You can't handle the truth!
Welcome back, folks, to Truth vs. News Incorporated here on the 25th of September, where Hour 2, we're going to continue on with Hillary and Nazis and all the things that we're wrapping up that first hour.
Go ahead, Jim, carry on.
Oh, Don, you got it right.
We've got some stories.
Scott, your thoughts to those last two?
Well, Hillary Clinton is the gift of toxic waste and roadkill stench that never seems to stop.
I mean, talk about a Skigsyan witch.
Just a galvanizing recruiter for Republicans and Conservatives and Libertarians to stand together every time she's seen, and she's regurgitating the same nonsense.
It's amazing that people on the media that have her on there aren't saying, wait a minute, You were behind and knew about the Russia hoax.
You were advancing it.
You were pushing it.
You were working with the FBI.
You were working on sabotaging and spying on Americans and spying on Trump and stopping the will of the American people in 2016.
The whole Russian hoax with Mueller and all of these clowns, Strzok and Lisa Page and James Comey.
You were part of that.
Obama was part of that.
Biden was part of that.
Victoria knew.
All of these people that were part of your group were behind that.
Seth Rich was killed because of that.
Uh and among many other things.
So Hillary Clinton's rotten stench of death follows her everywhere and everything that she's done.
And Mitch McConnell of course is another rotten stench of death in in an establishment Republican sort of way.
His statement against Donald Trump uh and and trying to uh I mean really uh those are incredibly ugly and and uh treasonous words Towards the Republican Party when you're saying this man who was voted overwhelmingly by the American people, the vast majority of the American people in the United States voted for him both in 2016 and even more voted for him in 2020.
You're gonna say he's a nutjob, ignore him.
So the entire American people that voted for him are nutjobs, and the entire American people should be ignored, too.
Is that what you're saying, Mitch McConnell?
In preference for what?
Your Chinese wife, who has connections to Evergreen and all sorts of ships that have been tracked with cocaine and other drugs?
What other establishment Republican activities have you been part of?
Mitch McConnell and Liz Cheney and as I said before Paul Ryan and John Boehner and Jeff Flake and all of these other scumbags Dick Cheney and George Bush they have led America and led the Republican Party to ruin.
And Donald Trump was elected by the American people because he was not establishment.
When he stood on the stage with all those other Jeb Bush and Lindsey Graham and all those other clowns that were up there, it was Donald Trump that prevailed because of his difference, because of his independence, his maverick nature.
No, he didn't understand government.
He didn't understand all the bells and whistles and levers of how to be a president.
But he did have an impulse for the greatness of America and bringing us back to a Ronald Reagan, Teddy Roosevelt spirit of patriotism and getting us out of the world's conflicts.
And he didn't quite have the best team around him to do this that kept blocking him.
And he didn't have the best kids around him either that advanced a lot of stupid stuff like his son-in-law and his stupid daughter who wanted to fly the rainbow flag under the Embassy.
That's not a conservative Republican value and it should never be part of the Republican Party.
But Trump, love him or hate him, he has emerged as a leading voice in the Republican Party, the American conservative movement, and he is seen by the majority of Republicans and Americans as someone who should be president, especially in comparison to the walking zombie Joe Biden.
Is it going to be Trump or DeSantis?
Time is still weighing that in.
Trump has a lot of theatrics and drama that goes a long way for political campaigning, but when it comes to managing the government, I think DeSantis is superior.
But if you combine the two, then you may have the dream team.
Jim?
Yeah, I like that.
David, your thoughts?
Well, you know, as Bill Clinton proved, Hillary Clinton's unattractive, unappealing, and doesn't sell.
You know, his attraction to Monica Lewinsky is proof enough of that.
And I just think that, you know, I hate to be so harsh, but that's the end of her political career right there, and it's just been downhill ever since.
Her efforts, based on her intellect, to reestablish her position have done nothing but waste a lot of money, waste a lot of time, and impact and affect politics in the United States to the nth degree.
The truth of the matter is this.
Kamala Harris.
is much more likely to become president than Hillary Clinton ever was, or ever has been.
That's a fact, okay?
So, I just think the days of Hillary Clinton are over.
I think, you know, I used to be a Democrat.
I liked Clinton, you know, I even liked Obama to a certain extent, up to a point.
But then, you know, I started shifting right when America started shifting left, I started shifting right, and one of the first persons I left behind, like Bill, was Hillary.
Like I said, you know, and someone has to say this, she's unappealing, she's unattractive, and she just doesn't make a good presidential, she doesn't have a presidential appearance or stature.
So, that's number one.
With respect to Mitch Mitchell, I agree with Scott, any guy who's connected to the Chinese infrastructure machine, Which is the Belt and Road Initiative.
I just don't accept anything Mitch McConnell has to say about anything in politics.
He's a rhino.
Everyone knows it.
I think he should be thrown out of office in the next election.
I would hope the people of Kentucky would jump to that same conclusion.
By and large.
Let me say one other thing.
Carrie Lake, on the other hand, I think has stature and a presence about her, and she's appearing to be quite a stage woman.
So I wouldn't be surprised if you even saw a Trump Carrie Lake ticket.
That's all I gotta say.
Well, I think Carrie's just too new on the scene.
