Time Text
I need somebody to help, not just anybody.
You know I need someone to help.
When I was younger, so much younger than today.
I never needed anybody to help in any way.
Now these days are gone out, you're not so self-assured.
Now I find the dream of mine, and open up the doors.
Help me if you can, I'm feeling down.
And I do appreciate you being around.
Help me get my feet back on the ground.
Won't you please help me?
Well, we...
Mm-hmm.
Best laid plans of mice and men, as they say.
We have a hurricane in Florida.
My guest today, Wolfgang Helbig, resides in Florida.
A commentator on my Need to Know show resides in Florida.
There's been the intervention of a hurricane, so I'm going to try to do justice to this man whom I admire so greatly, Wolfgang Halbig, in his absence, which I have no doubt is completely unavoidable.
Today, the plan was to feature Wolfgang with his present attorney, Richard Carlyle, to talk about his situation, his encounters, his suit down in Florida.
Against law enforcement, which went way out of their way to manufacture a problem for Wolfgang, this guy is just a terrific guy.
Let me add, among the parties who offer an expert commentary on Wolfgang, on Alex Jones, on my case as well as Mary Maxwell, Who has both a PhD and an LLB.
She's a superb author.
She writes extremely clearly.
She has a book about Sandy Hook entitled Unreality.
Sandy Hook messes minds that you can download for free.
You can download for free as a PDF.
Now, she has a new piece I've just published at jameshfetzer.org.
Don't forget the H. Remember, the Posner team took my blog, jamesfetzer.org, as well as the copyright to the book, and what I regard as an unlawful taking.
It was completely improper.
The most basic reason being the following.
In Wisconsin, you can only satisfy a monetary judgment by means of a monetary award.
In this case, we're talking about intellectual property, which is not a monetary award.
Now, it can be converted into one if you go through the proper procedure.
In the case of intellectual property in Wisconsin, you have to appoint a receiver.
The receiver takes a property, puts it up for bids.
The bids would then come in and determine the amount of money that could be derived from the property.
Now, since I have a finite judgment against me in the case here, they're trying to satisfy the $450,000 for liability from my trial for damages, where what's going on with Alex Jones, of course, is now the second of his three trials for damages, where I think the public may not realize this is not a proceeding to determine whether or not he was at fault, whether or not
What he said was false when he said Sandy Hook was a hoax.
In fact, I'm here to assure you what he said was not false.
It was true.
It was accurate.
And if he's now, you know, asserting that Sandy Hook wasn't, was real, it really did die.
It's just one more illustration that a person's later thoughts are not therefore superior to their earlier.
In other words, he had it right, but now he is reversing himself, and it would appear for practical reasons.
The point I'm making, there's never been any judicial determination whether anybody died at Sandy Hook, not one.
And I, yours truly, Jim Fetzer, sought to intervene, not only in all three of these Alex Jones cases, Before this very judge, you know, two in Connecticut, one in Texas, but also in the Remington case for 73 million bucks, where they wound up shelling out 73 million bucks and get this.
Not only was I opposed by the Sandy Hook parents, which was unsurprising since they're frauds.
I mean, they don't represent real people.
Most of them are using fictional names.
Their stories are fantasies.
But I was also opposed by the defendants and Alex Jones and his attorneys didn't want me involved in the case either, even though I was making the very simple elementary but indispensable point that there's never been a judicial determination that anybody died at Sandy Hook.
And in that absence, what was going on the basis of stipulation or presupposition or agreement or in the case of Alex Jones default?
Because he failed to provide some discovery that the judge found against him as a matter of default.
That's not a judicial determination that what he said was false.
That's a finding of liability based upon not providing some discovery documents, where Robert Barnes, this brilliant guy who's even been in the courtroom, He said he can't figure out what it was Alex Jones is supposed to have not provided.
He can't figure out what it is Alex Jones is supposed to have not provided.
The New York Times says Elizabeth Williamson has written a book attacking me and Alex Jones And claiming, for example, in my trial for definition, that while I claimed it was a FEMA drill and so forth, that I had no evidence to support it, ignoring the fact that I had a whole book of evidence.
In fact, it was even ultimately admitted into the court records, about 440 pages, contribution from 13 experts or the second edition, it may have been 14, Where we established that the school had been closed by 2008, that there were no students there, and that it had been a FEMA drill, where I even included the FEMA manual.
More on that as we proceed.
I have new proof I'm going to share with you today that was indeed a FEMA exercise, that I wanted to surprise Wolfgang with these new findings.
And alas, he won't be here with me, it appears, for the perfectly good reason.
I mean, I've tried to reach him for the perfectly good reason that they have a hurricane down there in Florida.
They're having to deal with their evacuation.
The last thing he can do is get on the computer to do an interview via Zoom.
So here we are.
And even in the Remington case, I also sought to interview, and the insurance companies were willing to shell out 73 million bucks.
73 million bucks as what I consider to be an investment.
This is analogous to Larry Silverstein.
He took possession of the World Trade Center just six weeks before the event.
He fired the security team that had been looking after since it opened in 1970, hired an Israeli firm.
He renegotiated his insurance contract to include an anti-terrorist clause.
So when there were ostensibly two planes attacking, double indemnity collected $4.5 billion on $114 million investment.
$114 million investment, investment.
And I say, that's what's going on now with these insurance companies.
They're investing $73 million in the expectation that the Sandy Hook event and these other fake shootings are going to build up to and contribute to new policies requiring insurance for every gun owned by every gun owner, and they're going to make millions upon billions as a consequence.
That's what's going on from the insurance company.
Rather than allow an expert to come in and show that nobody died at Sandy Hook and spare themselves a 73 mil, they preferred to go with the phony story.
And if they've done any homework at all, they know it's a phony story.
I mean, they should still find the book.
They know it's a phony story, but they want it to be Use to manipulate public policies that are going to be incredibly beneficial, financially rewarding for them.
Well, now, in the absence of my dear friend Wolfgang, with whom I traveled to Sandy Hook, by the way, I traveled to Newtown with Wolfgang in 2014, and we both spoke at a meeting of the Board of Education, the Newtown Board of Education, who, by the way, had to be in on it.
In fact, the whole community was in on it.
I mean, you got to understand, Sophia Smallstorm was the first to point out this as a capstone event.
Well, the whole community, FEMA, pays off the community to conduct these drills and then has a participant signed on to disclosure agreements and even conducts classes afterwards about how to maintain your silence and presume, preserve and maintain the fiction that it was real for big bucks.
I've said before, as best I can discern, the community of Newtown was paid a hundred million bucks or more.
I mean, you begin to appreciate why cities might be willing to do this.
A hundred million bucks or more to conduct this drill and have it presented as a real event.
And that's over and above the $27 to $130 million in donations that were given to the families, which if you divide by 26, that's between $1 and $5 million per family for feigning having lost a son or daughter at Sandy Hook.
And of course, they all know better.
I mean, they're all in on it.
And that's not to talk about the $50 million grant they got to build a new school at Sandy Hook, which I'm now convinced, by the way, wasn't even an elementary school.
Notice all the signs that you see say Sandy Hook School.
What's missing there?
The word elementary.
It ain't there.
Why?
Because it wasn't an elementary school.
I pointed out before on the basis of photographs of the parking lot that it was non-compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements that there be handicapped parking, specially designated blue and white parking area, blue and white signage, we all know.
I checked Connecticut law and federal law at the time.
That facility Could not have been functioning as a public school in Connecticut legally.
Could not legally have been functioning as a public school in Connecticut.
And so far as I can discern now for further research, and remember I've continued since publishing the book, we've learned a lot.
I know a lot more now about Sandy Hook than I knew before, and virtually I'm learning more On a daily basis.
I mean, I'm telling you, it's astonishing how the nation has been played very cleverly done.
So I, you know, I, I, I'm now disposed to believe that it wasn't even an elementary school, which explains the oddity, for example, that there's only one access route into or out of Dickinson drive.
I've made that point before, but I make it again.
According to Stephen Sedinsky III, who was responsible for the final report on Sandy Hook, there were 489 students present there that day.
If you subtract 20 for the alleged decedent, 469 are required evacuation.
That required quite a string of buses.
I mean, how many in each bus to get 460?
Then you had some 70, Cafeteria workers, custodians, administrative staff, stunning, all this stunning stuff that needed to be evacuated as well.
Think about the design of a school, a public school.
Parents are going to come in, drop off their kids.
You want it to have an easy in, easy out.
You want to have a U-shape, a U-shape access.
So you drive in one way, make it one way.
You drive in one way, drop off your kid, and you drive out, all going one way.
You don't want to have parents turning around and running into the incoming traffic the other way.
Similarly with buses.
You got a string of buses?
That was a relatively small parking lot.
You think you're going to run 20, 30 buses in there and have them come in and out of this little Dickinson Drive, which, by the way, on the day of the occasion of the event, was so clogged you could have got a single bus in there if you wanted to.
It was all ridiculous.
