, y'all!
It's a circus!
Look at the circus!
Look, we got Joe Biden running for president again!
And he's taking Kamala Harris again!
And they're gaslighting and they're not gonna let Robert F. Kennedy come in because it's a circus, y'all!
It's a circus!
We got Susan Rice and Gavin Newsom.
More circus clowns joining the show.
Let's all sit up in the stands and watch the circus lay out!
Look, it's all gaslighting.
Joe Biden isn't even Joe Biden.
I don't know who the hell he is.
He's got pictures of him wearing masks.
He's eating his ice cream like a clown, dancing around.
The author of the previous Halfway Series article is talking about him slipping on a banana peel and dying.
They're hiding him in a closet.
And then on our side, you have some very serious people that are being hunted down by our legal system and the paid-for George Soros people.
Look, Their side doesn't have a care in the world because it's obvious that there's somebody that controls the election mechanism that's gonna gaslight along with the mainstream media and jam it through with or without debate and with or without the consent of the American people.
It's a circus!
Just watch it!
It's fun to watch!
Have a little bit of fun with it!
Watch Joe Biden like a clown prancing around on the circus floor like a seal saying whatever he's gonna say.
It's just a circus!
That's all.
Wow.
Wow.
I think you got it right.
Meanwhile, here's an update on Tucker.
Let's check in on Fox News Ratings after Tucker was fired and hoo boy!
Remember that scene in Rocky 3 when Clubber Lang is asked for his prediction about his uncoupling pipe with Robbie Balboa?
Wang, played by Mr. T, turns to the camera and simply says, pain.
That's what Fox is feeling today.
The ratings are out for Tuesday night's primetime news show and following Tucker's firing, they don't look very good for his former network.
Fox News Tonight, the temporary fill-in program featuring Brian Kilmeade, captured 1.7 million viewers.
The number represents a nearly 50% drop in viewership.
Tucker averaged 3.2 million viewers during the first quarter.
Worse, Fox lost the most coveted demo to the also-ran networks.
The ratings are certainly going to take a massive hit, TBI wrote.
Brian Kilmeade was thrown into the 8 p.m.
time slot Monday night, and people were not pleased.
Worse, Fox got owned during that hour-in-the-covenant 25-to-54-year-old demographic.
CNN's Anderson Cooper came in first, with 163,000 viewers, followed by MSNBC Chris Hayes at 162, and Kilmeade, third at 149,000.
Tucker had dominated that demographic at one point garnering more Democrat viewers with that group than any other show on television, including left-wing networks.
And the reigns of Bocalypse seem to have extended to other programs on Fox, indicating just how powerful Tucker was as a media personality, as Sean Davis tweets.
Fox News suffered a catastrophic drop in viewers after Rousting Tucker.
In the 8pm slot alone, Fox News lost nearly 50% of total viewers, and nearly 70% of viewers in demo compared to last Tuesday.
Demo ratings were down across the board, impacting all the shows.
Here are their overall ratings.
Primetime Age Demo Total Viewers Fox, 159,333 Total Viewers, 1,777,000.
9,333 total viewers, 1,777,000.
Then MSNBC, 145,000.
CNN, 134,667.
Total, 562,000.
Newsmax, 32,667.
Total, 424,667.
Newsstation, 18,332.
Fox certainly had to have
known that Don Bling Tucker was going to result in a sea of viewers is abandoning the networks and raiding disaster.
It would seem any argument about viewership or ad revenue wouldn't hold water.
So what caused Fox to part way with their gold standard in news and commentary?
Journalist Glenn Greenwald noted the network made a similar move with Glenn Begg.
was also dominating ratings when he was let go, speculating about what happened in both cases.
In 2011, Fox fired Glenn Beck even though he was setting records with ratings in the 5 p.m.
slot, he tweeted.
Even record ratings don't protect you of your expressing dissent that alienates corporate pieties.
Here's Benny Johnson, Micah Cheremix explained why Fox may have really fired Tucker Carlson.
Even though Tucker is the biggest person at Fox, they don't care.
They don't care what the ratings are.
They care that Fox is part of the regime.
I think that Murdoch said, we need nuclear war.
Carl, your thoughts?
Sorry, I had to unmute.
So, going back to what Brian said, I want to go off that excellent comment and the idea of just making fun of it, of mocking it, there is validity to that.
Those who have some sort of, I'll call it faith, but the idea of omnipotent, the idea that there are powers that are outside the dimensional consideration of average human beings.
In the 1880s, a book was written called Flatland that attempted to communicate the idea of what an extra-dimensional power might have, and the idea that there are beings on a two-dimensional
Existence they have no concept of anything up or down and a three dimensional being would be omnipotent they would see all know all could see inside of their existence and the idea that if we are to have a breakthrough if there is a creator Then that would be an extra-dimensional aspect of power that would be unstoppable relative to its dimensional advantage.
I just wanted to give an explanation about that.
So, Tucker.
I think that Tucker is part of this show, part of a script.
And yet, we, in the fog of war, are seats On this contest are way up in the stands and we're just dimly looking here but we do know as I mentioned I think earlier in the week or last week that Phil Donahue he had the most popular daytime talk show 20 years ago.
And he went after the war on terror and he got canned just like that as well.
Now for Fox to lose 70% of their demographic, I think that shows everything that we need to see.
I do conclude that everything that is happening is just drawing more attention towards the truth and that truly nothing can stop what is coming.
That said, this steady progression of events is still going to be super scary, and if our opponents do have power, then we are at risk of literally total destruction with nuclear war, or any other type of other catastrophe, if they have that power.
But I don't think they do.
Ryan?
A lot of different thoughts on those subjects.
As for Tucker Carlson, look, I did own television cable service.
And that was so that when I had my dad visit or family or extended family visit, we had some television and I could record Tucker and I could watch it and I could record maybe a golf outing here or a golf outing there.
But what you have here is my Xfinity bill, my last one.
And as you can see, I was paying $246.02 per month.
That was my automatic payment was last process, April 21st.
Well, I now have a frontier order number of 232-589-DOT-DOT for just two-speed full internet.
We never used it, so we shut it all off.
Return all the equipment, this address.
That's going to save me 150 bucks a month.
And I don't have to worry about any more gaslighting.
And that's all that we were getting.
Look, people that watch this channel, watch this channel because we're in the know about what's really happening.
And I've always had this problem with these mainstream media guys that they say tell the truth.