I think she's wonderful.
I think she's got tremendous potential.
I think for now, we're far more likely to see Trump, DeSantis, and any other combination, though I'm very enthusiastic about Tulsi, still, and Ron Johnson, my senator here from Wisconsin, who's proving to be a master on behalf of the American people.
We shall see how this all plays out.
Meanwhile, the GOP will immediately repeal the hiring of 87,000 new IRS agents if Republicans flip the House.
This is very appropriate to say.
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, Americans don't like the IRS anyway.
The idea of hiring 87,000 has to be repulsive.
So I say, here's one more reason why you want to vote for the Republican Party.
Get rid of the 87 new thousand.
A new Republican plan also includes a proposal for ramping up immigration enforcement, reducing inflation, and funding law enforcement.
All winning actions.
The Democrats have no plan.
If you trust us, hold us accountable.
We will help the entire country.
We will do good for this country.
Meanwhile, did Jean-Pierre just admit Biden-Edmunds have been flying migrants across the country since day one?
Of course she is admitting it.
After Florida DeSantis set up mere 50 illegal migrants, out of the record-breaking nearly 4 million since Biden took office, to Martha's Vineyard, a so-called sanctuary state and a sanctuary city, have been crying foul, saying the ultra-wealthy community didn't have anywhere to put 50 people, calling it a humanitarian crisis, a cruel pre-mandatory political stunt.
But When a reporter questioned the White House press secretary about claims the Biden admin has been doing precisely the same by shipping tens of thousands all around the country, she seemed to panic.
We're offering solutions.
That's what the Biden-Harris administration has been doing since day one, including on the first day.
Putting forth a comprehensive immigration reform to deal with this issue, she blurted out.
I don't know what questions he's answering, Rubin commented while watching the videotape.
They just answer questions that have nothing to do with anything.
They say words that get a period in the sentence.
DeSantis said it was essentially no different than what the federal government has done in sending flights in the middle of the night – that's how it's characterized – taking migrants to various different states.
How do you respond to that, the reporter asked, and she couldn't answer.
She couldn't answer except saying they've been solving this problem since the first day, implying one might very well, in first, sending them off in the middle of the night to every other state.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, you know, the only thing that has failed, well, there's two things.
Number one, you know, allowing our country to be invaded by migrants in the first place.
There should have been military opposition.
This is an invasion.
It should have been stopped by all means necessary.
And it wasn't.
It was facilitated, encouraged.
Now, DeSantis, Flying the Geist of Martha's Vineyard, he should have done it in June.
He should have done it in the height of the tourist season.
Don't wait until freaking August when no one's there or people are leaving.
He should have done it at the height.
They should have done that from the very beginning.
If you're not going to stop people coming into the country, Then you immediately take control and ship them to Martha's Vineyard, to Washington, to every one of these Democrat cities and Democrat states.
I think the American people are sick and tired of this.
This is the most outrageous, infuriating attempt to demographically achieve the Kalergi Plan with some of the most uneducated, unskilled, English language challenged populations on the planet.
We're turning our country into third world status and when food or jobs and all that stuff becomes very difficult, potentially economically, you're going to see these groups, I think, engage in, not all of them, but you're going to have a large criminal contingency Well, let me just offer a rebuttal.
Maybe he just hadn't thought about it, but Scott, the timing could not be better, because it's just before the midterms, and it shifts the focus right back onto migration, right where it should be after the Democrats are making all these efforts to promote abortion as the primary issue.
Don?
Well, real quickly, I think that since it's Biden who is the president and it's his thing that brought everybody in, why don't we ship them all to Biden's Delaware beach house that has a fence around it to keep everybody right there on his property?
Shipping to Delaware.
Thank you, Don.
David?
Well, probably because the IRS is going to seize the House for Hunter Biden's back taxes.
That's probably it.
But, you know, I'm going to go back to Hillary Clinton for a second because I'm going to get to the migrant issue.
Hillary Clinton was the one who advocated building schools, building schools, building schools.
Of course, with building schools comes school bonds.
With school bonds comes the taxation of the people and the funding of the Democratic Party.
Believe it or not.
So you have Javier Becerra.
He gives a speech out here in California where he says, you know, like Hillary Clinton says, we've got to build schools and part of that building schools is to educate the new Latino masses that are in the United States.
Now I'm fine with the Latino masses being educated in the American tradition.
I just have a problem when they're being educated by the left with all this cisgender, transgender, LBTQ, and everything else.
So I just want, I don't want to take up too much time on that.
But what I want to say is this, you've got the, you know, you have to remember, Biden was down in Mexico.
He, along with Gavin Newsom, yeah, Gavin Newsom makes the trip.
It's North American Union.
These guys are on a North American Union objective.
Dissolve the border, more migrants, let them come up here.
As I've said, DeSantis, good political move, bad factual move.
Letting more immigrants come into this country at this point is the worst thing in the world that can happen in the United States.
Think about it.
In the Ukraine, there was a revolution that took place.
Thousands of Ukrainians converging on the parliament.
The quote January 6th fiasco where you've got FBI agents, you've got people from Antifa, you've got Trump supporters all participating in this event, and then you've got all these charges coming out of it.
So we don't need more people in America that are representing the extremist views.
