This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm delighted to be joined today by Carl Herming, who's subbing in for Joe Olson and Michael Ivey, who are unavailable.
This is a pickup from yesterday, where I was being interviewed by HBO for a special on Sandy Hook and could not make the normal appointed time.
We have a major development in Italy.
I think this is quite sensational.
We have a Giorgia Meloni set to become Italy's first female prime minister.
This is a right-wing alliance that actually believes in a whole lot of things.
You'd think she's a female Donald Trump.
The Brothers of Italy had a clear majority.
This was an alliance between her party, Brothers of Italy, former Deputy Prime Minister of Salvini's League and former Prime Minister Bersconi former Deputy Prime Minister of Salvini's League and former Prime Minister Bersconi Brothers of Italy was over 26%, the League at 9%, Furies at around 8%, a total over 43%.
The Conservative Alliance looks like it'll now control both houses, the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate.
This is an extremely positive development.
Today we wrote history, Maloney said in a social media post.

Italy is getting what we need here in the United States.
The party leaders in this conservative coalition are Euroskeptics, if not Italievers, meaning the Italian version of Brexiteers, and with even the comparatively center-right Berlusconi having hardened his stance on the EU after senior officials, in his view, successfully conspired to have him ousted as Prime Minister in 2011.
With Maloney's victory, Italy is now expected to join the few European countries that have conservative governments at this time, such as Hungary and Poland.

Well, that is a great prospect, and she really won championing the ideas of no-vax passport, no forced experimental medical products, and telling the truth that the migration, the forced migration, I'm unaware of the details in Italy, but, you know, everywhere around the world, this migration and open borders is just a calamity.
I know from personal experience from discussing people who lived in Switzerland, and this goes back 20 plus years of how important it was for the Swiss to keep their borders contained and their workplace contained in order to have good employment and the beautiful situation in Zurich.
So the idea in the past for history, the article talks about a left-right paradigm, And the history of that throughout the world in these so-called democracies is to control both parties, the left and right arm of the one imperial nation.
And this might be a breakout from it.
The people certainly are going to be motivated beyond any time in history, given what they've witnessed in the last two years, to demand that the people's voice be counted and that they have transparent information.
The idea that people were played by COVID perhaps has reached a point where that is going to push forward and require that politicians be made accountable.
Similar to the very encouraging result that corporate media will not report is that the Donbass finished up their voting.
And I did see a video of on the ground reporting with 90% plus choosing to be part of Russia and to go against Ukraine that has been shelling those people and killing about 14,000 in the last eight and a half years.