Did Rush Limbaugh tell the truth about false flags?
Did Tucker Carlson tell the truth about false flags?
Did Glenn Beck?
I was shocked when I first did my own independent research on Orlando.
I was like, I must be crazy!
Am I the only one that just saw Norman Cassiano lift up his shirt and show a white piece of gauze claiming he was shot six times in the abdomen?
I was looking around going, am I crazy?
Is that impossible?
That's completely impossible!
So let me turn the channel What?
Nobody else picked it up?
Let me, let me try Newsmax.
Let me try this chair.
What?
Nobody saw that?
It just goes to show that right now people are looking for safety in the group.
Okay?
They no longer have the critical thinking skills that they used to be able to have, and they no longer have the big picture perspective that our fathers and our fathers' fathers and our fathers' fathers' fathers had about what has been and will be happening in this nation.
And so because they can't figure it out, they tend to coagulate inside of the group.
What do you think a social credit score is?
A social credit score is, ooh, do you fit right in the middle of the group?
Okay.
Well, maybe you'll be a little bit lower.
Maybe you'll be out here.
Maybe a little bit lower.
Well, maybe you'll be out here.
Uh-oh!
You just stepped off the narrative.
Your social credit score is way down here, buddy.
You just exited the safety circle.
We're going to punish you for exiting the safety circle.
That's exactly what it is.
But right now the gaslighting level is so high because we're in this weird transition where artificial intelligence is gaslighting us and they're writing CNET articles and they're putting all their comments on New York Times articles and they're liking this and liking that on social and all that just Garbage is just piling up.
They take away the down like button on YouTube channels, they get rid of all the conspiracy theorists that are talking about anything that they observe in terms of what is reality is, and they replace it with some sort of chat bot that just gaslights you about Oh, you better get back into your little circle here.
You better join the group.
You better get, or your social credit score is going to go down.
I'm going to tell you something that actually happened to me the other day.
I was on Reddit and I was having a conversation with a guy back and forth.
And this guy is, let me tell you what he is.
He's the real deal.
He's the real deal.
I'm having this conversation with an army photo journalist, public affairs specialist, 46Q, for 22 years, retired E7, right?
So here you got an army photo guy that's in the know.
And he's basically like, Hey, I'm with you, Brian.
Go ahead and ask me some questions.
So I start firing away and he starts answering them.
You know what pops up on the little bell on the Reddit A suicide prevention hotline note that says I must be depressed.
I'm not kidding you!
It literally popped up on a little bell.
Like, hey, our algorithms have identified that you might be depressed.
Maybe you should get some help and contact our suicide hotline.
This is insane!
Maybe I am insane, I don't know!
So I've got Google AI Chatbot telling me I'm insane for asking these questions of a retired Army photojournalist, who's in the know, by the way, able to give me some pretty good insight.
And I'm just saying, at the end of the day, we're all going to have to break rank.
Every single one of us is going to need to break rank.
And it's just like Tucker Carlson said, State the truth calmly, and you'll be shocked as to how much power it gives you.
You're on fire today, my friend.
Wonderful stuff.
Meanwhile, explosive new study finds face masks may increase stillbirth, testicular dysfunction, cognitive decline in kids, even brief exposure.
A new study by German researchers concludes face masks can cause carbon dioxide poisoning when worn even for short periods, and may have contributed significantly to stillbirths when worn by pregnant women, as well as testicular dysfunction and cognitive decline in children, among other destructive health issues.
As reported by the Daily Mail, the research published in the journal Hellion comprises a review of 43 previously published studies on exposure to CO2, mask wearing, and pregnancy.
Here's Dr. Anastasia Maria Lupus tweeting, Face masks may raise risk of stillbirth, testicular dysfunction and cognitive decline due to buildup of carbon dioxide.
No doubt about it.
CO2 exposure causes brain damage, heightened anxiety, and poor memory in young minds.
Mass trap CO2, which is an inhale.
CO2 exposure leads to the destruction of testicular cells and stillbirths and birth defects after CO2 exposure in pregnancy.
The study notes even short-term exposure.
To concentrations as low as three-tenths of a percent caused brain damage, increased anxiety, and impaired memory in both pregnant rats and young mice in one study.
Another, when male mice were exposed to 2.5% CO2 for four hours, testicular cells and sperm were destroyed.
The equivalent amount for humans would be a half a percent over the same four-hour period.
Yet another experiment discovered stillbirth and birth defects occurred in pregnant rags exposed to just 3% CO2, which would be equivalent to 8, 10, 7% for humans.
The study points to research that found five minutes of mask wearing, five minutes of mask wearing, resulted in CO2 levels increasing to between 1.4% and 3.2%.
While they note that the review provides circumstantial evidence only, the research allude to a surge in stillbirth during the pandemic.
St.
Matt's could have contributed, no doubt about it.
Swedish researchers previously found the stillborn rate increase from 7 per 1,000 to 21 per 1,000 after the pandemic.
A leading UK hospital saw a four-fold increase.
Circumstantial evidence exists that popular mask use may be related to current observations of a significant rise of 28-33% in stillbirths worldwide.
Research indicates reduced verbal, motor, and overall cognitive performance to two full standard deviations in scores of children born during the pandemic.
Dr. Kevin Bass, Solid Molecular Biology Ph.D., has a detailed thread on this study which can be linked through the following Kevin Bass, Ph.D., M.S.
Before beginning, I want to point out that during the pandemic, I dismissed others concerned about the topic and insisted on masking.
I mask my children in public.
And I regret doing so.
Anti-maskers made me angry.
I was wrong.
I am sorry.
The findings dovetail with a report published by UK Health Security Agency concluding no evidence could be found to prove multigrade face masks protected vulnerable people from COVID at all.
They do not protect.
No evidence to suggest.
Thanks for admitting this three years after all the demeaning crap you put everyone through, Paul Joseph Watson tweets.
No evidence face masks protected vulnerable from COVID, health officials admit.
Scores of studies have come to the same conclusion.
Yep, people are still wearing masks despite all of this.
Some schools are still forcing children to wear masks.
Some airlines and travel companies are still enforcing mask wearing.
It's been common knowledge since the start that masks do practically nothing.
Those who resisted, even doctors, were punished and banned from publicly voicing their concerns.
This goes hand in hand with a massively harmful lockdowns.
When will enough be enough?
In other words, MKUltra masking induces hypoxia, toxicity, greater slave compliance, and most importantly, higher death vax uptake.