I think America needs a little bit of time to retract, go back, Look at a conservative administration and start dealing with our economy, the critical constitutional issues, reframing the policies of the United States, making sure the statutory schemes are sound, the economics are sound.
That's the most important thing.
In the last couple of weeks, remember I've said this before, in San Francisco in 2016, they introduced Proposition N. And Proposition N was a school board resolution.
If you were a child in the San Francisco Unified School District and you had a caretaker, a parent, a grandparent, who was a non-citizen, this bill allowed them to vote for school board members.
Now, I've said this for years on here, that this push is taking place up in San Francisco, and now we see a bill just introduced into the legislature, I think it was last week or something, to allow non-citizens in the United States to vote.
So this is just the biggest tragedy in the sense of national security, Because it's globalization.
It's the protecting of the continent.
That's the goal, not the protecting of the country.
David, we all agree, every single thinking American agrees 100%.
What they're miscalculating is that Hispanics are appalled by this massive migration and they are dumbfounded at the idea of this transgender nonsense.
They don't believe it for a second.
So the Democrats are going to suffer a massive loss of the Hispanic vote at the midterm.
It's going to be A revelation to them because they've overplayed their hand.
They have gone pure insane in terms of American politics.
Meanwhile, only 1.3% of Americans got the bivalent boosters, thank God.
The reason why nobody's taking the boosters, people are tired of them.
They don't mention it.
We're only tested on eight mice.
They're not even testing on human beings anymore.
They're not even pretending that this is legitimate.
Meanwhile, Fauci mocked the ass-backward diners for taking off masks at the table.
Can you believe this?
A new book out in October by Brian Morgan Stern.
Inside account, former Vice White House spokesman Brian Morgenstern calling Fauci awful and an egomaniac.
Fauci said the virus was nothing to worry about for the American people.
In the month he followed, he said people should not wear masks that they were ineffective.
By June or July, however, he changed his term.
Not only should we wear masks, but multiple masks, even goggles.
I vividly recall my blood boiling during an infuriating meeting when Fauci laughed about his own goggles comment, making it clear how cynical he was that he could get people to believe anything.
He went on laughing about how ass-backwards it was people entered a restaurant wearing a mask, then sat down and conversed without wearing a mask.
He wasn't saying things to that effect publicly, just laughing privately at the American rubes he was fooling.
The practice of wearing masks in a business but not while eating was mandated by local orders across the U.S.
in the mid-2020.
Indoor tables generally were spaced apart to allow social distancing.
Although he allegedly laughed about his own goggles remark, Fauci offered more serious impression when he made recommendation to NBC News medical correspondent Jennifer Ashen.
If you have goggles or an eye shield, you should use it, Pau.
She said.
Ask if eye protection would be formally recommended.
It might, if you really want perfect protection of the mucosal surfaces.
This guy is so disgusting.
I mean, he's got to be arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Meanwhile, 24 GOP Attorneys General were in Visa, Amex, and MasterCard about using a code that identifies purchases at gun stores, which they've all already adopted.
The Republican Attorneys General are threatening to marshal the full scope of our lawful authority against Visa, American Express, and MasterCard for a new merchant category code they have created for guns and ammunition.
They've sent the letter Tuesday, led by Attorneys General of Tennessee and Montana.
All three payment processors have already adopted the code.
The Attorney General warned tracking the data could lead to misuse, intentional or not.
Creating and tracking this data only matters if your institutions are considering using that information to take further harmful action, like infringing upon consumer privacy, inhibiting constitutionally protected purchases, or otherwise withholding your financial services from targeted, disfavored mutants.
Gun rights advocates, including the NRA, have expressed concern that they're effectively creating a gun registry and putting gun owners at risk.
This creates the obvious risk law-abiding consumer information will be leaked, discovered, hacked, or otherwise obtained and misused by those who oppose Americans exercising their Second Amendment rights.
The company said, well, Visa and other payment networks process a transaction.
They don't have visibility over the items consumer buy.
But now by adding this code, the problem is they've created one, a new way to violate our right to Keepin' bear arms.
The letter was signed by attorneys general from the 24 states of Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming.
I'm embarrassed I don't see Wisconsin on that list.
Scott, your thoughts.
Well, you know, in the two stories we talked about, let me start with Fauci, and yes, he is an egomaniac, and he's a lunatic, and he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and executed for treason, as well as anyone else who's been behind this death jab that has led to how many people dying, falling over dead, infertility, heart inflammation, all sorts of health damage.
This is not a vaccine.
This is a genocidal human depopulation operation.
This is right out of Children of Men, or I Am Legend, or any of the other fictional representations of what we're going through.
And I have to also hang this around Trump's neck like a rubber tire on fire, because he allowed this.
He facilitated it.
It was on his watch.
It was his team.
He stood up and gave all this authority to these people.
He put them on the podium.
He didn't have a team of military doctors in uniform standing next to him.
If he had a brain, he would have because military men are guided by the Constitution and their oath to support the Constitution, not these political prostitutes and traitors like Fauci and the people who've been working under the regimes of the establishment for 20-30 years.
Trump allowed all this stuff to happen.
And how many people are dead, crippled?
