Time Text
This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined again by Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
Brian Davidson's out with a blackout in Texas, and Joe Olsen's out with a cold, so here we are to bring you all the news you need to know.
We begin with Iran protests.
This is pretty interesting stuff because there's been so much propaganda about it.
I was even interviewed by Iranian television about it.
Canadian PM Justin Trudeau deleted a social media post containing the misleading claim that Iranian authorities had imposed a death penalty on 15,000 detained protesters.
Well, it may be that that many have been arrested, with over 2,000 officially charged.
Only five have been sentenced to a death.
Perhaps 20 are currently facing charges that could be punishable by death.
But the whole thing has been grossly exaggerated for propaganda purposes.
Justin Trudeau tweets, Canada denounces the Iranian regime's barbaric decision to impose a death penalty on nearly 15,000 protesters.
These brave Iranians were fighting for their human rights, and we continue to stand united in support of them and united against the regime's heinous actions.
His office later stated to the BBC, the post was informed by initial reporting that was incomplete and lacked necessary context.
Because of that, it has since been deleted.
Asked by the BBC where the claims had come from, based on reporting of serious concern by international human rights advocates, running a possible future sentence including the death penalty to be imposed on thousands of Iranian protesters, The story that appeared in Newsweek said the Iranian parliament had overwhelmingly voted for the death penalty for protesters, but that again, too, was an exaggeration.
They actually had issued a letter signed by the vast majority calling for harsh punishment.
But death is, shall we say, extremely harsh.
A widely shared meme on Instagram claimed Iran sentences 15,000 to death is a hard lesson for all rebels.
Even Viola Davis was among those celebrities who shared the meme, though she later deleted the post.
I've been watching her on a show called How to Get Away with Murder, where she's the lead and absolutely sensational.
The misleading claim is based on accurate estimates of those arrested.
The protests were sparked by the death of Masha Meany 22 after her arrest by the Morality Police for allegedly violating the law requiring women to cover their hair with a hijab or headscarf.
But she does not appear to have been killed by the police.
That, too, appears to be a false story.
At least 326 protesters, including 43 children and 25 women, have been killed.
My best guess is that the Israelis are using this as a form of protest to undermine the legitimacy of the Iranian government.
They will not succeed, but they're certainly up to a lot of mischief here.
Rand's judiciary has repeatedly been criticized for depriving defendants of a right to fair trial, unrestricted access to lawyers, and due process.
But frankly, we don't have fair trials, unrestricted access to lawyers, or due process right here in the United States.
Last week, the Judiciary Chief declared that key perpetrators should be identified and handed sentences that would have a deterrent effect.
And indeed, that's one of the four motives for punishment—to set an example, to remove a threat, to rehabilitate, or simply for retribution.
Heroin rioters could be charged with Moholy, enmity against God, ifaz filaz, corruption of earth and bagi, armed rebellion.
All of which can carry the death penalty in a Sharia-based legal system.
Those possessing, using weapons or firearms, disrupting national security, or killing someone could receive retaliation in kind.
The overwhelming majority have been unarmed and peaceful.
Earlier, the official IRNA agency reported 227 of 290 members of Parliament had demanded decisive action against those who had incited the protests.
Following a wave of domestic and international condemnations, an Iranian agency affiliated with Parliament denied reports that the members of Parliament had demanded executions, even though several hardliners had confirmed they had signed such a statement, which had led to the spread of the misleading claims that they'd voted to sentence all 15,000 to death.
Iran does have among the highest execution rates of any country in the world, executing 6,885 in 2010 with murder and drug-related offenses.
The regime has previously been condemned for that reason.
In 1988, after a decree by the founder Ayatollah Khomeini, authorities were thought to have executed between 2,800 and 5,000 who were later buried in unmarked mass graves.
In a statement to the BBC, the office of the Prime Minister of Canada said, our government continues to unequivocally support the people of Iran and are taking unprecedented action to hold the regime and its enablers accountable, including, of course, posting false reports.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, for the first story, I like how Trudeau gets shown up to be a liar, this virtue signaling psychopath.
So he virtue signals and claims that he upholds the democratic principles of protest in China and Iran, while in Canada, his own country, he He froze the bank accounts of the truckers, he demonized them and criminalized them, and that still has not come to full justice in Canada, although they're working on it up there.
Well now, at this time.
Oh, and Trudeau, you know, he called his own protesters in Canada a small fringe minority with unacceptable views.
And the unacceptable view was that they didn't want to have a vaccine passport, to be forced to take injections to get a passport to travel within one's own country.
And Trudeau refused to meet with the protesters too, and that's part of what we characterize as the actions of all our opponents.
They refuse to debate, they can't debate, because all the facts are on our side.
And while he refused to meet with the truckers, he was happy to meet recently with transgenders in Canada on a Canadian drag queen show, something like Who's the Next Drag Queen of Kit?
He was happy to show up for that one.
The second story is from the BBC.
Now, the BBC fails to mention that the U.S.
is actually the top penal country in the world with the most incarcerated.
And the BBC virtue signals, they say, 2,800 of 5,500 people have been executed in Iran since 1988.
Oh, really?
5,500 people have been executed in Iran since 1988.
Oh, really?
Since 1988, the US and the UK and the developed nations had been at the lead of watching over a million children dying from preventable poverty every month.
They've reneged on every promise.
I witnessed this in the 1990 World Summit for Children at the UN.
And so they're happy to have 400 million total people killed.
Since 88 and they complain about like 5,000 and Iran, Carl B. Herman Blocks bought any of these shows.
I have a 40 page white paper outlining the history of Iran.
The US overthrew Iran when they insisted that they wanted to negotiate more than 15% of their own oil profits.
The US and the UK oil companies were getting 85% of the profits when Iran proposed that.
The U.S.
overthrew their government.
They installed the Shah.