It's the wrong design for a public school, right off the bat.
It should be a U-shape.
I explained this to the HBO guy who was here yesterday.
Yes.
I was here being interviewed for a documentary on Sandy Hook by HBO, and I know I thereby run the risk.
It's like when the BBC came and interviewed me here in the same room for eight hours for their Conspiracy Files program, the first show on 9-11.
They interviewed me for eight hours and they used seven and a half minutes.
I gave him hundreds of reasons how we knew that 9-11 was not just a conspiracy, but an inside job.
When they poured through all that eight hours, they found seven and a half minutes that they thought was the most implausible thing I'd said, because I'd given them hundreds of arguments.
What I was talking about, that I believe the debris on the Pentagon lawn which didn't show up for at least 45 minutes as even Jamie McIntyre of CNN was reporting on the scene that very day, had been dropped from the C-130 circling the building because it would have been too obvious to have enlisted men and officers bringing the debris out onto the field.
They found that was the most difficult to accept.
Even though I think it's the most reasonable explanation for why all this debris suddenly starts showing up after 45 minutes of a perfectly clear lawn when the plane is circling a building.
In any case, they took that seven and a half minutes.
This is how it's done.
They took that seven and a half minutes and combined it with three minutes from Dylan Avery, who of course produced loose change, right?
In four and a half minutes with Alex Jones.
So you got Dylan Avery, who's supposed to be the snot-nosed kid, Alex Jones, a messianic creature, and Jim Fetzer, the kooky professor, and then the other... The rest of the show, around 45 minutes, was all devoted to psychobabble about why anyone would believe such a bizarre conspiracy theory, ignoring the evidence!
I mean, I had given them a mountain of evidence.
They had the evidence.
They simply ignored it.
This was a lie by omission.
This is a classic example of special pleading, citing only the evidence favorable to your side and ignoring the rest.
While HBO was here, I knew there was a risk.
My dear friend Kelly Watt, who had raised the question, who cleaned up the blood, who had spotted the blue moving pad beneath the leg of the Bad for Nancy Lonza, which in their haste they forgot to remove.
I mean, Kelly has been spot on.
She did an interview with these guys and she thought, she gave them a clean bill of health.
So I figured I would do so too.
And they showed up yesterday and we spent a couple of hours and I gave them a whole lot of information.
Now, how will they use it?
Will they look for that seven and a half minutes?
We shall see.
It's a situation nothing ventured, nothing gained.
I'm willing to run the risk, if it seems like a reasonable risk to run, for the sake of getting out the truth.
And I've done interviews with a whole range of individuals and outlets where I might or might not, out of an excess of caution, hesitate to do so, but I did not.
Well, returning to my absent guest, whom I admire, Wolfgang and I traveled to Sandy Hook together in 2014.
We visited the town.
We went to the United Way where they had the funds that were supposed to be available for public inspection.
Connecticut, the Newtown Police Department sent out seven or eight burly guys to prohibit Wolfgang from entering the building.
I could not believe it.
We also visited the locale where the school had already been destroyed, nothing but a pile of dirt clods.
We went to the fire department.
They were uninterested in having any interaction with Wolfgang.
And then later in the day, in the evening, we went to the meeting of the Newtown School Board.
And I use a photograph of Wolfgang being the first to speak.
We each had three minutes, and we knew in advance they wouldn't answer any questions speaking at the Newtown School Board.
The new blog from Mary Maxwell, Sandy Hook is definitely a hoax.
I repeat, Sandy Hook is a hoax.
Now when I say Mary, it's very interesting because she has both a PhD and an LLB.
I added the editor's note.
The photo is of Wolfgang Halbig, a former Florida State Trooper and school principal, asking questions about the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting during the public participation section of the Board of Education meeting at the Newtown Municipal Center Council Chambers in Newtown, Connecticut, Tuesday, May 6, 2014.
I was there and spoke second.
Wolfgang will be my guest here, The Raw Deal, 28 September, 2022, noon to 2 p.m.
ET.
Listen live.
Well, if you're listening live, I hope you won't be disappointed.
I mean, of course, if Wolf's not here, I'm disappointed, too.
But what else I'm going to report, because I'm going to give you some information that, of which the public and even I myself have heard of or been unaware, as a surprise, as a gift for my dear friend Wolfgang Helbig.
Here's Mary Maxwell.
Let's start with a quick recap of the whole story.
A 20-year-old boy named Adam Lonza at his home in Newtown, Connecticut, shot his mom, dad, on the morning of Friday, December 14, 2012, using a rifle from her collection.
He then proceeded to drive to the Sandy Hook School, arriving by 9.30 a.m., where he broke a glass door to get in.
He then murdered 20 children, ages six and seven, plus six staff members.
There are no video shots of this happening and no sound of it on the school's audio.
A few people saw holes in the story early on.
Not me.
I fell for it.
Among the noisiest complainers, some were arrested, sued, or sacked, respectively.
Wolfgang Halbig, James Fetzer, and James Tracy.
An angry local, William Shanley, was, we surmise, killed.
I won't mention The conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, as he is a gatekeeper.
He has been part of the system all along.
I never fell for him.
I call for the immediate arrest of all persons, including the parents and the media reporters who conjured up this tragic event.
The only thing tragic about it is it gave the U.S.
government time to string us along for 10 years while they increased their line.
By this point, the Liza Sandy Hook should be considered Olympic bronze medal material.
I'm saving the silver for the Boston Marathon bombing and the gold for 9-11.
This article presents a six-part outline of the exhaustive sleuthing done by Wolfgang Halberg, a Florida guy who had been a state trooper and therefore knew what type of report should have been logged in by police on that day in December of 2012.
He had also been a school safety consultant, so knew what kind of protections are standardly in place.
Mean American Helbig knew that Congress passed a Freedom of Information Act, FOIA, in 1966 and that the state of Connecticut has a similar law.
Oopsie!
Connecticut legal advisors, you forgot to get that one repealed before Adam Lonsday.
Oopsie!
Halbig learned a huge amount about this terrible false flag by sending Boyer requests.
Even when he does not get a reply after many tries, that's good evidence of crime.
Remember the maxim, omnia presumatur contra spoliatem, everything can be charged against those who hide or destroy the evidence.
Six parts by Wolfgang Halbig.
I'll quickly divide Halbig's findings into six parts.
You can see many further details at therealcolorado.org, as penned by Allison Maynard, who is lending a hand to Wolfgang, as she did to me, in relation to my legal entanglements.
Part one.
A press party at Crowne Plaza Hotel, as admitted by sales manager Kate Trudeau.
That hotel in Southbury, Connecticut, now renamed the Wyndham, was heavily booked on the day before the massacre by government and media persons.
Boy, does this ring a bell with us.
These major media persons assembled the day before the 1996 Port Arthur massacre at a local hotel for a conference.
Even funnier on that occasion, a teach-in for emergency room physicians was also being held in nearby Hobart.
That massacre had actual casualties.
Part 2.
Dash cams.
Police have mandatory cameras on the dashboard of their car which show the hood.
To the small extent that Halbig received any requested videos from cop cars, none were dash cam types.
They may have been shot out the window.
Why?
Their timestamps are a major giveaway that nothing went according to the narrative that we suckers in the public were fed.
For example, three photos from Car 13, reportedly driven by Officer Chapman, all have the same timestamp for the same moment.
9, 21, 43 a.m.
This can't be real.
Part three.
Proof that there was no school operating in December 2012 at the campus.
We're all shown Sandy Hook Elementary School at 12 Dickinson Drive, Newtown, near a firehouse and near the home of Gene Rosen.
I think that Rosen's ever-changing story in interviews with a strategy against Lutherans involved from day one, looking at unprovable minutia, same for the press conference of Robbie Parker.
Halbig ascertained that the campus lay empty since the beginning of the school year in September of 2012.
He got this from the minutes of school board meetings and from tracing the delivery of lunch food to the wrong location, namely, to Chalk Hill School, which is where the real San Diego pupils were in attendance.
I'll be right back.

Amazon banned my book so you wouldn't learn what really happened at Sandy Hook.
It was a FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
Then they sued to shut me up.
And the Wisconsin courts played along.
I have the proof and the law on my side.
What I don't have is the money.
They want to do to us what they've already done to Canada.
Take guns, impose tyranny.
It's on the way with Remington's help.
First insurance, then registration, then confiscation.
I'm asking SCOTUS to stop it.
GiveSendGo.com funding Fetzer.
Check it out.
This is for all the marbles.
Was it a conspiracy?
Did you know that the police in Boston were broadcasting, this is a drill, this is a drill, on bullhordes during the marathon?
That the Boston Globe was tweeting that a demonstration bomb would be set off during the marathon for the benefit of bomb squad activities.
And that one would be set off in one minute in front of the library, which happened as the Globe had announced.
Peering through the smoke, you could see bodies with missing arms and legs.
But there was no blood.
The blood only showed up later and came out of a tube.
