Time Text
This is Truth Vs. News on the 18th of September.
I'm Donald Ryan, your producer and host at JD.Consultants and live.com and we've got another great show to follow up.
The super show we had last week about 9-11 and the Queen and everything.
Boy, we've got a good show today.
We have the best people in the world to share things with.
You've got Jim, who's written fantastic books.
Jim Fetzer, most dangerous mind in America, who's so dangerous.
Why?
Because he tells the truth.
That's everybody know in the world, however.
Rotten things are, and the rotten souls don't like it, I guess.
Then we have Scott Bennett, who's the military intelligence officer par excellence, who's been there, done that, and he's written a heck of a good book, and he wrote it under duress when he was in prison for doing And upholding the law and upholding things and exposing some financial stuff.
That was not cricket.
Then we also have attorney David Kinney, who is just outstanding down there in Los Angeles with school boards and things.
But anyway, let's just get going.
And Jim, I guess we got to just think what's going on in the EU right now and Ukraine and other things that are happening, right?
Well, it's interesting, Don, that a Swedish newspaper claims Rand came up with a plan to provoke Russia into attacking Ukraine to damage Germany, really to separate Germany and Russia so we wouldn't get the opening of Nordstrom 2, which was going to make things very simpatico between Russia and Germany.
Make profits by selling cheap gas to Germany.
There'd be no need for NATO.
We'd bring peace to Europe.
But the military-industrial complex didn't like the idea.
The newspaper claimed it obtained a classified document signed by Rand, weakening Germany, strengthening the U.S., it was called, outlining a scenario how the U.S.
could help It's own struggling economy by draining resources from its European allies.
The plot involved goading Russia into attacking Ukraine, which would force the EU to impose sanctions on Russia and decouple their economies from Russian energy, which is exactly what happened.
The resulting damage would undermine the EU's political power and potential for pursuing policies independent of the U.S.
and would trigger an outflow of capital and skilled labor from Europe to the U.S., according to the study.
Pretty damn interesting.
Meanwhile, the Russian troops hit 12 Ukrainian command posts in the past 24 hours.
This is a few days back.
This is during an era when the Ukrainians are making tremendous progress, or so we're being told.
We have waves of Ukrainian assault teams mounting botched attacks.
They're being mowed down.
From the latest report I had today, the Ukrainian troops are being put up on dope, probably hallucinogenics, methamphetamines.
They don't realize the danger they're subjecting themselves to, and when they just step right out and make themselves obvious targets, they're mowed down by the Russians.
Meanwhile, as we've been anticipating, Ukrainian army units are surrounded near the borders of Kursan.
This is a technique the Russians have used repeatedly in the past.
Ukrainian militants encircled near the borders of Kyrgyzstan near the Iglis River.
The deputy head of the region's military and civilian administration of Kyrgyzstan has reported.
This is not surprising.
This is what the Russians intended to do.
And all the reports of the Ukrainian advance are not only grossly overblown, but indicate they were falling into a Russian trap.
Scott.
I think you nailed that well, Jim, when you described the Russian trap.
And I think it is corroborated by all of the experts that understand the Russian character, the Russian strategy.
They understand that Russia has been preparing for this conflict since 2014, essentially, when they saw the overthrow.
And they've actually been planning for it for a longer amount of time, probably since Oh, Putin came into power, but certainly since 2005, when the West was instrumental and the CIA was instrumental in overthrowing the political establishment and creating a pro-NATO, pro-US regime, more of a military dictatorship.
And then, of course, the climax of that was the overthrowing of Yanukovych with Poroshenko.
So Putin and the Russians have been preparing for this since 2014, at least.
And they are masters at methodical chess playing, strategic wargaming, and they have played out the Ukraine geography and the moves and countermoves, moves, countermoves, ad nauseum, and they are masters at land warfare.
Russians are long-range artillery, capturing cauldron pockets, as they call them, And they have been building up ammo supplies so that for the past, you know, eight years or so, they have generated enough ammunition to unleash more weaponry, rockets, munitions than Ukraine can imagine.
And they have decimated the Ukrainian military.
And they are allowing and luring The Ukraine, I think, to think that they have counter maneuvers and they have countermeasures and that they've got the initiative.
Russia is a master of pretending it has a broken wing to lure them into the quicksand.
As Scott Ritter has said, the general winter and general mud are coming to help Russia, meaning the mud of the rains are going to make things very, very difficult for Ukraine and the winter, of course, too.
The Russians, I thought, would have been much more militarily quick in this, but it's now apparent that that was not their long-term objective.
They are militarily medium-paced in this.
They have broken the back of Ukraine.
They don't need to execute it.
They've broken its back.
And now they are allowing time for the political revolutions in Europe to fester?
Through the quickening of the freezing and the absence of fuel and the nonsense of the political rhetoric that we are all in it together, we must all suffer for our values.
You have no values, European Union.
You have nothing of a moral character.
You embrace every perversion and sickness from LGBT wokeism to homosexual flags and all of the things that don't represent good traditional values.
