And welcome, folks, to Truth vs. News Incorporated.
I'm Don LaVagne, your host and producer, giddy.consultantsatlab.com, and this is the 3rd of July!
Fourth of July weekend here.
We're all proud to be Americans.
I hope still.
There's lots going on in the world and we've got a fantastic, very relevant, important show today that you're going to want to stay tuned for.
We've got the best people in the world.
We're celebrating our 246th anniversary of Independence Day and we have the best man in the world, Jim Fecher, who's been around for a third of those years.
And he's quite the patriot.
He knows it all.
And he is the most dangerous man in America.
Why?
Because he's the smartest and most investigative in planning what's really wrong with the news.
That's truth versus news.
Our show is right spot on, folks.
And another spot on person is Scott.
Scott Bennett.
He's a military He's got expert intelligence and he's really got great connections throughout the world nowadays, so you gotta listen to what he has to say.
And Holly Seliger, she's a finest researcher, legal researcher, and just a wonderful addition to our show.
She adds comments that really bring a lot of life to the world.
So right now, I guess we gotta get into the discussion here about the West deliberately provoking it.
That's a heck of a way to instruct a show, but we better go for it.
Very spiffy bowtie, Don.
Meanwhile, Joaquin Hagopian has been publishing wonderful stuff.
I'm the original publisher of these articles of his on my blog at jamesfetzer.org.
Plus, deliberately provoking nuclear World War III as part of the elite's great resets.
The Russian First Deputy Permanent Representative addressed the UN Security Council Tuesday.
We started a special military op to put an end to bombardments of Donbass by Ukraine and to make sure that Western states that helped to turn anti-Russia and its national leadership stopped posing a threat to both Russia and those living in Ukraine's southern and southeastern areas.
The option will continue until these goals are achieved.
By supplying them with weapons, you only prolong the agony of the criminal Kiev regime, ready to sacrifice its own population.
The sooner you realize this, the sooner Ukrainian leadership comes to the negotiating table with a realistic position, This is a very clear statement of what's going on.
NATO members, unfortunately, are getting carried away.
As a consequence, Russia is sharing the Isklander M tactical missile system, which can use ballistic or cruise missiles with Belarus.
I would anticipate it's going to be more general.
They're going to supply this weapon to other nations friendly to Russia.
When idiots like General Patrick Sanders, the newly appointed commander of the British Army, uses warmongering rhetoric telling his troops they're getting ready to fight World War III in Europe against the most powerful nuclear country on Earth, he's not working for the people, but for the ruling elite.
And then there are older generals like Wesley Clark reminiscing in his glory days of slaughtering Yugoslavia with a 1999 bombing campaign, claiming the only way to end the conflict in Ukraine is to deploy NATO forces against Russia.
We've never been closer to mushroom cloud madness, all by demonic bloodline design.
On Monday, Putin ally and former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev specified a Russian red line.
For us, Crimea is a part of Russia, and that means forever.
Any attempt to encroach on Crimea is a declaration of war against our country.
General Secretary General of NATO Stoltenberg admitted the all-too-obvious.
The reality is we've been preparing for this since 2014 when, of course, Victoria Nuland executed a color revolution in Ukraine to depose a Russian-friendly president and install Western papa.
And at that point, Ukraine began shelling the Donbass region.
That's the reason we've increased our president in the eastern part of the alliance, why NATO allies have started to invest more in defense, why we have increased our resident.
In other words, they're anticipating going to war with Russia.
Meanwhile, Finland has been preparing for decades for a Russian attack.
To stir up more tension, a NATO document from a summit held Wednesday stated We have decided on new security measures to step up tailored political and practical support to partners including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, and the Republic of Moldova.
We'll work with them to build their integrity and resilience, develop capabilities and uphold their political independence, and thereby make them targets.
NATO has also agreed to put up over 300,000 troops on high alert, up from the 40,000 currently to counter Russia, the country designated as posing the greatest threat over the decade.
Here's the situation.
It's either urgent aid to Ukraine, sufficient for victory, or a declared war between Russia and you, this is declaring Zelensky, financial aid for Ukraine has no less significance than arms deliveries.
We need some $5 billion every month.
And I'll tell you, they're using that money for very good purposes to buy expensive real estate in Switzerland, for example.
Meanwhile, Ukraine is going to be a testing ground for new robotic warfare with a Terminator robot device to fight and kill Russians with a 7.62 machine gun, multiple functions, delivery of ammo and food, surveillance, reconnaissance, evacuation, repeater for radio communication control, and satellite for larger robotic platforms on 110-pound all-metal two-by-two-foot weapon on four or six wheels remotely controlled
From five kilometers away.
Western military intelligence cells operating within the Pentagon's Eastern Command functioning in Ukraine and beyond are providing a stealthy network of logistic training and intelligence to speed Allied assistance to Ukraine.
The coordinated U.S.-NATO command system has been operational throughout the Russian incursion.
The fallacy that Ukraine has been a proxy war belies the fact it's been commanded by the Pentagon, the CIA, and NATO from the get-go.
Biden and the corporate propaganda spin that there are no U.S.
boots on the ground as a necessary precaution has been proven to be pure bullshit.
