This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, whereby a series of unanticipated circumstances.
I'm on my own.
I have to submit a reconsideration application to the Supreme Court of the United States, which meant I had to record early to get the FedEx to reproduce ship and mail, blah blah.
Given they close at five, so that I've lost both Joe and Chris for today.
So instead of having their expertise, I'll present the stories and add a few comments of my own.
The U.S.
is accelerating plans to deploy upgraded nukes to Europe.
This is clear indication of the United States preparing to fight a nuclear war with Russia.
The U.S.
has accelerated plans to deploy an upgraded version of its primary nuclear gravity bomb to Europe.
A cable obtained by Politico reveals the U.S.
told NATO allies it will send the upgraded version of the B61-2 air-draft gravity bomb to Europe by December.
It was originally set to arrive next spring.
The plan involves replacing older weapons with upgraded storage facilities in Europe.
The U.S.
keeps about 100 nuclear warheads at bases in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and Turkey.
The upgrade replaces non-nuclear components to make it more accurate, also designed to be carried by all U.S.
and allied fighters and bomber jets, unlike older versions.
Accelerating the deployment amid the current depression would do little but increase them.
Hans Christensen, director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists, described the plan as odd.
They have been saying we don't respond to this situation with nuclear weapons.
I don't think they want to go down that one, Kristen told Politico.
The revelation of the plan comes that both Russia and NATO are conducting nuclear exercises.
Biden recently said the risk of a nuclear Armageddon is at its highest since the end of the Cold War.
But his admin has shown no interest in pursuing diplomacy or to ease tensions.
They're pursuing diplomacy with Ukraine or easing tension with Moscow.
Further evidence?
Why is the U.S.
Army's 101st Airborne in Romania?
U.S.
commanders have told CBS that they're always ready to fly.
And while they're there to defend NATO territory, they're fully prepared to cross the border into Ukraine, which of course is not a NATO nation.
In early October, The Intercept reported that the U.S.
had significantly increased its intel and special force presence in Ukraine, despite repeated promises American troops would not become involved.
The report states the U.S.
initially withdrew its intel and special ops days before Russia's counteroffensive.
However, the belligerent thalassocracy decided to send its operatives back to Ukraine in recent months.
Though this can obviously be seen as another escalation, Washington is determined to further up the ante by sending regular military forces to the conflict area.
An initiative called Operation Atlantic Resolve, sending the 101st Airborne and 2nd Brigade Combat, To the Army's 5th Corps deployed in Europe, we're talking about 4,700 soldiers who were in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, to locations across NATO-occupied Europe, especially Romanian regions sourced to the border with Ukraine.
The forces are ready to enter Ukraine.
We're ready to defend every inch of NATO's soils, said the Division Deputy Commander, Brigadier General John Lubas.
The commander of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, Colonel Edward Matahides, in turn, and his troops deployed to Romania have been closely watching the Russian forces building objectives to practice against and conducting drills to replicate exactly what's going on.
CBS reporter Shalza Agata was embedded with the forces as they conduct military exercises just six kilometers from Romania's border with Ukraine.
101st Airborne is conducting joint drills with Ukrainian forces.
Troops are simulating combat operation against Russian troops.
Well, that's sure reassuring that we're not going to hinder.
Sending them is absurd.
Upgrading the bomb.
Now we're practicing fighting Russia?
Because Russia has not threatened any NATO member, this idea, this rhetoric of defending every inch of NATO's soil only needlessly causes escalation.
Remember, it turns out that Russia had to intervene, among other reasons, because Ukraine was wanting to become a member of NATO.
Romanian Major General Berdula told CBS the presence of U.S.
troops reminded him of the Second World War.
Rural meaning for me to have the American troops here is as if you were to have allies in Normandy before any enemy were there.
As General Lubas states, the mission of the 101st Airborne, planning, coordinating, executing battalion-sized air assaults to take control of hostile ground.
Given the nature of the previous mentioned intel and special force presence, as well as statements by commander-to-declare, the 1st Airborne's tasks fall perfectly in line with these clandestine operations that are furthering escalating tension between NATO and Russia.
Let me just add.
Upgrading these airborne bombers isn't going to do a whole lot of good, because the wars are going to be topped with missiles.
Airborne nukes really are a weapon of the past.
And I strongly suspect that if there's an effort to bring these American troops into the Ukraine, that the Russians are going to annihilate them wholesale.
They're annihilating Ukrainian troops wholesale.
We're not hearing about it in the press, but that's because it's so totally propagandized.
And by the way, I'm utterly convinced Israel is playing a key role here in exacerbating tension.
Remember, the Israelis virtually control the American media.
There's a grossly disproportionate representation of Jews in the administration.
This was also true, by the way, of the Trump administration, but it's certainly true of Biden.
The difference being that Trump did not want to destroy America, while Biden does.
And by God, that's a huge difference.
Meanwhile, real clear politics.
A poll, GOP candidates dominate with Catholics in six states.
Think about it.
Catholics?
What's a Democrat's key campaign plan?
Abortion up to the time of birth, even after.
So, you think Catholics are going to like that?
Catholic voters overwhelmingly support Republican gubernatorial and Senate candidates in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio, and Pennsylvania just two weeks before the election.
Here's a state-by-state breakdown.
Arizona, in the governor's race, Catholic voters favor Republican Gary Lake, 52.5, over Katie Hobbs, 46.9.
That number should be greater.
Katie Hobbs is fantastic.
She's brilliant.
She's articulate.
Carrie Lake is brilliant, fantastic.
She's got a great agenda.
Katie Hobbs is a moron.
She's an ideological idiot.
There shouldn't be any question there what's going on.
In the Senate, Catholics support Mike Masters, 51.4 over Mark Kelly, 46.3.
But I really believe these Republicans are going to pull ahead.
The Democrats are going down the drain if we're allowed to have an election.
Florida, DeSantis has a favorability of 61.4 among Catholics with only 34.5.
Her Democrat challenger, Charlie Crist, who used to be a Republican, that tells you something.
Sticky with a blowout.
Catholic voters surveyed incumbent Marco Rudio with 59.1 over Val Demings at 36.9.
Georgia.
Brian Kemp posted the largest lead of 36% with 67.1% of Catholic votes.
Democrat challenger Stacey Abrams accounted for only 31.1.
In the Senate, Catholic voters overwhelmingly prefer Herschel Walker, 64.7, over Raphael Warnock at 32.7.
Warnock is just a really despicable guy, and even his wife, he's committed assault and battery against his wife.
He's a brute.
Nevada, At the gubernatorial level, Republican Joe Lombardo posted a favorability of 55.6, higher than incumbent Steve Sisolak at 34.2.
Similarly, Adam Laxalt scored well among Catholic voters at 56.7, enclipsing Senator Catherine Cortez Mastio at only 36.4.
In Ohio, Mike Devine 61.3.
Dan Whaley, only 34.4.
Not even close.
J.D.
Vallander in the race, 55.5.
J.D.
4.4, not even close.
In JD Valender in the race, 55.5, JD Vance of 55.5 over Tim Ryan, who also seemed to be a very bad guy.
In Pennsylvania, of course, had been catastrophic for Federman, The debate has just transformed that race.
I'd say by now, Oz is probably up to 60, Fetterman probably 30.
Most Democrats are embarrassed.
Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro, at 50.8, was the only Democrat to prevail among Catholic voters, where State Senator Doug Mastriano had only 45.5, the lowest of any Republican.
I don't know enough about the details there.
I suspect there are probably pretty good reasons why Shapiro is beating Mastriano.
As we approach the final week of 2022, the views of Catholic voters are coming more into focus.
Not only does the research poll show dissatisfaction with Biden, which appeared to be influencing each state's respective Senate and gubernatorial races, but shows that the main issue driving Catholic voters are, by and large, related to the economic uncertainty so many are experiencing.
It's also clear measures that protect the unvoted are very popular among Catholic voters, especially compared with those that say abortion should be legal throughout nine months.
From a national perspective, the survey produced the following.
For all six states, at least 59% of Catholic respondents view the economy, jobs, inflation, rising interest rates as the most pressing collective issue.
Among Catholic voters, Biden didn't clear 40% for any of the six job approval ratings.
His highest came in Arizona at 39.5%, lowest in Georgia at 29.9%.
So when they try to steal the election, look at those pathetic ratings for Biden.
Regarding abortion, at least 69% of Catholics favor a nationwide ban after 15 weeks.
The highest in Georgia, 78%.
Nevada, the lowest, 69%.
Meanwhile, Michael Moore, whom I used to regard with some esteem, turns out to be a complete idiot.
Why, Michael Moore is confident of a Democrat midterm win.
There's no, I repeat, no reason to believe there's going to be a Democrat midterm win unless Michael Moore has inside information about how they're planning to steal the election.
Now, that would not surprise me.
Meanwhile, it's GOP representative makes a startling declaration.
We're dealing with a cabal of unelected elitists, including Obama, who are in control of America.
We all know Joe Biden is not running this country.
Representative Republican Congressman Ralph Norman declared Wednesday, everyone knows Biden isn't in charge of anything.
In reality, there's a secretive cabal of elitists who are running America.
My God, how refreshing to hear the truth.
Appearing on Real America's Voice, he was asked about a possibility of impeaching Biden over the wide-open borders.
We'll subpoena as many as we can, the South Carolina representative said, adding, we're going to hopefully have consequences starting with Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Christopher Wray with the FBI, I mean, a whole host of things.
He further urged, look who's behind Biden and Kamala Harris.
You may speak a little bit better, but look at what you get with her.
It could be even worse.
The whole administration is a rogue, and I guess we all know Biden is not running their country.
He further asserted there is a cabal of unelected elitists who are running this country.
Probably Barack Obama is involved, probably Eric Holder, but who knows?
We know it's not Biden.
And here you have the guy.
Let's listen to him.
Kevin McCarthy, most likely to be the Speaker of the House when you guys take over after the midterms, says he sees nothing that this president is doing or not doing that would lead to impeachment.
How on earth could an open border Not lead to impeachment of Joe Biden.
He's not protecting the country.
He's sending billions of dollars to Ukraine for God only knows what purpose.
But he's not protecting this country.
He's ordering Arizona to remove shipping containers that are actually acting as a wall on the border.
How is that not impeachable?
How can Kevin McCarthy sit there with a straight face and say that?
And how can he be elected leader of the Republican Party and become Speaker of the House?
Well, I think what he's saying is, I mean, look who's behind him, Kamala Harris.
Uh, you know, the lady is, you know, she, she's may speak a little bit better, uh, maybe coherent, but look at, look at what you get with her.
And I think what he's saying is put the country through impeachment with what you get could be even worse.
We've got our hands full.
I don't, uh, there's no question about that, but we're going to subpoena as many people as we can.
We're going to hopefully have consequences, starting with Mayorkas, Ray with the FBI.
I mean, a whole host of things.
The whole administration is a rogue administration.
And I guess we all know Joe Biden is not running this country.
There is a cabal of unelected elitists who are running this country.
Probably Barack Obama is involved.
Probably Eric Holder.
But who knows?
We know it's not Biden.
Uh, the impeachment deal is a long drawn out, uh, thing.
And if there's anybody that was coherent, they could take over, uh, that would not ruin the country, but it's not possible with Kamala Harris.
Therein lies the problem.
So why is it, and I've asked a number of members of Congress, why is Kevin McCarthy a foregone conclusion?
To be Speaker of the House.
Why is there nobody else willing to step up?
Because there are a number of people that I think would be more effective at the job.
You might even have a couple.
I won't ask you to tell me what they might be because I don't want to put you on the spot.
But the fact that why is he?
Why is he the foregone conclusion?
I don't think he is a foregone conclusion.
I think now Kevin has done a good job these last two years.
He's raised money to elect Republicans.
Now, I know the Freedom Caucus, we've got some issues that we're raising with him and hopefully he will implement them, like committing to closing the border down, like don't give us a 20-year budget to shoot for, five to seven years like the RSC has put forward, like supporting our police officers.
The commitment to America that the group came up with is good, but we've got to put meat on it, and we've got to have action.
One thing we can't do, Steve, is just have words.
We've got to act, and I think we will.
I think that's the positive part.
Well said.
Meanwhile, Trump tweets, Minnesota finally has a chance to have a great governor.
His name is Dr. Scott Jensen, the Republican gubernatorial candidate.
He'll bring Minnesota back from the brink.
Strong on both fighting crime and delivering solid and sensible education.
The results will be quickly seen and there won't be any more fiery takeovers of police precincts.
Minnesota will be great again.
Dr. Scott Jensen has my complete and total endorsement.
This is extremely interesting because his opinions about COVID and exposing the sham, what was going in the hospitals with the bounties that were made for COVID patients and diagnoses were explosive at the time.
He's made no secret he believes Minnesota response to the pandemic has been out of proportion to the rest.
He's argued the cost has shined down the economy, elective surgery, schools and churches outweighed the benefit, no doubt about it.
So what's fascinating about this is Donald Trump endorsing him.
He said one of the complaint stamps from an interview he did in April with a Fargo TV station citing instruction physician received from the Minnesota Department of Health explained how to label probable COVID deaths on patient death certificates, meaning to label their death as probably from COVID.
That led to inflating death totals because deaths from other illnesses could be lumped into the total without actual laboratory confirmation.
He said the government was stoking fear to assert more control over society.
He's got no doubt about it.
He's absolutely right.
Other medical board complaints lodged against him related to statements he made comparing the mortality of COVID with other epidemics.
We had 50 million Americans with the flu.
We didn't shut the country down over that.
He stands by those comparisons.
The risk of death we expect on a daily basis isn't dramatically changed because of COVID.
Every time we get up, we incur a risk.
When we talk about 130,000 deaths from COVID, and then I share with you between suicide, drug overdose, and accidents, whose deaths are twice that number, I think it matters.
He also appeared criticizing the CDC on Fox, saying the nation's top epidemiological agency had fractured public trust by mishandling the pandemic and had become a partisan organization.
No question about it.
This is absolutely sensational.
Here's where I featured him before in my revelations and exposés about COVID, the pandemic, and what was going on.
That's back in April of 2020.
U.S. Hospital got paid 13 grand to list patients and COVID at 39 to put them on ventilators.
Here was more.
Scott Jensen is a great guy.
But what is fascinating here is Trump has continued to insist his warp speed was a good thing.
Maybe, just maybe, this indicates a pivot that he's turning the corner because warp speed, he was playing.
