	This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joel Zinn at Houston, Texas, and Carl Herman at San Ramon, California.
	We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
	We begin with a winner.
	The World Economic Forum has issued an edict to global leaders.
	Phase out car ownership.
	People can walk or share.
	If there's anything that's going to lead to a revolt against the Great Reset, this has got to be it.
	They're claiming people have no right to own cars and should instead walk or share.
	Just ridiculous beyond belief.
	Thousands of private jets fly into Davos each year for the WEF Summit, but according to Klaus Schwab, ordinary people should not even own their own cars.
	The global elites in Geneva are now instructing the young global leaders embedded in governments around the world.
	Too many people own too many cars.
	The situation must be changed by pricing them out of the market.
	Citing the fact the average caravan in England is driven just 4% of the time, They claim people in developed countries should not have the right to own their own car.
	This is so incredibly stupid.
	Cars represent freedom.
	Cars represent mobility.
	The fact you're using your car only 44% of the time should mean they're not contributing to the carbon myth, according to Schwab.
	The end of private ownership is essential, they claim, which is going to apply to everything from cars to private homes.
	Yes, no private ownership except by the elite at the top of the pyramid.
	Thousands of private jets deliver elites to divas, but we don't have the right to own our own car.
	This is absolutely unbelievable.
	As though ordinary people weren't suffering enough pain at the gas pump, Schwab is claiming current prices are severely underpriced.
	Well, I think he's overpriced.
	He's worthless, worth nothing, and anyone who thinks Schwab's opinion has any value whatsoever has their head where the sun does not shine.
	The WEF article, complicated and disingenuous, calls for an end to any and all tax credits for gas, oil, or coal, along with higher taxes.
	It's the same idea as pricing fossil fuels, which aren't really fossil-based, on their carbon content.
	There are three more provisions, all which would massively increase the cost of fossil fuel.
	They want to phase in more efficient pricing, cover the cost of local air pollution, global warming, and other economic damage, when we know global warming is complete bullshit.
	Transitioning to the green energy is a key to both tackling climate change and sustainable economies.
	Here's why.
	Absolutely ridiculous.
	This leads us to the big question.
	How long?
	Days?
	Weeks?
	Months?
	Before we see Biden take regulatory action to comply with his WEF educ, What are the odds on an executive order?
	Overwhelmingly high.
	Sad to say it's ridiculous beyond belief.

	Anytime a Jew gets in a position of power anywhere in the world, he's approached by the other Jews that say, you know, they all hate us, and if you don't do what we say, then we'll kill you.
	So you're going to be a traitor for us and you're going to do whatever we say because your overall loyalty is to our tribe, not to any civilization, not to any race, not to anything else other than us, us, us.
	It is absolutely disgusting that these are the people that are running our program and guarantee you they're in a high percentage inside the WEF and every one of these Davos, Bilderberg, other groups.
	There's 16 million Jews on the planet, if only 10% of them Oh, I think you got it right.
	to the core psychopaths, you still have 1.6 million people that are highly motivated and pathologically demented.
	These people need to be surgically corrected.

	Carl, your thoughts? - Klaus Schwab, he is pushing that we would own nothing, wash four body parts, eat bugs and be happy.
	So of course they're pushing that narrative forward because that's all they do.
	And the bottom line again for the, I don't know how many times I'm telling you, but we have to have these people be arrested.
	Otherwise we're going to get nothing but this shitty clown show.