For years, the West has a history of engaging in nonstop provocations to escalate tensions which have now reached a boiling point to ignore A world war, a world nuclear war, as part of the actual reset plan all along.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, on that latter part of Hogopian's article, which I enjoyed very much as well, you know, he's exposing the U.S.
NATO generals, admirals, flag officers that have been captured.
They've been in there since 2014, one of whom was Admiral Eric Olson, who was my old boss at U.S.
Special Operations Command.
And the guy who's delirjet I flew down with, And upset the apple cart in so many different ways.
And Admiral Eric Olson was one of the conspirators that threw me under the bus when I was reporting on the terrorist financing that was occurring under Dov Zakheim at U.S.
Special Operations Command, Central Command.
And a variety of other ways.
He also was introducing the rabid lesbian LGBTism into military and special operations.
So he's a very dirty guy.
But I've said before, all of these dirty scumbags, James Mattis, H.R.
McMaster, Ambassador Taylor, Eric Olson, all of these former military clowns have joined a group called SpiritOfAmerica.org.
People can look it up.
Google it.
SpiritOfAmerica.org.
That is the secret think tank, Jim, of the Deep State because they've all joined this organization and this organization has been in Ukraine launching propaganda wars against Russia, quipping up anti-Russian sentiment in the Ukrainian people.
This is the organization that's been doing it under the CIA and the British, no doubt.
So, the Russian television broadcasts that I've been on have been talking about it, and I've been talking about it prolifically, but this is one of the key targets that we really need to expose.
Spirit of America, and all of these people that are behind it.
Perkins Coie have a lawyer part of this group.
I mean, it is the Deep State Think Tank, but they've been launching, again, that article summarized it well, they've been launching a war against Russia since 2014, They've instituted the coup d'etat, they replaced Yanukovych, they put in Poroshenko, they aggressively kept their biochemical labs in Ukraine for the development of, among other things, animal to human transmission that has been directly linked to the COVID-19 phenomenon.
Because they were developing this.
They shared it with Merck and Pfizer and all these other organizations.
They then sent it to Fort Detrick.
They then sent it to Wuhan.
All of that's been exposed by the Russians at the United Nations.
The Russians have been exposing all of the corruption and the money laundering and the human trafficking that Ukraine has turned into a cesspool over.
And it really has become a retarded nation.
And I've known people from Ukraine and such.
And Russia, and it's a different country, but now it's become the hills have eyes.
It's become a knuckle-dragging, retard, Nazi fanatical ruin, and the West is just going to burn it ultimately to the ground.
It is becoming the new Uh, battlefield practice zone for these sort of weapons, but as the beginning of the article says, NATO doesn't understand what they're messing around with, which is the Russian bear that sees all of these activities as an existential threat.
And if there's one thing that Russians are prepared to fight and die and push and endure horrific agony over, It's their motherland and the preservation of the Russian people.
There is no communist hammer and sickle flag anymore.
There is no communist ruling regime.
There's the Russian Orthodox Christian conservative family values people that believe wokeism.
is a crime against humanity, as I do, and that the rainbow flag, LGBT, homosexual military recruitment ads are all a sign of the decadence of the West, which is accurate.
And the real comedy is the delusion that these people in NATO and Wesley Clark, who should be crucified and executed for failing to honor the oath he had as a flag officer when he discovered all the 9/11 corruption.
All of these Western NATO leaders are under the delusion that somehow there's not going to have, there's not going to be any consequences on them.
Somehow they can get away and float like Mary Poppins with an umbrella over the battlefield and that suddenly they're going to come down landing in the future sometime and everything is going to be okay and the West is going to be triumphant.
No No, they are going to try and float away and understand their umbrella has been shattered and now they're going to be executed for war crimes.
And what was once Western civilization could very easily be turned into a smoldering black battlefield.
The people of America and Europe understand this.
That's why that article was good too, because these military industrial complex whores are not representing anything about the people creating the government, not the government ruling over the people.
But they are running mad dashedly towards this conflict while everybody in America stands against this.
It's been talked about by Laura Ingraham.
It's been talked about by Tucker.
It's been talked about by a lot of people saying the American people don't want war with Russia.
The British people don't want war with Russia.
Nobody wants war with Russia because they understand, hey, this isn't a bunch of Bedouins in flip-flops and man dresses.
This is the Russian army, and Scott Ritter's talked about it too.
We do not have the capability to fight and win Russia like we did in the 1980s because of the effeminacy, because of the degeneration, because of all sorts of cancers that we have self-inflicted on our military doctrine and our culture.
So I think you're going to witness, sadly, the continuation of a NATO-Western military woke-ism that thinks it's going to push against Russia, and I think there's going to be an outbreak somewhere, sometime, and the West is going to be absolutely shredded and shattered, and Americans are going to lose their sons and daughters.
They're already losing them to the COVID-19 vaccine, that's another story.
But this is going to have a flare up somewhere, and Russia is going to... I think they're going to be restrained, but they're also going to be terminal.
They recognize this is a battle that if the West brings it, the Russians are going to have to end it.
They know that.
We don't.
We're thinking we're going to bluff, but as Ritter said, Russians don't bluff.
Jim?
Wow.
