A new WHO pandemic treaty in the final stage would overrule the U.S.

He's the author of Biological Weapons Anti-Terror Act of 1989, an expert in reading and writing treaties, with a warning here That this treaty is designed to unleash a global medical dictatorship that would overrule your doctors, hospitals, and clinics, forcing them to follow WHO directives on mass quarantine, social distancing, economic lockdown.
It would be horrific.
In essence, The new treaty would turn the entire world into a China-style medical police state, where sovereign nation-states and individuals have no recognized health freedom rights whatsoever.
Put another way, if Biden signs it, what China did to its own people during the COVID lockdown will soon be coming to America.
Biden reportedly intends to sign it as quickly as possible, which is grotesque.
From that date forward, governments merely need to unleash their own cooked-up biological weapons to set the provision into motion.

Well, Francis Boyle, I've been aware of his work for 20 years.
He's an international lawyer, and he wrote a book, one of, I think, four that I read, to be able to walk people through the crystal clear letter and intent of the UN Charter to Prevent Illegal Wars of Aggression, which is, you know, that's what the US does all the time.
And for this to be a treaty, this is also a fascinating step.
You know, for me, at this point, I've been here for a couple of months.
I say, yeah, let him sign it.
Go for it, Joe.
Do it.
See, as a treaty, you then need two-thirds of the Senate to ratify that.
And that would be a telling vote.
And all we can do, all we have the power to do, is say, all right, so you want to surrender.
We already have this as a legal decision in the United States after the Nuremberg.
Code, this is federal title 21, saying no forced medical experiments on Americans.
This is a decided political issue.
It's in the language of probably every state.
I know it is in mine in California.
No forced medical experiments.
End of story.
So if they want to pass this bullshit, and it is bullshit, and that is a telling If you have good laws, it's like running a sport.

If you had a neighbor or business that offered to supply you with food, minerals, vitamins, and injectables like vaccines, And you knew the party had been criminally charged for contaminating his products, had pled guilty to multiple felonies for injury, been fined thousands of dollars, even though they may have evaded prison personally.
Would you buy their products?

While the government has fined these companies over and over for huge criminal ventures that injure or kill millions, the same government has excused any responsibility for individual corporate officers for their misdeeds.

If we get caught or have to pay fines, we'll factor that into the price and move on.
When we deal with psychopaths, they will calculatingly put us at risk with only their own betterment in mind.
The life consequence for others is merely collateral damage.
We have set the world up to cooperate with global oligarchic companies, none of the officers of which have any personal risk whatsoever.
Their only liability is a dent in shareholder profits.
Without personal liability, it's only natural they'd gravitate to regular and recurrent psychopathic patterns and put us all at risk while enhancing their own private gain.
We know with the dissemination of the COVID shots, a far more nefarious plan is in place than calculated damage alone.
The move by the oligarchs is to downsize the world population and dominate, own, and forever orchestrate the world and the remnants of the population who may survive.
But at its core, we've set ourselves up by not paying attention to what's been going on.
Here's a list of fines against some major companies in recent years.
Doesn't even include—does not include those since 2014.
Pfizer, $2.3 billion, then the largest healthcare fraud settlement and largest criminal fine ever imposed in the United States.
They pled guilty to misbranding the painkiller Baxter with the intent to defraud or mislead, promoting the drug to treat acute pain at dosages FDA had previously deemed dangerously high.
It was pulled from the market in 2005 due to safety concerns.
The government-alleged Pfizer also promoted three other drugs illegally, the antipsychotic Giadon and antibiotic Zyvox and the anti-epileptic Lyrica.
Merck agreed to pay $950 million, just shy of a billion, related to the illegal promotion of the painkiller Vioxx, withdrawn from the market in 2005 after studies found the drug increased the risk of heart attack.
GlaxoSmithKline Agreed to pay a fine of $3 billion to resolve civil and criminal liability regarding its promotion of drugs and failure to report safety data.
Stunning!
This is the largest healthcare fraud settlement in the U.S.
to date.
The company pled guilty The misbranding Paxil for treating depression in patients under 18, even though the drug had never been approved for that age group, and but guilty of failing to disclose safety information about the diabetic drug, Van Dyke to the FDA.
Sanoff-Aventis.
Sanoff-Aventis agreed to pay $109 million, child's play compared to the others, to resolve allegations that company gave doctors free use of Helgen, an injection to relieve knee pain, to encourage them to buy the product.
Johnson & Johnson agreed to pay $2.2 billion to resolve criminal and civil allegations.
Related to the prescription drug Risperdal, Invel, and Natracor, the government alleged J&J promoted these drugs for use as not approved as safe and effective by the FDA, targeted elderly dementia patients in nursing homes, and paid kickbacks to physicians and the nation's largest long-term care pharmacy provider, Omnicare.
As part of the agreement, They admitted that they promoted this for treatment of psychotic symptoms in non-schizophrenic patients, even though only approved for schizophrenia.