And now you're asking the people to basically lower their standards of living to a level I don't think we have seen since before the Dark Ages, before, you know, the fall of the Roman Empire, where everybody's wearing bare furs and burning wood.
And ironically, Germany is going out to burn wood, getting firewood, because they don't have the gas.
Russia is allowing that to fester.
So that it can overthrow the political regimes by the appetites of the European people become so famished that they have no choice either throw overboard and get rid of their leaders in order to survive by reproachment with Russia or suffer and die and disappear.
And Russia's saying we don't care which one you do.
Disappear?
We don't care.
We've got all of our clientele in India and China now.
Or come to your senses, as I've said, and get rid of your lunatics, and we can have a relationship as we always should have.
And I think the West, America in particular, with the retard Biden, is going to be blackballed and ostracized by the new regime of political leaders that are rising up.
So the military gamesmanship that Russia is playing with Ukraine is part of its strategy, and it will win the conflict militarily.
And it may also expand it to destroy many of the Western bases and planes and depots that are transporting these weapons.
So Russia has said, we haven't even started.
And again, you do not want to wake that grizzly bear or else it's going to devour and destroy like that ancient biblical story where the she-bears came out and mauled and slew 40 children.
In this case, it could be four European countries, Jim.
I think Russia's been gentle because they want to protect the civilian population especially, but Ukraine really doesn't have a real chance.
Here, David, your thoughts.
Well, you know, there's been, I tell you one thing, the dialogue and the diplomacy that needs to take place is not taking place.
Biden, Blinken are leading us to the cusp of nuclear war, and I just think it's the worst display of national policy that I've ever seen since I've been a kid.
But, you know, you have the Kharkiv counteroffensive, and it has limited success for Zelensky.
He gets to bloat about it, take pictures down in Izyum, You know, and toot his own horn.
But I agree with you, gentlemen.
I think that Putin has not expected this to be quick.
He's taken his time with his offensives.
They're planned out.
I think this action in this counteroffensive was successful for the Ukraine to a certain extent, but I don't think it's anything that Russia can't withstand.
The concern that I have is Russia is in for a long-term game and long-term and protracted gain, which is the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
So the fact that you see Blinken and Biden supporting this move.
This has become a NATO offensive, not a Ukrainian offensive.
And the United States is deeply involved in it.
And I'm disturbed about that because I think Blinken and Biden are going to draw us right into a nuclear war if they're not careful.
Yeah, it looks like that may even be the policy.
Don, you wanted to add a thought?
Go ahead.
Oh, just real quickly.
I think it was last week that we were, we had a slide showing the Ukraine people all thought they were winning and 97% was just almost ecstatic that they were so much ahead.
But has that changed in a week?
It looks like things have changed and Russia really is in control.
Well, Russia always was in control.
That was just propaganda, Donald.
And here we have Schumer overheard privately telling Pelosi the Democrats are going to lose.
According to the real clear politics average, they do polls of polls.
Biden has a 42% approval, but 52.8 unfavorable.
I think 42% approval for Biden is absurd.
I think it's probably closer to half that or less.
Compared to Kamala, who has a favorable of 36.3 to a negative of 51.2, 40.7 of respondents find Trump to be favorable, compared to 54% for unfavorable.
Republicans were widely believed to sweep the House due to Biden's abysmal handling of, well, everything.
The overturn of Roe v. Wade changed that.
The midterms may be a lot closer as a consequence, but frankly, I think abortion is way down when you look at the issues that matter most to the American people, which include inflation, the lack of food on the shelf, crime rising astronomically, border While the numbers go back and forth, there are options on—opinions on which way the House will go.
One top Democrat believing it will go to the Republicans.
Majority leader Schumer privately told a group of Democrat senators Monday that Speaker Pelosi is in trouble and that Democrats are going to lose the House.
They came during a dinner at Trattoria Alberto, an Italian restaurant on Capitol Hill, where the senators, President included Chris Toones of Delaware, Mark Kelly of Arizona, Chris Van Hollen of Maryland, Tom Carper of Delaware, Hook and Looper of Colorado, and Durbin of Illinois.
The comments are in stark contrast to Pelosi's declaration.
Not only will the Democrats keep the House, they'll add to their majority.
Frankly, I think that's completely absurd.
Schumer said if it were held today, there was a 60% chance they'd hold the Senate and a 40% chance they'd hold the House.
I think both of those numbers are wildly exaggerated.
Schumer said House Minority Leader McCarthy sucks up to Trump and predicted that Trump would run for re-election.
Schumer said the Democrats will not be able to win the Senate race in Iowa.
A former Navy Vice Admiral is riding against a longtime Senator Chuck Grassley, of course.
Meanwhile, Biden is hiding his student loan forgiveness stunt.
This is one reason why they're not going to prevail in the House.
There are plenty of finely honed tweets telling the story of Americans who claim to have benefited from the Student Loan Debt Relief Program, but they are now no longer President Biden's speeches.
Many young people with debt have cornered the debate and support the decision, but an awful lot of Americans Uh, are not praising what's going on here.
He didn't bring it up in his last four speeches.