They used amputee actors and a studio-quality smoke machine.
Don't let yourself be played.

Just to comment on this last observation, Holbein ascertained the campus lay empty since the beginning of the school year in September 2012.
Actually, in the book, we discovered 13 contributors, including six PhDs.
These schools have been closed since 2008, at least since 2008.
And what I think he got here is they were trying to revive the story that it was an operational school.
As I've explained, it could not have been legally operated because it wasn't combined with American for Disability Act conditions.
And of course, there was no steam or heat rising from the building, even though it's a 38 degree Fahrenheit day, which is above freezing, but still pretty cold, but still pretty cold.
And I'm not quite sure what's going on here.
I'll call you back on the air.
But the fact of the matter is that Wolfgang, I think, detected these, you know, found these records in the school board docs, but they mucked it up.
He traced the delivery of launch food to the wrong location, namely the Chalk Hill School, where the real Sandy Hook pupils attended.
Also, Halbeck found from a whistleblower that Google Earth had been providing, since March 28, nine months before the shooting, an image of Sandy Hook, when readers asked for the address of 375 Fan Hill Drive, Monroe, Connecticut, which is the Chalk Hill School address.
So what Wolfgang unearthed here, I think, is the way they were trying to cover up the fact that this was not an operational school.
Part four, GoFundMe.
Sometime with the help of anonymous conspiracy theorists, Halbig learned of eulogies and fundraising having been uploaded to websites on the day before or several days before the tragedy.
Fathom it.
Such sloppiness.
But I thank those sloppy people.
And indeed, we've had numerous reports about uploading those donation websites in advance.
This happened on other occasions for other of these fake state events.
Part five.
A surviving witness lies.
Ms.
Caitlin Roy claimed to have herded 15 kids into a small bathroom in her classroom and locked it for safety.
How did Wolfgang Halbig find official evidence that this part of the story is fake?
First, there was no inside lock on that door.
Second, the CPS, Connecticut Police Service, report includes two photos of the alleged classroom of Roy, one with a round window on the door, one with a square window.
You may be wondering how such a small piece of evidence could out the whole hoax.
I believe it could.
The district attorney could charge Ms.
Roig with perjury and let the jury work things out.
Even without Roig, the police should be forced to testify about the discrepant photos.
By the way, Wolfgang can sue under the tort of malicious arrest for what happened to him in Florida in the middle of the night.
We have thus learned which members of the Connecticut government or mafias the case may be instructed Florida police to grab Halbert.
This is going to be a blast.
This is a subject of a lawsuit he has going where Richard Carlyle is assisting him against the police in Florida for raiding his home.
There was a misdemeanor out, but they treated it as though we're a felony.
There was no justification for this.
They walked him through a field, a couple of miles.
So he'd look totally disheveled when they did the mugshot.
This was all PR star.
And I hope they take them apart, limb from limb.
If there's any way I can assist, I want to do that.
Part six, porta-potties.
We've all seen in early videos, such as Jan's interview of neighbor Rosen, that there were porta-potties near the school, as would be normal when a FEMA drill is in progress, or the Federal Emergency Management Agency is part of Homeland Security.
We could also see the electronic sign, everyone must sign in, remember that?
So what do you think Halbig thought about that in his FOIA request?
Why, the logbook of those who signed in, of course, you think he got a reply, as is mandated by the freedom of information law?
Oh, please.
My recent efforts on the legal front.
There's much, much more to the list of Halbig's clever investigations, owing to the fact that a crucial date is coming up.
The U.S.
Supreme Court's deciding on October 3rd.
Actually, it turns out to be October 7th.
To take or not case the case of Posner v. Fetzer, that actually should be Fetzer v. Posner.
I have tried to add some new material to the public file.
Please see at granitgrok.com.
My 23 August 2022 item update on Alex Jones' defamation of Sandy Hook families and the Maureen Crowley quote or my gumshoenews.com article of September 25th.
A suggestion for SCOTUS.
Search your eye for Posner v. Fetzer.
Which should, of course, actually be Fetzer v. Posner.
Or read my 2022 book, On Reality, Sandy Hook vs. Mimes.
And there are links to all three, so you can download the book directly from my website.
We need to jump at this.
It will have to be citizen action.
Clearly, no one in office will touch it.
I'll start by sitting outside the New Hampshire State Office.
His blouse is geared up for this, thank God, in case anyone wants to chat.
I will be there today, Tuesday, September 27th at 5 p.m.
Concord, New Hampshire, Main Street on tomorrow, Wednesday, September 28th at noon.
I am short, old, and have reddish hair.
I will wear black.
You can email me to discuss Sandy Hook at maxwellmaryllb at gmail.com.
Why not invite me to speak at your venue?
I'm still walking the earth and who knows for how long.
Last week, I sent to the Chief Clerk of Court in Waterbury, Connecticut, a petition for a writ of error, coram nobis, which is a writ of right.
I used return receipt requested for my mailing, but have not received a signed green postcard in return naturally.
I'm very inclined to use strictly the available judicial mechanism, but my track record of success is zilcho thus far.
Gotta think of a way to stop being lied to wholesale.
It will be the death of us.
Have you thought that, too?
Think of the Vax Lies still proceeding full blast from the media.
Onward, Christian soldiers!
Come on, get into the action, do something!
Well, I think Mary's just absolutely super.
I have some documents here about showing how Dean Foods was delivering to the wrong address at Jock Hill School that Wolfgang would have elaborated upon.
We have photographs of David Wheeler and Francine, where David Wheeler played two roles that day.
He was both a grieving father for his son Benjamin, who was purportedly among the Sandy Hook decedents, but also a SWAT team member Marching up and down Dickinson Drive carrying an AR-15 upside down by the magazine.
Now this is just absurd.
The apologists want to claim it was actually an FBI agent, Aldenburg I think his name, but no FBI agent with actual trained weapons would carry a weapon upside down by the magazine.
Magazines are designed to be rapidly put in place and removed.
Even the lowest-ranking private in the Marine Corps, where I served as a series commander at San Diego with 15 DIs and 300 recruits under my command, including marksmanship training, would know better.
This would only be done by someone who knew nothing, plus this Aldenburg guy that they're claiming didn't have a mole that David Wheeler has prominently on his left cheek.
Obama flew David Wheeler and his wife Francine, both of whom, by the way, have acting credits.
They actually are members of Screen Actors Guild down to Washington, where Francine gave an impassioned speech from the Oval Office.
Now, Francine, whose film credits, by the way, including being the voice in an animated porn movie, was a personal assistant to Maureen White, who was a Leading financial donation gather for the Democratic Party in the past at the time.
That gives you a clue as to what's going on here.
And of course, this is Obama, Joe Biden, Eric Holder event.
So that scene gave an impassioned speak from the Oval Office.
Technically, since they were lobbyists for gun control, it was illegal to be flown on Air Force One, but Obama had nothing but contempt for the law.
We also have other photo evidence that Wolfgang was going to address here, including from the evacuation photo where we know there were two different photographs where the kids were rearranged to get a better shot.
I've discussed that many times before.
We also had the December 2nd, 2013 issue of the Newtown Bee talking about the results of the, you know, Hazmat present hazardous material presence at the elementary school and why it would have been difficult to To refurbish a school, why they had to tear it down, but they knew this long ago.
The real reports were from years before.
Sandy Hook actually had too many schools and they had demographers in there.
There's more technical stuff Lutgang would have elaborated upon.
I have them here in the file set, so I'm going through them about how they were using Chalk Hill as the cover story to deliver Dean Foods, all that, he's got the docs.
I have some others you're gonna find potentially of even greater interest.
But Wolfgang's been very thorough going about all of this.
So meanwhile, here's his demand for a jury trial in his lawsuit against Lake County, Florida, Lake County, Florida Sheriff, and a host of other players.
Here's the amended complaint.
Plaintiff Wolfgang W. Halbig of the First and Third Person Proceeds sues the defendants in their individual, personal, and official capacities.
And for my complaint with this, the legend of following upon information and belief goes on about it.
In light of the plaintiff's filing of the amended complaint, it is ordered that the motions to dismiss, which were directed at the initial complaint, are denied as moved.
This is by the United States District Judge.
So, in other words, The defendants in this case, since it's reenacted by Wolfgang, sought dismissal.
That's usually the very first tactic that is undertaken.
But the judge denied it based upon the admitted complaint.
He's now admitting or otherwise authorizing to practice Lake County Sheriff Osterberg, Wingo, English, Conley, Morris, Demko, Reddish, Rodriguez, Shabbat.
Ian D. Forsyth, bar number.
In other words, this appears to be the attorney who's going to appear on behalf of the defendants in this case.
We have more defendants.
Baba, you know, respectfully requests the honorable court tender an order dismissing the amended complaint.
But as we already know, the judge did not do that.
Here we have further.
Defendant's Office of the State Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit and Assistant State Attorneys Stephanie Mullaney's motion to dismiss complaints that plaintiff's amended complaint and incorporate memorandum of law.
