This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joe Olson in Houston, Texas, and Mary Hennane in Florida.
We're here to give you all the news you need to know.
We begin with Biden making a pathetic appearance at the United Nations, starting strong and then petering off into woke irrelevance.
In his address, he said the right things on the Ukraine war, if you think Russia is bad and Ukraine is good.
A permanent member of the Security Council invaded its neighbor and attempted to erase a sovereign state, he thundered.
Now we see attacks on schools and hospitals, centers of Ukraine history and culture, and mass graves uncovered in Izium with bodies showing signs of torture.
Well, it's not the Russians who are doing all this.
They're not attacking any schools or hospitals.
That's a Ukrainian.
If it had been a mass grave, it would have been one large pit.
In fact, these are individual burials of Ukrainian soldiers who, if they show signs of torture, it would have been by their own Azov battalion.
These statements, which the author regards as clear, stark-eyed about Putin's crimes, but are grossly misleading and appear to be false, and his call up for new threats, threatening to go nuclear.
Biden reiterates the U.S.
wants the war to end on just terms, the only country staying in the way of Russia.
But it was very clear from the beginning that Russia simply asked for a neutral Ukraine, that it not become a NATO member.
And its resistance to that, its ongoing shelling of the Donbass region since the color coup of 2014 have been outrageous, and a biolab simply added further justification for the intervention.
Even Biden's words about the global struggle for freedom were more than welcome, but what might have been a stirring call to arms was blunted by a laundry list of liberal left shoutouts.
Naturally, climate change he lists as the challenge that matters most to people's lives.
674 million living in abject poverty don't agree with Joe, however.
More laughable, His salesmanship about the Inflation Reduction Act as a global game-changer, when it's actually going to do little or no—in fact, it's going to exacerbate inflation.
Meanwhile, a former top NATO general says the West must be prepared for war with Russia.
This General Sir Richard Sharif, former NATO Deputy Supreme Allied Commander for Europe, is warning Of a coming war with Russia.
There will never be peace in Europe while Putin is in the Kremlin, he said.
This is the mark of a desperate man.
He's looking to reinforce failure.
He's scrambling around to stem the chaotic retreat of Russian forces from Ukraine.
I believe, in fact, it's not a retreat, but it's a trap.
The unexpected—we have the end stage, as far as this war is concerned, must be victory for Ukraine and defeat for Russia, which will require the West and NATO to double down on military support.
It's not the first time this guy has warned of a possible war with Russia.
Back in April, he was already declaring the West must be ready.
The worst case is war.
That means a fundamental mind shift in NATO.
Be ready to be ready for the worst-case escalation, he said, emphasizing the war is an existential battle for Putin and his grip on Russia, precisely because Putin declared he cannot have NATO in Ukraine.
It should be obvious to everyone why they pretend they don't understand why Putin's in Ukraine is, beyond me, purely political.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, it's actually the West that started all this nonsense with the Orange Revolution in 2004 and then the Maiden Revolution in 2014, both of them sponsored by Victoria Nuland and George Soros.
When the Maiden Revolution happened, the Crimea had a election, they had 83% voter turnout, which is remarkable, and 97% of the people in Crimea voted to Dnx from Ukraine and to join Russia and that's been one of the points that they keep making that we're going to have to drive all of the Russians out of Crimea.
Well, hey, that's 95% of the people that live there and they've been there for 300 years.
Why the hell are you trying to drive them out?
And the same thing with the artificial borders that were moved to make Ukraine include the Donbass and the other areas that are on the eastern side, which had never been part of Ukraine.
Ukraine's just a construct, and it had the most unrepresentative government imaginable that's been killing people on their eastern border.
Over 14,000 people in the last 10 years, and Putin finally had enough of it, and I don't blame him.
And just like you said, this looks like a trap.
Yeah, they've sucked them into an area where they had really lightly defended.
They pulled their defenders back because it's completely useless terrain, but it's also indefensible terrain.
So now the Ukrainians have extended themselves into an area where they have no defensive barriers and they have no ability to supply.
And I just watched a little bit of an interview with the Russian general who showed video of him launching just tens of thousands of rockets into the Ukrainian positions, and he was listing all of the artillery and the HIMARS that were being destroyed in the relative locations.
I couldn't take notes on all of it.
It was like ridiculous because it was in Russian with English translation underneath, and I was going, well, I'm not even going to bother to write all this down.
They're cleaning their clocks.
And, you know, so, and the estimates are that at least 60,000 dead from the Ukrainian side and probably about three or 4000 dead on the Russian side.
That doesn't include the individual armies from Lugansk and.
domos that have been fighting with their own regiments so that might double or triple that number but still you've got a six six to eight kill ratio uh ukrainians have lost this big time and all that adding more weapons is going to do is going to escalate to the point where we'll have a nuclear war and maybe that's the only thing that can keep the democrats from losing in november mariam
um again i'm not a geopolitics um expert and And I also do not believe in war and destruction.
You could just play a chess game.
But I do have the wherewithal to know that just like Joe is talking about all this intricacies, all of this history, that most people who have an opinion are being manipulated to have the opinion because they don't know really what's going on.
We have one voice, which is Gonzo Lira, that's been allowed to be the counter.
Narrative, right?
Is he chosen?
Is that why he ends up on Bannon?
I was following him and I think Joe was as well, but we just have to consider the Tavistock ways, not to reference Tavistock again, but when you learn that you've been manipulated to stand for another country's war when you don't really know what's going on.
You know, early on in this Are the countries posturing now with nuclear threats?
They were saying, are you willing to pay X amount for gasoline?
And people are on TV saying that they are when they don't know anything.
They don't know anything.
So are the countries posturing now with nuclear threats?
Is that what it comes down to?
And how much longer?
But also to Joe's point, Ukraine is a construct.
It's going to be their country of transhumanism or blockchain.
They're a testing ground and they've been kind of grooming and cultivating this country and using it for lots of shenanigans for years now.
Yes, yes.
Sex and weapons trafficking, organ trafficking, money laundering.
It's a rotten cesspool.
Are we going to be discussing the interview with Jeremy Nell and Whitney Webb?
Go ahead.
No, it's not on the agenda.
Oh God, he did a great interview with her.
It was on TNT.