It's going to burden the average American with $20,000 in Pell Grant recipient debt and $10,000 in student debt for low to middle income houses.
This is a $600 billion transfer in order to support this student loan business.
Initially, it appeared to be a victory for the Democratic Party.
It's no longer looking that way.
While some will immediately benefit, our enthusiasm is being attacked as a handout for the professional class and unjust to others who have previously repaid their loans.
Or voters over 50 may question its fairness and constitutionality.
Certainly I do.
According to the Institute for Democracy and Higher Ed, college students participated in the presidential election at a record-breaking rate of 66 percent, up 14 from prior.
But remember, they were manufacturing votes.
It was very easy to cast votes in the name of students when the students had no idea they were even voting.
Biden, of course, is attacking the extremists, Republicans, all this other happy horseshit, but I don't think it's going to save the day.
Scott, your thoughts?
Yeah, I think Biden's crashing and burning is inevitable.
He's, you know, the college tuition thing is so laughable, especially given the laughable state of America's college advanced education.
It's not advanced.
It's retarded.
It doesn't do anything.
It doesn't help people learn how to think.
It doesn't help people learn how to create.
It brainwashes them with white guilt, climate-worshiping religion, lesbian, gay, homosexual, special rights, you know, Black Lives Matter, you know, your oppressor versus the oppressed.
It is nothing but emotional nonsense and schizophrenia masquerading as higher education.
So it's worthless.
And it's symbolic of the direction the country is going into a worthless morass a worthless garbage heap that once was known as the United States of America.
And I think there'll be pockets of new states and new leadership rising up to jettison and expel all this.
But we have become a body riddled with cancers of political correctness and leftism that has crept into the institutions of education and of course the media.
And I think the only truthful thing Schumer has ever said is that they are going to lose The election's coming up, if there is a free and fair election.
We've talked about this earlier on today, Jim.
I don't believe there is going to be a free and fair election.
I believe they're going to try and launch some false flag attacks, blame some Trump supporters for getting unruly.
They may do an assassination or two.
They may try and dress up a bunch of lunatic Antifa in Trump hats and say, this is what the Trump people are trying to do because we've indicted Donald Trump.
And then they're going to try and drop the guillotine, martial law, insurrection act, no one can go to a voting place, so everybody has to vote by ballot and then they'll steal the election that way.
Finally, on the commentary on the RAND Corporation earlier, Jim, I've read the papers from RAND and they are the quintessential key think tank that has been designing the Ukrainian information operations and indeed some of the dirtiest fighting techniques And putting people on lists and engaging in all of this undermining and just dirty fighting in general.
This is all the RAND Corporation.
So I would not be surprised if I was Russia or guiding Russia or On that side, I would do everything I can to destroy the RAND population and everybody associated with the RAND population because it has been orchestrating overthrows and coup d'etats from Syria and elsewhere.
I know I was back there in Washington when the RAND Corporation was part of the Arab Spring planning.
This organization is one of the greatest warmongering neocon groups ever.
And the sooner that it would be wiped out and the people wiped out, the sooner you'd see a peaceful settlement to Ukraine and many other conflicts.
Jim?
David.
Well, you know, Chuck Schumer in his political philosophy is inherently wrong on all fronts, but I think he is right in predicting the fact that they're going to lose the House.
I don't think Pelosi is going to stay in her position.
I think she's going to be removed as Speaker.
I think we're going to see more and more of this Gavin Newsom coming out that the I'm going to just say.
Incompetent and there's a guy who his first trip out of the state of California is down to El Salvador to spend time paying his respects to Oscar Romero, a priest who's, you know, had this vision of a North America that
That I think proves that Gavin Newsom embraces the papal edict of having North America just serve as one united area.
So I think Governor Newsom is trying to be the first president of North America, quite frankly.
And you guys, you watch what happens over time with that.
But so you've got Schumer, You've got Pelosi, you've got Newsom, and you've also, you know, so as far as I'm concerned, that's that with the North American Union.
Now, let me go back over to the right.
I have tremendous respect for Grassley as I do the gentleman from Wisconsin who I know you know, but I can't think Johnson, Ron Johnson.
Yeah, I have tremendous respect.
I've seen those two gentlemen work their best, especially Ron Johnson fighting the.
Forgive me for one second.
Fighting the vaccines and the administration to the military, which I greatly respect.
But what's taking place with this education, this focus on education, is out here in California we have two things.
We have a A piece of legislation, an ordinance that was run up in San Francisco that allows anyone to vote, Measure F. And you can be a non-citizen, you can be voting for school board members in the state of San Francisco.
That was recently struck down by a local court.
Now we have another attempt or another attack on the voting system, having 16 year olds being allowed to vote.
And they're being allowed to register in advance.
So if you think the registration, if you think electioneering doesn't mean the 16-year-olds get their name and their ballots and everything else, you know, just close your eyes because that's exactly what's going to happen out here.
You're going to get your pathway to the ballot a lot simpler than you would, a lot easier, a lot faster than you would anywhere else.
