Welcome, folks.
This is Truth Vs. News, Incorporated.
I'm Donald Glein, your host and producer at JD.Consultants at ProtonMail.com, and it's so nice to have you on the air, to be on the air here.
This is Monday, the 10th of April, 2023.
We had a great resurrection Sunday, I guess, yesterday.
Hopefully, everybody is profoundly affected by what happened 2,000 years ago.
And so right now we're going to talk about what happened a while back, but first I'm going to introduce our people here.
We have Dr. James Fetzer, the most dangerous mind in America, author of many books, including Sandy Hook and 9-11, JFK, all the things that you really need to know about.
He's fantastic, the best man in the world, I think.
And Holly Seliger, she's back and she's got all kinds of good things to share.
I really appreciate her perspective.
And Brian Davidson is here, and he's an investigator extraordinaire out of Texas.
And believe me, he gets right to the heart of the matter.
So Jim, what's happening in Ukraine that we need to know about?
How is that situation?
Is it getting worse?
Well, Ukrainian official claims they're going to give Russia the boot, but there ain't really a chance of it.
Ukraine will choose a way to bring Crimea back in political and military means, said Zelensky's envoy for Crimea, Tamila Tesheva, but it was just bullshit.
No doubt about it.
Ridiculous.
Tesheva said Russia will be given only two options, leave or be driven out.
To minimize Ukrainian military losses, minimize threats to civilians who live in occupied territories, as well as the destruction of civilian infrastructure, Ukraine plans to give Russia a choice on how to live in Crimea if they don't agree to live voluntarily.
Ukraine will continue to liberate land by military means.
Except it has.
Even if it had the will, it doesn't have the means, and most certainly is not going to have the opportunity.
Meanwhile, Ukraine will disappear, according to the former Russian president.
Because the rest of the world, even its own citizens, have no need for the troubled country to continue to exist, said Dmitry Medvedev.
Why would Ukraine disappear?
Because nobody needs it.
The EU doesn't need Ukraine because supporting the country amid the conflict on the order of their Russian mentor has plunged the Europeans into a real financial and political hell.
Spiking inflation, high energy prices, decay of businesses already led to protests in various parts of the continent.
The prospect of decisively planning Ukrainian blood-sucking parasites on the neck of the shriveling EU is real, and if it happens, it's going to signal the demise of the bloc meant to end war.
Kiev's prime backer, the U.S., doesn't need Ukraine either, because most ordinary Americans have no idea where to find it on a map.
Consider it some abstract part of Russia.
They wonder why the establishment in the U.S.
isn't dealing with inflation, lack of jobs, emergencies in her stove, but instead occupied with a spore over a country.
Referring to the 404 error in the Internet when you go someplace where you don't find the page.
Only political demagogues in Washington, who have long conceded their impotence and dementia, are trying to make PR gains from military and sanctioned campaigns.
Africa and Latin America reject Ukraine because the billions the U.S.
is wasting on senseless battles would have been enough to fund many social development programs.
Asian countries don't need Ukraine because through the example of the conflict between Moscow and Kyiv, they see how the technologies of color revolutions are being developed To eliminate the largest competing powers.
They understand what scenario the collective West, led by the U.S., has prepared for them in case of disobedience.
Besides, Russia is far closer to nations like India and China geopolitically, and has historically proven to be their reliable partner.
Russia doesn't need Ukraine either, because the country was a mistake created by the collapse of the Soviet Union.
Millions of our compatriots who live here have for many years been subject to abuse by the Nazi Kiev regime.
It's them we're protecting in the course of our special military operation.
Finally, even Ukraine, with its Nazi elite at the helm, is not needed by its own citizens.
That's why out of $45 million, fewer than $20 million remain there now.
The Ukrainians don't want to help.
Zelensky and his associate put even more stolen Western money into their offshore accounts instead.
They're eager to move to Poland or elsewhere in the EU, or to become the 52nd state in the U.S., or even join the Penguins in Antarctica.
Brian, I think Mendeleev's got it right.
Yeah.
You know, there's a lot of buzz about these leaked Pentagon documents related to Ukraine.
Mail Online posted that this morning, a big article about it, saying Ukraine has been forced to alter its counter-attack plans after the U.S.
intelligence leak revealed top-secret military details.
Well, in those details, it said that 16 to 17 16,000 to 17,500 Russian soldiers had been killed in Ukraine, but Ukraine had suffered as many as 71,500 deaths inside those documents.
Now, I don't know if any of those documents can be relied on.
I don't know if the leak was planned, sort of a diversion tactic or what, but if the documents have any reliability whatsoever, they say basically that
Ukraine is getting their butts kicked in this thing, and if you think about all the money we're spending compared to the Soviet Union and China, which is, you know, close to 750 billion dollars a year at this point in time, you'd think that we'd have this pretty much under control.
We don't.
I don't know what's going to happen over there.
I've been warned in some of the comments to not talk geopolitics.
