Time Text
Let's do it.
This is Jim Fetzer from Madison, Wisconsin, joined today once again by Carl Herman from San Ramon, California.
Carl is performing double duty, triple duty, doing a great job of it.
Meanwhile, Germany greenlights Ukrainian strikes inside Russia.
This is a very bad idea.
That Germany should be making approvals of strikes on Russia suggests Germany itself may become a target.
I think this is colossally dumb.
Two strategic bomber bases have come under attack by drones, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
Three service members killed, several more injured.
The attack came the same day the revelations U.S.
had modified HIMARS rocket launchers so Ukraine could not use them for longer-range missile attacks, presumably because the White House wants to avoid escalation with the Kremlin.
Moscow has repeatedly warned U.S.
and NATO providing heavy weapons to Ukraine risks crossing Russia's red line and involving them in the conflict directly.
Washington and its allies insist they aren't a party to the hostilities but continue to arm Kiev.
This is incredibly stupid.
German Chancellor Schultz has pledged to invest much more into his military so Berlin can become the guarantor of European security that our allies expect us to be.
Meanwhile, the U.S.
is wang-giving Ukraine cluster bombs, which could be a terrible idea, Clusters scatter small bombs over large areas, making them more indiscriminate than other munitions.
They often do not explode on impact and make them a danger to civilians who come across them, similar to landmines.
They're actually banned by over 100 countries under an international treaty because of the harm that they cause to civilians.
This is, in my opinion, a war crime where the United States should do this.
The 2008 Convention on Cluster Munition Banning the Weapons has 108 signatories, U.S., Russia, and Ukraine not among them.
Both Russia and Ukraine, for instance, have used cluster munitions.
Kim was also accused of using them in Donetsk back in 2014.
Last time the U.S.
use them was in Yemen in 2009, but before, in the early days of the Afghanistan war, and even in Iraq as early as 2003, supplying them to Saudi Arabia, which I'm describing.
As used them in its war on Yemen.
CNN said that Biden admin has been fielding a request from Ukraine for custom munition for months and has not rejected it outright.
The admin hasn't taken the option off the table if U.S.
stockpiles of other munitions become dangerously low.
The Biden admin hasn't considered the request too seriously yet due to congressional restrictions on transferring cluster bombs, though Biden could override the restrictions.
Meanwhile, Time Person of the Year, Vladimir Zelensky.
How insulting is that?
Carl, your thoughts.
Well, for Ukraine, Ukraine has already attacked inside Russia's borders with that drone strike to military airfields.
They attacked a couple planes already, so they've already done that.
The Article 51 of the UN Within the U.S., the United Nations Charter is considered a treaty, and that's publicated in the annual State Department publication of Treaties in Force, and is a treaty under U.S.
law, under Article 6 is U.S.
Supreme Law.
The U.S.
violates it all the time.
I'll just give it a little Historical context.
Carl B. Herman Blocks bought any of these shows.
The U.S.
violates it.
The U.N.
is complicit.
The rule of the U.N.
charter is that you can defend yourself up to and including lethal force if attacked, but you can't attack another person's country unless that government has attacked you.
Beginning in 14 With the puppets being installed into Ukraine.
It's been the Ukraine shelling the Donbass region and killing about 14,000 people.
Now, I haven't, because the UN is a joke, a virtue signaling, hypocritical, criminal, complicit in wars of aggression, I haven't checked, but I would imagine that complaints were filed with the UN Security Council to stop Ukraine Carl, I think you got it exactly right.
Really disheartening.
ignored.
So it's just the usual virtue signaling, pretending that you follow the rule of law, while it's really the empire who is trying to crush Ukraine and put them into the fold.
Oh, I think you got it exactly right.
Really disheartening.
I mean, Zelensky man of the year, give me a break.
Meanwhile, Carrie Lake has filed her 70-page lawsuit claiming hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots, 59% of the precinct machine failures, tens of thousands of illicit mail-in.
This appears to be moving forward.
Carrie Lake's legal challenge will be one for the history books, tweets Dan O'Baldwin.
Trump's campaign leader, Christina Bobb, reviews her lawsuit, challenging the election results.
The lawsuit begins.
The eyes set the country on Arizona on November 30, 2022.
Rasmussen Reports published a poll of likely U.S.
voters asking about Election Day problems with vote tabulation in Maricopa.
The poll asked whether responding voters agreed or disagreed with contestant Carrie Lake's statement calling the election botched and stating, This isn't about Republicans or Democrats.
It's about our sacred right to vote.
Many voters were sadly deprived of on Election Day, November 8.
The results of the poll are stunning.
72% of likely voters said they agreed with Lake's statement, including 45% who strongly agreed.
Never in U.S.
history has there been so much evidence compiled of a fraudulent election.
The filing claims hundreds of thousands of illegal votes were counted.
59% of the precincts had broken tabulators or printers disenfranchising voters.
Tens of thousands of illegal mail-in ballots were counted that did not pass signature verification requirements.
According to the filing, the number of illegal votes in the general election far exceeded the 17,117 vote margin between Carrie Lake and Katie Hobbs, certified in the canvas on December 5th.
Witnesses were present at Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center, Runback Election Services, and a multiboot Of Maricopa County Vote Centers and other facts showing hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots impacted the election in Maricopa County.
Public statements concerning remaining ballots to be counted on November 9th and on November 10th showed an increase of about 25,000 votes with no explanation of how the number of remaining ballots could increase when the counting is taking place.
Maricopa officials also permitted counting tens of thousands of mail-in and drop-off ballots that did not satisfy signature verification requirements.
Here's an example.
Look at that scrawl, that wiggly line.
The remedy for illegal absentee ballots is either to set aside the election under Miller or to reduce each candidate's share of mailing ballots underground.
As set forward, the Election Board and the election officers engaged in misconduct that nullifies the results of the 2022 election in Maricopa County.