They have sought to do this several times, it would appear.
But so far as I can tell, it's having no effect.
Here we have an additional filing now of Richard Carlyle, and I believe this is when Carlyle is becoming Wolfgang's attorney.
In any case, We're Wolfgang here.
We would go over some of this, including, for example, the photograph taken by Newtown Bee photojournalist Shannon Hickson.
She's openly admitting taking both of these photographs.
We have the Stringer kids who appear to be being led to safety under emergency circumstances, right?
This is during a mass shooting.
But they really don't seem to display any of the urgency one would associate.
And here is a photograph taken about five minutes earlier, I would surmise, where the kids are in a different arrangement.
Here you got the little girl in a pink sweater and a short skirt in front of the line.
She'd be rearranged, so replaced with a little boy in a dark sweater.
But you got a whole lot of parents here.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
I see at least nine parents in this photograph, just casually looking around, hands in their pockets, arms folded.
I mean, think about it.
What are parents doing there in the first place?
You know, did somebody think we got a mass shooting?
Let's call for some parents to get down here.
I mean, it's ludicrous.
And here's how we have the rearrangement, and you can see in the background, there are at least three parents in the background who are casually looking on, leading me to describe this photograph as lounging at the massacre.
I mean, stunning!
Simply stunning!
And we know if there had been an actual evacuation, it would have had to be dozens and dozens.
I mean, you're talking about 469 other students, according to Steven Sinitsky III.
They would have been everywhere.
Oh, I'm just delighted to have Richard Carlyle joining me.
Richard, welcome.
I think Wolfgang, you can unmute.
Wolfgang, I'm afraid, is under some sort of evacuation.
Can you hear?
If you got a camera, you're welcome to turn it on.
I cannot hear you.
You may have to... There!
Unmute.
Unmute.
Unmute, Richard.
Very good.
Now have you got me?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
We were just going through the efforts to dismiss the suit and you're coming into the suit and the fact that the judge had dismissed it.
Would you care to comment?
Just give us a recap of the present standing of the trial or the judicial process where Wolfgang is suing the local authorities for this stunt they pulled in the middle of the night.
Yeah, it is an obnoxious stunt.
It's children with guns and badges.
It's really bad.
The judge in this case, as far as I know right now, has not done any ruling on the other side's motion to dismiss or Wolfgang's motion to strike it.
I hope that they're looking at all the evidence that we put in.
There's a lot of exhibits and anybody that can't figure that out is not thinking, in my opinion.
But we don't have anything back yet.
So there was an initial motion to dismiss, and when he submitted the amended complaint, the judge overruled that motion to dismiss, but you're telling me there was a subsequent motion to dismiss?
Yes.
The other side, the side for the state attorney's office and the attorney for the sheriff's department wants to dismiss Wolfgang's Complaint on the basis that it is a shotgun complaint.
It's kind of like the idea that we he has thrown a lot of dirt at the wall and hoping some of it would stick.
And they're saying, well, we don't know which officer is charged with which crime.
Therefore, we don't know how to reply.
And therefore, it's failure to state a claim that's actionable.
We think that's silly.
On the original one, the causes of action could have been improved a little bit.
So he did file an amended complaint of which each one of these people is accused of eight separate actions.
And all of them in the final one, which is racketeering, Which they haven't addressed at all.
Just to verify the bare bones, There was a misdemeanor allegation against Wolfgang that they treated as though it were a felony.
They raided his home in the middle of the night.
They marched him through, I think, several fields to make him very disheveled when they did the mugshot.
I've seen the mugshot.
I've talked to him about this.
It was just outrageous because they had no legitimate basis to undertake this.
It's a clear abuse of authority.
Just a little more elaboration on the legal aspects.
That's one of the basis of the complaint is that under... Let me shut that off.
Wolfgang calling me.
Oh, is it?
Go ahead and answer.
Go ahead and answer.
No, go ahead and answer and see if you can get Wolfgang, you know, just say a word or two, please.
Okay, yeah, Wolfgang, I'm talking to Jim Fetzer on Zoom right now.
Okay, Jim, Wolfgang says that he's trying to connect to Zoom and he cannot connect right now.
He's got the Zoom link.
He's got the link and he's trying to... Is it because of the weather?
Because of the hurricane?
Well apparently his Zoom won't load.
He says it keeps trying to connect.
He can't get connected.
And I even sent it early in the hope we wouldn't have any such problems.
He can't connect.
Ask him to call into the show at 540-352-4452.
540-352-4452.
Okay, Wolfgang, Jim says to try and call into the show on your telephone instead of using the computer.
540.
- 3-5-2, 4-4-5-2.
- Okay, Wolfgang, Jim says to try and call into the show on your telephone instead of using the computer. - 5-4-0. - In fact, you might reboot your computer.
Sometimes that helps.
But your internet could be down.
That could be what the reason is.
Could you give him the number, Richard?
5-4-0-3-5.
Yeah, he has it.
Oh, he's got it.
OK.
Oh, OK.
Jim, can you want me to look up that phone number on my?
It's 5-4-0.
5-4-0.
It's 540. 540. 352.
Okay, you're both talking at the same time.
Go ahead, Joe.
3-5-2.
3-5-2.
4-4-5-2.
You're both talking at the same time.
I can't hear.
Sorry about that.
Say that again.
5-4-0.
3-5-2.
4-4-5-2.
540-352-4452.
4452. Or he's going to try it via his telephone.
It could be the internet is down in that area.
Yeah, it wouldn't be surprising with the weather, yes.
Yeah, they're currently up on the panhandle.
It's pretty bad.
Your tie is flipped over your shoulder, Richard.
Not that it's significant.
You know what?
My cat was crawling on me earlier.
I didn't want her to mess up my necktie.
I like the tie.
Wolfgang's going to try to call, right?
Yeah, well, we're professional people here, and we need to look the part.
Yeah, the case is very interesting.
And at first, I had a thought that maybe Wolf ought to amend the complaint again to kind of comply with what these attorneys were going at.
And they're very narrow casted in a point that's almost frivolous.
And it's pretty much in the 11th district, as near as I can tell, the concept of shotgun pleading.
Yes, yes, yes.
It sounds like that was just a subterfuge to try to evade responsibility.
Richard, we're about to hit a hard break, so let's see if we can get Wolfgang.
I'm going to ask my My producer to call him and we ought to be able to make contact.
So we should have Wolfgang on when we come back from this break.
Okay.
Excellent.
I don't know if you can edit out some of the technical difficulties or not.
We're still live.

Mitchell has connected him, and we have Richard Carlyle right here on Zoom.
Wolfgang, I began by reviewing Mary Maxwell's latest piece about you and the six key points she made about your discovery.
We've also talked about the lawsuit, Richard confirming the basics.
I've mentioned, too, some of your discoveries regarding the use of Chalk Hill as a subterfuge to conceal that Sandy Hook was not an operating school.
Please, I'm so glad to have you here.
begin by commenting on any of the above.
Wolf.
Well, first of all, thank you for allowing me to be with you today.
And you are an outstanding man.
You are an officer and a gentleman, and I'll tell you what, you're about as honest as they come, and I'm honored to be on your program today.
And I hope I can share some facts, not opinions, not hearsay, not theories, but these are facts, okay?
I hope that your listeners will hold me accountable too.
And you know what's amazing?
I am listed as a defendant in the Alex Jones lawsuit in Connecticut.
Jim, to this day, they haven't even taken my deposition.
Norm Pattis and Kostroff and Kostroff, the attorneys up there in Connecticut, they don't want to depose me because you know what?
They don't want the truth.
And I think the jury, if they heard us, I think they would have a different opinion.
I offered to be an expert witness on behalf of Alex Jones, and they didn't show the least interest.
I sought to intervene in all three of the trials.
I had a motion to intervene, which was opposed not only by the fake parents, which was unsurprising, but by the defendant.
Alex Jones people didn't want me in there to make the point there's never been a judicial determination that anybody died at Sandy Hook.
I mean, it was remarkable.
I think our country is in serious, serious trouble.
When you have a judge in Wisconsin decide whether someone is guilty or not without a jury, when you have a judge in Texas, Alex Jones, decide that he's guilty without a jury, When you have a judge in Connecticut decides that Alex Jones is guilty without a jury, what has happened to our Constitution and our Bill of Rights?
I mean, what are we going to do, just throw it away?
You've been so wonderful Wolfgang, so determined and persevering.
They didn't know what they were doing when they threatened you with prosecution.
If you were to continue to ask questions about Sandy Hook, you've just been magnificent about it under the most dire circumstances, even arranging for a formal hearing.
Well, the state representative was telling witnesses who'd been subpoenaed to appear that they didn't have to appear.
Wolfgang, that was outrageous.
Can you believe that?
In Connecticut, before the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commissioners, who has an attorney sitting next to him, the hearing officer, when my attorney issued subpoenas, For my witnesses to show up to testify on my behalf, their attorney calls them on the phone and directs them not to show up to testify.
