Welcome back, folks.
This is Truth vs. News Incorporated on June 26th.
End of the half a year, almost.
News is hot.
Weather is hot.
Everything is hot.
And I just want to say that we're talking about the Second Amendment being restored.
And I say that Second Amendment is the best amendment.
That's the great equalizer.
You're not going to attack Grandma if she might have a gun.
So I think that's the best thing.
So, Holly, what do you think about the Second Amendment?
Well, I did see that recently Biden yesterday signed into law the bipartisan gun bill.
Yeah.
About I think it was like the red, red.
I forgot what it's called.
But it's some sort of thing where you can take away you can take guns away from people basically.
Oh, red flag law.
Thank you.
Thank you, Scott.
Yeah.
The Supreme Court a year ago ruled to be unconstitutional.
So this is just ludicrous.
Right.
So they're just being blatant.
We were talking about the Supreme Court earlier.
They're just trying to fight and basically get rid of the Supreme Court so that they can put in, you know, whatever sort of changes they want, like hyperdrive, anything that they want to try to get through, ram through Congress.
Have a have a president sign and then have no checks and balances whatsoever.
I mean, we all know the Supreme Court is super slow to act, but occasionally they will rule on on things correctly.
And then when they don't rule on things correctly, it can take a while for things to get reversed with a different court, etc.
But at least it's a way to slow down the process, you know, say what you want about the Supreme Court.
But that's why we've had this the Supreme Court.
There's talk about stacking it.
And then, of course, like you said, our president acting blatantly against Supreme Court rulings by signing this.
And then now people have to spend the time and money to try to put it through the court again and deem that unconstitutional.
So we're seeing a president who's basically acting around the Supreme Court.
And we're going to continue to see that, especially as they try to push the The gun grab going forward and using like you said the red flag laws like where you know they're tracking people on social media and whatnot at this point so if you say or do something that seems concerning or a family member wants to rat on you or an ex-girlfriend wants to rat on you or whatever you're guilty until proven innocent and you have to prove your innocence.
Yes, yes, yes.
Well, as I say, as Scott's observed, they've already been declared illegal, so this is just political theater.
This is just grandstanding to make the public think they're doing something when they're doing nothing.
Demolition of supply chains is a pre-Civil War sabotage to shape the battlefield for domestic warfare.
More from Mike Adams.
The U.S.
is about to be plunged into a civil war.
We have heard that before.
The pro-two amendment has already seen heads explode across the anti-American, anti-Liberty left, with rabid left-wing commentator Keith Olbermann even calling for an open insurrection to demolish the Supreme Court.
Once the Roe decision is rendered, the radical left will erupt with a full-blown domestic terrorism.
And, of course, it has been rendered.
What's coming will make the 2020 BLM and Antifa riots look like child's play.
Biden regime knows this.
Barack Obama is a key mastermind behind the whole thing.
Obama runs the Biden White House, tells Biden handlers what to do.
They shape the 2020 riots using paid mercenaries, media propaganda, and color revolution tactics routinely used by the CIA to overthrow governments of other nations.
Now they plan to use the same tactics to overthrow the U.S.
Constitution.
The sabotage of food facilities in the United States is deliberate.
We published a full list.
Similarly, the regulatory takedowns, cyber warfare assaults on energy infrastructure are also being carried out by the regime to deprive the people of fuel and transportation.
The entire supply of diesel engine is on track to be depleted in just eight weeks, roughly the end of August.
Diesel fuel, diesel exhaust fluid are also experiencing supply chain failures that appear to be orchestrated.
There are known explosives at liquid nitrogen gas facilities such as Freeport, Texas.
A history of pipe explosions targeting refineries.
What's clear is America's food and energy infrastructure is being disrupted with sabotage and blockade operations or acts of war against the American people.
What is clear is the Obama-Biden administration is using sabotage operations to shape the domestic battlefield in preparation for the coming civil war.
And by civil war, I don't mean an 1865-style North versus South.
This is going to be a war of the corrupt, illegitimate government regime against the American people who are seeking to vote the criminals out of power.
Roughly 75% of Americans despise the Biden regime and want him removed.
The upcoming midterm elections, if they're even allowed to take place, will solidly demonstrate Americans' desire to rid itself of the disastrous Biden regime and the catastrophic policies of the Democrats.
That's why we believe the Biden regime doesn't want to allow America to make it to the midterms.
They want total chaos and martial law.
They want their left wing brown shirt terrorists in the street burning down cities, assaulting police, executing whites on site so they can declare a state of emergency, put street troops on the street, combined with efforts to nullify the Second Amendment and confiscate guns.
I got to tell you, it ain't going to work.
That effort is going to fail.
The old Biden regime has acted too late.
The American people will no longer comply with tyranny and sabotage.
We, the people, will not turn in our guns.
We will not obey orders to shut down our local economies and stay locked in our homes.
But the arrogant, incompetent Biden regime doesn't know that yet.
They state they are still in charge.
They think the public will go along with whatever insane scheme they dream up to enslave everyone and abolish the Bill of Rights.
They are wrong.