So I'm going to sort of back off on this one and let's just see where it goes.
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, I think it's becoming more and more clear that this is a manufactured genocide of the people of Ukraine, and there's really no winning this for them.
It sounds like more and more of the people of Ukraine do not want to fight.
They're just caught up as cannon fodder right now.
Their current regime is forcing it upon the people to continue to fight, where they're conscripting people or bringing in mercenaries, bringing in faulty weapons, money laundering that's being used to try to keep this going.
And it's going to become more and more clear.
I wouldn't be surprised if even more people have been killed in this.
And Ukrainians are fleeing to Europe.
They're fleeing to countries all around the world.
Right now there's been a mass exodus of people.
So I'm just wondering what's going to happen to this land in this area.
If it's going to be partitioned up.
If it goes back into Russia and Poland.
I believe Romania orders it as well.
Hungary.
This has happened before.
This is a centuries-old fight, so it'll be interesting to see who really divides up this country afterwards, because it's just horrific to see how it's built up and then it's being torn apart again, and for what reason.
Yes, indeed.
Indeed, indeed.
Meanwhile, Julian Assange may be the greatest journalist of all time.
Congress is actually calling for his freedom.
It's funny, that was Ray Lee, former PM Ehud Barak.
Deleted a tweet admitting Israel has nukes at the same time the Washington Post was reporting U.S.
allies don't talk about Nord Stream because the answer is that would turn hot.
There's so many open secrets everyone knows but isn't allowed to talk about.
The world's most famous journalist just deprived of a visit from Reporters Without Borders, even though it had been approved, because the British prison he's being kept in received intelligence that they were journalists.
Yet all we hear about is how Russia and China mistreat journalists.
Julian Assange is the world's greatest, most famous journalist.
He's in prison solely for the crime of doing good journalism.
But sure, let's all spend our time shaking fists at far-away authoritarian regimes for their imprisoning journalists.
Here's Della Son tweeting, This morning our acceptor was barred from an already approved prison visit.
Prison officers told him the prisoners received intelligence that they are journalists and took them off the visit without prior warning.
Assange is not only the world's greatest living journalist, he's the greatest journalist who has ever lived.
There's really no valid argument in opposition.
Name a superior.
You can't.
He began his journalism career revolutionizing source protection for the digital age and proceeded to break some of the biggest stories of the century.
No one could hold a candle to him living or dead.
And now he's in a max security prison solely exclusively because he was better at doing the best kind of journalism than anyone else in the world.
That is the kind of civilization you live in.
The kind that imprisons the best journalists of all time for doing journalism.
Meanwhile, Trump case rocked by accusation against the DA that his constitutional rights were violated.
It looks like the Democrats are putting all their eggs in DA Bragg's basket, having charged Trump with 34 felony counts by falsifying business records with the intent to commit another and more serious crimes.
Otherwise, they'd all be mere misdemeanors.
Most legal experts dismiss the validity of the case, but it's unclear if the judge will throw it out or a jury will actually convict.
On these flimsy charges, Bragg is convinced Trump was trying to cover up another crime.
But what was that crime exactly?
Why doesn't Bragg charge him for that, if it's so critical to the case?
He refuses to say.
And that may be his undoing from Vox.
Former President Trump's Sixth Amendment right may have been violated when the New York County District Attorney refused to disclose the underlying crime the defendant needed to conceal.
When questioned by reporters of what the underlying crime was, Bragg replied he didn't have to name it.
The indictment doesn't specify it because the law does not so require, he told the journalists.
Fox Legal Analyst Greg Hannity, however, forcefully dismissed Bragg's claim, saying he likely violated Trump's right to know what he's being accused of, guaranteed by the Sixth Amendment.
Bragg's entire case hinges on the claim that he falsified business records with the intent to commit another crime, which means the weight of the case depends on that other crime.
But Bragg did not disclose what that crime was, nor is he even willing to say what he thinks Trump did.
Bragg said the law does not require him to say what crime he thinks Trump committed.
But according to the Sixth Amendment, a defendant has a right to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation.
Right there.
The nature and cause of the accusation.
To be confronted with the witnesses against him.
To have a compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor.
Instead, Reagan's hiding the crime he thinks Trump committed.
Is it possible he doesn't know?
If he knew Trump committed a real, punishable crime, why not charge him for that instead of turning misdemeanors into felonies?
Legal experts seem pretty clear on this issue.
To hide where the crimes were is a violation of the Sixth Amendment.
Breivik doesn't even seem to understand this point of law.
Will Trump's attorneys argue with this in court to get the entire case thrown out?
We don't know, but At the very least, Breit needs to reveal what he thinks Trump is really guilty of.
Otherwise, the entire thing is a sham from the beginning to the end.
We all know he's doing this to prevent Trump from winning the election.
The only person not admitting that is Bragg.
Brian, your thoughts?