Now, I used to think as a law enforcement officer, that's called tampering with witnesses.
And I want you to know, the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission, they did absolutely nothing.
And he told them he did it.
And you know, the FOIA commissioners, they have the authority to issue subpoenas when witnesses don't show up under subpoenas.
They did not use that discretion.
I'm telling you, they sandbagged me the entire time up there.
You know, Wolfgang, you've had so many successes.
One of the most fascinating being when you uncovered 14 or 16 Connecticut State Trooper affidavits that they'd entered the school through the blown-out hole in the glass, which out of all these, you know, ways of tearing the uniform, and yet we have photographs inside that none of the furniture is disturbed.
It's obvious these are false, sworn affidavit by Connecticut State Police.
I made the point that the Three Stooges would have done better because Larry would have come in through the hole and then walked around and opened the door for Curly and Bo.
I mean, how insulting is this, Wolfgang?
It truly is.
And I can't believe Norm Patters does not put that picture in there with that blown out window.
And then show what?
13 to 16 Connecticut State Troopers go through that window?
That's unbelievable!
And they don't even clear the window out, preventing somebody from being cut.
I mean, no police officers would ever, ever do that.
And then you got Vangeli, Lieutenant Vangeli from the Newtown Police Department.
Jim, in his witness statement under oath, he says, I'm in the hallway.
I'm in the front lobby, and I am watching these Connecticut State Troopers come through the window.
Now, why wouldn't he just open the door for them?
Right!
How dumb!
That's a self-refuting statement.
I mean, that's absurd what he's describing there.
You might as well be saying, 2 plus 2 equals 5.
What game?
That's just outrageous.
It is, Jim.
This is a lieutenant.
Newtown Police and this is Warren's statement.
I'm in the lobby and I'm watching these Connecticut State Troopers enter through the shot-out glass.
That is unbelievable.
I just don't know how to even say it as a law enforcement officer.
Another of your successes during these FOIA hearings was that Patricia LaLorda, the first select man in Newtown, which is a position equivalent to mayor, acknowledged that that portable sign, everyone must check in, was placed there not by Newtown but by DHS!
I mean, Wolfgang, DHS officially had nothing to do with this, but of course, if it was a FEMA drill, which we know to be the case, FEMA is under the control of DHS, and it makes perfect sense, but it was... You really nailed that one so well.
I just gotta commend you, my friend.
Brilliant.
Well, thank you.
You know, but I'm disappointed in my attorney.
When she got that First elect woman, Leah Orr, admit that that sign was put up by Homeland Security.
She stopped asking questions.
She stopped asking the next most important question.
Why did Homeland Security put it up?
When did they put it up?
And what does it mean when it says everyone must check in?
Jim, I used to be the president of an athletic booster club.
We had a lot of golf tournaments in Florida.
And the one thing we put up, we put up a sign before the tournament, please check in when you arrive.
Okay.
Well, that's what that sign means.
They already had a list of people who were going to show up and their job was when you arrive, you check in.
Why can't I get a copy of that check-in log on the public records?
Oh, I know, Wolfgang, I know, and they're checking in because they're going to eventually be paid for this, but only after the whole event is over.
We have the FEMA manual.
We have the FEMA manual, Wolfgang, and it says right there on the page, Chapter 2, Exercise Logistics.
The preparation for Mass Casualty will be conducted on 12-13-12 beginning at 8 a.m.
Exercise play is scheduled for the exercise director.
Controller determines the exercise objectives have been met.
Everyone must sign in with a controller upon arrival.
And later on it says the exercise is expected to end at 11.59 p.m.
on 12.13.12 and be evaluated on 12.14.12 as a real-time event, which of course was when they presented it as mass murder.
Instead of a FEMA exercise, technically a mass casualty drill involving children.
This is what it was, and they've just been outrageous in the way they played the American people for suckers and saps, Wolf.
Well, do you know what the biggest question I get from all over the country when I travel?
Well, how can so many people be involved, okay?
How is it possible?
What people don't remember is that Obama in 2011 changed the FEMA response to events such as that, okay?
He actually entered the terminology of, what was it called?
What was that terminology they used?
It's a capstone exercise.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, Jim, that came from Obama, who put it in, which requires an entire community to participate, and it's controlled by Homeland Security and the FBI.
That's how people need to remember that capstone exercise.
They can't get the money unless the whole community is involved. - Yes, yes, yes, yes.
I think Sophia was a personnel.
It is a capstone event involving the whole community.
And woof, I surmise for good reasons, The community was paid in excess of a hundred million dollars to conduct this exercise.
It did involve key players in the community from the Board of Education, the head of the bank, the fireman, the town clerk.
They were all involved in this.
Everyone knew about it.
It was a community event for which they were being handsomely paid.
I mean, money turns out to be bottom.
I think some of them were do-gooders who thought that by showing what could happen if we don't take guns away from the American people, that it's going to be beneficial for America.
But it's all fraudulent, Wolfgang.
When you take guns away from law-abiding citizens, it doesn't make anyone safer.
It just gives the criminals who aren't going to give up their guns under any circumstances freedom of fire, free fire zones where they don't have to worry about civilians intervening because they've been disarmed.
Yeah, it's it's amazing what this government has turned out to become.
It is actually becoming the people's enemy.
How can the government lie to the American public?
How is that even possible?
Well, it seems to me that's exactly what they do time and time again.
I mean, they've been lying to us about the moon landing, lying to us about JFK, lying to us about 9-11, lying to us about Wellstone.
Why would Sandy Hook be an exception, Wolfgang?
And listen, it states right in the manual that Tom Romano of the Federal Emergency Management Agency was the exercise director.
I have had independent confirmation, Wolfgang.
That Thomas Romano was running the FEMA drill in Newtown that day.
And get this, Wolfgang, I was going to save this to show for you.
An anonymous source has sent me FEMA documents showing how they had maps for FEMA personnel from 2800 Main Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut, which is the headquarters for FEMA in Connecticut, down to Newtown, down to Dickinson Drive, They had it misnamed Dickerson Drive instead of Dickinson Drive, which may have been a Google glitch.
But why should be there any map showing traveling from 2800 Main Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut to 12 Dickinson Drive in Newtown, unless FEMA was involved in this activity carrying it out that day.
And I have more for you.
You're going to like even Better, but tell me what you think about these maps.
Richard can see them, you can't, but I'm going to send them to you.
Well, I saw the FEMA manual and, you know, I used to train law enforcement officers in active shooter response, so I understand what you're saying, but I want to go back to your listeners.
This is so, so important.
I used the word Lieutenant Bengeli.
Well, unless you take the time and read their sworn statements.
Listen, don't listen to me.
Read their sworn statement.
This Lieutenant Bengali says, I saw a little girl step out of a classroom yelling for her mommy.
I yelled at her, I grabbed her, and I pushed her back into the classroom eight.
Well, think about it.
Does anybody know what classroom 8 is?
That's where all the children and teachers were killed.
And he's going to shove her back into that room without looking to see if it's clear.
And he's going to force her to go back into that room where all those shots were fired.
And she's going to have to see all of those children shot, dead, teachers dead.
What kind of lieutenant would ever do that to a child?
That is sheer law enforcement negligence.
And Jim, not one parent raises that concern.
You believe that?
Ridiculous.
Well, just ridiculous.
And by the way, you may or may not be familiar with a brilliant work by Brian Davidson, who's a private investigator in Texas, who got into the Connecticut State Police photo files.
And they have photographs of everything that was taking place because they were running the op behind the scene, the Connecticut State Police Wolfgang.
That's why you get those absurd affidavits.
This was a Connecticut State Police PSYOP in coordination with FEMA.
He has photos down the hallway where allegedly there were two dead administrators.
There's nobody there, not a speck of blood.
He has photos inside Classroom 10.
No pockmarks on the wall, no blood, no dead children.
It's completely empty, as you'd expect of an abandoned building.
And all the furnishings are shoved up against the wall.
And of course, we know how they drilled through the aluminum frame of the windows to fake, simulate bullet holes fired through the aluminum.
And then they inserted these pink rods, all of which are exactly parallel with one another at 90 degrees to the window frame.
I mean, the fabrication of evidence here is so blatant and so absurd, Wolfgang.
But most of the public just doesn't get this, Wolfgang.
As an act of consciousness of guilt, they obliterated the metadata.
So you don't know where and when those photographs were taken.
And so to try to preclude their being admissible in a court of law.
Yeah, well, my favorite part is getting that photograph from the Connecticut State Police.
Showing all of those candles all in place at 530 p.m.
on the day of the shooting and then we see him shot out.
Now Adam Lanza's dead by 10 a.m.
Adam Lanza's dead.
Who shot out the candles?
Right, here I'm going back to this famous photograph where we have the SCI vehicle, crime scene tape, or a crime that is yet to be committed if you're judged by the windows there in Classroom 10, just above the vehicle.
