	This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Carl Herman, recently retired in Los Angeles, San Ramon to be specific, California, and our principled organic vegan at an undisclosed location on the East Coast.
	We're very pleased to have her with us today.
	Here you are.
	We begin with details of what the FBI sees at Mar-a-Lago, which makes the FBI raid look downright scandalous.
	It's unbelievable.
	They didn't even want to present the warrant when they finally did.
	It had a probable cause seal.
	As to what was seized, the list is illuminating and not in a good way.
	Descriptions of improperly taken from Mar-a-Lago included a cocktail napkin, charts, slide decks, letters, memos, maps, talking points, dinner menu schedules, and more.
	How bad is that?
	There are rumors months ago this is all the National Archives was after.
	Nothing really important related to national security, which even then wouldn't justify the raid, but scribblings on napkins and letters from heads of state.
	If this is correct, then what the FBI carried out is an unprecedented raid on a president when 33,000 stolen emails on an illegal server went enough for Hillary Clinton But the National Archives writing a letter from Kim Jong-un was.
	The abuse of power is off the charts.
	But is that what the FBI really was after?
	Color me skeptical.
	Given the corruption of the agency and how it's been politically weaponized, it may have been a convenient pretext for entering and searching Trump's home.
	He himself is worried they may have planted evidence.
	It underscores how out of bounds the entire raid was, that even when his attorney showed up, she wasn't allowed to copy them.
	They asked her to turn off the security cameras, which, interestingly, they did not do.
	This is not how the Presidential Records Act has ever before been enforced.
	Even if the FBI felt it had probable cause, it would have taken only a phone call and a few plainclothes agents.
	Instead, they sent 30 rifle-wielding agents in full body armor to raid the premises of a former president ostensibly for some dinner napkins.
	Meanwhile, Joe Biden's FBI apprehended a representative traveling with his family and sees his phone.
	This is quite bizarre.
	Representative Scott Perry shown here is a staunch Trump supporter.
	It appears now to be open season for conservatives and patriots.
	The government has declared war on the American people.
	Taylor Hanson tweeted, the FBI just seized a phone of Pennsylvania Congressman Scott Perry's statement.
	This morning I was traveling with my family.
	Three FBI agents visited me and seized my phone.
	They made no attempt to contact my lawyer, who should have made arrangements for them to have my phone.
	Another.
	If that was their wish, I'm outraged and not surprised, under the direction of Merrick Garland, that they would seize the phone of a sitting member of Congress.
	My phone contains info about my legislative and political activities and personal private discussion with my wife, family, constituents, and friends.
	None of this is the government's business.
	In an exclusive statement, Perry told Fox News while traveling he was approached by three agents who confiscated his phone one day after they had searched Mar-a-Lago.
	It's embarrassing.
	As with President Trump last night, DOJ chose an unnecessary and aggressive action instead of simply contacting my attorneys.
	These kind of banana republic tactics should concern every citizen, especially considering the decision to hire 87,000 new IRS agents to further persecute law-abiding citizens.
	Carl, it's pretty stunning stuff.
	Your thoughts?
	Yeah, and for me, I like what is happening only because if we gave you a pen and a paper or a computer and we said, go ahead, construct the most ridiculous scenario that you want to attack Trump, it would be hard to come up with something as ridiculous as this.
	The 87,000 IRS agents is That is pretty ridiculous by itself.
	But yeah, my understanding of the facts, at least communicated by the Trump team, is that the documents and the artifacts were coordinated with the full knowledge and the documentation to the FBI and the DOJ, and that the FBI, I believe, or the DOJ, requested and was present for the locking of that stuff.
	And then they come in and they bust open their own locks to take a look at this stuff.
	Now, the FBI have been so discredited that they are the ones who had been participating with the proven fake made up Russiagate narrative that, again, contributed to the crimeless impeachment.
	And you have, of course, the election fraud for And contrasted with Biden allowed to skate, with pay to play in Ukraine, paying Hunter a million dollars a year as some sort of an energy expert, you have Hunter's laptop.
	With photographic and video evidence right there where you should be arrested that fast for sexual crimes against children.