By failing to prevent entirely foreseeable problems that afflicted the voting at vote centers on Election Day, and by failing to follow Arizona law with respect to signature verification and chain of custody.
Kerry's expert attorneys have gathered evidence from signed witness testimony, Dominion and Rundbeck whistleblowers, and Maricopa County whistleblowers that crafted a 68-page lawsuit, actually I think 70 pages, They even got screenshots of text messages between IT workers to fix elective problems.
Read the full filing here.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, first, with Zelensky being Man of the Year, I think that Time Magazine can balance it out by naming Rachel Levine Woman of the Year.
Or that Griner guy as Woman of the Year.
I know.
How bad is this?
The Gateway Pundit reported, and we reported on it here, that in Maricopa County, the tabulation of the percentage of Democrats voting in Maricopa County with the mail-in ballots was only 17%.
Interesting number, 17%.
The Republicans were 52.7% and Independents 30% of the vote.
So what Maricopa County is claiming is that when you counted all these votes in Arizona, typically red state until recent shenanigans, is that somehow this woman, Katie Hobbs, who refused to debate, whose public meetings were about as popular as Joe Biden's meetings compared to Carrie Lake, And this is a good comparison to Trump.
She had outstanding rallies.
Hobbes won, huh?
Despite 17% were Democrats and 50% were Republicans in Maricopa County.
So we need to rip this thing open and get the objective data.
And this could be a game ender.
And we can expect that our opponents will throw everything to stop this considered examination of the facts.
Carl, you couldn't have a more egregious example of election theft than in Maricopa County.
This one can't be won.
I can't imagine any of them can be won.
And I'm a huge fan of what Carrie Lake is doing here.
Meanwhile, House Republicans are worried about a doomsday scenario if McCarthy can't get 218 votes for a speaker on the first ballot.
He's declared I'll never leave, that he's no plan to drop out even if it goes to many ballots.
All get to 18, he told CNN.
Representative Andy Biggs of Arizona, however, a conservative hardliner, doubled down on his commitment to stop the California Republican's ascension.
I'm not bluffing, Biggs told CNN, with the increasing likelihood it could go to multiple ballots, something that hasn't happened since 1923.
McCarthy's allies and foes are starting to quietly game out the next steps if he can't get 218 on the first round.
And they move into uncharted territory.
They're vowing to keep voting for him on multiple ballots.
GLB sources said there's a floor strategy, including whether to recess a House or let the votes keep rolling no matter how long it takes.
To prevent that from happening, he and his team have been engaged in talks with a group of conservatives about giving them influential committee assignments and more power to drive the legislative process.
Jill B. Sources said they are still early in the process, but could end up giving the group an aspect of what they want, additional power to seek a sitting Speaker's ouster with a vote on the floor.
As if he'd drop out if he get to 18, Biggs refused to say.
I'm not going to talk about hypotheticals, said Biggs, who lost the conference nomination to become Speaker last month after securing 31 votes.
But in the case of a doomsday scenario where neither McCarthy nor Biggs can get to 18 and neither drops out, Timberlake-McCarthy Republicans are signaling support for a different approach that they'd be willing to work with Democrats to find a moderate Republican who can get to 218 to cinch a gavel, a long-shot idea underscoring the uncertainty looming over the Speaker's race.
Our initial plan is to vote Kevin, let him write out repeatedly.
But if they think they're going to use this to infinity, well, we're not going to bend to their will, said Don Bacon, a Nebraska Republican.
If the GOP hardliners don't bend, he'd be willing to work with Democrats to find a more moderate Republican to get the votes to become Speaker.
McCarthy detractors, however, don't buy it.
There are very significant rule changes being discussed.
Would open the House up, would be transformative, give us the ability to actually legislate and represent our constituents, said Matt Gatz, Republican from Florida.
A hard no on McCarthy.
And whoever is Speaker isn't going to have to agree with those rules, and I don't think that person is Kevin McCarthy.
He added, I think the person who's ultimately going to be Speaker isn't even a candidate yet.
Indeed, a small group known as the Never Kevin Movement, confident bigs could not win, has been trying to recruit a viable alternative, where several Republicans have privately told them they'd be interested in running if McCarthy were to drop out.
How many member votes for someone else will show the strength of the anti-McCarthy group, said Representative Bob Good, a Virginia Republican who is also a hard no on McCarthy.
Even House Republicans supporting McCarthy predict a number of lawmakers would run if he withdrew his name.
Some saying House Minority Whip Steve Scalise, McCarthy's top deputy, would emerge as a front-runner.
If at some point Kevin took his name out, you would have good people running.
Scalise would probably be the guy.
Scalise has reportedly vowed to support McCarthy and refuses to speculate on whether he'd jump in if he can't get the votes.
No, I'm not going to speculate, Scalise said.
Our focus is on getting it resolved by January 3rd.
Jim Jordan, the conservative set to become the chair of the House Judiciary, went even further, ruling out jumping into the race even though Gatz and other hardliners have urged him to seek the speakership.
No, Jordan said, I want to chair the Judiciary Committee.
With 222 GOP votes next year, McCarthy can only afford to lose four and still win the speakership.
But hopefully he can win on the first round.
I will vote for Andy as Speaker, subject to what we're discussing, said Ralph Norman, a South Carolina Republican.
He later added, all this is positive.
We're having good change regardless of what happens.
You'll see more of it.
A new group of seven Republican hardliners laid out a list of conditions to earn their vote.
They did not specifically threaten to vote against McCarthy if their demands were not met.
Their demands include that leaders won't play in primaries a role, restore the motion to vacate the Speaker's chair, place more conservatives on key committees, give members at least 72 hours to read bills before the vote, use the debt ceiling as a bargaining chip to demand spending cuts, according to a letter obtained by CNN.