But this is all part of the focus, and I think Scott said it, on the indoctrination of education.
The truth of the matter is, when you think about what the states do, nearly half of their budget goes into education.
In the state of California, about 50-55% of our state dollars are committed to education.
When you think about it, it makes sense.
You know, I work for a district.
We have school district that encompasses 20, 28 different schools.
It serves five cities.
Those cities are major central areas in Los Angeles County.
And you see this, the amount of funds that go through our districts alone, we have 300 million in funds annually.
We have bond funds that are 200, 300 million sitting in reserve.
That's over a half a billion dollars.
In the county of Los Angeles, there's over, I mean think about this, it wasn't long ago Gavin Newsom proposed a 15 billion dollar budget statewide investment in education.
$15 billion.
Recently, the County of Los Angeles proposed bond funds to the tune of $10 billion.
So here you have Gavin Newsom going statewide with $15 billion, and here you have the County of Los Angeles going countywide for $10 billion, which is $20 billion worth of liability on the back of the taxpayers.
This is unheard of.
So what you see is this sucking away of wealth from the middle class, from the taxpayers, who every month Pay this additional bill that goes on their tax bill to support education.
But we've got our private colleges sucking off the student loans.
We've got our public schools sucking off the student loans.
And it's just more and more money to indoctrinate, to fill these kids with absolutely objectionable ideas.
And as Scott said, you have the LBGT agenda.
You have the other agenda for getting through and not having to pay your debts.
It's just a complete attack on what we hold to be dear, I think, in America, which is hard work.
For hard work, in exchange, you get rewarded.
Now, it's do little work.
I'm just going to take my case.
I got a scholarship.
I got a scholarship to go to USC when I was in In my junior year, I transferred from a JC, I got a scholarship to go, I had to pay, I had to take a student loan out, I had to pay it back, I went to law school, had to pay it back, you know, and To think that these guys are being told by state senators, state assemblymen, government, that, hey, go to school, mount up the debt, and we're going to forgive it.
Forget that.
I just think you have to pay the piper.
Everybody's got to pay the piper.
So it's their turn.
They went to school.
They're getting their professions.
They're going into these different careers.
You've got to pay for it.
I paid for it.
They can pay for it.
Well, it's clear it's politically backfiring, or Biden would be talking about it, but it's working against them.
Meanwhile, the DOJ is unhappy about the special master reviewing their docs.
They don't want any outside party making a determination as to the status of the 100 classified docs.
Or to consider whether Trump had already declassified them.
Here's part of the actual petition.
The record's bearing classification markings, which of course does not mean that they're actually still classified.
The framework appears to be built upon a false premise.
The DOJ argument is contingent on the government not having the original documents, as if there were only one copy.
That's ridiculous, because the originals are always obtained by the originating agency.
Once again, the DOJ, together with the Internal Intelligence Agency, is claiming to be the arbiter of the classification status of the documents.
If President Trump declassified them before leaving office, which he did, the classification status is automatically moved.
This reality is a central flaw in the DOJ case and appears to form the basis for main justice to be so adamant against anyone else reviewing them.
Thus, there are two structural flaws.
There's more than one copy of the docs being argued where the DOJ already has access to the originals, and This is a very appropriate move.
is unknown, hence a special master.
And if they were declassified, then the whole argument is automatically moved.
This is a very appropriate move.
I cannot imagine a case in which it would be more appropriate to appoint a special master.
Meanwhile, the search warrant may be tossed entirely.
I've made this point before.
Others are confirming it.
Kevin Brock, a former head of the FBI, say that it may be just too broad to be sustainable and will be thrown out of court.
I believe this is the case.
The search warrant itself was just overwhelmingly broad.
Every single document generated during the Trump administration, which is just ridiculous.
Now there's signs that the FBI collected even more than they were permitted to collect.
He believes a search warrant may be suppressed.
That he's concerned the search warrant would lose access to anything collected throughout the search as the fruit of a poisonous tree.
Brock attacked the FBI raid and the standard operating procedure, which is to begin with the least invasive course of action possible that they violated.
When asked to explain how FBI searches generally take place, they go to the home, put up a system where things are diligently documented with unique tracking numbers, barcodes.
Before you leave, each component is scrutinized to ensure it falls within the parameters of the document, none of which was done.
If you go into a home and put up a system where the things you seize, that's only one part of the story he said.
The second is not to be unduly wide as to what sections of the residence can be searched.
You can only search those areas where it makes sense, which would not include Melania's closet or her lingerie drawers.
This is just absurd.
I'm convinced it's unconstitutionally broad and they can't use anything for legal or judicial purposes.
But then the whole point of political, they're just trying to create a premise that the Democrats can run on to smear Trump.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, you raise some very important points.
This is a constitutional issue.
And guess what?
Barron Trump has constitutional rights.
Melania Trump has constitutional rights to be secure in their person, papers, and effects.
That means their bedroom.
That means their underwear drawers.
That means everything else that belongs to them.
They were not employees of the United States government.
They can't have their room searched without a separate search warrant that targets Melania and her room.