	Now, that said, so if you can put your head around that if we were to win this thing and these people were arrested and we were to get a breakthrough of truth, there may be something to the idea of technologically advanced cars where you could just go ahead and operate, You would have your phone device on your watch and if you need a car you would just push a button and one would zoom up and pick you up.
	That wouldn't, that could be consistent with owning your own car.
	I do recommend the Venus Project and their documentary.
	Jacques Fresco was a near contemporary of my friend and mentor Bucky Fuller to be able to demonstrate that the idea of shifting some things so that everything is taken care of for everybody, like we do the sidewalks, the real world, smart people like us, we would have pilot projects first.
	And just the idea, I would tell my economics students, if you purchase a house, The interest payment for a 30-year mortgage is more than the cost of the home itself.
	Therefore, it is literally cheaper to give homes away.
	So there is rich work that we can do, literally and figuratively, creatively, but not in the model of these con artists that continuously lie to us and pressure us, but good faith pilot projects where there may be an expansion of public goods and services that would surprise us, but only after we arrest the psychopaths.
	Wow, that was quite a disquisition, Carl.
	DOJ sabotaged Trump's release of Russiagate docs.
	Surprise, surprise.
	The DOJ blacked the release of hundreds of pages of documents declassified by Trump, who wanted to expose FBI abuses against him and his inner circle.
	After the agency refused, citing last-minute privacy concerns, they defied a subsequent order to release the material after redactions were made.
	Not surprising, because it would have embarrassed the FBI.
	Investigations into Trump and his campaign found there was no collusion with the Kremlin.
	Meanwhile, Hillary, it turns out, authorized the dissemination of the fabricated claim that the Trump team was communicating with a Russian bank.
	The declassified docs have never seen the light of day as a DOJ disobeyed a direct order from a sitting United States President.
	I'm returning the bulk of the binder declassified docs of the Department of Justice, including all that appear to have a potential to raise privacy concerns, with the instruction that the Department must expeditiously conduct a Privacy Act review under the standards they would normally apply, redact material, and release the remaining rote mattos, who told DTN he was dismayed at the DOJ's refusal.
	Well, you know, the swamp is pretty deep.
	But when we look at this, this particular president was all about draining the swamp.
	And when he was running, that was more of a campaign slogan.
	When he got there, he realized not only was the swamp very deep, but it would fight back.
	Often, you know, he'd say, I want to do this and get this out to the American people, not just a classification in terms of issues that affected him or his campaign personally, but those that affected the public.
	What would happen is he'd have a directive.
	We'd see as people were leaving the Oval Office, not in compliance in the Oval Office, the minute they got out, well, we're not going to do that or we're going to find reason not to do it.
	So I served as chief of staff.
	I found that as a member of Congress, the president was all in on a transparency issue only to find out many, whether they were at a particular agency or the Pentagon, began pushing back.
	Meanwhile, Trump plots purging administrative state employees if he's reelected.
	This is bringing in Schedule F. This is the way we can finally gut the deep state.
	This is the way we can finally drain the swamp.
	The impact would go well beyond the typical conservative targets such as the EPA and the IRS.
	Trump allies are working on plans that would potentially strip layers at the Department of Justice, including the FBI, reaching the National Security Intelligence and State Department and the Pentagon.
	The administrative state uses its rulemaking ability to usurp the separation of powers between the three branches by creating a fourth branch not found in the Constitution.
	Nearly two million federal employees make up the administrative state to which Trump has referred as the swamp.
	Before he left office in 2021, he signed an EO to reclassify federal employees into Schedule F, which would have allowed the president to enhance accountability and job performance.
	Unfortunately, the government's current performance management is inadequate, as recognized by federal workers themselves, the EO reads.
	Biden canceled the order when he assumed office.
	But if Trump runs and wins in 2024, he's reportedly intending to implement it and purge the unelected technocrats artificially running the federal government.
	It would effectively amend the modern civil service, triggering a shockwave across the bureaucracy in assessing its impact.

	Now, one of the last things that little Jimmy Carter did before he left the White House in 1978 was pass the Senior Executive Service, which now we have over 10,000 people that are more highly paid than anybody else in the government, and they're absolutely rotten to the core.
	They have no background checks, no minimum education requirements, no required experience in whatever office they're appointed to.
	They're just political figureheads that are moved around at will by a separate Uh, government.
	And that is the fourth branch.
	It's the Senior Executive Service.
	Don't never forget it.
	But then we also have some other little entries going on.

	May have broken constitutional law with military acting against American civilians.

	And then the other final good news of the weekend, the Department of Justice, in addition to the transgender Jewish judge that said that he was going to seal the salacious content because the American people needed to be protected from all the things that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell did,
	Over the weekend, the Department of Prisons, DOP, moved her from the secure location up in New York or Connecticut, wherever it was, to a plush country cub prison down in Florida, where it will be real easy for them to smuggle in a fake body and smuggle her out to Israel.
	And so she's going to spend her 20-year sentence learning how to cook and doing stagecraft and being able to diddle all the teenage girl inmates that are in federal prison.
	It's absolutely disgusting that we've got this in the way of government.
	And never forget, kids, it's S-A-Y-A-N-I-M.
	That's the secret code that keeps all of these traitors in line.
	And that's what we need to make sure everybody is aware of.

	So the Department of Justice, the Department of Just Us, the oligarchs.