Meanwhile, U.S.
PSYOPs expose Washington is in concern about morals.
It's worried about getting caught.
A bombshell Washington Post investigation.
Look at this coming from the Washington Post.
Maybe it's regained its sense of journalism, at least to a degree.
As revealed, the Pentagon is conducting a sweeping audit of how it conducts clandestine information warfare after a variety of social media accounts in which its operatives used to target foreign audiences in elaborate psychological warfare efforts were exposed.
The accounts violating platform rules were eventually busted by researchers and the social networks they had webinized.
U.S.
defense policy expert Colin Call is reported to have demanded every Pentagon division engaged in psyops online provide a full account of their activities by October due to a high-level concern that attempted manipulation of audiences overseen by the DoD has significantly overstepped the mark.
Those fears were stoked, it appears, by the release of a landmark report in August by social media analytics firm Grafika and the Stanford Internet Observatory, finding over the past five years hundreds of accounts disseminating pro-Western narratives, such as the recent propaganda blitz that advanced anti-Russian narratives, criticism of the Kremlin's imperialist war in Ukraine included, were likely being run by the Pentagon's CENTCOM unit.
CETCOM is responsible for military ops of every sort across 21 countries in the Middle East, North Africa, Central and South Asia.
According to Kafka's report, among the accounts taken down was a fictional Persian-language news outlet that shared content reposted from U.S.
state-run propaganda platform Voice of America, Farsi and Radio Free Europe.
One account claimed relatives of deceased Afghan refugees had reported bodies of their loved ones being returned from Iran with missing organs.
The obvious purpose of the exercise was to prevent Afghans fleeing to the neighboring country.
Quite why isn't clear, though defense officials said it would absolutely be a violation of doctrine and training practices.
Strikingly, the paper also independently learned that in 2020, Facebook permanently banned fake accounts created by Centcom to counter claims that COVID-19 may have escaped from U.S.
Biological Weapons Lab at Fort Detrick.
In other cases, the accounts even promoted information deemed by fact-checkers to be false.
Sometimes the Pentagon went to the extent of using deepfake technique to create artificial personas In the belief that what appears to be, say, an Afghan woman or an Iranian student might be more persuasive than if they were openly pushed by the U.S.
government.
Duh!
The only problem is they got caught.
The Post without Irony frames concerns about these warfare tactics from the Pentagon as being related to efforts compromising Washington's purported moral high ground globally.
A nameless diplomat stated, generally speaking, we should not be employing the same kind of tactics our adversaries are using.
We are a society built on a certain set of values.
We promote those values around the world.
When we use tactics like them, it just undermines our argument about who we are.
Residents of the Global South, many of the countries falling under the CENTCOM purview, might bat an eye at talk of values given how the U.S.
has operated in their country through overt intervention and clandestine meddling for decades, which of course includes coups as we've had in Ukraine and assassinations.
So what exactly accounts for the surge of internal concern?
Clues are littered in the Post Report.
One particular passage notes that Facebook and Twitter directly contacted the Pentagon to warn them they'd been busted.
As far back as December of 2020, David Granovich, Facebook Director of Global Threat Disruption, whom himself spent six years at the Pentagon serving as Director of Intelligence at the elite White House National Security Council, got in touch with his former co-workers to warn them If Facebook could sniff them out, so could U.S.
adversaries.
His point was, guys, you got caught.
That's a problem.
Clearly, senior staff at the networks consider their platform being weaponized for information warfare purposes to be thoroughly acceptable as long as it's U.S.
intel and military doing it, and they don't get burned.
They don't get caught.
On another occasion, Facebook and Twitter have provided American spies with helpful pointers on improving their operations and concealing and conducting their nefarious activities more effectively.
And hell is an open question, even more revealing the post-noted legislation ratified by Congress in 2019.
Unbridled the Pentagon to manage clandestine psychological operations which was previously prohibited from engaging in leading hires to get really excited and eager to use these new authorities.
Defense contractors were equally eager to land lucrative classified contracts to enable clandestine influence operations.
In the process, the U.S.
military cloak-and-dagger tactics may have crossed into what the CIA has claimed as its covert authority, which led Langley to become perturbed.
Spying without a post doesn't acknowledge it.
This appears to have been the Pentagon's undoing.
In other words, the CIA was exposing the DOD was on their turf.
Spying agencies are notoriously protective of their respective beast.
Squabbling between CIA and NSA is well known.
Disputes of who is in charge and who's to be blamed for intelligence failures, such as allegedly led to 9-11, but we know much better.
9-11 was an inside job in which the DOD and the CIA were deeply involved.
Another entity encroaching its curve would not be tolerated by Langley.
It would be understandable if CIA, which celebrated its 75th birthday on 18 September, alas, felt it necessary to throw its new rival under the bus for its own purposes.
Graphica, which exposed the Pentagon's online operations, is an extremely well-connected firm, having conducted high-level work for numerous government agencies.
Easy for Langley to point its researchers in the right direction or leave a trail of breadcrumbs for them to follow.
In December of 63, Harry Truman created the agency when he signed the National Security Act of 1947 expressed grave concern.
It originally envisioned an effective newswire service providing the Oval Office with regular information to inform foreign policy decisions, but it had quickly become disturbed That the quiet intelligence arm of the president had been diverted from its original assignment and grown into an operational at time policymaking arm of the government.
Noting this has led to trouble and may have compounded our difficulties in several explosive areas, Truman urged CIA to be reined in and return to its original vision.
His entreaties were ignored.
Today, the agency is, in many ways, the true government of the United States.
And even the almighty Pentagon isn't safe.
Carl, Well, the history of the Washington Post is that this is going to be Operation Mockingbird Propaganda for the Empire.
So the history of the DoD, those are going to be war criminals.