Well, Assange fits in the same category as Snowden, the same category as Seymour Hersh, Assange has been in a British prison for what I think over 10 years now.
And what did he do?
What crime has he been convicted of?
Same with Snowden.
What did they do?
Well, what did they all do?
They all exposed what the Deep State did and how the Deep State did it.
So there's a lot of risk in the game of exposing these people, and there's a lot of power out there.
Look, Britain treated Assange worse than they treat murderers of children over exposing the state's secrets.
And we go back, and you can find other great exposures that WikiLeaks was involved with, such as The Podesta emails and the Clinton emails, which showed how the world really works, and you can see why these people are so upset.
They're absolutely livid.
Now take that story about Assange, which by the way Russia was willing to trade for Assange, but take that story about Assange and then consider Trump.
Now, I wouldn't put Trump on the same level of a truth-teller as Assange or Snowden or Hirsch, and I don't know why Hirsch hasn't been gone after.
Maybe it's because he's just so old and so well-respected.
But then you've got Trump, who goes and tells the truth about the media.
I'm not sure he tells the truth about a whole lot else, but he tells the truth about the media.
And look at what they do to him.
They set him up on these fake charges to do everything they can to take him out.
So at the end of the day, our society is in a war.
It's a war for the truth.
And truth-tellers are being suppressed and taken out all the time.
Just this morning, I placed a post in a place where it shouldn't be, and within four minutes, their AI had flagged it and deleted it.
So, Right now, we as Americans are finding ourselves in a really rough spot where anybody who goes out and tells the truth ends up being like, what was the guy's name that did the drugs related to Mina Arkansas?
His name slips my mind off the top of my head, but think about what happened to that guy.
The lies that were told about him and the persecution that took place related to that.
So, This is a war.
And it's going to take some pretty courageous moral men to fight this war.
And it's going to take people that want and care about sacrificing for our future in order to get these things exposed.
And I'm sorry this happened to Assange and Snowden, but that's the price you pay sometimes.
Polly.
Yeah, I just want to say, well, connecting this to Julian Assange, it's kind of fascinating.
We were saying this earlier, where the Biden administration released Brittany Greiner for what they accused that man of arms stealing.
And basically after that happened, What did we have as a trading card?
There was really nothing.
I mean, we could have asked for it.
There were several other people that we could have asked the Russian administration for and they decided to use Britney Griner as like their publicity stunt.
So now the United States really doesn't have a card to play.
So we've got the recent journalist who they're accusing him of espionage and they
United States wants him released, well Assange could be, it's what they're saying, could be the the trading piece for that and of course Biden administration isn't going to respond to that at all and to make any sort of formal request with that or and the fact that we we're seeing this more and more though in the United States with with Trump's case I mean that's a violation of habeas corpus that goes back to the Magna Carta which is
One of the biggest medieval in European history documents, legal documents in history where it means show us the body, show us the body of evidence.
You have to present the evidence.
You can't just arrest someone, charge someone without showing them the evidence.
But we're seeing this, as Nancy Pelosi has said, someone needs to prove their innocence.
So the whole thing's being inverted.
We're talking about a thousand years of Of course, I'll mention the January 6 people who have been in jail for several years now without their trial going forward, which is cruel and unusual punishment because they have the right to a hasty trial, a speedy trial.
They shouldn't be held and detained like that.
I'm sure Don has more information about that.
That's just what I know off the top of my head as far as all of this goes with the way that the United States judicial system's being inverted and they're using Trump as part of this now as well.
Good, good, good stuff.
Yeah, all the way back to the Magna Carta and the DEA in Midtown Manhattan doesn't know it today, 2023.
How outrageous is that?
Meanwhile, the U.S.
tells Europe, send us more business or go to hell.
The country that blew up the Nord Stream pipelines that were to supply cheap Russian energy to Europe is now threatening Europe to become sanctioned by America.
Unless they cut off all business with Russia, the U.S.
government tells them to end, according to Fortune on April 7th.
Under the headline, America has a message where countries and companies doing business with Russia, you're with us or against us.
Top sanctioned officials from the U.S.
Treasury plan special international trips to pressure firms and countries still doing business with Russia to cut out financial ties because of the war on Ukraine.
The message is those working with Russia's government must decide, one, continue to provide Moscow with material support, or two, keep doing business with countries that represent 50% of the global economy.
Those are the choices to be laid out, senior Treasury officials told reporters on the call Friday.
This is a war against Russia, and the U.S.
is telling Europeans that to the extent they won't be on America's side, it will also be a war against them, a war against Europeans.
The government is demanding.
Send us more business or go to hell.
They aren't telling them to switch their business to Russia's allies.
If they would be doing that, such as by trading more with China, then U.S.
sanctions will apply against China, too, so that business wouldn't be able to last long.
The U.S.
government is, though, indirectly saying, send more of your business our way or else.
America is demanding its NATO allies on the other side of the Atlantic choose which side you're on, ours or theirs.