And here you see a before and after.
They're all intact, and then you have especially a second window blown out.
Here you see the perps trying to figure out what to do about it.
Here you see the pink rods all inserted.
And Wolfgang, The furnishing pushed up against the wall.
I mean, that's just absurd.
Anyone who thinks this was not an abandoned building, they just don't understand what they're talking about.
Well, do you remember you used the term toxic waste dump and I used your terminology, OK?
As a school administrator, Jim, I can swear on the Bible that is the most filthiest Most deplorable looking school used as a toxic waste dump.
It has the highest level of asbestos, highest level of lead paint, highest level of PCP.
Even when they were ready to demolish it, the demolishing director said that if those kids were ever to return to Sandy Hook, they would have to renovate the whole school, remove the asbestos.
What parent in their right mind would ever allow their minor children to attend a school with a high level of asbestos, lead paint, and PCP?
Something's not right in Newtown, Connecticut.
Oh, Wolfgang, you got it.
Now listen to this.
The piece de resistance from Emergency Management and Homeland Security and Event Search for 12-14-2012 9 a.m.
to 4 p.m., FEMA L-366, Planning for the Needs of Children in Distress or Disasters.
It's in red letters, Sandy Hook Elementary, 18 minutes away at 9.35 a.m.
It's right here on a FEMA dock, Wolfgang.
This may be the smoking gun.
Richard?
Yes.
You are so on the money, you know?
And I gotta tell you, when you asked me to write a chapter in your book, I remember this clearly.
Nobody died at Sandy Hook.
I said, Jim, I really don't want to do it until I got all of my Connecticut public records requests.
Remember that?
Yes.
I didn't want to say that until I had an opinion based on the public records.
And now I regret not writing that chapter, because to this day, I still have not received... That's right!
They've been sandbagging you, my friend.
Richard, what do you think of this doc you're seeing for the first time, I imagine?
I mean, it's... I just really... From an anonymous source, but they appear to be authentic FEMA documents, and they're acknowledging this was a FEMA exercise at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
Your thoughts?
Yeah, I've never seen them before.
I can tell you on just the sidebar of that sign, the login sheet for that, I requested that myself, and they ignored the request.
And this document that you're talking about, I haven't seen.
Wolfgang, I got one more for you, you're gonna like.
I got, in addition, a statement.
It's easier to see here.
They had follow-up.
They had classes for the participants in the drill to tell them how to preserve the illusion, how to keep their mouths shut.
I've got that too, Wolfgang.
They were limited to a class size of 30.
These were the key participants in the Sandy Hook Drill, were given classes by FEMA on how to keep their mouths shut and preserve the illusion.
Isn't that something?
You're going to love this.
I hope your listeners just, just wake up and take a look at what you have, what you have done.
And I am telling you, there will come a day when Sandy Hook will be exposed and we are going to be on the right side of the law, my friend.
And the reason I say that, I'm saying this as a school administrator who used to be in charge of school facilities.
And Jim, we had high schools of over 3,500 students.
I was always in charge of maintaining facilities.
I sent you a copy.
Listen, you have to go to the Newtown Connecticut School Board budgets.
Do you know that in 2011, 2012, 2012, 2013, the school board members did not budget $1 for the maintenance of Sandy Hook Elementary School.
And they had serious, I mean, serious life safety issues.
And once they're identified, part of being a risk manager, once you know you have a life safety issue, they got to be fixed.
Jim, they budgeted not $1 for those two years.
Yeah, of course not.
And by the way, Wolfgang, looking at the facility, I'm looking at that parking lot photograph.
It seems to me the design is all wrong.
You know, the only signs we've seen say Sandy Hook School.
They do not say Sandy Hook Elementary School, I believe.
That these were, this was a special facility.
General Electric has a very prominent presence in Newtown and Sandy Hook.
I believe this was a special facility for Fairfield Hill, special needs children, Wolfgang.
They were brought in in little vehicles.
They weren't brought in in buses.
They didn't have an alarm system that might upset them.
These were kids who had been traumatized.
Some might've been sexually abused.
They might've seen someone murdered.
They had special needs.
And I wanna say, this is part and parcel why I'm suspicious that this was ever even an elementary school.
The design, the layout, Even for the driving pattern, Wolfgang, there's only one way in or out, as we well know, having been there ourselves, Dickinson Drive.
So how would you bring in buses?
Or how would parents come in to drop off their kids and get out?
There would be traffic going both ways.
It should be a U-shaped configuration, Wolfgang, where you come in going one way, drop off your kid, and drive out the other.
And it's just the design is all wrong.
And as a school safety expert, I think you're perfect.
Let me ask you this, my friend.
Why in the world is the entire front of the Sandy Hook Elementary School painted with bright yellow traffic lines saying no parking, fire lane, no parking?
Why would you do that?
Because now where are the school buses going to park?
Yeah, yeah.
I don't think there's any place for school buses to park.
And of course, according to the official count, there were 489 students and residents there that day, subtract 20.
You got 469 who had to be evacuated.
And we know there was no evacuation taking place, Wolfgang.
I mean, it's just embarrassingly bad.
We even have dash cam footage.
From the locations where it was supposed to be taking place, according to the Connecticut State Police, and when you look at the footage, there's nothing there.
There's no evacuation shown in the video, which supports the inference that's because there was no evacuation taking place.
I mean, this whole story was absurd from the beginning.
Well, let me do a follow-up with what you said, and you're so on the money.
David Wheeler, okay?
We talk about David Wheeler.
I sent you a picture of him, okay?
That man has a mole on his left cheek.
Right.
The man who's wearing a SWAT helmet, his face has a mole on his left cheek, okay?
We're looking at it.
The FBI agent, FBI agent Aldeberg, who sits on the witness stands in Connecticut, his face is as shiny as a baby's butt.
And there is no mole.
Jim, there ain't no mole to be found.
What do we draw from that conclusion?
That it was a fake, that he was playing two roles.
Actually, I addressed this and showed the slides you had sent me, Wolfgang, in your absence.
So you're spot on.
I mean, it's just, when they're caught out, they just have to lie and figure out a way to worm their way out of it.
And calling this Oldenburg, as I explained, anyone with familiar firearms would not do what this man in this SWAT uniform did, to carry a weapon upside down by the magazine, Wolf.
Have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous?
It is ridiculous.
Hey Jim.
The thing is, you see a picture of Francine and David Wheeler with their son and they blurred out their son's face to protect his privacy, right?
Yeah.
Then you go to Connecticut parking lot and you've got two lines of children being lined up by Connecticut State Police officers whose highest priority is to protect children's privacy.
And they're lining them up for the Newtown Beat to take photographs.
And not one of those children filed a lawsuit for violation of privacy?
Yeah, go ahead.
Yeah, go ahead, Wolfgang.
Well, it's just, it's just ridiculous.
You know, they, the Connecticut State Police, they're lining these children up.
They're supposed to protect these children.
And of course, but nobody files a lawsuit.
Unbelievable.
Wolfgang, I know there are going to be any number of callers who want to reach out to you and speak with you.
The number is 540-352-4452, the very number on which you have reached us, Wolfgang, and I'm so pleased.
Mitchell, let me know if we have callers standing by and we'll bring them in.
But Wolfgang, I gotta say, you've been so wonderfully tenacious about pursuing this.
The very idea that you would find two homicide cops from the local precinct on your porch in your gated community in Florida, telling you they were there on behalf of the Connecticut State Police, and that if you continue to ask questions about Sandy Hook, you would be prosecuted.
When you were only asking those questions in the sincere naive belief it had been real and you wanted to find out what had happened so you could advise other school systems what steps to take to ensure it didn't happen to them.
I mean, to me, it's just flabbergasting.
Their arrogance.
They were so brazen about this, Wolf.
Jim, I'm a naturalized U.S.
citizen.
I earned the privilege.
And since when are we the people not allowed to ask questions of our government?
Since when are we the people are not allowed to have an opinion about our government?
That's, that's the whole makeup of our country is not to be afraid to challenge.
And then, like you said, they come to my house and they told me that if I ask questions, they're going to put me in jail.
And sure enough, January 27th, 2020 at 1.30 in the morning, just around at my house.
And my wife and I, you know, God, we were sound asleep.
We go to the front door and man, the guy yells, are you Wolfgang Halbig?
And I said, yeah, we got a felony arrest warrant for you.
And they snatched me.
They handcuffed me.
They walked me across the golf course in the middle of the night into a cow field, threw me in the back of a police cruiser.
This is unheard of.
I'm a former state trooper.
I would never, ever treat anybody, number one, becoming a United States citizen.
The first thing I learned from the judge, he said, do not commit a felony.
Jim, in my lifetime, I would never, ever commit a felony.
I have grandkids.
I want them to be proud of me.
And what they did to me.
And then I just now found out.
Richard and I, we filed a civil rights lawsuit.
Jim, there is no felony arrest document.
There is no felony arrest warrant.