But they will try to conquer the country from within, saying of a civil war that will likely see bloodshed across the United States.
Unless Biden is removed from power and the rightful winner is restored, Democrat-run cities will soon collapse into total chaos.
Mass starvation will become commonplace.
The rule of law will be non-existent in these areas.
We will see Democrat refugees fleeing, collapsing blue cities.
Trying to flee to red states.
But there will be border enforcement by the states such as Texas and Florida prohibiting domestic illegals from invading the red slates as they flee the blue.
Ultimately, the Democrats are going to be defeated.
Humanity will prevail.
They just don't know it yet.
They overestimate their ally, Satan, when the real power to decide our fate rests in the hands of God.
We've just about had enough of Satan trying to dominate humanity on Earth.
That's a bit of a spiritual perspective, but I would bet that Scott agrees with that pretty much 100% your thoughts.
Well, I do in a sense, but I must admit, I think Mike Adams goes a little bit overboard.
I think he's a little bit hyperinflated, exaggerated.
Perhaps it's to, you know, cultivate more of a following and support.
I don't think things are going to be as bad as he predicts in that article.
There's a possibility, but I just don't see it going that stark, raving mad, insane, because The left can't fight.
They can't function.
They certainly can't have brown shirts executing whites on site.
I mean, that would happen one time, and you would have every white person, in a sense, declare war in no uncertain terms.
And every black and every Mexican knows that.
The last person on planet Earth they want to pick a fight with is a Germanic, Nordic, Scandinavian, Celtic-blooded person, cold-blooded killer that will rise up and kill in ways that no other race has the ability to imagine.
That's a reality.
White killers can kill better than blacks and Mexicans and all the rest of it.
We know that Asians are pretty good, but you can't beat the whites if they're pushed that way.
So, I don't see that manifesting quite as fearfully as he's predicting.
Now, the whole thing I can't understand is this.
If you have food plants and things being sabotaged and destroyed, why isn't the National Guard of the individual states or special units being deployed by sheriffs in the counties where these food processing plants are, or the military, the guard?
It is a national, it is a state uh threat it's a it's a national security threat to the state if you will state security threat it would seem to me if that's happening that could instantly be tracked investigated stopped and directly connected to whatever people or agencies are doing that and maybe it does lead to Barack Obama
Which would be a good thing because then perhaps someone with character in Texas or South Dakota or Florida could say, we're issuing an arrest warrant for treason against Barack Hussein Obama because he is orchestrating attacks on the state of Texas or the state of South Dakota.
We want him dead or alive!
Barack Obama is not the president.
He is a traitor who is involved with treasonous activities against the United States of America, trying to do seditious conspiracy or civil war, whatever charges you want to have.
If this guy is doing these sort of things, where in the name of God are the arrest warrants and the wanted posters and the investigations and the attorney generals out for that bastard's hide?
That's where things need to go if you're seriously talking about corn.
And that's why Mike Adams goes off on this.
Well, the corn plants or the food processing is being this bullshit!
Put your military posses and police and sheriffs out there and surround these infrastructure buildings.
Track them down and defend yourself if this is really happening and track it to whoever's doing it.
So they may be trying to trigger a civil war, but I just think Mike Adams has a propensity to say all the bad guys are doing all this bad stuff and we're just sitting around with a lollipop watching it.
I don't think that's the case.
So I think as bad as it could get, I think the character of the right wing conservative libertarian heterosexual Republican ranks are strong enough to rise up and defend their individual towns and counties with lethal force if necessary. I think the character of the right wing conservative libertarian And put to flight or kill anyone that is trying to engage in more of these
Kenosha, Wisconsin type of unsettling protests.
I don't think that's going to happen again because they will be extinguished with a fire hose by patriots very, very quickly.
And anybody that gets in the way, whether it's police or other, will be extinguished as well.
Jim?
Scott, I only wish there were more patriots with your strength and resilience and dedication to the Constitution.
I mean, Mike Adams is inventoried.
We've got somewhere between 65 and 100 food processing plants, meat processing, all that, that have been taken out.
In my opinion, the food shortage is inevitable.
It cannot be stopped.
It's too late to stop it.
So, I just worry.
I'm afraid that the great, you know, silent majority as it used to be, the armed American people just don't have the leadership.
They don't know what to do.
That's my fear, Scott.
That's my fear, you know.
They need They need leadership such as you provide, my friend.
Holly, your thoughts?
Your thoughts?
Well, I definitely think the food shortages and whatnot we're seeing manufactured, they're definitely going to try to push that as much as they can, you know, as long as we have people in charge who want to reduce the population, basically.
And you can see they're trying everything right now to attack people and It people have brought this up before it became kind of obvious as to what some of the program was going to be.
And I, I saw this firsthand when I was in Michigan and they talked about the lockdowns and, uh, you know, putting in a curfew and doing all this horrible stuff.
And I had heard about, you know, possible like road closures or checkpoints, all this crazy stuff.
We didn't know what Whitmer was going to do when you said she was going to lock down the state.
And they put up caution tape around all the playgrounds and they put up caution tape around the seeds and all the gardening equipment in the springtime.