	So Russiagate has been demonstrated to be factless and just a narrative purchased by the Democratic leadership and Hillary to just make shit up and throw it against a wall and then corporate media does the Orwellian opposite of asking any questions and they just participate in the narrative and the script and therefore the second story
	Very interestingly to follow is that Trump's pledge to try to deconstruct these narrative pushers within the administration and the swamp embedded within all those executive branch agencies like the DOJ.
	So all we have are these narratives and these scripts and these script readers.
	That is the nature of our reality.
	And that is what digital soldiers or truthers, whatever you want to call us, patriots, that's why Need to Know News is so important, so that people can have a chance to compare what is real, what is objective and independently verifiable, to the narratives and the scripts, which are nothing but bullshit hot air.
	So the truth shall set us free.
	And a big deal and a big theme that is hard for people to embrace is to come to grips with to the extent that our entire system was captured and controlled by the evil.
	And there's a bunch of ways to describe the evil as a professional academic.
	I call it a rogue state empire.
	But, you know, I'm also equally amenable to calling it satanic, because when you do the things that they have done to children and the crimes against children, I think you have to go there as well.
	So these paper pushers, so this is a whole other level of truth that two years ago I couldn't have imagined the extent to which the enemy had controlled the entire game Including all these pencil pushers and narrative pushers, those 50,000 people that Trump referred to.
	I never would have imagined that our hospitals were kill centers.
	I knew about Big Pharma, but not the hospitals themselves.
	And man, the truth is what is required.
	And until we have enough people standing there to translate the truth into arrests, we'll have another day of need-to-know news.

	Meanwhile, Democrats admit new legislation is meant to confiscate guns.
	Surprise, surprise.
	They're giving everyone a daily reminder why the Second Amendment is so important.
	They'll stop at nothing to disarm Americans.
	Why do they want Americans disarmed?
	Why are they crashing the whole country?
	Jerry Nadler, during a House Judiciary Committee hearing, which he heads, openly admitted the point of gun control is to confiscate guns.
	This apparently will only apply to common-use firearms.
	While Nadler was being pressured by Representative Dan Bishop about whether Democrats dispute that the assault weapon ban of 2021 bans guns in common use, Nadler replied, that's the point of the bill.
	So to clarify, Mr. Chairman, you're saying the point of the bill to ban weapons that are in common use in the United States today?
	Yes, the problem is that they're in common use.
	What you suggest, that this order could possibly comply with what the Supreme Court has held with regard to the Second Amendment in three separate cases, is absolutely absurd, he told the Democrats.
	The Democrats of the 1960s are now the Democrats of the 2020s.
	H.R.
	1808 bans semi-automatic assault weapons that contain a magazine, a pistol, or forward grip in a folding, telescoping, or detachable stock.
	It also includes firearms that can fire more than 10 rounds or contain a threaded barrel or a second pistol grip.
	They are slowly but surely chipping away at the God-given right of Americans to ensure that when the country collapses, Americans will be unable to fight back against what is definitively a tyrannical government.
	Which is the whole point of the Second Amendment in the first place.
	Since Biden's taken office, the country's been in a constant state of disintegration.
	Anyone who shared anything remotely going against the agenda is swiftly shut down by Big Tech, the censorship arm of the Democrat Party.
	They want to pass legislation to make it a criminal offense to be committed.
	What they call hate speech.
	You can bet 100% they have the same attitude when it comes to taking guns.
	More than ever, you need to protect yourself as never before.
	One only has to look at other Western nations to see what comes of gun confiscation.
	Citizens no longer have a say because the most powerful force in a disarmed country is the government, with a military backing it.
	And by the way, Popular use of weapons is one of the criteria the Supreme Court uses to defend the right to keep and bear arms.
	If they're in popular use, the Supreme Court supports it in a series of decisions.
	So the Democrats are so stupid and uninformed that they're making a point to campaign against what have already been previous Supreme Court rulings.

