Let's get it.
This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joel Olson in Houston.
We're anticipating Chris Weinhart will be here with us in a short while.
We begin with a huge wave of airstrikes reported in Ukraine.
The Russians have become serious, targeting Ukraine's energy infrastructure on a large scale.
Their power grid is massively down.
A southern Ukraine nuclear power plant has been forced to shut down all of its reactors as well, which became the largest in Ukraine after the Zaporozhye region, which hosted a Zaporozhye nuclear plant, joined the Russian state last month as a result of a referendum.
Russia has stepped up pressure on Ukraine since October 10.
When it accused Kyiv of using terrorist tactics of targeting Russian infrastructure, including the Crimean Bridge.
Since then, missile strikes against Ukraine's energy facility, including power plants, have led to rolling blackouts across the country.
Kyiv authorities say at least 40% of Ukraine's energy infrastructure has been knocked out by the Russian attacks so far.
Meanwhile, Kyiv goes dark as NATO sacrifices Ukraine.
As a result of the ongoing strikes, the situation has become critical.
Cold weather is setting in.
Most citizens are left without water or electricity.
Many will be unable to survive.
Kiev continues to fight with bravura slogans, ignoring the price of hundreds of lives of civilians.
It will turn out to be tens of thousands, even millions.
As of the morning of November 24th, more than 70% of Kiev itself remained without electricity.
At three nuclear power plants in Ukraine, the power units were turned off for the ongoing attack.
Russia was awarded the title State Sponsor of Terrorism by the European Parliament.
Amazing how they cynically ignored that Kiev cut off energy and water to the Donbass and unleashed a so-called counter-terrorist operation against its own population.
Moreover, back in 2014, in the middle of the winter, Kiev had a blackout and the Crimean blocked the North Crimean Canal, leaving the peninsula without water needed to support any agriculture.
In turn, today's president, who became the main fighter for justice and democracy, calling himself that, and then a clown on TV, blocked Crimeans who were dying from thirst during his shows.
Meanwhile, the story of the Ukrainian missile strike on Poland, which had already been dubbed for the pretext of a third world war, is nearing its denouement.
No one's going to go along with that.
While Germany had previously agreed to send a Patriot missile system to Poland, they've decided that it's more convenient to defend the country from Ukraine, so the Polish minister suggested Germany transfer the Patriot systems to Ukraine.
According to him, they can be deployed on the western border to protect Poland.
Thus, NATO uses all its ingenuity and hypocrisy to win a war against Russia, not paying for it with the lives of its own citizens, but sacrificing Ukraine and its population.
Meanwhile, the Pentagon is hiding the total cost of the war in Ukraine.
The rate of reduction of weapons stocks, by the way, exceeds a benchmark of 15%.
U.S.
authorities have signed $2.6 billion worth of contracts to replace weapons supplied to Ukraine.
In the last month alone, since mid-October, a billion worth of these contracts have been concluded, many for ammunition and missiles.
Well, Republicans from among the members of the House introduced a bill to audit the funds allocated by the U.S.
to Ukraine.
Parliamentarians demanded all talks and discussion be agreed to in advance, applying to military, civilian, and financial assistance.
It seems the Pentagon is not forthcoming in counting money and that the real funds spent to instigate the war in Ukraine are unlikely to be revealed.
In November, the DoD failed its fifth audit in history, failed to report on 61% of its assets.
Stunning!
Carried out the audit by 1.6 thousand specialists, they found shortcomings in the assets, including 19.7 thousand aircraft, more than 290 ships, equipment, weapons, buildings, road fences, at 4.8 thousand sites around the world.
The hostilities in Ukraine and the military assistance have become a very teaching moment for the DoD during the inspection.
It's already exceeded $20 billion.
The real price is unlikely to be revealed.

We just keep pushing further and further into this conflict with Russia so that we can have a world war, because that's about the only thing that's going to cover up the enormous amount of crimes that are going on.

And the Swedish investigative team said that it's really hard to discover who might have sabotaged the North Stream pipeline.
It's like, no, it's not that hard to figure out.
Just look at means, methods and motives.
I mean, Jesus Christ, we know who did it.