McCarthy's already begun brokering some rule changes to empower rank-and-file members, creating a new select committee on China, vowing to boot some Democrats from their committees, sketched out in greater detail in his investigative plans.
But McCarthy still has additional levers he could pull.
Conservative hardliners are pushing for more representation on the House Rules Committee.
In one private meeting of members of the House Freedom Caucus, McCarthy was urged to take a harder public stance on the coming policy issues for next year.
The Anti-McCarthy group is still pressing a process that would allow any single member to hold a floor vote on ousting the sitting Speaker, which was wielded over former Speaker John Bonner before he was forced out by the far right in 2015.
McCarthy has been adamantly opposed to restoring the motion to vacate the chair, and a majority of the House GOP voted against that idea during a closed-door meeting last month.
But McCarthy detractors said it's very much still on the table and may end up needing to embrace it if he doesn't have the Speaker vote by January 3rd.
A competent, secure leader is not threatened by the motion to vacate, said Goode.
So I think, yeah, that's central to many members.
As McCarthy scrambled to lock up the Speaker's vote, he also downplayed the GOP internal election for committee chairmanships.
There's speculation one of the members competing for the gavel, Vern Buchanan of Florida, May retire early if he does not win, which would make McCarthy's man problem even tougher.
But Buchanan disputed the notion and it's ridiculous laughable.
I'm going to do everything I can to help Kevin get to 2018.
In recent weeks, he's been warning that if they don't unify as critics, then Democrats could theoretically band together and peel off a few Republicans to elect the next speaker.
Some Democrats have said they'd entertain the idea, including Henry Saliar, a moderate Democrat from Texas.
Joyce also said some members have reached out to potential running, but he dismissed it.
At the day's end, Kevin's going to be the new speaker.
New York Representative Hakeem Jaffrey, the next House Democrat leader, Which, of course, would be the minority leader.
There are no behind-the-scenes conversations he's had to put up an alternative candidate.
But he refused to rule out a scenario where his caucus would help elect the next speaker.
Democrats are in the process of organizing the Democrat conference, Jeffrey told CNN.
Some of the potential consensus picks that have been floated include Representative Fred Upton of Michigan, John Katko of New York, who both voted to impeach Trump, Ryan Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania, and Tom Cole, a veteran lawmaker and incoming head of the House Rules Committee.
But that would require an agreement from every single Democrat, with the help of five Republicans.
No easy task.
And progressives, like Representative Jamal Bowman of New York, said they would never vote for a GOP Speaker candidate, no matter how moderate.
Republican Bruce Westerman, however, said it happened before nearly a decade in his state, where minority Democrats in the Arkansas legislature joined forces with a handful of Republicans to elect a GOP Speaker of their choice.
I'm concerned about January 3rd getting here and not being able to form a Congress and organize committees and getting delayed and pushing a policy objective we want to push.
He added, I'm not really excited about any type of destructive movement.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, this is an interesting move.
So this is an article from CNN, which, of course, they're one of the chief propagandists, but they're talking about their usual fear porn in the article title of a doomsday scenario.
And the background for this is that they virtue signal again about obeying the rules and being a constitutional republic under the law, the greatest government in the history of the world.
And it's the Orwellian opposite.
It's a rogue state empire.
So I think what is happening is that if you think from the our opponents point of view of how they're going to play defense with a Republican majority in the House threatening these investigations, then they're going to have to cripple the ability to organize those committees and get that to work.
So they might be using McCarthy as a tool.
And he is a tool.
How do you know who are the tools and who are the honest ones?
The honest ones are speaking up about the main issues of the lie-started illegal wars of aggression, the illegal COVID policies, the bankster looting.
J6 election fraud, etc, etc, etc.
So they might want to cripple the process to slow it down.
That might be what's going on.
That would be my guess.
Matt gets had a nice nugget saying that the person who's going to end up.
Being speaker hasn't even been in on the conversation yet.
That's intriguing, and that might be true.
We shall see.
So, again, withdraw consent from these psychopaths.
They don't care about the rule of law, and once you can establish it in a few areas, then just demand their arrest.
Don't listen to their games anymore.
Nice comments, Carl.
Meanwhile, RNC Research.
Biden is asked, why won't you visit the southern border?
Biden, there's more important things going on.
Yeah, the flooding of the U.S.
with millions of migrants is just not important enough for the president to bother.
Meanwhile, the World Economic Forum reveals its agenda for devos for 2023.
This year's event was entitled History at a Turning Point.
We all remember when the swift military were ordered to protect Schwab and the global elite with 5,000 troops.
He also warned those who trivialize or hijack the event's key messages, like the aforementioned Great Reset, would be treated with contempt.
The keynote address said, This war is really a turning point in history, and it will reshape our political and economic landscape in the coming years.
Cooperation in a fragmented world will be the theme of the annual meeting 2023 in Davos, 16 to 20 January.
Over 2,500 leaders from government, business, and civil society will attend.
Taking place at a pivotal time, the annual meeting will bring together Discussing the COVID pandemic and the war in Ukraine which have triggered big changes, the promise of a decade of action could turn into a decade of uncertainty and fragility if systemic risks are not addressed.
To navigate the current cascading crisis but to drive a tangible system-positive change, the World Economic Forum is holding a 53rd annual meeting in January.
Here are the key items on the agenda.
1.
Energy and food crises in the context of a new system for energy, climate, and nature.
2.
High inflation, low growth, high debt economy in the context of a new system for investment, trade, and infrastructure.
3.
Industry headwinds in the context of a new system for harnessing frontier technologies for private sector innovation and resilience. 4.
Social vulnerabilities in the context of a new system for work, skills, and care.
Fine!
Geopolitical risks in the context of a new system for dialogue and cooperation in a multipolar world.
You can expect Klaus Schwab and his compact to drive into Devos on carbon-heavy planes and eat filet mignon while directing us to cycle and eat bugs.
Over 400 sessions were held last year, all aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
They're all working toward global government and digital control via the United Nations.