The CIA trained SAVAK, their private police, to crush dissent.
And when the Shah died and Iran refused to install another puppet, we armed our other puppet in Iraq, Saddam, with chemical and biological weapons and overseeing and assisting His 1980 to 1988 war on Iran that killed approximately 1 million Iranians.
The U.S.
threatens Iran with nuclear war today.
They tell the lie that Iran threatened to wipe Israel off the map.
And this is all documented as easily demonstrated lies.
The U.S.
virtue signals while they're in violation of, I documented in that white paper, nine current treaties The comprehensive test ban treaty, the treaty banning anti-personnel mines, blah blah blah, nine of them.
So the US is just... Excellent, excellent, excellent commentary, Carl.
Very, very good.
Meanwhile, Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona has quit the Democrat Party and registered as an Independent just days after the Democrats won their 51st Senate seat.
So you subtract one that's 50, the 49 Republicans, and since two of the 50 are actually also Independents, there are more Republican Senators, 49, than there are Democrat Senators, 48.
Enigmatic Senator Kristen Sinema sent shockwaves through Capitol Hill Friday, switching her party to Independent in a blow to Biden just days after the Democrats secured a 51-seat majority in the Oval Chamber.
It creates a storm where Biden has been celebrating a rare midterm gain for a sitting president because, of course, it was massively stolen, just unbelievably bad.
Where they took a 51-49 majority following Raphael Warnock's Georgia runoff win, also, I have no doubt whatsoever, massively stolen.
Announcing the switch, the 46-year-old senator, known for bold outfits and being one of two swing votes among the Democratic Party, said she never really fit into a box of any political party and is close with allies on both sides of the aisle.
She tweeted this morning, In a natural extension of my service since I was first elected, I've joined a growing number of Arizona to reject party politics by declaring my independence from the broken partisan system in Washington and formally registering as an Arizona Independent.
Becoming an Independent won't change my work in the Senate.
My service to Arizona remains the same.
Her switch follows years of a two-person awkward squad with Joe Manchin thwarting some of Biden's boldest legislative moves.
She pushed the limit spending and tax increases, much to the fury of party leaders and progressive Democrats.
That was intensified by her reluctance to spell out red lines or goals, leading to a reputation as an enigmatic presence in the Democrat caucus.
The first-term senator faces re-election in 2024 and may well be expected to face a well-funded primary challenge for more conventional party ranks.
Her path from left-wing environments to purple Arizona first Democratic senator since 1994 I'm impressed with Kristen Sinema.
Born in 76 to a father who practiced law.
Mother cared for her children.
Family fortune changed when her father lost his job in the 80s and the parents divorced in 83.
Mother remarried and took her and the other two kids to Florida.
Lived in an abandoned gas station from the age of 8 to 11.
She's spoken of her mother relying on food stamps when her parents were divorced and the family was harmless.
Things began looking up in 87 when her mother and stepfather secured work, bought a house with the help of a church.
At 14, she began taking college courses, finished high school a year early at 16, obtained a bachelor's from Brigham Young, married a fellow student, Blake Dane, they later divorced.
In 2005, she made the first public comment of being bisexual.
She said, we're simply people like everyone else who undeserve respect.
When questioned by reporters, she replied, duh, I'm bisexual.
Now 45, she has a master's degree, a law degree, and a PhD.
She worked as a social worker, a criminal defense attorney, and a political activist in the 20s, and ran as an independent Green Party candidate for the Arizona House.
She then became a Democrat, served several terms in the state legislature, began as an overt liberal, but developed a reputation for compromise with her Republican peers, laying the groundwork to tack to the center.
When the 9th Congressional District was created after the 2010 Census, she ran for the Phoenix area seat as a centrist and won.
In 2019, she became Arizona's first Democrat U.S.
Senator since 1994, the country's first openly bisexual and the first female senator elected to represent Arizona in the Senate.
Carl, your thoughts?
Interesting story, and I don't know what to make of it.
I hope she does something, just as I hope that all of them do something.
So, for this person to have started out as a Democrat, I'm going to, first of all, say that it looks like that she was just giving lip service to progressive values.
She wasn't anywhere to lead the squad of progressives or to roast them.
She wasn't anywhere that I know of for The work for universal health care, which is what Democrats want, I believe, is the number one item.
They have an Orwellian condition.
She didn't speak out against the wars.
The progressives like to think that, you know, they're for peace when their party leads most of the wars.
But all that said, that's good.
Any pushback against that psychopathic system is great.
Anything that would dent their push to be a one-party, unit party of the People's Party of the United States, any of that is good.
And as well, we also have to be aware that anybody that rises to power probably is hooked into the system and controlled.
And notice this puts Joe Manchin back in the driver's seat, and if he were to switch to the Republicans, then they'd have a 51-49, where that 49 would include several independents.
So I think that this is good, very good, that Sinema has done this.
Meanwhile, We found a video of Joe Biden admitting back in 2007 that they can manipulate the voting machine.
Surprise, surprise.
How are you going to keep it from us being able to be in a position where you can manipulate the machines, manipulate the records?
I think we should pass a federal law mandating that the same machines with paper ballots be mandatory for every federal election.
This was Joe Biden, the real Joe Biden, in 2007.
He appears to have died in 2017 to be replaced by the guy in office now who's a feeble facsimile.
Meanwhile, brand new.
Judge orders Carrie Lake and Katie Hobbs to appear at an emergency court hearing over the election lawsuit.
A judge overseeing the Republican Arizona gubernatorial candidate Carrie Lake's electoral lawsuit ordered Lake, Secretary of State and Arizona Governor-Elect Katie Hobbs, Maricopa County Board of Supervisors officials, and others to appear at a court hearing today.
Judge Peter Thompson, issuing the order, wrote the court has reviewed Lake's verified statement of election condescense and the matter will be set on an accelerated basis.
Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Ricker and Board of Supervisors Chairman Bill Gates were also ordered to attend the hearing, to begin at 2 p.m.
Eastern Time, or a little over an hour ago.
It comes as Lake started Monday, her lawsuit is in part fueled by alleged whistleblower claims who have come forward.
We've had three whistleblowers from Maricopa County reach out and say the system is seriously flawed.
They were throwing out tens of thousands of signatures saying they were scribbles that in no way matched.
But somewhere between there, the ballots were being completely tossed, and they got looped back into the system and counted as if they were fine.
Like I said, about 25,000 additional ballots were discovered two days after the election.
They just showed up.
It shows the whole system has serious problems.
We believe up to 135,000 were pushed through that should not have been pushed through.
We're asking the judge to let us take a look at all the envelopes and compare signatures so we can find for sure how many bad, fraudulent ballots got through that way.
Basically cheating or breaking the rules.
Maricopa County spokesman Phyllis Mosley said the court system is the appropriate venue for campaigns to challenge election results.
Mosley stated, Maricopa's election division looks forward to sharing facts about the administration of the 2022 general election and work to ensure every legal voter had an opportunity to cast their ballot.
Sophia Solis, spokesperson for the Secretary of State, said Lake's lawsuit was being reviewed.
She's asking to be declared the winner of the race, or for a new vote to be held in Maricopa County, the state's most populous.
Governor-elect Katie Hobbs, the Democrat Secretary of State, narrowly defeated her, according to the reported or tabulated vote, by about 17,000.
But there were so many proofs of fraud here, it's simply overwhelming.
Hobbs' campaign, Friday, criticized the lawsuit as a nuisance, suggesting it'll be thrown out.
Carrie Lake needs attention like a fish needs water.
And independent experts and local election officials of both parties have made it clear this was a safe, secure, and fair election.
Enough to make you gag.
Arizona made their voice heard and elected Katie Hobbs.
No nuisance lawsuit would change.
They remain laser-focused on getting ready to hit the ground running on day one of Katie Hobbs' administration next year.
Not so fast, Katie!
Like stated, long lines, winter issues adversely affected voters.
Maricopa officials confirmed there were printer errors, told voters to place ballots inside drop boxes, which they later said—well, they later said no voters were disenfranchised, but I guarantee you that's far from the truth.
Lake received the greatest number of votes and is entitled to be named the winner of her lawsuit.
Claim alternatively, the election must be redone in Maricopa County to eliminate the effects of maladministration and illegal votes on the vote tallies reported by Maricopa County.
In November, she filed a public records request to seek additional information about counted and uncounted ballots that might have been mixed during the election.
Following the midterm, she also often posted videos of voters who gave accounts of long lines and other alleged election maladministration in Maricopa County.
Other than Lake, Abe Haldeman, Republican running for Attorney General, and Mark Fincham, Republican running for Secretary of State, have filed several lawsuits on January 9.
They have five days following certification of condescend election under Arizona law.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, as a now-retired U.S.
history and U.S.
government teacher, going back close to 20 years, I would show videos of professors at Stanford and Princeton demonstrating how these machines are used to steal elections, and that you can't have these machines if you want to have an honest election.
Black Box Voting, Bev Harris, gives a nice history over that.
The current documentaries, 2000 Mules and Selection Code, give a good outline about how these elections are routinely and easily stolen.
And that article is great pointing out that that video of Joe Biden in 2007 certainly is not the same guy.
His forehead has decreased in size and his ear is now attached where it was unattached before and the general features you can see that it's It's a PSYOP.
So, because it's a PSYOP, then we the people are empowered to withdraw consent, demand arrest of whoever that clown is, and demand the full truth about what has happened.
For Lake and Hobbes, first of all, you know, we're told that this wannabe basement candidate, Hobbes, won by 17.
17!
That's curious to me.
That jumps out at me as a 17.
And you have to win this.
This evidence has to be allowed in court to a jury for public consideration and determination.
If this is lawfared out of court again, then this will be a hot spot in AMREV 2.0 And the people of Arizona will have abundant opportunity to make their next move if their justice in court is denied.
Yeah, the electronic voting machine must be eliminated from the process.
I mean, the real Biden got it right way back in 2017.
Imagine that!
Meanwhile, a purported miscalculation called ICE underreported illegal immigrants released without tracking by over 18,000%.
Wow!
Immigration Customs claimed a data miscalculation caused them to underreport the number of illegal immigrants without tracking by over 18,000%.
During a private event hosted by us last week, they distributed documents attending about the 2004 Alternatives to Detention program, which was launched as a flight mitigation tool to track illegals using ankle braces and cell phones while they await scheduled court proceedings.
According to internal documents obtained by the DCNF, as of November 14th, ICE had released 49,459 illegals without any tracking technology.
The report is vastly different from the stats on the ICE website, which claimed only 266 were released without ankle monitors or cell phones.
Additionally, the document revealed only 8,118 illegals were released with tracking devices as of November 14.
According to ICE website, they had 56,805 being monitored using GPS trackers.
being monitored using GPS trackers, a 600% difference.
The Biden admin is hostile to transparency when it does publish data, it refuses to respond to media inquiries regarding significant discrepancies like this, a former ICE official reported.
Likely, ICE communications staffers are having a lot of difficulty defending this administration's chaotic and lawless policies.
An attempt to reconcile reporting discrepancies led the agency to update to state that 49,166 were not being tracked, while 7,905 were.
Upon further inspection, it became clear there was a data miscalculation.
Teams worked quickly to address and reconcile the issue and now updated on ICE.gov.
U.S.
Immigration and Customs recently hosted a symposium to share ideas and inform future concepts for the Alternatives to Detention program.
The event was held at Icehead Garden with more than 100 stakeholders from non-government organizations, academia, and private industry in attendance.