Carl, your thoughts?
Great story to include, Jim, and I appreciate Dr. Bass for coming clean and embracing the data.
And this is ongoing as the article emphasizes that these studies have been around for a while.
A mask is an experimental medical product, and under Title 21, that is enforced by the U.S.
Constitution in Article 6, that federal law is going to be superior to any state mandate, requirement, whatever they want to say that you got to do for that.
In the fall of 2021, I gave my best shot, a 4,700 word essay to my approximate 100 teaching colleagues at Hayward Unified School Districts, Hayward High School, and some of the data that I included in the section on masks, and some of the data that I included in the section on masks, I'm just going to give The National Institute of Health and NIH Director, Dr. Francis Collins, is on the record stating policy of masks for school students is not based on scientific data.
The CDC won't remind us, neither will corporate media, that their own study found that masking students provide no statistically significant benefit to prevent virus transmission.
And that article had mentioned, and I list here, one link with 31 other studies and another link with 47 other studies that refute that masks have anything to do for helpful, and I'll include that link.
And the bottom line for people is for, you know, as Brian was talking about, that we do need to gain some sort of autonomy.
We are being treated as stupefied herd animals, and that's the basic choice.
I mean, as a retired public school teacher, the Any ethical educator wanted a high school level of education to be able to provide the independence to take that ability to grapple with facts and then to exercise it, not to be scared as a stupefied herd animal in support of psychopaths.
Very nice.
Brian?
Well, not only do they want you to wear masks, they want Men to wear ladies underwear, and I know from my own studies that five minutes of wearing a g-string reduces my testosterone levels by about 97%.
I mean, it's terrible what happens when I do that.
And it's about as ridiculous, the point is, wearing a mask is about as ridiculous as these Ridiculous transgender things that are being pushed on our population.
So we're going to take our beautiful faces with our beautiful lips and our beautiful ability to communicate and our teeth and our face and our eyes, little children, and we're going to block that.
I'm sorry, but that's not about health and safety.
That's about isolation and breaking down.
Your ability to communicate with one another and break us down in society.
At the end of the day, I saw masks as an absolute control mechanism from the very first moment that they started rolling them out.
But they've been wearing masks over in China for years and even in Thailand and other places for years.
But that has more to do with the Simple poor air quality than it has anything to do with what's going on over here.
What's going on over here is the masks, in my opinion, are designed to isolate, separate, and cause damebramage.
And what they're doing to men with this Dylan Mulvaney Bud Light is Reducing our ability to continue to function.
And they're doing the same thing with women.
They've got men masquerading as women on the athletic fields.
It's the same thing.
Denigrate.
Destroy.
Break.
Let me tell you, the strongest unit we have in society is the family.
A father and a mother and 3.6 children raised on a farm with a couple of bicycles and a turtle and a rabbit and a horse.
There's nothing stronger than that in America.
And I'm telling you, at the end of the day, that's what they're after.
Everything else is easy pickings.
You can take out what's happening in the city and take out what's happening in the ghetto.
You can take out the guys that are getting older.
You can take out the educators.
You can take out academia.
You can take it all out.
But at the end of the day, what they're really afraid of...
Very, very nice.
Excellent.
Right on point.
Wonderful.
Meanwhile, blast from the past.
and mothers and children who will come up and marry other fathers and mothers and children and build better families.
That's what they're breaking down.
Very, very nice.
Excellent.
Right on point.
Wonderful.
Meanwhile, blast from the past.
Spanish flu mortality, according to Dr. Fauci, you know what really caused all the deaths.
No one could ever accuse Dr. Mengele, 2.0 and company, of not doing their due diligence prior to rolling out Psy-19, soon to be Psy-23.
three.
From all the COVID patents between the CDC and IH Fauci et al that they racked up over the preceding decades, to the public admissions of Fauci's pals on how to profit from the next outbreak, to the collusion between Wall Street and their quadrillions of derivative products that were on the verge of blowing up in 2020 due to rising interest rates that PSYOP19 clearly tamped down hard,
We have a fascinating published study from way back in 2008 by none other than Tony the Rat himself entitled, Predominant Role of Bacterial Pneumonia as a Cause of Death in Pandemic Influenza, Implication for Pandemic Influenza Preparedness.
Here you see, in the era, how fashionable it was wearing masks.
Published pathologic and or bacteriologic findings from the 1918-19 influenza pandemic.
Though the cause of influenza was disputed in 2018, there was almost universal agreement among experts that deaths were virtually never caused by the unidentified etiological agent itself.
...but resulted directly from severe secondary pneumonia caused by well-known bacterial pneumopathogens that colonized the upper respiratory tract predominantly pneumococci, streptococci, and staphylococci.
Without this secondary bacterial pneumonia, experts generally believe that most patients would have recovered.
So it actually causes severe secondary bacterial pneumonia way back in 1918-19?
Hint!
It covers the mouth and nostrils, recirculates toxins and CO2, and induces hypoxia.
History certainly rhymes, precisely because deranged sociopaths reapply its lesson for their deprived agenda.
From unidentified ideological agents who invented pandemics to lab-made bioweapon agents, Dr. Mengele 2.0 is one of the most successful serial killers in the history of mankind.
Do not comply.
Mass murder.
I state, Anthony Fauci is going to go down in history as the greatest mass murderer of them all.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, yeah, that's what the data seemed to indicate.
100 years ago with the concern that prompted masking that I wasn't there.
The I haven't done a deep dive as a professional historian, but I did read some and see some of the photographic evidence and some of the photographic evidence was.
I believe it was a California governor and one of the leading health officials went to, I believe it was a 1918 boxing match, and then was photographed with the high rollers not wearing masks and in close proximity at a boxing match.
And that, as I understand it, led to public outrage of the hypocrisy.
So in the documentation that I provided in my best shot, so there's We have the scientific data of no studies, and people really do need to do good faith effort to be able to grapple with the data.
That section, by the way, is right before the next section, which documents dozens of our leaders, hypocritical leaders, Who are hanging out in public being maskless while the hired help has to mask.
And, of course, that section was after in that paper, the study talking about how the idea that these VAX companies, they need to provide their own safety studies.
For them not to be sued for damages with experimental medical products, they have to have safety studies twice a year submitted to Congress.
Since 1986, they have provided no studies.