	And of course, my favorite part, that leaked videotape of a man who looks an awful lot like Joe Biden naked having some sort of a leather strap and smacking The bear behind approximately maybe a 12 or 13 year old Asian girl who is strapped by her wrist up high.
	So, you know, it's just a clown show.
	And you keep wondering how much more ridiculous can it get, but it just gets more ridiculous.
	You know, if I were part of the black hat handlers, I wouldn't do any of this shit.
	It's so embarrassing, it's so damaging, it's so incriminating.
	If they wanted to do something more effective, just go ahead and, if Biden was in charge of the military, just fire a missile into Trump's bedroom, blow him the fuck up, and then blame Russia, and that would be so much easier and faster, but we're not seeing that.
	So, I'm cautiously optimistic at the clown show.
	Well, has there ever been a more repulsive president and family occupying the White House?

	Well, Carl, I was so hoping that we would work together because I got some information from a truther, and you could believe it or not.
	Give me your feedback on it for sure.
	She believes because in talking to her, a family member who works With child trafficking.
	She believes that the FBI actually did not raid Trump's home.
	Now listen to this.
	This person thinks it was a part of a Trump special force.
	Yet they're pretending to be the FBI.
	To expose the way the FBI operates.
	So in reality, this is Trump going after the FBI.
	Not them going after him.
	One thing I want to say that is interesting that I can corroborate is that the date that this happened was 8-8-20-22.
	Do either of you know what number that is in the Trump world?
	Yes, that was, I saw that too, is that that 88022, when Trump was running for president, that was a text number in order to communicate with the Trump team.
	Yes, and not only then, but now too.
	I was on that subscription for a long time until I started getting angry about all the vaccine injuries and I took that off.
	Yeah, another thing that she said was, the military has been in charge of all this since Trump left office.
	And you said that, Carl, correct?
	I mean, white hats, black hats.
	It's difficult to believe, but moving on.
	Trump has been the commander in chief of the military.
	I've heard that.
	We haven't actually had a president since Trump left office.
	Well, where I stand with that is, if we haven't, whoever's in there is certainly doing a lot of damage, a lot of lying, a lot of people following him.
	This person believes that the real Joe Biden has been at Guantanamo Bay Prison.
	Again, that's hard for me to believe, but I'm respecting what they're saying.
	This person says the Deep State has James Wood playing the part of Joe Biden all this time.
	I definitely have heard that.
	And as Dr. Fetzer and I have talked, Joe Biden is definitely not the same Joe Biden as was with Obama.
	Because, I mean, There's no way, unless he totally got new facial reconstruction and whatnot, that that guy back then is the same guy as now.
	So, oh, and then this person goes on to say that Joe Biden is I lost my spot, but something about a clone.
	But the person's a lot of, um, a lot into germantra, which means numerology.
	And, and I am too, to an extent.
	I mean, there has been a lot of symbols during this whole two and a half years of the, I don't know, do we call it plandemic?
	Do we call it planned epidemic?
	But that's all I wanted to say.
	I think it's a disgrace if it was real, and if it wasn't, well, interesting.
	Interesting.
	You might have to make me an apology because I have pooh-poohed people who have talked about Q. I still do, but she says it's not about Q. She's getting information from close people.
	That's it.
	Just a few comments.
	There's no doubt this is not the real Joe who represented Delaware for all those years.
	There are innumerable proofs of that, which I've inventoried on several occasions on my blog.

	Trump couldn't pull off a phony event without the whistle being blown by Christopher Wray and Merrick Garland.
	They've gone on television today.
	I haven't had the benefit of their observations, but this has frankly been the most embarrassing event perhaps in the history of the FBI, and it's galvanized the public.
	The negative reaction to what's going on here has been astonishing and deeply felt.
	Meanwhile, during the raid, the Feds refused to provide the warrant, demanded the security family cameras be shut off, that the Trump security team actually refused.
	I think that was good.
	Due to the suspicious nature of the FBI operatives, the Trump security team did not turn off the cameras.
	The DOJ and FBI have yet to give a public statement.
	They're doing that today.
	Based on prior statements, I suspect a different DOJ-FBI motive than currently being discussed.
	Here's some information from Eric Tromb.
	He revealed they refused to hand over the search warrant for the raid on Mar-a-Lago, kicked an attorney off the property.
	Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail, the former president sent 30 agents who Arrived, asked the staff to turn the cameras off, but they refused.
	The attorney was forced to stand at the end of the Mar-a-Lago driveway while they searched and used a safe cracker to break into his father's state.
	Happy to say the safe was empty.
	The latest explosive account comes with a DOJ facing mounting pressure to explain the grounds they had for the search.
	Eric explained his father's lawyer, Christina Bobb, was forced to stand at the end of the driveway.
	I've listened to her report on this.
	What he's saying is certainly consistent with every she had to say.
	They would not give her the search warrant.
	They showed it to her from 10 feet away, meaning she couldn't even read it.
	This is really shocking.
	The FBI had a claim to comment that no search warrant had been handed over to his legal team.
	I would say that's mandatory.
	That's legally irresponsible to not turn it over.
	It was a coordinated attack by the FBI, Eric said.
	He thinks approved by Biden, but Biden is brainless, mindless, has no idea, has trouble reading the words on a teleprompter.
	Biden would not have figured in this at all, in my opinion.
	You think the FBI's director is going to raid a former president's home, world-renowned Mar-a-Lago, without getting the approval of President Biden?
	But I think Biden is just a sock puppet.
	The FBI was raiding areas that they should not have been, including Melania's closets, going through her drawers.
	We even have reports they were panty-sniffing.
	How bad is that?
	We need to remind ourselves, since leaving office, the former Director of National Intelligence John Radcliffe has stated on multiple occasions there were documents he and Trump declassified for the Durham team to be made public.
	The president has the authority to declassify documents.
	He's willing to bet the current Docs at the heart of the controversy are those same previously declassified that are contrary to the interests of the Office of National Intelligence, DOJ, and FBI to release.
	They're not only hiding the documents—former DNI Ratcliffe declassified and left for release—they're on a seek-and-capture mission for copies of the docs because they will never release them.
	The background will also explain why Trump and his team are going to court and force him to release the details of the contents they just confiscated.
	Here's a memorandum for the Attorney General from a Chief of Staff.
	By memorandum, the President declassified certain docs.
	This is back on January 20th, just as he was leaving office.
	For the federal investigation, my understanding that if advised the Privacy Act does not apply to the White House, could not apply to any disclosure or docs by the White House, here we have Donald Trump himself tweeting.
	The FBI and others from the federal government would not let anyone, including my lawyers, be anywhere near the areas that were rummaged and otherwise looked at during the raid on Mar-a-Lago.
	Everyone was asked to leave the premises they wanted to be left alone without any witnesses to see what they were doing, taking it, or hopefully not planting.
	Why did they strongly insist on having nobody watching them, everybody out?
	Obama, meaning Hillary, and Clinton, Bill, were never raided.
	No, Clinton, Hillary were never raided despite big disputes.
	Carl, your thoughts?
	Yeah, this just descends Into more of a totalitarian government, KGB, Gestapo, but you know you got to include the FBI and they're among the greatest hits if they're going to be assassinating President Kennedy, his brother, and Dr. King along the way.
	And for sure, yeah, the actor playing Biden is not Joe Biden and we can tell that definitively because the previous Biden had a detached flappy earlobe and whatever this actor is has an attached one Along with a completely different facial structure.
	Moreover, presidents, you know, the biggest contribution of President Bush Jr.
	was for me just to be slapped into reality that, hey, these guys are script readers.
	They don't know what they're talking Talking about, and obviously the same thing with the actor playing Biden.
	So the dissent of the FBI, or actually they're being exposed so that this particular example is rather crude with the how far it is from Anything that as a former AP U.S.
	government teacher, I mean, you're supposed to present the warrant.
	The warrant needs to be signed off by a judge.
	It needs to be able to describe the particular items and there has to be a link to a probable cause of crime.
	And none of that has occurred.
	So this is just a political raid and it is so damaging to this Biden administration.
	Yeah, going back to what our Principal Vegan was talking about, is that my conclusion has been and continues to be that this is some sort of a show to shock Americans into reality, but wow, it just gets more and more bizarre.
	It appears to have been a miscalculation by the FBI and Christopher Wray, who signed off on it, that it would be just viewed as a routine law enforcement operation.
