And welcome back, folks.
This is Truth vs. News Incorporated on November the 27th, end of the 11th month of the 22nd year, and what a time it is.
I think things are going downhill pretty fast, and I guess, Jim, you've got somebody who is the center of a lot of problems that are happening now, right?
That's true, Don.
Anthony Fauci is being subjected to grilling under oath in a social media censorship case.
This is very significant.
What I expect to be the first of many.
Dr. Anthony Tony the Rat Fauci faced questions from two attorneys general in their lawsuit against the federal government for allegedly colluding with big tech platforms to censor content critical of COVID-19 vaccines and countermeasures, as a federal judge temporarily halted the deposition of three other Biden admin officials.
Dr. Fauci faced questions from Attorneys General Eric Schmidt of Missouri and Jeff Randley of Louisiana in their lawsuit against the federal government for purportedly colluding with big tech to censor contact critical of the VAX and countermeasures.
Fauci sat, day after the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals halted the deposition of three other Biden admin officials.
In a statement released Tuesday, Schmitt said, Tomorrow, along with my colleague from Louisiana, my office and I will depose Dr. Anthony Fauci in our lawsuit against the Biden administration for allegedly colluding with social media companies to censor freedom of speech.
And by the way, that collusion is a crucial element because the First Amendment specifically prohibits the federal government from constraining freedom of speech.
So if they were using the social media giants as their agents, then the federal government is guilty, and it's a clear and blatant violation of the First Amendment.
Since we filed our landmark lawsuit, we've uncovered documents and discoveries showing clear coordination between the Biden admin and social media on censoring speech, but we're not done yet.
We plan to get answers on behalf of the American people.

The statement also quoted Jeff Landry.
Well, deserve to know how involved Dr. Fauci was in the censorship of the American people during the COVID pandemic.
Tomorrow, I hope to find out.
And I will continue fighting for the truth as it relates to big government colluding with big tech to stifle free speech.
Schmidt and Landry sued Biden, Fauci, and others on May 5.
The New Civil Liberties Alliance, a non-profit, represents outspoken critics of the facts and countermeasures, including Jay Bachetera, Martin Kulldorff, Aaron Kilharry, and also Jill Hines, joined the lawsuit, as did Jim Hoff, founder and editor-in-chief of the Gateway Pundit, who is a very good man.
According to the complaint, government officials colluded with and coerced big tech and social media to suppress disfavored speakers' viewpoints and content related to COVID.
Several named, including former White House press secretary Jen Psaki, argued they shouldn't be deposed, but a federal judge denied a request to quash Psaki's subpoena.
A previous ruling had forced the above name to provide written testimony.
In his October 21st ruling, Doug Doherty agreed with the plaintiff that Fauci's prior self-serving blanket denials were not to be taken at face value, necessitating a deposition.
Fauci challenged the order, arguing communications were protected by executive privilege.
But Doherty ordered Fauci to turn over the docs within 21 days and answer the plaintiff's questions in full.
Landry and Schmitt filed a request for depositions on October 10.
In a statement released then by Schmitt, he said, After finding documentation of a collusive relationship between the Biden admin and social media to censor free speech, we immediately filed a motion to get these officials under oath.
It's high time we shine a light on this censorship enterprise and force the officials to come clean with the American people.
This ruling will allow us to do just that.
We'll keep pressing for the truth.
In an order issued Monday, the New Orleans 5th Circuit temporarily scheduled depositions of three Biden officials, Easterly, Flaherty, and Murthy.
The three-judge panel unanimously found that Doherty had erred in approving the deposition without first examining whether there were other means to obtain the information.
They sent it back to Doherty for further review.
Before a deposition may go forward, the district court must analyze whether the information sought can be obtained through less intrusive alternative means, such as further written discovery or deposition of lower-ranking officials.
Written findings as the available insufficiency of alternative need to be entered, meaning into the court record.
In a statement provided by Landry's office, these developments do not change my pursuit.
We reflect, of course, as it will continue with the discovery phase.
Thursday's order came after lawyers for the government argued plaintiffs should not have the ability to depose the three officials because They are high-ranking government officials that the deposition would unavoidably distract them from their important and time-sensitive duties, which would cause irreparable harm, all of which is obvious baloney.
However, the federal government's motion for partial stay was denied.
We make no ruling on the petition at this time.
Easterly, Flaherty, and Murthy were scheduled to be in early December.
This November 21st story, Doherty rejected the claim.
Despite the fact Misaki is a former high ranking, the potential burden upon Misaki was outweighed by the need to determine whether free speech had been suppressed.
Similarly, a federal judge in Virginia rejected arguments made by Misaki and the DOJ, arguing Seeing for a deposition would place an undue burden upon her, taking away from her family and her new job as a propagandist for NSNBC.
Magistrate Judge Evan Davis of the District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia passed the issue back to Doherty.
Davis dismissed Misaki's claims, arguing he and she and the DOJ were attempting an end run around the deposition order.
Already previously found plan is approving the Jennifer Pasaki and personal knowledge about the issue concerning censorship across social media as it relates to COVID and ancillary issues.
No doubt about it.
Meanwhile, Steve Kirsch has observed this has cost millions of lives addressing the suppression of repurposed drugs and a spike in death five months after the vaccine rollout.
This is pretty significant.
The clue was the embalmers.
The clue was the insurance companies.
The embalmers never saw anything until midway in 2021, and then they started seeing these massive clots.
It only started six months into the vaccine program, said Steve Kirsch, executive director of the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, a very good man.
There are two peaks in vaccine-related mortality observed, one within weeks of the vax and one about five to six months later.
A successful entrepreneur and philanthropist, he started a number of high-tech companies, including one of the first internet search engines, Infoseek, and also one of two who independently invented the optical mouse.
During the pandemic, he founded the COVID-19 Early Treatment Fund and raised millions to fund outpatient clinical trials for repurposed drugs.
That is to say, take drugs already on the market, like HCQ and Ivermectin, and repurpose them to deal with this new medical issue.
When I started speaking out against the vaccine, within a week, all 14 members of my scientific advisory board quit.
We discussed the suppression of repurposed drugs like flovoxamine, perverse hospital incentives, and the bewildering lack of institutional interest in looking at data on vaccine-related injuries and deaths.
Everybody's drinking the Kool-Aid, and these vaccine-injured people aren't paying the price, he says.