So, you know, we've got these warmongers that just can't stop trying to create war.
And like Jim and I were talking before this came up, I had a nightmare last night about living in a war zone with The grid down, absolutely no electricity.

Meanwhile, the governor of Arizona has congratulated Hobbs, but Kerry Lake warns to get certified because the evidence is overwhelming.
Outgoing Republican Governor Doug Ducey turns out to be a mediocrity, congratulating Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat named as successor after the midterm, where she was supervising the election in which she was running herself as a candidate.
Ducey said his admin will make the transfer of power as smooth and seamless as possible.
Carrie Lake, who filed a lawsuit against Maricopa County officials Wednesday, suggested Ducey and Hobbs think twice before certifying.
For the governor, if he says he's going to certify this and Katie Hobbs has certified this, I think they better really think long and hard.
Her remarks came after the State Attorney General wrote to officials from Maricopa demanding answers about problems revealed in the memo.

They're trying to run out the clock.
This has to do with her first lawsuit.
Arizona Republican candidate on November 23rd filed a lawsuit against Maricopa County.
Lake sued Stephen Ricker, the county's recorder, and other officials, asking the court to compel them to promptly produce records on the administration of the midterm election.
Given instances of misweighted ballots and commingling, accounted and uncounted, long lines discouraging people from voting, as demonstrated in the attached declarations, these records are necessary for plaintiff to determine the full extent of the problems identified and their impact on the electors.
Maricopa officials have acknowledged that tabulators did not work.
What's the point of having voting machines if they won't even work?
Among the advised solution was putting them into a box three to be counted later, but it looks as though those were simply dumped.
Another solution was voter checking out and utilizing a mail-in ballot.
To figure out the extent, the Lake Camp Data on all records related voters who checked into a site and also submitted a ballot by mail.
We need information from Maricopa County.
They ran the shoddiest election ever in history and we want some information.
We're on a timeline, a very strict timeline, when it comes to fighting this botched election and they're dragging their feet.
They don't want to give us the information.
They're asking the courts to force them.
It looks very much as though they're trying to run out the clock.
Meanwhile, there's an absolutely sensational report.
If the voting machines in Arizona and other states were not accredited, if they were not certified, then, like an expired driver's license, then the votes they tabulated were not legally valid.
So there may be a recourse to undo the massively stolen 2022 election.

Yeah, so the current Republican attorney general is Mark Brinkovich, and he is term-limited, so he couldn't run again, so they had like three candidates running.
It looks like nobody's going to get anywhere close to a majority in Arizona for the new AZ.
And it looks like there's an enormous amount of fraud in that race, as well as the state secretary of state in Arizona, which is elected position in Texas.
It's an appointed position.
And we've had nothing but secretary of state puppets and secretary and governors and lieutenant governors puppets in the state of Texas for 100 frickin years.
It's absolutely ridiculous.
I hope we'll touch on a little bit later some of the additional stuff that's coming out on JFK.
I found a great interview this weekend with two guys named Hunley, H-U-N-L-E-Y, and Grubert, G-O-U-B-E-R-T.

I'd say that you should be one of the keynote speakers if they have something like that going on there, Fetz.
I appreciate all the work you've done in terms of trying to solve the JFK mystery.
And that's another one where they just completely disregarded the means, motive, and opportunity involved in the criminals involved in that conspiracy.
And if you just follow the money and the power structures in the Cui Bono, it pretty much is plain as day obvious, maybe give or take a few suspects.

You know, it's kind of funny to see also how the votes in voting has been taken out of democracy, which basically results in tyranny and autocratic tyranny.
And to see how many amendments have been violated over the course of crisis management and disaster capitalism, you can literally go down the list of that, too, and see every way that they have been altered and rescinded from the American people.
And they really have placed a lot of elected officials with the revolving door, planned operatives, guys as elected officials, with SES workers and even people that are part of the corruption, let's just say, in terms of political offerings.
So we have the largest military in known human history being completely absolved of any sense of democracy and run by tyrants.
And it reminds me of in the days of Rome, there was a guy named Cincinnatus who basically supposedly gave the plebs voting rights and representation in terms of the Senate, but really made it Excellent.