	They had no idea it would blow up to the massive scandal and outrage that it's turned out to be vegan.

	Well, I can't imagine this being real.
	No warrant being signed appropriately, although the one who administered it, he had something to do with Epstein, correct?
	Right.
	So that's very suspicious as well.
	Not going to take the time to reconstruct it better than you two, but I think that that is awful that they went through Melanie's stuff as a female.
	And those guys are, well, there might've been a female.

	They're bullies.
	You have to be a special type of person to go into the FBI.

	It was disgusting and outrageous, and I don't care what Christopher A. Garland may say now.
	The American people have been repulsed.
	Judge ordered DOJ to respond to requests to unseal the FBI Trump warrant.
	The DOJ has to respond.
	Judicial Watch and the Albany Times Union Newspaper filed a motion to unseal the document.
	Honor before 5 p.m.
	Eastern on August 15th.
	That would be next Monday.
	The government shall follow response to the motion to unseal, wrote Judge Bruce Reinhart.
	This response may be filed ex parte and under seal as necessary to avoid disclosing material already under seal, but the government shall also file a redacted response in the public record if it chooses a consolidated response to all the motions to seal.
	Neither the FBI nor DOJ has issued public comments, which, however, are going on today.
	The FBI declined to comment when reached by the Epoch Times.
	Press Secretary Jean-Pierre said that Biden was not aware of the raid, but then he's not aware of anything.
	Her claim was refuted by Trump on social media.
	What I can tell you definitively and for sure, he was not aware of this.
	Jean-Pierre said of Biden, nobody at the White House was.
	Nobody was given a heads up.
	We did not know about what happened yesterday.
	The Time Union's managing editor, Brendan J. Lyons, wrote to Reinhardt asking for the warrant to be unsealed.
	JudicialWash asked for the warrant as part of an investigation into the potential politicalization of the FBI investigation and the U.S.
	DOJ, and whether the FBI and DOJ are abusing their law enforcement powers to harass a likely future political opponent of President Biden.
	If the court were to unseal the material, Judicial Watch would obtain the material, analyze them, and make them available to the public.
	It comes as Eric Trump told the Daily Mail a Trump attorney asked the FBI about seeing the warrant.
	They would not give it to her.
	They only showed it to her from 10 feet away.
	Top Republicans, meanwhile, including some who are, if not in the past, been enthusiastic about Donald J. Trump, Demanded an investigation into the raid.
	Argued it was politically motivated to wound the GOP ahead of the 2022 midterms.
	Sent Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said there needs to be a thorough and immediate explanation of how this was approved.
	Attorney General Garland and the Department of Justice should have already provided answers to the American people and must do so immediately.
	Trump Monday said they entered Mar-a-Lago despite us having already been cooperative with officials for months to return documents he allegedly took.
	Reinhart came under fire amid reports from several outlets that he had a connection to convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
	He did his job as assistant U.S.
	attorney in 2008 before he began representing some of Epstein's workers.
	As I understand it, he was on the prosecution team and Resigned in the middle to go to work representing Epstein pilots, Epstein scheduler, and a woman described as an Epstein sex slave.
	According to 2018, he left his prosecutor job to give Epstein insiders inside information.
	I mean, notice, since he was engaged in the prosecution, if I've got it right, he would have known what they had on him.
	How outrageous is that?
	As his connection to the Epstein case went viral, the U.S.
	Southern District removed the judge's page from its website.
	Access denied.
	Carl, your thoughts?
	Yeah, a secret warrant is the same thing as having no warrant.
	And no warrant is just this criminal totalitarian regime attempting to do what they want with the destruction of any rights and destruction of any pretense that the citizens should have rights.
	And a warrantless search is, again, just put that on the list from AMREV 1.0 as another facet that is being repeated here.
	And I am sensitive to the narrative that, you know, for To talk about American Revolution 2.0, which I say that we're in, but we are on, we the people, are on the defensive to the ongoing attacks from our own government to destroy our own rights.
	But again, man, this is just another brick in the wall of the destruction of due process and rights.
	And the big picture again is that we have a government that has gone after Trump through the contrived and factless Russiagate Through the crimeless impeachment and the big deal is through the election fraud and the demonstration of election fraud.