Prior to the event, attendees were provided handouts.
Reconciling the reporting discrepancy?
That's a repeat.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, they got the math wrong, but the story is great.
It was underreported by 99.5% and the actual number was 18,000% over what was reported.
And the actual number was 18,000% over what was reported.
So this is either gross incompetence or, Or it's criminal.
And I suggest that what we have going on is an invasion at the southern border, and that is being covered up.
Now, the only thing that really drew my attention sharpest is that 18,000 percent, I would have liked it better if it was 17,000 percent.
I would have been less worried than the actual invasion numbers that we're seeing.
Yeah, very nice, Carl.
Meanwhile, Ron Johnson held a marvelous meeting on COVID, which is making an impact in Washington.
Check this out.
The main reason for this event today was, first of all, to provide information that the American public deserves to know, that they're not being told, but anything we could do to prevent further harm. that they're not being told, but anything we could do I don't want to scare the you-know-what out of people.
I don't.
None of us do, okay?
But they need to have that information.
v-safe is the CDC's premier vaccine safety system for the COVID-19 vaccine.
This is a dashboard that ICANN created to be able to visually represent the v-safe data.
About 800,000 people reported needing medical care in the database of 9-10 million.
That's about a 7.7% of people in v-safe reported needing medical care.
That is 1 in 13 people.
Yet, the CDC did not pull the shot.
In January 2021, I came before you as a military whistleblower reporting catastrophic increases in illnesses and injuries across the DoD.
The total number of reportable events went from 110,000 in 2020 to over 200,000 in 2022.
The vaccine was introduced into the military in January of 2021.
Generated hundreds and hundreds of charts, looked at this every way from Sunday.
The UK government, until this summer, was reporting a data series that showed the relative mortality rates for the vaccinated and unvaccinated by the number of doses of the vaccine.
It simplifies down to a conclusion that says that through the last available data set, the people in the UK who took the vaccine had a 26% higher mortality rate.
This is the Society of Actuaries.
In 2021, in ages 25 through 64, the employed people of our nation covered under group life, they experienced a 40% excess mortality.
1.2 million additional Americans in the employed segment of our population left the workforce or didn't leave the work, they got disabled.
That is the size of the state of Wyoming and Vermont combined that disappeared from the labor force.
As a journalist, I looked at the emergency use authorization for the vaccine.
We wanted to see had they achieved the stopping transmission, which is our definition of a vaccine.
But when we looked at the emergency use authorization, what was known was that the data are not there, limited to assess the effects of the vaccine against transmission of SARS-CoV-2.
They had no idea.
They had no idea if it would stop the infection, yet they were making those statements on the news.
And now we find out from the heads of Pfizer that they were never even testing inside the trials whether or not it could stop transmission.
In January of 2020, I was working as the Senior Advisor to the FDA Commissioner on Drug Safety and FDA Science Policy.
I don't understand how in good conscience we can still be getting these vaccines at this point.
For the COVID-19, named after 2019, for a strain of the vaccine that no longer exists.
This spike protein, when we inject this gene into the body and start hijacking your cells to make it, These natural killer cells, now look at your own cells.
They poke a little hole in those cells and then they throw a little hand grenade in and start blowing them up.
It's not just that the spike protein is dangerous.
The lipid nanoparticle will go anywhere into the body.
It was designed to carry chemotherapeutic agents to the brain.
You don't want spike protein in your brain.
We now have data from multiple sources that the spike protein which the current mRNA vaccine products ask the body to make, are cardiotoxic and cause the heart to be inflamed.
The spike protein sets in motion a cascade of events that activates platelets to form clots and inflames the blood vessels lining the heart and the heart muscle itself.
What I'm seeing clinically is now patients have taken the vaccine and they've had COVID and they've taken the vaccine and now it's all mixed and there's multiple exposures.
The more exposures there are, In my estimation, there's greater risks of myocarditis and recurrent myocarditis and blood clots and more blood clots.
And the FDA and the manufacturers strictly excluded COVID-recovered patients from the clinical trials because of that fact.
I've seen three strokes, transient ischemic attacks, massive clot to the spleen and liver, spinal tumors, brain tumors.
sarcoidosis lupus, cognitive impairment, myocarditis, purocarditis, and I see a shocking suppression of the immune system that is pervasive. - My patients are women of reproductive age, and I see a shocking suppression of the immune system that is pervasive. - My Pregnant women and pre-born babies.
And what I've seen in my clinical practice has been a substantial, massive increase, unprecedented, in menstrual abnormalities prior to pregnancy.
A substantial increase in infertility.
A substantial increase in miscarriage, fetal death, and fetal malformation.
And what we see is catastrophic.
It's a danger signal like no others.
There is significant variance in the toxicity from lot to lot.
Such as the lot that I received with my second dose that almost killed me as I developed hypertension with systolic to 230.
There's some reason why some lots are associated with many more deaths and much more disease than others.
My life before my vaccine was beautiful.
Sorry, it's hard to remember the worst parts of my life.
I participated in a clinical trial for AstraZeneca, and now I suffer from a severe debilitating form of neuropathy that will progress until I am essentially left in a care home.
I received my one and only Moderna injection December 30th of 2022.
Within one week after my Moderna shot, I began to have numbness and weakness in my legs.
I quickly received the diagnosis of transverse myelitis.
This involves an injury to my thoracic spinal cord.
I am now permanently disabled.
If you have an adverse event after your shot, you are on your own.
There are currently enrolling 50 different clinical trials on other new mRNA vaccines.
This product, which we've all agreed are inadequate.
We're now being grandfathered and essentially enabling a functional monopoly for Pfizer, Moderna, and BioNTech to deploy this technology for virtually any purpose.
There are plenty of drugs that have been shown to have antiviral properties and they were very quickly identified around the world and widely used, not in this country.