I am glad that you see an attorney general from a state stepping up and doing the first steps of prosecution, the first steps of of the request for testimony, the production of documents.

But it also amazes me that it's taken this long.
The right to free speech, obviously, and this is much more serious than the right to free speech.
The speech that was being suppressed was speech about, don't take this shot.
You're going to die.
You're going to get a heart enlargement.
You're going to get blood clots.
You're going to get infertility.
You're going to have all sorts of other things happening.
This is not a medicine or vaccine that helps the human body.
And everybody that gets this is going to be damaged.
That was the speech.
This wasn't motivated by commercial gain.
This was motivated for a desire to preserve humanity, and the opposite was a desire to destroy humanity in the eyes of, well, we've got too many people, says Boris Johnson, his dad who wrote a book on eugenics, and how many of these other simpletons in their rush.
Let's never forget, we've seen for two years This is a pandemic of the unvaccinated.
The violence, the rage, the arrogance, the brainwashing, and the bullying.
Well, if you don't get vaccinated, you don't have any rights.
This, all of this has transpired.
We said it from the very beginning in January of 2020, February of 2020.
We were saying consistently and without pause and without any deviation, this is a scam.
This vaccine that they're going to create is a scam and it's only going to do bad things.
And we were right all along.
So this is the first step for justice.
I'm also amazed.
Where was Trump doing all of this?
Why didn't he do any kind of an action for prosecuting the governors that were suppressing people's rights and all the rest?
It's not just about free speech.
We said from the beginning people should be protected by the federal attorneys stepping in saying you cannot violate people's constitutional right to be free, to have a business, to work.
You can't say who's essential and who's not.
We wrote Trump an executive order to sign based on the Nuremberg Code and the Human Declaration of Human Rights and blah blah blah.
He didn't do it!
So everything that they're doing now should have been done under Trump.
And his failure to get ahead of this vaccine will be his undoing.
Unless he has 180 degree turnabout, and he said they all lied to me, they all violated my rights, they all did a massive genocide, and I'm the first one to say mea culpa.
I'm the first one to say vote for me as president, and I will go after, of course we've heard that before when he said he was going to go after Hillary Clinton and nothing happened, But he should say, I will go after every one of these vaccine companies and everybody involved for mass genocide.
Anything short of that is a sign to me that he's part of this whole scam.
So I would like to see this fully prosecuted.