	If you take a look at, for those who want to have the documentation, 2,000 mules is great.
	And then Sidney Powell's, I've read 250 pages of sworn affidavits with statistically damning evidence that it is mathematically impossible that those 3am so-called votes counted could have possibly been in proportions such as 600,000 to 3,000, 600,000 for Biden and 3,000 for Trump in Pennsylvania.
	So, they just keep adding to this narrative that Orange Man is somehow dangerous and bad and a white supremacist, but it's just adding more and more to the House of Cards.

	Carl, today I found out that California law requires all teachers pass a course in the U.S.
	Constitution.
	I presume that you had to take that?
	Yes or no?
	To get your credential, you have to have a high school course, and the high school course is going to be on U.S.
	government.
	But in addition, after that, I had not heard that.
	Yes, California law.
	And the reason that I'm bringing it up is because it doesn't seem like teachers are allowed to speak out about this.
	Because if you talk about the Constitution, you must be a white supremacist, or you must be a troublemaker.
	And I just want to note to you, Carl, that I'm in all of you, because you have spoken out all this time.
	And the Constitution and this search With Trump.
	It's just incredible.
	And the schools should be dissecting what has been happening, just like we are, because this is their future, what's happening right now.
	This whole two and a half years has been a play.
	And instead, these schools are putting it out there like it's history.
	And I'm still so angry with the George Floyd Uh, drama, how it wasn't true, and how they're using this to promote social justice when it's not organic at all.
	I'm all for people having rights, but not at the expense of telling lies.
	So I know that that doesn't exactly have to do with what happened in Mar- Mar-a-Largo, but it's all interconnected.
	By the way, these are my anti-radiation gloves, everyone, that got wet.
	And regarding DeSantis, um, I just hope he's going to be on the ticket with Trump or, or run for presidency because he seems to be the most honest of them along with Ron Paul.
	And, um, or that would be a good ticket as well, but I am concerned for Trump.
	I, you know, he does seem like just sometimes to me as showman and a snake oil salesman.
	And I still can't quite put my fingertips on what he's trying to do, but he's obviously better than whatever we have in the White House, if he really is in the White House, which I have my doubts about.
	So, in California, and I think most states, is that all California employees, including teachers, are required to take an oath to support and defend the constitutions of the state and the federal level.

	Yeah, for two years, I challenged our school district, Hayward Unified School District, regarding the legality of their so-called health, so-called orders, Carl B. Herman Blogspot.
	Take a look at the 59 episodes to document that.
	And one of the key points that I brought up to the school district, they administered this oath that I am required.
	They hired me.
	To keep all policies within constitutional limits, and yet throughout the whole two years and probably 20 plus requests, they refuse to even acknowledge and talk about this oath.
	And at Hayward High School, we have about 100 teachers there.
	I repeatedly brought this up to teachers that we have this oath.
	And documented that apparently these health orders are outside of the limits to be able to declare an emergency and emergency is defined in the state of California.
	In this particular case is beyond control.
	That's the language hospitals.
	And the net result was consistent with my experience and history of the general population.
	Only about 2% of the public were willing to take any challenges, so the rest of the teachers just wanted to believe the narrative.
	And as a matter of fact, one of the U.S.
	history teachers went so far as to send an email replying to all the teachers, To instruct them how to block any emails from me if I put anything regarding oath to support and defend the Constitution.
	That's a U.S.
	history teacher who did that.
	We have to do a reality documentary on what happened to you and what happened to me because people need to know far and wide that this is not going to be acceptable in the future.
	If you're in education, you should be able to tell the truth.
	Okay, I'm not talking about talking to a kindergartner about the birds and the bees.
	I'm talking about what is happening to your world.
	Because this isn't just about politics.
	This is about pushing things on people.
	And at this point of the game, I know that we want to keep our students safe and happy mentally, right?
	And physically.
	But the fact is, we are lying to them.
	We're lying to them.
	And how is that going to affect them in years to come?
	Just like, you know, I'm sorry to say, but hey, it's in my name, Principled Organic Vegan.
	You know, if we don't tell students where their food comes from, then once they see that, they're shocked a lot of times.
	As I was, I remember, I was Geez, I mean, I was in my 20s.