They say we're at a critical inflection point.
The sheer number of crises calls for bold action.
At the annual meeting, they will discuss the state of the world and priorities for the world.
They're building solutions to problems they have created.
Don't forget the WEF isn't just a talking shop like some fact-checkers in the mainstream media would have you believe.
It has the same formal status as an official international institution like the Red Cross or the International Olympic Committee.
Hence, it's going to be another round of globalist announcement causing havoc without actually fixing anything.
Watch as they decide outside of democracy and bring in predetermined solutions such as digital identity, CBDC, and carbon tracking.
Through this, they can control and enslave governments and people around the world.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, I love that clip of Biden with his invasion denial.
And that's the leadership that we're being shown.
So for Davos, this is another opportunity for people to really look at the obfuscating language that Jim showed in that article.
These people are just going to pretend to do something as they herd people into their empire.
And for economics, when I taught economics, It is polling last among high school seniors when you ask them, hey, what was the course that was the least valuable for you?
Economics Gets the Win is because it's lied to.
It's a fascinating and vital topic that we save until the 12th grade as their capstone course in social studies.
And there isn't a good definition for economics, so I created one.
It's the creation and management of money.
Goods and services.
Now for the WEF, claiming that they have the world experts, let's go ahead and refute that easily.
And three talking points.
One, you have the exponential debt curve.
Karl B. Hermann Bloxbott go to looting trillions, and I'll demonstrate that monetary reform and public banking Absolutely reverses that.
The exponential debt is because the system that they gave to us is the Orwellian opposite of a monetary system.
It's a debt system and you're adding negative numbers forever.
Of course, it's going to be that way.
Their leadership ongoingly has about a million children dying from preventable poverty every month.
These are crimes against humanity and they're just flat-out liars.
They're just like Biden saying, we got better things to do.
Since 1969, these same leaders have promised to end poverty, and they can.
And the third talking point would be food productivity capacity.
In two UN summits for heads of state, the 1990 World Summit for Children and the 1997 Microcredit Summit, we have Excellent.
capacity to produce so much food all over the world.
They're never going to debate.
They're just going to start with the assumption, oh yeah, we don't have enough, so you're going to have to eat bugs and own nothing, and you're going to have to be happy.
They won't debate because they can't.
All the facts are on our side.
These people are psychopaths.
They're trying to have everything for themselves.
Therefore, as usual, withdraw consent and just demand their arrests.
Excellent.
Excellent comments, Carl.
Meanwhile, must read our most important report on the midterm election brought at It's voter roll manipulation, not ballot gathering.
If you do not embrace with both arms that leftists and rhinos use a multi-faceted, 40-years-in-the-making, industrial-scale voter fraud system centering on voter roll tampering and manipulation aided by elected officials and NGOs protected by the mainstream and conservative controlled opposition, you cannot be part of its remediation.
Democrats with RINO Republicans and NGOs control access to voter rolls.
There's one overarching rule they share.
No America First candidates.
They know who voted.
They identify infrequent voters.
When that person fails to vote, they offer their concierge service.
They vote for them.
We just finished a practical analysis for a state where an America First candidate with a 10-point lead nevertheless lost a statewide election.
You be the judge!
42,000 challenges to the election roll within weeks of the election.
Most were illegal.
21,000 new voters added to the election rolls within 29 days of the election.
Almost everyone illegal.
8,000 voters appeared to live in a business.
Each would be illegal.
1,951 people received ballots at the same address and then voted from a different address.
Everyone is illegal.
The Republican candidate with 11 point lead in the polls lost by around 21,000 votes to a woman who was afraid to debate her.
This is just from a single county, people.
Think what the state analysis would yield.
Go to Florida.
Don't believe the hype that Florida has a clean voting system made pure by the current admin.
In Florida, teams found a street that did not exist, except for getting mail-in ballots returned.
Ballots were mailed to those citizens, never found the voter.
Voter registration cards were sent on a different date.
Upper 70 postman saw one of the names and knew the recipient.
He delivered the card the recipient altered, alerted the Voter Integrity Team to the fake street.
The Florida Voter Integrity Team, one of the best in the country, dug in and found a street name had been completely made up to be a ballot-gathering blockhead.
Did the leftists do this?
Probably not.
The goal was to keep the American first candidate off the November ballot and keep her off.
They did.
People, this is not a Democrat-Republican thing.
This is a we are in power and you're not thing.
Every state where we evaluate voter rolls produce tens of thousands of phantoms who remain on the roll.
Let's visit Texas.
In Dallas, we ran tests showing those who voted in person on day three had their ballots changed on day 11 to absentee.
Who can do that?
Election commissions.
The Breitbart fallacy is the problem is mail-in ballots, so track them better.
Only Breitbart, the controlled media, and others could believe such nonsense.
You can track ballots all you want, but the leftists and rhinos have an inventory for every ballot a GOP operative finds.
Leftists have as many ballots as they need.
They operate at industrial scale.
The second fallacy is those who count the votes win the election.
The correct statement is Those who control the election rolls determine who wins.
We get into this more deeply.
There's a growing separation between two narratives.
Chase vows to win or stop election commissions for manipulating voter rolls.
The demarcation is this.
There's an inherent industrial-scale voter fraud baked into every state's voter rolls.
The number of phantom voters, addresses, fake people, people voting for illegal places like a hotel, is 5 to 15% of the entire roll.
In each of the dozen or more states we tested.
That means any America First candidate running for statewide office was winning by an extraordinary margin, or the leftist ballot manufacturing industry will swamp them.
In the swing states, election commissions are often controlled by leftist NGOs.
In Wisconsin alone, they found a leftist organization ran the 2020 race from a hotel room accessing the Wisconsin voter rolls.
The Republican Legislature of Wisconsin knows it.
They gain from it.
They keep voter rolls filled with fandoms they can use when needed, like a recent primary.