There is no felony affidavit for probable cause.
They did it just to Well, I'm quite angry about it.
creativity and my livelihood.
Yeah, they're trying to dismear you.
It's character assassination, Wolf.
You're just too persevering and exposing the truth.
Richard, is this about as outrageous a case as you've seen?
I mean, to me, unjust, Don.
Your thoughts?
Oh, I'm quite angry about it.
That's why I participated in this for the last nine years.
It's not just the arrest, but I had my own personal attorney contact Newtown Police Department and ask for some public records on my own.
And he's a deputy sheriff, or he was, you know, until he retired.
And he says, yeah, I know how to deal with police departments.
I'm interested in that myself.
And he did the public records request for me.
The law for the check-in sign, we don't have that yet.
And the dash cams are ridiculous.
It looks like somebody's video cam, you know, not a professional dash cam.
And as far as the lawsuits are concerned, well, we've made federal subpoenas for these documents.
And they just shine them on.
The wolf went down there to collect them and they said, no, we're not going to give them to you.
What are you going to do about it?
Within three hours after I was released from jail, the New York Times published a major article and put it on the AP wire services.
My name was in every national newspaper with my name listed as a felon with my jail photos.
Now, Why would somebody do that?
I'm nobody.
I'm just a retired person asking questions.
Yes.
Yes, of course.
Well, we do have a, we do have a caller standing by Bruce from Texas.
Bruce joined the conversation with Wolfgang Helbig and Richard Carlisle and myself.
Yes.
Thank you.
And this is the first time that I've had the opportunity To thank Wolfgang Halbig for his excellent work.
I followed your stuff and Jim from day one, and you did a terrific job.
And it's a shame what they've done to you, but in retrospect, you know, it's not surprising.
We live in a criminal government.
There was a White House insider sometime.
He was in the Reagan administration.
And he had a website called Criminal State.
Jeff Gates, I think is his name.
And he also has a presentation on YouTube talking about how U.S.
subject apparatus in the media talked about the American public supporting the invasion of Iraq after 9-11.
And, yeah, it's really a shame.
You know, my background is an EMT paramedic.
And, uh, I've been to firefighting school, but mostly I focused on emergency medicine.
And, uh, in all my years, I've been eight years total in that profession.
I never saw a fire truck pulling a time that said everyone must check in.
No, it's just absurd.
Let me, let me ask you this question.
What do you think when they did not allow any paramedics or EMTs inside Sandy Hook to look at the children?
That's a key indicator right there.
They had nothing to show them.
And this kid, Ana Blanda, was supposed to kill everyone with a headshot or something?
I mean, no one must have been injured if this was a real shooting.
So where's the EMS people bringing up an injured child?
Where's the helicopters?
It's a mass casualty incident.
So where was the triage set up at?
Where's the medevac helicopter?
There's none of it.
And then later on, um, go ahead.
And you know this, that, you know, once we neutralize the shooter, we get all of those kids to the hospital as quick as possible.
Exactly.
Not unless it's just an obvious, I guess it's a blown out head or something.
Well, yeah.
You don't let them lay on the floor all night long.
And did you know that the Connecticut State Police, they actually ate lunch in the cafeteria?
Yeah, after seeing all those piles of dead bodies, it just makes you a hunger for a sub.
Wolfgang, you didn't know?
They had a sub sandwich, banana.
Can you imagine?
Somebody went shopping for bananas.
You know how picky we are on what bananas we eat?
You're making a point about how the Alex Jones defense team have no interest in you.
They have no interest in me.
Alex has declared in a video that he never even read Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.
I mean, how dumb is that?
You're internationally famous.
You have a huge audience.
You're taking a stand on a controversial issue, and you don't read the only objective scientific study where 13 experts, including six PhDs, dissect what happened.
You don't even read it?
But get this, just to show how blatant it is.
We know, of course, Wayne Carver, during his press conference, announced how the parents were not allowed to see the kids, just as you're pursuing with Bruce here in your conversation.
Well, Neil Heslin, Neil Heslin, who was with Scarlett Lewis, brought this first lawsuit against Alex Jones for which he's having to shell out about 50 mil in punitive damages.
Neil Hesselin claimed that he held his dying son, Jesse, in his arms, which is directly contradicted by Wayne Carver.
They cannot both be speaking the truth, but they can both be speaking the false.
Why would not the Alex Jones team bring up, when you got Neil Hesselin as a plaintiff here, that he claimed to have held his dying son in his arms, When Wayne Carver, the medical examiner, who really was the glue that held the whole case together because his position and authority, declared none of the parents were allowed to see their children.
They were only identified on the basis of photographs, which I regard as completely appropriate because most of them only existed in the form of photographs.
Well, Jim, I'm telling you this.
I wish this damn Alex Jones would have the courage to fight As you and I have been fighting and we stand our ground.
And Alex Jones has just cowered down for some reason.
And Alex Jones has always been a conspiracy theorist.
This is nothing new.
This is what he does for a living.
And I can't believe he's not fighting and calling you on the stand or me on the stand or Corey Slanka.
He's listed as a defendant.
I mean, this is this is just This is justice just gone wrong.
Wrong prosecution.
I mean, I don't know what else to say.
This is unbelievable.
Well, you know, Mary Maxwell, have you read the latest, which is on my blog, you know, making six points about your discoveries?
Yeah.
Jim, I have to jump.
I want to thank you.
How big?
I may call back.
Okay, Bruce, thank you for calling in.
Thank you for calling in.
Mary explains there why she thinks that Alex is in on it, Wolfgang.
I'm very troubled by that.
I mean, Alex has done a lot of good work in drawing attention to controversial issues where something isn't right and inviting speculation about what's going on.
He's been very good at that, but he's not been good at following through and assessing the evidence to Confirm or refute the alternative hypotheses.
In this case, very simply, that the shooting was real and kids died or that the shooting was fake and it was a FEMA drill.
It's really not so tough to evaluate.
Because if the shooting was real, then what's the probability of there being a FEMA manual, FEMA maps?
The parents not being allowed to see the kids, no evacuation take place.
I mean, the official hypothesis on the available evidence has a probability of approximately zero.
Well, Alex Jones should stand on his statement that he made at the very beginning.
The information that's coming out of Sandy Hook has got more holes in it than Swiss cheese.
Yeah.
Well, that's what we were trying to do.
Our job through public records was trying to fill those holes, okay?
But he made a true and accurate statement.
The media is giving so much misinformation.
The mother is a great teacher at the school, and then she's a substitute.
You gotta be kidding me.
Who made up that crap?
Yeah, you know, I mean, Mary makes six key points, including that the press were there in Newtown before the event had even taken place.
Wolfgang, I mean, what could be more damning?
Why in the world would you be in Newtown, this really obscure little town in Connecticut, unless you were there to cover, to create a first impression, which is so important with the American people in advance, because, you know, something big is going to come forth and you need to push the propaganda.
We found the motel where they were staying at.
in Brown Plaza asking, when did the people arrive?
Oh, she said, I was busy on the 11th of December.
They locked all the rooms down.
They wanted all the conference rooms.
You know, she said, I was on the phone all day long.
I'll never forget that day.
Richard, isn't this incredibly damning?
Oh, no.
The more that I've done this, you know, I try to do secretarial work for Wolf.
I like a maintainer of records.
We've got a thousand telephone calls that we've recorded.
People in Connecticut don't answer their phones, but when they do, it's a snow job that we get.
It's interesting, these people that that have shined us on with stuff.
Well, it turns out FEMA even gives them instruction on how to preserve, how to deflact, how to maintain the illusion.
Paul from California is here.
Paul, join the conversation with Wolfgang, Richard, and me.
Well, so Wolfgang, I don't know if you have considered that Alex Jones is fake, not real, not totally authentic, and the trial is not real.
It's fake.
But I can assure you that that's the case.
And I know, Jim, if you correspond with Wolfgang, you can send him the link to the first paper, not the second one, but the first paper that Miles Mapp did on the Alex Jones trial, clearly being fake.
But again, I don't need to read any papers to know.
When you have a nationally televised trial with multiple camera angles, And the kind of ridiculous nonsense that took place in that trial, just in terms of procedure, it's not real.
And Jim, you had recently on Mike Sledge, and then we were on together.
I sent him a text this morning of a clip from Alex Jones years ago, and one of his histrionics says, the note that I sent with the text was, hey, Mike, you can use this next time you want to practice your Alex Jones imitation.
Yeah.
I am a Jew, okay?
I'm a Jew!
So this is Alex Jones himself saying this, okay?
And the reason somebody attached this clip is it was part of this recent phone call where somebody called in and tried to talk about Israel's involvement in this or that, and he mentioned the word Jew, and immediately he was shut down, and basically they disconnected on this guy.
This was actually a recent phone call from the last few weeks.
And then this person who put this clip together attached this older clip from Alex Jones saying, I'm a Jew, okay?
I'm a Jew.
So it's like, you got two choices here.