How many children are dead, crippled all over the world because of the COVID-19 vaccine that was developed under Trump's watch?
And he claims to be the father of the vaccine.
He doesn't backtrack.
He doesn't say, wait, you know, I may have been wrong.
Wait, they may have fooled me.
Wait, if they put stuff into the vaccine that was bad, I'm going to hold them accountable.
Trump doesn't say that.
So he's stupid or an ignorant or a liar.
And I don't like any of that to be President of the United States.
I don't care how well you can do a song and dance routine.
So this COVID-19 death jab is the rubber tire around Trump's neck, and he's happily parading it.
And that's going to be a problem.
We've already seen this and talked about this, and I had big problems on American Media Periscope where these other dope ads John Michael Chambers, James Grunvig, the rest of these fools are saying, well, you just don't understand.
The vaccine had to be put out there to remove all the non-Trump supporters.
So everybody who takes this, you're assuming is a non-Trump supporter Democrat?
How many Republicans are also dead?
This is an operation of genocide.
And we don't even know just how vicious this is going to be.
So this is going to be a problem for Trump.
Uh, you know, and that's where Rand Paul is also accused, Fauci.
Where are you getting your dividends?
Where are you getting your royalties from Pfizer and all these other big companies, Mr. Fauci, that he refuses to talk about?
So this, this, you know, we're, we're going to witness the full blossoming of this COVID-19 vaccine and its debilitation on the immune system coming out, as we've said before, with all sorts of sicknesses, shingles, chickenpox, all this stuff is going to come to the, the, the topic.
On the other level, what was the second story who did, Jim?
Remind me.
G.O.P.
What was it?
G.O.P.
Guns.
Oh, the guns.
Okay, yeah.
The Second Amendment is meant to be used by the people to overthrow a tyrannical government that is destructive of their rights and their liberties.
The Declaration of Independence says that.
It is not to hunt deer.
It is not necessarily to defend your home, although those are necessary.
It is to overthrow a government that becomes destructive and tyrannical over your rights and liberties.
And it is our duty and our right to overthrow such government.
And you don't do it with big lighters or pepper spray.
You do it with firearms.
And you don't do it with 10-round magazine clips.
You do it with 30-round magazine clips.
So, the inherent right to overthrow tyranny, which is a duty and a right under the Constitution, is facilitated by having at least 30 rounds in the magazine clip.
So, if there's any truth in the courts, they will rule California's ruling that you can't have more than 10 bullets in your magazine.
That's unconstitutional, because again, The right of a free state or the security of a free state a well-regulated militia is necessary and that means individuals with their own firearms practiced in maneuver and operations and team teamwork That is what constitutes a militia.
Individual citizen-patriot soldiers coming together and forming groups and teams to defend against tyranny.
And I think that's where we are and that's why Americans are saying, 40% of Americans, as you said before, Jim, recognize that civil war may be imminent and we may need to take up firearms in defense of our liberties against people like 87,000 IRS agents, Jim.
Yeah, the argument that the founding fathers weren't thinking of military-style weapons is frankly absurd.
They were thinking not only of military-style weapons, they were thinking of military weapons because they wanted to have an armed citizen-soldiers to come to the aid of the nation in times of national disaster, stress, or the threat of a tyrannical government.
We're 100% in alignment.
David?
Well, you know, when it comes to Fauci, I'm just going to refer to Robert F. Kennedy's book, The Real Alf Anthony Fauci.
I just thought that was, on its own, a wonderful indictment of Fauci.
The Children's Health Care Defense Fund, I think, provided some of the dough for it.
But I just want to review some of the factors that were set forth in the book.
In the United States, there were 2,107, I think, deaths out of a million.
In Tanzania, there weren't even one, barely one out of a million.
The emotional and social costs of the quarantines, remember it was two weeks to slow the spread.
You know, 10,000 kids per month dying due to lockdowns and hunger caused by the virus.
Cities, entire cities closed down.
This decimated the middle class and pushed the poor further into poverty.
There was vast economic destruction.
All right.
Vital food chains collapsed, 58 million people out of work, bankrupting small business, nearly 50% of black-owned businesses, and taxes incentive done nothing but soar.
So this was an event to enrich the wealthy.
Look at the people at John Hopkins.
The CDC gave millions of dollars to two years of infotech inside two months, thanks to Gates, Zuckerberg, Mark Bloomberg, Sergey Brin, and Bezos.
The economy failed upward.
The worst health results, the more the money, fear of sales.
Became a pharma nation.
The agency, meaning the FDA, had been captured by the pharmacy industry.
The National Institute of Health is in the game of making sales, supporting sales.
So when you look, you know, I've always said that Kennedy's book is like a dozen eggs.
It's like 12 chapters and you break each egg and you go into it.
He did a wonderful book.
I'm telling you, I've read this thing, I've read it two or three times.
Bit by bit, and each chapter unpacks in a very substantive way each of the complaints against Fauci.
And it's just a, it's a model for focusing on an indictment for him, for Ralph Baric, and for Peter Daszak, and let alone who knows what we're going to find when we get the true information from Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson.
It's just unbelievable what's taken place.
I thought this was a bioweapon from day one.
I've always believed that.
No one's ever going to change my opinion on it.