About 40% of drugs, 40% of drugs used in hospitals are used off-label.
That's fine if you're treating heart disease, but certainly if it's coronavirus, the FDA, the CDC, the NIH do not want you to use an off-label drug because it would compete with big pharma.
I want to ask why the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology Why the American College of OBGYN and why the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine, all of whom I've served in a professional capacity in an outstanding fashion my entire career, why they are pushing this lethal vaccine, risking the future of all humanity.
Other nations have banned this product because it's too dangerous for younger people.
What are we doing?
I'm passionate for the health of our children.
I'm also passionate for young service members that I served for 13 years in the Air Force as a flight surgeon, deployed twice to Iraq.
For our healthy children and the majority of our World War fighters, the data show that the risk for myocarditis is greater than the benefit of the vaccine products.
As a physician who has vowed to do no harm, my opinion is that we should not mandate harm.
I can't believe that the FDA, where I've worked as a career medical officer, I'm the only person who's out of the 20,000 employees or so at the FDA of physicians, pharmacists, nurses, public health officials, that's here speaking out about this.
I don't understand.
It's an outrage, a moral, ethical, medical outrage.
All the vaccine mandates should be dropped immediately.
We need requests for applications and immediate funding for vaccine injury centers of excellence across the United States for screening, detection, diagnosis, prognosis and management.
We need a massive shift in our health care system towards managing now this large number of vaccine injured It is absolutely irresponsible to continue any of these shots in our reproductive age kids or younger.
Anybody that could possibly pass these on without investigating this.
And I am demanding now that this be investigated.
Well, Carl, I think Ron Johnson just is doing superb work on behalf of the American people.
Your thoughts about what you've just seen?
Agreed.
That is great work.
That's what a leader is supposed to do.
You get together experts and you facilitate the best information going forward.
In that presentation, the data is damning.
7.7% injured so much that they had to receive medical assistance.
A 40% increase in mortality from the insurance companies.
That never happens.
That never happens.
Statistically, never.
And that the military received a 50% increase in injuries over the first year and 100% increase after two years.
This is all prima facie evidence to do exactly what Dr. McCullough said, is that stop the shots right now.
And we have this situation described by that one guy in the FDA, is that all the facts are on our side, but there are just relatively few of us who are pointing to the data.
We would love to expand the conversation.
And I appreciate Senator Johnson for his leadership to do so.
Yes, yes, I exactly right, Carl, exactly right. - Great.
And here we have a summary of some of the highlights from the Johnson COVIDVax meeting.
We invited speakers from both sides to discuss the narrative.
Only those who shared Steve Kirsch's viewpoint showed up.
Here are some of the highlights.
Senator Ron Johnson on December 7th, the incoming Ranking Member of the Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, held a roundtable discussion.
COVID-19 vaccine, what they are, how they work, and possible cause of injury.
The next day, thanks to the effort of the Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, the House voted overwhelmingly to repeal the vaccine mandate for our troops, 350 to 80.
Which is a positive step in the right direction.
Now we need the Senate to do the same.
Participants included Drs.
Peter McCullough, I was unable because I was flying back from Australia, but all my friends were there.
Rittana Moon, Joel Walsko, Harvey Rice, Lieutenant Carl Theresa Long, Wall Street analyst Ed Down, open neighbors founder Liz Wilder, attorney Aaron Surrey and more.
I was unable because I was flying back from Australia, but all my friends were there.
Highlights.
My personal favorite is when they show a package insert for the vaccine.
If you haven't seen this yet, you'll be impressed.
First time I've seen it.
And it's impressive because look at the size of the pages.
There are so many adverse effects here.
Literally around 150 that it takes pages and pages to lift them all.
Janie Tweet.
I have a government that's telling me I have to stay safe and effective, and if I don't, my license is a threat.
We're seeing an uptick in myocarditis.
We're seeing an uptick in adverse reactions.
Something is extremely wrong.
Pediatrician Dr. Renata Moon.
I have a government telling me I have to stay safe and effective.
It's a threat.
I looked at the package insert.
I pulled it from the mRNA product.
I unsealed the box that came in and pulled this out.
Here's what it looks like.
Oh, this says it's blank, intentionally blank.
Yes, it would have had that 150 adverse effects had it been honest, but it was blank.
That's what passing for informed consent observes Ron Johnson.
What is the pathway to prevent more harm?
Dr. Peter McCullough weighs in.
He is the most cited physician in the United States, overwhelmingly.
And he's been basically had his license taken away.
All the vaccine mandates should be dropped immediately.
We need immediate funding for vaccine injury centers of excellence across the U.S.
for screening, detection, diagnosis, prognosis, and management.
What is at stake here is death.
Defeat the Mandate tweets.
What I've seen in my clinical practice has been a substantial increase of infertility, miscarried fetal death, and fetal malformation.
Dr. James Sorb, OBGYN, speaking at the Ron Johnson Roundtable.
Dr. Malone testified on vaccine toxicity.
Is this a vaccine or gene therapy?
asked Senator Johnson.
As I've said repeatedly, it came out of a gene therapy research program.
These and the ANOVL vectors are absolutely gene therapy technology applied for the purpose of eliciting an immune response, reports Dr. Malone.
Defeat the mandate, tweets.
In 2021, in ages 25 to 64, the employed people in the U.S.
covered under group life insurance experience a 40% excess mortality, meaning a jump of 40%.
As quoted by the CEO of an insurance company, a mere 10% increase would be a once-in-a-200-year flood.
200-year flood, so 40% is off the charts.
Why did countries around the world use known safe antivirals to fight COVID successfully but not in the US, asked Dr. Pierre Corey and Dr. Paul Merrick.
We had an entire health system telling us to stay home until our lips turn blue.
There are plenty of repurposed drugs that have been shown to be identified.