Well, I was just seeing lately that it even the mainstream news is admitting that Russians have taken over some of the last holdouts of, you know, the Ukrainian fight, if you will, which is being heavily funded by the Biden administration and the West and The G7.
Belarus claims to have shot down Ukrainian missiles at this point, so they're coming out more and more in the open as it appears as though the mainstream media over here in the West has to admit that Ukraine has lost, which we've been talking about since the very beginning that this wasn't, you know, a fight.
They're trying to turn into a fight for World War III, whereas Russia has been describing it as more of an internal operation.
Between factions which have been put in by the West since at least 2014 openly if you look at the Western news even been talking about this how we've been funding color revolutions and overthrows of Ukraine and all the money money laundering that has been going on over there as well as other Types of laundering, I'll just say.
And they're trying to drag Turkey into it now by Turkey detaining Russian cargo ships, definitely pushed by the West as well, trying to get us into this quagmire to try to weaken Russia.
But if anything, it's becoming more and more obvious to the rest of the world that Ukraine is under Russian control.
And Russia is in the right in this case, since they've been putting them, the West has been positioning itself up against the Russian border for decades now without any sort of repercussions from Russia.
And they also know, as we have discussed before, and you can see if you can actually find translations, that Russia knows that this is also an economic and a spiritual war.
Like Scott said, the destruction of Western culture, we'll just say, has been degrading so much of the West.
It's pretty obvious now where people are basically just self-immolating.
It seems like, especially people my age and younger, are just completely falling apart around us in so many different ways right now.
And while we see a buildup of bricks of Russia getting onto the gold standard, and then other countries such as India, Iran, and even China trying to position itself away, step away from what is going on with the West.
Moldova, I just wanted to say, as well, is starting to position itself towards Russia as well.
Let me just add, I have friends who were in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, for about a week, and the coverage is completely different.
The Russians are recognized to be in the right, that the Ukrainians are putting up no mess, and that Americans are propagandized and misled by their own government in a way that makes this, the United States, an international joke.
I have no doubt, by the way, that they're pushing war for the very reason that BRICS is moving forward, an outcome that's going to change a global economic and energy distribution.
Russia is getting stronger.
Saudi Arabia is about to join.
In a strategic geopolitical pressure from MBS ahead of the meeting where he was really calling out that this may be going forward, Biden is being geopolitically slow-roasted by Saudi Arabia for his previous dismarriagements and ideological hypocrisy of Saudi Arabia.
We've been closely monitoring the signs of a global cleavage.
Essentially, Western governments following Build Back Better climate change, stopping to use coal, oil, and gas.
The rest of the economy of the world is using the more efficient and traditional forms of energy and are growing stronger and stronger and stronger.
Here's a money quote.
China's invitation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to join BRICS confirms a kingdom has a major role in building the new world to become an important and essential player in global trade and economics.
This session, if Saudi joins it, will balance the world economic system, especially since the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the largest exporter of oil in the world, and it's in the G20.
If it happens, this will support any economic movement and development in world trade and economy and record remarkable progress in social and economic aspects, and Saudi Arabia should have partnerships with every country in the world.
Here you see the way the alignment is falling out.
The yellow, the Western-oriented, capitalist-oriented countries.
All those in the gray, likely participants in the new world economic order, which in this case is a positive development for humanity, shrinking power, economic and political of the West, being manifest here geographically by the map.
For a deep dive, the bottom line, the 2022 punitive economic and financial sanctions against Russia was the reason BRICS was assembled in the first place.
It's growing now.
They do not want corporations and multinationals running their government.
They want the government running the government, and that means whatever form of government that exists in their nation, even if it were communist.
The BRICS leaders are aligned as anti-corporatists.
That doesn't necessarily make them better stewards.
It means they want to make the decisions and do not want corporations to become more powerful than they.
If you want to boil it down, you'll find BRICS is the opposing element to the World Economic Forum and its global reset.
This is fantastic.
The BRICS team, especially of Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Argentina are at it.
Creating BRICS Plus would be a counterbalance to Western trade and finance, and it's moving from possibility to likelihood.
I would say probability.
If Saudi joins BRICS, the fracture becomes almost certain.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, you know, the multipolar world, that was the schematic and the strategic outlining of how the world was going to evolve over the next 10 to 20 years, which Alexander Dugin did.
He was a professor.
He's also an intellectual advisor to Putin.
I met Dugin when I was in Iran at the New Horizons conference.
I had breakfast with him.
And very fascinating guy, you know, long bearded, but very humble and very smart.
And, you know, he was very honest.
And that's what animates the multipolar world and the BRICS initiative is an honesty about they want the world and the people of the world to evolve and determine their own destiny.
And that runs contrary to the CIA, British dominated empirical model, Where every nation needs to be controlled and ordered and subsequently their resources sucked into the empire of America to keep the petrodollar rolling in exchange for the confetti of patriotism and order and new rules order and new world order and all that jazz.
But incidentally, the confetti is saturated with the poison of homosexuality, lesbianism, LGBT, wokeism, abortion, environmental, climate worship, and all of these other pathologies that masquerade as political enlightenment.
And the world is recognizing this, and they're forming the Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Saudi initiative, and also other countries are going to be joining that.