There have been over 200 foreign military engagements since World War II, since the treaty Of the United Nations, which supported the World War I treaty, that war is illegal.

has started over 200 of them.
And the amount of people killed in these wars for freedom, democracy, progress, whatever it is that they want to spin it, has killed about 30 million people.
30 million is going to be more than the grand total killed by the German Nazis in World War II.
So this is a story, and I believe that the Washington Post is just going to be doing more CYA work until proven otherwise, because they're covering for war criminals.
And if you don't put that into the context that these were lie-started Let's see.
As a professional, I characterize the U.S.
as a rogue state empire.
I'm a retired AP U.S.
government teacher and it certainly doesn't qualify as a constitutional republic.
Limited government.
That's what we're promised and it's just ridiculous.
In the article I like that part where they had a nameless diplomat and that's all that they ever do is that they have they create testimony and they say oh yeah this person uh because of national security we couldn't say his name and pretending that the United States is this paragon of virtue and that oh that's what our it's all virtue signaling that's all that we're ever going to get from corporate media and these leaders
is virtue signaling while they do the Orwellian opposite until they get caught and named out as criminal.
And the Washington Post is not going to come out and say that these are crimes, crimes against humanity.
They're not going to connect the consequences of this propaganda to the millions killed.
And for Truman to make that comment in December of 63, well, to say that the CIA had turned into a president whacking agency after November of 1963 would be the most accurate term.
And really, you do have to have an intelligence agency in order to effectively run your rogue state empire.
And the purpose of the empire is just global domination in the simple sense.
It's just with the resources, the natural resources and the human resources to maximize profit of the natural resources and as well.
As having the petrodollar so that you, the United States, can print what is used for money for nothing and then get people like the Saudis to secure part of their profits with dollar-only sold oil by investing back into U.S.
securities.
So it is an empire and that's what we live under.
Well, I've got to compliment the Post for at least an act of journalism when they observe, in many ways, the CIA is the government of the United States.
I think that's spot on.
Harry Truman was subsequently observed that creating the CIA was the greatest mistake of his career as a president of the United States.
Meanwhile, the Air Force Academy is teaching cadets to avoid saying mom and dad.
This is just absurd.
A slide presentation from a diversity and inclusive training class taught at the Air Force Academy shows cadets are being taught to use gender-neutral language, such as partner instead of boyfriend, girlfriend, parent instead of mom, dad.
These docs were shared with the press by Florida Representative Mike Walz, who said cadets were alarmed by the presentation.
Walz is a member of the Green Parade, a veteran of the war in Afghanistan.
Now we're instructing cadets entering the Air Force not to say mom, dad, not to say boyfriend, girlfriend.
This kind of drives toward gender dupality.
The Air Force shouldn't be worried about macro-aggression against America that's happening all over the world.
This is absolutely stunning!
Fox News tweeting, Defense in Danger Ton Cotton Ripped New Woke Air Force Academy Training, Warning the Recruitment Crisis is Dangerous for America, and Social Justice Training Won't Solve the Problem.
The Biden Pentagon looking for the causes of military recruitment crisis is like O.J.

In April of 2021, West Point hosted a controversial lecture called Understanding Whiteness and White Rage.

Air Force, not the only branch under scrutiny for including diversity and inclusion training, the Navy made news by adding two weeks of boot camp to accommodate new classes on suicide prevention, sexual assault, hazing, and racism.