With respect to the guns and the GOP, I like the fact that we have 24 Attorney Generals.
Notice California's Attorney General is not on that.
But, you know, the right to bear arms is a right protected, enshrined in our amendments, our Second Amendment in particular.
And it's just, it's really concerning to me.
That we're in this big tech government where everybody wants to deal with screens and wants to deal with the media.
And I mean, if you walk around, I was down in Huntington Beach this morning where there was a 10K run.
I noticed this.
Even the people, while they're running through, everybody's sitting there looking at their phones.
They're engaged with their phones.
This whole society is engaged with our phones 100% of the time.
So, you know, I'm about ready to suggest that America take a week or two away from their phones and see if their political opinions don't change.
You know, that's my take and I'm sticking to it.
Those are all excellent points, and I'll bet the runners were un-vaxxed, too.
And I agree with Scott that Trump has to come to account.
He has to come to grips with his role in warp speed and getting the vax out there.
And his tenability as a candidate in the future is largely dependent on how successful he can deal with that, because in virtually Other ways he may be flawed, but they're relatively minor.
That is the major problem, I think, issue he's got to deal with.
Well, one second on that.
I think really, you know, when I look at his response, I mean, when you look at his response, it's the response of a good faith guy who's believing what he's told.
What he's being told, in my opinion, is in bad faith.
So he's being misled, he's being misdirected, and in my opinion, he deserves a pass when this stuff rolls out and these proofs and these facts get fully exposed.
I think we're even going to give President Trump a pass on the issue.
I think he will be cleaning the house if he gets back in because he's been betrayed so many ways and it's really been He's just not an establishmentarian.
That's why you get Mitch McConnell so hard on Trump.
He's not a party of the establishment.
He doesn't know how these things are done.
He doesn't understand the kickbacks, the politics, the corruption.
He doesn't like it.
And that's why Mitch McConnell's upset with Trump, David.
Yeah, you also, you know, Pete Navarro has an explication in his book, I forget the book, he has a couple out, but I've read them both.
But Peter Navarro is really, you know, in my opinion, one of the good faith intellectuals assisting the Trump administration.
And Peter Navarro details step-by-step how he's disagreeing with Fauci along the way, and he's making very good arguments.
And these are based on his journal that he kept.
So, you know, to the extent that President Trump gets duped by it, Peter Navarro's also getting duped by it.
And you see Navarro really standing up and fighting for the American people, and you don't see that from Mr. Fauci.
I'm gonna call him Mr. Fauci, not Dr. Fauci, because who knows?
I'll call him Tony the Rat, as we well know.
Scott, did you want to add a further?
No, that's fine.
Okay, good, good.
Meanwhile, Lori Lightfoot charges that McDonald's CEO should educate himself on Chicago crime.
I think we're all educated on Chicago crime.
I mean, this is ridiculous.
According to Mayor Lori Lightfoot, McDonald's CEO Chris Kempczynski should educate himself about crime in the Windy City before commenting on the state of the city.
This is really bad by the mayor.
Speaking at the Economic Club of Chicago, he told of struggles they have in hiring for their headquarters.
What's going on in Chicago, he keeps asking.
He said, although it may hurt civic pride to admit it, there's a general sense the city is in crisis.
There are fewer large companies headquarters in Chicago now than last year.
Among those who have departed, Caterpillar, Citadel, and Boeing.
Not so fast, according to Lightfoot.
She retorted it would be helpful for the businessman to educate himself before he spoke.
Educate yourself is a common response when she faces criticism for handling the city affairs.
By the numbers.
Violent crime complaints have risen 37% over the past year.
The crime rate has reached 67% higher than the U.S.
average.
The mayor, however, touts her own number, showing 112 companies have moved in or opened their doors in the city in the past 18 months.
She also points to a study showing there's 7,400 more businesses in Chicago than pre-COVID.
A McDonald's spokesperson declined to comment on the mayor's statement, but the company has since appeared to backtrack.
There have been an announcement of 120 more jobs being shifted to its downtown headquarters.
Still, Kemp Baczynski only spoke what virtually everyone knows, that is, Chicago has a major violent crime problem.
Every weekend sees a new rash of incidents followed by a fresh set the following weekend.
Whitefoot is burying her head in the sand if she thinks otherwise.
A comment?
Tritown is very close to hell on earth and the mayor isn't bright enough to come in out of the rain.
Meanwhile, California looks to ban diesel-powered trucks to rectify decades of racist policies.
This is so idiotic I can hardly believe it!
Virtually all transportation of goods is done by trucks that run on diesel.
So California is going to ban it?
The California Air Resources Board is considering new regulation to ban the sale of diesel semis after 2040 to fight climate change and rectify a legacy of racist policies.
This is just idiotic!
The proposal would require medium and heavy-duty trucks entering Portsmouth Valley to be fully electric by 2035.
Can you imagine what would happen to transportation of goods if you have to have electric trucks?
How many long hours are they going to lose on the road recharging their batteries?
CARB believes that freight vehicles should be banned because the diesel emissions Get this.
This is the rationale.
The diesel emissions coming from such vehicles disproportionately affect low-income and minority communities due to racist zoning policy.
In other words, many of them are located during highways and they're being polluted.