I'd say Vietnam needs to join that, of course, and they're targeting South America.
But Vietnam is a very powerful one, Indonesia, the Philippines, they're being strategic about it because they need to, you know, win the big targets first, such as Saudi Arabia, which is a major big target.
And I think it's going to evolve naturally that way, Jim, because again, the West is so delusional.
And I say that with uttermost sadness because You know, let's reflect for a minute.
The Fourth of July in America is defined for us and within us by our parents.
My mother and my father defined what America and American culture was for me, as well as my grandparents, my aunts and uncles.
But growing up from a little boy to zero to, you know, 14, That's when your identity is formed.
And America has been formed by our parental characters and our culture, our heritage, from our clan, from our family, from our tribe.
And for all of us on this channel, it represented a great nation, great hope, a great force of good.
And that has been corrupted over 20 years, a little bit longer too, but over the past 20 years, since 9-11,
Everything that we thought, we enjoyed, we invested, we celebrated in this country has been turned to ashes by Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, George W. Bush, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, all the corruption of the top levels of government, Eric Holder, Lanny Breuer, Merrick Garland, even people under Trump for God's sake, Pompeo and Bolton, all these scumbags for 20 years
Our country has abandoned the original George Washington, Ronald Reagan, Teddy Roosevelt, to a certain degree, of let's be that shining light on the hill that people and countries emulate and want to become.
And instead, We've taken that light on the hill and turned it into a firebrand and gone around the world threatening to burn down kingdoms like Yugoslavia, Bosnia.
Threatening countries, you join NATO or else we're going to turn you in ashes.
Going into Afghanistan and Syria and Iraq and Yemen and Libya and now Ukraine.
We're going around torching the world.
Is it any wonder When these world nations say, we've got a madman running around burning the world down, we need to come together to ostracize this madman, to ostracize their firebrand, to get rid of their petrodollar, or else we're going to be infected by their violence, their madness, and their delusion.
And that, sadly, is what is becoming, like you said earlier, the coverage in Abu Dhabi, That is becoming the identity, the brand of what America has degenerated into.
Not because of the American people.
That's why the American people are rising up, saying we may have to take up arms against our own country.
Because we have people in the government who are madmen!
Who are running around burning down the world and trying to start wars to hide their own domestic and crimes and money laundering and other things.
So it's ironic that the conservative people in this country share the same sentiments of fear loathing and disgust at the behavior of the government as these other nations do and the reaction of forming the BRICS nation and bringing Saudi Arabia is a symptom of the disease which the United States gave birth to and has been trying to spread under the delusion of democracy.
Jim?
Ollie, your thoughts?
Well, I think it is pretty appropriate that we're talking about, you know, the brand of America or the culture of America and how we're perceived right now, just with July 4th.
I'm seeing like in the mainstream news over here, they're saying, oh, you know, white supremacists are showing up at the Boston Tea Party events or American Revolutionary War events or July 4th events.
And I think it's just an attempt to really Make it seem like anyone that wants to celebrate this holiday or get out there and spend time with family is, you know, has problems or they're not good Americans.
Or I've heard people on CNN say that, you know, oh, the Constitution is dead.
And what was it?
One of our presidents said it's just a piece of paper or something like that.
There's a lot of the American culture that is being dismantled right now and we're made to feel embarrassed if we want to go and spend time with our families and have a barbecue.
You know, barbecue is bad for the environment.
You know, it's too many carbon credits and fireworks are too many carbon credits and everything.
Traveling is bad.
Too many carbon credits.
They can't do the lockdowns because of disease right now.
They basically got rid of July 4th Past couple of years due to the lockdowns and now they've got to come up with other reasons to basically acclimate people to the fact that you can't celebrate anything anymore.
You can't have any sort of pride in your country or celebrate anything about your country.
So That's kind of what I see.
It's just getting people to become embarrassed and not want to have anything to stand for with America, so that when and if they try to collapse it, which they're trying very hard to do so, no one has anything, you know, there's no culture or no history and people don't even know what it's about, so it doesn't mean anything to them.
Yeah, you're absolutely right.
It's an attempt to abolish the cultural identity of the nation by destroying its historical awareness.
An unsurprising development.
The Biden economy is officially in recession.
It became a reality today.
A Fed model shows a GDP forecast is negative.
Zero hedge confirms a bad but not surprising news.
There are some squirrelly actions in the works as well.
I'm sensing a pattern here.
ADP to pause jobs report in July, working on new methodology, meaning they're going to try to find a way to shuffle the numbers to make it look more favorable.
The S&P had its worst first half of the year since 1970.
U.S.
savings are at their lowest since 2008, just dropping precipitously.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, it's not a surprise, is it, Jim?
We've talked about that.
The Democrats and the Biden administration have ruined the economy by flooding it with money.
The COVID-19 shutdowns and lockdowns and unconstitutional imprisonment of Americans, coupled with this pouring out of money, Uh, his is caused inflation.
It's it's saturated the dollar.
The war, of course, I mean, foot 53 billion we've spent and Ukraine, you know, suppose all of this is is ruin the economy.
There's no hope.
There's no joy.