Where can you find it, Joe?
Okay.
I think I sent it to you, but I will definitely send it to you again.
It's on TNT Radio.
It's about her new book, One Nation Under Blackmail, 900 pages long, an absolutely impeccable investigative reporter.
She did a wonderful job and she was talking about all the blackmail and crimes going back to the Office of Naval Intelligence prior to World War II, then the Operation Underworld where they linked the US military with the organized crime families nationwide.
And then that morphed into the OSS and ultimately the CIA.
But she goes into the history of the people, Louis Wasserman.
I wonder if he's related to Debbie, probably.
Steve Hoffenberg, Robert Rubin, and the BCCI scam, Southern Air Transport, and Mark Middleton, and this is the group that was doing the drug shipping into MENA, but then we also had Evergreen Air Force that was doing it into El Toro in California that George Webb died over.
Gary Webb, excuse me.
Yeah, so just absolutely incredible.
I will send it to you and maybe we can talk about it on Monday, but this is a great interview.
This is about American corruption, right, Joe?
Oh yeah, and the international crime syndicate that runs the blackmail operations.
Yeah.
And it exactly fits what Hakeem Hagibon has been saying in his five-volume set about empire and pedophilia.
It's like, that's how these SOBs roll.
They're just baby raping cannibals.
And that's how you get higher up in the hierarchy, is it's nothing but a satanic group that That believes in that stuff and practices those things.
Blackmail.
Blackmail.
Oh yeah.
This operation and there's inflation of blackmail as well.
Yes.
Sorry.
Go ahead, Jim.
Sorry.
Yeah.
Meanwhile, we have Biden declaring a national emergency after the creation of a new DOJ task force to combat domestic terrorism.
This is to go after conservatives and Trump supporters.
How embarrassing is this?
The Biden admin has quietly perpetuated the state of national emergency initiated after 9-11, carried out by Islamic terrorists, or so we were told, 21 years ago.
The White House declared the alleged ongoing state by referring to the 2001 terror attacks The perpetuation of the national emergency comes amid accusation by rank-and-file FBI that Biden admin is exaggerating the threat of white supremacists and pressuring agents to cook up domestic terrorist cases involving racist extremists.
Current and former FBI agents have told the Washington Times a perceived white supremacist threat is overblown by the administration.
Top bureau officials are pressuring a FBI agent to create domestic terrorist cases and tag people as white supremacists to meet internal metrics.
The demand for white supremacy in the FBI, they're reporting, vastly outstrips the supply of white supremacy.
We have more people assigned to investigate white supremacists than we can actually find.
You know, there's more FBI on the job than there are white supremacists for them to investigate.
The Bureau's leaders have already determined white supremacy is a problem, and have set a policy to prioritize fighting incidents of racial violence that fit the agenda.
We are sort of the lapdogs of the actual agents doing these sorts of investigations, trying to find a fit.
Otherwise, First Amendment-protected activities, one said.
If they have a Gladstone fag and if they own guns and are mean at school board meetings in opposition to critical race theory or teaching kids about sex when they're in the third grade, that's probably a domestic terrorist.
Meanwhile, there's a chart of the percentage of terrorist attacks and plots by perpetrator orientation, but it completes a number of terrorist attacks and plots clouding the nature.
A lot of this is all generated by the FBI itself, of course.
No doubt the attempt to kidnap Governor Whitmer of Michigan, which was all FBI, is counting among them.
DHS provides a snapshot of recent acts they claim highlighting how terror attacks can be misclassified as right-wing.
The suspect in the grocery store attack in Buffalo in May of 2022 claimed he was motivated by racist, anti-Black, and anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, often referred to as the Great Replacement or White Genocide.
A violent attack in May of 2022 at Laguna Woods, California, targeted and conquered the goods of a church serving the Taiwanese community.
April 2022, an individual wearing a gas mask threw two smoke canisters and opened fire in the New York subway.
Meanwhile, here are facts about acts of political violence that have occurred under the Biden administration that aren't getting the attention they deserve.
Peyton Gendron, the suspected Buffalo Mass Shooter, had leftist leanings and hated Fox News.
The Waukesha Christmas Parade Massacre, killing five and injuring four, was allegedly committed by a black nationalist who supports BLM.
The New York subway mass shooting suspect was another black nationalist and BLM supporter.
The July 2021 Capitol barricade attack was a follower of Louis Farrakhan and a Nation of Islam supporter.
Salvador Ramos, the Uvalde mass shooting suspect, who allegedly killed 19 school children and two educators, but it was another fraud, is an Hispanic American, clearly not a white supremacist.
The Laguna Woods shooting is a Chinese nationalist upset about Taiwan.
A Tulsa hospital shooting suspect, believed by some to be a white supremacist, was a black male upset at a local doctor.
But you can bet all these have been distorted by the Biden and the FBI narrative to fit their far-right extremism and white supremacy orientation.
The FBI denies targeting groups according to their political ideology or radical identity.
The FBI aggressively investigates threat posed by domestic violent extremists, a spokesman told the Washington Times.
We do not investigate ideology.
We do not investigate particular cases based on the political views of the individuals involved.
The FBI will continue to pursue acts and threats of violence regardless of the underlying motivation or socio-political goal.
Just line his face off, Joe, to the American people to keep up that pretense that the FBI is a legitimate law enforcement agency.
Your thoughts?
Oh, they've been discussing since 1924 when J. Edgar Hoover took over that rotten organization.
He was compromised by the mob, and that's something that Whitney Webb brings out, along with the Baughmans, that they allowed certain importers of liquor to operate all during Prohibition.
Yeah, I'm very familiar with the scams of the FBI.
They were involved heavily in the execution of JFK.
Following that, we had the Vietnam War.
There was an enormous anti-war movement.
They infiltrated the SDS and the Weather Underground.
They knew exactly what those people were doing.
They encouraged them and furnished bomb materials for them.
And then Because of technicalities, they managed to get the leaders like Dorn and Ayers off on technicalities and never be charged when they did dozens of bombings of government buildings.
They infiltrated the KKK and the Black Panthers and distributed hate racial materials in the 60s to try to start a race war.
Then we had the Randy Weaver case in 1992.