Well, I like the term of a psychopathic entity to begin it.
As a professional scholar, I do agree that that is the most accurate term.
And a psychopath is going to be somebody who has a veneer of socially acceptable behavior.
And these people do.
They have thousand-dollar suits.
They're well-educated, well-spoken.
But that is a thin veneer over the viciously destructive policies that they engage in.
So these people Our psychopaths and it comes from there's a decided lack of empathy with psychopaths.
They just see every so it's it's evil and a definition of evil is just just service to the small self and they see other human beings just as resources human resources to exploit.
To maximize their own profit.
And I like the history of Marcia Angle.
Marcia Angle is the former chief editor of the New England Journal of Medicine.
She's a medical doctor.
She was at Harvard's medical school there.
And to get her take, she's written a couple of books on this.
She is the most on fire person with the highest prestige I know of.
And she claims flat out that half of the Big Pharma research is fraudulent.

All right.
I was looking up the most current VAERS data.
So he is a psychopath.
And this guy, they never admit any error or any falsity.
So we have the VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.
And they have downgraded what they have reported for deaths in the U.S.
It's over 30,000 was the number that I quickly pulled up.
And a study from the CDC and Harvard's Medical School said that whatever VAERS reports is somewhere between 10% and 1% of the actual total.
So if we take 30,000 to the actual Death rate is 300,000 to 3 million.
That's in the US alone, and you got to multiply that worldwide.
The data, much of which we covered on this news show, absolutely refutes his statement, we know it's safe, we know it's effective.
The documentary Died Suddenly just came out, had 7 million views in the first 24 hours, and all I have to say for this is that if we can escape the threats of being pushed into another false flag, maybe a nuclear war, Or maybe an economic collapse, so we can get the true story of what happened.

The Edmunds spoke out in support of a claim of legal immunity from Prince Mohammed, Saudi Arabia's de facto ruler, who also recently assumed the title of prime minister, against a suit brought by the fiancé of slain Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi by the rights group Khashoggi founded, Democracy for the Arab World Now.
Not only that, but Biden labels anyone who disagrees with him as an enemy of democracy, and to put icing on the cake, he laughed off, announced an investigation into Hunter and the president's role as a big guy.
The man acts like he's immune to the rules and responsibilities of presidents like Prince Mohammed.
He acts as though he can do anything he wants.
No wonder he supports a Saudi leader to whom he went groveling just weeks to ask for more oil and lower gas prices without success.
How heartbreaking it must have been to those who knew Khashoggi.
Biden actually stood up for the prince, claiming his role as ruler, now PM, should protect him from charges of murder.
This lines up, alas, with how Biden's act concerning the powers of the president.
He uses emergency power to force medical mandates on American citizens, bypasses Congress to forgive over $500 billion in student debt.
We agree with Robert Gates, who said, I think he's been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.
Biden botched Afghanistan, buggled keeping Russia from going to war, situation with China and Taiwan is quickly getting out of hand.
This is publicly humiliating for Biden, but he doesn't seem to be aware.

That was the arrangement.
However, that also, by all appearances, has already collapsed.

If the voting machines in Arizona and other states were not certified, like an expired driver's license and the votes they tabulated were not legally valid, we may have recourse to undo the massively stolen 2022 midterm election.