There's no natural leadership, of course, from the walking zombie dead Biden or their their Democrat This is creating a right political atmosphere for new leadership to rise up and sadly that's where we have the strongest deficit is in leadership in any positions of political authority, including Donald Trump, I might add.
How he continues to emerge in this Evolving situation is still doubtful.
I predict DeSantis is going to overshadow Trump, but we'll see what happens.
But this is a perfect opportunity for aggressive, loud, robust Republicans to say, this is easily fixed, and that is by annihilating, getting rid of, shackling, imprisoning Most of these government actors and policies and getting the economy back to open transparency, which it used to enjoy and flourish under between 1776 and 1870.
Jim?
Well, Biden's a disaster.
There are some polls, DeSantis in New Hampshire beating out Trump, but I think Trump made a profound connection with the American people.
I would not count him out.
Hawley, your thoughts?
Well, I think people are still talking about like a Trump DeSantis ticket as well.
Biden's obviously I mean, we're like the 80 something million people that voted for him like commenting or like supporting anything that he does or even acting like they even know who this guy is.
Everyone's completely quiet about this guy because he's an absolute disaster, which of course he's meant to be.
I mean, this is we've been saying this is the purpose Collapse of the United States and he's meant to do that.
And, you know, best case scenario, he's an old bumbling idiot.
You know, he's an old man with dementia or something like that, that they can just, oh, it's not really his fault.
He doesn't know what's going on.
That's basically what CNN is saying at this point.
You know, they have to admit that, oh, he needs cue cards.
And yeah, he's he's probably kind of tired.
And then that's how they can make it seem like this isn't completely on purpose.
Yeah, well, just as Vanna described herself as a letter-turner, Joe is a word-reader, much less attractive in every possible way.
Meanwhile, following their landmark Second Amendment decision ruling that you do not have to have a special state permit to conceal carry, that that's a fundamental right guaranteed by the Constitution, SCOTUS has overturned appellate court decisions in four different states—California, New Jersey, Maryland, Hawaii.
This is really significant.
I'm so impressed with the court here.
It makes no sense to recognize Americans' right to defend themselves in their home while denying them the ability to defend themselves outside their home, wrote Justice Clarence Thomas in the court's majority opinion.
In the Maryland case, Bianchi v. Frosch, a coalition of 25 states led by Arizona, challenged Maryland's Firearms Safety Act, a statute upheld by a Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, required pistol purchasers to seek a license, complete safety training, and fingerprint it.
It has been rejected.
In the California case Duncan v. Bonta, the state's Bannon magazine containing more than 10 rounds went further, requiring their confiscation, which had previously been lawful to own.
It was rejected.
The New Jersey case, Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs, is similar to the California case.
The petitioners challenge a ban on 10-round magazine and requiring orders to render such magazines to law enforcement.
It has been rejected in Young v. Hawaii.
A petitioner challenged Hawaii's gun licensing system, allowing transportation of an unloaded firearm only in an enclosed container and only to and from a repair shop, a target range, a gun dealer, hunting ground, or police station.
That, too, has been rejected.
Absolutely fascinating.
The National Foundation for Gun Rights observed breaking SCOTUS overturns mag bans, assault weapon ban, carry ban, tells appellate courts go back and redo in light of what we said in Broon.
What this means?
The Ninth Circuit upheld California's mag ban and Hawaii's carry ban, but SCOTUS overturned them.
The Ninth Circuit now has to apply text history and tradition to these anti-gun laws and Same thing with Maryland's assault weapon ban.
The Fourth Circuit ruling has been reversed.
The lower court has to redo based on the actual text of the Second Amendment.
This spells doom for assault weapons bans.
I think that's extremely important, but what we have here may be even more central.
This, I think, is extremely important.
Jeffrey Tucker, Supreme Court targets a real enemy.
The flooring of rulings from the Supreme Court is everyone's head spinning.
The most significant, even if it capture all the headlines, is West Virginia versus EPA.
The majority opinion is impressive, but what I found truly wonderful is the concurring by Gorsuch.
Just to review, it's the unelected bureaucracy that rules the country without oversight for voters or legislatures.
For over 100 years, most courts have given it a pass, assuming the experts in the bureaucracy could handle things just fine.
Generations have gone as the fourth-ranking government has grown in size, scope, and strength.
You've heard the stories.
Car dealer complains how the Department of Labor making him crazy.
The Meanshearing Parts Manufacturing bonkers.
Letters from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Any company can never satisfy the EPA.
This is what happened since March of 2020.
The beast showed its face.
Seemingly out of nowhere, these strange agencies and people for whom we never voted were ruling our lives.
They restricted travel, forced us to cover our faces, closed our churches and schools, forbade our businesses from operating unless they were big enough to have a powerful lobbying arm in Washington.
The whole scene was appalling.
It caused many, including some earnest judges, to take notice.
Once you see the problem, you cannot unsee it.
Consider with inflation alone.
Largely the responsibility of the Fed, among the most terrifying of the deep state agencies, founded in 1913 to end wildcat banking and contain the expansion of money and credit so we'd have a more stable economic environment.
Even now, some believe the Fed will somehow fix recession and inflation, even though it turns out that Under analysis, the Fed itself is the cause of both.
The Fed cannot be both a problem and the solution.
Take a quick look at the supposed 2% inflation target of the Fed.