I'll call you right back.
You're muted, Jim.
There are plenty of repurposed drugs that have been shown to have antiviral properties.
They were very quickly identified around the world and widely used, but not in this country, said Lear Corey.
In my hospital, they wanted me to use remensivir.
We know, according to the World Health Organization, remensivir increases your risk of kidney failure 20-fold.
Your risk of renal failure 20-fold.
It increases your risk of dying by about 4%.
It has no place in medicine.
Yep, the federal government gave hospitals a 20% bonus if you prescribe this toxic medication, reports Paul Marek.
Was it a good idea to target the spike protein for the COVID-19 vaccines?
Dr. Ryan Cole weighs in.
What was Dr. Fauci's holy grail of vaccines?
HIV.
Where are we with HIV and a vaccine?
40 years later, we don't have one.
Why?
HIV also has a spike protein.
It always mutates ahead of our efforts.
We don't have coronavirus vaccines for a very simple reason.
They always mutate ahead of our vaccine efforts and always will.
We're playing whack-a-mole with a virus.
That's why early treatment was so important.
Not chasing an always-mutating virus with a vaccine, observed Mayo Clinic-trained, board-certified, anatomic-clinical pathologist Ryan Cole, M.D.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, it's great data.
I'm glad that it's out.
It needs to keep going forward.
We have to have arrests applied.
We don't have anything done until we have the legal tool to stop an apparent crime in progress, which is an arrest.
Now, Governor DeSantis of Florida, he had a roundtable this morning as well.
I watched about half an hour of that, similar data reports, and DeSantis is asking for a grand jury to investigate crimes associated with this.
He is also setting up a commission to study their SADS, the Sudden Adult Death Syndrome.
So if this goes forward ethically, then from what we were able to witness with the roundtable with Senator Johnson, we're going to have similar reports and that is going to lead to recommendations for prosecutions and arrests.
Excellent observation to Santas is just turning out to be an outstanding leader of the nation.
Fantastic.
Meanwhile, former CIA FBI spooks found jobs at Twitter doing what they do best.
Despite the left and Twitter insisting we were all just crazy, Twitter was actually active in silencing conservative voices on the social media, thanks to the intrepid Elon Musk and Barry Wise.
There's now proof.
Accounts like the libs of TikTok, Dan Bojino, Charlie Kirk were flagged in what's commonly referred to as Shadowban, but what Twitterheads call visibility filtering.
Probably the lamest term I've had yet.
It was a tweet from Andy Ngo that caught my attention.
Exclusive!
Barry doesn't name too many names or the head of Twitter's strategic response team when secret action for taking a stifled conservative account happened under Jeff Carlton, who worked for both CIA and FBI.
He just deleted his LinkedIn.
But I have an archive.
Here's another, Barry Woods.
The group that decided whether to limit the reach of certain users was the Strategic Response Team, Global Escalation Team, or SRT-GET.
S-R-T-G-E-T.
Get off and handle 200 cases a day.
How did the Bluebird nerds pull off such an endeavor to launch what was clearly a targeted censorship campaign against conservative voices with the help of those masters of political intrigue, the CIA and the FBI?
All right.
I love LinkedIn.
It's accessible to government and ex-military officials boasting deep thoughts on leadership, all a jack handy, and diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant bloviating on how white people need to find ways to be less white.
And you know, out of one such employee who deleted his LinkedIn, but not until after Andy was able to archive it.
Barry doesn't name too many names, but the head of Twitter's strategic response team when secret action were taken to stifle conservative counts was Jeff Carlton, working for both CIA and FBI.
And he clarified Carlton wasn't a head until last month, but had worked on the team since last May.
If you don't have a Twitter account and aren't following Twittergate, the strategic response team decide who Twitter was allowed to have influence and reach and who wasn't.
Barry, why Cisco's last night?
The group that decided whether to limit the reach of certain users was a strategic response team.
Talk about influence and power.
Carlton's now-deleted LinkedIn profile has some interesting nuggets.
He had described summarizing his career as follows.
Former intelligence officer transitioned to managing high-profile content moderation and customer support escalation and social media trust and saving.
Head of Twitter's strategic response team.
Yeah, there's nothing suspicious about an intel officer moving on to content moderation on social media.
No conflict of interest there.
Besides the nonsensical and lame statement on the profile that he's a proven manager of managers, he also boasts as follows.
Expert communicators, briefings, and Ryan Grove cabinet and White House-level decision-making during special assignments to the CIA and FBI.
Carlton is the only guy who found a home at Twitter, post-career as an Intel asset for a three-letter agency, and he no again tweets.
He had a Twitterist who worked for, deleted his LinkedIn, but more.
Jeff Carlton worked for both the CIA and the FBI, authored dozens of official reports, some of which were read by President Barack Obama.
The ex-Intel operative was part of the Twitter team by a secret effort to stifle conservatives.
Here are snapshots of some employees who bounced their way from government to cush jobs at Twitter.
2019.
Alan Burton went from Senior Innovation Advisor to the FBI Director to Senior Director of Strategy and Operations for Legal, Public Policy, Trust, and Safety at Twitter.
2020.
Karen Walsh became the Director of Corporate Resilience at Twitter after a 21-year career at the FBI.
Recently fired Jim Baker, Twitter Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Legal after previously working the FBI between 2014 and 2018.
Mark Jaroslawowski became the Director of Corporate Security and Risk at Twitter after 21 years as a supervisory agent at the FBI.
Unfortunately, the intelligence community is the same schtick as the defense machine.
Military brass have been taken off the uniform one day to slide into post-retirement gigs as board members of defense contracting companies think tanks are penitent official for decades the following day.
Now Intel operatives are in their badge for lucrative gids in social media.
Conservative patriot pizza bitch tweets.
How many CIA and FBI were working for Twitter?