For example, buy more of our liquefied natural gas that we condense and containerize and ship across the Atlantic to you at four times or more the price you would have had from Russia or suffer the consequences.
And if it's manufactured goods that are involved.
America's demanding.
Buy them from us and from countries we approve.
Countries that are us, not them or else we'll cut you off.
And do you what we in Norway, the main other beneficiary of having blown up the Nord Stream, did to Nord Stream.
Cut off your source of supply by force if you won't cut it off on your own voluntarily.
This is the new free world of American vassal nations, and if you aren't now with us and doing what we demand you do, then you are supporting authoritarian regimes.
And we are against those, and we'll be at war with them, never at peace, and we won't be at peace with you or any other enemy.
So You are either with us or you are against us Jews, and we will then know whether to sell you our weapons or instead use them against you.
We will not relax in support of the free world, and neither will you or else.
This is the same America it has been since W first announced the world on 16th Feb, 2022.
Either you're with us or you're against us.
Being an ally of America now means being a slave to America, and anyone who's not is America's enemy.
This is a message to today's president, Joe Biden, as Fortune reports.
Treasury officials Liz Rosenberg and Brian Nelson, specialists in sanctions and terrorist financing, will travel to Europe this month to meet with leaders of financial institutions in Switzerland, Italy, and Germany.
They plan to share intelligence on potential sanctions evaders and to warn of the potential Penalties for failure to comply with international sanction.
Rosenberg will make a stop at the former Soviet Republic of Kazakhstan to urge the country's private businesses not to provide material or intelligence support to the Kremlin.
Kazakhstan has the longest border of any nation with Russia—7,599 km or 4,721 miles.
1,599 kilometers, 4,721 miles.
Unlike existing NATO nations, which are to Russia's west, it is to Russia's south.
China has a second longest, 4,209 kilometers, or 2,615 miles.
And the Biden admin is now preparing to go to war against China, too, increasingly pressuring Europe to trade less with that soon-to-be-officially-designated foreign adversary of the United States.
It's not enough to strangle Russia from the West.
They're aiming to do this also from the South, and soon Europeans will be required to participate in that, too.
America wants the entire world to strangle Russia, and then to strangle China, too.
So the question for Europeans now is, which side are you on?
Are you against Russia and ultimately China?
Or are you instead against America's government, which doesn't represent the American people?
Brian, your thoughts?
Well, let me comment, first of all, on what Holly said related to the exchange for Brittany Greiner.
And let me remind you of the context of that.
That was the Lord of War arms dealer by the name of Victor Bout.
And he was depicted in the movie Lord of War, played by Nicolas Cage.
And Victor Bout was traded for Brittany Griner instead of anybody else.
So he went back to Russia, where now, just three days ago, he released a series of messages to Donald Trump, inviting Trump to Russia, claiming that Trump was going to be assassinated by the deep state.
And he can come to Russia and get asylum, saying that he believes that the president's life is in danger.
Thank you.
Based on the fact that he's going up against this murderous deep state.
Now, flash forward to the story we just talked about America's attempt to strangulate Russia.
This is what I was talking to when I was chided by the guy in the comments.
This is what I was talking about.
The question is, can Russia survive without Western Munitions and Western parts for munitions.
And that's exactly what I was talking about.
And at this point in time, it appears that America and NATO forces and Western forces are trying to strangulate Russia and cut them off from supplies that would allow them to continue to purchase arms.
Now, as for lines in the sand, that's the weakest position I can see anybody come along with in the area of global geo influence.
Let's put a line in the sand.
Either you're with us or you're with them.
There's no discussion.
There's no area in the middle.
This this is a negotiating technique of weak people that are sliding downhill.
And I have a feeling right now the way the deep state is acting out.
That they are feeling threatened and they are feeling weakened.
And I have a feeling that it's BRICS and some of the other anti-American, anti-Western sentiment that these African nations and these other nations that border with Russia are feeling.
They're all wanting to break loose.
And so America comes along with our ultimatum.
Hey, you're either with us or against us.
Guys, that's what happens in a marriage when you're about to get divorced.
You draw a stupid line in the sand and everything breaks instead of you work it out like adults in the room.
So my overall take on this is that putting a line in the sand is the weakest possible position we could possibly be in.
And if you do that, then what you're doing is committing yourself to the ultimate destruction.
Nuclear war.
Wow.
Very nice.
Pauly.
Um, I just wanted to mention, I think you, I think, uh, it took me a minute, but you had mentioned, uh, the man from, you know, Arkansas.
I think it was Barry Seales.
Was he the pilot?
Seale was the guy who did it.
I'm talking about the, no, I'm talking about the guy that, uh, that exposed the crack epidemic in Los Angeles.
Oh, Mike Rupert?
Oh, hey, Scenes.
Webb.
Mike Rupert?
Oh, George Webb.
Yeah, okay.
Gary Webb.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So I just wanted to comment about the Russia and Bricks, like Brian mentioned, and then as well.