Not Trump's room, not Trump's skiff, but you have to have a separate warrant if you go into Melania's room or Barron's room or anyone else's room.
And that's a key issue.
So I'm sure all the lawyers are smart enough, although I have my doubts sometimes regarding the level of intelligence of some of these lawyers, present company excluded, of course.
But some of them are just dumb when it comes to the strategic defense and countermeasures that should have been employed, such as refusing to admit any FBI agents without showing and providing an original blue ink signed warrant.
Uh, and letting them come galloping in to, uh, the house, uh, and go into a SCIF.
Who had the clearance?
Did, did the people going into the SCIF have a top secret SCI clearance?
If not, they violated the security code because you're not allowed to go into any TSSCI facility without a TSSCI clearance.
Uh, and, uh, you know, again, the, the, The circus of throwing papers on the ground and the illusion, the mirage, the fantasy of Trump being so troglodyte in his manners that he just throws stuff around.
This is obviously meant to create bias.
And if they're doing this to create bias, then everything that they're doing is biased.
So they have not only committed fruit of the poisonous tree through unconstitutional legal searches, but their entire character is biased.
And we have all sorts of past exhibitions of that.
The FBI covered up Hunter Biden's laptop after the computer technical shop owner's father, who was a 30-year Air Force officer, took it into the Arizona FBI field office.
And they insulted him and then kept it covered up.
That's treason.
That's an act of domestic terrorism.
That's an act of election meddling.
Not a law enforcement agency, but a group of Nazi thugs that are obedient and loyal to their Gestapo retard Democrat Joe Biden regime.
And they also, of course, in a sense, betray Trump by having a judge that's even associated with this, previously associated with Carter Page and the FISA warrant that was manipulated and fraudulent, that failed to mention Carter Page as a CIA asset.
So that judge is compromised.
There's compromise all over this entire issue in every location.
But it has to be drilled down.
I think Trump is goading them and saying, I dare you to indict me because you'll trigger a revolution and a war and a conflict in this country, unlike any other time in history.
And I think in part, that's what these Democrats want.
They want to trigger conflict.
They want to arrest and indict Donald Trump in the hopes that you'll have a massive uprising of Trump supporters that'll redo January 6th.
But perhaps also the Democrats are going to pretend they're going to dress up a bunch of people like Trump supporters, like they did on January 6th, and pretend there's an insurrection so they can shut down the elections.
So any way it goes, I think we're being inevitably put into a position where violence and bloodshed is going to be the only means to relieve the pressure that the Democrats and their FBI thugs are creating.
And never mind the clear and damage they're doing to the country with the illegal aliens pouring in.
These people are traitors and have engaged in seditious activity, and I think they know if the elections were free and fair, they would lose.
The Republicans would come in and do a Nuremberg-style hearing and prosecute and possibly execute a lot of these Democrats for what they've done.
So this is America just before a communist revolution.
The question is, who is going to be the victors?
The communist left-wing reds who are going to try and kill and slaughter every white person and steal every white person's house and flood the country with brown people from every third world country?
That seems to be their plot, their ploy.
Or are the American people going to rise up and, like DeSantis and others, say, no, we're not having these people in our state.
I don't think they should be sending them to Martha's Vineyard.
I think they ought to send them on a plane back south of the border.
But there are some fascinating conflicts that are brewing, and I don't think they're going to get softer.
I think they're going to get more explosive, violent, and bloody in the next two months.
Jim?
Well, mind you, Congress can't execute anyone.
They can only conduct an investigation and make a recommendation for judicial prosecution and so forth, which could theoretically, of course, terminate in such an outcome.
David, your thoughts?
It's like I said, you know, this whole advance or attack by Merrick Garland and the FBI is nothing other than theatrics.
It reeks of bias and prejudice.
It reeks of unfairness.
It reeks of cover-up.
It reeks of just outright distaste and distrust of Donald Trump.
Now, I'm not saying Trump's the ideal candidate or the ideal president or anything.
Are there going to be a few documents that probably shouldn't have been there?
Well, maybe, maybe not.
Maybe they were all declassified.
But it's like I said, this is now in process.
A federal judge has it.
These guys, the people with the FBI have lost their control over it.
It's now gone over to the judiciary.
So the judiciary is going to take the time.
They're going to review everything.
And I mean, just think about this.
I feel bad.
I think his name is Dreyer.
I feel bad for Judge Dreyer.
Who's going to be hearing all these arguments.
He's going to be stuck looking at thousands upon thousands of documents, different allegations.
It's the burden of proof for the government to establish that these documents are classified and privileged.
But it's actually President Trump's authority to declassify.
So for those he declasses, they're declassified.
And for those he exercises privilege on, they're protected.
So I just don't see, I don't see where any, where they're just going to get any handhold or any, any, they're going to be able to hook on to any factual thing that they can hang their hat on.
But it's like what I said earlier.
This is now subject to judicial process.
This is a federal judge overseeing it.
We're going to hear nothing but stories about this, that, and the other side, raising cane about everything and every step in the process.