Then there is Eric.
And originally a Soros-funded entity running voter rolls for 31 states, now 29, because Louisiana and Alabama woke up.
Please join me in Googling the times the GOP elite spoke publicly about the dangers of Arab.
I'm waiting.
I'm still waiting.
They haven't said a word.
Both sides are in on it.
That's why so many Republican states have their voter rolls managed by Eric.
The GOP elites don't get their hands dirty doing real election work.
They're in the money-raising business, and they have lots of allies in the controlled press.
Don't let them mislead you.
You are in the fight of the ages.
As in any life-and-death study, if you don't know what your opponent is doing, you will fail.
They own access to voter rolls.
They have a field organization of hundreds in every swing district paid to get those ballots from apartment buildings where they accumulate the day the mail arrives.
They visit homeless shelters, registration, vagrants who depart the next week but who receive ballots externally.
The GOP is not going to have some Kiwanis guy in Dockers and penny loafers pick up those floating ballots.
Our Democrat pals will have a college kid or drug addict pick up the ballots for which he'll be paid 25 bucks each.
Get it now?
Guess which government record set is not polluted by constant juggling by leftists and rightists.
Good guess.
County property tax records.
It is these property tax rolls that remain the gold standard for integrity.
Because they're visible to everyone, they have government officials constantly checking them, and any citizen can challenge them.
Corporations must have their financial records reconciled, income statement, cash flow, balance sheet.
If not, someone goes to jail, like the CEO or the CFO.
Those property tax records showing 123 Main Street as the laundromat When compared real-time with the voter rolls, better not have any voters living there.
We did an experiment three months ago with Texas counties.
We compared the tax record with the voter rolls and the inconsistencies were staggering.
We and the voter integrity teams from four states are now doing this at scale and taking this to every state.
Compare voter rolls with tax records and see if they reconcile.
Then compare them with all sorts of other databases like the Federal Election Commission records.
Do they match?
Is someone using one address to write a check and another to cast a vote?
This was computationally impossible before.
The cost of running it would be staggering.
But with fractal programming, we can process every voter roll against every property tax record on computers the size of a shoebox.
Want to make elections secure?
Stop the ability of election officials to manipulate rolls by comparing rolls of property tax records every single week and show every change.
We may be living through our generation Valley Forge.
Winter is breaking.
Carl, your thoughts?
That article is from the Gateway Pundit, which I do recommend.
It's one of the hardest-hitting sites on a multiple of issues.
Election fraud is certain, and I appreciate the straightforward language of that article.
The current documentaries that anybody can see that do a great job of demonstrating aspects of the election fraud is 2000 Mules and Selection Code.
You know, even though we have, and I've read 250 pages of sworn affidavits from election experts after 2020.
We still do need a breakthrough.
And Kerry's lawsuit is awesome.
It has potential.
And without this breakthrough, we're still going to be stuck talking about it with all the facts on our side.
The most damning example is in Pennsylvania after the 2020 election, their state legislature televised hearings on the election fraud.
And a state legislature, and this is in the article of mine, it just goes election fraud, odds, and then a colon, and then it has a big number one and like 50 zeros behind it, because that's actually The odds that it could be true, but in Pennsylvania, one of the areas of testimony is that after they stopped counting the votes and then three a.m.
They started again one.
A batch of votes had 600,000 votes for Biden, 3,000 for Trump, a 200 to 1 ratio.
That's impossible.
By odds so great, it is more likely that you would win the Powerball four consecutive times than that not being election fraud.
Now, that hearing took place in their legislative branch.
And the people of Pennsylvania were able to see that, but yet they still need a breakthrough, too.
So I don't know what we're going to do about this.
We'll see.
All we can do is keep pushing forward and demanding that the facts be recognized.
Carl, excellent.
Just excellent comments.
Meanwhile, Mary Maxwell, who is both a PhD and an LLB.
America's downfall.
The Sandy Hook hoax has lasted 10 years this week.
Editor's note.
The photo I added above is of Noah Posner celebrating his 8th birthday.
Count the candles.
Pretty good for a boy who died at Sandy Hook at the age of 6.
Ten years ago, on December 14, 2012, writes Mary Maxwell, the FBI or some other part of the U.S.
government played a trick on the American people.
They put out a story of 20 children being shot by a 20-year-old Adam Lanza.
No kid actually got shot, so that's a happy fact.
But it's not a happy fact that folks can be so easily misled.
Recently, we have learned the U.S.
government over many years regularly tricked the American people in regard to wars and issues of health.
Some honest Americans have recorded the details of these deceitful projects, yet the general public seems unwilling to respond to the exposés.
In fact, the exposers are considered to be bad people.
In this article, I refer to some of the evidence that the Sandy Hook Massacre is fictional.
But what we need more than proving that is a study of what has happened to the human mind.
Maybe it is some combination of the following.
1.
Emotionally, one finds it so hard to accept that one's nation does bad things that this truth has to be kept out of consciousness.
2.
The media has such control of culture that anything they print is taken to be reality.
And nothing can overcome that.
Three, the CIA's invention of the pejorative term conspiracy theorists has worked wonders.
As soon as a truth teller comes forward, he can be called by that term.
And this lets others think of him as having mental problems.
He's peculiar.
Ignore him.
Four, Everybody is super busy these days and it's burdensome to have to take in the remarks being made by the truth-tellers.
It's easier to accept the lies.
5.
People are afraid of being punished if they side with the truth-tellers.
They've heard many stories of dissidents getting bumped off or losing their wealth.
Best to keep my head down.
6.
The intellectual capacity of the average American is much lower than it used to be.
People are not stressed by conflicting reports of events.
It all seems fine.
No problem.
The downfall.
The title of this article claims that, now ten years have passed without folks waking up and protesting the lies about Sandy Hook, we may as well declare that America has fallen.