We had the Branch Davidian in 1993 where the ATF and the FBI were heavily involved in executing four of their own agents who happened to be Clinton bodyguards.
Then we had the 1995 OKC bombing of the federal FBI building in Oklahoma City where they found two bombs inside the building and the Oklahoma City police officer who is heavily investigating it was assassinated.
Yeah, we know all about these dirt bags.
We also know about the arrest of hijacker number 20 prior to 9-1-1.
On August 16th and not allowed to be interrogated or his laptop investigated.
We know the anthrax thing that was completely covered up by Mueller.
This whole organization has been rotten, irredeemably rotten since day one, and now because you question The wonderful sanctity of the FBI.
Now you're a domestic terrorist for just questioning their provable record.
That's what they're trying to do now, is they're trying to paint all of the MAGA crowd as being domestic terrorists because they want to defund the FBI.
No, we don't want to defund it.
We just want to defund the rats that are over there.
And there won't be much left when they're gone.
I agree.
The organization top-down is very bad.
There are a lot of decent agents at mid and lower levels, but they're being suppressed.
They're being manipulated.
They're even being booted out.
Mariam.
Or they're just yes-men, so they just follow Follow their orders.
It's increasingly becoming apparent that we're living in a society where bullying, which dovetails into the blackmail, is the way things work.
No one wants to question.
Most don't question.
And now we have to identify the ones that do and paint them all as domestic terrorists.
White supremacists.
I'm even a white supremacist.
Could you believe?
That's how encompassing they are, Maryam.
When I was reading that article and I was wondering, the state of emergency, this particular state of emergency, how is it different from the supposed EUA state of emergency, which has also the EUAs been used as a loophole Um, to to conduct business under the Rona, under the Rona regime.
But clearly they're coming after us, the recalcitrants, the ones who love the country and the rhetoric of the left.
Actually, it's disgusting.
They use words like the Constitution.
They take talking points from the right and they adopt them as their own when in reality they don't give a shit.
That's just let's just be honest.
I think that's putting it in very concise, if somewhat technical, language.
Here are the five juiciest takeaways from the Trish James lawsuit against Donald Trump.
James is playing hardball, but don't expect a showy Trump trial in this case.
This woman, who's the Attorney General of New York, by the way, campaigned for office originally saying she was going to get Trump.
She's now about to come up for re-election, and she wants to show something for it.
But in spite of all the headlines Wednesday announcing a lawsuit accusing Trump of an astounding range of fraud in his real estate empire, it appears that in fact it's going to come to naught because there's a six-year statute of limitations on these cases, and therefore none of them are going to be legally viable.
A break for Trump?
They are only civil, not criminal.
James, however, is seeking draconian penalties, a five-year ban on buying commercial real estate or applying for loans, a permanent ban on he and his three eldest children for the leadership of any New York business for the rest of their lives.
Seeking to force Trump and his kids to surrender $250 million she claims to have obtained through flagrant deceit that extended over a decade.
Let me also make the following point.
There is no complacent here.
She's claiming that financial institutions and banks were defrauded or misled about Trump getting loans for his business.
But there's no bank or financial institution involved in this case.
They aren't.
Unhappy.
They're satisfied with her business dealings with Trump.
She's making this up on her own.
It's extraordinary to have a complaint that's issued by the Attorney General when there's no bank or financial institution that's actually clamoring for this to be done.
They are not.
A Trump trial and James suit don't bank on it.
Legal analysts are debating the finer points of the suit and whether it'll hold muster in court.
I can already assure you it will not.
She only has to prove his conduct was fraudulent or illegal by preponderance of the evidence rather than beyond a reasonable doubt.
But if I'm correct about the statute of limitations, this can't be done anyway.
There's a good chance a true legal merit of the suit will never be tested.
Both have strong insentiment to reach us an agreement, of course.
Trump seems to have a strong incentive, even stronger than hers, since there's no guarantee a judge would agree to grant all the relief the Attorney General is asking for, because the sanctions she's seeking could amount to a death sentence for his business empire.
Trump's attorneys have already made a settlement proposal, which, if I'm right about the statute, means they really don't have a grip on the case.
Is everybody does it a defense for Trump?
His legal team suggests any rosy analyses of his financial conditions submitted to banks is consistent with a practice in the world of real estate and bank financing.
I think that's absolutely correct.
Trump himself offered a version of the No Harm, No Foul on his Truth social media site, saying the bank and insurance companies involved were fully paid, made a lot of money, and never had a complaint about me, which makes the whole case all the more offensive.
She claims whether other parties sustained a loss is irrelevant, that she can pursue the violations even though banks profited from the deals and have no complaints.
She wants a suit heard by a New York Supreme Court Justice to wit Arthur, Aaron Goron, who issued orders requiring Trump and the family members to sit for deposition.
The judge seems highly unsympathetic to Trump, so if it winds up with him, he could be in for a rough ride.
Mar-a-Lago FBI raid makes a cameo.
In a section dubbed Ongoing Scheme and Conspiracy, she talks about document seized at Mar-a-Lago, all of which appear to be improper.
Documents concerning taxes and accounting information would appear to be responsive to OAG subpoenas, but no such documents for Mr. Trump were produced.
According to the lawsuit, she references a declaration from Trump attorney Alina Heba, who asserted she conducted a thorough search of the Mar-a-Lago office and storage for any records relevant to James and came just days before a subpoena, but turned up none.
Russia, Russia, Russia.
Some long-lost figures scrutinized by congressional investigators, going back as far as special counsel Robert Mueller, make cameos in James' lawsuit, which contends Trump declined to disclose circumstances involving Russia in the 2016 presidential election during a January 10, 2017 meeting, no doubt because there weren't any.
I mean, this is embarrassingly bad.
The lawsuit goes on to offer a mega list of investigations that would later be subjected to by Congress, Mueller, U.S.
Attorney in Manhattan, and other entities long since passed, emphasizing none of those dealt with circumstances giving rise to them and have previously been disclosed by Trump to underwriters during renewal.
Was a $100 million windfall in Trump's D.C. hotel based on lives?
Is one-time marquee property in D.C. that used to be the U.S. Post Office but became a Trump power became a key spot for Trump aides and allies?
Okay, the Trump International Hotel in the old Post Office building.