Meanwhile, How the new Republican House can stop Biden's Green agenda.
Very significant.
The goal of the admin is to have of all new vehicles sold using plug-in hybrid or electric by 2030.
That's a major target for the Republicans, even though the Democrats appear to be in a position to control the Senate for two more years, given the grand theft that took place.
And by the way, in relation to Joe's observation, the down ballot is very significant.

The White House and the Senate, controlled by the Democrats, will resist effort to reduce or eliminate funding for the electric vehicle program, part of Biden's climate change agenda, where they're expecting the Republicans to be able to prevent the administration from expanding eligibility and tax credits for the purchase of electric cars.
Under the Democrat control, the Senate approved a five-year grant program providing grants to states for construction of electric vehicle charging facilities.
He wants to install 500,000 additional by 2030.
The Despite the opposition, many Republicans are still not against the use of electric cars.
They're committed to increasing the production of key electric vehicle batteries.
One of the Republican measures they're expecting to support is a reduction of mine-permitting time for electric Of course.

Meanwhile, Kevin McCarthy threatened Biden DHS with impeachment if he refuses to resign.
Thursday, Kevin McCarthy, who's expected but it's not guaranteed to become the new Speaker of the House, is asking Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to step down, and that if Mayorkas refuses to resign voluntarily, House Republicans will seek an impeachment.
McCarthy blamed Mayorkas for the greatest wave of illegal immigrants in recorded history, which is why he's calling upon him to resign.
He cannot and must not remain in that position.
McCarthy previously told Fox that if he becomes the next speaker, he will hold congressional hearings at the southern border to force Democrats to witness a migrant crisis firsthand.
The public deserves more, deserves better.

It didn't take federal government subsidies to build gas stations and oil refineries.
It took consumer demand, and it didn't take federal government Uh subsidies to build the roadways those were done by uh taxpayer uh charges on usage and so we have the federal government this is a just a few of the places we have federal government Tax is $0.26 per gallon on gasoline.
But then in certain states, you have the additional state tax.
North Carolina has $0.36 per gallon.
Ohio has $0.28.
Pennsylvania has $0.50 per gallon.
Texas has $0.20 per gallon.
So right there, you're putting an enormous burden on these people.
And the people who buy Teslas don't pay anything in the way of road use fees.
In addition, it's another subsidy.
So, and I'm just wondering how long it's going to take for these charging stations to be sitting there and have the copper fees come over and start clipping all the plug-in cables and, you know, disabling these things that way.
Because this whole thing is nothing but a giant house of cards

Some of these Ponzi schemes, you know, the banking, the bonds, the commodities, derivatives markets, the vaccine rollout, allowing the CDC and World Health Organization to take over this country and constitution.
To me, that is homeland security, and I can't understand how this is not, you know, falling out of his plate as well.
So, yeah, and I'd also like to add the TSA given to the common man and charter jets given to the war criminals and pedophiles.
The levels of security and, more importantly, surveillance are certainly asymmetrical in these matters, and I think that these are important reasons to add to why he should not be in office as well.
And DHS through FEMA, of course, runs all these fake shootings, events like Sandy Hook, the Boston bombing, and more.

Top Democrat insiders say this is who's going to take over.
I feel the media has overplayed the importance of DeSantis and underplayed the victory from Whitmer.
Whitmer, to me, was the biggest single individual winner on Election Day because she survived real threats to democracy in her state, got re-elected by a healthy margin, and took over the state.
Even though we have massive ballot dumps in Detroit, we know the whole event in Michigan was stolen, like in other states.

I think Gretchen is at the top of any conversation about any national figure in the Democrat Party.

Meanwhile, Fauci has been grilled under oath in the social media censorship case.

Fauci today faced questions from Attorneys General Eric Schmidt of Missouri and Jeff Randrey, Louisiana, in their lawsuit against the federal government for colluding with big tech to censor critical content about COVID facts and countermeasures.
He sat for a deposition a day after the 5th U.S.
Circuit Court halted the deposition of three other Biden admin officials.