It might seem to you they'd longer globe-blown passes, but that's entirely cosmetic.
The Fed has a trick up its sleeve.
It says it doesn't follow conventional inflation indices like the Consumer Producer Price Index.
It's fancier than that.
This is an index of personal consumption expenditures.
And sure enough, when we look at the PCE, we find the Fed is pretty good at its job.
All that changed recently when the PCE itself blew up.
The Fed has now been revealed to be totally incompetent, the same as the CDC, NIH, DOL, DOE, DOT, HHS, DHS, FDC, SEC, And other of the glorified three-letter agencies employing nearly 3 million who cannot be fired or controlled.
Here's where the Fed's preferred measure of inflation goes today.
So much for competence.
How's it supposed to be controlled?
We don't vote for them.
The Fed board appointed by the President with Senate approval.
The political class too often acts like the absentee owners of a far-off land.
They have little choice but to trust the hired landlords that do a good job with COVID.
A whole scam was revealed to be absolutely everyone.
Not just small businesses, but every single individual and family in the United States.
Bureaucracy announced what we've always believed but rarely said.
Your life is not your own.
Your job is to comply.
Raising the fascinating question of precisely what are we going for here?
What kind of society and government do we want?
The court in its most recent decision was dealing with technical aspects of regulations related to a coal plant, but the implications are enormous.
The EPA was determining policy, even making it, riffing wildly on legislation with a presumption the courts would defer to the agency over industry.
The court said no.
It was the EPA that's been operating illegally all alone.
The decision is so startling, showing the Supreme Court as what it's supposed to do.
That's what the framers intended.
We've just begun, however.
The court needs to attack the whole machinery of the Deep State at its very root, going after Chevron, Deference 1984, Public Health Services Act 1944, Federal Reserve Act 1913, all the way back to the Pendleton Act of 1883.
A nation ruled by faceless, deep-shaped bureaucrats is not a representative democracy and is not consistent with the U.S.
Constitution.
When you consider the implication of this decision, they are awesome.
It does not just apply to the EPA and its elaborate plans for changing the global climate through command and control.
It also applies to every other agency, including the CDC and even the Fed itself.
They should all be accountable to the people through their elected representatives.
If we cannot get back to that system, we will lose everything.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, remember all of these federal encroachments on power, the executive orders being an example of them, the president is not supposed to have the power to wage war like George Bush did on Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria, and Yemen, and all these other countries, and Libya.
The Congress does, not the president.
So we have allowed, and the churches have allowed, you know, the spiritual centers of America's conscience and heart is supposed to be the religious communities, the think tanks of spiritual reflection and manifesting the spiritual values into material, pragmatic, political, legal actions and decisions and thoughts.
We've had game show hosts running the churches, and as a result we've had no depth and solidarity and any meat in our analysis of what is happening to this nation.
So it's all upon the churches that have allowed all of these encroachments into our educational system, too, that has bred a bunch of automaton, lifeless, lobotomized robots who look at their phones all day and don't know what it means to be a man or a woman, There's something in between, right?
The LGBT intersexual schizophrenia.
This has happened over 30 years in our educational department because of the churches allowing it and the educational institutions of madness have put out these worthless human beings.
And, you know, the federal government, federal bureaucracy has been manned and staffed by these human beings.
And they've come in with this ideology that's evolved over 40 years, like you said, you have to comply.
Well, all of that is changing now.
There's an interesting shift of the wind, of the season, almost like daylight savings time, only now where the darkness of democracy, bureaucracy is fading in the light of truth and human liberty under God's creation as recognized, not given, recognized by the Constitution is now rising.
And the court is going to increasingly produce exact decisions recognizing the conservative dimensions of the Constitution and its absolute liberty on people's freedom.
The court is going to increasingly produce precise decisions because the left is so delusional they can't stop trying to push the envelope.
I just saw New York try to pass a law immediately following the Supreme Court Second Amendment ruling where they said, well, we're going to pass a law that says you have to get four references and you have to give up your social media to get a concealed handgun permit, which, of course, the Supreme Court is going to go, which, of course, the Supreme Court is going to go, no, it's unconstitutional for you.
First of all, you don't have to have references.
You don't have to know another person on this planet.
If you want to exist in a cave, that's your right.
So you don't have to have references to enjoy the Second Amendment, nor do you have to produce your social media.
That's like producing your diary, your right to freedom.
So yes, it's commonsensical to us, but it's not to the delusion demon-crats that they're going to push these other laws they're trying to create in New York.
And the Supreme Court, under Amy Coney Barrett and Kavanaugh and these others, who I could go, sometimes they're a little bit strange, but I think they're going to gravitate towards a more conservative, absolute liberty-oriented interpretation of the Constitution.
And people need to aggressively seize upon these decisions, print them out, put them in their car, put them in their wallet, carry a firearm, carry a knife in your car, on your person, in your home, if you're so inclined to that strength of character.
Because the left, as we've seen elsewhere, is going, they're only going to get worse, start raving mad, and you have to provide a defense.
That's what the Second Amendment is all about.
So all of these decisions by the court are liberating people to act again.
That's why you have many people in America who are recognizing the potential inevitability of having to take up arms against the government.