And so getting on to an actual gold standard, which is just so obvious at this point between China, India, Russia, even countries like Mexico are buying up gold right now, people, countries who are supposed to be our allies, or we're supposed to basically run America as in having control over the
Northern and Southern part of the hemisphere of the West and then going forward with the NATO collapse right now, United States isn't manufacturing anything anymore.
We've been slowly disintegrating since NAFTA.
So there's really nothing that we can offer China and Russia at this point.
And that's why all these smaller countries, Southeast Asia, South America, Africa, like Brian said, are scrambling to try to join BRICS and get onto a sound money system.
Because the only other option right now is the IMF loans, which they've seen the disaster capitalism in which they've encountered over and over again, where it's never ending loans, never ending debt.
And when they don't comply, it's a color revolution like we're seeing in Ukraine.
So I think they're ready for a sound money.
And hopefully the United States jumps on board because we can't sanction our way to peace and we're going to sanction ourselves into a corner.
It's like being the last kid on the playground.
You can't sanction yourself while everyone else runs around and decides to build their own gold standard and the United States will be left behind.
Very good.
Serious stuff.
Very.
Meanwhile, House Republicans had a hearing on the Manhattan DA Bragg's pro-crime policies.
House Judiciary Committee announced April 10th.
It's going to hold a field hearing in New York City to discuss Indict Attorney Bragg, just weeks after the unprecedented indictment and arraignment of former President Trump.
The hearing is titled, Victims of Violent Crime in Manhattan.
Bragg has come under fire, mainly from conservatives and the GOP, for what critics say are soft on-crime policies.
The hearing will examine how Manhattan District Attorney Allen Bragg's pro-crime, anti-victim policies have led to an increase in violent crime in a dangerous community for New York City residents.
Shortly after taking office.
Frank issued a memo to his staffers, stating the DA's office will not prosecute, among numerous offenses, marijuana misdemeanors, public transportation deprivation, most trespassing violation, resisting arrest, and prostitution.
He also announced downgrading certain offenses, including possession of a non-firearm weapon, both residential and commercial burglaries, and drug cases.
Republicans have pointed out incongruence of Greg's leniency for their crime versus his prosecution of crime of Trump for allegedly falsifying business records.
Trump was arraigned on a 34-count indictment, to which he pled not guilty.
Over his alleged role in the payment of hush money to adult film actress Stormy Daniels during the final weeks of the 2016 presidential campaign.
On his media side, Truth Social, he's called Bragg's prosecution a witch hunt.
Said the district attorney should indict himself.
The people of the state of New York alleged that Donald J. Trump repeatedly and fraudulently falsified New York business records to conceal crimes that hid damaging information from the voting public during the 2016 presidential election, Bragg said in a statement released by his office.
Manette is home to the country's most significant business market.
We cannot allow New York businesses to manipulate their records that cover up criminal conduct.
As his statement of facts describes, the trail of money and lies exposes a pattern that, the people allege, violates one of New York's basic and fundamental business laws.
As his office has done time and time again, We today uphold our solemn responsibility to ensure that everyone stands equal before the law.
A field hearing occurs when a committee holds a hearing outside its committee room.
House Judiciary is scheduled to be held at Javits Federal Building in Manhattan.
Since a New York grand jury voted on March 30th to indict Trump, Republicans have vowed to hold Bragg accountable.
Alvin Bragg has irreparably damaged our country in an attempt to interfere in our presidential election, as he routinely frees violent criminals to terrorize the public.
He weaponized our sacred system of justice against President Donald Trump.
The American people will not tolerate this injustice, and the House of Representatives will hold Alvin Bragg and his unprecedented abuse of power to account, said House Speaker Kevin McCarthy.
GOP lawmakers have begun a probe into Bragg and his office over the Trump investigation, which Raggis characterized as congressional overreach.
Bragg's office, in fact, fired back at a House GOP committee chairman over their two letters to him regarding his investigation of Trump.
Well, I'm glad Congress is willing to go after him.
letters to brag, written by House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan of Ohio, House Oversight Chairman James Comer, and House Admin Chair Brian Steele.
Brian, your thoughts?
Well, I'm glad Congress is willing to go after him.
I think that what they're doing is they're trying to stop the hemorrhaging in terms of they've made us mad, the conservatives.
Now, if you're going to use the judiciary in this manner to take out a political opponent, which that's what they're so brazenly and obviously doing at the behest of George Soros money, at the hands of a George Soros liberal New York DA and New York judge, then what goes around comes around.
And I guarantee you that there's enough evidence out there floating around on a lot of these high-level Democrats that the threat is on.
And I'm sure that the threat is on also with a lot of the Republicans that are up there.
So I'm sure these guys want to stop this precedent as soon as possible so that they too don't find themselves caught up in a legal machine that's going to expose or it's going to allow for the discovery of certain facts that they don't want revealed About the way these people act and the things that they do.