With the firing of James Baker, how many are left?
The FBI is a broad statement these days.
Their websites explain their area of operation.
The FBI has divided its investigation into a number of programs, such as domestic and international terrorism, former foreign counterintelligence, and cybercrime.
Let's break that down a bit further based on recent revelations.
Part of the FBI's job is investigating domestic terrorism, which has been blurred lately to include parents concerned about their school boards.
Libs of TikTok are well known for outing alarming progressive activities of school teachers and administrators, and they were one of the many accounts visibly filtered censored by the team, including a former intel officer.
So while Twitter was under scrutiny by Congress for possibly silencing voices on their platform on a political basis, they could falsely claim everything was on the up and up.
After all, they had former FBI and CIA official working for them.
You can trust the FBI and the CIA, can you not?
Sounds like a mutually beneficial arrangement for the employees of the social media giant.
Not so helpful, perhaps, for everyday Americans.
Matt Hiyabi tweets, Six degrees from James Baker, a familiar figure re-emerges with the release of the Twitter files.
Reports Jonathan Tourley.
Elon Musk.
In light of concern about Baker's possible role in the suppression of information important to the public, he was accented from Twitter today.
Give him the boot.
FBI whistleblower Colleen Rowley once explained the culture at the FBI.
The truth is that at the FBI, 50% of all normal conversation were about how you are going to make money after your retirement.
Does that surprise a military retiree like myself?
No, not at all.
I'd say 90% of everyday conversation brass had in their twilight years of service were how they were going to make money after retirement.
At search for the six-figure most retirement job at military brass, just like these FBI agents would spend more time building relations with a military industrial complex or for the FBI, with the very people they were charged to investigate for wrongdoing.
Talk about conflict of interest.
Steve Hilden, The FBI has now meddled in two presidential elections to help the same political party.
Congress has done nothing about it.
The media is silent.
No one has been held accountable.
How can this happen in America?
Unless they're stopped, the FBI no doubt will do it again in 2024.
So when your left-lean friends and family call you a conspiracy theorist, call you crazy for thinking there might be a concerted effort to change the narrative, or that the very fabric of our country is at risk, take comfort in knowing your conspiracy theory is rooted in reality, not fantasy.
The FBI is still middling in politics and elections, just as they have done for decades.
This time, they're just doing it via your Twitter feed.
Carl, your thoughts?
Great story, and that is important for people to grasp.
So those spooks ended up at Twitter.
I saw one account that there was a dozen of them that were listed as former spooks.
That's not a coincidence.
It's a captured agency.
So how far is this going back is going to be one of the first questions.
And I would say that beginning in 2006, former CEO Jack Dorsey gave a Pizzagate-like tweet, which probably communicated that he was controlled as an asset.
And that tweet, I'll just read it to you, it's just a tweet.
Making the good pasta!
It's a little boy reading through some of the amazing parts of the satanic verses.
The golden threads begin to interwine.
So that's from 2006, 16 years ago.
And Matt Taibbi, he previously wrote, in an analogy to what is going on at Twitter and the FBI, is that the SEC, the Securities and Exchange Commission, operated as a minor league to the big league of the banksters.
And at the SEC, you needed to show the companies that you were regulating that you were ready to play ball with them because then you could get a job for them, exactly how that article said.
And probably what is closer to the truth is going to be a step beyond what the article even mentioned is that Twitter has been a captured agency since, well, let's go back to 2006.
And so what would be great if Musk could reveal is how do these FBI people get the job and what was the communication chain for those people to be put into position?
Because I'll guarantee you what has happened is that that was a captured agency.
And what we're seeing now is what, let's see, who tweeted it?
Luke Rudowsky, I believe, if I said his last name right.
He's a truth or journalist and I can't remember.
We, we, something changed.
And he tweeted that we're either seeing the greatest reveal of all time or the greatest destruction into tyranny of all time.
And Musk replied back, agreed.
So we'll see.
Exciting political theater.
Yeah, I'm all for what Musk is doing.
It seems to me he's on the right track.
Meanwhile, FTX founder Sam Bankman-Freed has been arrested in the Bahamas after the U.S.
has filed criminal charges.
The former CEO of the bankrupt crypto trading firm FTX was arrested in the Bahamas after the U.S.
attorney for the Southern District of New York shared a sealed indictment with the Bahaman government.
His arrest is the first concrete move by regulators to hold individuals accountable for the multi-billion dollar implosion of FDX last month.
Sam Bankman-Fried is expected to be extradited to the United States.
The founder, arrested by Bahamian authorities Monday evening after the U.S.
attorney for the Southern District of New York shared the indictment setting the stage for extradition for the one-time crypto billionaire at the height of the cryptocurrency exchange's collapse.
His arrest is the first concrete move.
Before it was announced, Bankman Freedman expected to testify virtually before the House Finance Services Committee Tuesday, but his attorneys told CNBC he will not appear.
Maxine Waters, who oversees the committee, said she was surprised at his arrest, disappointed that Congress would not be able to hear from him on Tuesday.
Damien Williams, U.S.
Attorney for the Southern District of New York, reported the federal government anticipated moving to unseal the indictments in the morning.
She has NBC has confirmed the charges against Begman Freed included wire fraud, wire fraud conspiracy, security fraud, security fraud conspiracy, and money laundering.
Meanwhile, the Securities and Exchange Commission filed a civil complaint against BankmanFraud on Tuesday, alleging the ex-CEO of FTX engaged in a scheme to defraud equity investors in FTX.
The filing said BankmanFraud raised more than $1.8 billion, and that, unbeknownst to those investors, Bankman Freak was orchestrating a massive years-long fraud, diverting millions of dollars of the trading platform's customer funds for his own personal benefit and to help grow his crypto empire.
Legal experts are told, if the federal government pursues wire or bank fraud, Bankman Freak could face life in prison without the possibility of supervised release.