And I called all my representatives over there and was like, why are you guys blocking the selling of seeds and, you know, dirt and farming, like small gardening equipment at the stores?
Like the stuff's in the store.
Why are you putting up caution tape and telling these businesses they can't sell it?
And they didn't have an answer for me.
They said, well, you could try to buy stuff online if you want, you know, from another state, but this is Whitmer's mandate and this and that.
And so I think that was probably the only time I really ever had an anxiety attack about any of this, because I could see, I'm like, you know, just imagining them.
Are they going to round up people?
Are they going to try to starve people?
Like why would she say seed packets have COVID on them or something like that?
Absolutely ridiculous.
So you could see maybe they're revealing their hand or showing what their plan was a few steps too early.
And hopefully, I mean, I kind of agree.
I think Mike Adams has a penchant for the extreme at times.
And I think, you know, there has to be people out there who have to speak out about it, though, too, because there's so many people who stick their head in the sand and they won't even, you know, oh, a hundred Good, good, good.
Yeah, I think we're pretty much on the same page here.
Meanwhile, post-lockdown here at children entering elementary school unable to say their own name.
future.
Good, good, good.
Yeah, I think we're pretty much on the same page here.
Meanwhile, post-lockdown here at children entering elementary school unable to say their own name.
This is devastating.
A study to be published found that children entering elementary in the UK are unable to say their own name.
So pronounced was the impact of isolation and wearing masks.
The problem reveals developmental problems revealed with young children blaming the pandemic condition and lack of parental education.
According to the article, a year-long study, the children entering their first year of primary are not toilet trained, have never drunk out of any vessel other than a baby bottle, and are unable to communicate effectively using verbal language.
We have 50% of the children in reception and nursery are not toilet trained.
This is staggering.
We got children who are still drinking from bottles with teats when they start school.
They're four years old.
Their language includes the word bod pod, because that's their communication for, can I have a drink, please?
We're not teaching kids to write their name.
We're teaching them to scribble.
Explain, well, they once had to hold a school assembly on eating with a knife and fork, as many would eat full Sunday dinner with their hands and fingers.
According to the preview, those from disadvantaged socioeconomic background are the worst affected, an average of five months behind, developmentally speaking, compared to wealthier kids by the time they enter the state education system.
The report calls on the UK government to overcome squeamishness about being seen to interfere in family life.
Recommendations included intrusion to include state-pushing education for parents, more home visits, as well as authorities setting up weather preview calls in drop-ins and hearse.
Neither the details nor extent is described in the preview.
But they regressed during the lockdowns, many because the mask-wearing couldn't learn to form words.
While the full study has yet to be published, children are falling significantly behind in regard to their intellectual, physical and emotional development.
The UK government report found young kids saw their development stall or even regress over lockdowns with social skills especially taking the biggest hit.
Today's report findings of pandemic has continued to affect young children's communication and language development.
Others said babies have struggled to respond to basic facial expressions, which may be due to reduced social interaction during the pandemic.
It's a mess!
While also describing as struggling to crawl and walk while infants have regressed in their independence and self-care tilt, many in the U.S.
and Germany have noticed similar seismic impact on childhood education.
While disruption to learning must end, reopening schools is not enough.
They need intensive support to recover lost education.
Schools must go beyond to rebuild children's mental and physical health, social development and nutrition, I tell you, it's not going to happen.
We have a generation that's been wiped out by this pandemic and the masking has had heretofore unimaginable consequences.
Scott, yours.
Well, see, this is where Russia or China or Iran or any other nation should be crowing like a rooster from the top of the hill to the populations in America and Britain and Canada and Germany and say, look at what you have done to your own children.
You've deformed them.
You've crippled them.
You've turned them into retards.
We haven't done that in Russia.
We haven't done it in China.
We didn't do this in Iran.
We didn't mask our children.
We didn't shut down schools.
We didn't isolate them.
We didn't traumatize them.
We didn't wage war against our own people.
Your British politicians did that.
Your Governor Whitmer and your Joe Biden and your German Schultz and all the rest of you Western enlightened people waged war on the most innocent of your society, your babies, your children, and you have crippled them.
You've made them crippled with fear.
They're stunted.
They're unable to defend them.
They're unable to talk about anything.
They're unable to say their own names.
This is Western society?
This is what British Enlightenment is?
This is what American values are?
This is German sophistication?
You are a bunch of sophisticated savages who have ruined your own children.
That's what Putin should say.
That's what China should say.
That's what Iran should say.
That's what any nation should say, that is integrity, to come out swinging at the West.
Because if you don't come out and shame us, shame every politician in Britain, in Germany, in Canada, in Australia, all of you vicious monsters, what you've done to your own children, That's the only thing that will arouse the hatred and the fury of our people in our society to stand up and say, you know what?
They're right!
We did allow these bastards to destroy our children, and we should hang them from the neck until dead!
We ought to go and hang them, arrest them, and prosecute them for crimes against humanity!
That's what the American people, the Canadian people, the Australian people, the British people, the German people, and all of Western society should do to these bastards.