Not because they want to fight the government, but because the government through these agencies are so out of whack that They are coming into people's homes, coming into businesses, coming into churches, coming up to people and saying, you have to wear a mask, you have to shut down, you're not essential, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
People are recognizing that had enormous injury ever since it was initiated.
The reason the American people allowed it to happen is because they were far too polite and far too acquiescent.
Well, we're Americans, we have to, you know, we won't get along.
Bullshit!
All of this has led to an absolute crippling and decadence in America.
We've forgotten who we are, what our freedom is.
Thank God the 4th of July is upon us.
Let's remember what we are.
We are firebrands who overthrew the British, who overthrew every control on this country to define absolute liberty within the constitutional Christian moral parameters that God imposes on us.
We've created our country to be free of all of this, so I think all of these agencies, FDA, HHS, education, all of these need to be recognized in the local counties by the local sheriffs as non-existent, having no powers, no authorities over any American citizen.
That, I think, is naturally going to gravitate.
That's going to happen because, again, these agencies are not going to be able to stop in their delusional you know, expected power grabs over people.
So we are inevitably moving to that conflict.
And perhaps it's going to be the best thing that ever happened in this nation, Jim.
What's important about this ruling with the EPA is that it restrains it from moving forward with green energy policies of Biden without legislative approval by the Congress.
And it appears it's going to put an end to all this move for electric cars and charging stations and windmills and solar panels and all that, which is devoutly to be wished and now appears to be the case.
I I'm very impressed the court made this decision.
Holly, your thoughts?
Yes, I think overall the Supreme Court has made some good decisions lately and unfortunately though we as we know the The wheels of justice turn very slowly.
So in the meantime, we've got all these states and all these DAs and local, you know, governors, as we've seen with the mandates, none of this stuff is constitutional.
They don't care.
They either want to stack the Supreme Court or pass a bunch of stuff that's unconstitutional or demand a bunch of stuff that's constitutional and then wait, you know, which in some Some instances can take a decade or more before a Supreme Court picks up a case.
So in the meantime, here in the United States, the individual is suffering.
We're the ones who are having to put up with all of this, which is obviously unconstitutional, illegal, everything that's going on, especially with like the DAs, like I said, and the governors, people are just blatantly disregarding people's rights and laws.
And then we get to the point where we're seeing right now where people are saying, well, What sort of contract do we have here with our own government at this point?
If they're blatantly breaking our agreements as citizens, time and time again, we have no recourse except to wait for the Constitution.
Perhaps there are some good sheriffs and whatnot, some really small local offices in which people understand the Constitution.
Everyone takes an oath to the Constitution.
When I was on the school board, I took an oath to the Constitution, which I remember.
It was a great time.
I thought it was my right and my duty, and it's something I was proud of.
And people are just blatantly just stepping all over it so that that was like something I took an oath that I wouldn't pass any school board laws or budgets or anything which violated the Constitution and people don't even care anymore they're just if they can't stack the court they just want to go around it at this point.
I think we're seeing a Supreme Court that is acting in accordance with the Constitution and it's most welcome.
Meanwhile, Manchin and Sinema dashed Biden's hope for a filibuster change on abortion.
Biden proposed senators remove a legislative roadblock, suggesting shutdown by aides to key Democrats.
His temporary lift of the filibuster proposal was rejected by Aids to Cinema and Mansion.
He wanted to move in that direction.
If the filibuster gets in the way, he claimed, it's like voting rights.
It should be we provide an exception for this.
But it's a bad idea.
His statement is just a gesture, not a real policy plan.
Get this.
Brett Hume delivers a scorching rebuke of the January 6th committee saying he's never seen anything like this in 50 years of covering politics in Washington, D.C.
Hume was responding to a tweet by the Washington Examiner Chief Political Correspondent Byron York.
There's a long tradition of adversarial processing, congressional hearings, and investigation, he wrote on Friday.
You don't have to compare it to a trial to know something is wrong with a J6 committee.
Hume tacked onto York's post.
I've governed Washington for more than 50 years, including 11 of Congress specifically.
I've never seen a committee, all of whose members were chosen by one party, And where there was no cross-examiner, any attempt to present both sides.
Adam Kissinger, who's one of the phony Republicans, pushed back.
Hey, Brit, it's been all Republicans testifying, definitely one-sided.
Just nodding how you think it is, the never Trump Republican tweeted.
As you know, Kevin McCarthy took his ball and went home.
You all sound nervous.
That's a very dishonest tweet, because Kevin McCarthy had appointed Jim Jordan and Jim Hunt To the committee and they would have torn it up.
And Nancy Pelosi, historically unprecedented, rejected the minority member appointments at the committee and appointed Liz Cheney and this Kissinger guy as stooges.
Hume had previously hammered the committee for being partisan on July 1st.
He criticized for hyping events to increase interest, knowing most of the media will eagerly play along with what the committee does best.
He referred to it as a January 6th committee charade on July, June 7th.
It's not normal for a supposedly bipartisan committee to have its members all chosen by one party.
On June 11, he labeled the hearings utterly one-sided.
On June 13, he belittled the committee as a televised press release with soundbites.
I've never seen anything quite like it in my life.