Count for a huge part, probably $100 million of the $250 million value of the newly filed suit, which is of course to be improperly obtained.
The AG complaint says he used a wildly inflated personal financial statement to trick Deutsche Bank into providing $170 million in funding for the luxury hotel.
He sold it in May for a tidy profit many didn't expect, $100 million.
However, any difference in interest rates between what Trump paid and what the AG says he should have paid doesn't come close to that figure.
I'm not sure how the government is entitled to all of it, said Duncan Levin, a former federal prosecutor and asset forfeiture chief.
The calculation of how much a government is entitled is complicated sometimes.
This all appears to be massive bullshit.
It's a stunt she's doing just to promote her own re-election prospects.
She's clearly a political hack who has no business being in the office of the Attorney General of New York or any other state.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, she forgot to list all the black slave reparations that he owes and also his involvement in the Holocaust, you know, so he's got a lot of Jewish people that he needs to pay off, too.
The whole thing is absolutely absurd.
Anything to do with New York State is just rotten beyond repair.
Why anybody lives up there is beyond me.
I mean, there's absolutely... I've been there four times.
It's like I couldn't wait to get out of that trap.
It's a And maybe upstate is nice, but I'll tell you what, New York City is enough of a sewer that it drags the whole state down with it, and their political machinery has been corrupt up there, oh I don't know, for probably 200 years.
Mariam, your thoughts?
Yeah, you mean you've been there recently, in the past two years you've visited New York City?
No, I got past New York about 20 years ago and haven't been back Yeah, yes, okay.
Yeah, ditto.
I mean, it's gotten where it's gotten because of the corruption from the left and is a smart city in the making.
I mean, it's all, isn't it like to advance your career on how much you hate Orange Man?
Like that's, it's this like communal club of hatred, like two minutes of hate.
It's just so, so sad.
It is.
It's embarrassing.
It's shallow.
It's shameless.
New York City used to be one of the greatest cities in the world, but those days are long past.
Meanwhile, just to show how massively Trump was boxed in by individuals who are betraying and stabbing in the back, a FOIA request has revealed there were no Department of Justice investigations on election fraud after 2020, even though the Attorney General Bill Barr claimed that he had done that.
In December 2020, and I remember this well, U.S.
Attorney General Bill Barr said there was no evidence of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election, defying President Trump's ongoing efforts to reverse the result.
But he found no evidence because he didn't look for any evidence.
The evidence was massive, simply overwhelming.
This is disgusting.
I thought Bill Barr at one point was a responsible man of integrity.
Clearly, I was wrong.
Meanwhile, a woman dies immediately after receiving COVID jab and the local government covered it up.
A woman in Canada collapsed and died just moments after receiving a COVID booster.
Carol Pierce, described as perfectly healthy, having no medical issues at all, died inside Shoppers Drug Mart mere minutes after getting the vax.
My beautiful mother's life was taken yesterday by the COVID booster shot her daughter Stephanie Foster reported on Facebook.
She was happy and perfectly healthy.
Spent yesterday morning visiting me at my house up until her appointment time.
She left her appointment happy and energetic.
She said her mother texted her to let her know she was waiting 15 minutes after getting the shot before leaving the store.
And in that time, she died.
My mother texted me right after she got the shot.
She was waiting 15 minutes.
I texted her back.
It was right after that.
They said she dropped dead before she hit the floor in Shopper's Drug Mart.
That is what the docs have told us.
Following the incident, a customer was required to ask a pharmacist at the Canadian drugstore about the side effects of the COVID vax.
The pharmacist fails to mention a woman had literally been killed by the experimental injection just minutes before.
Lobeb Law Company shopper's parent had refused to comment.
They expressed they would very much like to ensure accurate information is out there.
However, we can't provide any information due to privacy.
Pointing all questions to the Saskatchewan Health Authority and Ministry of Health.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority, meanwhile, said if a patient experienced an adverse vaccine reaction, immunizing staff and physicians have a legal obligation to report the event to the medical health officer, pointing to the province's website for reporting adverse effects following immunization.
Here's the disturbing part.
There were zero deaths due to immunization reporting in Saskatchewan, the Ministry of Health said in their statement, adding, the Saskatchewan Corridor Service had investigated this incident and determined the person died from natural causes.
Right.
Of course she did.
In the event of a reaction to any vaccine, residents are advised to speak with their primary health provider or called 911 in an emergency.
Surely the Ministry of Health doesn't expect people to buy this claim she dropped dead minutes after the vaccine had natural causes, but they don't need people to believe it.
Their goal is simply to control the narrative by burying the truth as deeply as possible and to push the deadly facts, something which governments across the world have been doing from the very beginning of the rollout.
Here are two comments about it.
That's because all the mandates were planned to put people to their deathbed and to overtake and overthrow all civil rights and constitution and liberty and freedom and Christianity.
It's the same with every single Democrat loophole belief.
Fake global warming, gay marriage and abortion and pedophilia and trans and gender garbage and sex change and being taught little kids.
And this can go on and on with that dumb political Democratic Party another.
They have been covering up all deaths related to the COVID booster.
That's the government way of killing you.
People need to wake up and stop believing the government.
They are out for themselves, not for the American people.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, I'm very well informed about the absolute wall-to-wall fraud of elections, and I have a 45-minute video that's at Cypress Conservative Channel.
It's B-I-T-dot-L-Y-slash-J-O-E-O-L-S-O-N-1, case-sensitive, capital on the first two letters of that.
I'll put the exact link of that down in the comments so people can review that material.
But then as far as the COVID jab, Yeah, Principia Scientific has been on the forefront of this since absolutely day one.
I wrote my first article about the Rotten Medical Mafia back in February of 2020 when it was first starting to happen.
But here's two of the articles that are up today at Principia Scientific where I'm a co-founder.
Harvard study concludes COVID jabs are more dangerous than COVID itself.
This is written by Ethan Huff, and then there's another one by Joel Smalley.
It's still a pandemic because of the vaccinated.
The entire medical mafia has been a racket since the Flexner Report in 1910, and it's been run by the Rockefeller mafia and it's absolutely criminal and the ama does nothing to protect uh patients and it does everything to extort and manipulate doctors and hospital systems
it's an absolute racketeering operation of mega proportions and it needs to be dismantled along with the feral government oh jackie got you got that right jackie Joe, marry him.