And maybe Russia and these other nations need to tell us that so we can at last hear and go, you know what?
They're right.
We have shattered and hurt the most vulnerable, the most precious in our society, our children.
And these bastards ought to be executed slowly for what they've done to children.
Jim?
Well, it's got to come from an internal critique, Scott, because they'll just be dismissed as our enemies.
No, it won't.
I don't agree with that.
I think it should come from an external to trigger an internal reflective dialogue because it's not happening anywhere else.
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, I am concerned.
I mean, the few children that are being born, you know, they're talking about so many people, young people, millennials and people younger.
They've been talking about kids who have Maybe gotten perhaps the jab of having sterility issues, talking about men's sperm being pretty much decimated and just destroyed after getting the jab.
So I do see a huge drop in the number of children that are going to be born over the next couple of years.
And I saw all of these articles saying, Oh, the lockdowns, we're going to have a baby boom because people are going to just going to be stuck at home and have nothing better to do.
I'm like, That's not what happened at all.
People were stressed.
People were lonely.
You know, even people who are living or had spouses and whatnot were lonely.
I mean, it was just a terrible time.
So, and it was stressful.
If anything, it broke up more relationships instead of facilitating any sort of baby making that could have gone on.
So that certainly didn't happen.
We're not seeing any sort of post lockdown baby boom or seeing fewer and fewer people wanting to engage in those types of relationships.
I mean, this whole month has been a celebration of June's gay and lesbian or LGBTQIA plus culture that we have now.
And that's certainly not a reproduction based culture, I'll just say.
So that's not going to happen through that as well.
So, you know, the few children which are around have been maimed by the face masks and the lockdowns, the psychological and physical abuse in which they have endured.
And then on top of that, they've got parents who are stressed by money and finances.
And already even teaching them, you know, how to wipe themselves or how to feed themselves or anything like that.
So we've come completely full circle to the collapse of society.
They can't even learn common core at this point.
So they've become definitely successful in destroying the next generation of children.
So, you know, we definitely we need basically a miracle at this point to save the next generation if there is one to come.
I think that's a very telling point, because it consumes more and more resources just to maintain something that isn't quite up to normal, and I don't think it's something we're ever going to recover from, honestly.
I'm profoundly disturbed by these developments.
Meanwhile, Twitter quietly removes a warning it slapped on the CDC.
It added to tweets of a study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association flagging it with a warning that the details were potentially harmful and misleading in their content.
Conservative Phil Kirpin, president of the American Commitment, spotted the warning label last week.
He had tweeted a link to the JAMA article along with an accompanying graph.
Last week, he quote-tweeted his earlier tweet along with a screen capture of the warning label, adding, Twitter had placed a warning on the JAMA for the wrong-thinking crime of publishing data showing rapid waning of COVID vaccines in children.
Twitter users who clicked on the link received a warning from Twitter the link may be unsafe.
It told them that JAMA's website has been identified as being potentially spammy or unsafe.
This is the Journal of the American Medical Association!
Twitter claimed the JAMA website may include, among other things, violent or misleading content that could lead to real-world harm.
I mean, this is about as absurd as it gets.
Shortly after Kirkland called attention to the ridiculous label, Twitter removed it and it no longer pops up.
The CDC study published in JAMA examines the efficacy of Pfizer two-dose vacs for children 5 to 11 and adolescents 12 to 15, conducted from December 2021 to February 2022, when Omicron was prevailing.
They found Pfizer's estimated efficacy significantly declined by the second month of Doe 2, initially when the mRNA shot received emergency authorization.
The efficacy of the two-dose was 100% in children, 91% in adolescents.
According to emails obtained by Judicial Watch in July 2021, however, Twitter and other social media worked closely with the CDC to suppress misinformation about COVID and the vaccines.
That's rather ironic.
In Twitter's effort to help the CDC suppress information, it ended up suppressing information from the CDC.
Meanwhile, GOP Attorneys General sound the alarm on Biden's latest nominee.
Biden has a track record of nominating candidates to serve in positions who are woefully unqualified.
Biden's nominee for Comptroller of the Currency, Saul Omarova, expressed anti-private banking and anti-energy views.
They went so far as endorsing the end of private banking and interest in bankrupting the energy section.
They went a bridge too far, even for certain Democrats.
But the White House did not voluntarily revoke the nomination.
Now they're back with a nominee to head the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, being met with massive backlash.
Steve Dudelbach is his latest nominee.
Fifteen different Republican Attorneys General are warning that he is bad news.
Duttenbach will simply reinforce the anti-gun policies of the Biden administration, they say.
As evidence, they point out his history of opposing gun rights for Americans.
Jake Evans tweets, red flag laws give power to the government to decide who can own a firearm.
If you thought the government was out of control when Obama's IRF was targeting conservatives, just wait till Biden's ATF start taking guns from law-abiding citizens.
It's also the view of them that the ATF should have a leader who upholds laws on the books and stop criminals from breaking the law.
The senators are being asked to oppose his nomination on the basis he won't live up to those standards.