I did see a translated version of the new Italian Prime Minister Poloni, or Moloni, Saying the same thing.
And she said that, look, we have witnessed the destruction of our culture in Italy.
They're trying to make us into numbered faceless persons who are only going to be ordered to follow health orders and to work and to accept it.
And I think I haven't looked a lot into it with what Maloney was talking about the W.E.F.
But I'm sure that that resonates as well in Europe.
Again, this is Klaus Schwab setting the exponential growth of aggregate debt into a new game to better benefit the oligarchs where we, the people, own nothing.
The masters own everything.
We eat bugs and wash for body parts and be happy about that.
So, the U.S.
military is engaging in another strategy of divide to conquer, and this is a psychopathic pretense to care about some small group of people while ignoring the bigger picture.
They don't care about human beings.
Again, they've killed over 30 million of them in these illegal wars since World War II, so the idea of Offending transgenders or something is the ridiculousness of the propaganda at the moment.
I think it's also important to point out the evil that they're pretending to care about transgenders or gays or whatever, but really what they're pushing is this transgender agenda.
And this is not a coincidence that we had Big Mike as the co-president.
You have Big Jack as the PM in New Zealand.
This really does press into the questions of these Satanists with Baphomet, which is a dual gender type of God figure.
Now, I don't have, as a professional scholar, it pains me to say that, but I'm just raising those questions.
I haven't done the work to really get into it, but it's just interesting coincidences that I don't think are coincidental.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is declaring the GOP will immediately repeal the hiring of 87,000 IRS agents if Republicans flip the House.
That's going to be welcome news to most Americans.
On that first day we're sworn in, you'll see it all changes.
Because in our furry first bill, we're going to repeal 87,000 IRS agents.
Our job is to work for you, not to go after you.
The Inflation Reduction Act, of course, included funding for that $87,000.
In all my years in Congress, I've not had a phone call from anyone saying, Steve, please add more people to the IRS.
And House Minority Whip Steve Scalise dubbing it, talking about the commitment to America that the Republicans are promoting.
The Senate Republicans introduced a bill earlier this month blocking the IRS from using new funding to audit Americans, maybe less than $400,000 annually.
Without support from the Senate, any House bill won't advance to Biden.
Additionally, Republicans would need to summon a veto-proof majority, which likely means getting Democrat support.
But once the midterm takes place, I don't believe that will be a problem.
House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, for the Democrats, however, said they were proud of the Inflation Reduction Act, made a lot of ridiculous claims that it's going to bring down the cost of health care and energy, fund new jobs and deal with climate issues.
They may think it was intended for that, but in fact, it appears it's going to contribute to inflation and be worthless in other respects.
McCarthy noted costs for everyday goods have spiked under Biden, as has crime in any Democrat-run cities.
The Democrats have no plan.
If you trust us, hold us accountable.
We will help the entire country.
We will do that for this country.
From what I see and hear, families are struggling to make ends meet, whether you go to a grocery store, budgeting for heating bills that are skyrocketing, struggle to fill your tank of gas.
People feel they're working harder than ever, but falling further behind.
The American people are smart.
They know this is a direct result of the failed policies of one-party Democrat rule in Washington.
House Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik of New York said, there is a better way.
We are here to help, and this is our commitment to America.
These ideas came from the American people.
Meanwhile, did Jean Pierre admit that Biden had been flying migrants across the country since day one?
On a recent episode of the Rubin Report, he shared a video clip where Karine Jean-Pierre tries to dodge a reporter's question about the Biden admin's glaring hypocrisy in transporting migrants to different parts of the country.

We are offering solutions.
That's what the Biden-Harris administration has been doing since day one, including on the first day, putting forth a comprehensive immigration reform to deal with this issue.
I don't know what questions he's answering, Rubin commented on.
They just answer questions that have nothing to do with anything.
They say words to get to the period of the sentence.
It's nothing but BS.
DeSantis said it was essentially no different than what the federal government has been doing in saying flights in the middle of the night.
That's how it's characterized, you know, taking migrants by the tens of thousands.

As a retired former AP Macroeconomics teacher, and we all teach that the system that we have creates what we use for money as a debt owed back to the banking system.
And this creates over time, of course, an exponential growth curve of debt.
That's why we have the Great Reset.
And so we could pay that off.
We could transfer these obscene profits from the too-big-to-banks back to we, the people.
The quantitative benefits of monetary reform and public banking is about a million dollars per average U.S.
household.
You can't even imagine what that would be, the abundance of the hundreds of trillions looted in total, estimated by Katherine Austin Fitts and Robert David Steele, We would, with monetary reform and public banking, we would reduce the cost of infrastructure investment paid by bonds by 50% over the lifetime of the bond.
We would do that because we wouldn't have to sell the debt securities through the Wall Street for-profit brokerage.
We would be able to create that credit in-house and at cost, so there certainly are superior mechanics to that.
And for the White House press secretary, propaganda peer, yeah, all they do is they're going to weasel out of any question of any importance.
So she is not anybody who is doing the job that a White House press spokesperson should do.
It's the Orwellian opposite, and she's going to lie by omission and just virtue signal.
So when that guy asks, I don't know what question she's answering.
Oh, yeah, that's exactly it.
She won't answer any question that's damning to the narrative.
Instead, she'll talk narrative talking points and then treat us as so stupid Very nice.