Decades of racist and classist practices, including redlining and citing decisions, have concentrated heavy duty vehicle and freight activities in these communities with common disproportionate pollution burdens.
CARB has a legal and moral responsibility to lessen these burdens, right?
By destroying the whole of the California economy.
They're going to vote on a proposal to ban diesel semis on October 27.
It would require state and local government vehicle fleets to be fully electric by 2027.
Here I have an example of some of the kinds of trucks we're talking about.
Black and Latino population experience significantly greater pollution impact than white.
Communities in and around ports move much more than the nation's freight, so experience pollution on a national scale in their neighborhoods.
California passed a new regulation on August 21st requiring 100% of new cars in California by 2035 to be electric, up from the current 12%.
Interim targets require 35% of vehicles sold in 2026 to produce zero emissions, rising 68% by 2030.
They aim to enforce their rule by penalizing automakers up to $20,000 per vehicle if they fail to meet the state's quotas.
The state's measures will significantly raise the number of EVs on the road, which will accelerate its ongoing green energy transition.
In California, truckers protested a new labor law classifying the state's 70,000 independent owner-operators as employees of shipping companies they work alongside, rather than as independent contractors.
It forces truckers Scott, these are such stupid moves.
into company regulation or pay up to $20,000 out of pocket for permits and insurance to handle their own logistics and remain independent.
Scott, these are such stupid moves.
It's hard to believe they're going forward, but California is an asylum where the lunatics Yeah, that's exactly it.
It is an asylum where the lunatics are running in this Cheshire cat smiling lunatic pedophile.
And here's an additional story that ties right in.
What they are telling people about EVs.
Everyone knows, or everyone has heard, that EVs are the future for solving what's called the climate crisis, given that EVs being produced are more powerful than they need to be to get people from A to B, which requires huge batteries to store all the electricity to make them go very fast, very quickly.
You think that would be discouraged or even banned if there were a crisis looming caused by the emission of carbon dioxide after all?
More of the latter is being emitted than necessary by utility plants generating almost all the electricity powering these overpowered EVs.
Does anyone need to get to 60 in 2.9 seconds or even 6 if there's a crisis that is?
Yep, practically every EV on the market is designed specifically to use more power than needed for bare minimum or even economy car equivalent basic transportation needs.
This tells you something about the true nature of the crisis and those who claim there is one.
If a ship has sprung a leak at open sea and is sinking, do you want to open more holes below the water line?
There are other things about EVs they aren't telling you.
Practically every article gushing about EVs reports on the fact that it's possible to fast charge EVs in about 30 minutes.
Soon you'll be able to do it in less than 15.
What they never tell you is you cannot do this at home.
Because private homes do not have the capability to fast charge an EV.
The very fastest you can charge an EV in a private home is around eight or nine hours on a 240 volt dryer type outlet.
You'll never be able to charge an EV at home.
Not without completely rewiring the home to commercial-grade capacity.
That means you will always have to drive to wherever the fast charger is and wait there.
That means spending time getting to and from the fast charger, which spends more time fast charging.
30 minutes to fast charge ends up being that, plus however long it took you to drive there, plus wait to get on the charge.
And that 15 minutes soon they gush about?
They don't tell you it might be faster.
It is less.
That is not a full charge.
Just enough to get going again but not very far before you'll need to stop and wait again.
Speaking of which, a fast charge is never a full charge.
Whenever you read an article gushing about EVs and the miracle of taking at least five times as long to fast charge it versus the five minutes it takes to refuel a non-EV, you'll never encounter the disclaimer that a fast charge is only 80% charge.
In other words, you end up with 20% less than a full charge, which means 20% less range, which means having to stop again 20% sooner.
The reason you cannot, well should not, fast charge an EV to fully charge is because it's hard on the battery, which is the most important part of an EV.
There's also an increased fire risk.
So EVs and fast chargers are set up to deliver 80% charge fast and the rest slow.
The 20% loss of charge range, assuming you would have time to wait for a full slow charge, It's probably not a big deal if you aren't going far and have the time to stop and wait again.
But if you're on a long trip, you'll be stopping and waiting more than you've been led to believe you will.
Speaking of that, the further you drive, the shorter the service life.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, an interesting element of this.
I've grown up in California.
I've grown up around Hispanics.
I speak fluent in Spanish.
I know their thinking.
And I know blacks, too.
I've worked with them in Washington.
I know them very, very well from the military.
The blacks and the Hispanics are different in their thinking, especially the Hispanics.
They're far more simple, and I don't mean this in any insulting or derogatory way, but they're far more simple.
They're, you know, very basic black and white, sort of two-dimensional in their processing of information and arriving at conclusions and behavioral choices.
And that simplicity is going to be the undoing of the Democrat Party.
The undoing, as you've said before, Jim, the response of the Hispanic population to the degradation, the demoralization, and the betrayal, and the treason of the Democrat Party, bringing in, flooding the communities of Hispanics, and Bolivians, and Colombians, and all the rest of it, that don't like each other, right?
The Mexicans don't like the Cubans.
Cubans don't like the Hondurans.
They're all in this sort of feud But their simplicity is going to be the unraveling of the Democrat Party and this whole energy electronic vehicle delusion, because the Hispanics and the Blacks just want simplicity.