Either he is or he isn't.
If he is, then fine.
He's letting us know.
If he isn't, then he's lying.
Okay?
The fact of the matter is that Alex Jones is not Kim Thompson.
Okay?
Alex Jones is not anybody.
He's not me.
And he's not any number of people that have integrity and tell the truth.
So we don't need to pay any attention to what he's doing, except for he's part of the show.
He's part of the show and you're not.
Well, they're using, yeah, they're going to drag these trials right up to the midterm, I can convince myself.
Remember, this is just a second of three.
The Democrats somehow think it's going to be beneficial to them, but they're using it to attack everyone who questions any formal narrative.
I agree it's not going to work, but I mean, I think they're deluded into the belief that it may do some good.
And they've been attacking all the Sandy Hook skeptics.
Wolfgang, me, James Tracy, Sophia was mentioned early on.
The idea is to set the example that if you challenge official narratives, this is what might happen to you.
I mean, look what's happening to Alex Jones and consider how powerful, influential, and wealthy he is.
If you don't want something like that to happen to you, just keep your mouth shut and believe what you're told.
They bad-mouthed me in a few places.
You may not like to hear, but I believe it's not just my take, it's the actuality of the situation.
Not only did not anybody die of Sandy Hook, but nobody knows about it and nobody cares.
I remember when it happened.
I didn't really pay any attention to it.
I didn't know anything about it.
The only reason I get interested in these events is that people online, such as yourself, such as Sophia, such as other people, deconstruct them at stake.
But I know I'm not alone in not paying attention to the news for many decades, and I remember Way back when, you know, when I was interested in so-called current events in politics, I would often get into discussions or attempt to engage people that I interacted with, mostly with clients.
You know, we're talking about just middle-aged white people that are homeowners.
That's who I work for.
And more times than not, people hadn't heard of the things I was mentioning or paid really no attention to it and showed little interest.
That was my experience over and over again.
And I bet you right now, if you took a survey of the average American person, not that many people would even know anything about it.
So, I think the good news about that is, whatever it is they're doing, as a general rule, fails.
Okay, I don't think anybody has lost any guns because of Sandy Hook.
And all they did was they created a little bit of theater, the news media covered it, most people did not pay any attention about it, and it hasn't changed anybody's lives.
And the operation, which was designed to quote, promote gun control, For the most part, it's a failure because, as people have pointed out, gun sales always go up after these events.
So screw it.
That's my take.
Okay, we got Barb Blake from Florida here.
Barb, join the conversation.
Hi, gentlemen.
Go.
I'm just up the road from Broward County and my Part H for that kid, Nick.
I really feel like he was framed and, you know, is he going to end up being executed?
It was ridiculous.
We have a fellow student, a wonderful young woman who testified.
She walked off campus with Nicholas Cruz.
She had a conversation with him.
She said to him, I'm surprised it wasn't you.
And he said, huh?
And meanwhile, you could hear the sound of gunshots in the background.
And she is allegedly a victim of a suicide.
I tell you, this was a lovely young woman.
Looked about as opposite to anyone who would be suicidal as anyone I've ever seen, and she was an alibi witness for him.
The whole Parkland thing was such a sham.
They let the students go at one o'clock because it was Valentine's Day.
They had 3,500 students, but only a couple dozen stayed behind to play the role of crisis student actors.
Barb, you got it absolutely right.
They used a guy in a hazmat suit firing a sim gun.
This is fire simulated ammunition made out of beeswax and laundry detergent.
It'll create a welt in your skin but it doesn't even penetrate the skin.
It's why you had students who were allegedly shot with an AR-15 walking around and days later with band-aids over their AR-15 wounds because it was using simunition.
The whole thing was fraudulent.
And this is the reason that the Sheriff Scott Israel couldn't let his deputies in.
They didn't know they weren't in on the fakery and he was worried they might actually shoot the guy firing the SimGuard.
But Jim, the bigger issue is, you know this from the Marines, we never ever remove active crime evidence from the scene.
Why are they carrying out this huge black duffel bag by two Police officers loading it into a white pickup truck.
Yeah.
You are never allowed to remove evidence.
Always.
And nobody questions it?
It was a, it was a, it was a, yeah, it was a SWAT suit.
It was complete body armor.
It was all in that duffel bag.
Well, if they just had to get it off the premises.
But yeah, but see, the thing is, why isn't that brought up in the courtroom?
What's in the black duffel bag?
Who was the police officer dressed in full metal garb?
Because both sides are in on it, Wolfgang.
These are all phony lawsuits.
It's embarrassing.
It bothers me that our system is that broken.
Yeah, I know.
It's disgusting.
Bruce is back.
Bruce, I take it you have another question for Wolf?
Yeah, well, it's difficult to come to grips with.
I had to work on it myself.
The levels of corruption in our society, in our government, not just the federal, but the state and local government.
They say every man has his price, and when you can make all the money of God, you know, you can pay off enough people to where you can get them to compromise your integrity.
Yeah.
Jim, I sent you an email.
I want you to look over it.
I can touch on the topic real quick there.
Are y'all familiar with the case of Chris Kyle, the American sniper?
Yeah, yeah.
But look, don't go there now, Bruce.
We're good.
I want to return to Paul.
I'll look at your email.
Paul.
Okay, I'll look at it.
Paul, I just want to add Robert Barnes, who's a brilliant attorney, was actually in the courtroom in the first trial and he said it didn't look right to him.
There were three cameras, one focused on the jury.
It looked to him like a made-for-TV movie.
So you got another, you know, a real expert who was in the courtroom sounding a very similar theme.
Well, Jim, I've got to say this, okay, to you listeners, I cannot wait until October 3rd.
You and William, God, you guys have done such a great job getting to the Supreme Court.
Let me tell you what, I can't tell you how proud I am.
I mean, you, Alex Jones and his attorney, they filed to appear before the Supreme Court and they denied it.
You are one step away, and I'm telling you, it's game changer for America.
Well, I thank you, Wolfgang.
I'm actually there pro se.
Bill and I had a difference on how to proceed, and I couldn't actually afford an attorney, so I submitted pro se.
I had to prove that I couldn't afford an attorney.
Pauper status saved a lot of money, but also made me in a position to present the case exactly as I wanted to present, which was to expose the hypocrisy of the summary judgment protocols in Wisconsin that allow the judge to decide on the facts.
I mean, it's just outrageous, Wolf.
You intimated what was going on there.
And I think the Supreme Court is going to use this as an opportunity to clean up summary judgment all across the nation.
Richard, I'd like to invite you to make a final comment, and then I'll come back to Wolf.
Richard.
You know, I wish I could make a final comment, because this thing keeps... We're in a meat grinder.
Right now we have to wait on Wolf's civil action just with the Sheriff's Department and the State Prosecutor.
We kind of think we know why they're doing what they're doing, but it's speculation.
And we have to wait for the judge to decide whether he's going to dismiss it or take our motion to strike and move on and let us have discovery.
Yes, yes, yes.
Well, Wolf, I'm so in awe of your perseverance and determination under these extremely difficult circumstances.
I've been hit with these massive fines, you know, 1.1 mil plus, but they've actually dragged you out in the middle of the night through a golf course in a field to put you in front of a mug, you know, a line for a mug shot.
I mean, it was just outrageous.
I just, I admire you, my friend.
I can't think about it.
They did all of that when there is no felony arrest warrant.
There is no felony arrest warrant.
I know, I know.
And they did it anyway.
Yes, I know, I know.
Hey, Jim, one thought.
I want all your listeners, I beg them, I'm begging of you, find a lottery winner somewhere in America and ask them to fund Fund.
Jim Fetzer.
And Bill Scott.
I think it's time that we attack the government with major civil lawsuits.
I think it's time for us to go after them instead of being a coward and sitting back.
See, Jim Fetzer is going to the Supreme Court.
He's not afraid.
Why?
He's an officer and a gentleman.
He wasn't a Marine.
We know how to stand our ground.
Same here.
I'm not going to walk away.
I'm not going to let a sheriff put me in jail and not be held accountable.
So help Jim Fetzer and Bill Scott and bless you.
And we need you now more than ever.
Well, Wolfgang, wonderful having you here.
Richard, I know you have a further thought.
Yeah.
When they arrested him, the affidavit and the warrant for his arrest was for a misdemeanor.
And in Florida, That violates a Florida statute.
You're not allowed to do that.
I think you've got a great case, Richard.
I'm so glad you're aiding and abetting Wolfgang in this legal effort to straighten things out.
Thanks to Bruce and Paul and Barb for calling in.
Wolfgang, keep fighting the good fight, and we'll learn about my prospects before the Supreme Court on the 10th of October.
I'll know that's in conference on the 7th.
And Richard, I want you to know, and the public to know, you are my saving grace, my friends.
You are one of the best researchers I've ever met, and I hope Jim reaches out to you to help research in the future.
Well, thank you all for being here.
I'm so glad we could make contact.
Godspeed.