Again, let me go back to one of the basic fundamental conspiracies that exist, and that's the one that was exposed by WikiLeaks called Pizzagate.
Take a look at all the names and all the people that were accused in that absolutely Unbelievable conspiracy theory, which there was so much evidence for, that was exposed inside the WikiLeaks platform.
Now, just take a look at the list of people that flew on the Epstein jet.
Take a look at the ties to the Clinton regime.
These people are still in power.
They're all deep state.
The threat is on if they're going to play this game.
Yeah, absolutely.
Yeah, yeah.
They're all still walking the streets, too.
That's the whole thing.
These perverts are allowed to pervert, and that's not the way it's supposed to be.
All right.
Well, I think the Trump indictment and the case and everything, it's going to take up the news cycle until the election.
there was a blurb about Biden saying that he wanted to run in 2024 for the Democratic election.
And he can barely put a sentence together at this point.
So I think they're going to need to just hammer Trump and try to keep this indictment and the whole court case in the news, drag it out as long as they can make it bigger than like the O.J. Simpson trial, just that they have something to fall back on, as Brian said, as more and more information just that they have something to fall back on, as Brian said, as Every single day, the news cycle is insane with the amount of information.
So they're going to be coming up with as many false stories and stupid indictment in the stupid court case to try to cover up as much as they can and to try to control that narrative, maybe even place a gag order on Trump's that he can't talk.
It'll make it difficult, if not impossible for him to even run for office.
Yeah, it's also outrageous. - Yes.
Very troubled by the thought Brian was raising that They might assassinate Trump, but they've already made a dozen attempts.
They've already made a dozen attempts.
One would have succeeded.
It was a drone outside his bedroom in Mar-a-Lago.
And had they not just replaced the glass a week before with bullet-resistant glass, he would have been killed.
So it's not for lack of trying, Brian.
You're really raising a specter that could be, in my opinion, an initiation for a real civil war in the United States.
But of course, Trump's responsible for everything that goes wrong with a Biden admin, even if it's the withdrawal from Afghanistan.
How ridiculous!
Biden Review of chaotic Afghan withdrawal blames Trump.
President Biden's admin Thursday laid the blame on his predecessor for the deadly and chaotic 2021 withdrawal that brought about some of the darkest moments of Biden's presidency.
The White House released a 12-page summary of the so-called hot wash of U.S.
policies around the ending of the nation's longest war, Taking little responsibility for its own actions and asserting that Biden was severely constrained by Trump's decisions.
It does acknowledge the evacuation of Americans and allies should have started sooner, but blames the delays on the Afghan government and military, and on U.S.
military and intelligence community assessments.
The brief document was drafted by the National Security Council rather than by an independent entity with input from Biden himself.
I'll bet that was valuable.
The admin said detailed reviews conducted by the state and Pentagon, which the White House said would be transmitted privately to Congress, were highly classified and would not be released publicly.
Gee, I wonder why?
It cannot be, because it blames everything on Trump.
Biden's choices for how to execute a withdrawal from Afghanistan were severely constrained by conditions created by his predecessor, the White House summary states, noting that when he entered office, the Taliban were in the strongest military position they'd been in since 2001, controlling or contesting nearly half the country.
Trump responded by accusing the Biden admin of playing a new disinformation game to distract from the grossly incompetent surrender in Afghanistan.
On his social media site, he stated, Biden is responsible, no one else.
The report does fault overly optimistic intelligence community assessments about the Afghan army's willingness to fight, and says Biden followed military commanders' recommendations for the pacing of the drawdown of U.S.
forces.
Clearly, we didn't get it right.
National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said Thursday, sidestepping questions about whether Biden had any regrets for his decisions or actions leading up to the withdrawal.
Kirby said, the purpose of the report is not accountability, but rather understanding what happened to inform further decision basically to deflect responsibility onto Trump.
Republicans have sharply criticized the Afghan withdrawal, focusing on the death of 13 service members in a suicide bombing at Kabul's airport, which also killed more than 100 Afghans.
A Navy veteran and founder of Afghan evac, in effort to resettle Afghans fleeing the country, called the NSC report an important next step.
We are glad to see acknowledgment of lessons learned, and are laser-focused on continuing relocation and resettlement operations.
But Senator Tom Cotton tweeted, the withdrawal was an unmitigated fiasco, adding, passing the buck and a blame-shifting report won't change that.
The administration report appears to shift any blame in the August 26, 2021 suicide bombing that happened at Karzai Airport, saying it was the U.S.
military that made one possibly key decision.
To manage the potential threat of a terrorist attack, the President repeatedly asked whether the military required additional support to carry out their mission at KHIA.
Adding, senior military officials confirmed they had sufficient resources and authorities to mitigate threats.
Kirby credited U.S.
forces for their action in running the largest airborne evac of non-combatants in history during the chaos of Kabul's fall.
They ended our nation's longest war, he told reporters.