They just want to go to work.
That's why they don't care about this environmental fanaticism, because they look and go, well, so what if the port areas of Oakland or Baltimore are more polluted.
We have a job.
We work.
We can feed our kids.
We work at these areas.
That's more important to them than the chicken little environmental collapse mantra and dogma and ideology that the Democrats try and push.
Gavin Newsom and all of these Democrats, you see this, this narcissism, this glee, this hysterical, mischievous laughter And it comes out in arrogance.
Ha ha ha.
We're better than you.
We're woke.
We're advanced.
We've got our electric vehicles.
We're this.
You're not enlightened.
You're not awake.
You're not aware.
And they push this.
for selfish narcissistic ecstasy.
It's like a form of of internal moral intellectual masturbation.
They look and they celebrate how superior they are and they get wrapped up in the fantasy of a Star Trek Buck Rogers world Oh, we're creating.
We are turning the corner.
We're forcing.
We're going down this road.
It's all narcissistic, self-congratulatory, self-worship at its core.
It's nothing to do with a pragmatic, practical, real A phenomenon of climate or energy or electric vehicles versus non and all of the variables in this equation.
Coal, gasoline, nuclear, fuel, solar.
What is the cheapest?
What is the most expensive?
What are the costs associated with all of this?
You know, that absence of fact, the absence of the critical economic analysis of all of these variables in exchange for this religious piety and self-delusion of we're going to make all the vehicles electric in California.
And we're going to do it and force everyone to do it.
And then the practical reality is, yeah, you're all going to be stuck on the side of the road.
Yeah, you're going to destroy the power grids because no one's going to be able to generate the power to be able to charge these vehicles.
And all sorts of other things.
This again, and making it racist.
That's the real epitome.
When they merge racism with environmentalism, you really see they are at the end of their sanity.
They're at the end of the road.
Now they're developing language that is Specifically and purely designed to evoke emotional responses among idiots and among, you know, the violent menacing narcissists who think themselves victims and white people are their enemy and, you know, the whites are parasite carpetbaggers that feed off of that animosity.
The Democrat Gavin Newsom type are generating language that morphs these things.
Environmentalism, racism, and there's no sensible reason about their interconnectedness.
There is no interconnectedness.
There is no racism element.
To fuel or electronic electric vehicles or ports or environmental, you know, issues.
There's no, it's purely economic.
There's a reason why these ports and stuff may be more polluted.
It's because more trucks and trains and planes are engaged in the life of the economy, but guess what?
If you remove that life, what do you have?
The dead corpse of nothing, and that's where the Hispanics and the Blacks, I think their simple-mindedness is going to make them reject all of this woke ideology.
Jim?
Yeah, well, Scott, just a reflection that they're poor, they live in parts of the community, they're more affected by pollution, that's got nothing to do with racism per se, unless you look at All of society is having to eradicate.
But the idea of destroying trucking, that's going to destroy the entire economy of California.
We are being led by moralistic morons.
They don't have any comprehension of causal relations, economy, real serious politics, and it's just incredible.
David.
It's insane.
It is, literally.
David.
On the contrary, no.
I wanted to go back to the old concerts where it was, you know, let's save the world, we are the people, I forget what it was, but there was a wonderful article by George Will, remember the political commentator George Will, and he wrote about the moral exhibitionism Moral exhibitionism, I like that.
Yeah, and he said, this article said, this is the, like I think Scott calls it, virtue signaling, you know, that this, how superb and how refined and how elegant we are by having this.
We're donating our money to these causes that are justifiable and, you know, these organizations that are going to Delivered to the poor, and then you find out that whatever the organization is called keeps 90% of the donated 10% to the poor.
There's this moral exhibitionism, and I think that I remember reading that article, and I'm telling you it's one of the best articles I've ever written.
I've ever read, not written, but George Will was magnificent in the article.
So I've been, you know, my son-in-law drives a Tesla, and I'm just really impressed with it.
Get up and go.
You know, it just, I mean, it hauls ass.
Three and a half seconds or something.
So, I enjoy taking a ride in it.
It's like riding in a Corvette or a Porsche or something like that.
I like that first, second gear feel.
So, I was trying to think what would be comparable to that.
You know, what would be more economical that I could enjoy, you know, as I approach retirement.
And my conclusion was that I could get across the United States on 25 gallons of gas.
And that would be a nice point to prove, because I was going to go out, buy a Honda Ruckus.
They get over 100 miles per gallon.
You could take one across the United States, do it in about 25, 26, 30 gallons of gas.
So, you know, you could literally go across the United States on 30 gallons of gas, be about 150 bucks or so on a Honda Ruckus.
And I thought it'd be kind of fun just to put on a duck suit and just drive across the United States and prove the point.
But this whole, uh, electricity is going to be the answer.
I just don't think that's true.
It's the, the cost, the, um, producing batteries, you know, I think Scott mentioned about the, uh, uh, the cobalt being extracted from, uh, Africa and the You know, used to power these batteries.
I don't know if it's with computers or it's with Tesla batteries.
Who knows?
I forget.
Too much stuff to follow on the electro-quantum physics.
But, you know, I'm all for taking walks.
I'm all for taking short trips.