Yeah, absolutely.
I re-watched a film called Jupiter Ascending, and they have a scene where a patient, the doctors, everyone in the room is, they're aliens.
They're bloodthirsty aliens.
Just to drive the point home, this is not about, this is healthcare, H-E-L-L.
Again, the amount of bullying, incentivizing with thousands of dollars, little commercials, normalizing myocarditis for teenagers.
CDC itself says the estimated number of patients needing anticoagulants is expected to double by 2050.
There's also a shortage of blood and they claim That getting the jab, there's no difference in blood between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated.
Do you believe that crap?
No, I understand.
I mean, I understand the Red Cross won't even take blood donations from the Vax because it's dangerous.
It's not normal blood.
Well, I wonder about whether that's the case there.
I know there's they don't take blood from Gay men and that there's gay men who are fighting to give blood when blood itself is a racket and it's a 3.3 billion dollar business.
Just looking at the plasma of going into poor neighborhoods and then shipping plasma to Switzerland and using it in the in medication.
So basically your medications are made from poor people's blood.
In a nutshell, I mean, it's just all disgusting.
People who still believe that this jab that's a vaccine, that's gene therapy, they don't see the ruse.
I mean, it's really, I cannot believe it.
Yeah, you're absolutely right, Miriam, and the charade goes on.
Meanwhile... And one more thing on that, Jimbo.
We had a horrible outbreak in England in the 60s with the mad cow disease.
And it turns out that they were able to trace that to massive amount of bones that were brought from the rivers in India, the Ganges River, where people would put their dead on a raft and let it float down.
And there were just piles and piles of human bones.
And the Brits were shipping food supplies over to India and the boats were empty.
So they said, well, look, why don't we just take these human bones back?
and we'll grind them up and make bone meal and make cattle feed out of it and then they thought well this is such a great idea we'll take the cow's bones from the slaughterhouses and ground them up and put them into the uh as bone meal into the food supply for the cattle and then all of a sudden there was a protein It was called prions, and that's what was causing it.
Well, now Governor Newsom has authorized the composting of human bodies for human gardens, so you can compost grandma and put her in your backyard, and when she dies of having spiked proteins prions, then you can grow it in your own garden and get yourself sick from it.
This is just beyond insane.
You couldn't come up with a horror plot worse than these people's reality for us.
It's terrible.
Joe, you would save one metric tons of carbon.
You would be happy.
That's what they sell it as.
It's more expensive than cremation to liquidate.
Newsom is a moron and a criminal.
Disgusting.
Trump declares border wall and remain in Mexico were effective.
He's absolutely right.
Even as records fall as a border crisis continues, former President Trump reminded Americans his policies for securing the border were largely successful.
The CBP reports a new record 2.15 million encounters in the latest fiscal year with still a month to go.
August recorded the sixth straight month of over 200,000 apprehensions along the border with 205,597.
Posting on Truth Social, he reminded Americans just two years ago we had the strongest and best southern border in U.S.
history.
The numbers are hard to dispute.
According to ZBP figures, there have been 2,150,639 illegal migrant encounters in the first 11 months of the fiscal year.
139 illegal migrant encounters in the first 11 months of the fiscal year.
This tops last year's record of 1,734,686.
Compare those numbers.
For 2019, there were 977,509.
2020, 458,088.
Meanwhile, Bill Muglen tweets, breaking its official for the first time migrant encounters at the border have surpassed 2 million in one year.
277,509.
2020, 458,088.
Meanwhile, Bill Mugland tweets, breaking its official for the first time migrant encounters at the border have surpassed 2 million in one year.
CBP reports 203,598 migrant encounters at border in August alone, bringing the total for fiscal year 2020 to 2,150,370, and there's still a month to go.
Trump noted migrants knew it would be hard to come in and even harder to remain.
The best border policy was by far the wall and remain in Mexico.
Whit forced illegals to stay on the Mexican side while their asylum requests were heard.
This was a highly intelligent approach.
Republicans across the nation are counting on Biden's border mess to play into their hands in the November midterm.
I think there's no doubt about it.
Meanwhile, Mike Lindell must face a defamation lawsuit a Minnesota judge has ruled.
My fellow CEO will face a defamation lawsuit brought by a voting machine company.
Smartmatic, a London-based voting company, alleged Lyndell, a known ally of Trump, falsely accused the company of sabotaging the 2020 election.
Judge Wilhelmina Wright denied a motion from Lindell to dismiss, stating she found evidence he ignored publicly available information that rendered his series invalid.
That's ridiculous!
Not even experts are allowed to see the code of these computer companies.
It's supposed to be, you know, proprietary.
This judge is making, on its face, appears to be absurd.
She also determined Lindell acted with actual malice.
That means he can be guilty for punitive damages.
Actual malice means you knew what you were saying was false, but said it anyway, even though you knew it was false, to mislead an intended audience.
I don't believe that would be true of Mike Lindell for one second.
Mr. Lindell continues to spread disinformation by doing so jeopardizes secure and accurate voting in the U.S.
and elsewhere.
Eric Connolly, an attorney for Smartmatic Claims, he's of course pleased with the judge's decision.
Lindell is only the latest Trump ally to be targeted by judicial bodies in Georgia.
Fulton County's grand jury has received over 60% of its witness testimony of several politicians who actually tried to sabotage the election result when Trump didn't win, meaning they sought to get it set right.
The jury and District Attorney Fannie Willis are looking to wrap up their investigation by the end of the year.
Joe, this is unbelievable.
Ongoing.
It is so corrupt.
Oh, Smartmatic, Hart InterCivic, Electronic Systems and Software, Optech, Dominion, Diebold.
They're all run by the same crime syndicate out of London, and they've been rigging elections worldwide for 20 years, and the proof is absolutely ample.
And this is actually a good thing, because when he gets into court, he can force them into doing disclosures, and if they don't accurately disclose, he's got evidence that was collected by Tina Peters, who was the Elections official in Mesa, Colorado, who downloaded the before and after when they came in and rigged the machines in real time, and she's got the data on it.
They've been trying to bust her.
That's why they stole his phone.
They were trying to figure out who else was involved in getting the inside information on how rotten those machines are.