That was never going to be an easy thing to do.
And as the president himself has said, it was never going to be low-grade or low-risk or low-cost.
Since the U.S.
withdrawal, Biden has blamed the February 2020 agreement Trump reached with the Taliban in Doha, Qatar, saying he boxed the U.S.
into leaving the country.
The agreement had been blamed by analysts for undercutting the U.S.-backed government, which collapsed the following year.
Under the U.S.-Taliban agreement, roughly 5,000 Taliban prisoners were released as a condition for what were supposed to be separate future peace talks between the Kabul government and the Taliban.
Kirby noted that release and other examples of what he said was a general sense of degradation and neglect inherited by Biden.
A February report by the U.S.
government's special inspector general placed the most immediate blame for the Afghan military's collapse on both the Trump and Biden administrations.
Due to the Afghan security force's dependence on U.S.
military force, the decision to withdraw all U.S.
military personnel and dramatically reduce U.S.
support to the Afghan security forces destroyed the morale of Afghan soldiers and police.
Pressed by reporters Thursday, Kirby repeatedly defended the U.S.
response in an effort to evacuate American citizens and argued with reporters who referred to withdrawals as chaotic.
At one point, he paused in what appeared to be an effort to gather his emotions.
For all this talk of chaos, I just didn't see it, not from my perch at Kirby, who was a Pentagon spokesman during the withdrawal.
At one point, during the evacuation, there was an aircraft taking off full of people, Americans and Afghans alike, every 48 minutes, and not one single mission was missed.
So I'm sorry, I just won't buy the whole argument of chaos.
The release of the NSA review comes as the State Department and House Republicans battle over documents for classified cables related to the Afghanistan withdrawal.
Representative Michael McCaul, the Texas Republican who chairs the House Foreign Affairs Committee, called Kirby's comments disgraceful and insulting.
Meanwhile, meanwhile, do we need to take a break?
No, not yet.
Pompeo lights up Kirby over report claiming Afghanistan exit on Trump.
If anyone would know the difference between Trump's plan and Biden's bungling, it would be Pompeo.
For over a year, Trump has managed to have relative peace in Afghanistan.
Trump has drawn down to about 2,500 uniformed troops.
No Americans were killed for over a year.
Their exit plan involved a conditions-based exit.
Then Biden took over and turned that strategy on its head for no other apparent reason than the desire for a triumphant photo op on the 20th observance of 9-11.
Biden's team announced a departure and a date.
In the implementation of that plan, all hell broke loose.
Kirby Inexplicably is proud of that exit.
In this clip, Pompeo disabuses him of the narrative he's trying to wrap himself in.
We don't have the narrative, but we do have comments from Brian and Holly.
Brian, your thoughts.
Okay, so There's always something happening behind the scenes when a big story like the withdrawal from Afghanistan takes place.
So let me tell you what I think is the reason.
He says, the last author says, it happened for no apparent reason.
Well, here is Automotive Magazine, Eyes on Lithium.
China talks to Taliban while world's focus is on the Ukrainian crisis.
Chinese mining companies have been scouting opportunities to access Afghanistan's lithium and copper deposits.
Chinese mining industry representatives met with Taliban officials to discuss mining rights and research access to such minerals, says Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction in latest report.
At the same time, Biden, this is IBT Magazine, Biden lets China grab the world's biggest lithium deposits with botched Afghanistan exit.
And of course what came just a few months later?
54 million in Chinese gifts donated to UPenn, the home of the Biden Center.
So it seems like everybody's out there saying I don't know why we all of a sudden just decided to pull out of Afghanistan.
Could it be because they'd negotiated the deal just like Hillary had negotiated a deal for uranium?
Now we have this type of negotiation for Afghanistan's minerals.
They're right, their property negotiated and sold off to China.
Could it be?
I'll tell you, Brian, when I first tried to figure out why we went into Afghanistan, since Afghanistan, of course, had nothing to do with 9-11, since Osama was our man in Afghanistan, since he was actually an officer in the CIA, that the whole story of the 19 Islamic terrorists was fraudulent, I was very concerned why we went.
There was a story in the New York Times about mineral-rich Afghanistan and all these vastly complex and rare minerals, but especially lithium, the second-largest deposit, second only to one in Bolivia, as I understand it.
And that explained it all, because lithium is used not only as components in computers, triggers for nuclear weapons, but for electric car batteries.
And there, of course, it turns out to be that mining for these batteries is egregious.
Strip mining is just devastating.
It mostly depends on child labor.
Maybe that's why the Democrats are so enthusiastic about EVs.
Polly, your thoughts?
Yeah, I just love doing videos with you guys.
We're on the same page a lot of times when it comes to this.
Obviously, there's a reason why all of that technology, all those weapons, all the different setups that US soldiers and contractors put in, all of the different buildings that are there, everything that was in Basically, abandoned, basically whole cities that were built up in the many years that the United States was over there.