	Yes, well, two amazing stories come out of New York this weekend.
	One of them was a guy who owns and operates a bordeca, where they serve, you know, the Puerto Rican community with food all hours of the nights, and it's a little closet-sized shop.
	Well, a BLM activist came in and his girlfriend couldn't afford to pay for a bag of chips.
	And so when the guy said, give the chips back, the black guy started to pound the hell out of him.
	A 30-something black guy beating the hell out of a 60-year-old Puerto Rican immigrant.
	Well the Puerto Rican immigrant grabbed a sharp object and managed to stab the guy a few times and he died.
	So they put him in jail for a half million dollar bond in a city where you can get away with stealing whatever you want.
	You can get away with shooting whoever you want.
	You can get away with stabbing whoever you want.
	And so bottom line is there was a lot of pushback against the Soros DA in New York City.
	And so they ended up dropping the bond to $50,000.
	And then there was a group that came up with the money and they said, OK, we've got the bond.
	We'll get him out of jail.
	And then they ended up saying, well, it looks like self-defense after a week of studying it and getting an enormous amount of pressure from a Puerto Rican group that's equally as powerful as the BMLO group in New York City.
	And so they dropped the charges.
	But then we had on Friday, we had New York Representative District 1 Republican Lee Zeldin was at an event, and the governor of New York published the times and locations of all of these Republican rallies across the state and encouraged people to go and get in their face.
	Well, one guy showed up and got in their face, and he had an absolute weapon.
	That they have described as a keychain, but if you look at the keychain, it's a shape of cat ears and has two holes big enough for your fingers to stick through.
	Basically, it's brass knuckles with two sharp pointed blades on it, and he was swinging it at the representative's throat.
	Well, he was out in less than six hours on a personal recognizance bond for felony attempted murder, and Over the weekend, the Department of Justice apparently started getting nervous because if we allow this kind of shit to happen to Republicans at campaign stops, it could happen to Democrats.
	So they arrested him on federal charges because he was attacking a sitting U.S.
	congressman.
	So even the DOJ's happened to start walking back the crap that they're being forced to feed us with this Soros shit, and it's gotta stop.
	And there again, kids, Soros is S-A-Y.
	A-N-I-M, an admitted Nazi collaborator that cooperated in the extradition of a thousand Jews to death camps during World War II.
	That's one of your heroes, Democrats!
	Yeah, you got it right, Carl.
	I wonder how Soros is able to live so long like Henry Kissinger.
	It might be that adrenochrome, which is really at the heart of who these people are.
	So disarming us, of course, of course, that's what they want to do.
	And what those members of Congress should be doing is taking a look at areas of attack.
	And one of the areas of attack, I mean these guys are all lawyers, is to ask a pointed question.
	And the pointed question that should be emphasized is the overall biggest picture of defensive gun use saving about 200,000 lives a year.
	And make Nadler squirm to either ignore the question, obfuscate, or to lie about it.
	And that and because you the truth will defeat these parasites, but you got to stick with it because they're going to try to slime their way around admitting anything that's going to be damning to their narrative.
	So in the article, it said a tyrannical government is the purpose of having the two way.
	Oh, absolutely right.
	AMREF 1.0, that party got started and the war went hot when our own government came after our cannon and military grade weapons and the gunpowder to operate them.
	And as a professional historian, the background picture, any Carl B. Herman, any of these, Carl B. Herman, Blockspot, any of these shows, U.S.
	illegal, That is the series where I demonstrate that we have been tyrannical and a rogue state empire for well over a hundred years, and we quantify the damages annually, killing millions, harming billions, and looting trillions of dollars.
	And where the Democrat leadership, we're in the rhinos, where they want us to go is similar to Australia.
	Where we're disarmed and they'll go ahead and just order us into camps.
	We have the CDC source documents already that the camps are meant for us.
	So what the good news out of all of this, in this paradox of the worse it gets the better it gets, is that the Democratic leadership are being exposed as anti-American.
	They're going against the Supreme Court decision, their rhetoric.
	is to pack the Supreme Court to add justices, all while claiming that it's already packed in favor of, I don't know, people who are for the Constitution.
	So crazy stuff.
	It gets crazier and crazier.
	Indeed, it does.
	And that's governor of New York is just totally off the reservation.