Meanwhile, Rothschild hold about 80% of the world's total wealth, but it's not enough.

Meanwhile, Europe suffers a horrifying 755% increase in excess deaths among children since EMA, the European Medical Association, approved COVID vacs for kids.
At the end of August, we reported official mortality figures for Europe showed a shocking 691% increase in excessive deaths among children, up to week 33 of 2022 since the European Medicines Agency extended the emergency use of Pfizer-19 for children aged 12 to 15.
Our investigation has forced the European Union's official statistics department to become a Europe-wide investigation as to why there's been such a significant increase in deaths among children 0 to 14.
About announcing the organization, publishing the figure altered the baseline by which excess deaths are measured.
This resulted in the number of excess death being artificially reduced.
So we have revisited the data.
And despite the Euro Mono's best effort reduces severity, we can exclusively reveal the altered figures shows there been a shocking 755% increase in excess death, and a 630% increase overall since the VAX was approved for kids.

Following approval of the VAX for kids 12 to 15 versus others, Look at that.
leaping up from 169 to 1224.
The mortality monitoring activity, the agency claims its aim is to detect and measure excess death related to seasonal influenza pandemic and other health threats.
The mortality statistics are provided weekly from the 29 European countries.
The following chart shows the excess death through 2020 and 2021.
Among, as you can see, deaths among children through 2020 were generally below the expected number of deaths.
The trend continued through week 22, at which point they were recorded, excess deaths were recorded week on week.
What's interesting about this is it coincides with the week the European Medicines Agency granted an extension of indication of the COVID-19 to include children 12 to 15.

Look at all of this.
The 2017-2020 average of excess deaths equates to 101.25, but during the same period in 2021, following the Vax, there were 682 more deaths, 578 more than in the 2017-2020 average.

Yes, yes.
Well, first with the Rothschild family of banking.
One of the documentaries I looked at and greatly appreciated, I believe it was in 1996 by Bill Still, and that was called The Money Masters, which is a, I believe, three and a half hour documentary going through the history of banking, which has a lot to say about the development of the Rothschilds and their banking system.
And it literally is having the political power to create what is used for money as a debt owed back to the creators of that system, which literally gives a new meaning to taking your work home with you.
So these people are psychopaths, they're parasites.
And I've often said that, you know, demand the arrest of these leaders.
And if you want to quantify, well, which leaders?
If you go 0.01% in the United States, that's a little more than 30,000.
And if you arrest these people based upon the data of literally the empire's annually killing millions, harming billions, and looting trillions, You would be able to create deals and roll up the criminal chain and get to the facts.
These are crimes against humanity.

So therefore, what we're looking at is the choice between one hand where we're standing is the Great Awakening.
And that's going to be the comprehensive data that is independently verifiable and that we actually have an honest debate.
Remember need to know news is really founded by academic scholarship and the love of knowledge and that the the.
No duh observation is that we have to know what we're looking at in order to make intelligent choices, and the idea of a democracy is worthless if all you're getting is propaganda Pierre-like non-answers and outright lies of commission.

Meanwhile, Lori Lightfoot charges McDonald's CEO should educate himself on Chicago crime.

By the numbers, violent crime complaints have risen 37% over the past year according to Chicago Police statistics.
The crime rate has reached 67% higher than the U.S.
average.
The mayor touts her own numbers, showing 112 companies have moved in and opened their doors in the past 18 months.
She also pointed to studies showing there are 7,400 more businesses now than pre-COVID.