So once you get a hang of this, once you get over the cognitive dissonance that pretty much it is Orwellian, pretty much anything that we're told officially the truth is going to be opposite of it, Then, you know, it's pretty quick just to point to the data and to make the case that our leaders are not like Fauci.
He didn't make any type of careless error, or who could have seen this coming, or mistakes were made, or we went off the best data.
No, these are intentional lies of omission and commission that we can go back into the record and definitively prove.
No doubt about it.
Brian?
I think they're trying to re-engineer the definition of a word hero.
I think they want the hero to be the guy that complies, you know, that wears his helmet when he's riding his bicycle and that makes sure to only drive 35 miles an hour.
You know, if you watch or read books or, you know, follow some of the heroes of mankind, you'll see that they're all rogue, independent thinkers.
Who will not comply, that are up against Goliath-type beasts or systems or programs, that are willing to sacrifice anything and everything to protect a way of life, and that are willing to go up against even the unknown, even the scary and the dangerous, in order to accomplish what they believe is right in terms of their ideal.
Today's society is trying to rebrand a hero as a Dylan Mulvaney or a, you know, a compliant government roan as the new hero.
You know what?
I'll take the heroes of old any day.
Go out and do some more push-ups.
Go out and get yourself an extra beer at night.
Go out and enjoy yourself and show up and live life to the fullest.
Go out and do something crazy.
You know, maybe ride your motorcycle off a cliff or something like that.
You know, here's what I'm trying to say.
We have to stop letting these icons tell us what a hero looks like.
And what we think it's a hero is going to be in the middle of the big social circle of cattle.
And we have to start standing outside and standing up for what we believe is right.
And I believe that dialogue is the best way to do it, not safe spaces.
Good.
Yes, indeed.
Meanwhile.
She made the real Anthony Fauci-required reading for her students.
Here's what happened next.
In an interview with The Defender, Lynne Comerford, Ph.D.
Director of Women's Studies at Cal State East Bay, detailed how and why she fought back against criticism for requiring her students to read The Real Anthony Fauci, Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health by R.F.K.
Jr.
When Lynne assigned her students to read the book, She believed she was introducing them to one that was burstling with tested ideas that helped ignite a paradigm shift in public health.
Her students were receptive to the book, written by R.F.K.
Jr., Children's Health Events Chair, on leave, and the ideas it contained.
But the professor and director of women's studies at Cal State East Bay found herself in academic hot water after an anonymous administrator alleged she was indoctrinating her students.
In an exclusive interview with The Defender, she explained how she was forced to vigorously defend her decision to assign the book, and another, plague of corruption, restoring faith in the promise of science co-authored by Judy Mekovitz, and how she ultimately prevailed.
Confort told an offender from an early age she was introduced to ideas about defending freedom, how she was insulated from mainstream media propaganda.
While at Fordham as an undergraduate, I read Camus, whose work strikes me as particularly poignant these days, especially his emphasis on the absurd.
Camus believed the absurd is the essential concept of the first truth.
He also argued The welfare of people has always been the alibi of tyrants.
She explained how growing up in Lexington, Massachusetts, attending reenactment of the shot heard round the world on the town green, she learned viscerally to appreciate individual freedom, resist tyranny, and sound the alarm when necessary.
The slogan, live free or die, is stamped on every license plate in the neighboring New Hampshire.
Powerful words for an impressionable kid.
Adding, she missed out on commercial TV as a kid and has avoided it as an adult.
This is the background that helped inform her decision to assign Kennedy and Mick of his books to her students, starting with Plague on Corruption.
As she explained, Fall 2021.
Cal State students, staff, and faculty were mandated to be vaxxed against COVID to access their campus in Feb 2022.
Three students out of 50 complained to my department chair about my assigning plague a corruption.
I had to defend assigning this book to my class, children in families and communities.
My department chair at the time mailed and said she was concerned the book lacked academic rigor, and the dean's office was made aware of this.
They were concerned about the use of the book.
She had no difficulty, however, defending the book's academic rigor.
I think my department chair in the dean's office may have been surprised by the facts I emailed to them about Dr. Mikovits and her book.
I think they may have only been familiar with slanderous attacks levied against her in the media.
It's tough for bench scientists like Dr. Judy Mikovits, who critique particular vaccines, to experience the opprobrium of an industry that in 2021 spent $6.88 billion on advertising alone.
Gordon Firth said the matter was eventually resolved when the Associate Dean of Arts and Sciences, respecting the student complaints, asked Crawford to email her a citation of a reference journal article that presents a view that is different from those of Dr. Mikovits.
However, more complaints followed, which he added RFK's The Real Anthony Fauci.
A chair from another department on our cabinet made a formal complaint to the chair of my department about the fact that I assigned the real Anthony Fauci.
The anonymous administrator complained that by assigning the book I was indoctrinating my students, claiming the book is controversial and has no relation to core subject matter.
The administration also claimed it does not support that course's description or student learning outcomes, adding, although academic freedom protects an instructor's right to select material to be used in a class, individual rights may be limited.
Here's Linkorb for Ph.D.
tweeting, College Administrator, it's come to my attention to assign the real Anthony Fauci by R.F.K.
Jr.
to your class.
She addressed these concerns in an essay in her sub-stack.
I cannot assign a book to a college class because one anonymous person thinks it's controversial?
A book that critically examines the 50-year career of Anthony and how is she?
It would directly impact the health and welfare of all U.S.
children and families and communities.
It has no relation to the core subject matter of, of course, children and families and communities.
The charges are absurd.
She noted the complaint was made anonymously, suggesting the party who complained was not interested in discussing the strengths and weaknesses of arguments and data, and they likely had never even read the book.
Instead of focusing on their own work, the Anonymous Administrator, a department chair from across the campus, chooses to spend their time surveying and attempting to manage and undermine a colleague.
I think a strong case can be made that the Anonymous Administrator is the indoctrinated party in the debate.
The science is far from settled on zero-liability pharmaceutical injectables.
In fact, we're just now entering a paradigm shift built on recent decades of research that has drawn conclusions supported by data in opposition to much of the research funded by multinational pharmaceutical corporations.
The campus newspaper, The Pioneer, also targeted her.
Publishing two articles labeling her teaching as anti-vaccine rhetoric.
I would have preferred anti-coercive mandator.
Adding that she was disappointed the student journalist didn't incorporate critique of for-profit multinational pharmaceuticals responsible recently for the opioid crisis that killed hundreds of thousands of Americans and the epidemic of sudden deaths among young healthy people after the COVID vaccine rollout.