But I've just seen in my own family the economics of not taking long drives.
I used to have a place in Northern California, And I would enjoy taking a drive up there and drive back, but now it's $300 in gas or whatever it is.
But I mean, it's now, every cent I make, I see going to higher prices for milk, eggs, butter, bread.
I see higher gas bills every month.
Biden's been in office.
And, you know, like there's this big relief because it's back to five bucks.
Whoever said five bucks was going to be the threshold.
I remember it was 250 was reasonable.
So now all I'm doing is paying gas bills and paying taxes.
Every time I turn around, it's gas bill and taxes, gas bill and taxes.
So I just don't think this this effort by the California legislature, nor any leadership by Gavin French Laundrie Newsom, is really designed at serving the public interest.
These are a bunch of guys who have nothing but their own careers and their own sapping money out of the state, out of the taxpayers, to create their own political reality.
They are not interested in serving the interests of the people.
They're interested in taxing the living daylights out of them, and that's all they're interested in.
End of story.
Well, David, they're engaged in social engineering without understanding engineering.
They don't understand electricity.
They don't understand the laws of physics.
They don't understand the laws of economics.
Truly, truly, these are moralistic morons.
Exhibition.
They want to exhibit their do-good, righteous attitude.
Scott, some thoughts from you as we close out today's show.
Look at Fauci!
You just nailed it, Jim.
Fauci and his laughing, hysterical, ha ha ha, look at the rubes and the dopes who will do anything I say.
They'll wear a mask, they'll wear goggles.
The cynicism of that, I mean, I want to tear the guy apart with my hands.
I'm going to beat him to death with my fists when I imagine him in the White House David Vogelpohl: basement saying such things about the American people and I'm pissed off at Trump allowing the shutdown.
He should have said not one county, not one state, not what school will be shut down for more than a month.
You want to control the spread fine.
We don't know if this is going to depopulate the whole country or not.
We'll be, we'll be careful.
But after a month or whatever the time, you and I said this before, Jim, in the original, Trump should have opened up everything and said, you will not shut down and violate the American people's rights.
And he didn't do that.
Nobody did that except a few governors.
So the moral, and let me just end it by saying this, Gavin Newsom has just put out a story on RT saying we need to get more aggressive, we need to change the narrative, we need to stop playing nice with the Republicans.
What that means Is Gavin Newsom and the woke Democrats are gonna lie more, get more violent, get more ferocious.
He's setting the tone for when they may assassinate Joe Biden, because they know if the Republicans get in, they'll impeach him.
So I predict they're gonna assassinate him, and then you're gonna see Gavin Newsom and the rest of these people make every Trump supporter, again, the domestic terrorist.
Everyone needs to be hunted down and they are preparing for a suicidal civil war, but they don't realize that the American conservatives have been ready and waiting for them to do the attack, because then you'll see the American conservatives defend themselves and we will because then you'll see the American conservatives defend themselves and we will end and stop when they Just to say how far they've gone, there's this guy, Tim Ryan in Ohio, who's calling for the execution of Trump supporters.
And it's following in Hillary Clinton's vein here, you know, that these are brown shirts, that anyone who's conservative, anyone who's to the right of Hillary Clinton, deserves death.
I mean, they're in the basket and implored.
It's insane!
It is so insane and undemocratic and un-American.
Scott and then Dave.
They have no idea who they're messing with.
It's like chihuahuas threatening to bite Dobermans.
You bite a conservative, you're not going to live long, Jim.
Scott, the overwhelming majority of Second Amendment proponents and voters Are not voting for Joe Biden, could care less about Hillary Clinton.
They despise people like this.
David?
Yeah, I mean, just last week, I think there was the Democratic Senator Mazie Hirono, who, in dealing with the abortion issue, said this is a call to arms.
Good heavens!
I mean, in the Ukraine, a call to arms ignited the Maidan.
And she's calling, no, arms over abortion?
Yes, calling arms over abortion.
Well, but think about the irony, you know.
They want to kill non-abortion supporters by, you know, who interfere with their right to kill the unborn.
I mean, it's just hysterical when you look at it.
Literally hysterical, because these people have gone stark raving mad.
But let me caution.
Let me say this, because I really mean it.
You're going to see another effort by the federal government to lock down America.
I'm telling you.
I'm making that prediction.
Another effort by the federal government to lock down America.
The first one was a practice run.
The first one was a practice run.
It was a practice in China.
It was a practice in Europe.
It was a practice in Asia.
It was a practice in America.
And guess what?
It succeeded on all fronts.
The word I'm getting is the lockdown will be between October and November.
October 29th and November 9th is when they may do that.
Well, the election's on the 8th, Scott.
I mean, they're going to want to lock down before the election.
I mean, that's the whole idea, actually, is to control- They're going to try and stop the election.
They're going to try and stop it and suspend it by any means necessary.
I just don't know how we're going to avoid civil war.
I mean, they're so eager to provoke it.
They may get what they want.
I think they will get what they want.
Well, I want to thank you both.
And Don, we had unusual technical issues today, as everyone watching the show will appreciate.
Don Gron's going to work his magic and edit this into a coherent whole.
But we want to thank you for joining us today once again on Truth vs. News.