The other thing they need to ask for is the production of documents, emails, communications between governors like Gavin Newsom.
Governors like Murphy and Whitmer, all of the, and the Oregon Governor, Kate Brown, find out were they in collusion, coordination, conspiracy with these other governors and mayors to shut down speech, to shut down, just focus on that, where the communications, you need to shut down all speech that is critical of the CDC and our agenda.
And that needs to come out, and I think you're going to see this be prosecuted, hopefully, and let's see where it goes.

I believe Hillary has some get-out-of-jail-free card that Trump was played, but I certainly agree he needs to repudiate the Vax and his efforts to bring it to the public.

Well, I was just trying to find the website, but I know the person who makes videos, he goes by the name Tim Truth, and there's a couple of these websites where people are documenting what happened to their family members at these COVID treatment centers.
And the nursing homes and definitely brought me to tears talking about people doing like video depositions basically and starting to put all this evidence together and the protocols that were used upon people that basically a death protocol.
So people deny food and water for days made a week through drugs people held against their will.
They're exactly what happened to my grandmother.
I've talked about this before.
I taped my last few conversations with her because I thought it was very telling when she kept mentioning to me that they were taking her liquids away and I knew and they were saying that she was ill and she didn't sound ill.
They said that she was having breathing problems.
She sounded perfectly fine on the phone and they said she had COVID and she was being isolated.
Oh, she's not doing well.
Well, she wants her orange juice and her water.
She's thirsty.
You haven't fed her in days.
So I couldn't obviously I couldn't see her so started taping these phone conversations and uh you know no one in my family believed this at all they said oh she's got COVID and she's you know oh she's 90 years old that's just what happens and no they killed her and um sorry so it's just it was kind of uh Hopeful for me to hear so many other people say that's exactly what happened to their family members too.
So I think people need to start documenting all of this because this happened in so many nursing homes.
Entire nursing homes full of people in Michigan died and disappeared and you know basically they were just added to this The COVID statistics and they did this to healthy people, people who went in with a cough, you know, days later, one woman talked about how she actually watched her husband via her phone get injected with morphine for hours until he died.
And then they said it was it was COVID.
So it's absolutely atrocious what happened to people.
So it's important that all of this is documented.
And people don't forget about what happened with these protocols and the payouts, of course, that we have to It's obviously about the money with so much of that as well.
Holly, one thing that you can do for, you know, your own sense of redemption and fulfillment.
I know your grandmother, it's a, it's a, it's a terrible thing we've all been through.
My, my niece got the shot and she's instantly, she said she had menstrual issues.
Well, I'm sorry to say, I think at 13, 14 she's not going to live long.
But you can certainly, and Don has the legal expertise too, make a letter and make a formal declaration.
You are going to be investigated and prosecuted for murder.
I know what you did, and I'm holding you accountable, and I'm holding the police and the sheriff accountable to investigate this, because I will not allow this to be swept under the rug.
And just the expulsion of that has a cathartic effect.
It's not about winning the fight, it's about just getting it out and putting them on notice about it.
And wherever it leads, you know, God knows, but they have to be confronted on this level.
That's like the young girl who's suing Kaiser for the surgeries that she undergone.
But what happened to your grandmother was a terrible tragedy and an act of genocide and an act of murder, and there's no statute of limitations on murder, Jim.
Yeah, but you've got to get a lawyer involved in this, Scott.
People can't just do this on their own.
You make a lot of positive suggestions that people aren't able to implement because they need the support of the facilities that normally would be accessible to them, like making a complaint to a district attorney, but the district attorney aren't doing their job.
The country is just falling apart.
And the lack of law and order in the public Repudiated all of this during the election, and it was just stolen from them.
I mean, the evidence that this was stolen is overwhelming.
Every major group abandoned the Democrats.
Catholics abandoned the Democrats.
Hispanics abandoned the Democrats.
Suburban white women abandoned the Democrats.
That's 20% of the electorate.
There's no possible way the Republic could not have had this red wave other than the use of these goddamn machines.
It's just repulsive that the Department of Justice is taking no action because they're traitors to the Constitution.
The Democrats are benefiting and they're not doing a damn thing.
A country has turned into a criminal enterprise, I agree 100%.
Justice is trusting beyond belief.