She drew an analogy to Big Tobacco before smoking was linked to lung cancer in mainstream thought.
There were decades of published research findings linking smoking to lung cancer.
It takes a long time and a lot of lawsuits to finally get the word out to the public when the injuring party is a powerful multinational corporation.
The real Anthony Fauci lifts a veil on big pharma for the indoctrinated masses hypnotized by brought to you by Pfizer programming.
Given Pharma's long criminal rap sheet she had, and see, for example, some of the crimes committed by Pfizer, J&J, Merck, GlaxoSmithKline, Eli Lilly, Novartis, and AstraZeneca, I think it's irresponsible not to assign books like The Real Anthony Fauci and Plague of Corruption adding.
Isn't it time to take a closer look at how Big Pharma impacts children and families and communities?
Perhaps the Anonymous Administrator complaining about my assigned reading depends on funding from Pfizer or Moderna for their research?
From my standpoint, I wonder if this Anonymous Administrator wants the real Anthony Fauci censored from my class, because it may destroy illusions about current American health policies that the Anonymous Administrator cannot bear to let go.
She said it was the first time the university or any of her colleagues interfered with her teaching.
I'd been given carte blanche to teach my class in a way that reflected my training.
Her student evaluation always went good.
People she worked with support a faculty's right to be free to explore ideas based on academic curiosity and background.
If faculty are not free to ask questions, even those that turn accepted orthodoxy on its head, There is no growth, and the purpose of a university ceases to exist.
A pursuit of knowledge and truth is not a popular contest.
That philosophy is what prompted her to have her students read Real Anthony Bauschian, Plague of Corruption.
Because I took a critical cost-benefit approach to COVID mandates, I ended up learning many of the lockdown decisions were a best-misguided and, at worst, criminal.
I felt a moral responsibility to share what I was learning with my students.
I was motivated to sign each of these books because each filled a gap in my Children and Families and Communities class and because they were replete with current scientific research on the biological and sociocultural impact of current health policy impacting children and families and communities in the United States.
Leaving the books out of our courses is what would have been irresponsible.
Because when she looked at competing narratives, she saw one side was motivated by profit and control.
I took a science-based approach and relied on renowned scholars in our fields who came out early asking tough questions about mandates.
She said, if face masks were a theater from a scientific point of view, what other problem lurked among COVID-19 mandates?
Cal State Vaccine mandates also factored into her decision.
Most of my students are women of childbearing age.
When I learned the school was mandating an experimental zero-liability COVID vaccine for pregnant women, I seethed.
What could go wrong?
I was reminded of the thalidomide catastrophe.
Comerford said her students appreciated being able to read signs that offered data that differed from the global lockstep approach committed as censoring dissent.
I remember one student thanking me for doing my job.
She said some were surprised to learn basic facts about Big Pharma, including its advertising, lobbying, and political contributions.
Students share that just asking a question about COVID mandates at their workplace or in their private lives often led to emotionally charged interactions rather than even real discussion.
There's an old German proverb, fear makes the wolf bigger.
There was a lot of fear promulgated during COVID-19, I think, learning about COVID science.
From different perspectives, it empowered students during a challenging time and made the proverbial wolf smaller.
She expected similar support from her colleagues, which found few allies.
I wrote a lengthy email the week the vaccine became available in the Bay Area in 2021, including many links to early articles highlighting concerns about these rushed, experimental, zero-liability vaccines.
One colleague replied and concurred, I had found a confidant.
In a situation she described as Kafka-esque, Comerford said her female colleagues did not openly show any concern about the risk posed by the COVID vax and COVID mandates to women.
I assumed that raising my body, my choice, and held privacy rights would resonate with my fellow female colleagues.
Describing a Zoom call with 25 other female faculty, not one woman responded to me.
It was Kafkaesque.
Ultimately, the tenets of academic freedom won out.
One anonymous administrator and a few student complaints were not enough to censor my assigned course reading.
I owe this to my own tenacity and even killed administrators in the dean's office and my department, who respectfully listened to complaints about my assigned reading and allowed me to defend myself successfully.
She stressed the importance of preserving academic freedom for both students and faculty, saying, Colleges and universities are supposed to serve as protected havens where students and faculty are free to challenge conventional thinking without worrying about imprisonment, censorship, or job loss.
Protected havens also protect students and faculty from being forced to make ideological remarks to get or keep their positions.
Outside-the-box views need to be protected, and no one should ever be forced to conform to groupthink.
She referred to the AAUP 1940 Statement on Academic Freedom, which asserts that common good depends on the free search for truth and its free expression.
She told the Defender, The principle of academic freedom is both a legal and a moral concept.
It comes from the belief that the free exchange of ideas undergirds a good education and encourages critical thinking and independent analysis, which are the foundation for innovation.
It is chilling an anonymous department chair across campus would violate so many principles of academic freedom.
She herself encourages academic freedom in her classroom.
I created an environment where students knew they were free to express themselves without holding back.
Although I assigned the reading material and wrote the lectures, I did not take a formal position.
I introduced material and, as during the rest of the course, students knew they could respond in any way they liked.
Citing the example of Stanford University Professor of Medicine, Jay Padichara, MD, PhD, who was harassed and censored after he co-authored the Great Barrington Declaration in October of 2020, she added, academic freedom is clearly under threat.
I think conformity and groupthink has always existed in universities, but was starkly exposed during COVID.
I think you're correlated to the billions spent by Big Pharma on media lobbying, campaign funding, and research grants.
To the extent that universities and academics seek funding from private corporations and government agencies, the potential for administrative and research drift exists.
Academic freedom is under attack if money is a corrupting factor on campus.
She noted, as part of a $2 trillion federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, U.S.
colleges and universities were allocated billions On their precondition, they comply with COVID mandates.
In another example, she said Yale received, in 2022 alone, 607 mil from the Department of Health and Human Services, compared to 475 in student tuition.
Indeed!
Since 1998, Yale has received $9 billion from HHS, $1 billion of which has been dispersed since 2020.
If university campus science centers are brought to you by Pfizer, and grants are needed to do academic research, and universities take a large share of faculty grant money, does statistical deceit and collusion between pharmaceutical companies and research scientists occur?
Faculty at universities and academic institutions who do not share the establishment view on COVID or other issues should find the courage to stand up to those who come after us.