It was a bad thing.
We're going to have more deaths from the COVID vax that he promoted because of Anthony Fauci, Tony Durant's involvement than from all other enemies of the world combined, Joseph Stalin, Adolf Hitler, Mao Zedong, Paul Pott, Anthony Fauci is going to be responsible for more deaths than all of them combined.
Meanwhile, here's Tucker.
Listen to him nail it.
Good evening and welcome to Tucker Carlson.
Tonight, there are a lot of faraway places in this world, Namibia for example, but Europe is not one of them.
Europe is where your kids spent junior year abroad.
Europe is an easy flight from the east coast of the United States to pretty much anywhere on the continent.
And you know this if you've been on vacation in Europe, as millions of Americans have.
For the most part, they speak English in Europe.
They've got Starbucks and Taco Bell and air conditioning and modern hospitals.
It is not another world.
So given that, given how closely related the United States is to Europe and has always been, you would imagine our leaders would notice when Europe began to fall apart, especially when the signs were not subtle at all.
And they weren't.
This summer, Germans began clear-cutting ancient forests to heat their homes.
In Poland, families queued up for hours to buy coal, just like they did 150 years ago.
In the UK, the government projected that more than 10,000 Britons will freeze to death, will die this winter for lack of heating fuel.
Freeze to death.
In England, that is not supposed to happen in a first world country.
So Europe is moving backward at high speed and it's not clear where it'll end.
So the question is, why is this happening?
And the answer, for once, is a very simple one.
The war in Ukraine.
That's why it's happening.
A huge percentage of Europe's energy came from Russia.
Those imports have now been banned, supposedly to punish Vladimir Putin.
What's the result of this punishment?
Well, the Russian ruble is now far stronger than it was a year ago.
The European economy, meanwhile, is collapsing.
Europeans are much poorer than they were when the war in Ukraine started.
So how is that a victory for Europe and the West and democracy?
Well, that's a fair question.
It's an obvious question.
But no one in Washington appears to be asking that question.
Instead, the Biden administration is doubling down on the self-destructive mistakes that are destroying the European Union.
The White House banned Russian oil, natural gas, and coal.
It was our moral duty.
And then at the same time, the Biden administration crushed domestic oil production here by canceling oil and gas leases.
And then, as if that wasn't enough, the Biden administration sold a piece of our strategic petroleum reserve, maybe this country's most important resource, to China.
None of this hurt Putin in any way.
All of it impoverishes the United States.
So what could possibly be the justification for doing that?
We've wondered.
Anyone who's paying attention has had to have wondered that.
Well, this week, Congressman Jamie Raskin of Maryland, of Bethesda, answered that question.
Russia is an Orthodox Christian country with traditional social values.
And for that reason, it must be destroyed, no matter what the cost to us.
So this is not a conventional war.
This is a jihad.
Jamie Raskin said that out loud, but many in Washington agree with him.
In both parties, they would like to see World War Trans immediately.
So what is a jihad going to mean for you?
Well...
The details are stunning.
Thanks to the Biden administration's religious war in Ukraine, this country is about to run out of diesel fuel.
According to data from the Energy Information Administration, by the Monday of Thanksgiving week, that's 25 days from now, there will be no more diesel.
So what's going to happen then?
Well, everything will stop.
That means trucks and trains and barges all unable to move.
Farm equipment will shut down.
There'll be no deliveries because there'll be no trucks.
There'll be no diesel generators.
And then, inevitably, our economy will crash because everything runs on diesel fuel.
Not on solar panels, not on wind farms, on diesel fuel.
Diesel is not a negotiable commodity.
You have to have diesel.
So what happens when we don't have it?
Well, yesterday, Fox's Jackie Heinrich, apparently alone in the White House press corps, asked the White House spokesman John Kirby that very question.
What's the plan here?
We're running out of diesel.
John Kirby, standing at the podium, representing the White House, the President of the United States, the administration, the largest organization in human history, the executive branch of government, had no answer.
But don't worry, he said, we will be exporting plenty of energy to Europe to help fight that progressive crusade in Ukraine.
Watch.
What are we doing to increase the supply of diesel, given that the Energy Information Administration said as of October 14th, the U.S.
only had about a 25-day supply?
You have the Northeast and New York already rationing home heating oil.
What are we doing to prepare for the winter and to ramp up the supply of diesel?
I'll take the question on the diesel, because I just don't have the data on that in front of me.
So let me take that and we'll get back to you on that.
But writ large, the president has been working very, very hard to make sure that we're -- that not only are we ready for fluctuations that could come -- and, of course, the prices are going down, and we think that's important -- but that we are also doing what we can to help our European friends and partners who are also going to be facing a long, cold winter.
We have doubled our commitment -- the commitment he made in March for natural gas exports to Europe.
We've doubled that commitment in terms of actual -- getting things over there, getting natural gas over there.
And we are working with foreign suppliers of natural gas and oil to see if we can't help our European partners diversify their own storage and supplies.
So just pause and savor the irony here, just for a moment, because now everything is irony.
They've been telling you for decades...
And unlike warming, freezing actually kills people.
A lot of people every year.
And it will kill people in the West this year thanks to their efforts to fight warming.
YOU ARE IN DANGER OF FREEZING.
OK.
AND UNLIKE WARMING, FREEZING ACTUALLY KILLS PEOPLE, A LOT OF PEOPLE EVERY YEAR.
AND IT WILL KILL PEOPLE IN THE WEST THIS YEAR, THANKS TO THEIR EFFORTS TO FIGHT WARMING.
OKAY.
THE SECOND THING TO NOTICE IS THE WHITE HOUSE SPOKESMAN'S TOTALLY UNINTERESTED BLASE RESPONSE TO THE MOST BASIC QUESTION ANYONE COULD ASK, WHICH IS WHAT ARE WE DOING ABOUT THE FACT WE'RE RUNNING OUT OF DIESEL FUEL?
And he has no idea, and he's not embarrassed that he has no idea.
The problem is, at this point, there may not be an answer, because there may not be a way to avoid a disaster.
Diesel fuel is not just low in this country, it's low in every Western nation that has aligned itself with Ukraine.
All these nations preparing for World War Trans are running out of diesel fuel.
As New York Magazine has reported, the last time there was this little supply of diesel, there were about 3.5 billion fewer people on the planet.
Well, that puts it in perspective.
So the Biden administration responded, as you know, earlier this year to rising gas prices, which they feared above all, because the midterms are coming in two weeks, by tapping the strategic petroleum reserves.
But that will not work here.
The Northeast Home Heating Oil Reserve contains a million barrels of diesel in case of emergencies.
The problem is that demand is so high across the board that, according to the Washington Post, even if the Biden administration used every single barrel in that stockpile, That stockpile would be empty in less than six hours.
And of course, it's not just diesel that's running out.
Jet fuel is up about 23% in just the last month.
Kerosene, which if you don't live in New York City, you know perfectly well is used to heat people's homes and keep them from dying, is now close to $7 a gallon.
Who heats with kerosene, by the way?
Poor people heat with kerosene.
And they're the ones who can't get it.
$7 a gallon.
In New England, people are worried about freezing to death this winter.
Here's a local Fox report.
West Hartford homeowner Sharona Resnick-Kravitz has been paying for oil to heat her home for more than 35 years.
This is New England.