	What makes Biden so pugnacious?
	When Biden left for the day, Corn Pop was waiting for him with three gang members holding a straight razor.
	Whatever the reality of that event 60 years ago, Biden has issued in his 18 months in office a remarkable number of warnings and threats as to what he would do as Commander-in-Chief if challenged, thereby putting his and his own country's credibility on the line.
	That friendly fist bump with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman might not have been such a defining moment had Biden not first set himself up.
	During the 2020 campaign, he said that when he encounters a prince, he would treat him like a pariah.
	He was for having authorized the murder and dismemberment of the Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
	As for Biden's depiction of how he confronted MBS behind closed doors, the Saudis dispute his rendition.
	Many of his own countrymen disbelieve him.
	Why?
	Because Biden has a history of painting himself as heroic in personal encounters, where few recall him as having acted that way.
	The classic is a story that's often told in confronting as a pool security guard in a black neighborhood.
	A gang leader named Corn Pop, whom Biden ordered out of the pool for breaking the rules.
	When Biden left for the day, Corn Pop was waiting for him with three gang members holding a straight razor.
	Biden, holding a six foot length of chain, he says, faced him down and Corn Pop backed off.
	Whatever the reality of that event 60 years ago, in his 18 months in office, Biden has issued a remarkable number of warnings and threats as to what he would do at Commander-in-Chief if challenged, thereby putting his own and his country's credibility on the line.
	Asked before his trip to the Middle East, would he use force to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, Biden replied, if that were the last resort, yes.
	During the trip, the U.S.
	and Israel signed a joint pledge to deny nuclear arms to Iran.
	We are now committed.
	Given that the U.S.
	has fought in five wars in the Middle East—Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Yemen, What would think the country would be wary of committing itself to a new one?
	When Russian President Putin built up forces outside of Ukraine and asked repeatedly for assurances, Ukraine would not be brought into NATO.
	An alliance aimed at Russia.
	But Biden had been refused.
	A February invasion followed, and among Biden's subsequent threats, he called for removal of Putin, which was virtually declaring a war.
	For God's sake, this man cannot remain in power, thundered Biden in Poland.
	A declaration hastily walked back by White House staff.
	In addition to the weaponry, we were shipping to Ukraine long-range artillery and rockets.
	Biden announced at the NATO summit the U.S.
	would strengthen its military presence in Europe.
	The permanent headquarters of the U.S.
	Army's V Corps was to be moved to Poland.
	Two additional F-35 fighter jet squadrons to be moved to the U.K.
	More defense capabilities to be moved into Germany and Italy.
	Rotational deployments of troops in the Baltic to be increased.
	U.S.
	troops are to be moved into Romania.
	U.S.
	forces are to be increased from about 60 to 100,000.
	And Biden has vowed Putin's invasion will not end with a Russian defeat of Ukraine in Ukraine.
	But how Biden guarantees that the Russian invasion will be rolled back if Putin rolls up the Donbass is unexplained.
	Since the Russia-Ukraine war began, Biden has also given Article 5 war guarantees to Sweden and Finland, promising to bring them into NATO.
	From the Arctic to the Black Sea, from Iceland to Estonia, there are now 30 European nations we are obligated to defend.
	In 2020, Biden indicated U.S.-Philippine Mutual Security Pact, dating back to the 50s, meant the U.S.
	would come to Manila's defense should it attempt to reclaim rocks and reefs in the South China Sea, now also claimed and occupied by Chinese military forces.
	The U.S.
	war guarantees in our treaty with Japan extend to the Senkaku Islands, also claimed by China, according to the Biden White House.
	In May, in Tokyo, Biden gave a flat yes to reporters' questions as to whether he's willing to get involved militarily to defend Taiwan.
	That's the commitment we made, the president said.
	Not so.
	The U.S.
	scrapped its formal commitment to defend Taiwan in 1979.
	Replacing a treaty of alliance with the Taiwan Relations Act, which obligates the U.S.
	to instead help equip Taiwan to defend itself.
	Again, White House staff sought to walk back Biden's declaration that we would fight for Taiwan, as U.S.
	policy since Richard Nixon's trip to Beijing is that Taiwan is a part of China.
	We have written dozens of blank checks to nations not only in Europe but also the Middle East and Asia to come to fight and defend their borders.
	Yet the border most critical to us, the U.S.
	Mexican, is being overrun by a quarter of a million migrants every month, with the worst bringing in the fentanyl that kills 100,000 of America's young last year.
	And bellicose Joe has done nothing, next to nothing, about it.
	Joe, your thoughts?
	Yes, well over the last eight years the Ukrainians have constructed a series of fortifications along their border with the Donbass region because they were quote breakaway republics in which they shelled the Donbass repeatedly killing 14,000 people and that was the primary reason for Russia
	And, you know, to try to uphold the Minsk Agreement, which was never, which was signed by Germany and France and never enforced by anybody.
	So, bottom line is he had a legitimate excuse because 100,000s of Ukrainian soldiers were massing up along their fortifications to attack and throw out the remaining Russians that were in the Donbass region, had it been there for about 800 years.
	So bottom line is, this was completely staged by us and now the Russians have gotten to the point where they're at the last line of fortifications.
	Once these last cities fall, it'll be nothing but rolling steps from here all the way up to Kiev.
	And the whole eastern half of Ukraine will fall under complete Russian control.
	And the people there speak Russian and they welcome Russian control over what they currently got.
	So since this is an absolute failure and there's no amount of money or weapons that's going to bail out this rotten museum, Jake Sullivan last week started floating the thing about, well, Zio Linsky better be careful because, you know, his personal safety is at risk.
	Yeah, we know exactly how that happens.
	You're gonna blow up the office that he and his generals are in, and then you're gonna hit it with a Russian-made Khymar missile and say Putin hit him with it.
	You people are absolutely disgusting.
	When they can't use a puppet anymore, they'll just turn around and recycle them with another puppet.