Schmidt and Landry sued Biden, Fauci, and others on May 5th.
New Civil Liberties Alliance, a non-profit group representing outspoken critics, including Jay Bocciarai, Martin Kilduff, Aaron Carrey, and also Jill Hines, joined the lawsuit, as did Jim Hoff, founder and editor-in-chief of The Gateway Pundit, who's a very good man.
According to the complaint, government officials colluded with and coerced big tech and social media to suppress disfavored speakers' viewpoints and content related to COVID.
Several officials named include White House Vice Secretary Jan Misaki, argued The admin that they shouldn't be required to be deposed, but a federal judge denied a request to squash the subpoena.
The same judge, Terry Daugherty, ordered Fauci and other government officials to provide their affirmations, including FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan, Carol Crawford, Chief of the CDC Digital Media Branch, Cybersecurity Infrastructure Agency Director Jenny Easterly, White House Director of Digital Strategy Bob Flaherty, Daniel Kimmich, an official at the State Department Global Engagement, U.S.
Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, Two lower-level officials were listed as alternatives.
Warrant Matempkas of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency in place of Easterling, and former White House COVID advisor Andrew Slavitt in place of Planerty.
A previous ruling had forced them to provide written testimony.
In his October 21st ruling, Judge Doherty agreed with a plaintiff Foushee's self-serving blanket denials regarding his role were not to be taken at face value, necessitating a deposition.
Foushee challenged the order to sit, arguing communications are protected by executive privilege, but Doherty ordered Foushee to turn over the docs within 21 days and answer the plaintiff's questions in full.
Landry and Schmidt filed a request for deposition October 10th.
He added, Schmidt, after finding documentation of a collusive relationship between Biden and social media companies to censor free speech, we immediately filed a motion to get these officials under oath.
It's high time we shine a light on this censorship enterprise.
In an order Monday, New York's 5th Circuit temporarily halted the deposition of Easterly, Flaherty, and Murty.
According to Politico, the three-judge panel unanimously found Doherty had erred in approving the deposition without examining whether there were other measures to obtain the information.
Court sent the case back to Doherty for further review.
Thus, according to the order, before any of the deposition may go forward, the district court must analyze whether the information sought can be obtained through less intrusive alternative means, such as further written discovery or deposition of lower-ranking officials.
Written findings as to the available insufficiency of alternatives need to be entered.
In a statement provided to Defender by Landry's office, these developments do not change my perception of the truth.
We respect the court's decision and will continue the discovery.
Thursday's order came after lawyers for the argument argued plaintiffs should not have the ability to oppose the three officials because they were high-ranking government officials and the deposition would unavoidably distract them from their important time-sensitive duties.
How ridiculous is that?
The federal government's motion for a partial stay, however, of Doherty's deposition was denied.
We make no ruling on the petition at this time.
Easterly, Flaherty, and Murthy scheduled to be opposed in early December.
Wednesday, Doherty, in a separate ruling, ordered Basaki to sit for a deposition and rejected an attempt to shield the FBI agent Chan from answering questions on his own.
Plaintiffs argued none of the officials were high-ranking.
Dougherty agreed.
Finding the burdens they would face for sitting were outweighed by the necessity of gathering more information.
According to the Fifth Circuit's order, it is not enough, as the district court found, these officials may have personal knowledge.
That knowledge may be shared widely or have only marginal importance.
According to the court, the government already produced extensive written discovery, where the government claims the documents do not reveal any violation of the First Amendment, while the plaintiffs claim otherwise.
The Fifth Circuit also said Doherty should not have issued the ruling until the court decided on the government's motion to dismiss, even though that motion had been withdrawn.
After the plaintiff has filed an amended complaint and the government has not filed a new motion to dismiss, the Fifth Circuit's order is not final.
Doherty may still decide, based on a newly clarified basis, that positions of Easterly, Flaherty, and Murthy are needed.
No doubt he will do that.
Politico also reported the Fifth Circuit order may strengthen efforts by Misaki and the DOJ to halt her deposition.

Well yeah, I'd have to say I've never managed a Walmart but there could be an angle for the defense in terms of justifiable homicide if you look at the quality of labor out there for 12 bucks an hour.