It gets cold here.
We're cold.
Sharona is a widow living on a fixed income.
She says before her husband passed away, they shared the bills.
Now, she is having to make sacrifices.
How are you preparing and trying to figure out what can you sacrifice at this point?
Food.
I go to the grocery store and I'm very frugal about what I buy.
She tells me at $6 a gallon, buying oil has become a huge burden.
The average home uses 800 gallons of oil per year.
That's almost $5,000 at the current rate.
This shouldn't be happening in this of all countries.
The United States has some of the deepest, by some measures, the deepest energy reserves on the planet.
It's our main strength.
Cheap energy is the reason this is a rich country.
That's the reason.
That's why we're exceptional, because we have cheap energy.
And this country was energy independent just a few years ago.
Now, if you want to fix the economy, you would make this country energy independent once again.
You would bring back cheap energy.
That will fix the economy quicker than anything else.
In fact, it's the only thing that'll fix the economy.
But the Biden administration, for whatever reason, has done the opposite.
Depleting our strategic petroleum reserve, for example.
They just released another 15 million barrels the other day.
Because they know that's running out, the White House is also begging foreign governments for help.
in the most humiliating possible way.
Biden just went and begged the Saudis in secret for more oil.
As the New York Times reported this week, Biden's top aides, quote, thought they had struck a secret deal to boost oil production through the end of the year.
But then the Saudi royal family decided not to go along with it.
They're not ramping up their oil production, they're doing the opposite.
Saudi's oil minister is now telling the West to brace for energy shortages.
Watch this.
IT IS MY PROFOUND DUTY TO MAKE IT CLEAR TO THE WORLD THAT LOSING EMERGENCY STOCK MAY BECOME PAINFUL IN THE MONTHS TO COME.
SO AN ENERGY SHORTAGE IS NOT REALLY A DEBATE OVER WHETHER SOME DUDE SHOULD BE ON THE GIRL'S SWIM TEAM.
This is adult stuff.
Countries rise and fall on the basis of what energy costs.
And when there's a real energy shortage, things fall apart.
People die.
Economies collapse.
Poverty sets in.
Systemic poverty.
Not just in the bad part of town, but in your part of town.
So this is a real thing.
The problem is, the people running the government are children.
They not only can't admit what they've done wrong, they don't even understand it.
Here's Karine Jean-Pierre, the glass ceiling shattering spokeswoman at the White House, addressing the question yesterday.
I'm anxious to get your thoughts on this New York Times report that U.S.
officials thought they had a deal with the Saudis before the President went to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia for his meeting with the Crown Prince, but they thought they had a deal on oil supplies and oil, price of oil, but that the Saudis backed out of that deal.
What can you tell us about that?
So we have been very clear about how we believe parts of that report was mischaracterized and there has been some changes that have been made to that report.
Look, we've also been clear that our trip, that the president's trip to the Middle East, was not about oil.
Was there an understanding, Karine, with the Saudis that the Saudis then backed away from?
Again, the trip was not about oil.
This is embarrassing.
She can't even conjugate the verb correctly.
This is the spokesperson!
It's a joke!
She doesn't know what oil is!
And she's lying!
They're all like that.
These people are not capable of running a country this big and this complex.
And that's why it's falling apart.
Joe Biden is blaming gas stations for high prices.
How's Kamala Harris responding to all of this?
Well, she's responding to the diesel shortage by telling you diesel's bad.
Watch.
I have a particular fondness, I must tell you, for electric school buses.
I love electric school buses.
On a daily basis, 25 million children in our country every day go to school on those diesel-fueled school buses.
And hundreds, thousands of school bus drivers are driving those buses, which are then these people, these children, these adults, are inhaling what is toxic air.
So the lady who never had children is lecturing you about children.
The person who's never had a real job is lecturing you about energy policy.
The woman who told you masks would stop COVID is telling you about diesel fumes and their effect on your body.
This is a joke.
The truth is, these people are bumping right smack up against reality.
And here's the reality.
We have 25 days to avert economic catastrophe.
Catastrophe is what will happen if we run out of diesel fuel.
That's more important than prosecuting a jihad in Ukraine.
It's more important than World War Trans.
Everything depends on this.
And we've got 25 days to fix it.
Subscribe to the Fox News YouTube channel.
So think of that.
I mean, I played that because Tucker does such a brilliant job, but it's an evisceration of the administration.
They are inconfident.
They are not capable of running the country.
But as I've said before, this isn't merely by accident.
This is by design.
The Barack Obamas and the others who are behind the scene pushing the button, pulling the levers.
Think of George Soros as President of the United States, and all pieces fall together.
They're doing this on purpose.
They are doing this on purpose, just as Obama deliberately sacked 200 of our highest-ranking military officers because they believed their allegiance was to the Constitution of the United States rather than to Barack Hussein Obama.
That's how bad it is.
Terrible.
Meanwhile, they had-- - Nailed it. - The CDC pushed for COVID boosters without clinical trials.
I mean, this is so bad.
They're gonna have, you know, promote injections without even bothering to test them.
The CDC pressured U.S.
regulators to clear COVID boosters without clinical trial data.
They relayed to counterparts at the FDA in early August 2021 they wanted authorization for Moderna and Pfizer boosters as data began showing the vaccine working as well as they had initially been promoted.
Got a conversation recorded in an email of a card described by Dr. Phil Krause, a top FDA official, and several other workers.
Take a deep breath before reading this next paragraph.
On that call, the CDC evidently stated they will assemble all the data they're aware of on third dosing in this setting, and sent it to us in the hope that we will very soon authorize the third dose for immunocompromised as part of the EUA.
All the COVID vaccines have only been authorized under emergency conditions at that time.
No boosters have been authorized.
No clinical data were available.
None.
They show the CDC wanted boosters approved without a trial, said Jay Bhattacharya, a brilliant guy, professor of medicine at Stanford.
The CDC did not respond to requests for comments.
Krausser refined it.
Doran Fink, who also works for the FDA Center for Biologic Evaluation and Research, responsible for evaluating vaccines.
He sent a long post made to an infectious disease forum regarding whether doctors should be given additional vaccine doses to patients with compromised immune systems despite the lack of authorization.
Dr. Richard Nathan of Ohio had written, including Israel, it cleared boosters.
Pfizer recommended, I trust their guidance.
With millions set to expire, you should do what's best for your patient.
If they're set to expire, see, they want to clear their books.
They want to get those vaccines that represent money can't be used after expiration.
This is all driven by money.
I can't believe you'd get pushback from anyone.
Keep in mind, never everyone is six to seven months out from the second dose and may have significant daily exposure to the virus.
Things sad.
The most accurately reflected more widespread thinking I'm hearing in other forums, including other doctors who advise the CDC.
Providers are losing confidence in the FDA, CDC to do the right thing for their patient.
No doubt about it.
Less than two weeks later, they authorized boosters.
The agency said a thorough review concluded the group may benefit from a third dose.
A thorough review of the available data when no data is available.
How do you do that?
How thorough can you be in reviewing non-existent data?
Well, you certainly can review all of it.
The only data cited, one conducted by French, another by Canadian, Pfizer and Moderna had yet to complete their trials.
As we previously stated, under individual and fully vaxxed, or adequately protected, do not need additional dose at this time.