If Biden's nominee were to get into the ATF, Republican attorneys general saying he'll increase tyranny within the federal government and crack down on our liberty.
If Republican Senators were to get even one moderate Democrat in the chamber to join them in voting against Dudelbach, his nomination will not pass.
The most likely would join are Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema, both of whom have voted with Republicans even when in anger at their own party.
Here is the Attorney General of Texas, Paxton.
The U.S.
Senate should oppose this dangerous and partisan nominee.
Americans need an ATF director who will crack down on criminals, not someone who will simply pander to the anti-gun left.
I do agree.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, the red flag laws again are unconstitutional and the sheriffs of counties can protect their citizens and declare no agents, no federal agency, not the ATF, not the FBI, no agencies of the government shall step into my county and apply any of these red flag laws and any agents that come into my county have to first give notice to the sheriff
That they are coming in, engaging in some sort of activity.
This is where the constitutional power of the sheriff is superior.
The sheriff is the number one law enforcement power in the county, and this is where things need to We've seen from Waco, Texas.
We've seen their murderous plots.
We've seen from Ruby Ridge.
going to be undermined by a Gestapo out of control, traitorous organization, whether it's ATF or FBI.
We've seen how they behave.
We've seen from Waco, Texas.
We've seen their murderous plots.
We've seen from Ruby Ridge.
We've seen ad nauseum for the past 20, 30 years, just how vile these agencies are and just how destructive they are of the constitutional rights of Americans.
So these need to be opposed by all means necessary and violently by the sheriffs if need be, Jim.
Holly, your thoughts?
Yeah, I just think it's Like really obvious as we had stated before that this is a slippery slope and it's unconstitutional and I'm really hoping people are putting forward court cases already to try to break this up once again.
I just I don't understand how they can keep instituting this when it already has been declared unconstitutional.
It makes makes no sense to me that any of this could be could go forward or could even be enacted.
Very good.
Very good, yep, yep.
I think the Democrats are desperate and too many Republicans want to join to look as though they're responsible about gun laws not really understanding the relationship.
Cameras capture Biden's cheat sheet showing hilarious instructions telling him, you take your seat.
Twitter had a field day with a close-up shot of a cheat sheet provided by aides to Biden when they revealed simply hilarious directions for the president on the simplest matters.
Insanity began with an image that surfaced during a meeting he held with wind industry leaders.
That's right, your leaders sought out wind executives in the midst of a gas crisis.
The images in question show the president had accidentally held up a card prepared by his staff to walk him through the event.
Some of the instructions are comedy gold.
You take your seat.
You give brief comments.
Two minutes.
You thank participants.
You depart.
How bad is this?
Meanwhile, Fox News Sean Hannity couldn't resist Making the observation how Biden's aide tried to keep him on track even for relatively brief meetings.
The only thing missing was breathe in and breathe out.
Don't forget to breathe, Joe.
And if you're really good, we'll give you an extra scoop of ice cream, which, by the way, is said to be good for those who are suffering from dementia.
His colleague Tucker Carlson addressed a Biden cheat sheet on Thursday evening, complete with a crayon that read, Joe Biden, who has a nuclear codes, needs to be reminded to take your seat and to depart.
The teleprompter has become a crucial part of the Biden presidency, a necessary tool for a man who often struggles to string coherent thoughts together when going off script.
Now, cheat sheets are even necessary in between actual scripted events.
These are the kinds of instructions you'd give to a child, Tucker said.
This is essentially elder abuse at the hands of his handlers.
Twitter users also chimed in on the Biden cheat sheet, and some of it was downright uproarious.
Jim Hansen tweeted, it's the one with a balloon on the back.
White House instruction of Biden, you take your seat, how he would know which one was his.
It's the one with a balloon on the back.
Ben Shapiro, you inhale, you exhale, you inhale, you exhale.
White House instructions to Biden.
Matt's idea shop, you sit on bike, you pedal your pedals, you stop pedaling, you step off bike.
It is that bad.
I'm quite certain every president has had a cheat sheet provided during certain events in the past.
Can't be easy to remember everyone's name, for example.
Former President Trump was criticized for a cheat sheet with survivors of Parkland shooting, which had questions and a reminder to point out or to say, I hear you.
Those were questions and bullet points, however, like a note you write to yourself while going to the doctor's office.
Such notes would include a reminder, as in Biden's case, to say hello or to leave the room.
Stephen Miller tweeted.
The thing about this, the White House West Secretary won't be asked a single question about this tomorrow.
Not why does the President need to be told where to sit, or who in the White House is giving him these instructions, or what room does he need to enter.
All they see will this.
You enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants.
You take your seat.
Press enters.
You give brief comments.
Two minutes.
Press departs.
One.
You ask Liz Schuller, President AFL-CIO question.
Liz is joined.
You thank participant.
How pathetic is this?
Sir, there's something on your chin, a handwritten message read.
After a staffer gave him a note saying there's something on your chin, he wiped his chin.
Then he appeared to put what was on his chin in his mouth.
Biden needs to pretend the fake White House stage built in the old executive office building next door for events, sacrificing some of the power of the historic backpot in favor of an otherwise sterile room outfitted with an easily read teleprompter screen, just an enormous teleprompter screen.