Sign the words of Martin Luther King, Jr.
Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor.
It must be demanded by the oppressed.
She feels hopeful, as a lot of battles over the last three years were fought and won by incredibly brave Americans, of whom she is a stellar example.
Carl, your thoughts?
Great article.
I wish I would have known that person when I was fighting Hayward Unified School District two school years ago because Cal State University East Bay is less than 20 miles from me this way and literally a little more than a mile south of Hayward High School where I taught for seven years.
So she's great.
She's a professional scholar and all of us who have committed our academic training and our professional experience to be able to explain document and prove important facts.
We will debate.
We will.
So the standard.
In academia is we document our factual claims and we put it out there and then anybody who has a problem with any mistakes or errors in omission like we left something out that's really important that should be included or commission is like whoa that data points wrong.
We want to hear all about it.
But instead, because the oligarchs, the psychopaths, the criminals have controlled every agency, and I think I got to throw in here, after 46 years experience in the Great Awakening,
About 2% in my experience can engage in these factual conversations, and that we have a paradox of a position that we can be absolutely confident in the veracity and the comprehensive accuracy of what we can explain, document, and prove, but 98% of these people are sheeple, they're herd animals, and they're going to need some help and a breakthrough for them to pay attention.
So what our opponents have to do is they have to attempt Censorship.
And when I challenged Hayward Unified School District's health orders, they did attempt censorship.
And they said, Mr. Herman.
You can no longer send your professional development reports to your colleagues because it's in violation of our policies.
And then they wouldn't state the policy, so I had to ask several times to get the policy.
And finally, the director of the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources said that works like my best shot.
They just, the quote was, disparages people for their political beliefs.
Then, of course, the follow-up question is, please cite anything that I have ever written or said that would disparage any colleague for their political—they ignored that.
So I just waited until I had something else to communicate to my colleagues.
I wrote that up to the superintendent, assistant superintendent of HR, and said, here's what I'm going to say next.
I have asked three times, and I forwarded this communication to the school board, to the superintendent, to even informing colleagues by mouth that you're not telling me what I've done to violate policy.
So here's what I'm going to send next, and you have three business days to find any problem with it, or I will send it.
And that's how that works.
Played out when they couldn't shut me up.
The next move that Hayward Unified School District made is that they put me on paid administrative leave, claiming that they needed to investigate how and why I was asking these questions.
That was in January of 2022.
And of course, they investigated me for the rest of the semester, coming to no conclusions.
I want to give context that in the essay of My Best Shot, I also quote Dr. Marcia Engel, who was the editor of the New England Journal of Medicine and at Harvard's Medical School.
She is one of the fiercest experts to be able to point to what this academic and what we have been Pointing to and I just want to quote Marcia for a couple of sentences here.
She said the combined profits for the 10 drug companies in the Fortune 500 were more than the profits of the next 490 businesses combined.
That was in 2002.
And Dr. Angle's conclusion of Big Pharma is, over the past two decades, the pharmaceutical industry has moved very far from its original high purposes of discovering and producing useful new drugs, now primarily a marketing machine to sell drugs of dubious benefit.
This industry uses its wealth and power to co-opt every institution that might stand in its way, including the U.S.
Congress, the FDA, academic medical centers, and the medical profession itself.
And Connected to all of this, our daughter applied to the UC and the Cal State systems here, and I had found that the UC systems now outsource the student enrollments that they accept are now 50% out of state, and they do it so that they can quadruple the tuition.
All scary stuff, especially if they're willing to go against the medical community.
Brian, yours?
Well, that particular CSU, CalState.edu, this is their operating revenues.
As you can see, they get $3 billion from the state of California, and their resident and non-resident tuition fees equal $1.8 billion, and then their junk fees and other student fees equal these other slivers here.
So I think if I'm reading this correctly, and let's just assume that all these other educational institutions work the same way, the government is pulling all their strings.
They've grown beyond their Ability to stabilize with just the revenues that they make and they support a whole lot of bureaucrats and a whole lot of staff with all that state appropriation slash federal appropriation that comes down through the pipes into the institution.
Carl, I can guarantee you that a lot of those people that were giving you a hard time were probably sympathetic to your cause.
Just one problem.
It's Carl or me in terms of the budget.
And Carl's got to go when it's Carl or me in terms of the budget.
So we're just going to go ahead and comply and keep our mouths shut and keep getting the money because the simple fact is we're not smart enough to make it on our own.
And guys, I hate to say it, but it's kind of how I feel about government employees.
I just don't see too many that have that entrepreneurial, go-get-em, work-hard, make-a-living spirit that you need to have.
Now, I'm just a small, tiny, little, middle-class private investigator who runs a little company in a little town called Houston.
I don't make a whole lot of money.
I prefer to be middle-class.
But you know what?
I like to be able to sleep with my ideals.
And it feels good to be who I am and to be able to say what I want to say, when I want to say it.
Even if I end up dying in a one-bedroom shack with a toilet and a well that I gotta pump, so be it.
Just so you know, I could have been rich.
I could have been rich on pharma money.
I could have been rich on big health care.
I was one of the top Independent thinkers, when it came to healthcare financing in Houston, Texas, in the state of Texas, maybe nationally, I was trained by one of the actual original architects of ERISA, who was trained by the ERISA architects themselves.
Now, ERISA is no small thing.
The Employee Retirement Income Security Act, most every employee out there, or at least the vast majority of them, are on self-funded employee Health plans.
That's what I engineered.
I mean, I found myself in London negotiating line slips for underwriting facilities so that we could run specialty risk products out in the marketplace.
I found myself also down in small community health centers trying to figure out how to do health care finance.
I became what I considered to be the highest level that I could achieve.
And then I looked around and I realized That I had to prostitute myself if I wanted to be like all the other players that were playing in the game.
I was going to have to be the guy that sold out to this pharma interest, or to that network interest, or to that doctor and hospital interest.
And it was becoming too difficult to independently think and independently move in a community that was driven by contingency compensation arrangements, just so you know.
Elliot Spitzer, the Attorney General of the State of New York back in 2013, filed a lawsuit against Marsh & McLennan, the biggest brokerages.
I mean, these are slingers of insurance, health plans, big brokerages.
And he caught them in a bid rigging scheme where they would shield the lower commission paying vendors from competition.
In favor of the higher commission paying vendors in competition.
They would shield the higher vendors by rigging the bids to make sure that it went to the higher paid product so that the commissions were bigger.