But just weeks later, Woodstock, the FDA's top official, and Rochelle Walensky, the CDC top official, signed a joint statement saying vax protection with swaying booster will be needed just as the stock is about to expire.
I guarantee that's what was driving all of this.
They had all these vaccines, they were set to expire, so they had to get the ball rolling to keep the money pouring in.
Just disgusting.
Thus, in September 2021, The FDA and CDC authorized Pfizer boosters for many other Americans, expanded to Moderna and J&J, virtually all other Americans later in the year.
Krauss and Maren Gruber would resign from their position because of opposition to the booster strategy.
Good for them.
Judicial Watch, one of the premier agencies, actually looking out for our rights, which the Department of Justice and the FBI are not doing.
And some have questions even about the Supreme Court.
Obtained a newly published email part of ongoing litigation.
Earlier Tron showed Gruber was very concerned about pressure from companies such as Pfizer over VAX authorization.
We need to be given time to consider their data.
It cannot be placed by these companies, or for that matter, the administration, to oppose timelines that make no sense.
These FDA records further document top officials concerned about the booster shots.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton observed that it's taken months in a federal lawsuit to undercover this critical material.
It is a scandal.
So let me just add, and I'm delighted to say that I'm now being joined by Carl Herman on this occasion, when as I explained, this is an unusual day where things are a bit mucked up.
Carl, I've just been reviewing how the FDA and the CDC were being pressured by the vaccine companies to authorize boosters when they had no trial data because the vaccines were about to expire.
They had a massive backload of doses.
They were about to expire, so they wanted to get them out and keep that money rolling in.
Your thoughts?
Yeah, the money part of it is a big equation, and the whole backstory is fraudulent with these vaccines and the tests and the emergencies.
So they just pile on, and they can't go backwards.
Any admission of truth is damning to them.
It's criminal.
It's an admission of crimes against humanity.
So they can only go forward and push, push, push, all virtue signaling, legitimacy, and trust the science, but always refusing any legitimate Spot on, Carl.
I'm just delighted to have you here.
Excellent.
Meanwhile, vaccines never prevented the transfer of COVID.
Getting this!
Allowing zealots to censor news in the name of science is a danger to public health.
Well said, Alex Gutentag.
Get this.
In late 2021 and early 2022, it was commonplace for journalists and public intellectuals to demonize and shame the unvaccinated, a group in the U.S.
disproportionately low-income.
The Times ran pieces like, I'm furious at the unvaccinated and unvacc- unmask and putting our kids at risk.
The L.A.
Times mocking anti-vaxxers' COVID deaths as ghoulish, yes, but maybe necessary, an opinion piece.
The unvaccinated are a risk to all of us up here in Bloomberg.
The Washington Post went it.
Macron is right.
It's time to make life a living hell for anti-vaxxers.
CNN's Don LeMond commented people refusing to vax were being idiotic and nonsensical.
He argued it was time to stop shaming them or leave them behind.
Noam Chomsky, the self-described libertarian socialist, said unvaxed should remove themselves from society and be isolated.
That's how they get food that way.
Well, actually, that's their problem.
What a piece of work.
In Canada, calling us for the Toronto Storm claim.
Vax resistors are lazy and irresponsible.
We need Vax passports now to protect the rest of us.
And The unvaccinated cherish their freedom to harm others.
How can we ever forgive them?
The Daily Mail in the UK.
It's time to punish Whitman's 5 million vaccine reviews, Nick.
Piers Moran, Morgan, a British presenter on talk TV, suggested the unvac should not be allowed to access the country's National Health Service.
Internationally, many figures threaten to implement restrictions on the public to be unvaccinated where it falls.
Canadian PM Justin Trudeau said, unvaccinated people are very often misogynistic and racist.
Asked, do we tolerate these people?
Biden said his patience was wearing thin.
We need to protect vaccine workers from unvaccinated co-workers.
Michael Gruner, Chief Minister of the Northern Territory in Australia, said even if you're vaxxed, if you're anti-mandate, you're actually anti-vance.
Emmanuel Macron declared the 5 million French who remained unvaxxed were not even citizens.
Across the US, Canada, Australia, Europe, unvaxxed were fired from their jobs, excluded from higher education, banned from sectors of public life, denied organ transplants, even punished by judges in probation hearings and child custody cases.
Meanwhile, COVID cases continue to rise, even in highly vaxed countries with vax passports and other restrictions in place.
Vax mandates were mainly rationalized through the belief that the higher the rate of vax, the less the virus would spread.
For example, During oral arguments with a Biden healthcare worker mandate, Associate Justice Kagan claimed healthcare workers had to get vaxxed so you're not transmitting the disease.
But recently, on October 10, 2022, a Pfizer spokesperson, actually the CEO, told the European Parliament the vaccines had never actually even been tested for preventing transmission.
Well, this was presented on social media as breaking news.
In fact, the vaccines were not tested for this purpose and have been documented extensively ever since Pfizer and Moderna received their original EUA.
During the December 10, 2020 FDA meeting, for example, when the FDA first authorized mRNA vaccines, Dr. Patrick Moore stated, Pfizer's presented no evidence that the vaccine has any effect on virus carriage or shedding, which is a fundamental basis for herd immunity.
Despite the data presented, he continued, we really, as of now, do not have any evidence it will have an impact, social-wide, on the epidemic.
The FDA's EUA press release confirms there's no evidence the vaccine prevents transmission from person to person.
Simply put, the reason many people believe the vaccine stopped transmission was because government officials and media outlets were either careless or did not tell the truth.
In 2021, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky claimed vaccinated people do not carry the virus.
Anthony Fauci said they would become dead ends for the virus.
Any speculation the vaccine significantly reduced transmission was based on limited results from independent studies and the false assumption the vaccine would prevent infection.
Without adequate evidence, however, a vaccine campaign called on people to get vaccinated, not just for their own protection, but to help protect others and save lives.
So, while social media companies coordinate with the Biden admin to censor dissent, many who ask questions about efficacy or safety risk banishment from Twitter, Facebook, or YouTube, now as more and more come out, it's increasingly clear the information the companies were censoring was true.
For anyone content with their Vax status, this might not be a big deal, but the vaccine was provided in 2021 with information that was not accurate.
But you might still feel getting Vax was the right thing for you.
Being misinformed about potential benefits and risks is an enormous deal, however, for a male college athlete who got the Vax because he wanted to protect his elderly family.
But then developed myocarditis.
Telling him this is fine because it was so much unknown is not much of a consolation, since his decision was never going to protect his family members in the first place, and the vaccine manufacturer were given blanket immunity from liability.
It's one thing for the pharmaceutical company, Biden-admitted CDC and the media to intentionally or not mislead the public, but it's another thing entirely for them to do this while government agencies actively coordinate to suppress alternative views or inconvenient data.
While executives and bureaucrats may excuse their errors by claiming the science changed, the public has every right to demand better.
Science is a process of discovery through observation and experiment.
Of course it changes.
That's why settled science is obviously a political, not a scientific, term and why anyone should be able to publicly question the scientific consensus at any time.
Instead of allowing for debate, however, political and bureaucrat officials conducted a campaign of mass censorship and coercion.
This effectively undermined the principle of informed consent and has resulted in a scandal affecting millions of people.
It was not until August of 2022, that's just a couple of months ago, The CDC issued guidance calling for vaxed and unvaxed to no longer be subjected to different testing or quarantine protocols.