I certainly never imagined back in the day when I was working for one of the broadcast networks' news division, such an event would ever be put on prime time by one of the networks.
And in this case, it was done by all of them.
Quite remarkable.
He pointed out that committees comprised of Democrats Adam Schiff, Jamie Reskin, Bernie Thompson, Zoe Lofgren, Peter Aguilar, Stephanie Murphy, and Elaine Luria noted the one-side committee had anti-Trump Republicans Cheney and Kissinger hand-selected by Speaker Pelosi.
He called Cheney and Kissinger Republican members who could be counted on to agree with the conclusions already reached by Pelosi.
This is very much a partisan hearing.
Not to say that interesting facts won't come out and won't make an interesting presentation, but this is only partially to determine the facts.
As much as anything, it's an effort to give the Democrats an issue they can run on when nearly all the other issues people care about are working against them.
Rasmussen has noted neither the Capitol right or the January 6th committee are making the top nine midterm issues.
Those that are hurting Democrats are making the top four.
Rising gas prices, inflation, the economy, and violent crime.
Humes conceded Trump's behavior following the 2020 election was outrageous and utterly disgraceful.
I disagree with him on that, but he's entitled to his opinion.
However, he does not believe the J6 committee will prove the U.S.
was close to losing democracy as Democrats have blustered.
The one-sixth committee is pounding home the point Trump tried to overturn the 2020 election.
He certainly did.
But the testimony has not come close to establishing Chairman Bernie Thompson's claim that we came critically close to losing our democracy that day.
That's because Trump's scheme was utterly half-assed.
The legal theory in which it rested was ridiculous.
The lynchpin was refusal by Pence to count the 2020 show.
I mean, really, it was when A state had two slates of electors.
He should have sent it back to the states to determine which was proper.
All this happened in the context of an early riot, which he falsely claims Trump triggered, not by what he said about the stolen election BS.
And here you see where Brett Hume is himself losing his way.
In the end, the electoral vote count was only delayed by a few hours.
Outrageous behavior, perhaps.
Near death of democracy, not even close.
It's Jim Jordan and Jim Banks, not Hunt.
McCarthy yanked all five Republicans he had after Pelosi denied their participation.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, some of Brit Hume's comments I agree with, some of them I don't.
I was back in Washington, D.C.
We did a show, Jim, after that.
We did a show during that when I was back in Washington, D.C.
with Stephen Pidgeon, Millie Weaver, Patrick Berge, Tori, and a bunch of others.
that were working the analytics.
I met with Patrick Byrne and Joe Flynn, General Flynn and Michael Flynn and Sidney Powell were back there too.
I met with very high-level key individuals.
I had top secret documents from the AFL-CIO, which showed that they were going to be planning on insurrection activities, that they were using senior executive service employees to create and organize and strategically prepare for a coup d'etat insurrection. that they were using senior executive service employees to create We presented that to Patrick Byrne, and we got all that stuff to the people to get it to Trump.
I gave it to Sidney Powell.
Nobody did anything.
So the only thing that's outrageous and disgraceful about Donald Trump's behavior is he failed to act on the strategic threats that myself and Patrick Byrne and Stephen Pidgeon and many others as former military recognized.
There is a serious attempt to overthrow the presidency of the United States that demands special military engagement.
That doesn't mean you get the yahoos from the National Guard from Kentucky up there.
That means you get special forces, PSYOP guys, civil affairs guys, special officers, specially trained to go in and capture these voting areas that were commandeered.
And we've seen it.
We've had the algorithms.
We've had the analysis.
We've had the overwhelming proof.
Whether or not the Supreme Court has heard it, because they're standing against another inch of wall together.
But this is a threat against national security.
They were engaging in this from the COVID-19 cover-up.
They've engaged in it with the ballot box drop boxes.
We've seen the 2000 Mules film that is exposed, how many of these monkeys go around throwing 10 ballots at a time in multiple boxes.
We've seen the Obama phones tracked.
All of this has been put out by 2000 Mules and many, many other layers of evidence and proof, one of which, again, was my AFL-CIO documents, which Trumka and the Postal Union were planning on participating in this action.
Never mind Union Bank of Switzerland and its Conspiracy with the Chinese Communist Party to purchase Staple Street Capital in order to acquire Dominion voting machines and impregnate them with algorithmic changes that skewed the vote.
That's another layer of this.
So the evidence is all of there.
The questions are there.
The material's there.
The witnesses are there.
The people who investigate it are there.
Donald Trump didn't act on it.
That is disgraceful.
Donald Trump didn't engage like a commander-in-chief, preserving the country.
That's shameful.
And as a result, people went to the Capitol to say, no, we're not going to allow our country to be overthrown.
And Pence was a traitor who should be executed.
And he did not behave properly, and as a result, they took informants, they put him up on and did this January 6th.
This was a Democrat activity, not Trump.
His only failure was to not act as a military commander.
Jim?
We got to take our break.
We've finished our first hour.
Don, take us out.
You're muted, my friend.
Yeah, what a sensational hour this is.
This is really vital to the survival of America here.
And so this is Truth vs. News here on July the 3rd, getting ready to activate things for the 4th.
So come on back, folks.
You're going to really find more powerful information.