	I don't do cooking.
	My mom was showing me how to clean an oven, roast our chicken, right?
	Put my hands into the sink.
	It felt like a baby.
	And I remember running up the stairs, like, crying and whatnot.
	We need to give them reality.
	We need to give them the facts.
	And this is just a sham.
	I mean, at least with the animals.
	And it's very sad to me, which is why I am the way I am, regardless of what you think.
	We can't lie to them about their routine that they're doing in the school for the sake of their safety.
	It's wrong because they're going to be brainwashed in the future.
	The students need to know now what has happened.
	They need to see documentaries like Seeing 2020 that they harmed people in the hospitals.
	They maltreated them.
	They gave them Protocol that they didn't need and shut their bodies down.
	So, I mean, we don't have to go into great detail like that, but maybe for the older ones, they need to know this was not a pandemic.
	It's not a pandemic.
	Don't put that out there anymore.
	It's not a pandemic.
	It was a planned epidemic.
	Although the pandemic is in the needle.

	Of course, they lie to manipulate our beliefs so that they can thereby control our behavior, that we won't take actions they want us desperately not to take, such as repudiating the government authorities and taking action to bring them to justice and to be held to account.
	Well said.
	Meanwhile, Two-thirds of the nations either support Russia or cooperate with it, as Zelensky's office has admitted.
	Mikhail Podolik noted that countries that remain neutral had been Russia-oriented for quite a long time, entering some dividends there.
	A substantial number of countries maintain a pro-Russian stance or keep cooperating with Moscow.
	And this is, by the way, from TASS, the official Russian news service, despite the sanctions imposed by Western countries.
	We understand the world is not a homogeneous place.
	Some countries have designated Russia as an aggressor.
	And impose very severe sanctions.
	However, two-thirds of countries either remain neutral or keep business contacts with Russia or have even taken a pro-Russia stance.
	You assume this is because those countries have been Russia-oriented for quite a long time and have been earning some dividends there.
	But the fact is, they can see that Russia's action in Ukraine is warranted and just, and they support actions of that kind that are properly motivated to bring about An appropriate end.
	Meanwhile, the Biden regime wages lawless terror crusade against Trump's America.
	Beyond the obvious analysis of the FBI-DOJ-Biden terror crusade against Trump and We the People, I, Mike Adams, have pointed out in the Situation Update podcast three critical points.
	One of the goals of the raid on Mar-a-Lago is to provoke an armed civil war uprising so DOJ and FBI can label all Trump supporters violent extremists.
	The brazen nature of the raid is strong evidence that Deep State pans a major disruption or false flag that would suspend the midterm elections.
	They're not afraid to violate the rule of law and anger the American people.
	They believe they'll never again have to answer to the people anyway.
	The Democrats now believe they have so much power they no longer need to even pretend to be good guys.
	Now they are brazenly carrying out acts of terrorism against the American people with no regard for blowback because they believe they'll never again have to answer to the voters.
	So we're living under a lawless, tyrannical, terrorist regime, pretending to be a legitimately elected democratic government, but is nothing of this kind.
	That means no state, no governor, no American is obligated to recognize the authority of any branch of the federal government under this regime.
	This regime rules by force and coercion, not by the consent of the governed.
	America has transitioned from a nation of goodwill and reasonable social contract of governance to an authoritarian regime that wields its political power as a weapon to destroy its political opposition, using media opposition and undermined election integrity.
	They no longer care what you think.
	It's in your vote and opinion no longer matters to the tyrants in charge.
	Their intention is to cancel or control all elections, all online speech, all media publication, and all three branches of government from this day forward.
	They're very close to achieving this outcome, following Riggi in the 2020 election, cooperating with communist child who weaponized COVID to unleash a biological weapon against the American people to destroy the economy and control the masses.
	Even now, 70% of U.S.
	adults have taken at least one dose of the vaccine.
	While the pandemic was fake, the vaccine is real.
	The pandemic wasn't killing anyone.
	There was no increase in death rates in any age group under COVID.

	While I originally believed it was a First and Second Amendment case, the summary judgment protocols at Wisconsin allowed the judge to decide whether or not my facts were reasonable and to exclude them if, in his subjective opinion, they were not.