To justify this change, CDC cited the protection provided by previous infection as well as breakthrough infections, yet studies had already shown by the fall of 2021, a year earlier, That the vaccine did not prevent infection, that natural immunity was at least as protective, that vaccinated people had similar viral lows to unvaccinated, that vaccinated had a role in transmission.
And Carl, of course, has become overwhelmingly worse, because now we know that the astronomical death rate is among the vaxxed.
We have a pandemic of the vaxxed, and it's death and devastation on an unprecedented scale.
Your thoughts?
Yeah, we scholars are only and always pushing for the objective and independently verifiable facts to lead the story and that death trend is indeed what we're seeing.
So that's a great article and pointing out all of the rhetoric.
Use to coerce people into taking this experimental objection from psychopaths, Karl B. Herman, Longspot, any of these new shows.
I demonstrate that for 200 years, my best frame of what the American government is and has been is a rogue state.
Empire so title 21 in US code is federal law and it states that any experimental medical product must only and always be given with full consent and no coercion.
That is, people can freely say no.
So, these vaccines and the tests were all pushed as experimental medical products, and under Article 6 of the United States Constitution, Title 21 is going to be supreme over anything that the state orders, mandates, requires, or whatever it is that they want to justify that.
So, because of the level of the deception and the harm, these are crimes against humanity.
It's murder, attempted murder, and whatever crimes would be associated to the damages caused by intentional poisoning.
And Carl B. Herman Blackspot in any of these shows, My Best Shot, and Dr. Steve Kirsch's Think We Got It Wrong, outlines the evidence that these aren't innocent mistakes.
These are intentional lies and provable damages.
The CDC They documented that they should construct camps for the unvaccinated to prevent harm to the vaccinated, because somehow the unvaccinated would give the virus to the vaccinated, even though the vaccines work.
DHS had documents that domestic violent extremists, DVEs, should be associated with anybody who is an anti-vaxxer, anti-government, election denier, White supremacist racist, and this is all pushing towards the great reset and the backs passports and the social media scores what we saw in Canada for bank actions being blocked.
If you are using your funds in a way that challenges the government's.
Narrative we did have the article mentioned 50 Department of Homeland Security agents working in coordination with YouTube, Facebook and Twitter to censor any challenging information to the criminal against humanity narrative.
Um, and in my own experience as a public school teacher for 2 years, I challenged my school district to explain the sense of their so called health so called orders.
And even in the part of just requesting, hey.
Could you give me the information you received from the state of California regarding religious and medical exemptions to these experimental medical products?
I want to educate myself.
And they absolutely refuse to give me that.
So they have nothing.
All they could do is censor.
And it's up to us to make sure that the demand persists until they are caught, arrested, and we get the full truth.
Very, very, very comprehensive, Carl.
Excellent.
Meanwhile, Trump told rallies in four states ahead of the midterms.
Former Trump is set to a rally blitz for candidates he's endorsed in at least four battleground states during the final days.
In Iowa, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Ohio.
He just endorsed, Carl, as I mentioned, Senator Scott Jensen in Minnesota, where Jensen had been an early critic of the pandemic and the protocols taking place, exposing the sham of the hospitals, suggesting to me, by virtue of Trump's endorsement, perhaps he's reconsidering his position about warp speed, devoutly to be hoped.
The first stop is Sioux City on November 3rd to advance a mega-agenda, Make America Great Again, campaign for Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds and Senator Chuck Grassley.
Grassley's an institution in the Senate, a wonderful guy.
Then two days later in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, a lineup behind Senator Doug Mastriano and Mohamed Oz for Senate, Mastriano for governor, Oz for Senate, where Oz just had a huge boost when Federman fell apart during the debate.
Democrats are absolutely melting down over his dismal performance, which some critics have said was the worst ever in the history of political debate.
As Biden's approval rating plummets, Pennsylvania crime spikes.
Pennsylvania's grappled with a 74% heat hike in heating oil, coupled with record inflation just weeks from winter.
The American First Movement offers a key saute to an alternative vision for America.
Safe streets, cheap gas, low inflation, and a thriving American economy.
Then, on November 6, he'll have a get-out-the-vote rally in Miami, stomping for Marco Rubio, facing Democrat challenger Val Demings.
His final rally is set to be held in Vandalia, Ohio, on October 7, where he's campaigning for GOP candidates, including J.D.
Vance, seeking to replace retiring Senator Rob Portman.
The rallies come on a heel of a Save America rally in Robson, Texas, on October 22nd.
The choice for November is simple.
Democrats will defend the police.
Republicans will defend the cartel.
Mexican cartels, of course, have been buying precursor chemicals from China to make fentanyl and ship it to the United States over Biden's open border.
It's very easy.
Early voting.
This is talking a bit about these various states.
Tuesday, Oz and Fetterman in Pennsylvania held their first and only debate.
The lieutenant governor is still recovering.
Struggled with words.
It was a disaster.
82 picked Oz as a winner, while 18 chose Fetterman.
It was 100%.
There's no question about it.
It was devastating for Fetterman, and predicted the outcome just stunning.
Oz stock skyrocketed, and Fetterman's dropped like a rock.
Jake Host took to Twitter criticizing both Fetterman and Oz.
I just watched the PA debate my reaction.
One, Oz's answers were cans and completely unimaginative, bereft of original thought.
But two, Fetterman gave the worst debate performance in television history.
A day after the debate, Oz talked about the fentanyl crisis during events in Harrisburg as part of his Safer Streets campaign.
In Ohio and Florida?
Vance is welcoming Trump's return.
No one in the world gets Ohioans fired up for Election Day like President Trump.
He campaigned for Vance in a rally in Youngstown, Ohio back in September, during which he said he was fighting persecution by the sick and deranged political establishment, no doubt about it.
RealClearPolitics rakes the Ohio race as leaning GOP.
Vance with a slight lead over Representative Tim Ryan.
That lead is going to increase.
The poll also found 68% of Ohio voters, 40% of Democrats, 90% of Republicans, and 72% of Independents said the United States was heading in the wrong direction, a key indicator for how midterms turn out historically regarded But those have been in the old days when theft wasn't a major issue.
Both took to Twitter to say what they'll do when I get to the Senate.
I'll vote, restore, weigh, and ensure every woman is free to make the best decisions, wrote Ryan on October 20th.
Advisors of the CDC voted to add most COVID vaccines available in the U.S.
to the childhood immunization schedule, which Vance has called an atrocious policy.
In fact, that's the CDC endorsing murder of children.
Everyone should have no doubt about it.
Carl, your thoughts?
Okay, so for the Trump rallies, that's good.
And it does excite people.
It does give people hope.
And anything that provides a net benefit of good feelings to stand up for American rights, I'm definitely for.
But Trump is an interesting character in these rallies.
He calls out mostly what we would put under the usual political rhetoric of corruption.
And part of my contribution as a scholar Is to demand that we upgrade this to be able to articulate the definitive crimes that have occurred and therefore the need to arrest for these criminals.
And I stand as I explained earlier of the long history of criminal behavior that the US is a rogue state.
Empire and for these rallies as well, we get this.
Left, right, dialectic that doesn't get disrupted because you would have to include the history of the GOP corruption.