The California Air Resource Board is considering new regulation to ban the use of diesel semis by 2040.

They're saying that minorities suffer disproportionately from pollution in the atmosphere, and since semi-trucks contribute to pollution in the atmosphere, they ought to be reined in.
But almost all of the shipping of products goes by semi-trucks.
This is just another way of destroying the economy of California.
The proposal would require medium and heavy-duty trucks entering ports and rail yards to be fully electric by 2035.
CARB believes that freight vehicles should be banned because the diesel emissions disproportionately affect low-income and minority communities due to racist zoning policies, meaning They're buying homes that are in the vicinity of highways where they're affected disproportionately.
But my God, the solution is idiotic.
Decades of racist and classist practices, including redlining and citing decisions, have concentrated every duty vehicle and freight activities in these communities.
We've got common disproportionate pollution burdens.
Talk about putting the cart before the horse.
This is the workhorse of American transportation and the economy.
If you turn them electric, it's going to be catastrophic.
How many hours are they going to have to sit and recharge their batteries?
How much are you going to lose in terms of transit?
Outrageous!
California, of course, passed a new regulation that will require 100% of the new cars in California by 2035 to be electric.
Aim to enforce the rules By penalizing automakers up to $20,000 per vehicle if they fail to meet the state sales quotas, which they will not be able to meet, I guarantee.
They hope these measures will significantly raise the number of EVs on the road to help curb emissions and accelerate its ongoing green energy transition, which turns to be based upon myths about the correlation between the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere and the temperature of Earth.
Which does not exist.
There can be no causal connection.
This is all complete pseudoscience promoting a political agenda destined to destroy the American economy.
California truckers protested a new labor law classifying the 70,000 independent owner-operators as employees of shipping companies rather than as independent.
It forces truckers to become employed beholden to company regs or pay up to $20,000 out of pocket for permits and insurance to handle their own logistics.

Since Justice Gorsuch has shared my motion to stay with the other members of the court and will be in conference on 7 October 2022, it now appears that I will know whether the court will hear my case on 10 October 2022.
While the demand for a jury trial was made by the plaintiff rather than by me, it applied to all of us.