I would judge America's international reputation to be very bad.
It was once superb.
And local patriotic pride to be at low ebb.
The love of truth as it ended itself is never spoken of anymore.
It used to be a main ideal, both in religious moral terms and as a social trait.
People talked about being willing to die for truth.
Nowadays, it would be embarrassing to say that.
Science will have to shut down.
Science's accurate, truthful observation of phenomena is what made it succeed.
Why not say the temperature at which water freezes is 41 instead of 32?
Who cares?
We also won't be able to teach schoolchildren how to reason, how to make logical deductions, or how to examine a problem without catering to one's emotions.
Emotions will rule the ruse.
The idea of impartiality in a courtroom will have to disappear.
The new style is to say whatever you feel like saying, and perjury won't even garner a reprimand.
Even with an informal statement, you can make conflicting remarks, and that won't cause the statement to be ruled out.
Without a firm social value of truth, you can't play reliance on a business contract or even a personal relationship, as promises need to be remembered and kept.
Promises can be abandoned if it's now acceptable to lie.
You can rewrite history.
Presumably, if you tell your 8-year-old daughter today that George Washington said, Father, I cannot tell a lie, I chopped down the cherry tree, she may ask if you've gone off your meds.
People who do insist on truth are now punishable openly as well as secretly.
Their writings, deemed misinformational or antisocial, can be wiped from the record and the writer can be found guilty of sedition, terrorism, or practically anything.
Sandy Hook must take the blame.
Of course, it's going too far for me to say that 10 years' worth of a Sandy Hook hoax or town amount to the downfall of America.
Many things that brought about our downfall.
But I wouldn't have thought a visibly false story could be supported, or at least tolerated, by the inhabitants of a city in contemporary America for a full decade.
Not that there aren't some Sandy Hook truth-tellers.
I'll mention three.
One who got killed.
One who got fired.
One who has been under, I'm guessing, a sort of personal house arrest.
The one who got killed is William Bramley Shanley.
He sued the media and Robert Moorcock for spreading the lie about a massacre.
Not only was he angry, he was a resident of Connecticut.
The one who got fired is James Tracy, a professor of media studies in Florida.
The case against him, which was First Amendment defensible, was twisted to reflect some other behavior, like smoking in the campus.
There's no smoking zone or whatever.
Both of those cases left the public with the impression that you can't mount a legal case based on truth.
The third case is that of a local.
I will leave her name out.
Initials MC.
She has stated in writing that when she realized the massacre was a hoax, she went to speak to the bishop.
That seems like a very reasonable and proper thing for a Catholic to do.
But he called the police on her.
The number of truth-tellers is not as small as three, but when there are millions supporting the lie, even 50 truth-tellers would have a hard time speaking.
Folks instinctively go with the flow.
Some absurdities claimed in the Sandy Hook hoax.
I've written a 212-page wikintile on reality Sandy Hook messes minds.
I won't attempt to summarize it here.
Instead, I will pick out six absurdities in the story as my way of asking, how can listeners not develop a skeptical feeling when they hear these items?
First, the gunman, for whom there is no photographic or audio evidence, is said to have killed his mom in her bed on the morning of the school massacre.
No enmity between son and mother had ever been noticed by anyone.
This killing is ridiculous.
You should majorly doubt it.
Second, although it's never admitted that Homeland Security was running a drill at Sandy Hook on December 14, 2012, the town bosses think it's no problem that an electronic sign visible at the scene of the crime says, everyone must sign in.
That sign is proof of Homeland Security involvement, isn't it?
Third, There's a photo of kids in the parking lot, age maybe eight, forming a Congo line.
They're required to keep eyes closed so they won't see anything when there's nothing to see in the parking lot anyway.
Amazingly, there are no adults panicking in that photograph on such a day.
Four.
There's an affidavit signed by policewoman Rachel Van Ness that her job that day included preventing parents from grabbing their children as they escaped from the school.
Can you imagine anything as absurd as that?
Officer Van Ness must have been ordered to tell that lie.
Fifth, some families got their GoFundMe page up and running the very day of their tragic loss.
Come on, we know a bereaved parent would never do that or condone someone else doing it.
Sixth, In the official story, the parents never viewed the body of their deceased six-year-old.
Identifying it was done by photograph, whatever that means.
We know that even a maternal monkey clings to her infant's body after it dies.
No one should have accepted this absurd lie.
Giveaways in the court cases.
No one has yet been sued or prosecuted directly for the crime of purveying the Sandy Hook hoax as a real event.
But various actions have occurred in courtrooms where blatant deviation from the judicial norm is quite telling.
I'll give six examples.
One.
James Tracy, as mentioned, was prevented from using the standard defense against his firing, namely that he has a right to free speech.
Clearly, he was fired because he blogged critically about Sandy Hook.
And why is it wrong to raise criticism?
If the massacre was real, there'd be no need to discipline Professor Tracy.
Two, a few of the parents successfully clued the homeowner's insurance company of Mom Lanza's house in regard to it being a storage place for Adam's guns.
Why did not all 20 families join?
Three.
A woman hospitalized for mental illness in Florida, Lucy Richards, was convicted of harassing the family of deceased child Noah Posner.
She was sent to jail for six months.
Did she really haunt the Posners?
Does a mentally ill person really read a conspiracy theory and feel so righteous that she must punish the liars?
Didn't the federal judge have doubts?
4.
Despite being maliciously arrested in Florida, truth-teller Wolfgang Helbig has been unable to get fulfillment of the many Freedom of Information requests he has sent to the government of Connecticut, which he could use to defend himself.
He cannot pry out of them in answer to such neutral questions as, had the San Diego school building been condemned for asbestos?
5.
Truth teller Jim Fetzer, a retired professor of philosophy no less, was sued by Leonard Posner in a defamation case for having, in effect, called Dan Posner a liar by saying the death certificate he presented for his son Noah is inauthentic.