But now it's been introduced into the judicial realm, and it's no longer the theatrics of the government, except as they're revealed in the press.
I mean, look what happened with Look what happened with the action recently by, what's the guy's name who's doing the prosecution of the FBI?
Durham.
Durham.
It's going to be just like the Durham case.
As soon as he gets it, it just takes process and takes time.
At this point in time, what happens is these federal investigators, these judicial clerks, everybody has higher duties.
And I'm telling you, people in the judiciary Take their duties more seriously than political hacks, okay?
And when you're doing justice, you have to work it through, you have to identify the facts, you've got to make the law, you've got to publish your decision, it's got to be reviewable by the public, it's going to be, you know, good decisions, I would hope.
But what we're going to see in this, in this time, for the time being, we're going to see all these machinations take place, more theatrics, it's just going to turn into the Durham Case review over here in front of Dreyer and that's what we've got to look forward to.
So nothing, I would expect nothing more out of this other than more theatrics.
Well, I think it's even a little different, David.
The judge has asked that the special master giver report, as I recall, 24 November, which is post the midterm election.
So at least I'm doing politically neutralized with regard to the midterm elections.
Well, that's right.
That's what I said last week.
Yeah.
This thing's going to blow right by it.
Well, here we go.
Martha Vineyard voting 84% for Biden gets the illegal aliens deported as soon as possible to a military base.
They prompted the governor of Massachusetts to deport them and get them the hell off of Martha's Vineyards as soon as possible.
Martha's Vineyard officials were begging for federal officials over what they called a humanitarian crisis after 50—just 50—illegals were flown into the elite island.
In response, the governor bussed them off Martha's Vineyard to Joint Base Cape Cod following the Democrats' outcry that DeSantis flying them was evil and inhumane.
Even while President Biden buses and flies thousands of illegals every day to working and middle-class communities elsewhere in the United States.
Here is Samantha Grose tweeting, Buses have arrived in Edgartown to transport migrants from St.
Andrew's Parish Hall.
One big bus and two shorter, people with bags are taking selfies and hugging volunteers goodbye.
The move comes as Biden is reportedly reviewing legal options against Republican governors.
The governor of Massachusetts also claimed Martha's Vineyard was not equipped to provide sustainable accommodations.
Wealthy residents, however, leave their summer homes in Martha's Vineyard in the autumn and summer, providing excess shelter space for new arrivals.
In fact, there's a vast amount.
The Obamas, for instance.
Don't live primarily at their vacation home on the Vineyard instead.
They spend most of their time at their primary residence in Washington, an 8.1 million estates in the exclusive Calorama neighborhood.
Meanwhile, Spanish TV reporter says Martha Vineyard residents were confirming they don't want the migrants there.
Speaking outside of St.
Andrew's Church, Cristina Rondono Rumia of Telemundo said that residents refused to be interviewed about their displeasure with the situation for fear of appearing inhumane.
The Martha Vinland Homeless Shelter coordinator, Lisa Belcastro, lamented the island does not have the facilities to house the migrants, despite the fact that some of America's wealthiest, legal, billion-dollar vacation homes that are empty most of the year.
A furious man passed a short time, he said his children had to leave the island because there are no jobs or housing, and now they bring these migrants over?
Deceiving them with these promises?
Here's George Bonilla.
Swerve ending to tonight's Telemundo news report from Martha's Vineyard.
Props to Christy Lodano for unblinkingly barting, not all residents are thrilled at the migrant drop-off.
Christina Bush tweeted, wow, this Martha's Vineyard Democrat doesn't seem very welcoming or progressive.
We don't have housing for 15 immigrants.
Don't the Obamas have a 10-bedroom mansion there?
That would fit half of them.
Here's a sign on Martha's Vineyard, contradicted by their practice.
We respect women.
We value black lives.
We stand with our LGBTQ community members.
We stand with immigrants, with refugees, with indigenous people, and with people of all faiths.
We stand with our community, as long as they're not actually physically here on Martha's Vineyard.
The sentiments about not having enough room and how migrants need to be sent elsewhere conflict with a sign I've just read.
Ted Cruz put the crisis into perspective by observing that 15,000 migrants flooded into Del Rio, Texas on a single day.
Here you have more.
That does put it in perspective.
They're whining about $50,000.
How about $15,000 per day?
Ever since Governor DeSantis flew $50,000 to the wealthy liberal enclave, Democrats have been calling the situation a humanitarian crisis.
It's cruel to treat human beings like pawns in a political game.
He's reached a new low, said Senator Elizabeth Warren of DeSantis, when she ought to be saying that about Biden.
Explaining vulnerable people for political stunts is repulsive and cruel, but that's exactly what the Democrats are doing, and she's part of the problem.
This homeless shelter coordinator said at some time they have to move because we don't have the services to care for them.
In a tweet Wednesday, Crude explained how 15,000 migrants, not just 50, flooded into Del Rio on a single day.
Folks on Martha's Vineyard are describing the burden of 50 illegal immigrants.
To put that in perspective, the small town of Del Rio, Texas has about 30,000 residents.