Shelby Talcott tweets, the White House has rearranged the South Court auditorium stage, blocking off a large portion and subsequently making it impossible for reporters to even see Biden, who is currently speaking.
I mean, it's a joke.
This kid needs his handlers.
He's totally incompetent.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, that's what America is becoming, a totally incompetent, stupid, retarded nation.
And Joe Biden is the champion of the degeneracy of American culture.
Trump wasn't much better.
I mean, he was going to the Parkland shooting.
He was, I mean, listening and pretending like this is all real.
I mean, Trump knew 9-11 was false and fraudulent.
He did nothing to expose these crimes.
We have become a nation That is schizophrenically constantly being harassed with these fake shootings and fake events.
I mean, it's just a larger indicator of the degradation of America.
Biden, it's the sign of a country in a civil war.
The real question is what is going to emerge Out of this land in the North American continent in the next one to five years.
Is it going to be a smoldering ruin of Mad Max tribalism as Adams and others have talked about?
Or are you going to have
A resurgence of an anti-federalist, 13 colonies sort of thing, where each independent state is a sovereign republic that has its own currency backed by gold, that has its own guns, own ammunition, own entirely different culture, where the most conservative states are ironically also going to be the most prosperous, the most happy, the healthiest,
And the most emotionally and intellectually balanced, sane, and harmonious states.
I hope the latter is going to develop rather than the former, because no one wants a Mad Max civil war, but if there is going to be civil war, let it be in my time, as I think was it Patrick Henry said, so my children can live in peace.
Jim?
Yes, they're all very disturbing, Scott.
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, I don't know them.
I don't know, revealing or I don't know if it was on purpose or a mistake that that little cheat sheet was shown.
And they're kind of showing him like he's got a big teleprompter.
I don't know if it's like a humiliation ritual or a sign or even like, you know, they want to push the 25th Amendment.
So Democrats need like their way out, perhaps with their, you know, without Like basically trying to save face being like, oh, it's not, it's not us.
It's Biden.
He's old.
It's not that we're incompetent as a party and corrupt and trying to destroy the country.
It's just that Biden, Biden's old and suffering from issues.
So we need to run someone else.
That would kind of be my guess.
I don't think they'll go forward with the 25th amendment, but I think they might actually be starting to build the case just because Biden's so unbelievably unpopular despite 80 million votes or whatever they claim he got.
So I think they might be slowly revealing, even mainstream news, slowly revealing that he's not competent enough to be president anymore.
But Jim, let me say one thing.
I do think, as I've said before, I think they're going to assassinate Biden in order to try and preserve a guilt trip political advantage momentum.
They have to manchurian candidate him to try and suspend the elections or hold on to power.
Or guilt trip into people into voting Democrat.
I don't think they can afford to 25th Amendment him or whatever and get rid of him that way.
I think they have to end him in a symbolic inferno sort of terrorist attack so they can try and lock down the whole society.
That's just my instinct.
Don, yeah, go ahead.
Yeah, and I think Biden, really, if we don't get rid of him Scott's way, we've got to get rid of him by impeachment right away, because this man is something else.
He's such an embarrassment, but he's also a pedophile, and he's had connections with Epstein and other things, and it's really not, we don't have anything to be proud of anymore.
I'm embarrassed.
I mean, what has our country become?
He has got to go now.
Right?
Yes.
Well, the problem is his successor would be an airhead.
I mean, this is, you know, the Democrats set up a real conundrum for them because Biden is pathetic.
He's weak.
He's incompetent.
He's a joke.
And the whole world is laughing at the United States and our enemies are taking advantage.
But frankly, Kamala might be even worse.
She cannot make a serious statement.
She can't have a serious thought.
She made her way to her position on her back or on her knees.
Sad to say, but it's true.
Kamala is a political whore.
And the idea that the Democrats made her vice president is just disgusting.
Holly, we want your thoughts on all of this.
Also, if Kamala can't do it, we can always rely on the Speaker of the House to take over, right?
That would be a third option.
She would take over, right?
Yeah, I mean, we've got two absolutely horrible women that would be running the country.
I mean, I don't think that could possibly be any better at all whatsoever.
Kamala, I mean, she used to She can barely put together a speech as well herself and and Pelosi, as we can see, and should have should have left office many, many years ago.
So very, very disturbing to think that possibly Kamala could have any sort of say or any sort of power.
I think I mean, I think as we've discussed before, all this is the big show at this point.
Someone else is in charge.
I don't know who I don't claim to have the answers here, but It's certainly not these people making any sort of decision making.
I mean, Biden's up front about it.
He says straight up, like, I'm not allowed to ask questions or, I mean, or answer questions or I'm not allowed to speak to the media.
Well, well, who's telling him that?
I think that should be the question.
Well, one of our stories was talking about Obama running this show behind the scene.
He had said before if he'd ever like to serve a third term, and he said no.
But if he were able to run it behind the scene, he'd be all for that.
And I believe that's what we've got right now.