If the defaming remark you make is true, the plaintiff cannot win.
So Professor Fetzer must be given a chance to show that his insult to Dad is in fact true.
The death certificate is inauthentic.
Two forensic experts agreed in affidavits.
The Wisconsin judge, however, did not allow discovery and made a summary judgment.
Fetzer to pay $450,000 for defaming Posner.
The state appeals court then declined to rule.
6.
When Donna Soto and eight others sued Bushmaster, manufactured by Remington Arms, Remington went into bankruptcy before even trying to get the case thrown out instead.
It could easily have argued that Adam Lanza carried four guns that day.
Why blame Bushmaster?
The lawyer also kowtowed to the state, declaring the children's school records confidential.
The end of our judicial system.
These six instances of funny business in court show there's a huge problem.
I believe each of the judges knew that he or she was supposed to follow the party line.
Trying to make justice happen was not even a consideration.
They all had to get around it somehow.
So why have courts?
The old USSR had show trials like this, so the Soviet Republic could be educated as to what will happen to them if they cause trouble.
I believe if you submitted my six sample cases to a panel of law-trained Americans who weren't under any pressure to come up with a desired result, they would have ruled as follows.
First, Tracy is owed back pay and reinstatement as a filing of a breach of First Amendment rights.
Second, The parents of all 20 children could be invited to join the suit against homeowners insurance.
By the way, six adults were also allegedly killed at the massacre.
Their families were equally entitled to any damages.
3.
It's unlikely Lucy Richards committed the crime of harassing the Posner family at all.
The judge should have required good proof.
Note, the story of her arrest may itself be a hoax.
4.
Halberg should be provided with a means to obtain information in accordance with the FOIA Act of Connecticut.
The criminal case against him was dropped, however, so discovery is not available.
Fifth, there's no question that the district judge should have let Petzer defend himself, and the Wisconsin Appeals Court should have listened to Petzer's plea.
He also tried the U.S.
Supreme Court unavailingly.
How's that for a shock?
And you won't see it in the media.
Sixth, The agreement by defendant Remington Bushmaster to let the Jones birth, death, and school record be sealed is a perfect giveaway of collusion between the parties.
Remington had no stake in closing those records, rather the opposite.
What this downfall portends?
I ask you to face the gravity of the situation.
There is no justice system in America now.
The persons who hold judicial-related jobs are acting in malfeasance, if not in plain old crime.
Unless you do something about this Sandy Hook matter, which is very simple and contains the happy news that no gunmen entered the school, you are lost.
We could call a grand jury to investigate if the judge is referred to above, and maybe that Catholic bishop, too.
Judges and bishops hold a special sacred role in society, and if we find them doing wrong, we'd be crazy to accept it as part of corruption.
It is not part of corruption or personal salvation of the judge or bishop.
It is a whole different ballgame in which such persons get appointment on the basis of having passed a test.
The test is Will you obey instructions coming from the bad guys or will you be influenced by truth?
If the latter, he, she won't get the job.
We really need to notice.
Stop, stop propping up such a wicked, wicked.
Take a few minutes out of your super busy day to notice that if you prop up such a system by your nodding to say a hoax about a school massacre, it will boomerang on you.
The entire Aboracic government will become wicked and you will be powerless to act.
Poor you.
Fight it now, people.
Pluck up your courage to say a hoax is a hoax and it's not okay to hoax us.
Yes.
So Sandy Hook is a fraud.
We are being lied to.
And, oh, here's Chris.
I'll pass the baton to him because this has to be my last comment.
I need to jump to a different meeting.
So the areas of proof documented by Jim and Wolfgang Halbig demonstrate that we're being lied to about Sandy Hook, just three of them.
Is that the photographic evidence demonstrates that the school was not compliant with access and handicap codes.
Those schools get inspected every year.
It wouldn't have passed its inspection and nobody at the school would have tolerate that.
The photographs of the hallway show that they're filthy.
You have desks pushed up against windows.
This is a non-operational school that was used for storage.
The photographs of the alleged rooms where the shooting took place.
There aren't any student desks and chairs.
This is not set up to be an operational classroom.
It's set up to be storage.
And for Wolfgang Haubig, I am a retired school teacher of 38 years.
I considered him as the United States top expert for school safety.
And his story is he called the school district And wanted to find out what happened, and the most basic questions were ignored.
He was gaslit and lied to.
So, in closing, stick with the facts, rise above the emotional turmoil, have empathy for the ordinary people.
If all they can do is respond with emotion and being upset, you shouldn't talk to them.
We are messengers, and it's just the state of our condition that the ordinary people aren't able to hear our message.
We do need to have either a breakthrough from Friends in High Places or come 2023 we're going to have to up our Gandhi and Dr. King moves on the game board.
Thank you for those comments, Carl.
As an experienced teacher, they carry additional weight.
It's wonderful having you here today.
Thank you so much for your participation.
Chris, I'm just delighted to have you here.
Where did you disappear?
I was just about to bring him in, and there he's gone.
Well, hopefully he'll be back.
He's back now.
He's back now, I believe.
Chris, I'm just delighted to have you here.
Your thoughts about this last story, Mary Maxwell's report about Sandy Hook?
Yeah, you know, it almost seems like the authorities are sending the message of 2 plus 2 equals 5 in terms of a 1984 reference.
And they are using truth in a subjective manner to really program people or to dissuade them or motivate them by their levels of education or information.
And it's really creating a fool's paradise in terms of isolating these people from each other on social media and through social engineering tactics, and really putting some of these people, their lives really in an entire bubble.
And they normalize and sensationalize surreptitious behaviors in this age of information.
And it turns out that many of us conspiracy theorists that have been in the outcasts of society and have common conversations are now being not only proven right, but more than right.
And it's almost scary to see, you know, the evidence piling up in such a manner.
And the authorities, you know, their audacity seems to know no bounds in terms of these things.