I was there when 15,000 Haitian or legal immigrants were crossing into Del Rio in a single day.
15,000 is greater than 50.
Meanwhile, Martha's Vineyard could house up to 6 million refugees when you look at the carrying capacity.
How many could they actually have there on Martha's Vineyard?
Census data reports around 17,000 year-long residence, 14,600 homes.
Suppose each home has four bedrooms and each bedroom can sleep three.
That would mean the island's sleeping capacity was From 175,200 beds, 158,200 would be unoccupied.
If anything, this underestimates the sleeping capacity.
The island regularly houses 200,000.
If you really pack them in, you could get it up to 400,000 evenly.
Look at some of these beautiful areas.
its sleeping capacity.
The island regularly houses 200,000.
If you really pack them in, you could get it up to 400,000 evenly.
Look at some of these beautiful areas.
They really appear to be quite luxurious and bountiful.
Of course, there's a lot of available land in Martha's Vineyard that could be converted into housing for refugees.
With a current population of about 194 per square mile, roughly the density of Indiana, Georgia, or North Carolina.
But if we were to raise that to that of Washington, D.C., with 11,285 per square mile, we could fit nearly a million newcomers.
That would still leave plenty of room on the island.
Manhattan, after all, is 69,648 per square mile.
By our calculation, that leaves Martha's with room for six million refugees.
Perhaps a former President Obama, with his 29-acre estate with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, Good.
Welcome.
Ferry's bringing the new arrivals.
He might even greet the folks disembarking with an aloha and a lay in the tradition of his native state.
Scott?
First of all, I don't think Martha's Vineyard's got enough wine for everybody.
Got enough what?
Wine.
Wine.
We're going to give the illegal migrants wine.
Scott, your thoughts?
Yeah, I mean, on one level, the comedy of this is a wonderful demonstration of the hypocrisy of the Democrats.
I love anything that rings the nose and slaps them across the face and shocks them in their testicles.
I enjoy anything that does that to Democrats, and this is certainly one of those maneuvers where DeSantis and Abbott and Tucker Carlson is at the top of his game and mocking these Democrats about their entire, you know, woke agenda.
We stand with gays.
We stand with illegals.
We stand with Black Lives Matter.
We stand with men who think they're women and run in women's races.
We stand for all of this insanity and schizophrenia and dysfunction.
But then, You have Abbott and DeSantis saying, hey, if all these illegals are coming over and want to go to sanctuary cities, sanctuary states, we'll help them and we'll send them to sanctuary cities and states.
They're not going to stay in Florida.
They're not going to go into places that don't want them, that are not sanctuary states.
So we'll just ship them up and help them along their way.
So we'll ship them to Martha's Vineyard.
And, you know, you look at the left going into complete meltdown.
I hope If they're going to play that card, then they need to double down and overwhelm them.
Not just with five buses, but with 500.
Send every plane and bus and plane, so that island is overflowing.
So you have people camping out on the beaches in tents, and every road, and every airport, and every single inch of that abomination called Martha's Vineyard with the diabolical Barack Obama and his transvestite husband, Michael LeVon Robinson, overwhelmed Martha's Vineyard.
With these illegal migrants.
Dress them up in yellow t-shirts with a banana on the back of the shirt and the front saying, Biden sent me.
Send them all to these Democrat sanctuary states and let these Democrats that voted for Biden taste the idiocy and the evil and the depravity and the suffering that they so flippantly try and impose on other states that don't want them.
Idaho, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Texas, wherever it is.
So, send them to Washington.
Send them to the White House.
Send them to the Vice President's house.
Send them to Martha's Vineyard.
Send them to Boston.
Send them to every Democrat state, if that's their plot.
Now, the other part of me objects strenuously to even allowing these people to cross the border.
Because they should be held back.
It is an invasion.
15,000 Haitians crossed the Del Rio part.
We were talking about that earlier.
15,000 Haitians.
That's an invasion.
So these states should have their military and National Guard repelling them.
It is a crime to illegally bring in aliens.
8 U.S.
Code 1324.
Illegally aiding and abetting the illegal entry of an alien.
They don't seem to care about that.
They're just playing the politics.
So if they're going to let them in, send them to the Democrat states and send them overwhelmingly.
And round them up in your states.
Get rid of them.
Load them on buses at gunpoint and say, you're not staying in this state.
You're going to Martha's Vineyard.
You're going to New York.
You're going to the Democrat states.
And I don't care what you put them in prison buses.
Uh, but, uh, this, this, in a sense, needs to happen to, uh, let these Democrats see, uh, that they are the victims of their own suffering by their own maniac politicians and send them to Chuck Schumer's house, send them to Nancy Pelosi's house, make targeted deployments of these people, send them to Gavin Newsom's house, and let them, uh, uh, squat and fester and, uh, uh, be in sleeping bags and tents around their place.
And see how long Americans are going to tolerate it.
Jim?
That's right.
Every city and state that's declared itself to be a sanctuary city and state should fulfill the responsibility it assumed when it so declared itself.
Follow through.