During the first half, I thought the school shooting did occur.
For the second, I changed my tune.
My conclusion?
It's a near certainty the entire event of December 2012 was a scripted show.
Since that's basically good news, no child died, I need to invest more of my time in Sandy Hook.
But now we have the Alex Jones Fandangle.
I think it's very telling the mainstream media, which never covered the negative argument, is heavily covering Jones' trial.
Possibly Jones is somehow in on it after being sued by some for hurting their feelings by broadcasting year after year that no children died at Sandy Hook.
He has said he was wrong.
Children did die.
He's sorry he hurt anyone's feelings.
Today's up for millions of dollars in damages, a trial to determine the amount, before a jury in Waterbury Connecticut.
So should I be worried about my wallet?
Have I similarly published that there were no deaths at school on that famous day?
Could I be sued?
Could I even be charged with a crime?
At the moment, we Americans have a Constitution, including a First Amendment.
It's okay for me to express my opinion.
I can say anything I please.
I can say we never had a president named Abraham Lincoln.
I can say Hunter Biden engaged in activities that were treasonous to the U.S.
My cuckoo statement about Lincoln won't hurt anyone.
My allegation of crime by Hunter Biden will hurt him, but I'm still allowed to say it.
It's not criminal.
Hunter can sue me for damages for defaming him, but the law states that truth is a defense.
So he'll lose his case against me if I can show the basis of my statement.
And where would I get, say, emails that he wrote?
The court is obliged to assist my defense, as well as his plaint, by way of subpoena.
This is known as discovery.
All will be put on the table.
Incidentally, per the famous question in Sullivan v. New York Times, if the plaintiff is a public figure, broadly defined, The defendant, the defamer, is allowed to throw dirt on him unless it's done with knowledge of its falsity or outright malice, meaning no meaningful purpose other than to harm the defamed.
So how's the parchment, meaning the Constitution, doing these days?
That's not the current agony Alex Jones is enduring.
Prove our Constitution has changed.
That it was illegal for him to call Sandy Hook a hoax.
I have three answers.
No, no, and no.
First, if there had been a withdrawal of the First Amendment from the Constitution, you'd have heard about it.
In fact, You don't participate in it.
The process of amending is difficult, as was intended by the founding fathers.
Just trust me on that one.
We have not lost our legal right to blather away on any subject we like.
All is constitutionally intact regarding free speech.
Second, Alex Jones never had a judge or jury say that his claims of a Sandy Hook hoax were untrue.
That matter did come to court, but a judge made a default ruling.
I don't mean the judge said, let's call a halt, Jones's wrong case, Claude, rather.
She asked Alex Jones to present some papers about his finances, and he declined to do so.
You're not allowed to disobey a judge, so that very disobedience brought the case to an end.
Note, sometime prior to the default, Jones retracted his assertions that Sandy Hook never happened.
This often happens when one's suing for defamation in the hope it will cause a complainant to drop their complaint.
The media now wants us to believe there was a court case in which Jones' claim of a hoax was adjudicated.
Definitely not.
He failed to comply with a discovery order.
He did not even protest to a higher court that default judgment.
That's why I suspect Alex is somehow in on it.
And yesterday, he called a press conference to make a stink about the court proceedings without revealing the main issue that I'm dwelling on here.
Jones and his attorneys didn't even react when CNN claims that Jones was found liable.
No, he was not found liable.
A default judgment is not a finding on the merits.
The current proceeding before a jury have only to do with establishing the amount Jones must pay based on that judge's default ruling.
And by the way, as a civil case based on tort law, criminality is not being alleged against Jones.
Third, My third note on the question about whether Americans now have to shut it a mouth, there's a James Fletcher case.
Professor Fetzer has petitioned the U.S.
Supreme Court to look at his Wisconsin case, and on October 3rd, now it would be the 7th, very soon, SCOTUS will decide whether or not to hear the case, which I'll know about on the 10th.
It is somewhat similar to the Jones matter.
Fetzer is being asked to fork over megabucks to Leonard Posner, father of a child, Noah, that Fetzer says didn't die at Sandy Hook.
Fetzer edited a book called Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.
It was a FEMA drill to support gun control.
In it, he said he doesn't think Noah's death certificate is valid.
Posner sued for designation, saying Fetzer defamed him by alleging he had submitted a phony death certificate.
It should be easy enough to prove or disprove truth to settle the case one way or the other.
Fetzer had two experts standing by who claim they see evidence of inauthenticity in the death certificate.
Their affidavits are in the file.
So did a judge or jury rule on that?
No.
It ended with a summary judgment, which is not the same as the default judgment.
Judge Frank Remington summarily decided that the experts' affidavits were just opinions that he could ignore.
His Honor also chose to ignore the fact that Fetzer had made a demand, as it's customary to have a jury decide the case.
Both of those decisions violate Fetzer's due process rights to discovery and to a jury decision as to liability.
Further action?
To put everything on the table.
I see that Professor Fetzer, age 81, has just issued a press release offering to be interviewed by any interested person.
He lists his phone number as 608-835-2707 and says all platings are available at the Supreme Court docket website.

A 20-year-old boy named Adam Lanz at his home in Newtown, Connecticut, shot his mom dead on the morning of Friday, December 14, 2012, using a rifle from her collection.
He then proceeded to drive to Sandy Hook School, arriving by 9.30 a.m., where he broke a glass door to get in.
He then murdered 20 children, ages 6 and 7, plus six staff members.
There are no video shots of this happening.
No sounds of it on the school's audio.
A few people saw holes in the story early on.
Not me.
I fell for it.
Among the noisiest complainers, some were arrested, sued, or sacked, respectively.
Wolfgang Halbig, James Fetcher, and James Tracy.
An angry local, William Shanley, was, we surmise, killed.
I won't mention that conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, as he is a gatekeeper, has been part of the system all along.
I never fell for him.
This is going to happen here later this morning as we are taping a day late.