But if he has any kind of legal rights at all, he can subpoena those machines.
They can be opened up.
You can find out where the modems are.
The machines have a dozen freaking modems inside of them.
The modems are smaller than a grain of rice, and they're sitting there just waiting for the proper little signal to say, okay, I'll go ahead and change the numbers.
What do you want me to change them to?
The whole system is rotten to the core.
The Democrats know it.
The RINOs know it.
The RINOs love it because they get to pick who they want in a RINO puppet show for the Primaries.
And then they get to rig the states so it's like 51-49 is just really too close to call when we know it's like more than 20 percent different than that.
And they can lie to us because they rigged the exit polls and the popular opinion polls.
Everything about it is totally rigged.
We have the most rotten excuse for a democracy imaginable.
You have no informed consent because you're dumb as a box of rocks and you're not informed about anything with this rotten Joe, I wish I could argue with you, but I think you got it exactly right.
Miriam, you're muted.
Sorry, the incredible thing is that you are not allowed to question the election.
Let's say a guest on Bill Maher is not allowed to talk about the big lie.
You are dubbed crazy, which is very dangerous and designed to do so.
I would say, well, let me read my six part series that at least brings up reasonable doubt that there's some chicanery Going on so the idea that we've just we've just veered so so far away from reason from just having reasonable conversations and they're all They're all infused with emotion on purpose.
So it's just, it's really sad that you can't question.
That's the whole point.
Like Mike Lindell, Alex Jones, Trump, this is what they do.
They ritualistically imbibe a person.
We are Alex Jones.
We are anyone that's questioning.
That's the whole point.
These are poster children for what's to come.
Yes, yes, yes.
We have more.
Wisconsin governor seeking a referendum on abortion ban.
This is a mediocrity we have as a governor here.
Tony Alvarez calling on the state legislature to initiate a referendum on the state's 1849 abortion ban.
A special session is to be held on October 4th in an attempt to create another hurdle for fully implementing Wisconsin's old statewide abortion prohibition, temporarily inactive during the nearly 50-year Roe v. Wade precedent.
Today, I'm calling the legislature into special session to create a pathway for Wisconsinites to be able to repeal our 1849-year criminal abortion ban.
As far as I'm concerned, the right of Wisconsinites to make their own reproductive health care decisions without interference from politicians is a fundamental freedom that shouldn't have to be put to a vote.
The law in question restricts all abortion until birth, except in cases where the mother's life is in danger.
As outlined by Evers, his proposal is not a direct repeal of the 1849 law, but rather broader Attempting to enact a constitutional amendment allowing residents to petition for votes on any current law.
That's pretty damn peculiar.
Wisconsin State Assembly Speaker Robin Voss and the Majority Leader Devin Mackey, who both Republicans, condemned the proposal.
Governor Evers would rather push his agenda to have abortion available until birth than talk about his failure to address rising crime and runaway affliction caused by his liberal D.C.
allies.
Hopefully voters see through his desperate political stunt.
And, of course, this is one manifestation of what's going on here.
Democrats using abortion to defend their majority control.
North Carolina Democrat Governor Roy Cooper, head of the Democrat Governors Association, like many Democrats, he's striving to make the midterm elections about abortion.
North Carolina has become a safe place in the Southeastern U.S.
for women to come for treatment and reproductive health care.
I've been able to stop extreme legislation Republicans with passed.
I'm going to be working to maintain that number of Democrats I need for the state legislature to be able to sustain my veto.
Democrats, facing the historic reality of a midterm wave against a party controlling the White House, are seeking to regain ground by making the midterm election about abortion.
Meanwhile, an NBC News poll showed Republicans are going to be voting on the economy.
That's a tough sell for Democrats under Biden, so fighting for abortion will be the focus.
Cooper is a red state Democrat governor who vows to veto Republicans' extreme and cruel restrictions on abortion, telling Axios, but I need enough senators to uphold it.
Republicans need to pick up two in the Senate and three in the House to have the votes to override Cooper's veto.
The Republican state leadership wants to keep the midterm votes emphasized on the struggling economy.
There's really no doubt about it.
The RSLC is focusing on defending a razor-thin State legislative majorities are going on offensive in Democrat strongholds, where voters are sick of one-party rule exacerbating the destruction Biden is doing to the national economy.
I have no doubt the economy is going to outweigh abortion in voters' minds.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, today the Dow dropped below what it was when F.J.B.
took office, so he's going to have a hard time putting a lipstick on that particular pig.
And as far as hanging your hat on the abortion thing, well, guess what's happened as a result of the overturn of Roe v. Wade?
A 900% increase in the number of vasectomies, which means there'll be a decrease in the number of forced marriages from guys that played fallopian tube roulette with lot lizards.
I know that from personal experience.
And it's a, it's usually a tragic end because a woman that can treat a man that way and treat the child that way is not going to end up being a good life partner.
And in my case, it was, uh, over and over repeated cycle by, uh, the most disreputable woman I ever met.
So bottom line is, uh, they're not going to win on the abortion issue.
So.
Go ahead, Joe.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You're muted.
They're just using the abortion because the elections are coming.
It's pretty see-through whether vasectomies are up also as predicted over-the-counter drugs more drugs for various things along the the lines of the chemical castration.
So now you can just I think the increasing in the morning after whatever is on the market now, so it's just Less messy.
Well, it's certainly clear that abortion is the Democrats' best issue since a surging crime rate, a flood of migrants over the border, and inflation are going to do them in during the midterm if we have anything resembling an honest election.
Meanwhile, the Alex Joneses, this is his second of three trials for damages alone.
These are not normal trials.
These are not to find whether or not he committed defamation.
That's already been determined in Alex Jones' case by default.
In fact, there's been no case before any of these courts that have decided the question of whether anybody died at Sandy Hook.
I sought to intervene in all three to make that point, and I was opposed by both sides.
So here you have testifying over damages he must pay.
Conspiracy theorist Alec Jones took the stand as he tries to limit the damage he must pay for promoting what they're calling here a lie, but actually it's a fact, that the 2012 Sandy Hook School Massacre was a hoax.
More than a dozen family members were there to observe his testimony.