Even if you're not a fan of Elon Musk's takeover of Twitter, there's no denying he's funny in his latest episode, Musk Most Fun at CBS, as he returned to Twitter after two days of taking a Twitter break.
CBS announced on the 18th of November they were halting all usage of the platform due to the uncertainty of the new management.
The uncertainty CBS was alluding to was likely the mass exodus At Twitter headquarters following an email from Musk, he gave employees until Thursday afternoon on November 17th his sign-off on an agreement that if they were to stay with the company, they'd commit to working hardcore with long hours and high intensity.
Not so shockingly, many decided that working hard long hours wasn't for them and said sayonara Well, after this media machine began pumping out anti-Elon Musk rhetoric, painting a dictatorial picture of him as a middle-of-the-night keyboard warrior with an unreasonable worth actor he was imposing upon his employees, This was enough for CBS to initiate one of the left's favorite activities, virtue signaling.
Must have figured everyone knows the masks don't work by now.
They're not seeing enough Ukrainian flags on people's profile pictures.
It was time for the next best thing.
Only this time, the virtue of signaling didn't take off.
Like a child who runs away from home, they quickly realized it was a bad idea.
After just 40 hours off the platform, CBS announced they'd be returning to UC but monitoring the situation carefully.
It seems this is not the first time CBS got it wrong.
I suppose it's only natural for this type of platform to test the water and see what sticks.
In this case, few followed suit and jumped the Twitter ship that CBS has hoped and must endeavor for a freely speaking platform continues.

She just sent out a tweet from her congressional account a few minutes ago announcing her private account is back.

This is very significant.
I actually believe this may be the reason why they blocked his Twitter account.
It's kind of hard to lead an insurrection when you're telling everyone to remain peaceful and to support the Capitol piece and to stay peaceful.
Last night, Elon Musk reinstated President Trump's Twitter account hours after a poll asked if the 45th president should be reinstated.
More than 15 million participated in the poll.
51.8 voted yes.
48.2 voted no.
Which, frankly, is absurd.
It should have been 100% voting yes.

I cannot imagine where that 48.2 came from.
Trump's Twitter account was up and running shortly after Elon Musk agreed to reinstate.
Since the account was taken down on January 2021, his tweets from that week were the last messages he posted on Twitter before the left silenced him.

New Twitter owner Elon Musk says he's granting amnesty for suspended accounts, which online safety experts predict will spur a rise in harassment, hate speech and misinformation, of course, by their own standard.
The billionaire's announcement came after he asked for a poll vote on reinstatement for accounts that have not broken the law or engaged in egregious spam.
After a similar highly unscientific poll last weekend, he reinstated the account of former President Trump, which Twitter had banned for encouraging the January 6, 2021 Capitol insurrection.