And George Soros is there, and so are the Rothschilds.
And I mean, it couldn't be a worse situation, it seems.
I mean, Scott, your further thoughts?
Well, I don't think Kamala Harris would be tolerated.
I think if you're going to have an overthrow of Biden or a killing of him, then everything's free for all.
Everything is Civil War.
Everything is Revolutionary War because no one would stand.
I know I wouldn't.
No one would recognize Kamala Harris.
No one would recognize Nancy Pelosi.
It would be done.
We're going into full Civil War, Revolutionary War, however that fills out.
But we are not going to be run by these people.
And I think it would be the end, you know, the end of the Republic.
And I think that's what the Democrats want, though, too.
The Democrats want chaos and violence and bloodshed because they think the more they act like stuck pigs and scream, That the Republicans are going to cower and say, okay, we've had enough.
Bullshit!
The Republicans are at a point where they'll say, you want to get up and scream and burn and do all sorts of stuff?
We're going to put you out.
We're going to put you out of your misery.
I think people are ready for that kinetic reaction.
Not that they want it, but the alternative.
If they don't rise up in a kinetic war against these tyrants, that Americans instinctively understand you have nothing but a slave state to look forward to tomorrow, Jim.
We have one more story to cover today.
There have been reports that the various lawsuits against Remington have been shut down, but it appears this is just a formality.
Having taken Remington to the cleaners for $73 million, the case is being formally terminated.
And what's amazing about this is that the whole process proceeded without ever bothering to ascertain whether or not The basic predicate upon which it was based to wit that 20 children and six adults had died at Sandy Hook on 14 December 2012 was even true.
It's shocking.
It may be, therefore, that my suit, which is now a petition before the United States Supreme Court, Well, my opponent Posner had until the 21st to reply and did not do so.
I think he wisely discerned that he couldn't deal with the issues I've raised, which had to do with the Summary judgment methodology in Minnesota being discrepant with that in other states where my case would have been my would have immediately prevailed or the suit against me would have been thrown out in Texas or at the very least set to a jury.
Where in the case of Wisconsin, judges are given the right to use their own subjective opinion to determine whether facts are or are not reasonable.
And if they decide facts are unreasonable, they can merely be set aside.
Ignored to artificially create an absence of disputed fact, which is what happened here, because I was being sued over the claim that a death certificate which had no file number and no town or state certification was fake.
fabricated by a complaint that attached a completely different death certificate for the same party, which had not only a file number but a state and a town certification, where the judge would not allow me to introduce the massive evidence I had that nobody had died at Sandy Hook, which of course would mean that any death certificates for alleged decedents would have to be fabricated or fake.
He would not allow me to introduce that.
On the ground, it would ultimately turn out he didn't think it was reasonable to challenge the official Sandy Hook narrative.
But this is completely ludicrous.
In Texas, what would happen is that if this guy Posner, and he's a complete fake as I was pointing out to the court from the beginning, That the name Lenny Posner is a legal fiction, that the actual party is a man by the name of Reuben Vabner.
And I've been maintaining this for four or five years now, consistently, since I discerned what the hell was going on here.
I would have to ask whether he agreed with my position to it that nobody died at Sandy Hook, that it was a FEMA drill, that there were no kids or teachers there, for which we even have the manual.
And of course, he would have disagreed, which would have meant there was a disputed fact that had to go to a jury.
But in Wisconsin, the judge could simply decide that my assertion that nobody died at Sandy Hook, there were no teachers or students there, that it was a FEMA drill, even though I had the manual, were not reasonable and set them aside and artificially create an absence of disputed fact.
Even when I introduced the reports of two document examiners who testified on my behalf that I was correct, not only about the specific document I'd published in the book, but three others that had been introduced into evidence, including the one attached to the complaint, that all four were fake.
Now, this is remarkable because the judge merely set that to the side, whereas in normal jurisprudence, the report of document experts is the way you decide on the authenticity of documents, but not in this court, not in Dane County, not in Madison, Wisconsin, and where the Court of Appeals completely agreed with this absurd methodology that allows subjective judgment to decide whether or not there are disputed facts.
It's outrageous.
Posner, having nothing he could say that would strengthen his case, which in my opinion is rock solid in this instance, chose to say nothing, which was a wise move.
Meanwhile, given my petition is on the docket of the Supreme Court, who I originally believe it was a First and Second Amendment case, The Summary Judgment Protocols of Wisconsin allowed the judge to decide whether or not my facts were reasonable and exclude them if, in his subjective opinion, they were not.
As you will see from my petition, which you can download to your own desktop, the Court of Appeals Fourth District and the Wisconsin Supreme Court agreed.
Really, truly stunning.
In other states such as Texas, the case against me would have been tossed or sent to a jury for determination of the disputed facts.
But in Wisconsin, the court could, in effect, determine the facts regardless of my evidence.
It turns out this is a national problem.
I'm teeing up the case for SCOTUS to make summary judgment protocols uniform throughout the nation.
I believe they're going to do just that and set things right.
Meanwhile, just to add, if you would go to GiveSendGo.com slash Funding Fatser, you can read all about the case.