So if you have an uncertified machine and you put a ballot through it, is there some way an uncertified machine can create a certified vote on the other end?
You cannot.
And so if these are uncertified ballots, you cannot certify an election.
People may go through the motions, they may play an act, but lawfully, it's an uncertified election.
And this is serious business, not only in the state of Arizona, but with every state across the United States that has adopted the HAVA Act, this same problem applies, because it's the same voting machines, And it's the same test labs.
There are only two test labs that do this.
So it's the same two test labs that travel around the United States to certify voting machines.
And if both were expired, then the permeates across the United States.
And this is something that I believe can change not only our election, but other states elections.
But people have to take a look at the laws.
And in the case of Arizona, it's Arizona revised statute 16-442B as in Bravo.
16-442B as in Bravo says that the voting machines must, not shall, must be certified.
They must be certified.
Well, by who?
By an accredited test lab.
An accredited test lab.
Not an expired accreditation, but accredited.
And these labs were not.
This can turn into, I think, a great blessing for our country, and we pray that this information gets out, people come to understand it, and we'll do something about it.
And the people need to stand up.
It can't be just five guys on the front lines.

Infowars was the first source of information that I really learned much from, and Alex Jones will always be appreciated in my view.
I think something happened to Alex around 2016, 2017, somewhere around there where he got captured and controlled.
So, for the possibility of this going into some sort of a redo is very, very real, and I think that that is one of the major items of news that people need to know.
The Supreme Court accepted a case, and the argument was is that the members of Congress were negligent because they failed to hear, they failed to have the opportunity on January 6th to hear the evidence of election fraud.
All that got interrupted.
Just as that evidence was about ready to be presented, then somebody from the inside ordered those magnetic doors of the Capitol building to be opened up and all those provocateurs came in and disrupted it.
Our Supreme Court could make the decision similar to what we just saw out of Germany with Berlin, where the judges in Germany said, okay, so Berlin has 90 days to hold a new election.
It may be similar to what we are likely to see in Brazil, where the military will step in and say, all right, we have determined under our constitutional authority that that election was not legitimate, so we're having another one.
We could have the same thing here.
And as a retired AP, U.S.
government and history teacher, I just want to point out that professors at Princeton and Stanford were at the forefront.
I showed my students YouTube videos coming from those two major institutions and those professors and graduate students demonstrating that these voting machines are there to steal elections, not to help have them be accurate.

I mean, Nancy Pelosi had to be the one to direct it.

She'd know exactly how things were proceeding in the House with regard to the count and the efforts to bring about, you know, evidence of the fraud.

Meanwhile, the Arizona Attorney General's Office says Maricopa County broke election laws, so do something about it!
Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich's office has announced the obvious.
Maricopa County cheated in the 2022 midterm to steal the election from Carrie Lake and Blake Masters.
Duh!
We've known since they stopped counting ballots that the Democrats were going to steal the election.
That's what they do.
They stop counting the second they know how many fake ballots they need to overcome the Republican margin of victory.
Then spend days or weeks counting as they funnel fake votes into the system and steal it.
The question is, now that Brnovich has stated the obvious, what's he going to do about it?
I don't know if anyone's picked up on the sarcasm, but the Democrats never seem to have a problem wielding the sword of justice against their enemies, even if it's completely outlandish and the charges are pure fabrication.
Since the fake imposter creepy Joe the Kid Sniffer was installed in the White House after stealing the 2020 election, We've seen the DOJ CINSOIS teams armed with machine guns and body armor to arrest the following sorts of people.
Get this.
Single moms who stood on the grass outside the Capitol on January 6th and were never even inside the building.
People who sang hymns at abortion clinics.
People who went inside the Capitol on January 6th but did not break anything or hurt anyone.
Political consultants raised money for President Trump in 2016 and 2020.
A guy who transported a ginseng plant across the border from Ohio into West Virginia.
That last was apparently more important than the hordes of illegal alien child molesters pouring across the southern border.
They even sent FBI agents to Trump's house over some BS paperwork.
When Republican attorneys general catch Democrats red-handed, as they have in Arizona, they send a strongly worded letter to the criminal.
That's a Mike Pence level of sissy right there.
Bernowitz may as well put on a dress and add to story time at the library if that's how much he cares about election integrity.
Republican Attorneys General always trying to fight with the Marcus and Queensbury rules when the Democrats show up with a knife out to kill everyone.
That's why we lose cultural battles, why we're starting to lose more and more elections due to cheating methods that have now been honed and refined since 2018.
Nothing more important to stop the Democrats than to stop the Democrats from cheating in an election before 2024.
That won't happen if all we do is send strongly worded letters and give them weeks to comply.
He should have sent a SWAT team to the Maricona County election thieves home with body armor and machine guns.
They would have had orders to kick down the door, shoot the dog, hold the election cheaters' spouses and children at gunpoint as they place them in handcuffs and search the place.
It's what they do to us.
A bully doesn't earn anything unless you punch him in the nose and give him a taste of his own benefit, his own medicine.