The plan was to flood the red states to hell with that.
Send them where they want them to the sanctuary city called their block.
This has been a sensational move.
It's caused chaos all over.
The political discussion has been non-stop, and it's not going to end anytime soon.
David?
Well, like you said, Jim, it's not going to end anytime soon.
I'm going to go back to what Scott said.
He's got two sides of it.
One is send them and flood them, and the other side is stop them at the border now.
I don't like this practice, Jim.
I don't like this sending people out.
I think they should be stopped at the border.
I think, look, it's been the policy of the United States government Everyone's welcome.
If you apply, if you go through the legal processes, if you fill out the paperwork, you wait in line, you get your number, there's a lottery even, you get an opportunity to come to this country.
I've said for the longest time that part of the Democrat plan is to disintegrate the southern border.
And you're seeing that happen.
And you saw it with Jerry Brown trying to push access to California.
You've seen it when you had Janet Napolitano as the governor of Arizona forming relationships with Senora, you've got New Mexico now with the tribal states that actually have property that goes on both sides of the border, and you've got Texas raising cane, and you've got Abbott being one of these guys sending them up north.
I don't like that.
I think stop them at the border, stop them at the border right now.
I don't think this game of sending them to, although I do like the fact that sending them to Martha's Vineyard, dropping them off in front of Vice President Kamala Harris's house has created the political issue, but I think it's immediately got to stop.
This nonsense about letting Undocumented, illegal aliens into our country without scrutiny has got to stop immediately.
Otherwise, otherwise you can kiss this nation goodbye because it's just going to flood and it's going to flood fast.
Everyone knows you cannot combine open borders with a welfare state, and that's what they're doing.
They're bringing them in, giving them every benefit.
It's unsustainable.
They're bringing about the collapse of the United States.
They're doing it with enthusiasm, but it's a height of irresponsibility.
Scott, further thoughts?
Well, the danger we talked about earlier is with the economic slowdown, if not depression, that is coming on the country and the petrodollar being completely watered down to nothing with the emergence of alternative international financial systems, you really do risk a Weimar Republic in the United States with a complete depression of the dollar and
If there's an economic collapse and you don't have work, you don't have money, you don't have anything, to have a functional society, you're going to have these immigrant populations resort to crime, ghettoization, anything that they can do to eat and survive.
And that includes capturing little white girls of 13-14 years of age after cheerleading practice and trafficking them, human trafficking them.
I know that's an unappetizing thought.
But we better start thinking about the inevitable potential criminal explosion in this country when the dollar explodes and when the economy explodes.
When you bring in military-aged men like we've been talking about before, they're not going to be selling Girl Scout cookies.
They're going to be selling the Girl Scouts.
There's a thought that just came to me.
No more Girl Scout cookies.
They're going to be capturing and selling the Girl Scouts.
You don't like that?
Then stop them coming in.
You don't like that?
Get leaders that are going to form militias and posses and men with guns and anything else and man your border and prevent them from coming in.
This has nothing to do with brown people or immigrants or we're a welcoming nation.
Yeah, fine.
Get in line, fill out the lottery and be an asset to this country.
I don't want pond scum, criminal, pedophile, drug addict, drug lord, cartel scumbags with MS-13 tattoos all over their face coming to this country.
Those people ought to be killed and executed.
The problem is you have Democrats bringing them in to cause the chaos, to cause the anarchy, to create a police state.
That's always what these Democrats are doing.
So they're insane and their policies are insane, but I agree 100% with David.
We ought to stop all of this.
There should not be one person coming across the border.
They're not escaping communism.
They're not the Vietnamese escaping extermination like the Vietnamese were in 1975 after the Vietnam War.
That doesn't apply to these Hispanics, Nicaraguans, Honduras, all the Middle East, all the 155 different countries are represented by these immigrants who are walking over our border, which Kamala Harris, who's our borders on, declares to be secure.
I shudder when I think of the organized crime that is going to be brewing and that is going to erupt in this country.
I shudder when I think about the inevitable organized crime and the resulting trafficking, mugging, robbing, and killing, and everything else That's going to happen when these third world immigrants who can't speak any English and aren't trained and are violent young military age men, what they are going to unleash and what they're going to do and of course maybe it's all part of the plan.
Uh, but that's what makes me shudder, but that's also what makes me think, uh, in that event, you will see a civil war, you will see a breakup, you will see, uh, counties and towns and cities go into tribal war, uh, civil war, martial law, and you will see a defense against that, and it will, it will, you'll see a lot of killing and violence to stop The breakup of communities.
That's what this third world transition of America will cause is massive violence and bloodshed by patriotic Americans standing up to defend their daughters, their Girl Scouts, their mothers, their wives, their sisters from being killed or worse by this flood of invaders, Jim.
And we have Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, George Soros to thank for this mess.
Don, take us out.
Oh, take us out of this mess.
This is Truth vs. News here on Sunday, the 18th of September.
And there is a mess going on.
America is threatened.
We are in a police state, I think, right now, and it's not good.
Come back for some more news in our second hour, so don't miss that.