All the weapons and technology that was just left there.
Who was it left for?
What is it meant to be used for?
Who's going to have access to them?
Why particularly did the Biden administration leave them there?
Trump said that he could bring Peace in a day.
And I actually believe him when he says that we're on the brink of war.
If you think about what Trump was able to do walking right into North Korea, meeting with the leaders of North Korea, having respect from people in China, having respect from people in Russia.
He's seen as a celebrity.
He was a celebrity.
And when people think of America, Trump is like one of the people That foreigners think of as like a celebrity and representing America, and it's peace through strength.
So he got rid of the TPP pretty much as soon as he got into office.
He put tariffs on other countries.
That's how you have peace is through strength and trade and not through these backdoor deals.
We're seen as weak.
We're seen as corrupt.
We're seen as incompetent under the Biden administration and the Biden crime family.
Good, good, good.
Brian, would you like to add further thoughts?
No.
Well, not right now.
Meanwhile, striking development.
Bobby Jr.
is going to run as a Democrat in 2024 against Joe Biden.
Just as he suggests he might do, Children's Health Defense CHD Chairman and Founder Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
will run for President in 2024 as a challenger to fake President Joe Biden.
Paperwork filed with the Federal Election Commission this week shows the son of late former U.S.
Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy Nephew of late former President John F. Kennedy is joining spiritual advisor and author Marianne Williamson as a second Democrat to seek the party's nomination instead of Biden in the next presidential election.
A former environmental lawyer who has long described himself as a lifelong Democrat, Kennedy stands to be a viable contender against Biden.
was wildly unpopular and hated not just by Republicans but also many Democrats.
Kennedy made a name for himself throughout the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic by vocally opposing the so-called vaccines that were unleashed via Operation Warp Speed.
He's also a health freedom fighter with an extensive track record of support for individual liberty.
In an event last month put on by New Hampshire Institute of Politics, Kennedy made a preliminary announcement he was thinking about running for president against Biden.
I passed the biggest hurdle, which is my wife has green-lighted it, Kennedy joked before an eager crowd of supporters.
He blasted the Biden regime and the Democrat National Committee for changing the order of the presidential primary.
Instead of being first in line, New Hampshire will now vote second in the DNC's calendar three days after South Carolina, which is now in the number one voting slot, ahead of the DNC's final approval of this altered schedule.
Kennedy wrote an open letter urging his members to keep New Hampshire in the first slot because of the state's extensive and noteworthy history of advocating for civil rights and election transparency.
The DNC's argument is that the nominating calendar must be altered to reflect the changing diversity of the Democrat Party, but Kennedy said New Hampshire is already a reflection of that.
New Hampshire's four electoral votes could decide the 2024 election, he stated about the swing state.
More importantly, New Hampshire runs the most secure and transparent election in America.
It should be a model for our country at a time when we need it most.
It remains unclear As to whether or not Biden will even run again in 2024.
The White House has said he fully intends to run for a second term.
But anything could happen between now and then to change that.
Kennedy's decision to run represents the third time someone from the Kennedy family has run for public office in the United States.
Really, for President of the United States.
Kennedy has long been the head of Riverkeeper, a prominent environmental non-profit group.
Reflecting his office this year comes support for reasonable conservation and environmental preservation efforts.
Kennedy is Fauci's biggest and most effective critic, wrote one about why he supports Kennedy, probably the only Democrat whom I respect.
All the outlets sought to suppress his book, The Real Anthony Fauci, but it still became a bestseller, a smart, bold man.
Mine would be no match for him in a debate.
Another wrote that if elected, He would likely wish for a full accounting of November 22nd, 1963, and of January 5th, 1968, the days on which his uncle and his father, respectively, were assassinated.
Don, I think we're at that point where we need to break, am I right?
We've got about another minute, so carry on and wrap it up here.
Alright, one more minute.
You got it.
Meanwhile, coming from the Children's Defense itself, founder Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
files to run for U.S.
President.
Robert F. Kennedy, founder of Children's Health Defense, Wednesday moved one step closer to seeking the Democrat nomination by filing the requisite paperwork with the FEC.
As of press time, he has not made an official announcement.
In an email sent earlier by CHD Acting President Laura Bono to its members, Kennedy said, My top priority is to end the corruption and murder between state and corporate power that has ruined our economy, shattered the middle class, polluted our landscape and water, poisoned our children, and robbed us of our values and freedom.
Stating these goals have always been central to CHD's mission, he explained he founded CHD after parents concerned about the meteoric rise in childhood chronic diseases approached him time and time again, urging him to look beyond what mainstream media and government health agencies were telling the public about what was causing these increases.
Don, we'll take our break and come back to continue with this story.
RFK Jr., running for president.
You got it.
What a place to take a break.
I think Robert F. Kennedy would be ideal here.
And comparing him to Biden, well, that's something else.
This is Truth vs. News, and this is Monday, the 10th of April, 2023.
A special show today.