Plaintiffs Christopher Metai showed a video from InfoWars where he called the man shooting Phony as a $3 bill and called the parents of the victim's crisis actors.
He's actually on the right track.
I've even sought to intervene on his behalf, but he's not picking it up.
Mr. Jones, if someone were to falsely claim—notice the word falsely—claim a group of family who had lost loved ones were actors and had faked the death of their loved one, that would be a horrible thing to say, correct?
In the context, it could be.
Yes, Jones replied.
But what if it were true?
What if it were a truthfully claimed that the families had faked the death of their loved one?
Would that be a horrible thing to say?
Jones was fined liable last year for default.
By default.
For damage to plaintiffs without a trial as punishment for what the judge called his repeated failure to turn out documents to their lawyers.
A six-member jury is now deciding how much he must pay.
Outside of the courtroom, he held a news conference bashing the proceedings as a travesty of justice, calling the judge a tyrant.
He made similar comments on his way to the courthouse Thursday.
This is not really a trial, he said.
This is a show trial, a literal kangaroo court.
The plaintiff's attorney began by asking whether he believed Judge Barbara Bellis were a tyrant, and whether he calls a lot of people tyrants.
Only when they act like it, he said.
He was also asked, after calling it a kangaroo court, he said the page was created by his staff, but called it a good report.
Also asked about daily profit reports.
He couldn't answer the question, he said, but denied he saw the trial as a marketing opportunity.
On his show, he has called the trial an attack on free speech.
When asked Thursday how important he felt the proceedings were, he answered, I think this is historic.
He also said credibility with his audience is not the most important thing.
It's crushing the globalist.
Dallas began the day going over topics that Jones could not mention in his testimony.
Get this.
He cannot mention these during his testimony.
Free speech rights.
The Sandy Hook family's $73 million settlement with Remington.
The percentage of Jones shows that he discussed, Sandy Hook, and whether he profited from the shows or a similar case in Texas.
Get that?
He can't mention these.
They would all be mitigating factors, in my opinion, in ascertaining how much he ought to pay in damages.
And the judge is not allowing him to say those things.
This is not the appropriate forum for you to offer that testimony, Bella said.
Jones acknowledged she understood.
The jury was sent out of the courtroom several times while attorneys argued about the scope of his answers.
You're going to get your exercise today for those of you who are fit bits, the judge told jurors.
During the lunch break, he complained to reporters About not being able to testify that he was innocent, but says he does have regret about some of the contents of his broadcast.
I've said things I probably shouldn't have said.
I didn't realize the power I had.
I've seen the families.
I met some of them.
I think they're real people.
But it's the media and the lawyers keep bringing it up and misrepresenting what I said and what I did.
He's been found liable by default in two similar lawsuits.
Notice, by default, in his hometown in Austin, Where a jury in one of the trials ordered to pay nearly $50 million in damages to the parents of one of the children killed.
A third trial will begin near the end of the year.
When he faced a Texas jury last month testifying under oath, he toned down his rhetoric.
He realized the Hook's lies were irresponsible, or so he said, and the school shooting was 100% real when I affirm it was 100% fake.
Jones' shows portrayed the shooting as staged by crisis actors and part of gun control effort, no doubt about it.
As the title of my book reflects, nobody died at Sandy Hook.
It was a FEMA drill to promote gun control.
Testimony has also focused on website analytics showing sales of dietary supplement, food, clothing, and other items spiked around the time he talked about the Sandy Hook shooting.
Evidence, including internal InfoWars emails and dispositions, show dissension within the company about pushing the hoax lies.
Except, I'm telling you, they were not lies.
Joe's attorney, Norman Pettis, is arguing damages should be limited and accused the relatives of exaggerating the harm the lies caused them.
We lost Joe.
Miriam, your thoughts?
I am appalled.
I watched this show trial yesterday.
It does, it was a commercial for his silver coin.
And then the attorney that's, do your, do your customers know that you buy this at $35 and you sell it for $130?
That's capitalism?
That happens with everything.
Go to your local JCPenney, whatever.
It's called a markup.
This is ridiculous.
Then Alex Jones makes an inappropriate comment about liberals when they're showing the Robby, is it Robby Parker is his name?
Yeah.
The Robby Parker.
And I wanted, to me, I often watch these false flag I watched the video without sound and I'm just looking at the body.
I'm just picking up things.
It's called discernment.
I mean, to me, he seems like a crisis actor.
What do you know about Robbie Parker?
Well, you can tell right off the bat.
He's coming out of the building all jocular, smiling, even laughing.
Then he turns and sees the assembled reporters.
He pauses.
He hyperventilates to get into character.
He takes a deep breath.
Then he begins talking in a solemn voice about the loss of his daughter Emily, having the presence of mind to mention her donation website.
I guarantee you 100%.
This is phony as a $3 bill.
Yeah, and I think that the fact that he's not standing by what he says, are you a journalist or not?
Again, let's say the parallel of George Floyd, everything that I'm stating I have proof, I have documents, I've spent thousands of dollars, thousands of hours to
To show what it is that I'm claiming, and if you have a theory, which you're allowed to do unless you're committing a thought crime, then it should be... That's the thing, Jim, that you have... If I look at the Shadowlands series that's smearing me, Joe Berlinger, executive producer, has never met with me, says, I want to have empathy.
This is all a lampoon and caricature and I am disappointed.
I don't know what the end goal is if we're just not going to be allowed to question anything.
Well, that's it.
They want to suppress all freedom of thought.
They want to have a one-party state.
And with other developments here, flooding the country with migrants, permanently changing the demographics.
Today's immigrants are tomorrow's Democrats.
They want them to vote in the red states, the key swing states.
They want them to change the outcome.
They're even changing the law in Illinois to get rid of private property in practice because they have new laws that become effective on the 1st of January.
Police are not allowed to remove trespassers.
So if, for example, you went on a vacation or a trip and came back and found homeless occupying your home, you could not call the police to evict them.
You're on your own.
And of course, one of the key properties of communism that differentiates it from capitalism—not just profit margins, as you correctly observe, but private property.
In Illinois, they're abolishing private property and allowing this endless influx of migrants.
This appears to be promoting no borders to create the North American Union.
American Quality of life is just falling leaps and bounds.
And the ongoing inflation, of course, is destroying our ability to maintain even getting food on the table or roofs over our lives.