Well, it opens up the door for a larger conspiracy.
Communications between Twitter and Capitol Hill, Congress, CIA, other groups that were coordinating this January 6th false flag operation using agents and informants and Donald Trump's tweet.
About remaining peaceful, shatters the entire supposition that he was, you know, behind the scenes orchestrating this operation, which the Democrats themselves orchestrated.
So I think it is the tip of the iceberg that needs to emerge into the full conspiracy that it was.
And I think, you know, Elon Musk represents an interesting figure, you know, aside from his not reinstating Alex Jones, you know, which, again, regardless of what some of these people may be or may not be, some have called Jones, you know, a plant and a limited hangout and stuff.
There's a significant portion of the population that follows and listens and It emboldens their conservatism when they hear, you know, Alex Jones and others.
So for that reason, these conservative voices need to be repatriated to Twitter.
And Monica Taylor Greene should launch a lawsuit against their suppression of her For civil rights.
And there should be lawsuits against the former Twitter CEO, the Indian guy, and all the rest of them that were engaged in this operation.
Remember, they took down our Twitter account because we exposed the New Zealand shooting as a fraud.
I fully anticipate that being reactivated.
And we'll see where what legal means can can also be introduced on there.
So I think This whole, you know, the media on the left going crazy because of Elon Musk's takeover of Twitter.
I think a great video, a great series would be following him around with a camera as he goes into Capitol Hill rooms and goes into CBS and goes into these media and directly confronts these people.
If he's got the personality to do it.
He's got to be aggressive, and this can't be about him.
This is about the freedom of speech and ideas, and the moment we lose our speech and our ideas and our ability to express ourselves is the moment this country has turned into a cemetery.

Well, it's definitely fascinating that your Twitter is back up.
We'll see how interesting Twitter is, really.
After all, I've had a Twitter account for a long time, and I've been quiet on there for years, really, just because it was obvious to me that they were just banning people right and left.
Obviously like nothing same with like Facebook or any of these other like things platforms it was like you didn't even know for one minute to the next what was offensive or what what isn't so uh and it's always fascinating when you see like the the liberals that always drove me nuts when they were banning all kinds of people on social media and I saw this on Facebook too where they're like well if you don't like that you know the president is banned off of a platform and this person's banned from a platform and
In free speech, well, these are private corporations and they can do what they want.
It was always hilarious to me that leftists would, you know, suddenly be praising corporate overlords as being able to own everything.
And then when Elon Musk buys it up, now they're suddenly triggered, you know, because things can go both ways.
We'll have to see what sort of information actually comes out and then how many people are actually using Twitter at this point.
I think there's been so many bots and trolls and everything that was on there.
It was really super toxic for many years, so many people weren't on there.
So it'll be interesting to see if and, you know, if people actually do go back on there, if there's enough intrigue to try to get people back on there.

Should President Trump be allowed to use the platform?

51.8% said yes, but an almost equal number, 48.2%, said no.
In other words, almost half of the 15 million social media users opposed free speech from former presidents of the United States.

A large majority of Americans, both Democrat and Republican, in about equal percentages, desire Assange to be prosecuted for doing what journalists are supposed to do.
President Trump and his Secretary of State Pompeo denounce Assange with the same intensity as Nancy Pelosi.
Members of both parties believe free speech challenging official narratives should be suppressed.
Even more stunning, almost 100% of American print and TV reporters want Assange prosecuted.
Here we have the entirety of the U.S.
print and TV media renouncing their own profession.
Those who oppose free speech for Trump probably think of themselves as virtuous assaults of the earth.
In fact, they are stupid, brainwashed people, easily indoctrinated, so badly educated they don't understand free speech is essential to the preservation of liberty.
They are so utterly stupid they do not understand the meaning for their own lives that the government elite are doing everything possible to censor everyone.
No matter how distinguished an expert who dissents from the lies that compromise the official narratives.
Throughout the Western world, truth has been rapidly closed down.
Honest journalists such as Glenn Greenwald and Matt Tiabi are evicted from print and TV media.
Medical doctors who save lives by treating COVID patients with Ivermectin and HCQ instead of following the numerous imposed protocols that let them die rather than admit that there were cures, which would threaten vaccine profits, are having their medical licenses confiscated as if they committed a medical crime by saving lives.
Scientists who don't accept a woke ideology that gender is self-declared, not biologically determined, are disciplined and violated as transgender deniers.
Anthropologists and sociologists who understand diverse multicultural Tower of Babel is not a country are demonized.
Historians who understand the U.S.
is not based on white racism are branded white supremacists and threats to democracy.
Elections are stolen in plain view and no one is permitted to say so.

Google, long known for manipulating search results to favor the left and corporate government power, appear to have delisted the Died Suddenly film or at least pushed the actual link to the movie to the very end of their search results.
Currently, the big tech search engine is pushing articles from Forbes and other corporate media to the top of the Died Suddenly to dispel the documentary, which cites hard medical and scientific facts before making its claims.