For example, when I published Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, it was a FEMA drill to promote gun control, 2015, second edition, 2016.
Well, there's a link to a review of the book where the review of the book asserts to an epistemological certainty nobody died at Sandy Hook.
With 13 contributors, including six PhD professors, Amazon.com banned the book less than a month later, even though it had sold nearly 500 copies.
I released it for free as a PDF.
Mike Adams wrote about it.
The most dangerous mind in America on false flags and extreme censorship.
I'm very pleased he did that, and I'm very grateful to those who are supporting me in this worthy cause.
There's just been an effort undergone Friday to take my book and to take my blog by Posner under the ground that I owe in excess of $1.1 million.
The problem being that the book cannot be marketed, and in terms of a settlement with a publisher, I don't actually own the contents, and it therefore has no value as long as it cannot be marketed.
And my blog is all stuff that is published to the public for free.
It's out there in the public domain, and I do not even own the domain name that is owned by the publisher of Moonrock Bugs.
But they just use a very tortuous method to go ahead and run roughshod over the method of handling intellectual property, which is You have to appoint a receiver who then takes the intellectual property way in balance and determine what it would be worth, whereas the judge just allowed the plaintiffs to introduce a figure willy-nilly.
I mean, it's just outrageous.
In other words, the abuse of the law continues unabated in Wisconsin.
Scott, your thoughts.
Well, your case has turned the world upside down, Jim, and it's not an abuse of the law, it's an abuse of your constitutional rights, and thereby my constitutional rights, and Don's and Holly's and every other American's constitutional rights.
So your case has a constitutional rights bearing.
There's all sorts of things that will come out.
Mr. Vabner, aka Posner, has committed fraud upon the court.
That needs to be communicated directly to the judge.
This person has committed fraud upon the court and should be immediately arrested by the district attorney and prosecuted for that fraud, as well as perjury.
Mr. Vabner has not responded, so therefore everything that I have said, because he's not responded, Judge, he is in agreement with.
There's a principle of law.
When you do not refute the allegations of the opposite party, when you don't refute those allegations, you are admitting that those allegations are indeed Factual.
Accurate.
Right.
And you're in agreement with them.
Don knows this too.
Lawyers always occupy on that.
So, Vabner, by not speaking out, is speaking and is speaking in agreement that everything that you're saying is true and accurate and he is in complete agreement with it.
That needs to be said to the court.
So, all of this, again, Did not happen.
The event didn't happen as it is presented.
So there can't be a case.
There can't be any opportunity for a judge to issue any kind of a decision on something that never happened in the first place.
So all of this is built on a house of cards.
It's a game of shadows and mirrors.
And it's all fraud and it's all a lie.
And the only way to stand up and expose all of this and destroy it is with loud passion and ferocious presentation of the facts and the truth.
And the outrageous behavior of a judge behaving like this sets in motion a precedent that no American, if I left California and went to that god-awful state of Wisconsin, my rights would be violated by a judge doing that.
That's why the Supreme Court needs to rule in and say, no, judge, you do not get a right to say this is a fact.
It is not a fact if the other party has proof and evidence that says this is a complete fraud and I can prove it and therefore you have no case to even issue a judgment on.
So that's the heart of this case, Jim, that's going forward and I think you're going to be victorious at the end of the day.
Well, those are kind thoughts, Scott.
I certainly hope you are correct.
Don, you've been following this case rather closely.
Do you have reflections of your own you'd like to add?
Oh boy.
Well, you've said most everything I can think of because you've covered it so well.
But yes, I know that this is right.
I mean, I just say this book here is a darn good book.
I say anybody who wants to, please go to one page on this book and prove something wrong on any page and destroy this whole book.
But you can't do it.
It's rock solid.
Let me just say, through sources I shall not divulge, that participants in the elaborate scam have actually read the book and like it, and that includes Ruben Vabner.
Yeah, well, it's solid.
Every page is packed.
You did a good job, you and your 13 authors and everybody.
This is good.
And of course, you've done a couple of other little titles, too.
I think they're pretty good here.
Well, we'll deal with the legal issues or the legal process, but I'm really astonished, and I would hate to think that this is going to require another visit to higher courts, but it looks as though that's in the offing, I'm very sorry to say.
Final thoughts for today Scott, yours Well, Well, we are in a fight against liars and delusional fantasists.
And we have to marshal our aggression and our truth and our facts and go at them like a buzzsaw going into a log and chew them and shred them into the sawdust that they are.
This is a time where we have to get bold.
and rhetorically violent with liars and fraud and deception and put them on the run and put them fleeing, or else they will make this country a ghost town of truth and integrity.
Jim?
Don, take us out.
Okay.
Now, this has been quite the day here on June the 26th, 2022, and Truth Vs News Incorporated, Hopefully you got to see that first hour and this hour both.
You're not going to get this kind of news anywhere and you need to see this news and you need to share this news because I think the end times are coming here and America is a target.
I mean, everything points to the fact that we might not be here more than another couple of three months of diesel and all kinds of other things happen, so please do what you can to share this and get this word out.