	This is a significant advance.
	Notice the agenda for setting a process for unpaid as well as paid cases.
	Mine, of course, is pro se, not a paid case.
	But it's the same process.
	Losing litigants have 90 days after final judgment in their states to file a petition for certiorari.
	The filer is called the petitioner.
	Thus, I'm the petitioner.
	I had 30 days.
	I filed my petition.
	The winner below, now the respondent, can file a brief in opposition.
	If they choose not to file a response, nevertheless it can move forward.
	They chose not to file a response.
	I could file a response brief if they'd filed a response, but they chose not to do so.
	No doubt because there was nothing they could say.
	The brief was so powerful.
	Interest groups and others can offer amicus briefs.
	That was done by one party in my case.
	After the time was closed, then, for briefs, the clerks and the cert pool take the case.
	Chief Justice drafts the initial discuss list and then distributes it to the rest of the chamber.
	For members of the cert pool, the clerk of the court randomly assigned petitions to participating chambers, and within the chambers, they're randomly assigned to the clerks.
	Two weeks later, clerks submit memos to the Chief Justice's Chamber, who then distributes the completed memos to all the participating chambers.
	Within each Justice's Chamber, clerks review and mark up the memos with additional comments and recommendations.
	I've been through all that process.
	It's now gone to the Clerk of the Court, collects all the documents, and distributes them to the Justice's Chamber.
	The associate justices place the cases on the discuss list.
	Any case that fails to make this list are summarily denied in the lower court ruling stance.
	I'm past that.
	All the justices now meet in a private conference that's been scheduled to vote either to grant or deny certiorari.
	Four votes are necessary to order for a case to proceed to the merit stage.
	This is what will happen on the 28th.
	While less common, justices who also can request to relist a case to hold it over until the next conference for the agenda-setting vote.
	Then approximately two weeks later, the justices vote if the relisted cases should take place.
	So my case has gone to conference.
	That's very significant.

	While I originally believed it was a First and Second Amendment case, a summary judgment protocols in Wisconsin allowed the judge to decide whether or not my facts were reasonable and exclude them if, in his subjective opinion, they were not.
	As you will see from my petition, which you can download to your own desktop, the Court of Appeals, Forest District, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court agree.
	In other states, such as Texas, however, the case against me would have been tossed or else sent to a jury for determination of the disputed facts.
	But in Wisconsin, the court could, in effect, determine the facts regardless of my evidence.
	It turns out this is a national problem, and I'm teeing up the case for SCOTUS to make summary judgment protocols uniform throughout the nation.
	I believe they're going to do just that and set things right.

	The judge destroyed the letter and intent of the U.S.
	Constitution and the Wisconsin Constitution.
	I did write a couple of articles about that.
	For a jury trial to determine the facts of the case.
	And what I find interesting is that this is so consistent with really all the stories that we do, is that the judge dictatorially declared, oh yeah, I looked at the evidence and it seems reasonable.
	He's not going to be able to fucking articulate and defend that statement.
	It's the same thing with any of these monsters.
	A sharp question.
	They have to evade it.
	They have to obfuscate it.
	Because they cannot answer it, because there is no reasonable answer that is possible.
	And what the judge decided to do, rather than his job of being a fair umpire in a game and allow the facts to be presented, which is a really interesting job, He instead decided to slap Jim, which is a strategic lawsuit against public participation, to keep the narrative safe from people asking questions like us.
	And when that comes to a vote for those four justices to stand for truth in September, I hope we have a Completely new playing field for truth at that time.
	And in the meantime, what to do for all of us continue to take full responsibility for apparently the only thing that we have total control over and that is what we think and what we say and that what we do to as best as we can build the world that is most dear to us.