So, as a retired professional scholar, I'm a National Board Certified Teacher in History, Government, Economics.
I have degrees from Berkeley and Harvard.
Not that those institutions are for truth.
But let me just explain over a 38 year career kind of the standard of what academics is supposed to be.
So we have a prima facie table of evidence, an allegorical table of evidence.
And if we want to know what happened about something, then We'll put claimed facts on that table and anybody can contribute facts and as a matter of fact, a healthy society is where we help each other understand the objective and independently verifiable factual case under consideration.
So whoever wants to put facts, anybody can challenge a fact as being inaccurate.
Anybody can say that we need to add facts or that fact is irrelevant.
And then we ask people, well, what do you see?
What do you conclude?
And what Jim has done through the book, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, is that if you're smart, you'll get people who are pros in the area of scholarship and you'll set them loose and they'll see things and add important facts to consider What happened on to the table?
And in this case, we have overwhelming prima facie evidence.
Now, anybody can go ahead and rest on this prima facie evidence.
It's just Latin.
It means on its face.
This is what I see.
What do you see?
And she's absolutely right.
Mary is right.
Is that nobody can be sued for that?
You're reporting on factual claims.
And in the case of Jim's trial, You had an Orwellian judge enact a show trial who said, no, no evidence for you.
I'm just going to say that all your evidence is unreasonable because that's what I dictate and you're guilty.
And this is how much you're going to have to pay next.
So.
Let's see, what else do I want to say?
We are upholding the highest academic and professional level of scholarship by raising these questions.
If you shut up about the most important issues, the Founding Fathers, primarily George Washington, admonished in language that is as harsh as you can imagine, that we will be led like sheeple.
To be killed if we are prevented from speaking on the most important topics.
Now, the system was designed here in California, all public educators take an oath and that oath is to support and defend the state and national constitutions.
And that is limited government, limited government under the law and under inalienable rights.
Let's see if there's anything else I want to say.
Oh, and then you got to take this into light that, you know, for Jim to challenge or to respond to a claim that, oh, Jim Fetzer is lying about these five versions of these death certificates, because, you know, all five have to be correct.
And Jim to say, no, no, no, there's a broader issue as well.
There are more facts to suggest that Sandy Hook was a hoax.
The judge cut that off.
Well, let's brought it out one more time, is that there's an abundance of evidence that that's all that we get from our opponents.
These psychopaths are narratives and false flags.
They're enacted in war and assassinations of JFK, RFK, MLK, and our banking system.
It's all one big lie.
And if you're not questioning that, then you're literally, you don't qualify to live in a free society, exactly as Ben Franklin admonished over 200 years ago.
We have to be able to stand up for freedom.

These are ones I did back in 2006.
There were three altogether, one with Ollie North sitting in for Sean Hannity, one with Sean Hannity, and the third with Bill O'Reilly.
With each of them, but especially with O'Reilly, isn't that a place to buy greasy shit for automobiles?
I'm of the opinion that the primary objective for them was to cause Jim to get angry and begin screaming back, maybe gesticulating wildly for a short clip that they could use against him by sending it out over the internet.
The reason that the good doctor won and not say O'Reilly is that he maintained absolute composure.
It is obvious to viewers that Jim was not given a chance to say a f***ing thing.
The interviewers obviously did not want to hear a single iota of evidence against the official story.
Therefore, they were tasked with making Jim look like a maniacal moron.
O'Reilly is the one, though, who is so abrasive that his approach was an A or B in the inclusive sense, where he intended to insult Jim at the very least, and also to goad Jim into losing his cool and screaming back, shaking his head and hands, whereby that short clip would have been sent out by the spooks all over the world to discredit Jim, to anyone who saw it, before they ever heard a single bit of Jim's evidence.
Jim actually won.
He kept his cool.
No clip could be used.

No, you know, I could say that what happened with the gas pipelines from Russia going to Germany means that, as one article I read, is that the war on Germany has now gone hot.

And, you know, any type of a test, as we all know through life experiences, is going to be thrown at you.
And this is the opportunity to stand where you choose to stand.
And where I choose to stand is with the comprehensive facts and to demand justice.
And in this case, to flip the script in this emperor's new clothes, ridiculous Orwellian condition.