Let's just frame it as the JFK killer, former CIA director, Bush Senior, arising and still to be held in honor as a president, his 9-11 perpetrator,
Of the worst attack for treason in American history, perhaps baby Bush and Cheney so and still to support people like Jeb Bush and Mitt Romney and these rhinos still in power who won't call out the crimes and the lies or even impeachment for Biden.
So all of this is just.
A twisted political theater of a captured left and right arm until that is acknowledged and recognized.
Uh, we're, I mean, I'm glad that Trump's holding rallies and people are, are participating and engaging and getting face to face and, and helping themselves understand the issues.
And, uh, for that debate, yeah, as a retired public school teacher, Fetterman's command of the English language is about at a 4th grade level.
So nobody should trust this guy for any employment without some comprehensive test and Federman refuses to disclose what tests have been applied to his cognitive ability.
So he's really this is an abuse of an apparently incompetent man, similar to pushing out basement Biden a couple of years ago now for Dr Oz.
I encourage everybody to go to his website and look at the bullshit that he writes about COVID-19.
So my view of Oz is that he's a medical professional.
He has academic training, professional experience.
He has a bunch of published papers.
So for him not to call out the lies of COVID-19 and especially the problems of published medical research that Marcia Engel of Harvard's Medical School and the former assistant editor of the New England Journal of medicine have called out that 50% of this research is now just fabricated in medicine.
So that means to me that is either a criminal.
Accomplice to be quiet about the tremendous damage and kills being done by these.
Injections or he's a useful idiot, or he's some other participant in a sigh up, but he's certainly in my mind is disqualified when he stands silent in front of the 2020 election fraud as are all the Republicans not taking a stand.
And that said.
Uh, so we're coming up to maybe we're going to get the midterm 72% saying we're in the wrong direction by any analysis of history and rational thought that is going to equal to a red avalanche.
This is a landslide.
This would be the biggest wipe out in midterm history.
If we had accurate counting.
And we'll see if the Dems allow the midterms to go forward and how they choose to respond.
I bet that they'll just try to steal it as usual and then spin it in corporate media.
But we'll see.
Carl, what do we make of this?
I mean, you're discrediting Oz.
Federman is impossible.
I mean, what's your take on Pennsylvania?
Should they just not bother to vote?
Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
So what you do, if you were in Pennsylvania or for any of these candidates, if you wanted to get involved, then the name of the game would be to get Oz on record.
So have him there and have him ask for an interview.
And then ask him these pointed questions.
And for example, I put in the show notes yesterday, and I'll do so today as well.
So, for the 2020 election, Pennsylvania had a legislative hearing on the anomalies.
And one of the testimonies by a legislator in Pennsylvania State Legislature was saying, okay, so we stopped the count of vote in the middle of the night.
Then we resumed it.
And there's this batch of claimed votes, 600,000 For Biden and 3000 for Trump.
That's a 2000 to 1 ratio.
That's mathematically impossible.
So, you walk us through that and you're going to say to us is that.
Okay.
So now give us a response because I think the only rational response doctor is that on its face.
This is election fraud and you should be demanding and pressing for these questions that Pennsylvania officially refuses to address and then get Oz on your side or force him into the position where he's going to be obfuscating and refusing to challenge the system.
Well, my opinion is Oz may be flawed, but Fetterman is a catastrophe.
On the one hand, we have the Center for Disease Control, which is supposed to be an agency protecting us.
On the other hand, we have the Democratic Party, which is calling itself now, I think, the DCD, the Democrats for the Cognitively Disabled.
It's insane.
Promoting candidates like Biden and Fetterman is a disgrace.
Meanwhile, Elon Musk finally owns Twitter.
What next?
He's taken control and now said the CEO, the chief financial officer, and the company's top lawyer.
All the paperwork is done.
The bird has been freed.
He fired CEO Parag Agrawal, CFO Dan Siegel, Chief Counsel Vijay Ghate, How odd that they appear to be Pakistanis or Indians.
Neither of the sources wanted to be identified.
Meanwhile, Musk has tweeted, the bird has been freed.
The marchers came just hours before a deadline to finalize the deal.
About the same time, Twitter – he used Twitter to criticize Gotti, the company's top lawyer, followed by a wave of harassment of Gotti from other Twitter accounts.
Must change will be aimed at increasing Twitter's subscriber base and revenue.
In his first big move, he tried to soothe leery tweeter advertisers that he's buying the platform to help humanity.
He doesn't want it to become a free-for-all hellscape, as though freedom of speech should be described as a free-for-all hellscape.
I mean, that's just stupid of those who are hesitant because Musk wants to turn Twitter into a free speech platform.
He appeared to be addressing concerns about advertisers.
His plans to promote free speech by cutting back on moderating content will open the floodgate to more online toxicity and drive users away.
It's going to be the opposite.
The reason I acquired Twitter is it's important to the future of civilization to have a common digital town square where a wide range of beliefs can be debated in a healthy manner without resorting to violence.
Very good.
He continued, there's currently great danger social media will splinter into far-right and far-left echo chambers, generating more heat and division.
He's expressed distaste for advertising and Twitter's dependence, suggesting more emphasis on other models like paid subscriptions that don't allow corporations to dictate policy.
But Thursday, he assured an advertiser he wants Twitter to be the most respected advertising platform in the world.
The note is a shift from its position Twitter is unfairly infringing on free speech by blocking misinformation or graphic content, but it's also a realization having no content modernization is bad for business, putting Twitter at risk of losing advertisers and subscribers.
You do not want a place where consumers are simply bombarded with things they don't want to hear, and the platform takes no responsibility.
Musk said Twitter should be warm and welcoming to null and enable users to choose the experience they want to have.
The deadline to close the deal, Musk tried to back out of the deal when it turned out half of their accounts were bots, phony or fake.
Twitter sued to go forward.
I believe Musk realized he can do much good if he acquires it, and even though he's paying far too much, that he can suffer the blow and make much of it and benefit the American people.
Top sales executive said she had a great discussion with Musk and appeared to endorse his message to advertisers.
Our continued commitment to brand safety remains unchanged.
Musk's apparent enthusiasm about visiting headquarters this week, and you notice here, Answering Twitter headquarters, he tweeted, Stood in sharp contrast to the earlier suggestion the building should be turned into a homeless shelter because so few employees actually work there.
The Washington Post said he planned to cut three quarters of their 7,500 employees.
Must have spent months deriding their spam bots, making contradictory pronouncements about the problem and how to fix them.
His note to advertisers shows a newfound emphasis on advertising revenue.
Unlike Facebook, Twitter has not been good at targeting advertisers to what users want to see.
Musk's message suggests he wants to fix that.
Insider Intelligent Principal Analyst Jasmin Enberg said Musk has good reason to avoid a massive shakeup of Twitter's ad business because Twitter's revenues have taken a beating from the weakening economy.
Months of uncertainty surrounding most proposed takeover, changing consumer behaviors, and the fact that there's no other revenue source waiting in the wings.
Carl, your thoughts?
Fascinating developments.
So Trump is saying that he's been told that on Monday his Twitter account will be reopened.
He said we'll see and we shall see.
The idea that you need anything other than the First Amendment and current existing laws for libel and slander defamation, it's already handled.
So, if somebody says something that is false, and somebody claims damages, then that's actionable in a court of law.
That's going to be a tort, a crime, and that can be remedied through the court process.