He caught him red-handed.
Caught Marshall McLennan red-handed.
You know how much they settled for?
$1.7 billion more than their actual 2013 revenues.
Total revenue, not cost, not overhead.
They settled it so that the industry didn't have to change.
So you've got to understand.
That the machine that you see when you walk out your door that puts the asphalt on the ground, that puts the kids in the schools and the school buses and the police officers and the pensions and all that stuff is run by men of influence who buy and sell in terms of profits and margins.
And there isn't a clean mind left.
There isn't a clean mind left anywhere.
They're all corrupted with an appetite to get and stay rich because they believe that will protect them in the end.
And I got to tell you, it's a lie.
Wow.
Sensational, Brian.
Just sensational.
Meanwhile, Barack Obama's family admits he's not American and Michelle is not what he seems.
Check out that photograph.
That's a doozy.
Malek, this is the older brother of Barack.
Says everybody in the Obama family calls Barack fake-ass.
And has a major tooth bomb to drop about Michelle, too.
His revelations come at the same time as Columbia University graduates supposedly in the same class as Barack admit they have no memory of him at all.
At this point, we have to ask, is there anything real about America's first black president, or is he a total fraud?
Are Barack and Michelle the biggest con jobs in history?
Malek Obama has a history of dropping truth bombs about his family on Twitter.
Tuesday, he posted a few highly incriminating documents from his brother's Kenyan history, proving that the history we've been told about him is a total lie.
Malek's claims are supported by official government documents.
Former First Lady Michelle Obama was registered to vote as a man from 1994 until 2008.
According to official documents obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections.
They also reveal Obama officially changed her sex to female in 2008, the same year her husband was running for the presidency.
We made a whole video about these damning records, which were obtained by FOIA.
The official docs were obtained for the state of Illinois by documentary filmmaker Joel Gilbert, who explained he decided to take a serious approach about learning Michelle's background because the mainstream media refused to touch it.
But he didn't expect to find proof that she registered to vote as a man for 14 years.
He was stunned.
When he received Michelle's official voter registration cards from 1994 and 2008, describing the process of unraveling Michelle's changing sexual identity, he writes, Having recently obtained official documents from the state of Illinois, here is what I can say with assurance.
I found proof in official documents that Michelle Obama registered to vote as a man in 1994.
I also have official proof that, after 14 years of voting as a man, Michelle changed her sex in 2008 from male to female.
This is not more social media silliness.
This is fact.
I obtained the documents from the Illinois State Board of Education only last week.
Here's Michelle's official voter registration card from 1994.
When she registered her vote as a man, the letter M is circled under sex.
You can see it even more clearly here.
Third line down, sex, M, M, M, circle.
Then, on July 14, 2008, With her husband about to be nominated by the Democrats for the presidency, she changed her sex from male to female.
Moreover, as far as Obama being at Columbia, the ID card pictured here is not a real university student ID issued to Barack Obama under any name in 1981.
It's simply an altered version of a Columbia University ID card issued to another student named Thomas Lugert in 1998.
Additionally, the picture card couldn't possibly have been a Columbia ID issued to Brock in 1981, as the digital ID format it uses wasn't even introduced until 1996.
Meanwhile, having for many years Claim Barack Obama was born in Kenya.
I received a cold water in the face from RBS.
Making the following points, which I now agree and believe to be correct.
Ann Dunham is Barry's mother.
Barry's father is Frank Marshall Davis, not the Kenyan.
His name appears on Barry's birth certificate.
Barry was born in Hawaii.
The irregularities surrounding Barry's Hawaiian birth certificate are manufactured red herrings designed to create confusion.
What is the motive?
Barry did not want it known that his father was a low-life pornographer and one-time member of the Communist Party.
He also wanted a trade on the fairy tale his father was a goat herder from Kenya.
Watch Joel Gilbert's film, exclusively devoted to this subject, Dreams from My Real Father, in order to remove any and all doubt that the above is correct.
Here's a photograph of the guy alleged to be his father, Barack Hussein Obama Sr., who doesn't bear a lot of resemblance to Barack.
Here's the mother.
You can read a lot about her, even in Wikipedia.
An American anthropologist specializing in economic anthropology and rural development in Indonesia.
She's the mother of Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States.
Get this!
She was known as Shirley Ann Dunham during high school, then Ann Dunham, Ann Obama, Ann Sotoro, a.k.a.
Ann Sotoro, resumed her maiden name Ann Dunham later in life.
Here, Frank Marshall Davis appears to be the actual father of Barack Obama.
He was an American journalist, poet, political, and labor movement activist and businessman.
He began his career writing for African American newspapers in Chicago, moved to Atlanta.
He was outspoken about political and social issues, covering topics from sports to music.
His poetry was sponsored by the Works Progress Administration under FDR's New Deal.
Look at his face!
Look how much more of a resemblance we have between Frank Marshall Davis and Barack Obama than we have with a Kenyan who has been reported to have been his father.
If you want more, check out Fake News Issues of Identity.
I talk about Lee Oswald, Noah Posner, Paul McCartney, Hillary Clinton, Michelle Obama, and Kamala too, who has also used a body double.
Carl, your thoughts?
Malik has it right and that we have been taking a look at the he's pointing to documentary evidence that would make the prima facie case that it's Big Mike it's not Michelle anybody as long and as well as the photographic and the film evidence.
That big mic has a package there that you can see swinging that wouldn't have any explanation of having a vagina instead of a male dom.
Now, as well as with Obama, no Columbia student has come out publicly that I know of to say that they remember Barack Obama at Columbia University, and I have read documentation From, um, uh, you go to these celebrations, reunions that nobody at the Columbia University reunion, nobody there can ever remember having the guy in a class, seeing him, no one, nobody.
And this is consistent with how the spooks at the top work.
They just have an appearance of democracy.
They're just promoting puppets and actors and platitudes.
So it really doesn't matter as long as the story is believable.
And for the alleged mother of Obama, Ann, I have seen photographs of her engaged in, I guess, the only way, nude shoots, nude photo shoots.
So that reference of the pornography business with her mother and her father, there's probably a lot more to it.
I have not looked into it deeply enough.
I can state Definitively, professionally, that the actions that this guy took, acting as President Obama, were Orwellian, illegal, and you could just focus on the war crimes, illegal, lie-started wars of aggression, and then the war crimes within those illegal wars.