Miriam, it's just outrageous.
It is outrageous.
And this production level court circus is worse than it's really it's really bad.
Like they can be seen.
I mentioned this off camera that They're huddling for a sidebar, which is supposedly secret, but they're whispering, but yet everyone can hear them.
It's such a farce.
It's a farce.
It does not feel It does just not feel genuine, and I wonder what the repercussions are for... Wouldn't you have a gag order that Alex can then, hours later, comment on what's going to happen?
Well, I know they gagged him inside the courtroom.
I think he's got freedom of speech outside, but you know.
There were, by the way, non-disclosure agreements on the participants of the Sandy Hook hoax, which was a community event.
I mean, they thought they were doing good, a lot of them, but it was all completely artificial and contrived.
Eric Holder appears to have had a key role here.
But those non-disclosure agreements, many run out at the end of the year, and we'll have to see whether everyone wants to sign back up.
But they get a lot of benefits, Miriam.
Including not paying any federal taxes.
You're saying that the NDAs that they signed have an expiry date?
I thought they were in perpetuity.
Well, that was true for the construction workers who demolished a school.
They had a lifetime agreement.
But those who participated in the hoax had 10-year non-disclosure agreements.
But they're renewable, so we'll see what happens.
Wow, interesting.
More to come.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you, pro or con.
Send live, needtoknowatgmail.com.
Live, needtoknowatgmail.com.
Meanwhile, if you're one of the commentators on my blog, Trump shot himself in the foot in an interview with Hannity, saying he could declassify anything with a thought.
Was his ego speaking?
Actually, I believe he was told that by one of his White House counselors.
He'll regret that statement.
From all I've read and heard, even from Turley, Jonathan Turley, Trump or any president can declassify any document.
I don't think this is in dispute.
So while the back and forth continues has me befuddled.
It would seem it's all to keep the rate in the forefront prior to and up to the 2022 midterms.
Yes.
The illegality of the rate doesn't matter.
Just a perception by a highly gullible and unthinking populist.
Spot on.
Appeals Court rules DOJ can retain access to Trump-rate docs.
For our part, this is now the Court of Appeals.
We cannot discern why Trump would have an individual interest in or need for any of the 100 documents with classification markings, said judges Robin Rosenbaum, Britt Grant, and Andrew Brashear, the latter two of whom were appointed by Trump.
Classified documents are marked to show they're classified, for instance, with their classification level.
According to the judges, Trump has not even attempted to show that he has a need to know the information contained in the classified documents, according to the decision.
In any event, at least for these purposes, the declassification argument is a red herring, because declassifying an official document Would not change its content or render it personal, the panel continued.
So even if we assume Trump did declassify some or all the documents, that would not explain why he had a personal interest in them.
Me, my commentator, why does he have to have a need to know?
Why is that any of their business if the documents are unclassified?
It's his private personal business.
All these damn officials want to get into our heads.
Don't let them.
They have no right to be there.
Effing privacy.
What happened to it?
Meanwhile, I've just issued a press release.
Contact for further information, James H. Fetzer, jfetzer at d.umn.edu.
Home number 6088352707 Notice of Sandy Hook Scotus Case Fetzer v. Posner Case No.
21-7916 Petition for Stay 22A200 The Alex Jones case is at the trial level while my case is before the U.S.
Supreme Court.
My case concerns my book, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.
It was a FEMA drill to promote gun control.
2015, 2nd edition, 2016, which Jones admits he has never read.
All of the pleadings filed to the U.S.
Supreme Court for your review and analysis are available at the Supreme Court Government Docket page.
I'm available to answer any questions you may have.
The above case comes up for review by the Court on 3 October 2022.
Final thoughts, Miriam, yours.
I would like to tell people that today there was a hearing for Derek Chauvin's tax evasion trial that perhaps people don't have any ideas going on.
It was pushed to December 16th.
I continue to work on my book and my documentary and ask for support to get the truth out.
It's becoming more and more challenging.
People can go to merriam-henane.com.
I just launched my own website to use as a secure place because it's very, it's very, I'm very targeted.
And I think some of my peers are beginning to see how censored I truly am.
I'm the brunt of a smear piece.
Supposed docuseries called Shadowland.
And yeah, please check out my latest episode on Truth Lives Here today that dropped at 11.
I interview Andreas Curtis, very interesting gentleman.
And thank you, Jim, for continuing to have me on the show.
Well, you're doing a terrific job, Marianne.
You and Joe are just a delight.
I'm just extremely pleased to have you here.
Thank you.
Week after week, it's a real pleasure.
Meanwhile, Alex Jones got it right when he called these show trials.
They are show trials.
They're supposed to convince the public that if you question an official narrative, you're liable to be hauled into court and have a massive judgment against you, even if you're someone as prominent as Alex Jones.
I mean, think about it.
If Alex Jones can be hauled into court and sued for having an opinion that contradicts an official narrative, even about a mass school shooting, which I can guarantee you was a FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control, then what about the average citizen?
It's fascinating to me how they're going after Alex.
They're going to run this right up to the November midterm election because the Democrats think gun control is another issue on which they have a political edge.
I think that's completely false, that the American people are catching on.
Guns are used for defensive purposes millions of times every year.
If Americans were to lose their ability to have guns to protect themselves, you could add another 200,000 deaths to the rolls, averaging around 70,000 a year now from gun violence, and that includes all the gang shootings and the like, where the overwhelming majority are committed with pistols.
But the overwhelming majority of deaths in the U.S.
don't even involve guns, but actually being beaten to death or strangled with your bare hands, sad to say.
And you begin to realize there's something drastically wrong here.
The Democrats, in my opinion, have fumbled every single issue they're adopting.
They're going to go down to a massive defeat in November, and they know it, which is why they're going to do their very best to circumvent the midterm elections.
They're going to find a way.
Stand by.
We shall see how this will all play out.
Meanwhile, You yourself can visit the Supreme Court and see what my case is all about.
You can download the documents from their docket.
Just enter Fetzer v. Posner and you'll find your way.
Thanks for joining us on the eve of a weekend.
I encourage you, again, spend all the time you can with your friends, your family, your loved ones.
We do not know how much time we have left, and I mean that literally.