They're all in on these satanic inversions, These shibboleths and certainly these cabalistic social engineering tactics, they are creating an element of fear and panic so they can sell you the illusion of safety at a very high cost, I'll have to say.
So these theatrics, I think, have gone a little bit overboard, as well as the causations ascribed to it.
And the Remington, whatever, Winchester settlement, the Alex Jones things, the et al, even them coming down with a hammer on you and Halbig and many others.
It's amazing to see the force that is being used against you guys, and even the corruption that's involved with rewarding these people.
Not only the state lottos and things like that, these operatives are like a Screen Actors Guild of like, pauper puppets, you know?
Crisis actors and these guys doing these school things, they are ghouls incorporated in my opinion.
You know, you wouldn't see a guy in an FBI jacket carrying a machine gun upside down, you know, guiding kids quote-unquote to safety.
That is an absolute just absurdity in itself and that complete observation in my opinion.
And the Posner's come from a very long history of being a Jewish group of hucksters, no better way to put it.
So, man, as far as credibility and the courts rewarding them with such decisions and suits, it is unprecedented.
It almost seems very draconian in terms of decisions being made in a court of so-called law.
So these authorities are sending these messages out in these decisions and these operations.
And the public servants are now looking more like private sentinels.
And this is, you know, really a disgrace.
to human decency, in my opinion.
And Carl nailed it about that school being condemned.
In my opinion, it looked like it hadn't been occupied in a while except for this performance.
And they quickly tore that down as well and destroyed it completely.
It reminds me of some of the UNESCO sites that would incriminate them historically.

Beverly wrotes, I sent the email below to Senator Johnson.
He holds hearings on the dangers of the jab, but he also needs to publicize the dangers of masks, also especially since the powers that be are trying to bring back mask mandates in some places.
I went to the doctor's office yesterday, and they still required masks.
I feel so bad for the staff having to wear masks all day.
Not good for one's health.
Beverly, here's what she sent Ron Johnson.
Masks are not effective in preventing COVID.
There have been studies done recently and in years past showing masks provided no significant percentage in stopping spread of viruses.
The medical community is well aware of this fact, but as with ivermectin and HGQ, they have been directed to lie and have chosen to do so rather than save lives.
The Republican will control the House in January, then the Senate will have enough Republicans to make a push for legislation to ban masks and vaccine mandates nationwide.
We cannot rely on a few states here and a few municipalities there enacting bans.
We need every citizen to be free to choose to be masked or jabbed.
You already have conducted hearings on the dangers of the vaccine.
You must also do hearings on the dangers of mask wearing, even if Congress is unable to enact legislation.
The news about the ineffectiveness of masks needs to be publicized more to educate average citizens so they can challenge employers, hospitals, and businesses who continue to hold the threat of returning to mask mandates over the heads of workers and customers.
Please read the articles I've included below about the ineffectiveness and dangers of mask wearing.

If you can convince people to take five shots and wear two masks and still be terrified of those who do neither, then you can easily convince them that cutting off their children's genitals is life-saving and that euthanizing the lonely, poor, sad, and depressed is moral virtue.
As Mark Twain once said, it's easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled.
The covidians have been fooled so many times with mass-induced state behavioral psychology fear programs.
They have been convinced that there's no possible way.
They haven't been fooled many times over.

Final thoughts.
Chris, yours.
Oh, okay.
Well, I've heard many stories in many different places around the country, 50 states solution-wise, it almost seems like, with these mysterious ballot dumps, all favoring the same people that are pretty much favoring one group or one political party against another, and these late-night shenanigans, the selective technical capacities in these voting centers, Intimidation, bribery, flat-out treachery in every major city.
Mostly the middle class and even the Trump supporters saw this coming a while back and took measures to even document these things extensively.
These instances have been extensively documented and for some reason it's only for law enforcement in the legal system to completely and systematically disregard mountains of this evidence.
And countless personal testimonies through Orwellian censorship have been just run out of discussion.
And this is being done by Fortune 500 companies who have been caught doing so.
And this appears to be nothing more than a casual nothing burger.
Maybe it's part of Biden's build back a better, build a burger.
I don't know.
But this is insane that people are letting this fly.
Oh, Chris, it's wonderful to have you here.
You and Carl did a super job today.
I'm so pleased with all your comments, every opportunity you have to share them.
I just observed that today, with the 10th anniversary, really, I prefer to say observance.
Anniversary are for things we like to remember.
This was an elaborate hoax.
It was run by FEMA, by the Department of Homeland Security.
It was actually even the first select man in Newtown, Patricia LaLorda, a position equivalent to mayor that said in sworn testimony when she was being deposed by an attorney from Wolfgang Helbig in Connecticut.
That the sign, Everyone Must Check In, was placed there not by the city of Newtown, but by DHS.
If the official story were true, there'd be no room for DHS.
But DHS controls FEMA.
These are FEMA drills, they're called capstone events.
They pay communities big bucks for allowing these drills to take place there, and then participating in this instance.
They even had auditions for the roles to satisfy the script, and they were given non-disclosure agreements, some of which, by the way, are going to expire on 31 December, this very month.
Perhaps some of those whose lives have been completely controlled now by their participation in the drill, which they may have thought was going to help Americans understand the risk of allowing the Second Amendment, which the Founding Fathers wisely prescribed as a way for citizen-soldiers to defend themselves against a tyranny of government, Ought to be compromised or obviated.
They fail to tell you.
200,000 lives are saved every single year by Americans using guns to defend themselves, which occurs millions of times.
Best estimates have about 70,000 die every year from gun violence.
But if you were not to have American citizens who could defend themselves, that number would escalate by three times as many, or more.
200,000, minimally.
Don't let yourself be plagued.
You must understand what happened here.
Mary Maxwell's done a brilliant job.
Check it out at my blog, James H. Fetzer.org.