Such a severe punishment would be unusual, but not extraordinary.
Ponzi scheme mastermind Bernie Madoff, for example, was sentenced to 150 years in prison and an effective life sentence.
FTX collapse has already triggered the demise of BlockFi lending and has thrown the entire cryptocurrency space into disarray.
Another form of fraud?
Why, the U.S.
got Brittany Griner freed instead of a U.S.
Marine.
Here I see Paul Wheatland on the left, and on the right, Brittany Griner.
When White House West Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, herself a lesbian, was asked why the Biden admin prioritized freeing Brittany Greiner, a lesbian basketball player convicted of smuggling drugs into Russia, she responded that Greiner inspired millions.
As one of my correspondents on Twitter quipped, alluding to the WNBA's paltry ratings, inspiring dozens doesn't have quite the same ring.
Journalist Pedro Gonzalez offers a sadly more likely explanation as he elaborates.
Whelan served in the Marines, worked as a police officer in Michigan.
There's something to that.
On the other hand, Griner has spent her life playing an utterly irrelevant sport.
She has been prescribed medical cannabis, which is what we say about people addicted to the most pathetic kind of drug.
It's not even a cool drug like cocaine.
She was arrested with a vape containing hash oil, the Russian basically did Americans a favor.
Personally, by the way, I think cannabis, marijuana, ought to be legalized, regulated, standardized, and taxed.
And the states that have done that have seen a bonanza.
I, therefore, simply express disagreement about the attitude being presented here toward marijuana.
But here's the fundamental difference, the reason Greiner was prioritized over Wheeler.
She is a Black lesbian who represents America.
Make her the ideal citizen in the current U.S.
from the progressive Democrat perspective.
In 2020, she told the Arizona Republic, I honestly feel we should not play the national anthem during our season.
She, of course, is a supporter of Black Lives Matter.
Adding, I think we should take that much of a stand.
And noted, she would walk off the court during the anthem if necessary.
She also criticized the anti-gay policies of her alma mater, Baylor, in her memoir.
What active prosecution?
A bailer embittered or so?
Nothing, according to the author.
The Christian University simply asks that gay athletes not talk about being gay, which rude at Griner feels the need to shout it from the mountaintops.
On the other hand, Orr-Wheelan is merely a white man who has served his country and was, as white people increasingly are these days, down on his luck from time to time.
Worse, and perhaps unforgivably, he expressed support for Donald Trump before and after Trump was elected president, which would not go down well with a Biden administration.
But look at this.
This supposed lesbian isn't even a woman.
She was actually assigned to a men's prison in Russia, but the mainstream is not reporting that.
Observe the noticeable lack of memories.
This is a man.
This is not a woman.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, this dude Griner, he is a biological male claiming to have the gender of female and he's into women, which for female basketball that might be a really good in for him to get a lot of action with those females.
And you're right, cannabis is legal in 37 of the 50 states for medical purposes.
I say it is a very cool drug and that once we unleash The potentials of cannabis through real ethical testing, we'll see a lot.
The one paper that I would share with students as a teacher teaching U.S.
government, I would share the paper of USC law professor Charles Whitebread, a paper he wrote to the California Judges Association in 1995, and you can look this up, I recommend it.
Whitebread was an amazing storyteller.
He looked Into the criminalization of cannabis in all 50 states and at the federal level, and he and other research or another expert, they look, what was the evidence presented that cannabis is harmful?
And they found that at no time ever in US legislative history has anybody presented any evidence that cannabis is harmful.
In any way whatsoever, the title of the paper is The History of the Non-Medical Use of Drugs in the United States.
Very, very good, Carl.
Very good.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you.

Thanks.
Thank the universe for Tucker telling it like it is.
Biden chose to bring home a lesbian or tranny, taking her pick over an American Marine Iraq War veteran, Paul Whelan.
He chose a celebrity sports weirdo over a patriot who was set up.
And that thing was referred to as his in KJP's recent conference.
Did anyone else catch that?
Around 144 in this video treated his situation because Greiner is, in fact, a man.
Freudian slip?
Hard to say.
But Tucker is calling it out.
Final thoughts?
Wow.
I do appreciate that writer commenting on that.
For propaganda, Pierre, she's just a hypocrite.
She also said at the press conference that Russia should have never picked up that dude.
Well, okay.
Then at the Russian level, they have the same policy as the U.S.
federal level.
The U.S.
federal level claims that cannabis is a Schedule I drug with no benefit and high potential for abuse that would put you in prison for like nine years.
Propaganda Pierre had her way and of course Biden and the Democrats and both sides have had every opportunity to decriminalize cannabis.
He didn't.
One of the aspects of Professor Whitebread's presentation to the judges conference is to document how cannabis had been decriminalized twice in the state of California and the economic benefits of doing so.
For the rest of us, hang in there.
Things are breaking faster and faster, so I'm very encouraged.
We got nothing until we have arrests and a full breakout of truth, so hang in there and we'll all see together what develops.
Excellent commentary, Sidney Carl.
Time after time, you're doing a terrific job.
I think we're seeing major development in Arizona.
On the one hand, Cary Lake.
I believe this judge is just dumbfounded by all the proof that the election was stolen there.
I will not be surprised if we see positive developments in a very short period of time.
This was one of the most blatant and obvious and easily provable tests of an election in the United States of all time.
Maricopa County.
On the other, we have Ron Johnson and Stu Peters, by the way, who are revealing the shot, the jab, to be a criminal enterprise, where as the blank page about the adverse effects, which should have had 150 listed, illustrated, coming out of the box.
Ron Johnson doing a great job.
I'm very proud.
He's my senator, representing me here from my home in Wisconsin.
Let me just encourage all of you to spend as much time as you can with your family, your friends, those you love, because we still do not know how much time we have left.