So, all of that bullshit by lawyers, they're just spinning from the one.
People's Rainbow Unicorn Party of Censorship, because the First Amendment is what needs to be protected.
That is the point.
And also, the article fails to mention, and the important background is that Twitter is a platform, and their job is not to be a publisher.
Their job is not to censor.
If they get into the business of censorship, then they can be sued.
For the blockage of 1st amendment rights and for damages to professional reputations by saying that you're spreading misinformation and especially, you know, in the area of your professional expertise.
That's crazy, but that's just part of the Orwellian world that we've been in pushing towards censorship because our opponents in their totalitarian dictatorial imperial control, they have no facts to justify their empire, except their own.
Great.
And the idea to... I'd be very excited to see what happens if we're disclosed that about 75% to 80% of Twitter's accounts are bots.
That's three-fourths to four-fifths.
And that would be my prediction of what actually is happening.
With that shell of a disinformation government CIA, FBI project.
And finally, you know, must was talking about his vision for Twitter.
You know, we're not getting the accurate information.
So this is some sort of a, but that said, we have testimony from saying that he really envisions the future of Twitter to be similar to WeChat and WeChat has brokered into the area.
Of financial transactions, so we shall see if next week we could get Twitter free and the bot information clarified about how much disinformation came from the Department of Homeland Security coordinated the same way that they shut down COVID debate and arguments.
That would be huge.
And again, I think what we're headache.
Is this is going to be the most massive midterm.
Wipe out of one party to the other if we get anything fair, but I don't think the devs will allow the midterms because of what will come between now and then.
I wish you were wrong about that, Carl, but I suspect you're exactly right.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you.
Send fan mail, pro or con, to live-need-to-know-at-gmail.com.
Live-need-to-know-at-gmail.com.
Meanwhile, election question meme I thought you might like from James McHaney.
Election cheating in large metro areas are dim controlled and got to the point that they can swing federal election beside state and local by stuffing the ballot boxes in the name of everyone should vote.
Like the famous line of Lyndon Johnson walking through a cemetery taking down names of dead people in Texas.
That person has as much right to vote as anyone alive.
The map shows the large cities in the most populous states, and you magically cross a street, and it turns solid red by 90% to 10%.
Of course it does not add up.
The Democrat Party is a party of the New World Order, and not they are trying to make it illegal to be an election denier.
Trying to figure out how Biden won a record low of only 16.7% of all U.S.
counties, yet supposedly won the election with the most votes in history.
That's a good question.
Meanwhile, I have a false flag conspiracy virtual conference 2022 coming up.
It will be broadcast live on the 3rd and the 4th of December.
You can check out the list of prospective speakers.
Actually, there are going to be as many as 20 to 24.
Go to jameshfetzer.org slash ffc dash 2-2-2-0-2-2 slash speakers.
I mean hyphen 2-2-2-0 hyphen speakers hyphen biography slash at the bottom.
You see there at the bottom of the page.
There will be much more coming.
You can already get your tickets in advance.
Final thoughts, Carl, yours.
All right, well, it is go time for whatever show we've been watching, whatever series of PSYOPs we've been witnessing to come to its conclusion.
And this could blow up in the Ukraine.
I believe that the U.S., the U.K., and NATO will have a false flag nuclear event, and there will be all sorts of scary stories.
And the importance of that will be to demonstrate definitively Who's the commander-in-chief for the U.S.
military and who's going to obey any orders, if the orders are given, to attack Russia?
So that is a big deal.
In terms of establishing what we have for election fraud for 2020, it is certain, and I do encourage our audience members to be able to explain and document and prove, That 2020 was a stolen election.
Some of the best documentation is you have the documentary 2000 Mules, the documentary Selection, and going back 20 years, you have university professors centered in Princeton and Stanford that I paid attention to and shared their videos and their explanations with my public high school students in government and history classes.
That these electronic voting machines are designed to steal elections.
When you use these machines, you therefore destroy the definition of an election, which means you need to have a unique receipt that is attached to a voter to fully verify and to recount
To make sure that you have a democracy and not what we have a virtue signaling of the of the most secure elections ever while you steal the elections and this goes back tellingly to 1996 when I forget the guy's name, but he was running for a Senate seat in the Midwest and.
He was the former CEO of one of the election voting machine companies.
So think of one of Dominion's predecessors.
And this guy was running against the most popular governor in state history on the other side.
And even though he was 20 points Down.
I believe it was 20 points.
If part of the story is inaccurate, it doesn't change the effect.
So he fucking lost before the election, but then magically on election day, he won 51 to 49.
The votes were counted on his voting machine.
His voting machine, so he got away with that.
And that 1.
And that was the start of this bullshit.
And that is what we have today.
So Patriots.
All we got is the clarity of what we think and what we say and what we do stand for the truth.
If there is some sort of a breakthrough, your family, your neighbors, they're going to be freaking out.
And the best that I got prepared to tell them is just to tell them what they're already going to know is saying, yeah, it's okay.
You were totally lied to and corporate media were in on it.
And you just didn't have the context to defend yourself.
And we'll see what happens.
But be prepared for a wild time.
Well, very nice, Carl.
And thank you for joining at the last minute when I had to juggle the schedule in order to get a SCOTUS.
Petition to reconsider their denial of my petition in today.
It's still not done, but now I've allowed myself enough opportunity to get to FedEx and take care of business.
Chuck Hagel really did set the exemplar, didn't he, by showing how you can steal an election.
It was even in Nebraska, and there wasn't a massive outpouring of complaint.
That's absolutely stunning stuff.
The Democrats want to do it again.
Chuck, Carl was here yesterday when I prematurely wished everyone a good weekend to spend all the time they can with their family, their friends, the people they love, because the risk of nuclear war is growing.
Well, let me reaffirm, that remains the case.
And our opening story is about sending a new class of weapons, of A-bombs, to Europe.
And of course, the 101st Airborne being there are only going to make matters much, much worse But as I mentioned then and reaffirmed now, the airborne nuclear bombs are not the weapons of choice today.
It's all done by missiles.
There are far more sophisticated weapons, and believe me, the Russians have them all.
So if the United States thinks it's going to make a difference, most unlikely.
Carl, yes.
I just want to take opportunity to point out here is that the U.S.
virtue signaling, for example, with Iran and saying that they're in violation of the non-proliferation treaty, of course, that's projection and all bullshit as usual.
So the U.S.
is sending new technology for nuclear weapons, huh?
Well, that's an Orwellian violation of the non-proliferation nuclear treaty.
So as usual, it is the U.S.
That is a criminal and abject violation, never allowing any inspection of our nuclear facilities and tests and weapons and development while all pretending to care about the rule of law.
So, the US is the most the switch that is coming there.
The opportunity for the switch would be for the public, the ordinary people to see.
That the U.S.
has been a virtue signaling nation, pretending to uphold truth, justice, and the American way, while doing the opposite and being the most criminal, gangster, psychopathic empire in world history.
So criminal, Carl's all over this, which is one more reason I'm so glad he could join us today.
Yes, the hypocrisy of the United States is large for the world to see.
Our status among nations has been falling steadily since the theft of the election of 2020.
I have serious doubts whether it can ever be restored.
Meanwhile, thank you for joining today.
And once again, I say, spend as much time as you can with your family, your friends, your loved one.