If you want to see evidence of the physiological indications that Michelle's a man and not a woman, check out those issues of identity, for example, in other places.
I'm covering it rather extensively at present.
Brian, your thoughts?
So Barack Obama was born in August of 1961.
And this guy, Frank Marshall Davis, was born in 1905.
And this woman, Ann Dunham, was born in 1942.
So that makes her 18 or 19 years old.
So that makes her 18 or 19 years old.
And that makes Frank Marshall Davis 46 years old.
Anything seem a little off about that for kind of the 50s, early 60s, a black man and a white woman, 50 years old, she's 17 or 18.
between Anything feel weird about that?
I don't know.
I mean, it feels a little weird to me based on what I know about the way things were in America, but heck, it was the University of Washington, I guess.
Anything went even back then in the University of Washington.
I don't have too much other to say about this story except I find that age gap to be interesting to say the least.
I kind of doubt Frank Marshall Davis was around too much with his 20 year old girlfriend.
Who knows?
I don't really know.
I do believe Michelle is a man.
I've seen her junk on Ellen bouncing around in her ridiculous dress and I believe it all about that stuff.
Great point about the age.
My impression is Ann was a casual woman, shall we say, rather promiscuous.
But I think you raise a very good point, Brian.

Meanwhile, we have a report.
This is from my blog.
There's no doubt the U.S.
is transitioning to green energy, but that doesn't mean oil and gas and coal won't be used for as long as they last.
But don't assume oil will be around forever.
All the accessible oil in the world is biotic, not abiotic, and it indeed comes from plankton and algae crushed at high pressure underground.
In fact, it can be produced from algae today at exorbitant prices.
Most large oil fields around the world are already largely depleted, although fracking has given some new life.
People who work there tell me the Permian Basin may have only another 25 years left.
In current rate of production, in my humble opinion, the new hydrogen economy will take off as the oil-based one recedes.
Check out, on my blog, the myth of fossil fuels and the myth that the U.S.
is transitioning away from oil to green energy.
It's a very important question.
Meanwhile, final thoughts.
Carl, yours.
So the principal challenge that we have is that we live in this inverted world that's full of lies and those lies have to be exposed and people need to shatter the illusion so that they can recognize they've been lied to.
Once the lies are exposed and revealed, we can remove the liars and then have good faith discovery.
And the paradox for my discovery of 46 years engagement for the Great Awakening, which is just to take on the issues that affect the most number of people and the greatest amounts of money, and that led to two UN summits for heads of state for ending poverty, is that
And you can kind of get it in my own personal self-expression is that all of us seem to develop a unique dark sense of humor because it is a circus!
It is!
But it's a tragic comic circus and you can engage in all of the actions to be as intelligent and of service that you can and at the same time as we did talk that there are powers above our heads And my own personal experience, I learned so much, I contributed.
So microcredit in the second UN Summit for Heads of State for Ending Poverty, the microcredit summit of 1997, which is small loans to the poorest of the poor, that has probably saved more people than live in the United States.
Probably about half a billion people.
So, you know, those people have been helped, and yet the overall condition still remains captured and controlled until we have a breakthrough.
Now, our choices in moving forward?
We could surrender.
We could just give up.
We could just have the psychopath say, alright, just give me a trans bud light, but we can't.
That would be a taste in our mouths even worse than a bud light.
So all we need to do, paradoxically, is keep clean with what we think and what we say and what we do in good faith effort, and that apparently We're going to need friends in high places for a breakthrough.
But for damn sure, we're not surrendering the truth and our values.
Ryan, your final thoughts.
I feel we're getting stronger every day.
I really do.
Look, I think that there are people coming our direction that are beginning to see that it doesn't make sense anymore what this mainstream media is saying.
I think Tucker Carlson going off the air is one of the best things that could have happened to a show like us.
And I'll tell you something else about Tucker Carlson going off the air.
There is a lot of buzz today about an article that was put out by a guy by the name of Gabriel Sherman, who Put together a bunch of ties between Ghislaine Maxwell, Robert Maxwell, Rupert Murdoch, Lord Rothschild, and other of these devil horn, pentagram, Satan wearing things.
And apparently what this Gabriel guy is saying Is that Murdoch absolutely snapped and lost his lid when Tucker said in a public speech that there was an evil force running the planet and that we should all stop and pray to God 10 minutes a day to fight back.
And apparently what this Gabriel guy is saying is that Murdoch lost it.
Because he and boss Lord Rothschild, they openly worship Lucifer and they stand with the satanic witnesses and the satanic art of a Bramovic and the others.
So, I mean a whole out of left field article by this guy Gabriel Sherman yesterday saying that this is a spiritual battle and and Tucker took a shot.
Tucker took a big shot at these guys and they didn't like it.
And they said, that's it.
Had enough.
Now, there's probably one of 50 or 60 or 70 different theories floating around out there.
I don't know which true, but I can tell you this.
I feel a little stronger every day.
I feel like there's something rising up within me that's getting stronger every single day.
I feel an appetite that's growing inside me.
I don't want to just give it up, but I can tell you that the appetite is not for personal victory.
In other words, it's more like a, I must decrease, he must increase sort of thing.
Because I think that the war is being won.
And I don't think it's because we're out arguing or out playing or out chess maneuvering our competition.
I think it's that the dark side is overplaying their hand to such an extent that the normies out there are starting to be able to smell the sizzle and say, this smells bad.
We better check something else out.
So we'll see how it all goes.
But one day at a time.
Well, I'm delighted by both of your commentaries, but Brian, I must compliment you on an extraordinary series of remarks today.
Very, very refreshing and welcome.
We're seeing so much lies and hypocrisy.
Michelle and Barack Obama are only two of the biggest frauds.
We got a substitute Federman being palmed off in the United States Senate.
We got a fake Joe Biden.
The guy's actually literally wearing a latex mask.
We have the Granddaughter of the real Joe Biden, saying it's his twin brother who's actually wearing the mask of the Biden family, has a long history of political involvement, and didn't want to give up any of the power.
We got Hillary Clinton using multiple body doubles and playing the American people for suckers and saps.
That's where we come in.
We're just doing our bit to try to make you a little less gullible, a little more knowing, a little less liable to be played, to have a better understanding of what's actually going on in this very complicated, messy world.
We're doing our best, and we're very glad you're right here with us.
Spend as much time as you can with your family, your friends, and people you love and care about.