The Democrats stole the 2020, then they stole a bunch in 2022, using the same tactics.
And the reason is because Republican congressmen and attorneys general are not fighting back.
Everyone knows they're cheating, but almost no one is willing to say anything about it.
Brnovichoff has sent a letter to Maricopa County complaining 25% of poll tabulators stopped working Election Day.
The number was actually between 50 and 70%, but whatever.
It only happened, surprise, surprise, in Republican-weighted polling districts where Democrats were outnumbered.
Thousands of voters were disenfranchised as a consequence.
He also complained ballots were seen being transported in black duffel bags.
That's a tell right there.
Just what we saw in Fulton County, Georgia in 2020.
Ballots are not transported in luggage.
If you see ballots being carried in duffel bags or Wheatley suitcases, it means Democrats are cheating again.
If we don't clean up all of this, we're never going to see another Republican president in the White House again.

Well, what we really need is expert witnesses to walk us through the mechanics of those machines and the whole process.
And it's a good thing we already have.
The documentaries 2000 Mules and Selection Code are two very recent ones where people can see for themselves these ridiculous crimes.
And you really don't even need that to be able to see for yourself that if you look at the numbers, we do get this stoppage of the voting and then these ridiculous add-on numbers that make it mathematically impossible.
Now, the Arizona current governor, Ducey, he stepped up the propaganda and made his allegiance known.
He just congratulated the fraudulent candidate, Katie Hobbs, as the new governor for that state.
And the current governor, Ducey, pretty much, if anybody rises to power in the empire, they gotta be owned, they gotta be dirty.
This guy Doocy, he started out his work career working for Procter & Gamble, connected to the idea of Big Pharma being dirty, and then he became most famous as the CEO of Cold Stone Ice Cream, which was particularly prevalent in Arizona.

In his latest trolling episode, he pokes fun at CBS as they return to Twitter after just two days of taking a Twitter break.
They announced on November 18th they were halting all usage of the platform due to the uncertainty of the new management.
What they meant was the mass exodus that happened at Twitter headquarters following an email from Moss.
He gave employees until Thursday, November 17th, a sign-off on an agreement that if they were to stay at the company, they would commit to working hardcore with long hours and high intensity.
Not so shockingly, many decide working hard wasn't for them, it's just Sayonara.
The leftist media machine began pumping out its anter Elon rhetoric, painting a dictatorial picture of him as a middle-of-the-night keyboard warrior demanding an unreasonable work ethic.
This was enough for CBS to initiate one of the left's favorite activities, virtue signaling.
They must have figured everyone knows masks don't work by now, and they're not seeing enough Ukrainian flags on people's profile pictures, so time for the next thing.
Not only, but this time Virtue Signaling didn't take off like a child who runs away from home.
CBS quickly realized it was a bad idea.
Just 40 hours off the platform, CBS announced they'd be returning to UC, but monitoring the situation carefully.
It seems it's not the first time CBS has got it wrong.
I suppose it's only natural for this type of platform to test the water and see what sticks.

Chaplet was supposed to help the company retrieve lost billions after the pandemic when the parks were forced to close.

And I just want to point out one feature that was in that excellent summary, is that the Joint Chiefs did approve of Operation Northwoods, which would have made it legal for the U.S.
government to engage in false flag attacks, including The murdering of Americans in order to push Americans to propagandize them into appropriate political responses, and that was rejected by Kennedy.
And as well, where you had said where Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, the mayor of Dallas, Earl Cabell, he's the brother of the fired deputy director of the CIA, Charles Cabell, And the CIA, of course, was involved in the assassination.
